Licensing agreements and a Statement of Work for Brewster Ambulance from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health, provided to this writer on a FOIA request (related to the composite actions of Psych Grabbing Fraud twice in 2022 against her by numerous conspiring police, court, ambulance, hospital, and psychiatry parties, inclusive of Brewster Ambulance and Midwest Medical Transport [to be further reported shortly]), reveal, astonishingly, that Mobile Clinic plans for COVID Vaccination on-site at designated areas and in neighborhoods in Massachusetts towns are going ahead, much as the CDC-plans to further push the COVID vaccine this fall in the United States are going ahead, all despite continued report of deaths and injuries due to the vaccine.
Such reports have previously been addressed by the CDC–as not being linked to the vaccine–but another contract recently released on FOIA shows rather clearly that the CDC actually expected serious injury reporting from the vaccine, and that the FDA and WHO as also State Health offices all knew about the reports as they came in. This is bombshell news and should be enough to stop the vaccines cold worldwide, if not all vaccines, really, and should be enough to grind the entire Harm-producing Vaccine Industry to a permanent Halt.

Interestingly, the COVID-19 “pandemic”–divested of its “Public Health Emergency” status in May 2023–was listed on the CDC website recently as “endemic”–(that’s changed since the first drafting of this article yesterday where the word “endemic” has now become elusive; clearly word-changers and gaslighters are in operation there as well (as the cyberhackers next door)). Of course, while the WHO is still struggling to raise its “Pandemic” Treaty from the grave the CDC may have suddenly scrambled back to Pander to same.

Many examining the CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Report VAERS data available online have assessed that the COVID vaccines have produced deaths and injuries in the millions.
Those following these numbers since 2020 in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia at various databases–the VAERS, MHRA Yellow Card Scheme in the UK, Eudravigilance in Europe–know these figures have not been correctly reported but are excessive. Today, deaths and adverse events reported to the CDC at its Vaccine Adverse Event Reports database CDC Wonder as noted by Open VAERS show us the carnage has faintly subsided but not stopped. [Larger bombshell regarding VAERS and CDC, FDA, WHO, US States further down.]
In other words, people of all ages are still dying–as the Obits section weekly at the Quincy Sun also (partially) reveal–In America, people in their 60’s and 70’s shouldn’t be dying but they are. [Take the vaccine and you are entirely likely to die, but no pharmacist at CVS or Walgreen will tell you that.]

A sampling of reports on deaths (age range 0-50) at Open VAERS/OpenVAERS Search reveals a continuing death toll: People taking a single dose of the vaccine, Moderna or Pfizer BioNTech have dropped dead within the day or week–people in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s.
People and Governments of Conscience Must Rise
What does all of this mean? It means the vaccines needed to have been stopped a long time ago and have not been.
In fact the vaccine is being planned for renewal and reissue this fall, as per Dr. Mandy Cohen’s announcings above and as per verbiage on the CDC website.
This is a subject for all educated parents, children, and families to fully engage with.
If vaccines are not going to be stopped by governments, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living centers, people can stop them–by simply refusing to take them, and by making sure their children are not ambush-vaccinated at school and college, nor their parents in assisted living.
But governments should stop them.
The Greatest Reveal here though–which I’ve been kept from revealing for 7 days on the page as “Non Lethal” Weapons of all kinds, including mad helicopters from Sea Street, have been working overtime to paralyze–is that the CDC, FDA, and the WHO, and the States, all KNEW throughout of the horrors of these vaccine deaths and injuries, even as they lied, saying they were Not Vaccine Deaths–but what? Strange anomalies people took the pains to report at CDC Wonder (Why they exist at all)?

Bombshell: CDC Has Been Keeping Daily Tabs on VAERS Data, and So Have the States, Weekly
I learned first from an article at the Open VAERS site and at Dr. Jessica Rose’s Substack that data collection by VAERS suddenly dropped key signals towards the end of 2022 when race and country data and information on some injuries including cancer and spontaneous abortions/still births disappeared.
Earlier text field data inclusive of country and lab data had been removed for Europe/UK, which also had been reporting to VAERS apparently, although it’s not clear when this began.
OpenVaers has reported on this, noting also in different reports that the back end and front-facing parts of CDC Wonder, a difficult database to get information from online, were different.
In a clarifying article examining the discrepancies in VAERS, Open VAERS confirms that we are not seeing it all. Reports that people submit on vaccine death and injury to the CDC are being filtered.

