Letter of Notification and Request to South Shore Hospital, Weymouth and South Shore Mental Health Aspire Health Alliance, April 4, 2025

Brief Report re. Critical Personal Letter | Ramola D | April 4, 2025, 1:47 pm

A Letter of Notification and Request was sent this morning to South Shore Hospital, Weymouth and to South Shore Mental Health/Aspire Health Alliance by Email and Fax, notifying them of their crimes in assault and battery of the writer at their Emergency Department on December 20th, 2022 and requesting that they immediately act to remove all false labels and slurs affiliated with a so-called medical record for the name “Ramola Dharmaraj” which has been expatriated and reclaimed on Land and Soil Jurisdiction and does not exist in the Maritime in any form whatsoever, while also invalidating all these false labels, lies, narratives noted on documents purporting to be medical and health records but which are not, they are records of Lies, Constructions, Fabrications, and Avid Crime.

The Letter was copied to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Division of Health Facility Licensure and Certification; the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine; and the new US Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., at the Office for Civil Rights at the US HHS.

In reading through the letter this morning, written in haste last evening in attempts to finalize this very necessary step of informing South Shore Hospital and South Shore Aspire, particularly in light of new invasions of the writer’s privacy this past week and yesterday–to be reported fully shortly, at Reporter’s Note 60, upcoming–it appears not all was disclosed regarding unconsented-to implants implanted unlawfully in the writer’s body at South Shore Hospital on December 20th, 2022 and subsequently also at Bournewood Hospital from December 21-29, 2022, where the writer was unlawfully held without reprieve for 9 days, including notice of the acoustic neurotech/IC chip implants at both ears, the self-assembling device in the left arm, the CIA-NSA contact lenses with wifi stuck over pupils, the new BCI stuck at base of head at high top of spine, the quantum-dot tech all down the length of spine, the spots now on spine where vibration tech is being sent nonstop so I have to shield or move, nonstop–Radio Enslavement, which needs to be fully addressed and published, so that it can be stopped.

No agency or entity has any right whatsoever to order up the police-kidnapping of people and the psych-police incarceration of people so they can be non-consensually implanted for further bodily Torture, Intended Murder, and Radio Enslavement, for any period of time whatsoever. –Ramola D, 1:45 pm, April 4, 2025.

All parties listed on the Letter have now been notified of the Invalidation of all False Psychiatric Labels [parading as ‘diagnoses” “narratives” and other lies] used by all entities at South Shore Hospital and South Shore Mental Health/Aspire Health Alliance in relation to any and all forms of the name “Ramola Dharmaraj”–which is–and has been, for several years now–fully expatriated and reclaimed on Land and Soil and has no existence anywhere anymore in any incorporated entity or corporation, any municipality, any maritime incorporation, whatsoever. No health insurance corporation can use this name, no hospital corporation can use this name, no police or security corporation database can use this name, no “warrants” from a corporate police entity can be taken out in this name, no “Section 12” bogus “emergency hospitalization” can be run, authorized, or ordered for this name, or any form of the name. All medical records referencing this name are Null and Void and Invalid.
