The CyberHacking Overlay: CIA, FBI, DHS, PD

Reporting here today what many perhaps do not know or have not encountered (yet): apparently several of the agencies named above and their other quieter friends (above or below) are engaged in Active Deceit, Deceptive Overlay, Gaslight Productions, Cover Constructs under cover of what they may (yes, really only May, since a lot’s carefully hidden) refer to in their Paper Party Constructs they call “records” over at police stations, federal bureaus, homeland covens, and especially, central circles of mega-lie-making (face throat and eyes blasted by sudden microwave heat from outside; checking, I see police bruisers and sedans parked on the Hill) (Pine Hill) (sweating now) [CIA sedans I bet] [1:59 pm, 7.7.2024]. The form this Deceit may take is Manifold, the Gaslighting continuous, the Crime MEGA, and the Hubris Insane.

Breaking it down however, I’m here to report that what has been leveled at me may indeed be being leveled at others–and a lot inside the “veil” in “Espionage” (read High Crime) “Intelligence” and “Police” certainly know it, indeed may well have doctorates in it: On my phone, the What’s App app, frequently removed, just completely removed, is replaced with What’s Apps/groups which range from mystifying to stupefying: cousins known closely once suddenly reappear as fiends for Christ, prattle in languages I certainly have been deprived of learning young (such as, for instance, my mother tongue: blame the British Empire), endless pictures of altars and blooms and surprisingly shaded echoes of Cambridge and Kings’ in their instructive, sinuous persuasions, endless and elephanted in looped, repeat, psychic-driven douchings to, curiously, “get treatment” “call Father” “get your visa” “get your passport” “get treatment” “see a counselor” “go to the GP” (GPs are English practitioners of Medical Crime) and so on, ad infinitum; in other words: Family Overlays on Phone, using English criminals interfering, What’s App Avatar Cloning?, while closer family, completely removed (an obvious Black Op Par Precedent, perhaps to be referred to as Family Disappeared) suddenly reappears in Virtual Avatar with similar names and shifting personalities in obvious Failed-State here; voices on the phone, spoken to (blast at my left breast, direction: the Li house, Chen and Ming, 2:15 pm, 7/7/2024), in thought of cousins, turn out to be fakes–in other words: Voice Morphs, straight from DARPA-CIA hell? Or wherever they’re manufacturing Voice Morphs these days, I’ll have to research further–maybe Navy, I distinctly get a whiff of Navy, but maybe it’s Army, they’re Psy Oppers too; email ids on email turn out to be fakes, ardently echoing the voice of others, known: harder to detect, and found out eventually only over Time: Email Cloning; article-writers online suddenly morph into wannabes, issuing slander and defaming in generous dollops, complacent they’ll never be sued since “libel”‘s a thing for a broken “Law” system and they’re living in private, incognito in fact, wearing changing hats, beards, and color of shirts while blasting away at anyone they please with Radio Weapons (Radio Killing is In, these days, and has been, for quite some time now, please see: Open Season on Targets: Blacklisted Individuals, Extreme Abuse in Targeting, Secretive Lab-Rat Exploitation, & Massive Establishment Cover-Up.)

The crime I have been reporting for 10 plus years now is Radio Murder, Radio Killing, Radio Crime as well as Sound/ELF/Infra and Ultra Sonic Crime, on Bodies and Brains; the current and quite compendious, circumscribing overlay seems to comprise Phone/contacts Overlays, Voice Overlays on Phone, Text Overlays on Phone, Email Overlays on Email, and in person overlays as well with those who apparently know how to Morph, not exactly a secret, but certainly one unknown to me until recently.

Two of my cousins have been voice-replicated on phone–a matter I have come to understand only after extended phone conversations with them; locals pretending to be my cousins in other words. A recent conversation I had on the phone with my father-in-law I do wonder about: was it really him? Or a voice morph, shifting through vocal personas until he’d found the right one to speak with and with me on the phone. Ditto a mother of a friend of my daughter’s, offering a conversation on phone after an email to a group of pale-skinned mothers and teachers and staff known once (all English? No, German, some, pretend-Jewish some), one I had not spoken to in years: was it her? Or a shifting, morphing voice clone? Suspicious echoes on these phone conversations offer a hint of Listeners: just the planted mercs. next-door or CIA, FBI, DHS, DARPA, trying out their “products” on my unsuspecting ear?

Voice Morphs are being used to gaslight people. Ditto phone avatars and email avatars. Just alerting all my actual family here–so if anyone I know such as my Very Close Family (the Disappeared Ones) should Not be getting my regular emails, texts, phone calls, voice mails, or should be receiving peculiar communications purportedly from me or known-others such as I do, then some Morphing and Cloning and Disappearing of Communications is going on there as well.

Obviously disappearing someone’s family and stopping all contact, all communications, shutting all down–replacing desperately on occasion in person with placed-in people who just so happen to fall into the morpher or cloned category–only a CIA possibility really, given the MK ULTRA sightings here–is a horrific Crime, and a primary one, in addition to all the Radio Killing, but there’s a lot of Hacking Overlay here, Cyber and Tele, and I’m just reporting it.
