Notice to One is Notice to All; Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent; Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal

This is a Notice to notify all that this afternoon around 1:45 pm, this writer was violently attacked at her left upper arm from the direction of the Black Pickup unlawfully parked in her private parking spot in front of her own home, and/or the direction of the house opposite, 153/151 Pine Street still registered as being owned by Breanne Higson-Starsiak and Stanley Starsiak now of Hull, Massachusetts, and occupied by changing parties affiliated with the Quincy District Court and the Quincy Police Department, as concluded by this writer in light of their arrival in June 2023 in QDC black and white uniforms and in police cars, with women in all black Quincy Police uniforms, and frequent visits by Quincy police in patrol cars, easy rapport with Quincy Police when they called them on false-claim in May 2024, and continuous provocation-parking anytime this writer reported Quincy Police actions of crime against her.
Checking with a sound shield, the direction of the hits was found to be the 153/1 Pine house and black pickup truck.
Intense RF energy was sent insistently and continuously to a spot on the upper left arm with a lesion on it succeeding a sharpshot-in micro implant last week apparently, indicating that the party operating this Stalking and Finding tool today was the one who sharpshot that RFID tracker or implant in.
That would be a Quincy Police-Quincy District Court employee and how acceptable is it that a “Public Safety” department would employ people in Corrections to park opposite a Writer and Journalist, sharpshoot her for tracking and stalking, then have a good time provoking her with Black Pickup Truck parking in her private spot and blasting her arm with Radio Pulses to pinpoint her location so all around could do whatever else they like with her, such as blast her right knee to bits, or heart-hit her into Wollaston Cemetery–the latter as almost accomplished yesterday, with a whole day’s worth of blast-RF pulsing her at the chest with congestion frequencies?
Despicable all around and this writer is publishing this Notice to notify all that Quincy Police has sharpshot her now with a RFID tracker in her left upper arm–to add to all their other actions of Extreme Harm against her–and seem to think she is Chattel, to be stalked, attacked and blown to smithereens with Radio and Radar weapons, in addition to being terrorized with patrol cars, armed men, police drones, zoomers on the street, endless black ops attempts to kidnap her again, actual kidnaps, trafficking, and repeat visits to her home to defame and slander her as Private Police Abuse fodder.
Quincy Police has previously been apprised of the criminality of their actions and advised to stay 1000 feet away from this writer at all times. This notification is repeated herein, with the added advisory that all tracking, stalking, attacking, through-wall attacking with radio and radar and any other kind of weapon of this writer be stopped immediately. These are barbaric weapons permitting Crime of every kind, and all Police should be turfing all of them.