A question many observers have had is whether the CDC ever really read the reports in VAERS from family members, nurses, doctors, vaccination sites on sudden deaths, disease, strokes, disability et al recorded there.
Do they speak of these VAERS reports at press conferences? Do they acknowledge these deaths and disabilities from the COVID vaccines?
The CDC, FDA, State Health Offices, and the WHO All Knew: Daily and Weekly Status Reports on COVID Vaccine Injuries and Deaths Were Sent to All of them by CDC’s Contractor
Confirmation that they do now comes from a most unexpected source–the contract (published at Open VAERS, links below) the CDC and FDA have with an external contractor who has the IT contract for the entire public-facing VAERS CDC Wonder database project (and other databases) which involves incorporating legacy systems, developing new online and database tools, maintaining the website, as well as the reporting and archiving of VAERS vaccine injury and death data. The contract’s Statement of Work in fact reveals that the CDC, FDA, and the States, and in fact the WHO as well, certainly knew and have been kept informed on VAERS-reported Vaccine Deaths and Injury right from the very start of reportage, when the SARS-COV-2 vaccines were first introduced, on a daily and weekly basis–which really means they should have reported these vaccine injuries and deaths publicly immediately and did not.
Let’s repeat that: the CDC, FDA, States, and WHO all knew, all were informed, daily and weekly, all had access to more information than we did online, and all should have stopped the vaccine.
This is major news to this writer, who has been compelled to take a backseat all year in 2023 as she battled much externally-engineered adversity (reported in recent Letters), and was subsequently unable to resume reportage on all matters COVID, the vaccine, the WHO, as she would have liked. The contract itself (link below), which has been altered in several releases, is available at the Open VAERS website linked to sirilp.com, the law firm Siri and Glimstad which obtained by FOIA lawsuit the thousands of pages from Pfizer of their vaccine documents, and will no doubt be reported widely by all observers and analysts in this space. It reads to this writer as singularly important, and needs separate reportage here as well, upcoming soon enough.
CDC Fully Expected Major COVID Vaccine Injury Everyday with 40% Serious Vaccine Injury Expected: Death Included
To be noted right away is another major revelation from this contract, a slipped-in note that the CDC expected to see serious adverse reports of vaccine injury on a significant scale, and informed its contractor thus. Is it possible the CDC could expect to see 40% serious adverse events every day post the COVID vaccine yet approve its rollout? This is mind-bending news which should shake every vaccine, healthcare, regulatory, government, and private institution, American and worldwide, to its core: Not one of us should let this information slip by us, we must question the CDC and FDA and hold them accountable.

What exactly does this mean?
Even if this figure comes from past evidence of vaccine harms from previous vaccines–rather than projected harm for an untested, experimental mRNA vaccine which has modified genetic material of non-human sourcing–what it points to is Vaccine Harm.
Worse, it points to Excessive Vaccine Harm from All Vaccines.

Public Redacted Database of VAERS Data Required to be Maintained by the CDC and US Government (US Navy?)
Why exactly General Dynamics was required to maintain redacted databases of vaccine death and injury data needs to be further investigated. What exactly was contained in these redactions, was it merely depersonalizing? Also reported are public databases in the plural, not merely WONDER.
Foreign Reports Also Maintained at VAERS
That non-domestic, that is, foreign reports of vaccine injury–from among American diplomats, military personnel, CIA spies stationed abroad?–were also reported at CDC VAERS Wonder comes as a surprise to many Americans including this writer, but seems to have been a subject reported last year in 2023 at Open VAERS and at Dr. Jessica Rose’s Substack, possibly among others–matters this writer is just catching up to.

This vaccine contract’s antecedents also need to be further explored. Arising from FOIA requests and lawsuits, such information needs to be shared for purposes of journalism and accurate media history.

Public Health Lies and Crisis System Networks
Suffice to say now that the WHO Pandemic Treaty–to be crushed by every country with self-respect of any kind–is not the only Threat looming here against humanity.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health COVID-19 Mobile Vaccine Clinic contract with Brewster Ambulance (to be posted shortly at The ECC-FOIA Log) along with other published agreements indicates that infrastructure is being built for continued focus on vaccination in conjunction with CDC Guidance on Vaccines, meaning (Fake) Pandemics are still being intended in-house, in-USA, as also worldwide, and new vaccines are being intended for deployment, with some rather incredibly Nazi-sounding authoritarian fixations documented on getting everyone vaccinated and boostered–and Dead?
The CDC-VAERS-GDIT contract and actual Vaccine Injuries and Deaths discussed here clearly shows us it is time to jettison “pandemics”/”viruses” and vaccines both, of every kind.
EMS Service corporations who have signed up around the USA to mobile-vaccinate/force-vaccinate in this climate of such utter carnage post the COVID-vaccine may want to return to their older ways of merely assisting people in case of real health needs and cut all contracts with State Public Health and CDC to administer vaccines.
“Behavioral Health” needs to be excised by EMS as well. Currently, “Behavioral Health”, “Public Safety”, “Public Health”, and the “Crisis System” Lying/Grabbing/Kidnapping/Criminally Implanting/ Unlawfully Incarcerating/Idly Claiming Delusion-Psychosis-Paranoia-Suicide networks of EMS Paramedics, Police, Emergency Room Doctors, Mental Health, and Psychiatry are being deployed to criminalize, psych-label, dehumanize, transhumanize, and disappear all of us, in every sphere, whether at work, home, school, or college, as indeed the current contrived false flag conflagration of “Campus Protests” point to, and as the mushrooming of Community Behavioral Health Centers in our States point to.
Let’s not forget either that every “Targeted Individual”–that is, reporting sentient being/witness of Directed Energy Weapon and Neuroweapon crime–has whistleblown on Spectrum Neuroweaponry being used deliberately to inflict physical injury, disease, illness, brain damage, and death: Black Ops Patient-Creation for the corrupt Hospital, CIA/Psych, and EMS Industry.
Who will stop the madness? There’s no inevitability here unless we grant it. Each of us needs to speak, and each of us needs to rise. This should not be an impossibility.
