Suzie Dawson, New Zealand journalist, Occupy activist, Snowden documents researcher, Internet Party leader, and on-air #DecipherYou analyst with Elizabeth Lea Vos of Disobedient Media, set Twitter alight last night with some candid and revelatory tweets calling attention to Directed Energy Weapons in use by militaries, the overreach of Intelligence agencies in expanding their circle of targets as they seek more and more funds and grow ever more authoritarian and out of control, targeting “suburban soccer moms, grandparents, and students” with exotic weapons.

Calling on journalists who may have been too scared to touch this subject, she notes that Intelligence agencies have gotten away with their criminality for too long and asks journalists to step forward to cover. Please retweet and repost Suzie’s vitally important tweets as the movement by concerned citizens and human rights activists to inform the world about the reality of electromagnetic weapon use on civilians–who, when reporting Surveillance Abuse with EMF and neuroweapons are continually dismissed and discredited as delusional “Targeted Individuals”–gains steam.

As many know, these subjects are frequently covered here, and continue to be reported here: the fact is, British and American and European and Australian and New Zealand and Asian citizens are today reporting massive Surveillance Abuse, dirty political psychiatry, repressive COINTELPRO, electromagnetic/sonic weapon assault, and extremely invasive, completely non-consensual mind-control/neurotechnlogy experiments and operations on their bodies and brains. An American Citizen Reports “Developed Dehumanization through Non-Consenting Implantation to the Human Body in Efforts to Maintain Terrorism”

The post herein publishes the content of an email sent this week to a group of civilian, military, former Intelligence, fusion center, scientist, and journalist recipients including this writer by American citizen Sherri M. Guarnieri, whose whistle-blowing and advocacy for Alzheimer’s patients, particularly her grandmother, in Massachusetts and Connecticut nursing-homes led to a currently continuing experience of horrific retaliation which included the involvement of the Obama White House, Secret Service, local police, as well as various public figures; this was explored in an interview with Ms. Guarnieri, and in a succeeding podcast with her.

Sherri M Guarnieri is reporting clandestine implantation, non-consensual military or Intelligence experimentation, and the participation of numerous civilians in literally subjecting her to extremities of physical torture, including gross sexual abuse, by way of remote manipulation of implants and bodily energy meridians. These are serious crimes, and they evoke the trauma-based mind control tactics of the CIA’s MK ULTRA, experiments in behavior modification seen by many analysts and ex-CIA officers to have merely gone underground in the ’70s and resurfaced now through various overt and covert surveillance, monitoring, experimental, criminal justice, and other programs.

Of course, in the present time period with the Surveillance agencies running totalitarian operations on one and all supported by a slavish Congress, as noted recently in the blind renewal of Section 702 permitting warrantless spying, thousands of Americans are reporting surveillance crimes and abuse inclusive of covert implantation and electromagnetic weapon assault. Sherri M Guarnieri is an important national witness and reporting victim to this holocaust, whose reports carry additional weight because she reports open disclosure of participation in the gang-targeting she experiences, by the very people who are consenting to abuse her. (This disclosure will be reported more closely in a succeeding article and podcast.)

Especially striking about Ms. Guarnieri’s resolve in exposing this criminal trafficking of her body is her current email campaign to inform and educate all personnel on relevant military bases, fusion centers, as well as local, regional, and national governments, while also seeking help to stem these abusive assaults on her and the world’s humanity. In clear and powerful language describing the crux of the unjust assault on her body, she states that such assault comprises CIA-weaponized ground-level domestic terrorism. The question she poses is a very pertinent one: Is this the world–of targeting and abuse of womens’ bodies with remote radiation weapons–that we wish to leave to our daughters?

I thank Sherri for speaking out and bearing witness to these crimes.

We need powerful voices today to cut through the egregious arrogance of the Intelligence agencies and US Military in harming, defacing, mutilating, and torturing Americans, all in the name of “national security”–a profound and treasonous lie.

Developed Dehumanization through Non Consenting Implantation to the Human Body in Efforts to Maintain Terrorism

Human Trafficking is now developed through the dehumanization of the human body through non-consensual implants placed in human ears.

No longer a hypothesis, this is an in-play development of our government, military, and CIA.

Sherri1 Currently the ear devices I hold are used in National Labs which implicate the development of microwave-frequency directed energy weapons/DARPA processed through the application of CIA MKULTRA.

The development of these devices is no longer classified research due to the civilian population being asked to participate in gross sexual imposition, assault, battery and body-altering damage through impact to the ear using Chinese medicine technology to pulse-wave, shock, burn, vibrate, and laser-cut the body with precision. This is a development of terrorism not just inside the United States but on a global scale.

These devices act as a microphone with its own microprocessor to utilize GPS, a designated FCC line, direct transmission of pulse-wave technology using a D Wave processor, and an Amazon server.

Sherri2 The use of these devices I hold without consent in my body are being used for unethical human trafficking, gross sexual imposition, body-altering damage which is no longer non-consenting human experimentation but rather CIA-skilled-level terrorism with civilian participation, with civilians logging into a computer to offer direct impact to the human body 24/7 without consequences.

The level of participation under the CIA’s direction has assured these participants zero consequences under the Constitution.

If you assure a group of civilian, employers, and co-workers they are assured to have zero consequences under our Constitution to cause gross sexual imposition, shock, pulse-wave, vibration, damage of personal assets, assault and battery to a non-consenting body by the technology of these devices, then the CIA has just weaponized ground-level terrorism no longer controlled by our military and government elected to serve and protect their citizens under the Constitution of the United States and Human Rights and is now committing a Crime Against Humanity.

Sherri3 These devices can be seen through my skin, in an older MRI and a recent x-ray. These devices are being unethically denied removal at our University Hospitals, by plastic surgeons or trauma surgeons in fear of government retaliation.

So I am still left holding a non-consented human-trafficking device in both ears which can be accessed by any civilian developing terrorism along with National Labs under illegal medical malpractice and human experimentation.

I was woken again to burning skin and rectal vibration just so a Pedophile with gross Ritualistic Abuse can enjoy their evening.

