[Writing at 1:40 pm] 1;34 pm: I pulled my sound shield across and found the Chen Limings were in their basement, pointing their RF HPM upwards and pulse-blasting my nose to pieces. For 15 minutes prior, my nose had been leaking, running in fact at speed, all of a sudden as soon as I sat down here on my bed up in the spare room by the street.

1:42 pm: A plane just came by, and now the Mazzeos are sending blast hits to the lower back, through pillows and shielding or just through gaps. I gather they want to all find my Nose again?

1:44 pm: Another whack, with TOP SECRET RF HPM (revealed by NATO & the US Air Force, not unknown) at my lower spine. Noises in the Mazzeo drive. Last night as well, zombie sounds on the stairs as if large dead people were pounding upstairs. Yes, terrific, but this house isn’t haunted.

1:45 pm: Flickers on my left knee. Chen Limings. They tried that earlier, and I tried to shield. “Your life is Shielding.” Forget being a writer. Just after I was hit with extreme high frequency in my right ear I went to the window and was in time to see this silver half pickup–involved in several Death-hit RF-piercing-weapon blasts at my right kidney once, memorably, and others–pull slowly from its static spot across that drive or just above it on the hill to this parking spot. I ran upstairs and got this pic just after the thing had parked.

11:11 am, 153 Pine Street. This man walked across as if from across the street, our sidewalk. This man drives this truck on occasion, along with an older-looking woman who often accompanies him. [This man has parked the truck, then run across to our sidewalk, to get closer, possibly for a second hit. Meanwhile I was running upstairs. I think that’s what happened. I took both shots and filmed the video from upstairs. I took the first shot at 11:11 am. Then I saw him walk across as if from our sidewalk. What exceptional Hubris. And Open, Daytime Crime. Using a Handheld Acoustic Neurotech Weapon, he was moving in for a Second Hit–because: why precisely? He wants to destroy my Right Ear? Yes, that’s a really good reason. We all go around and attacking each other’s ears because: Ending Hearing is a new goal for us to reach for perhaps? This man is a Fusion-Center-Police-affiliate-contractor-CRIMINAL. 11:06 am, August 28th, 2025. My conclusion about where I think this acoustic neuroweapon was, whether handheld or installed in that truck is still ambivalent at this point. I’ve been attacked with a similar sound device held up in a woman’s hand as she walked between racks of clothes at TJ Maxx once, a public and very extreme form of Pointed Sound Harassment–and an Acoustic Neurotech attack or Electronic Warfare Attack. So this man could be carrying the device in his hand–I was hit before the truck parked however, so it was from inside the truck before he parked. Either this man or someone else just sitting in the truck as I recorded threw out that bottle or can as he drove away.He seems to have been the driver though since he got back into the driver’s seat. Which means he walked across and back for some other reason, maybe to show me the back of his thrilling Gray Shirt–which DHS seems to think is OK–Oh yes, “Urban Warfare” is OK, for we’re all BARBARIANS now, attacking each other in the URBAN JUNGLES of the suburbs. No, it’s just you DHS, FBI, Police, and CIA: YOU ARE CRIMINALS.

I was dishwashing when I was hit. Further hits occurred this morning as I washed dishes and waited for a cake I’d put in the oven to bake. The Chen Limings, Mazzeos, Starsiak tenants, Ruane tenants, others here, and their LEADERS and AUTHORITY FIGURES, the CIA and STATE and AIR FORCE and DOJ seem to think once-hit, I’m supposed to keel over and get hit more and more until I fall over and can do absolutely nothing (achieving Gregor Samsa). They appear to dislike Dishwashing in particular–as they dislike Gardening it appears–and start swarming and hitting just as soon as I embark on this. Note, they’ve been using SEVERAL DIFFERENT KINDS OF EXOTIC SECRET/TOP SECRET WEAPONS on me this morning–or midday–with their planes flying extra low–and very loud–as if to say, Hey we’re CIA here! We can do anything! NO YOU CANNOT. The reason I’m taking some time to Report these massive crimes of privacy-intrusion and MURDER by SLOW-KILL with ELECTROMAGNETIC and ACOUSTIC NEUROWEAPONS is: Everyone is in danger of being harmed by these weapons. This is BASIC JOURNALISM. And the CIA needs to BACK DOWN, ditto DOJ, DARPA et al. 2:53 pm.

As I made this video-recording–plane sounds not hearable very well–I could feel the extreme and strange tightness of my face as it was inflamed by RF HPM, pulseshot into nose, sinuses, forehead, chin–where repeated, precision pulsing has produced lines of dark radiation–despite aloe, olive oil, coconut oil slatherings.

Are these CIA weapons? Are they DARPA weapons? The Israelis and Chinese and Russians at the Morans house–who might also be Israeli Russians [RNM, left knee, 3:16 pm], I’m recalling one of the Samanthas and their dog spent some time in that house once, maybe a couple years ago, alerting me they knew each other and were hanging out with each other–may just be testing out their fancy Israeli and Russsian weapons. All sorts of bilateral and trilateral agreements have been made here by these nations who have been permitted to come into our country and pound us to pieces–this is War on the People then, by the US Department of State, who let them in, and the CIA who is working with them, and the local Police, who protect them, accept their false-reports, and come running to attack their “Victim” when she is seen outside gardening.

At 9:07 pm I was just back in from putting the Trash and recycle cans out, clad in my burkah scarf and tons of cakepan shielding at my right knee, hobbling. The Murphy stand-ins had a car parked in their drive, taillights on when I went out. I dragged the cans to the curb, a white mercury headlight down the street alerting me to One-Eyed stalking. Nevertheless, I pushed the 2 fence panels on this side back, both I had stuck yesterday by the beautifully over-blooming white hydrangeas, to prevent them falling over. They’re a Tree Hydrangea and they have gone ecstatic with Blooms this year. [It’s a good sign, it means Flowers ahead, not War and Terror.] As I did, the One-eyed car moved forward, ominously. Literally. Who drives with one headlight on and parking light on the other side? All the goondas in Quincy. Witnessed in daytime as well. They come by leering, as if with a message. Well no one needs to hear it. I fled, locking the garden gate behind me. Inside the side corridor, I was blasthit on my right knee when it was turned toward the Starsiak house and garage. Lights were on both upstairs and down there. The Black Pickup had not returned and was not parked in front of our house. House or garage installation? Could be. Those people–the Chevy T in their drive, the black minivan in front–sit around and stalk 24/7. Have they implanted my knee as well with some kind of radio tag that they keep getting it? Could be. The QPD man in the pickup has sharpshot my left upper arm in the last 10 days or so. I’ll have to find the pic I took of that lesion on my upper arm the Day I saw it. 9:55 pm.
