Notice to One is Notice to All; Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent; Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal
1, This is a Notice to notify all that Extreme Attacks from the Chen Limings were sent to the Body and Brain of this writer on August 18, 19, and 20, 2025, in addition to their continuous daily attacks of RF HPM pulses on face, knees, shoulders, nose, chakras, spine and ADT–extreme-heat attacks via Active Denial Technologies of some kind whether Millimeter wave or Infra-red radiation to her back, and new RF attacks on her stomach, pancreas, liver, gall-bladder while in bed early mornings and by her kitchen sink.
2, These Extreme Attacks of Extreme-Harm were as follows: One, on the night of August 18, 2025 as reported in a Reporter’s Note for that day, the writer was blasthit at the left side of her brain, just above and behind her left ear in a kind of EEG-grazing, brain-grazing, Neuro-Strike kind of way, with intense pain inflicted remotely for a few seconds or halfseconds until she turned and scrambled for a shield, becoming aware this was a hit different from and more sinister and intense than their usual RF HPM pulses which have been aimed at her head as much as at her body every single day for the past 12 years. The first graze was followed by similar hits after a few minutes and continued for two hours while the writer cowered under shielding, keeping her head closely shielded as well with Reflectix and rubber, which did work, all of it that is. The writer did not know what was under that part of her head but discovered the next day this is Amygdala Targeting, which is possibly how many who have blind attacks of Rage, Depression, Passion of any kind and go out and express themselves a little too loudly are targeted. Based on her own experience of Extreme-Energy Attacks to the crown of her head and readings of Brain-Stem Activation, these too are methods of inflicting Neuroweapon-Induced Rage on people, a methodology the FBI, CIA, Police, DHS appear to be using to attack and unlawfully Neuro-Activate people of all kinds, claiming Parallel Construction–as if that can be acceptable, it’s not–and Manufacturing Crime endlessly, including targeting Children and Youth this way. Reprehensible and this writer did not know at the time if she had been Neuro-activated thus or if they had missed, given her shielding just in time; in any case she fell asleep around 11 pm or shortly after.
3, [As I write this Notice, 10:35 am: Intense hits on my right knee from the direction of the Chen Liming house and cars on the hill plus Pickup in front, while cars have been zooming by and parking continually, and the Trash truck also came by and parked for a while below my window. I am using Reflectix to shield my face from the Chen Limings who continuously send RF HPM to swell and inflame my face and keep me from breathing. They especially, yes. They all do it around here, but these people are fixated–I face their house too, from my couch downstairs, kitchen sink, and bed, when I write, as currently. A light plane is circling, and a hit just sounded on the Reflectix-sheetmetal shield in front of my knee, 10:38 am.]
4, Two, On August 19, as reported in my Reporter’s Note for the day I was intensely attacked at the heart, chest, back, ribcage, solar plexus, diaphragm, chakras, whole front of my body with intense seemingly Radar or Millimeter Wave Pulse frequencies of very high intensity and at a particular resonance to cause the feeling of Extreme Heart Congestion, a particular kind of Weapon which has been used by the Chen Limings from the Very Day they moved in to that house, 156 Pine Street, and occasionally afterward, and which I have also recorded as emanating from the 3 Quincy Police Suburbans/SUVs/Pickup Trucks from the house opposite, 153/151 Pine, both when lawlessly parked in front of our house as well as when parked in front of their house and drive in such strong and intense attacks I was forced to move from windows and porch where I recorded these frequencies then–Fall 2023, Spring 2024, I think; this attack on August 18 started around 3:30 am and went on till about 5 am and started up again around 7:10 am and went on for a couple hours, then returned periodically through the day as noted earlier, going on into the night [Light plane drones by behind, another car with music blasting blasted down to park at the oak just now, a few minutes ago, 10:45 am]. These were such extreme attacks I could not do anything. I shielded as best I could, moved from front room to the back bedroom, lay down, threw and held several shields–Reflectix over baking sheets and rubber garden kneeler pads against me on all sides, lying also on such, the pulse-waves kept hitting, through steel and rubber; two and three shields