Activist Frederic Laroche Describes Wrongful Psychiatric Detainment in France

Is France, like the United States of America, like Switzerland, like Belgium, like Germany, like Poland, like Canada, like Australia, like New Zealand, and numerous other countries of Europe, North America, Asia, and other continents, now practicing totalitarian State repression KGB and Cheka-style with the use of political psychiatry?

It would appear so, if Frederic Laroche‘s experience is anything to go by. A talented and experienced software engineer with a background in teaching high school science, Frederic Laroche has worked for several years as a human rights activist on the behalf of French residents who have in recent years fallen prey to the same kinds of programs running wild in all the no-longer-democratic or now-only-superficially democratic countries mentioned above—organized stalking, covert assault with directed-energy weapons or DEWs (also called psychotronic, electronic, non-lethal, or microwave weapons), and non-consensual enrollment in neuro-experimentation programs—trademark evidence of covert extrajudicial surveillance and experimentation by globally-operative Intelligence agencies working hand in glove with national Security agencies, military units, and local police and governments.

These are manifestations of the global surveillance state run apparently by Bilderberger central bankers & technocrats, secret-society cultists, Freemasons, Satanists, Paperclip Nazis, Zionists, operatives from the Vatican/City of London/Washington, DC as a global shadow operation ensconced inside the governments of countries, which the Mainstream Media mouthpieces for the CIA and MI5/MI6 and Mossad in the US and UK and Europe have proved openly now they will not dare to report.

But will indeed bolster and conceal apparently with distortions, lies, omissions, and elisions in reportage; the New York Times, for instance, distinguished itself with such faulty and flagrantly deceptive reportage in recent times, as also did the oddly Satanically-named outfit, The Daily Beast, both seeking to discredit the reporting victims and witnesses of 21st-Century covert assault with EMF Spectrum/Neuro-weapons and organized stalking—a group inclusive of highly-educated and accomplished researchers, whistleblowers, and activists. cialies

Such media deception relies on the offices of that old State tool, Psychiatry, and perhaps we should not marvel at the fact that one government propaganda tool relies on the concealing bulwark of another—indeed, one historically used to support Terror operations run by governments and Secret Services such as the Cheka (Secret Police) in the Soviet Union and the Stasi in East Germany.

We should, however, hold both Psychiatry and Mainstream Media accountable for the crimes of mass deception and duplicity—and for the wilful destruction of large numbers of individual lives. If psychiatrists are merely ignorant, not complicit—as some suggest—it is time they educated themselves then, on the realities of modern electromagnetic weaponry and modern Stasi and Cheka-style Intel-agency-run stalking, persecution, surveillance, and experimentation being practiced by the global surveillance (Mafia) state.

Railroaded by French Intelligence and State Psychiatry

In April 2017, Frederic Laroche sent informative letters to French government members covering the realities of extrajudicial targeting with EMF/Neuro -weapons in France. He enclosed supportive information from Dr. Katherine Horton, ex-CERN physicist and founder of the Joint Investigation Team, an international team of experts exploring the wrongful use of DEWs and military neurotech on civilians worldwide. Shortly after, in May 2017, he was wrongfully detained by local police in Grenoble, France on the basis of a trumped-up charge of assault of a pedestrian with his automobile, after what appears to have been an entrapment operation run on him on May 2, 2017 by actors working for the French Intelligence services. He was then remanded by order of the town Mayor, judge, and Prefet (the Police Commissioner) to a local psychiatric institution where he was forcibly dosed with very high quantities of an anti-psychotic, which caused him to experience intensive back, spine, and neck paralysis, inability to breathe, and near-comatose blankness of mind. Because he demanded that this drug be stopped, the dosage was reduced; the attending physician informed him “We cannot give you nothing.” His continued stay at this facility was curtailed only on the assessment of the attending psychiatrist, who has “let him go” on the condition that he return every month until September for a mega-dose of another anti-psychotic, intended to sustain his physiology for the period of a whole month at a time. This drug, he reports, muddies his concentration and focus, blanks his initiative, degrades his cognitive processes, dampens his mood, and renders him inactive. The reason for this drug? To quell his “delusions,” according to the either-ignorant or -complicit psychiatrist, who wishes, apparently, to convince Frederic that electromagnetic weapons and French Intelligence chicanery do not exist—an unfortunate delusion she perhaps is trapped in, that is, if she is not overtly colluding with French Intelligence herself.

Neuro-Mapped and Neuro-Experimented on at Hewlett-Packard: From DEW Assaults to Assassination Attempts

In Part 2 of his narrative (linked below), Frederic details the history of his targeting and surveillance, starting at his parents’ home in suburban Grenoble in 1998 when he noticed he was being followed, and then being hit with strange abdominal and other pains which seemed to coincide consistently with the at-home presence of a neighbor. Putting his scientific background, logical thinking and sleuthing skills to good use, he embarked on a process of careful observation and inquiry which revealed to him the nature of the stalking, surveillance, and eventual neuro-experimentation he realized he was being subjected to as he worked in different jobs in Grenoble and across France, being hit with DEWs everywhere he went.

In an open work-floor space at Hewlett-Packard, he learned (from various sources, including a manager, in addition to his own eyewitness and personal encounters) that the strange group of newcomers in the adjoining rows who seemed intent on his every word, phrase, emotion, and action comprised French and American Intelligence agents engaged in neuro-mapping, and that their primary subject was himself. On Bastille Day one year, watching the city fireworks, he overheard one of his stalkers say to another “He will leave with this memory of the fireworks.” Later that night, he suffered an electromagnetic beam attack to his brain, which felt, he said, like brain-death; forced to wake out of medicated slumber, he learned that moving his head and body helped him to escape the beam, in what he records now as a distinct assassination attempt.

In an unexpectedly dramatic conversation which follows his subsequent departure to Istanbul, Turkey, and a tragically repeated experience there of stalking and DEW assault at a camp ground, culminating in a despairing attempt to take his own life–as a logical response, he says, to the endless, unstoppable stalking and DEW/Neuro assaults he was being subjected to all over France and even across borders–Frederic details how he was actually stopped in this attempt and assisted back to recovery by his very stalkers, to whom, apparently, his life and continued availability for DEW assault and neuro-experimentation meant something.

