While this Author, Publisher, Editor, Writer, Teacher, and Journalist continues to work to address the myriad crimes of unlawful detainment, arrest, kidnap, trafficking, assault and battery conducted on her person (that is, her physical material being) since 2013 by titled, salaried, credentialed, uniformed police, EMS, physician, and psychiatrist parties at numerous locales: at her private home in Quincy, at doctor’s and dentist’s offices in Quincy, and at various Boston area locales and hospitals including those she was dragged to by Quincy Police, Brewster Ambulance Inc., and Midwest Medical Transport, including the Quincy District “Courtroom Lock-up” on December 20, 2022, all parties accessing any medical record held on any database, health, Intelligence, police, or military-related, for any reason, in the name Ramola Dharmaraj are advised that all—that is, ALL—creative and bizarre notations of “Mental Health”, “Behavioral Health”, “Substance Use Disorder”, curious and pathetic Labels of variously notated decomposing mental faculties, expressions, events, moronic and juvenile Claims of DSM-Coded and Sentient Warfare fabrications, inventions, and denigrations, including such concoctions as “Mania”, “Unspecified Psychosis,” “Suicide Attempt”, “Harm to Self,” “Bipolar Disorder”, “Paranoia”, “Delusional Disorder”, “Acute Delusional Disorder”, “Erythromatous Disorder”, “Cardiovascular Disease” and other such desperate CIA/psychiatric trademarks notated on forms, reports, and records and posted currently at United Healthcare’s medical record in her name are completely and flagrantly baseless, unsubstantiable, and false.

The list of lies on this so-called medical record is so extreme that readers encountering it might be persuaded to believe—if one actually believes Rockefeller Medieval Allopathic Medical Lies anymore—the owner of that name is completely mentally decrepit, roiling about in a state of intense Mania, engaging in “Psychosis” and “Suicide” every second, while evincing all sorts of “Disorders” knocking her about from Pole to Pole as she suffers Delusions, Paranoia, and Itches possibly, all in Fear of the “Police”, the Government and, as the New York Times often assures us, “Beams from the Government.”

All readers of the completely, absolutely False Medical Record being maintained by the so-called Health Insurance outfit named United Healthcare are advised that United Healthcare and all so-called “Healthcare Providers” which have made the False Claims and been paid for them by UHC despite this Writer’s numerous notifications and requests to UHC/Optum since April 2022, are engaging in Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law to deprive this Writer and Journalist of her innate human rights, and of all civil rights which all in the United States may claim—but apparently not she—in profound Racism, Discrimination, Selective Harassment, and with intent to Disappear and Bury Alive this Writer, Trafficking her thereby into continued 24/7, 360-degree, Unlawful Assault and Battery, Bio Hacking, Neuro Hacking, Directed-Energy Weapons-Testing, and Artificial Intelligence Brain and Bio Experimentation Using Deadly and Dangerous Electromagnetic Weapons, Electrical Weapons, High Frequency Oscillation (5G) Vibration Technologies, Non-Consensual Implants of Various Kinds, including several RFIDs on both arms, several cochlear implants, IC chips behind the ears, electronic sensing tags at the Heart, MEMS from sprayed nanotechnology, a suspected “Public Safety” vibrational pump-receptor implant on her back, a suspected drug-pump device on her upper left arm, numerous bits of seeming shards or broken needles in the upper left arm, and much else, while overtly denying her Diagnostic Radiology to prove the above, when she has asked, in every case [Note: We are speaking of Boston: Medical and Imaging Center Internationale.].

Every single Physician, Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, Medical Technician, Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Nurse, Emergency Medical Staff, Ambulance Staff, Ambulance Driver, Police Officer, Administrative Staff and Surveillance Role Player who has participated in the two Kidnap, Trafficking, Incarceration, Implantation, and Forced EKG Incidents on this Writer is therefore guilty of enormous Crime, and has sought to cast a perfectly sane, normal, healthy living woman as insane, abnormal, unhealthy, while engaging in actions to torture her physically and psychologically, disappear her from society as an Author, Writer, Poet, Teacher, and Journalist, permit her to be further tortured and persecuted in unlawful, criminal, unethical, inhumane, and grossly human-rights-violative Artificial Intelligence, Brain, Cybernetics, Robotics, Radio Dosimetry, Human Bio-Effects, Bio-Behavioral, Psychological and other unknown kinds of Experimentation known to Harm Living Beings, in particular Human Beings, Primates, and other Mammals, on whom much Experimentation has been previously unlawfully conducted by the CIA, US Army, US Navy, Private Sector Corporations, Universities, and others, deceive her immediate Family into believing she needs “Treatment” in order for them to return to her and their home, remove her immediate Family thus, while she was Kidnapped and Trafficked to Mental Health Wards and Buildings, without Notice/a Note to her, Nothing, While Her Child is on the Verge of College—where she Must Be Now, yet is kept distant, silent, and incommunicado from her: Massive and Incredible Social and Psychological Crime—while at the same time Other Phenomena and extant DOD/CIA crimes of larger nature, known to many others, have been forced onto her awareness, no doubt to further render her A-credible, inclusive of Voice Cloning, Deep Fake AI, Brain Cloning, Artificial Neural Network insertion in apparent Brave New World experimental Bio-Robot creation, Acoustic Neurotechnologies: Neuro-AI and Neurology Live, Body-Morphing, Family Impersonation, and Human Reproductive Cloning, all grossly abusive and criminal, even as precious new life is born into our world, the latter considered unlawful yet fully existent, and in existence, it is clear, for many decades, a matter which needs separate and further Disclosure, not only by this writer but by all others made so aware.

While this is a Matter of Developing Awareness—given that the Writer was unlawfully Medicated for Over a Year it appears and has found evidence of unlawful “Prescriptions” in this United Healthcare Medical Record—never disclosed to her—of dangerous drugs like Haldol and Lorazepam: Added Crime by Physicians involved—this Writer wishes to make it clear to all participant parties they are absolute, unvarnished Criminals, and their Names will be published here, on a Second Edition of this Notice. Thanks to the Criminal Actions of each and every one of these Kidnappers, Traffickers, and Incarcerators, this Writer’s Health, Life, Home, Well-Being, Family, and Cat have been Gravely Harmed, and this is no small matter but will be further addressed, in Journalism and in Law, to the fullest extent possible, and for the necessary Rescue of the Entire Human Race from the clutches and practice of Crime by this repellent coterie of “Professionals” who are operating Lawlessly, Criminally, and Without Scruple, harming the entire Human Race.
