Founding of A Quincy Beat: News of Interest from Once Passanageset:

Founding, today, this News Post page for matters relating to Quincy not often known outside this town, or block even, sometimes, covered on occasion by such as The Quincy Sun, whose publications this Author has been reviewing with interest since Mid-March when she became a subscriber.

Much it appears is not being covered by The Quincy Sun, ChemTrails for instance, and this Author has started to send notice of letters and events to The Quincy Sun’s publisher and reporters, in hopes they will cover the Facts on the Ground soon. [Notice of the DPW attack on this writer on September 4, 2024, for instance, was sent on to The Quincy Sun as also to the Boston Globe and Boston Herald, more below.)

Such Facts–or a portion thereof–are what the Author hopes to report here in these ephemeral pages online (always accessible if crashed at the Wayback Machine’s archives, although one hopes such crashings may never occur).

Passanageset, the Author understands, was once the name of this town in Massachusetts, well before the English–or some faction thereof, sadly keen on carnage–brought Smallpox to the tribes living here before 1625 and certainly before 1600. Currently of course, miscreants at the CDC–also keen on carnage, and in fact, quite proficient at it, as evidenced by their actions over the past 4 years in particular, since 2020, and past the Great Heist of the “Coronavirus” followed by the Great Laying-Waste (of Life) of the COVID Vaccine (Millions reported dead and injured)–are playing Monkeypox games with us all, (Mpox Monitoring in Africa: Are these real figures, are these people really dead, and if so is a Vaccine being used, is 5G being activated, is it RF HPM technologies (Weaponry) used in Stealth instead? Questions to explore) and perhaps that Great Wheel in the Sky is waking us all up, or seeking to, as we begin to break the Miasmic Hold PseudoScienceMongers have placed on us and Make New Passage back to Sanity, Thinking, True Intelligence, Truth and Fact, Privacy, Independence, American-ness really, renewing steps back to the Earth, Sky, Cosmos, Nature, and the Sanctity and Autonomy of our Living bodies, brains, and lives.

Local Quincy and Boston Press Informed of the Quincy DPW Attack on This Writer’s Garden, Yard and Physical Living Self

Local Quincy and Boston Press–a portion thereof–have been informed (in copy) of the September 4, 2024 Quincy DPW attack on this writer’s front lawn–where native plants have mingled with garden plants this year, Cosmos flowering, Evening Primrose flowering, Queen Anne’s Lace still partially in bloom but mostly fronding and seeding when the DPW Attacker razed tall blooms to the ground [Helicopter overflight–or a drone–strange humming sound, 7:58 pm, Pine-Haven.]

Addressing Private Ways

A letter was sent to the City Clerk, the Public Works Commissioner, and the Chief of Police, addressing, among other aspects, the question of Private Ways and City sidewalks.

Does the “City” own the strip of green and earth between the private sidewalk and the road? Does the “City” own the private sidewalk or are these both Private territory for the Private home-owner to take care of, as they wish? For all over the “City,” and indeed the state, people garden in different ways.

Massachusetts laws on roads and streets recognize the private home-owner as owning their private ways.

In practice, it’s we who take care of the grass or flowers in our yards and on that strip of earth left here between sidewalk and street and that part of sidewalk as well.

The letter was sent in copy to many, including Adam Centurione, Director, Native Plant Society, who sent a brief response on Brains, which this writer responded to (in part), addressing the possibility of Neuro-Activation and Neuroweaponry. Email PDFs of this exchange are below:

FOIA Queries to QPD and DPW Have Been Made

FOIA Queries regarding this rather earth-shattering incident have been made, to Quincy Police and the City Clerk’s Records Access Officer as noted at Notes and Updates (September 13, 2024) and the ECC-FOIA Request Log (#ECC17).

New Discovery: The Mazzeo Man at 150 Pine Has Clearly Summoned DPW, Unlawfully; & A Correction Needs to Be Made

Reported September 12 in The Quincy Sun, a note revealing that the Mazzeo man–or one of them–witnessed the day of the attack communicating with the DPW man, evidencing previous acquaintance, of 150 Pine was clearly involved in unlawfully summoning this man to come “trim”? the writer’s trees and wildflowers, as if they were his–which they’re not:

Clearly, “Disorder” is not accurate, nor is “over trimming bushes” nor is “Verbal Argument. Peace restored. Advised.” “150 Block of Pine Street” along with “Trimming Bushes” along with the Mazzeo man’s open camaraderie with the DPW man on the day of certainly suggests the 150 Pine denizens engaged in unlawful summoning of DPW to attack this Writer and her garden, reporting lies, as indeed the DPW man has reported lies as he summoned Quincy Police the day of, while Quincy Police characterizing of what occurred here in The Quincy Sun on September 12 is just plain wrong. And no, this writer does not find such mischaracterizing acceptable. Quincy Police has no excuse to misrepresent what occurred, for by such misrepresentation, false claims are being made and published, and The Quincy Sun and its readers all over Quincy and Milton and Boston are being deceived. Such deception involving this Author is not acceptable.

The letter to the Quincy Sun was sent September 8, 2024. Reporter’s Note 32 was posted on September 4, 2024. Reporter’s Note 33 with the actual raw film of the attack and aftermath was posted on September 6, 2024. No one should be in any doubt of what exactly happened here on September 4.