Last December, George Ellard, Inspector General (IG) of the NSA was fired from his position by DIRNSA (Director of the NSA) Admiral Mike Rogers for evidence of retaliation against a whistleblower who had reported financial misconduct. This story was widely covered, and can be read about online at various sites.

Also linked to Inspector General George Ellard, yet less known, and, surprisingly, less covered by media, is the startling story of 28-year veteran of the NSA, a specialized Foreign Language Intelligence Analyst, Karen Stewart, whose exceptional skills in translation and analysis were highly sought after internally at the Weapons and Space Directorate where she worked, yet who was overnight made subject to a sudden barrage of internal harassment, denial of work credit, and loss of promotion by certain managerial factions within the Agency.

Underlying this story in the heart of the NSA, much-vaunted stronghold of uber-surveillance within the USA and worldwide, is a gaudy centerfold of common office intrigue, sex, and scandal.

Ms. Stewart, who has called herself “the accidental whistleblower,” distinguished herself at work on a special project, which led to her being named the lead researcher and reporter in an analytical 200-person project on Operation Iraqi Freedom, for which she eventually produced a series of award-winning reports. “At the end of that,” notes Ms. Stewart, “I had praise from a plethora of sources to include higher management as well as “customers” (Pentagon, etc.), and was often advised to submit paperwork for a promotion “since (I) certainly deserved it.”

Inexplicably, full credit for these reports, authored and led by Ms. Stewart, was assigned to another NSA employee, one, apparently, who had found secret favor with NSA higher-ups through age-old means.

As Ms. Stewart wrote last December to DIRNSA Admiral Rogers:

“I was fraudulently fired at the 28 year point in my career at NSA essentially because of the best work of my career, which cost me my job so that upper management in Weapons & Space (Robert G, Drew M) could “reward” an incompetent woman, Margarita L, in my office for her prolific sexual favors to W&S upper management, as witnessed by Cindy V H, by fraudulently crediting her with my work (award-winning support of Operation Iraqi Freedom) so that she could receive my double promotion.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

In a powerful and hard-hitting letter to the current NSA Director, Ms. Stewart outlined how the casual handover of credit for her reports and promotion to the notorious Margarita L was accompanied by various frantic efforts to discredit her, dismiss her as mentally ill, and trip her up on ordered polygraphs. The series of events that followed on her complaint to IG George Ellard, in fact, reads like panicked cover-up strategies from a bad spy novel.

First NSA Security—apparently supported by upper management—levelled concocted accusations at Ms. Stewart of leaks to media “in regard to a subject (she) never had training in, exposure to, or knew anyone with access to”. IG George Ellard, she says, refused to investigate or to interview her witnesses. Then she was ordered to undergo a polygraph. The polygraph—normally administered under calm and controlled circumstances—was sabotaged by a round of verbal abuse.

“After the false accusation by Suzette F L, Security (Joe F) gave me a thoroughly abusive polygraph in that regard, making me flunk the first polygraph ever in my career. Then attempts were made to upset and intimidate me for consequent polygraphs to make me appear guilty of the impossible. When I tried to complain to his supervisor, Renee H, she hung up on me showing me she knew he was instructed to skew the results by improper behavior.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is advertised, even on the NSA website, as the place to report internal fraud, waste, and corruption. Ms. Stewart notes she was merely exercising a right.

In an interview published last spring at Washington’s Blog, Ms. Stewart stated: “I simply asked the NSA Inspector General to look into a claim by a promotion board member that my Technical Lead and my Office Chief had lied to the promotion board to get the wrong person promoted. I had no idea that the full might of NSA Security and the Inspector General’s Office would come down on me to utterly destroy me and my career for simply asking that an egregious wrong be corrected.”

Retaliation at the NSA Starts with Psychiatric Evaluations

But that is exactly what started to happen. Already surreal, the sabotage veered into the blatant. Inspector-General George Ellard’s office did not investigate Ms. Stewart’s account of work credit theft and promotion sabotage. Instead, Ms. Stewart was ordered to undergo a Security Psychiatric Evaluation. This tactic is not unfamiliar to NSA whistleblowers.

A news article in 2006 reported:

“Five current and former National Security Agency (NSA) employees have told Cybercast News Service that the agency frequently retaliates against whistleblowers by falsely labeling them “delusional,” “paranoid” or “psychotic.”

The intimidation tactics are allegedly used to protect powerful superiors who might be incriminated by damaging information, the whistleblowers say. They also point to a climate of fear that now pervades the agency.

…The accusations of “Soviet-era tactics” are being made by former NSA intelligence analysts and action officers Russell D. Tice, Diane T. Ring, Thomas G. Reinbold, and a former employee who spoke on condition of anonymity. Former NSA Intelligence analyst and action officer Russell Tice, who reported a co-worker at the DIA as a possible spy and criticized the FBI rather creatively in an email as “Federal Buffoons and Imbeciles,” says he was sent off by NSA Security for a psychiatric evaluation, labelled by a NSA forensic psychologist, Dr. John Michael Schmidt, as “paranoid” and “psychotic,” stripped of his security clearance, and eventually fired. This exact sequence was reported by other NSA whistleblowers, as this article records.

In a study of the use of psychologists at NSA to discredit whistleblowers, Wayne Madsen, a journalist specializing in Intelligence with experience covering the NSA, has noted pointedly:

“In the spirit of the Soviet “psikhushka” psychiatric hospitals where anti-regime dissidents were sent, NSA is using psychologists to eliminate independent-minded intelligence analysts and other career employees.” NeoCons Using Shrinks To Purge National Security Agency, Wayne Madsen Report, 8-24-2005

In February 2006, following allegations of illegal NSA surveillance of Americans exposed by whistleblowers, a Congressional hearing by the National Security Subcommittee (recorded on C-Span) addressed some of these issues of whistleblower retaliation, but it wasn’t until 2012 when Obama’s Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act was passed that some protections, mostly to combat rather than prevent retaliation, were put in place.

