Noting here today, 1:34 pm, that this report and all reports made at The Everyday Concerned Citizen and at Ramola D Reports by this writer in connection with Dr. Robert Duncan, herein platformed, are being reviewed for reason of intended complete disassociation with Dr. Robert Duncan and his fraudulent enterprise run with his cronies at the Department of Defense, at the Central Intelligence Agency, and at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, to clearly and categorically state that this writer neither knew nor understood the part this man and his friends have played in establishing a criminal, stalking, brain-thieving, and brain-harvesting enterprise, built on decades of criminal neuroscience, purporting to be “military neuroscience” which is a misnomer and oxymoron and cannot exist, essentially probing and invasion of the human brain, mind, and consciousness for their own private pet Satanic project of sacrificing some humans via whole-brain harvesting via their EEG-heterodyning, EEG-cloning and other purportedly Brain Access and Brain Mapping and Artificial Intelligence Neural Network Mapping methods, destroying human brains, lives, and consciousness without a qualm, burying all their targeted “Victims”: people of renown, intellect, spiritual and worldly power whom they wished to take down on basis of Ego, Arrogance, Hubris, and Deceit, all in service to their own private deluded visions of Global Mind-Hiving, Global Cyborging, Artifical Intelligence to replace Human Intelligence, ANN to replace BNN (biological neural networks), Complete Human Control, Biorobotizing for Physical Electromagnetic Control of the Human Body and Brain together, suppressing the latter and using the former, in other words, a sick, perverted, private, Luciferian and Illuminati enterprise attempting Global Human Control all in the False name of US National Security, US Military Competitiveness, and US Military Dominance as in Full Spectrum and Multi-Domain Dominance. These are Crimes Against Humanity, they are Modalities of Physical and Psychological Torture, wreaked through endless, extended, abuse-of-powers Sources and Means of obtaining Absolute Control of Humans locked in SCIFs–Sensitive Compartmented Informational ghettos which no Intelligence agency has been permitted to breach, in order to rescue the unfortunate targeted “victims” of this criminal enterprise, who continue to languish inside these classified and secret chambers just like the primates and beagles and mice and other creatures locked inside these chambers and cruelly tortured, all of which secret classified chambers need to be fully opened and all permissions given to these criminal Brain-Attackers and Brain-Thieves revoked permanently, while each of them must be fully investigated and thrown permanently in jail for life. This writer will further make known shortly all of her correspondences and communications with Dr. Robert Duncan and all who have supported him and who have brought him forward, to play a deadly double game of seeming whistleblowing and apparent takeover and corralling as if in consent all the languishing Brain-targeted who came to him for help, support, information, and relief. This writer must state in the most stringent terms possible she had no idea this man and his pals–for that is what it comes down to, a bunch of misled misfits who attack humans but who enjoy the greatest privileges of Harvard educations, other Ivy League educations, secret networking at the very top of society to exclude all others, monopolistic and Freemasonic behavior, involving, centrally, Deceit, to deceive all they speak to and come in contact with, publicly–was actually engaged in permitting, extending, and continuing these most evil operations, to rival Mengele’s, of stealing Brains, attacking and harvesting Brains, subjecting all Brain-targeted to extreme physical attack, disablement, disfigurement, mutilation for Life, while sequestering them under wrongful labels and “Sequential Intercept Model”-obtained actions by Police, EMS, ER Doctors, and Psych Ward terrorists, all using Terror and Trauma, of Serious Mental Illness, and Untreated Serious Mental Illness in order to inflict on them the most serious Label of them all, Schizophrenia, and acquire in this way a Lifetime (attenuated) of Forced-Medication with Neuro Tunnelling and Neuro Dumbing and Neuro Retarding Drugs, so they can neither speak of this Extreme Continuing Crime nor be believed for their testimonial. The Robert Duncan MIT lecture went well. Originally we had 260 RSVPs, however only about 60 actually showed up the day of the event. Attendees were mostly all University students of Neuroscience from local tech schools. Most were not familiar at all with the phenomenon. Probably one of the most impressive things though is the traffic on the EventBrite page. Overnight it went from 1,000 to 60,000 views. It is currently at 76,000 and seems to be getting 1,000 views a day. I would like to edit the content, email it out to not only the attendees and RSVPs but all 5,000 relevant parties invited and obviously put it up on the EventBrite. Without question this was much more effective than handing out flyers randomly on a street corner. I think the content needs some tweaking though.

Here is follow up market research from sign in sheets. I thought it was interesting and worth sharing for future events. When asked if they were familiar with tech prior to this event 32% said yes while 68% said no. When asking those saying they were familiar how they became familiar 40% said internet, web articles or alternative media, 10% said government affiliation, 20% said personal experience, 10% said experience of a loved one and 20% said through the Cuban embassy news story. When asked if they would like to receive lecture materials emailed to them 67% said yes 33% said no and when asked if they would like be involved in more in-depth discussions and help us working towards solutions 67% said yes, 30% said no and 3% said not sure.

Also so we know which marketing platforms were most effective at bringing attendees to gauge ROI (return on investment) this was how those that signed in learned of the event: 21% Meetups (free), 9% direct emails (free), 2% flyers ($300), 40 EventBrite (free), 26% word of mouth (but 1/3 of these said it was from their professor so that more from direct email) 2% newspaper print ad ($600). Lesson learned free online marketing is way more effective! Email blasts, word of mouth and EventBrite traffic are most effective. Flyers and newspaper ads only accounted for 4% of attendees.