front and back brought the most relief. I slept, the first time after an hour, and after reporting it in a video recording, because moving wasn’t working. I was being stalked down the corridor, into the bathroom, back bedroom with hits from the Chen Limings, possibly also the Mergels beyond them; it could only have been Radar or MMW pulses, RF HPM with Radar not Radio, I heard very tiny pulse sounds on the sound shield, much like 5G when the Mazzeos have switched it on; these people are literally Abusing me with every kind of Radio tech they can, not experimentally, but operationally and intentionally, with intent to harm, often in Retaliation operations for disclosing their crimes, as recently, with my Letter sent to the Military Ombudsmen and Senate Committees and the critically important Notice of Widespread Police-EMS-Mental Health Fraud published just over the past few days. I recorded a second brief video after the 7:10 am hits and then sought to go about my day–which I did, although highly attenuated in terms of what I could accomplish that day. My right knee was also in great pain and was being continually hit. [Another light plane, readout on Machine Intel of the words here, and more cars going back and forth, 10:53 am. Radar pulses on my teeth–inventive. ]
5, Three, the Chen Limings have been going insane with their Electrical Right Knee hits, freely doling these out as they please, with clear intent to cripple and maim me. Getting out of bed the last three days has been a case of striving hard but being unable to escape their extreme-harm electrical pulse hits at high voltage on my right knee, massacring the cluster of nerves at points there, above and below the bone, sick attacks directly on the bone, and repeat attacks on the injured ligament, nerves, and bone, over and over and over. Very much as the Nortons–previous owners and occupiers of the Mazzeo house–attacked, in 2017, October-November when my ring finger was hit by Millimeter Wave Weapons from above–their bedroom I surmise, if not a police drone or rooftop police drone–over and over and over on the injured, healed and re-healed, insistently re-injured finger until the whole hand became a mass of blisters and inflammation and necessitated a desperate ER visit to a Chinese acupuncturist first, then to Quincy Medical Center and Brigham Women’s Hospital, a long story in itself, where the hand was anesthetized and the wedding ring and other silver ring cut with pliers wielded by a very skilful orthopedic surgeon in training, permitting the swelling to subside and the whole hand and fingers to heal; in this case, the Chen Limings seem to want to reduce my right knee to that condition, of being completely incapacitated and incapacitating, which is just plain Criminal; I have noted some times (Reporter’s Note 143: Reporter’s Note 143: Bladder Weapons from Mazzeos et al, NEW RFID Shot Into Upper Arm and Radio Pulse Finder-Frequency Hits on it from the Breanne Starsiak QPD-QDC Tenants & Black Pickup Parked Again In Front) last night, August 19 when I was intensely hit by the Chen Limings on my right knee, including when standing on a chair, putting a shield across the vent on the ceiling to stop the spraying of Haldol and formaldehyde into the room, operated by wifi, remotely, from the CIA parties at the Mazzeo house presumably [sounds on the wall on the Mazzeo side, 11:03 am] but plausibly also by the Chen Limings [words garbled here as a zoomer stopped by the oak as I spelled out Chen Limings, are they CIA then, 1:20 pm], since they seem to operate the vents in the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs and by the kitchen sink, frequently sending sprays of mold and noxious excrement and dead rat, skunk smells in; this morning I was blast-hit again with intense electricity from the direction of the Chens’ basement, shed and house at around 9:26 am when outside by the side door and flowering vines and crab apple on that side, which they have sprayed with mRNA poison, the leaves of the dwarf crab apples show clearly it is Root Trumpet Honeysuckle mRNA which they have sprayed [Sound of car doors slamming, Mazzeo side, 11:07 am]; I must note also, especially that yesterday, August 19, I was hit intensely with a sizzling electric nerve and bone hit pulsing through 2 layers of steel–mini loaf pens stuck in my leggings–and rubber to find my nerve and bone at 4:45 pm from two directions while downstairs, from the left near their basement and inner rooms and from the right near their car and the street where a black SUV or minivan was parked just then, I have pictures of it, and recorded a video shortly after to report it, at 5:08 pm; I was also hit this morning intensely both by the crab apples at 9:26 am and shortly after when I came inside and was making