Reporter’s Note 167: Electrical Knee Attacks from Chen Limings, Morning Vibrations & HEMI Clamps Starsiak-QPD & Mazzeos, Truck Monitoring & Early ADT, Facial Pulse Hits for Max Facial Deforming & Disfiguring, 9/18/2025

1:29 pm. High heat from behind and below, a Mazzeo car just pulled in. Sound of a drone. I just turned the fan on so I wouldn’t die of heat attacks on my spine and upper back. The fan is rotating and the RR shield keeps falling.

1:41 pm: Drone above my head, may have cut its engines or noisemaker, all silent now. but it was right overhead and was ploughing through my shielding like butter. The POLICIA are very keen on my INNER KNEE BEING DESTROYED OR DEMOLISHED really. Imagine: Drones from above [Two hits on my back/SPINE from below and behind, the Mazzeo fiends in their car and shed] and a squall of Mazzeo men in their drive to attack just as soon as I sit down and pile shielding on that knee. “We can take you out any which way you sit.” Did they do this to the pretty green and blue-eyed children in Afghanistan? “We MUST have these drones, these INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES involving sharpshot RFIDS in or near the NERVE OF THE INNER KNEE just as close as we can possibly get so we can FIND people.”

Yeah, people like me. 1:44 pm.

The right side of my right leg is being hit. They must be working on it from the upstairs Ruane flat and 146 and 142 as well. So many of them, all working together. [Must be nice, the CAMARADERIE, the FRIENDSHIP. All sides now, diff languages screamed out everyday. 1:46 pm]

The other thing that happened as I sat down was the fusillade of hits from above, from the Chen Limings on my left cheek, the swollen and disfigured one. The right one has also been attacked and has swelled up a bit. But the left side has been fixated on, and has become a mass of fluff, padding, swelling, inflammation, collagen, colloidal gel, fungus possibly inside in their SYN BIO fatness, and gel for stickiness. There are no cheekbones left now, only large rounded swellings. That’s a bill for DISFIGURATION and DEFORMITY, yes. The CIA will shortly receive this. Maybe the Department of State as well, they let the Chinese and Israelis in. The Chinese Chen Limings especially are very keen on disfiguring my face, it seems. 1:52 pm.

Just saved myself from NARCOLEPSY as my eyes closed and I realized they had found my lower spine and were ELF’ing it with Delta and Theta waves–just stuck RUBBER THERE. Yes, RUBBER AT YOUR LOWER SPINE AND anywhere they’ve implanted you on your spine will keep you from falling asleep when they try COUPLING WITH YOUR TAILBONE OR TELEMETRY AND SENDING DELTA AND THETA IN. 1:54 pm.

TRUCK MONITORING & ADT

Every morning for the past few days I’ve been woken by loud truck sounds by the cherry tree around 5:30 am and extreme heat on my spine. Happened again today but minus the loudness. Their door closings were decorous today and genteel. Voices, movements in that driveway, soft revvings up–all while I was recording. {To be posted shortly.}

For an hour almost they sat in their trucks and cars, monitoring or trying to blast my knee which I was shielding. [Loud vroomer, 1:58 pm.] Yes they are FIXATED on my inner knee, as if it is theirs. Clearly they are texting each other as they sit there, needling and poking.

Loud bang of truck door as I fight sleep again. 2:00 pm.

Last night and early this morning I was able to save my knee thanks to the 6 pieces of galvanized steel I bought from Home Depot. 2 feet by 3 feet, and they were propped here and there around the room. Each cost $15 and I have ordered 6 more for this room is not fully shielded. I need a couple downstairs too.

HEMI hits on HAND

This morning, Sep 18, when I went out clutching one of these steel shields, the Mazzeos began to send HEMI clamps to my hand holding the shield, my left hand. Intense cramping paralysis and the fingers almost froze. I had to stop and splay them, flex them to get function back in my fingers. 2:04 pm.