Blatant Oppression: “Doing a Mental”

In Ms. Stewart’s case, the Gulag inside the NSA soon made itself evident. The extent to which the in-house psychologist was being used with impunity as a power tool to crush enquiry and suppress reports to the OIG of fraud, waste, and abuse surfaced in brazen admonition from Dr. Dina Wieczynski:

“I even was called down to Security Psych Services and told by Dr. Dina Wieczynski that if I did not drop my IG investigation request that she would review all my previous psychological tests and “find a problem” in order to have me lose my clearance and job. This piece of information alone, that a NSA psychologist was actively seeking to destroy an employee’s career, name, and character through fabricated psychological problems seems incriminating and actionable–and disclosure of vital importance, one would think, to DIRNSA Admiral Rogers. If honesty, integrity, respect for the law, and transparency are as critical as stated to NSA’s Mission and Strategy, wouldn’t the DIRNSA want to clean house?

Twenty-nine-year veteran of the NSA Thomas G. Reinbold reported a very similar experience.

“Former NSA officer Thomas G. Reinbold confirmed that the practice of “psychiatric abuse” inside the NSA is “very widespread.”

‘They call it ‘doing a mental’ on someone,’ Reinbold said, and it has a “chilling effect” on other potential whistleblowers, he added. ‘They fear for their careers because they fear someone will write up bad [psychological] fitness reports on them.’” NSA Whistleblowers were Allegedly Isolated, Intimidated, CNS News, Jan 26, 2006

Harassment Intensifies: Investigation by FBI, Security Clearance Revoked

The witch-hunt against Ms. Stewart continued to mount. Because Ms. Stewart refused to cave in to threats and retract her request for an IG investigation, a series of retaliatory actions by NSA Security followed. Falsified charges led to the FBI being brought in. The investigation opened by the FBI found nothing, but the harassment intensified. Internal confirmation that Ms. Stewart was being slandered and lied-about came back to her.

It can also be reported that colleagues have validated that Ms. Stewart was subjected to witnessed hostility in the workplace. A three-year period of hostility followed, in which Ms. Stewart reports she was actually stalked by NSA Security employees and Security contractors. (This remarkable phenomenon was covered here earlier in this interview, and others Ms. Stewart has given nationwide.) Stalking was not the only form of harassment. Ms. Stewart also reports the death by poisoning of a beloved pet and COINTELPRO-like action on the roadways including hazardous driving. Worse ensued when she described these abuses to new management. She was reported to NSA Security, who immediately pulled her clearances.

Apparently the reporting of stalking and harassment is used reflexively within the NSA as psychological evidence of paranoia, or so Ms. Stewart was mockingly informed by an employee under her supervision.

“..(S)ubordinate Robert A. taunt(ed) me that they could now claim that my report of people stalking and harassing me would be used to accuse me of being paranoid and delusional, and therefore unfit to hold a clearance so I could be fired and cheated out of my retirement just 3 years short of my eligibility.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

This, despite the fact that NSA actually encourages employees to report stalking, as a national security consideration, to forestall espionage by foreign agents. Karen Stewart reports: “NSA Security actually ran campaigns advising employees that if they noticed being followed or any undue attention, to report such suspicious behavior to them! They warned this could indicate being identified and targeted by foreign agents.” She underlines the irony: “Yet, my reporting of exactly this was ignored, obstinately ignored. Even ignored with hostility.” And apparently rewarded with revocation of clearance.

Depriving NSA Intelligence analysts of their clearances is no small thing, since it effectively cuts them off from the classified analysis they were hired to do. Diana Ring, a former NSA computer scientist, who protested being ordered to report for a psychiatric evaluation after she had a run-in with an egoistic Colonel at the Pentagon, describes the consequences of clearance-revocation:

“After she lodged a complaint about the alleged retaliation with the NSA inspector general, Ring said the agency moved to revoke her security clearance, “red-badging” her. “Red-badged” employees only have access to the corridors at the NSA….Ring said she was assigned to spend her days in a room full of other “red-badgers.”

….For eight months, the former action officer from the Pentagon read books and magazines. ‘They had these red-badgers spread out all over the place. Some were sent to pump gas in the motor pool and chauffeur people around,’ said Ring. ‘In our room, some people brought sleeping bags in and slept all day long. Others read. Ms. Stewart was red-badged and sent to work a “punishment job” at the Travel Office. Ironically however, this office was situated right next to the NSA Security office, and Ms. Stewart was able to witness a rather extraordinary spectacle, that of her stalkers from the last three years pulling in to the NSA parking-lot and actually walking in to report to work at NSA Security!

The tragi-comic farce that she seemed to be caught in however continued. Her reports to Howard County Police of these stalkers/apparent NSA contractors or employees’ license plate numbers found their way back to NSA Security, who now exacerbated their campaign against her by naming her paranoid and dangerous, and putting her on administrative leave, demanding that she obtain an external psychiatric evaluation and start psychiatric treatment for what they stated glibly was a mental illness.

Relentless Harassment from NSA Security

At this point it is clear that, contrary to expectation, things were beginning to backfire on NSA Security. Dr. R, the external psychiatrist Ms. Stewart consulted, pronounced her mentally sound. Former head of Security Psych Services, Dr. Paul Clavelle, had earlier affirmed that Ms. Stewart was “one of the strongest people mentally and emotionally whom he had ever met.”

Ms. Stewart also reports that she sought the professional opinion of a co-author of the book “Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace.” This co-author “wrote an assessment regarding the practice of lesser people to attack and destroy co-workers out of jealousy, envy, fear of being found to be doing unethical or illegal activity, etc. She described the NSA workplace as hopelessly toxic due to mentally unstable and immoral leadership.”

Additionally, Ms. Stewart filed an EEO complaint to record “that NSA was pretending I had a mental illness that I had never had and firing me on false basis to cover up a sex scandal,” which was responsible for cheating her out of work credit and double promotions.

