In the summer of 2022, shortly after the first publication of my second book of short fiction from Paycock Press in May 2022, right after the lunacy of the unlawful Planted Mercenary Playing Neighbor at 153 Pine-Quincy Police-Brewster Ambulance-Steward Carney targeting, capture, trafficking, and incarceration from April 14 to April 19, 2022 at Carney’s rather extraordinary and SRP (surveillance role player)-infested “4 Southeast”, apparently a Substance Abuse ward from its titled designation but in fact a Psych Ward crawling with clearly CIA-run Psych’os, no doubt well-qualified in the “Medical” profession and as representative of its Insanities, I visited Thomas Crane Public Library with two signed copies of For the Sake of the Boy and donated them to the library, speaking to a librarian upstairs at the Fiction desk, leaving her also a card with my information on it, offering to read or conduct workshops for the library as they might like.
Nothing came of this, so a short while later in January of 2023 I wrote to the named librarians online, re-introducing my book. Nothing came of that either and in August of 2023, August 12, to be precise, I sent a letter to the Trustees of Thomas Crane Public Library once again introducing my book to them. I was aware of cyberhacking and wondered if my letter to the librarians had been stopped by the suspected-#MockOp & Weapon-Wielding CIA Mafia living in the changing coven next door. Certainly I hoped the Trustees would receive my letter. All things human as we know are done in hope; all things Inhuman are done in deceit, under “Cover” and worshipping Lies. Not to mention Mammon.
No answer there either, and I had been aiming to post this letter here for a while, so it is a year after, and here I am, still meaning to issue a second edition of that second book of short fiction (which I will get to eventually), posting it finally. Curiously I could not print this email at all at first, not seeing any option to print to PDF; I finally did a semblance of a right-click on the title and got it to print which it did minus the date (the August 12 2023 date). I am fairly certain it is the resident criminals right next door at the Mazzeo residence who are responsible for the major Cyberhacking Misery daily grown on my desktop; let me also underline that my Cursor has been removed–the mouse-cursor/clicker; has been, for months, maybe a year now, and I am limping along on this touch-screen, using DOS commands and making do, trying hard to write, edit, post without a mouse-cursor: truly difficult. Who does this to a writer? The #MockOppers who want hegemony and exclusive access to Articulation apparently; the rest of you can’t speak or write At The Level We Live On, you Must Be Degraded. This is very much in line with the Neurohacking, Neurodegrading, Neurodulling, NeuroSlowing this lot has subjected me to, and still is: now in August 2024, as if they Can and as if they Will Forever. (No, you’re not Going to.)
So: Am I a Writer?

Is this what the CIA, the DMH, the Quincy Police and all the corrupt and criminal medicos who are both Complicit and Actively-Participant in the Concoction of Psych Labels they then pin to people’s Heads in order to apparently Take Over and Answer For their “levels of consciousness” “ability to think” “insight” “credibility” “normalcy” “health” “wellness” “mental health” wish to insert uncertainty about in every viewer/reader’s head regarding myself?
For they continue to use Neuroweapons, Anti-Personnel (say Anti Human) Directed Energy Weapons, Noise Harassment Weapons, Radiohood Harassment, Noise, Provocation Weapons against me, here on Pine Street, in a Quincy, Massachusetts block–matters I continue to report everyday. As I can, for the assaults are fast and furious and neverending–apparently with intent to overwhelm. And my logs or non-logging as the case may be every day pile up every day as well–too fast to post.
Now as I sought to find the right page for the Thomas Crane Public Library Trustees–so others can also find them, and perhaps speak* to them, for I certainly am being Kept from connecting to the Thomas Crane Library it appears (Clarification on this below)–I read a little snippet online about who the Trustees are. I either hadn’t given this any thought before or I hadn’t known. For I read this line a few times over, staring at it. It doesn’t make sense to me, but perhaps it makes sense to others who know more about how our cities have been and are apparently being run. Is the Mayor the Fuhrer? Increasingly I am being given indication–through numerous stories lately in The Quincy Sun–that this is indeed so. Apparently the Mayor appoints the trustees of the library!
*No, I’m not suggesting speak to them on my Behalf, I have little hope of recognition in this town, now that I’ve established myself as a Journalist (exposing Police/”Public Safety” and Military and Intelligence and Security Crimes–and no, the word “Homeland” is Still Offensive to most of us, I won’t use it [except to point out the Lunacy of its use]), but what is this Library coming to? It almost appears, I use the word Almost advisedly, it almost appears as if the Trustees–appointed by the German King there in power still, demanding bullion for himself and cronies–all speak with One Voice now, and not a voice to me at all. Can such a Library stand? And the answer is No, and they want it to be No, and indeed Tim Walz also says No, they like Censorship now, and removing books, and Degrading reader-brains, and so on, Undoing Intellect’s their thing (See what the Elementary kids are doing in Boston: https://apps.bostonglobe.com/metro/2023/10/literacy-education-strategies; Massachusetts and Quincy 2024: Billion Dollar Budgets, Manipulating Health & Safety, BrAIn Hunting Worldwide, Quincy 400 & The Massachusett Tribe), it’s all about AI now, especially here in Stasiland, and Human Intelligence is unmatchable (by Machines), but they’re keeping That a Secret too: Don’t believe them.) Speak to them though, for we all like Being Spoken To, and they Might need some Ed-ifi/u-cation;)
Visiting the Thomas Crane website briefly, on this chilly grey day in August, an anomaly for August surely, I see news of a book signing, interestingly:
In my case though, apparently in Quincy, I enjoy a treasured position: not as Author, but as Resident “Human Subject and Available Target”–meant only for NeuroBattering and AP-DEW Battering, and guess what, the Mayor knows all about that too!
