This post, Dr. Robert Duncan: The Executive Summary: Neuropsychological and Electronic No-Touch Torture Report, made at my site on September 6, 2015, a repost of Robert Duncan’s post made April 2015 at Todd Giffen’s website drrobertduncan.com, now removed from the Internet by those unlawfully attacking journalist and media-creator Todd Giffen–whose story, voice and words I highlighted quite extensively here and at my broadcast channel Ramola D Reports for many years–has suddenly come to world attention once again, interestingly enough, for I have recently understood and briefly remarked on the need to address this terminology which Dr. Robert Duncan, former (and probably still) DOD-CIA AI, telemetry, wifi, and cybernetics scientist too keen to excuse military and intelligence neuroweaponry crimes, has used.
There is no such thing as “No-Touch Torture” when directed energy weapons and through-wall neuroweapons are being referred to.
If it’s Psychological Terror and “Strategic Deception” or “Strategic Perception Management” being referred to, then perhaps people could call that “No-Touch Torture”? We could have endless arguments on this subject for Thoughts, Ideas, Statements, Words, Speech, Emotions have all been found to have EEG Waveform Profiles as the arbiters of “Information Warfare” and “Cognitive Warfare” and Secretive Brain Decoding from Right Next Door will readily posit at this point.
Radiation is Physical, Sound is Physical
It is important to state however that “No Touch Torture” in relation to Spectrum and EMF and Sonic and Acoustic Weaponry does not exist. Radiation, as also Sound, is physical and reaches through light, air, water, ether, walls, homes, garages, sheds, cars, vans and now portable devices carried in backpacks of every kind, purses, boxes et al to attack people’s skin, tissues, muscles, organs, cells, DNA, and RNA, and genes and ova and sperm. When people use Radiation Weaponry and whack you Through-Wall, they are TOUCHING you and TORTURING you. So, NO-TOUCH TORTURE is a Lie. It is not Strategic, it is Deceptive. It is not Clever, it is Stupid.
Over several years of examining the LUNACY of this situation locally and internationally, where local Police, local Military, and local Intelligence, and local Security have been given–and gifted themselves–the horrors of these Through-Wall weapons which they have now spent several decades, perhaps a century and a half of decades–of developing FURTHER and further and further into miniaturized, precision-pencil, snaky-radar, bee-sting and brain-jolt sophistication, and are now using on one and all with great EASE OF LYING, that great cover, SECRECY, and innate “criminal-tendencies” expressed at “the highest levels of United States Government” (Robert Duncan), this writer has concluded the CIA and pals, all agencies both kowtowing to them and commanded by them, have generally expressed base STUPIDITY in developing and next-levelling these ghastly bio-weapons of UNTENABLE USE ON HUMAN BODIES.
“Torture” apparently is perfectly acceptable in these circles, yet the US must chastise all foreign governments for any encroachment on human rights?
Not really.
No one can stand behind Torture.
“No-Touch Torture” has been a lie from the start, and why would anyone concocting this creation–whether Term of Allusion or insider apologism–even put this term out there, as if it were real, then build further mythology and construct around it?
Very simply, torture is torture, and radiation weapons accomplishing TOUCH, ATTACK, ASSAULT, BATTERY, DISEASE, DAMAGE through-wall are in fact engaging in quite PALPABLE TOUCH Torture.
Torture is UNACCEPTABLE, which is why, very simply speaking, every single corporation, organization, agency, military division, institution, thinktank, policy machine, and group of people behind, using, operating, developing, testing, and extending these very TOUCH-TORTURE WEAPONS is Breaking the Law (any law really, governing human interaction and social agreements, let alone conventions and treaties on war and peace), is running TORTURE OPERATIONS, and needs to be abolished.
Public Domain Neuroscience these days–entirely and completely built on Military Neuroscience and Weaponry–seems to be rushing to present the benefits of Radiation and Spectrum and Cybernetic Neurotechnologies–why? Because they’ve got wind of the direction the WIND OF REASON today is blowing. Everywhere, people are waking up to the REALITIES of invasive BCI-CBI telemetry, invasive neurotechnologies, and invasive radiation and sonic energy weaponry. People are waking up to this base notion of what TORTURE is, what BODILY AUTONOMY is, what BODILY SANCTITY and SOVEREIGNTY is, and what Private Corporations running TORTURE OPERATIONS using implants, microtechnology, nanotechnology, WBANs–Wireless Body Area Networks (Networked Torture!), Spectrum and Acoustic neuroweaponry are.