This EEO complaint was not investigated, despite the law. It was later altered and closed, possibly due to nepotistic connections:

“Finally an EEOC judge forced NSA at the behest of my lawyer to investigate my complaint….NSA EEO then dishonestly changed my complaint to read that I thought I was being discriminated against for being Caucasian, which I NEVER SAID and is ludicrous. My lawyers objected but were blown off. NSA EEO, run by the wife of an NSA Security manager, investigated on a purposely false basis then pronounced itself innocent.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

Ms. Stewart’s EEOC lawsuit was accepted however, by an attentive judge, although it is still awaiting adjudication.

Intensification of Harassment and Retaliation: Electromagnetic Weapon Assault

The vendetta never stopped. Ms. Stewart reports that she was then subjected to 24/7 harassment by civilian vigilantes from a Neighborhood Watch program and police in her neighborhood, and was told by a Howard County Police Officer, Officer Williams, that NSA Security had actually characterized her as “crazy and dangerous” — worthy of 24/7 stalking and surveillance by one and all apparently, in today’s Amerika.

Retirement Benefits Withheld

Further, Ms. Stewart reports she was then terminated, and had to fight to get Discontinued Service Retirement benefits, since word from Human Resources (HR) and General Counsel Vito Polenza suggested she was not eligible. In a September 17, 2011 letter to HR at NSA, Ms. Stewart noted the illegality of this stance and cautioned against “acts of retaliation based on my EEO and IG complaints about managerial misbehavior (promotions awarded for stolen work credit and sexual favors).”

In her letter to DIRNSA, she notes:

“A fortuitous call to OPM (Office of Personnel Management) confirmed that NSA HR and the General Counsel were lying and OPM fought them in time to get my partial GS-12 retirement, though I should really have retired at a GS-14 if not GS-15, but for NSA malice and corruption.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

It is salutary to note here that other discrepancies in the treatment meted out to Ms. Stewart by NSA point to negligence. Ms. Stewart reports that an earlier promotion to GS-13, recommended by her superiors, was foiled by NSA’s lack of accommodation for a partial spinal impairment, which prevented long hours of sitting still to complete a written language-proficiency test; it took ten years and repeated requests by Ms. Stewart for personnel at NSA to address this disability issue (as required by law) and break up the test into manageable time units. Finally, after the disability accommodation, Ms. Stewart was able to take the test, passing Parts 1A and 2A (Translation) of the PQE (Professional Qualification Exam), the sections most germane to her duties. Poised to take the next sections, 1B and 2B (Transcription), she was disrupted when new work projects intervened, including the much commended one at heart of this story, credit for which was stolen, engendering the loss of a double promotion and the train of disastrous consequences discussed here.

With Ms. Stewart’s loss of employment in 2010, the stalking harassment actually ceased for 5 years, but in 2015 it followed her to Florida after she had moved away from Maryland and had asked her lawyer to subpoena new damning evidence she had discovered against NSA. With that subpoena, the stalking harassment not only was brought to Tallahassee, Florida, but was intensified to include the toxic and deadly use of Directed Energy Weapons. Pulses of measurable electromagnetic radiation began to be directed into her home and onto her person, topics covered at length in earlier articles here covering her story.

Notable too is this account of her being “Baker-Acted”after reporting EMF weapon assault to local police and the Sheriff, since the modus operandi, as reported by thousands of Americans experiencing covert EMF weapon assault today, is for FBI and police (who have now been sanctioned by DOJ to use Through The Wall Surveillance [TTWS] radar devices, and other radar, ultrasonic, infrasonic, and X-ray devices on civilians, for surveillance, despite a complete lack of public disclosure and debate about these deadly, health-damaging technologies) to pretend ignorance of this stealth radiation weaponry usage.

As a consequence of these assaults, Ms. Stewart’s single-handed dedication to speaking out about the covert use of radiation weaponry in surveillance and harassment by local Law Enforcement and fusion centers in interviews, talk shows, and radio shows has succeeded in bringing nationwide and worldwide attention to this crucial 21st-century issue, shedding light on the entire subject of “Targeted Individuals,” much maligned and lied-about in mainstream media.

Repression, Retaliation, Extermination

The extraordinary shower of retaliatory actions Ms. Stewart was subjected to in unrelenting succession, just for speaking out, must not go unnoticed. At this point, she was effectively put on a secret Extermination List.

“I went from no discernible health problems to a sudden plethora of health DAMAGE, heart damage, bleeding in the brain, brain granuloma/tumor, vision damage, and myriad on-going symptoms indicative of prolonged exposure to electromagnetic radiation, microwave, ultrasonic and infrasonic assaults, and others I cannot define yet.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

Not merely was Ms. Stewart subjected to severe retaliation while still at NSA, she was now being subjected to what Dr. Katherine Horton, particle-physicist from CERN has characterized as “Nazi death-camp operations,” a criminal global program of suppression, retaliation, and political oppression being run on thousands of innocent and upstanding civilians worldwide, with electromagnetic weapons and neuro-weapons, wielded by a conglomerate of lawless Intelligence agencies and organized criminals.

“From November 2015 to present, I have been under 24/7 assault with DEWs at low, slow-kill level merely because NSA does not want it revealed how viciously, criminally, and insanely they retaliate against anyone who might reveal the depth of NSA corruption, quite contrary to and in utter contempt of US law and the Constitution.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

Quite rightfully, Ms. Stewart, an ardent patriot and believer in liberty, who can trace her ancestry on her mother’s side both to George Washington’s mother’s sister and to the chaplain who baptized him, asks: “This is how my country repays me for my lifetime dedication to its service? Am I really to continue to be massively slandered and slow-kill murdered by traitorous bottom-feeder scum at the behest of NSA gone rogue?”

Unafraid to spell out truth as she sees it, Ms. Stewart closes:

“As an Admiral in the Navy and the DIRNSA, surely you can go a long way in investigating and stopping this illegal, unconstitutional, immoral, heinous and unconscionable assault upon me to cover up stolen valor and a tawdry sex scandal. And don’t say let the EEOC handle it, clearly I will be murdered before that is allowed to happen. You can and must right this wrong. DNI James Clapper refused to get involved in 2009, but then he is a thoroughly dishonorable and dishonest man.” Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016

Ms. Stewart reveals that she also provided written testimony of NSA misconduct and whistleblower retaliation to the House Select Committee on Intelligence in May 2015, following up with many queries, yet never received a response.