Just about a halfhour ago I was in the Art Room taking pics and scans of some FRAUDULENT COURT DOCUMENTS I will report properly shortly. 3 Adults were outside the Pinester house chatting. One went in and there were 2 then on the steps, with their cell phones. The sole of my left foot seized up. Were these 2 ladies running “COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS” on me with CORRECTIONS INNOVATIVE TECH on my left sole? This happened in here too as I stood by the bed.

Was it them or was it the Mazzeos and the Chens, from upstairs? And from downstairs.

[Just saved myself from Narcolepsy again by sticking some shielding on the very top of my head–the antiskid washer rubber I’d been using has disappeared. Copper rolls work too though. The point is to foil their signal-sending. 2:10 pm.

2:12 pm: Intense MILLIMETER WAVE BURN ON LEFT HAND, underside. CHENS.

They won’t take NO for an answer. NO we don’t want your SADISM and CRUELTY. They’re a SADISM CULT it seems. What an appetite they have for it. More and more SADISM. 2:14 pm.

At around 11 am I was standing by the counter downstairs fixing a hot breakfast. [Parathas and tofu-red pepper fry, the parathas were pre-made/frozen.] I was blasthit by the Chens on my right inner knee from 2 sides, an installation in front and their generator in back. Hence my running up to get one of the new slabs of galvanized steel which I propped against my left side, protecting the right knee, and which I moved about as I walked about outside, dropping birdseed on the table and taking some out to the birdfeeders under the pelargonium. 2:21 pm.

That’s when they hit my hands, to make me stop holding that large shield and protecting my inner knee. Both then when I came in and later in the Art Room when they hit my left sole, I heard cars zooming about outside, as if all of them were trying to get that reading too and failing. 2:22 pm.

“I’m saving to be a fundraiser–what will you be”–Parallel BULLSHIT TECHNO ACOUSTO being piped into my left ear, to stop my concentration. Others on the right working to put me to sleep. ALL THESE WEAPONS they have, they must be so proud of themselves. 2:23 pm. Jerkshock on left leg, 2:24 pm–Chens. Insane, evil Satanic.

There have been lots of PARALLEL streams of images and words lately, hitting the back of my head and forehead too probably. I will have to SHIELD better. 2:25 pm.

2:53 pm: Back with better shielding. I will have to stop reporting for a while and get some work done. Basically, there are several NEUROWEAPONS and ACOUSTIC NEUROWEAPONS and ENERGY WEAPONS and VIBRATION WEAPONS and THERMAL WEAPONS in their THROUGH-WALL CACHE and they’re currently whacking me with all of them. “Oh it’s only 5 hours that we put her to sleep”–that was yesterday, no the day before yesterday and the day before that. Then when I wake and go down I see a Quincy Police man in all black by the Norfolk 147 drive darting about as if looking for another raccoon. It may have been me, after all the zooming in front and drones trying to wake me up. Or pretending to. For the others put me to sleep. “We simply can’t get a reading of the PUBLIC SAFETY KLEIN WALKER IMPLANT WE STUCK SNEAKILY ON HER BACK AT SOUTH SHORE WHEN SHE WAS KNOCKED OUT BY MULTIPLE MUSHROOM DRUGS.” So off the QPD go, to try to find the “MISSING VULNERABLE PERSON OUTFITTED WITH PUBLIC SAFETY RFID IMPLANT”. They are able to send all sorts of frequency signals to these many implants and one of them is INSTANT SLEEP. 2:58 pm.

Note, it is 3:53 pm on September 19, 2025, cars are zooming and honking on Pine, two hits have sounded from the Mazzeos and I was just BLAST PULSESHOT HIT AGAIN ON THE NERVES ON MY INNER KNEE FROM ABOVE, possibly the Chen Limings. The Chevy T is parked in front of our house, UNLAWFULLY, the Black Minivam Blondie and her many pals drive is parked in front there, and Black Pickup is parked way down in that drive. They use weaponry from ALL THEIR TRUCKS to hit. So that’s what they’re doing just now as I post these links here.