Dropping Ethics, Conscience, Commonsense, Base Intelligence, Consciousness, Awareness, Sensitivity into the Sinkhole at the far end of the Brain’s Bathtub, Private Sector steeped in Intelligence, Police, and Military madness has entered a Twilight Zone of Pure Crime dressed up in the lovely MEDICAL PINK (HOT PINK) colors of deceit, treachery, vapid grasping and eternal lies.
NO-TOUCH TORTURE is a LIE.
All weaponry inflicts Torture, and Radiation is Touch and Burning Through and Crime.
Robert Duncan’s “Executive Summary…: The No Touch Torture Report” is full of LIES.
It is also full of deliberate distortions, reversals, inversions, and deflections–perhaps a hallmark of CIA and Intelligence Community or Intelligence Protocol Lies. It is certainly “Counter Intelligence” in a more apt phrasing of that term.
An example is the blather in the section “Mutilation”–Section SEVEN in fact on MUTILATION, which these Radiation Weapons are certainly used for.
First, anyone reading those first few lines is asking: Has the CIA been dismantled yet? It appears to be endorsing horrible, murderous CRIME.
Second, what “targets” is Robert Duncan talking about here? Absolute maniacs who do absolutely Cray Cray things no one can believe? “All their teeth pulled” and “poked out their ear drums”? Seriously? Who has done this? Where is their Life Story? Did the New York Times and the Boston Globe actually miss this major coverage opportunity here?
Third, and perhaps quite obviously, those in the know–today’s savvy readers of ECC for instance–are perfectly aware such things as microchips inclusive of tooth implants and cochlear implants actually do exist and have been used unlawfully by numerous parties–all in that scintillant and criminal MIIC space which needs complete taking apart seam by seam–to attack and torture people, calling these activities all sorts of other names: Secret TS/SCI projects, Espionage, Spyware, Spytech, Medical Implants, Wearables, and so on–testing them first on vulnerable, defenseless creatures (little animals and large, mice to primates) and unlawfully and illegally captured humans (thence disappeared as the vast and growing population of the perhaps ONE IN THREE Mentally Ill) [in Massachusetts].
Fourth, yes, the hearing of microwave pulses does exist too–and what a precious gift, Robert Duncan, like Dr. Allan Frey, James Lin, Zhangwei Wang, and all the others who have surfaced this one specific means of remote sound transmission and “voice induction” here surfaces VOICE INDUCTION, which all of Public Domain Neuroscience and Psychiatry have been working overtime to miscast as HEARING VOICES and “symptomatic” of SCHIZOPHRENIA–a dazzling Label designed to disappear all distrust of Psychiatry–a Military and CIA Production, as all Psychiatry is. [For that’s the gift of Neuroweaponry: “Symptom” Creation, for DSM-Rationalizing, a kind of Reverse-Speech pursuit many Neuroscientists Missing Brain (but making millions, with their keen allegiance to Secrecy) have devoted their (scheming) lives to).]
And fifth, Robert Duncan is telling Quite a Few Lies–and Presenting the Truth as a Lie is a Lie too. Did he think he was being quietly comical? Or just spewing out that famous Disinfo all in CIA-SpeakerSpace are obliged to spew?
So, frankly, how exactly can anyone believe a word Robert Duncan has said? You cannot call a Tome of Disinfo a “Report”–or an Executive Summary.
But you CAN recognize that the Torture exposed already as practiced by the US Military and CIA and the so-called Intelligence Community–which has now expanded to include Spectrum and Acoustic Neuroweaponry and Anti-Human Directed Energy Weaponry usage by all, including Local Law–Police, Sheriffs, Fusion Centers–cannot be spoken of in this manner, as if a part of the American landscape, as if accepted already and acceptable, as if a Known quantity now which we must needs live with.
Why must any one of us accept and live with a MIIC–a complex of crooks paid fortunes to Torture people–as we have it today?
Why must we?
Every child with a father, mother, aunt or uncle, grandmother or grandfather in the Arms Industry, Biotech Industry, Police industry, Security industry, Surveillance industry, Weapons and Lies and Medical Implantables and all affiliated industries and institutions and agencies needs to be asking their family members that question today.
America needs to stand up and EXPOSE and REMOVE these WEAPONS OF ASYMMETRIC WAR, TORTURE, AND EXECRABLE BIOHACKING CRIME from all our lives worldwide in the Present, for the Future and for All Time to Come, for there is NO FUTURE FOR HUMANITY, FLORA, OR FAUNA OR EARTH otherwise.