In that letter, Ms. Stewart emphasizes the danger posed by the existence and use of remote-influencing EMF weapons, and adjures the Committee to “tell Admiral Rogers to rein in psychopath Security manager, L. Kemp Ensor III and all the rest of a tainted and severely criminalized NSA Security group that has gone completely rogue and are a danger to all of us. They could easily do this to anyone who “displeased them,” including anyone in leadership….The leadership in NSA Security must be suspended and polygraphed for criminal and treasonous acts immediately, and this assault against me and my family put an end to before we are illegally murdered by a corrupt and out of control leg of our own government.”

Is the NSA Keeping America Safe?

This story is being reported in the national interest and to point up the state of affairs at what is touted to be our premier agency focused on national security and keeping America safe, the NSA–which is currently spying on all Americans, as well as facilitating the spying of all citizens worldwide–in addition to engaging in the dubious and predatory activities of EMF weapon assault and stalking described above.

Among other pious vows on the NSA website is this comforting claim: “We will behave honorably and apply good judgment as we would if our activities were under intense public scrutiny.” Yet this hardly seems true. At time of press, despite an initial query for clarification from NSA Media Relations, no response regarding the status of action on Ms. Stewart’s case following her letter to DIRNSA has been provided to this writer–offering the implication that no action is forthcoming.

Does NSA Security and the NSA as a whole believe they are above the law? How is the spending of taxpayer money on the long-term stalking, surveillance, harassment, and electromagnetic assault of a superior linguist, translator, and Intelligence analyst who should have been rewarded and retired with honors related to keeping our country safe? (Simple answer: it’s not.)

The incredible disclosure offered by Karen Stewart’s experience instead points to a vast, underground operation employing military-grade Electronic Warfare weaponry, wrongful classification to conceal crime, and an army of contractors and paid civilians to harass and persecute innocent Americans–thence dismissed, true-NSA style, as paranoid “Targeted Individuals”–all in efforts to conceal crime in high places.

Ramola D: Paul, first thanks so much for agreeing to do this interview. Your website is rather iconic in that it’s one of the oldest, most authoritative, reliable, and revealing about these covert programs of high tech remote brain surveillance and directed-energy weapon use on civilians—that appear to have been going on now for more than 3 decades, perhaps earlier even.

Interestingly, people from around the world—including the USA—can relate to what you describe: the programs of covert targeting, uber-surveillance, CO-INTELPRO, and 24/7 assault with undisclosed energy weapons and neuroweapons are very similar. Marshall Thomas names it the New Monarch program, many relate it to the gradual unrolling of a rather sinister high-tech New World Order. Even more sinister than what’s being revealed to those of us being targeted, it seems.

You state quite unequivocally that these covert assaults are being run by governments on citizens to protect organized crime.

“The US Patriot Act, for example, protects governments and connected criminals from criticism and/or detection and prosecution. Under this act, anyone whistleblowing or fighting the system on a major concern is arbitrarily deemed to be unpatriotic (when it’s the criminals they criticise who betray us). They can then be listed (by a senior politician or at the request, through them, of a connected criminal) as a security risk and harassed covertly; using secret technologies….This leaves them neutralised and possibly even silenced on the issue they originally raised. This, along with various research aspects, is the purpose of the exercise.” Surveillance Issues

Can you tell us more about that assessment of what has been and still is going on globally with these programs—just as much in Australia as in the UK or US or India or Canada? (And many other places, worldwide.)

Paul Baird: Thank you, Ramola. Yes, I’m afraid this sort of thing goes back as far as the end of World War II and the military/NASA/CIA employment of Nazi scientists through Project Paperclip. I recall an autobiography by a man named Kaufmann that was from the ’70s, I think. There are also victims on my help files who are quite old now and they say this has been going on for most of their lives.

Anyway, we’ve seen MK ULTRA and other programs exposed, and Ed Snowden was recently allowed to blow the whistle on mass surveillance (I suggest that was to condition the public to the surveillance state). However, The “New Monarch Project” you refer to remains relatively unknown and hidden. With over 5,000 devices covered by The Inventions Secrecy Act, 20,000 satellites in play and countless supercomputers, there may well be, as you say, worse to come.

The NSL thing seems to have fizzled out but the monitors have no interest in curbing terrorism, but rather use it as an excuse to oppress their detractors: writers, activists, whistleblowers and such. As fomer CIA director John Brennan boasted: “The CIA controls terrorism”. That then justifies the alterations to the Constitution and other law, which limit human/democratic rights, and excuse the covert oppression of the innocent by the guilty, who abuse their power/position/celebrity.

Lucrative elitist crime like trafficking (drugs, weapons, humans), as well as pedophile networks, false flag operations, and more are hidden/protected as true critics are attacked with weapons that could wipe out terrorism and crime in the right hands.

Ramola D: National Security as excuse, you’ve noted, for increased surveillance and repression, is actually a means to hide crime.

“…bogus National Security laws are also an obvious attempt to hide military/agency crimes that the public should know about.”

In other words, you are saying these laws have been made just to protect ongoing crimes while pretending to care about the safety of citizens and the nation. Could you expand on that?

From Surveillance Issues:

For example, the US government just passed the National Defense Authorisation Act, 2012, giving the President (and others) the power to target and silence anyone questioning State corruption. When this is done openly in other countries, the US is the first to condemn such evil, yet when they are guilty of the same, they do it in secret and no-one dares to criticise lest they join the ranks of those they persecute. So much for gov’t of the people, for the people, and by the people. The criminals who do such things abuse their authority, betray our trust, and secretly mock the democratic ideals they publicly support. They don’t serve us, they simply help themselves and their criminal associates. By using stealth, they can feign ignorance and hide their true nature from most.

