The time now is 4:42 pm, on Monday, June 23rd, 2025.

Extreme heat has been directed at my face, body, shoulders, spine, sides from all sides as I sit on my couch downstairs with my laptop and surrounded by a small amount of shielding to protect myself from the pulsed radiation attacks from the Israeli military and police parties parked in the house and drive behind me: 150 Pine Street, occupying the name “Joseph and Samantha Mazzeo”, the many tenants in all the houses around and especially the police parties–QDC-QPD tenants parked at the Brianne Higson-Starsiak and Stanley Starsiak houses, 153 Pine and 151 Pine opposite, and the house occupied by the Chen Liming and Ngoan Chen parties at 156 Pine Street.

A boy’s voice from the 153/151 Pine house was heard shouting “I’m so hot!” as intense heat came my way from that direction. This was just a few minutes ago, perhaps around 4:35 pm.

I am being fibrillated at the heart–probably with Automatic External Defibrillators–set to fibrillate instead–from above–the Mazzeo attic windows and across, the Chen house.

I have been continuously blasted with spinal vibrations as I sit here–as I have been sitting here for the past halfhour–and have therefore been compelled to move around on the couch, trying to protect myself.

The very large Chevy Traverse belonging to a woman who goes in and out of the 151 Pine upstairs flat every now and then as if she lives there periodically has been parked outside my front door for a few hours now.

A Mazzeo car loaded with Radio Frequency Weapons including ADT–Active Denial Technology, Millimeter Wave weaponry–is parked by the Mazzeo garage-shed not more than ten feet from where I sit. A second loud SUV with a V-8 engine–often used harassively to attack with Sound Harassment and Vibrational Harassment–has just pulled in and parked slowly behind me. It is 4:50 pm.

On a day when the temperature hits 90 degrees Fahrenheit and I cannot run the air-conditioning because the vent system has been compromised by a CIA-run operation to take over our HVAC, and daily and nightly pump in horror smells and waves of Mold, Fungi, Dead Rat Smells, Dead Fish Smells, Frying Fish smells, Skunk Spray smells, Cow Dung Smells, Cat Spray Smells, Indian Train Latrine Smells, Phenyl Smells, Formaldehyde Smells, Strange Psych Drug Smells, and more, I am obviously being Tortured–a Conglomerate Torture Operation, replete with Smells, High Heat, and 5G Pulses, RF HPM pulses, Spinal Heating pulses, and Atrial Fibrillation pulses, with intent to Destroy my Health, Well-Being, Vitality, Vibrancy, and Body. All this inside the Privacy and Sanctity of my own private home, which no one can or should be breaching, through-wall, as they are doing.

It is my understanding the CIA is running operations on this street and operating out of the houses named here as well as others on this street, on Norfolk Street, on Granger Street, and on Elmwood Street around the block as well as Harvard Street on the other side around the block. [I have published extensive prior reportage on this subject.]

I am Noticing here therefore that the Central Intelligence Agency, along with the Nation of Israel which I believe is responsible for the numerous Seemingly Israeli or Russian Weapon-Wielders who come in and out of or are longterm tenants parked at 150 Pine Street, and the Quincy District Court and Quincy Police Department responsible for the fixated Weapon-Wielders parked at the Starsiak house at 153 and 151 Pine Street, are engaged in Actions of Torture, Intended Murder, Disability and Disease Creation, Criminal Trespass, and Criminal Harassment against this Author and Journalist.

These actions are Reprehensible and all parties involved–playing Classified and Undercover–are advised to halt their operations of Crime Against this Writer at once.

Addendum, 5:38 pm: Because it was clear the Chevy Traverse had suddenly moved as I wrote the above, and a “vroomer” double-accelerated his engine and roared up the street and someone else had come and parked in front of our house, I went upstairs to see who it was. I saw a blue car–Israel flag blue, Medical Mental Health Crime blue–with black doors parked in front with a man in turquoise and white overalls cleaning out his car ostensibly. While this might well have been an Amazon informal-delivery car, these colors seem relevant to note here. The man drove off shortly after. Amazon delivery men as also UPS delivery men have and are being used in the Stealth Medical Crime brigade, parking to take readings of unlawfully-implanted RFIDs and other micro and nanotech; I would suspect this was happening. “Telemetry” is noted as one of the activities in international agreements with other countries including Israel permitted inside the United States of America, a crime in itself, which needs Exposure and Halting.