coffee at the counter by the kitchen sink, then pulse hit in the same way by the Mazzeos when I went down to the back door, since they share all Pulse-Hit data–Radio Dosimetry, a clever, opaque name for a Profound Crime of Torturing Humans and Animals–with each other in real-time it seems, and get their kicks as Spies and Soldiers and CIA-Co-operators and Supervisors this way, competing with no one but their left toe to share information at speed, select info that is, for spies do keep secrets from each other we all know, and Pretend not to, they’re all So Close “behind the Veil” they’d like us to believe, with their overt MOUs and Agreements, witness how the Chen Limings stabbed Quincy Police in the back yesterday evening, August 19 at 4:30 pm, activating that 5-year-old’s bladder with a Kundy-Hit Weapon so she had to clutch herself and run in, witnessed–or was that all pre-arranged and was that child doubly the victim of China/CIA and Quincy Police? [This writer would not know, she is Under Classified Cover in a different way than the spies here, she’s mainly being Waterboarded Into Extinction.][Plane here, sending radar to vulva and to forehead, desperate for Exact Location so that Knee can be blasted to bits again, CIA-Air Force are Ruthless, it seems; lots of zooming again too, perhaps TIP–Threat, Intimidation, Provocation, or just Everyday Torture Operations With Radar, don’t mind us, all of the USA will be brought under Radar Control soon, and Neuroweaponry Control too, if their Weapons are not removed from them, 11:45 am.]
6, 12:23 pm (post break, and witness of more Ladies in Red on the street, recorded):{Shrieking in the street from a young person, vaguely English, 12:24 pm.]The Chen Limings have been running all sorts of other weapon attacks on me and our house and yard, some of it noted in Notices to them in 2024, and a Notice published just recently, Notice of Crime Regarding Chen Limings Next Door: Notice of Radio Torture, Nano-Mold-Gas-Smell Spraying, Disfigurement, Vandalism, Theft, Cyberhacking, Life-Interference, Misappropriation of Electric Outlets, Destruction of Appliances, Brain-Decoding Tech Enslavement with Quincy Police, CIA, South Shore Health, Weymouth, as well as others, none doing justice to the plethora of crimes they have committed against this writer especially over the past 2 years, 2023 and 2024 but also earlier, from 2029 o r2018 when they first landed here. Note, the Chen Liming ownership of that house is in name only, various couples have cycled through there, frequently changing out, some seemingly clones, some not; the woman named Ngoan Chen, replacing Ngoan Pham, has been there for two years now, but again, changes out with other similar-looking or similar-size Chinese women. [Voices outside, first Chinese, now English, 12:38 pm.] Note also there are obvious generators and electrical installations in the Chen Liming backyard, fence-side, and shed, some observed, photographed, reported to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, without effect. Their latest attacks on our foliage include letting loose bioweapon bugs on our viburnum–they eat all the spring leaves, those Chinese bugs (witnessed), cutting our yellow rose down to its root, over and over, cutting our golden rain tree down over and over (not allowed to come up by them for 7 years), stealing the new sprouted Asian pear planted in back, stealing 4 new cherry trees which came up in front, moved to the back, slashing and cutting leaves of a pear struggling to revive, killing both pear trees (after killing 2 young cherry trees many years ago), burning to death a small gold cypress, burning part of a second small gold cypress, repeatedly, burning to death daylilies and hostas growing well under our trees, poisoning our peaches, apples, apricot, and crab apple trees so all leaves and fruit showed it, loosening bugs into the apricots so they rotted [hearthit on left from Chen Limings, 1:36 pm], stealing all apples, peaches and apricots which survived, for 3-4 years now, and through the winter, killing aloe, geraniums, orchids kept inside, using radiation weapons on swaths of our redbud, hawthorn, walnut, along with the Mazzeos, burning a whole arborvitae to death and sending death radiation in front as well to arborvitae, rhododendron, stealing waterlilies, clematis, zinnias, sunflowers, lupines, daisies, much else. They are also Brain Thieves and IP Thieves and have been sending Techno Acousto into the house, nonstop, relaying Machine Intel readouts in ghastly broken-English voices of my thoughts, voiced internally in my own Biological Neural Networks, BCI-stolen, and subjected to “Brain Decoding” by these CCP-CIA terrorists, relentlessly stealing and encroaching, to stop me from Writing, Reading, Speaking, or Thinking.