For example: In the USA, over 300,000 NSL’s (National Security Letters) have already been issued. These allow the agency-targeting of innocent civilians whose objections to corruption/crime in high places have been deliberately skewed or misinterpreted as a threat to powerful people. Once placed in a program, people can be abused and experimented on, from a distance (using satellites/high tech.). This effectively silences and discredits them while providing agency researchers with guinea pigs for experiments in control, brain function, dreams, health, robotics, and much more. Post 9/11, $750 billion per year has been spent on satellite weapons used for human experimentation/targeting. Most of this has found its way from gov’t coffers to about 80 defense contractors who are also culpable for the crimes against humanity that are addressed on this site.

Paul Baird: Criminals try to hire their own kind, exclusively. That’s the same for a bank robbery, running a TV propaganda campaign, or a country. All entering public life or key roles are surveillance- vetted. Where blackmail, bribery, and fear don’t work, the person is usually rejected or worse. Those remaining have non-official cover.

The worst group are the MSM. William Colby, ex-CIA Director, said: “The CIA controls everyone of significance in the major media”. That sums up the core of the problem with relaying the truth on many important matters. The control of the flow of information and public perception is crucial to their plans.

Ramola D: Your website, www.surveillanceissues.com, pretty extensively details what happened with the sci-fi novel you wrote—which met with some quite extraordinary agent acclaim and sounds like it might have become a bestseller had you continued with publication—which apparently excited the ire of criminals in high places who unleashed this high-tech targeting on you. Do you want to address a bit how long it’s been going on, and why you think it continues? (Not in any way to have you try to find reasons for this obvious atrocity and crime—which bears no excuse–but to hear your own thinking on the subject.)

Paul Baird: My web site is worth a look. Most of what I’ve learned is there. I don’t want to dwell on my own situation, only to use it as the example that I clearly know the most about.

The published feed off the unpublished. I think most know that. Covert censorship is rife. They may not know that. My novel “In the year 2252” was covertly used, banned, mocked, and abused by many in Hollywood, and the personal surveillance I endure led to much covert harassment/feedback. The book criticised elitist betrayals, the space program (an obscene waste of money directed secretly at surveillance and other weapons for human manipulation, when so many are starving, etc.), the NWO, drug proliferation, etc., etc.

From Surveillance Issues:

“Before a second draft was prepared, it was clear covert censorship would prevent any possibility of publication… I was already under 24-hour-a-day surveillance and was fielding feedback from corrupt sections of the entertainment industry, especially the media.

The reasons for their objections are many. Although the fictional novel was ultimately to be placed in a “virtual reality” setting, the submitted draft drew too much attention because it was critical of many things which criminals in high places do to get what they want and control others. Corruption, drugs, war, media deception, and all manner of immorality were openly attacked in the novel. I also lobbied on privacy laws.

No media player would want the general public becoming fully aware of the invasions of privacy and crimes which journalists and agency officials commit. Remember, I lobbied heavily on privacy laws for years with [ex-Prime Minister] John Howard himself supporting my views, in writing.

“Ethic” Rather than “Ethnic” Cleansing”

Ramola D: One of the most outstanding aspects of your experience is that you have spoken to and communicated with hundreds of people who variously worked for Intelligence agencies, the military, elected politicians, journalists, neuroscientists, neurologists, and in the process learned a great deal about the way the very real “system” of covert political repression works, what’s behind it, and what chance the average person has, of exposing it, or affecting it.

Do you still think it is next to impossible to stop or expose this system?

Paul Baird: I never thought it was impossible just difficult. Equally difficult struggles have taken longer. We just need to persevere and trust in God.

From Surveillance Issues:

AFP (Australian FBI)(NH) – Head of surveillance unit: “Even if a head of state or a Prime Minister was to wade in on these matters, they would be out of office that same day. That is what you’re up against here”. When I asked who was primarily responsible for these crimes– spy agencies, the military, politicians, or journalists–he answered: “Well, they all have ready access”, meaning all of the above. With this, he confirmed my earliest observations that this was elitist/class crime directed by criminals in high places at those who challenged them in some way.

US Embassy in Canberra – Chief US spy in Australia: Standing on the lawn outside (they would not have me in the building), and looking skyward, then panning his hand across the city skyline below, he bragged: “I know everything that happens in every office in this city. Everything. Understand?” I wrote to every Federal MP and told them what he had said. None responded. All are clearly compromised by the surveillance.

…The overall message is that this is politics first and foremost: political psychiatry, political oppression, political crime. Science is employed but politics is the reason for choosing the targets.”

As for what it’s all about: After 26 years on this, it has become clear to me that this is more about politics than anything else–suppression, oppression, experimentation, and eugenics.

In fact, my personal view is that this is a new “silent holocaust” (Look up the term on Wikipedia–I added the third definition: “‘Ethic’ rather than ‘Ethnic’ cleansing whereby whistleblowers, activists, and writers critical of a government or the powers that be can find themselves the subject of programs designed to persecute, oppress, and indirectly prevent reproduction….”).

Those with gene trait combinations that indicate they may challenge the Powers That Be (PTB) (or those that have already done so in some way) are placed in a sort of electronic, mobile concentration camp and harassed/stressed so that none (or few) reproduce from that point. It is extermination by natural attrition: the removal of those traits from the gene pool by stealth.

And that 60% that will not question authority at all (the CIA estimate) will grow while the 1% that stick their necks out will dwindle. Whether that succeeds or not, I believe that is their thinking….One arm harasses the targets so their complaints mirror mental illness (paranoia, schizophrenia, etc.), while the other observes the results, pretends it’s natural, and approves the necessary social engineering. I believe this helps sell it to those who know but acquiesce.

NASA Inspector-General’s Office: After admitting that they knew all about NASA’s role in delivering payloads into space and the capabilities of the satellite technology in question, and being asked what could be done to stop them, I was told: “Nothing. I suggest you pray”. This was repeated, as I was clearly incredulous. It was said with resignation and certainty as the only solution. This, more than any other comment from any other source summed up the difficulty of the situation faced by all targeted persons.

Bogus National Security laws have enabled Big Brother to monitor everyone and harass many, any that challenge the status quo.

