A letter was sent to [helicopter overhead, 3:14 pm] the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, on June 29, 2025, informing her of the remote electroshocks this writer was unlawfully attacked with last week, continuous jerkshocks and full-body shocks being sent to her head while she was working on the US-Israel article which highlights several Memoranda of Understanding approving science and technology “co-operation” by the US and Israel involving “controlled equipment” and “emerging Security technologies” being developed and tested inside the USA on Americans.

The letter also reported the cloning of husband and daughter, the gaslighting run by, putatively, the CIA as well as the spoofing of email IDs and three-year separation of herself from family [twinge at heart, Mazzeo side–that’s a heart hit with electrical through-wall weaponry, 3:20 pm] with email ids and phone ids overlaid with virtual avatars and voice clones.

The letter requested an end to the experimentation obviously being run on this writer by absolutely criminal parties who are using numerous kinds of remote-access through-wall weaponry on her body and brain, and a return of her life to her–apparently bought and sold by vampires in Quincy and Boston to the CIA, DARPA, DOD, AIr Force, and others–and a public disclosing of the cloning of her spouse Paul Jeffrey Tanis and their daughter Sophie Marguerite Nerine along with an arranging of all to meet so they might know and meet each other and families.

The letter also asked expressly for a return of her family to their home and an end to and exposure of the FBI’s wrongful watchlisting of herself and all experimentation projects on her since 2013. As in her letter earlier, last spring, to the Biden-Harris Administration, this letter seeks an end to all Artificial Intelligence and Brain Experimentation involving humans and animals, for people and animals have been and are being tortured and killed in these, they are not “minimal risk,” and they are inhumane and unethical.

The letter, emailed and emailed again with correct addresses, is posted below. Faxes to the Senate Intelligence Committee were continuously “hung up”–on every one of numerous tries since last week when this letter was emailed on Sunday June 29, 2025. The letter was copied to immediate family and the US Ambassador from India as well as Anna von Reitz, Fiduciary of the USA, Unincorporated, and Edward Fulke, Massachusetts State Assembly Co-ordinator.