7, The Chen Limings putatively have also repeat-attacked this writer on her face for facial disfigurement and mutilation, fresh sprayed nanotech has been found on her face today and a few days ago and her face has once again swelled to unrecognizable proportions; exposure to their house side at any time while sitting results in pouches, lumps, flab, and lines appearing on her face, by her mouth, chin, jawline and cheeks; literally, these paid mercenaries sit around spraying nanotech at people and then sitting with their RF HPM pulsers and sprayers and pencil-carvers, carving out facial lines, irradiating meticulously through-wall on specific parts to create pouches, flab, and lumps and fatness. Fat-Face for Broadcast Journalists who are Older Now and need to get off the air, according to them, seems to be their obsessive fixation, making one wonder if they are working for Hollywood or just Chinese CIA; all older actresses seem to be “getting the treatment”, looking around; they can fluff up your face with collagen and create vertical lines of radiation as well, burn and dry the skin so it sags in places; this is Forced Aging so you look decrepit and no one takes you seriously as a stunning actress anymore, witness Judi Dench, they have definitely irradiated her face to bits, Maggie Smith must have been given the same treatment; this writer has been experimenting with herbals to save her face, but it is useless, day after day she is being blast-hit in the face by these Face Killers who want very much to push her into her 102s yesterday. In addition, they have targeted her Throat, Thyroid, Vocal Chords, and Voice–along with Quincy Police who seem to have an Energy Hold on her chakras and Throat, lifted at one time, abruptly, on December 10, 2023 [Slam of car door at Pinester house, 12:49 pm] when the writer’s sister and cloned non-brother visited suddenly and she was obliged to yell at them, informing them of her rights, a matter the eavesdropping Quincy Police man next door wanted to reinforce, they do like women yelling so they can claim Disorder, or Bipolar, or Schizo, anything they like, noticed therefore because abruptly lifted, and the writer could comfortably yell louder than before, in full strength of voice, which was useful, since siblings who do not listen usually cannot Hear, but this time they were obliged to do so, without much choice in the matter. [Lots of whacking and clacking sounds from outside, Mazzeos, street, zoomers, 12:52 pm.]
8. The Chen Limings have engaged in vicious crime against this writer, biohacking crime, neuro crime, and facial disfiguration and disablement crime, they have behaved and continue to behave like a Death Squad here, operating as terrorists and criminals, and must be deported if Chinese nationals or sent to work in the coal mines of Greenland if US nationals; all must be stopped in their pernicious operations of harm against this writer and her family and the children of the Quincy Police people–foster children, entirely possibly, stolen from good homes and being raised by armed mercenaries with little education and crazed, hierarchizing dominance approaches to parenting, and every single weapon installed on their house and in their cars removed from them.
9. This Notice is being written to inform all on the wide range of Extreme-Harm weapons used lately on the writer by the Chen Limings and others locally, to notify all that such weapons cannot be tolerated, and that all militaries and agencies inventing such need to be halted in every phase of their operations, at once, if Humanity is to be saved, and permitted to continue as Humanity, today, tomorrow or into the Future.
