Found, early this morning, this rather curious document purporting “Crime Laboratory Reporting Agreement for Clandestine Laboratory Response,” suggesting Massachusetts State Police/Forensic Services Division collusion with “Clandestine” Services or Agencies of some kind, and Forensic Laboratory analysis work of some kind, for these Clandestine services.
