Continuing my ruminations on voice and the speaking of English and who can speak it and how and surfacing the crimes again of cyberhacking, voice hacking and bio hacking with modern neurotechnology, with a special note on the Chinese, whose compartmented terror cells operative in the US today (from right next door) may be self-shielding under cover of “Research” “Science” and “Equipment Testing” and the Indians of beyond initial post-colonial generations who have been used for the most invidious no-English, bringing-down-English projects with their non-English English, and Indian Brahmins who have suppressed all Indians–a topic for fuller coverage another day–while Indian Christians gained some (clerical positions with the Brits, peon positions, lots of scraping and bowing and here, dress like us, act like us, speak like us but Noo, no Higher Education) yet were held down, post 1947–Year of “Independence” from the British in India and Year of the National Security Act forming the CIA here in the USA (4:44 pm as I write this, Sep 28, 2024); did India ever really gain Independence? Why exactly do the English Not Want to Teach the Speaking of English…? For they haven’t.
Thinking about Voice, Accent, the Speaking of English, Teaching the Speaking of English, while also examining briefly notions of English Empire, Euro Empire–touching on those (now hiding in “Globalism” and “Private Sector” with roots in Royalty and Rothschilds, Rockefellers and Skullsters) loitering among us and seeking to finish us off (I am speaking of Non-Humans and Coneheads, Roundheads too)–Russia too, I managed to record a few of my thoughts the night of September 19, 2024, feeling the need to share some pertinent advice with the world: You Must Speak.
Inevitably, I was compelled to also raise, partially, the manic and Machiavellian behavior of various characters still clustering like lice on Pine Street and living large in Quincy, deceiving the population. What will it take to sweep out the lice?

A cluster of Techno Spy Crims, clustering close, after installing themselves first on ICs and CBIs and Wifi, running their chatter through voice maskers and coders, voice distorters, deniers, derailers, engaging in Circle Ops Spy Ops to Stop the Writer from thinking on her own, speaking on her own, writing on her own: What shall we call this? Criminal Neuro Enterprise? Someone is sure paying for it. Someone is making fat sums just concocting this criminality. Take a Writer, someone with a Voice, a Brain, a Mind, and blast the Writer’s Mind with Circle Ops Psy Ops 14-year-old Brahmin Boys Voices, broken Indlish (Very Very Broken Indlish, lots and lots of Incredibly Beaten-Up Accent, add in some other Rural Indian Voices, from the North, the South (of INDIA), break that writer’s Voice/Education/Smarts/Thinking and put these Broken Words in her Ears–IC-CBI, note, cousins to BCI–over and over in hopes her own Voice will break, her own Accent be compromised, her own hold on language be completely and absolutely erased. That’s NeuroDegradation of Voice or is it Voice Degradation using Neuroscience?
Add in REMOVAL of VOCABULARY.
Add in REMOVAL OF MEMORY: Syntactic memory.
Add in Neuro assault daily of Comprehension.