Meaning, as pretty clearly laid out by FEMA DHS in a most revealing bulletin covering Federal grants for undisclosed weapons systems and vehicles, exposed recently: Controlled Equipment and Unlicensed Radio Devices, Secret Implants, Crewed Aircraft, and Intentional Radiators: Non Lethal Weapons LEAp to Crowd-Control & Public Safety’s Targeting Tech, the Mayor, City Council and School Board probably Approve the use of “Controlled Equipment” on people “in the community” whose “civil rights” are completely removed, while the community’s civil rights apparently are “protected”: (Tearing scream of a police siren in the near distance, 11:30 am, 8/18/2024)
So, let me get this straight, for myself and all readers: The Mayor of Quincy, the City Council, and quite plausibly the School Board, the City Attorney (who is now the Superintendent of Public Schools, an elastic position obviously), all “approved” the use of “controlled equipment” on My Body and Brain–as reported briefly here recently–in the hallowed City of Quincy, now gearing up for a massive Quincy 400 celebration next year, at 2025–counting apparently from 1625, when probably loads of the native Massachusett Tribe and other tribes here had been killed. (I’ll have to check the history details here further.)
So Somebody Applied to “Use” me for Controlled Equipment Blasting and Battery and Somebody Approved this Usage. Until Death Do Us Part, did they think?
And who could that have been? The Famous Four from Adams Montessori along with State Reps Tackey Chan and Stephen Lynch? And then did Mr. Mayor and Pals running the School Board, the City Council, the City of Quincy, and apparently the Thomas Crane Public Library as well–did they all Examine My CV, my Authorness from earlier and decide, oh good, let’s NeuroDEWBatter this Writer and Journalist and Author to Death (We’re all Luciferians here after all and we need to Human-Sacrifice a mother in our schools)? (Brown may be Best too.) (Indian? Even better! We want Indians to be seen as Morons…just check the news lately.)
And of course, behind them, a much larger crowd–of Governors, Attorney-Generals, Senators–all keen to preserve their Arms Investments not to mention Biotech and Pharma portfolios too. [The Battleship Men get in at the top–meaning Locally–and who knew? The Locals are the Kings…a Lesson in Laddership here for all!]
And when did they do this? In 2013, and ongoing–On and On and On and On–on myself and all the other bruised and battered residents of Quincy, being Unlawfully “Used” for Unlawful AP-DEW Weapons Testing and Neuroweapons Testing, alleging Public Safety, Public Health, and oh let me guess–National Security too? Kept like Omelas in our homes, well hidden by Plausible Deniability and oh yes, False Psych Labels, our neighborhoods have become Weaponized Radiohoods, our lives have become Nightmares in Technicolor, and our Work has been Disappeared.
Is Quincy filled with “the working poor” generally? Maybe a lot of Navy and Army and Marine Corps too? (No it can’t be filled purely with Police–and EMS!) We need the fencemen and cooks, the hairsalon artists and retail clerks, the occasional writer or gull to bruise and batter then? [Of course.] Who exactly does the Military like to Experiment/Weapons-Test on? [Everyone?] No, they’re particular, as is the CIA. Remember, the CIA is operating only domestically in its Human Subject–say continuation of Behavior Mod experiments–Brain Destruction Projects, or so they said to Amy Gutmann in 2012. [No Waivers of Informed Consent, PERIOD: The Public Reports Ongoing Non-Consensual Experimentation and Demands the Common Rule Protect Citizens, Not Covert Activities.] We want you to know we think your brain is Very Fine Indeed–we wouldn’t have put you in the Genius Project otherwise. [That’s NSA, and that’s AI-Brain Consumption by Jerks in DARPA, IARPA, HARPA you name it, Defense and Health together, can we imagine this yet?] [Giordano’s doing the Tango–cleverly, the Argentinian Tango (is he a Nazi?) (No just runs after them)–he Called it early, has anyone gotten it yet?]
Over the writer’s home and block, in Quincy Massachusetts, where the RNA drops in globs on the leaves, TransForming them (before the Weapon-Wielders next door incinerate them whole) and the Birds are taught to speak (Engliesch, that is)–an Entertaining place altogether, if most of us weren’t being blasted to death day and night with the Squawkings of (CIA? or DIA?) Hens and Women who look like KPA or CCP blasting Chinglish nonstop into the air: Rothschild-Royals UN-US Inc. here in the Commonwealth, who’ll say they’re all British still, it’s the UK-Roman Empire yet.
This past week–a Report to follow in Report 31, in process, along with the rest of my USAF-GDIT contract-reviewing and reportage, continuously being thwarted by it appears the CIA, the City, and oddly enough some of the USAF too–the Radiohood has been getting increasingly Noxious. Chem trails are out of control here this summer. Weather fluctuations have been insane. Notice of spraying Roundup on the Residents–flora and fauna are resident here too–has been followed by Silence. No, The Quincy Sun hasn’t covered it although I did send them a letter, with a link to my article. Perhaps I’ll follow up with them this week.
