A lot of medical technology today has been developed through non-consensual research involving the DE and NW (directed energy and neuroweapon) bio-hacking and neuro-hacking programs run on the basis of unlawful watchlisting, unlawful targeting, and unlawful trafficking activities by Police/FBI/DHS parties, where people are casually thrown into classified (DOD-CIA) programs run by various unethical, blase, and seriously evil military, intelligence, academe and private-contractors who freely engage in quite venal crime against humanity–yet to be stopped.
Given the failure, breakdown, and non-existence of ethics and moral values in such places as the President’s Bioethical Commission and the Neuro Ethics departments of Universities which employ hardcore military neuroscientists–trained in unethical Military Brain Warfare Weaponry developed through promoting torture of those watchlisted unlawfully, as well as vulnerable people in prisons and asylums, children, and primates–to develop supposed cures for brain diseases (which they create), parents, students, mothers, and fathers may want to wake up and pay attention to what has been and is being transferred unethically from Military Technologies into the worlds of Medicine, Public Domain Neuroscience, and so-called Healthcare today.
At least, the factual, medical, science news on these technologies proves that they exist–this while doctors and psychiatrists on the ground, in local ERs and Psych Wards and PCP’s offices–even in Boston, Medical Capital of the world–pretend RFIDs, BCIs, sensors, and implantables don’t exist.
[As they unethically and stupidly* force-medicate people with psych drugs for daring to mention non-consensual implantation with any of these, or mark “Paranoia” on medical records in place of intelligent recourse to Radiology.] *It is a sign of Stupidity, Ignorance, and Under-Educatedness–in addition to outright Duplicity and Complicity with Police & Military Crime–when a supposedly-educated Doctor in Boston prefers to blank out someone’s consciousness or cry “Paranoia!” rather than engage in informed and educated discourse on the Facts of current reality, and do their Job, as actual supposed Doctors–in Boston, in the USA, and in the World.
Emergency Medicine and Primary Care Physicians in particular need to be informed they are under-educated if they dare to say “You must be delusional” when you mention a non-consensually implanted RFID chip or BCI or other unlawfully planted medical device and request an X-ray or MRI: Their job is to send you to Radiology, not Psychiatry.
It is also specious and self-concealing for them to protest: it is a fact that EMPs and PCPs and the “experts” such as OB/GYNs they refer you to implant people non-consensually today; thousands are reporting these crimes and have been for a while, post doctor-visits and hospital-visits. Never leave anyone in an ER overnight–or for any length of time, unaccompanied. Never let anyone do any kind of “procedure” or “diagnostic” or “test” in a doctor’s office or hospital on their own.
Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurses and the Social Workers who work with them may need to be reminded they are behaving openly like criminals when they offer to mark you down as “Paranoid” or “Acutely Delusional” (which you may discover when you read your medical or health records) for mentioning the use of energy weapons on you or a RFID chip in your shoulder, from an unknown source or a vaccine. Report them publicly as Criminals, to all Boards of Medicine you can find, and make sure you send them a Letter of Notification informing them of the Facts on DE/RF technologies being used on people today.
Police or EMS who dare to call ambulances and drag you to hospitals and Psych Wards from which you cannot escape (by walking upright to the nearest exit as anyone should be able to do) when you mention the unlawful use on your body of microwave weapons or the presence of an RFID chip, medical device, or BCI chip in you which needs an X-ray, MRI, or other imaging are operating openly as criminals, and need to be publicly reprimanded and exposed.
Police, FBI, CIA, DHS, EMS are fully cognizant of Directed Energy technologies inclusive of RFID tracking chips being used on people--because they are using them–and they need to be reminded of this fact.
Publishing all notice of adverse encounters with police pushing forced-hospitalizations–on blogs, websites, privately and publicly, to all media, to numerous indy journalists, to journalism schools, to state and city officials–and sending Letters of Notice to Police Chiefs to remind them of their crimes is the route forward.
Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Cybernetics Research, run by various parties, inclusive of Military, CIA, and Private Corporations and numerous Universities, has gotten completely out of control today and has been working on neural-network-mapping people’s brains for quite some time; they have moved on now to replacing people’s organic biological neural networks–once mapped–with Artificial Neural Networks, and are working with neuromorphic computing, replacing neurons with chips and inserting accelerators to speed up artificial neural computing inside brains–creating bio robots or human robots in this way: a project of replacing humans intended possibly for your children’s or grandchildren’s, brains or the brains of those New World babies unethically genetically engineered into being: It is Ethics that is missing in these spaces, and listening to some of these scientists speak is seriously troubling.
People named “Victims” “Watchlisted” and other secret epithets by the failed State as we have it have been and continue to be used by Brain Experimenters in this way, something we should all work to stop–a matter of extreme urgency for the saving of our common human rights, which we must all engage in, wholeheartedly: Yes this is about “Targeted Individuals” who are nothing but normal people, abnormally captured and attacked, by scientists and their henchmen, we must bring this Mega Medical and Police Crime to an end.
The unlawful medical testing and implanting of devices in people’s bodies–and the horrors of frequency weapon use, now being rolled into vibrational and neuro stimulation medical technologies under Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Public Health, and Public Safety, causing harm to cells, bones, DNA, health–must be exposed.
The horrors of Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience and Robotics research, among many fields involving the Brain, including “Neuropsychiatry” need to be excavated by all and ended. Similarly, all research and experiments involving humans in Genetic Engineering of any kind.

Regulatory oversights for implantable neurodevices

Implantable medical devices have yielded life-changing benefits. For instance, deep brain stimulation has substantially improved the treatment of patients with movement disorders, and clot retrieval devices for mechanical thrombectomy have revolutionised stroke care. However, as the indications for these devices expand and new devices come into clinical practice, the delicate balance between safety and innovative care is in continuous tension. Regulatory oversight places patients, health-care finances, and societal trust in biomedicine at risk.
The deficiencies surrounding approvals, monitoring, and recall mechanisms are highlighted in a report from the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists. 1The report led to promises by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Canada’s Ministry of Health to overhaul their regulatory systems.2, 3It underscored the limitations of the regulatory environment for medical devices, including an inadequate approval process, the scarcity of device registries, and a recall process that relies primarily on device manufacturers to notify regulatory agencies of adverse events. In the International Medical Devices Database (IMDD), in which information regarding recalls, safety alerts, and filed safety notices from 11 countries are gathered, of approximately 70 000 separate reports over 2008–17, 780 were for neurological devices, 4and 229 were for implantable neurological devices.
None of the implantable neurological devices in the IMDD is classified as class I, low-risk objects, such as bandages and tongue depressors. 131 (57%) of 229 implantable neurological devices listed in the IMDD are class II, intermediate risk devices, such as cerebrospinal fluid shunts, temporary aneurysm clips, and cranial bone flap fixation plates and screws. 91 (40%) implantable neurological devices are class III, high-risk devices, such as deep brain stimulation components and spinal cord stimulators. Seven implantable neurological devices are used under the FDA Humanitarian Device Exception, and thus not subject to classification.”