Ramola D: Many you spoke to revealed a great deal about the true nature of surveillance—which we still don’t read about in The Guardian or The Intercept or The Washington Post. (In fact, we read about it primarily at Surveillance Issues, World CACH, ICAACT, US CACH, The Everyday Concerned Citizen, Mind Justice, Targeted Individuals Canada, Mind Control in America, and other informative websites like I Want to Know and Educate Yourself, covering classified technologies and covert operations, often run by those actually being wrongfully, covertly, or remotely radiation-/neuro-targeted and assaulted, worldwide.)

As part of your own experience, when you were first hit, in 1991, you record communications from various politicians, including a letter of support from ex-Prime Minister John Howard, which told you many were aware of your high-tech surveillance and harassment, yet they could not help, their “hands were tied.” You’ve since understood that many policemen and politicians are aware that people are being assaulted with these remote technologies—yet won’t help; how do you read that?

Paul Baird: To be clear: John Howard’s letter of support, which can be seen on my web site, came before he was PM. I did not talk with or meet John Howard; he sent me a supportive letter, that’s all. However, I did speak with members of his staff. After he was PM, his aides told me it was awkward and his hands were tied, as did aides in other Ministerial offices. It is awkward because acquaintances and foreign politicians are involved. I discovered that those targeted people with federal police complaint files had them marked “Politically Sensitive” for the same reason.

Media Treason & Complicity In Covering Up Covert Global Neuro-Weapon and EMF Weapon Use on Populations

Ramola D: I am especially interested in addressing the part that Media plays in covering up the worldwide usage of neuro-weapons and directed-energy weapons on the populace.

Obviously, such a gigantic cover-up could not have been pulled off without Mainstream Media playing a very active role—in not merely suppressing this information by not covering it, but by pandering to their CIA/DOD overseers in distorting, denying, degrading the information out there on it, in the process deliberately discrediting those targeted persons and those being non-consensually experimented-on today who speak out.

cialies1 We see evidence of this malicious campaign today in publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, Mother Jones, The Daily Beast, Rational Wiki, Wikipedia and other mainstream rags. But most—not all—alternative media also refuse to acknowledge the very existence of this crime. You’ve stated, not just about this but crime in general, “By owning/controlling the media, criminals avoid open challenge.” What have you learned about journalists regarding this particular cover-up?

Paul Baird: Yes, as you say, the CIA-controlled MSM as well as the marginalised media, even publications like Nexus, refuse to run anything but the most derogatory items on TIs. The New York Times, Washington Post, and other misinformation strongholds, in particular, have attacked some of our better campaigners after luring them into an interview situation. They run with some mass hysteria line and ignore that all the targets have done something to annoy the PTB. Personally, I would never even talk with these snakes and this is the first interview I’ve ever given, and that’s only being done because I’m convinced that you understand the issues and are totally sympathetic.

They’re not going to rat on themselves, nor will they help an agency-target or anyone attempting to expose crimes of the corporate/military/political conglomerate. Those entering the MSM sort of sell their souls on matters like this and are brainwashed into believing it’s justifiable, and that they couldn’t do anything about it anyway. They’re all scared when confronted on this. It’s also all covered by bogus National Security legislation, so they lean on that as another excuse when there aren’t any real excuses, just criminal delusions fostered by elitists.

And sections of the media don’t just acquiesce on all of this and attack those trying to highlight it, they actively take part in harassing TIs. In fact, in my own case, and that of others who’ve been targeted by the entertainment industry villains, the attacks can be overwhelming and brutal….I see the MSM media as evil traitors and criminals.

Marginalised journalists and MSM execs, presenters that do not approve told me that surveillance results can be handed over with a “Find a place for this on tonight’s news/current affairs” -type instruction. Surveillance frequencies can be handed to stations. Direct computer to teleprompter connections can be arranged. The target is oppressed and discredited if they tell anyone, but this practice is as old as eavesdropping and predates all the technologies that aid today’s elite criminal. Again, insiders don’t care for the truth, only ego, income, and celebrity.

Hearing Voices, the Neurophone, and What Neurologists Know

Ramola D: I’d like to focus a bit on the issue of hearing voices, which many of those being assaulted with covert and classified technologies report, often as “synthetic telepathy” or the military term,Voice to Skull or V2K. Evidence for this military technology has been provided on FOIA request, and can be seen in patents.

Reporting such technologically-induced voices as evidence of covert neuroweapon assault to local law enforcement or physicians, still, today, ends with the target being taken to a Psych Ward and shot up with neuroleptics and anti-psychotics, essentially being disbelieved, dismissed, and discredited as mentally ill, schizophrenic, and hallucinatory.

This is absurd, because there are many known and patented technologies today to induce voices in people’s heads, such as the Frey effect, the microwave hearing effect, and bone conduction—which whistleblowers and scientists have also spoken about, and some of which are beginning to see coverage in mainstream media–but the Neurophone predates them all, and was used as a Voice of God weapon during the Iraq war, according to many analysts. What is so important about the Neurophone?

Paul Baird: Neurophone technology is the basis for developments that see many targeted people fielding personal “broadcasts” from Spy Central. From ignorant police and medicos to complicit journos and MPs, any discussion of this can lead to the complainant being institutionalised.

neurophone The device was invented in 1958, and was classified soon after. The developments from direct to remote, to vehicles, to satellites which deliver it via laser (slower sound riding faster directional light over the insignificant distance from a geo-synchronously-orbiting Deeper Space satellite to the Earthly target) followed.

It was used by spies for silent communication (no touching ear pieces, etc.), to drive Iraqi soldiers out of bunkers, to fire up and delude Manchurian candidates, and to discredit and/or institutionalise many political targets. It is subtly referred to in many songs.

It is the only term in our repertoire that cannot be denigrated, misrepresented, covered with other meanings or used elsewhere. There are countless pages of web site listings on the word, yet it still remains out of all dictionary listings, because the psych’ branding of sufferers as mad is central to the oppression of the righteous. On top of that, the reaction I get from perps/Government infiltrators in our midst is out of proportion. If others knew of it (even audiologists etc.,) it would become known world-wide, and the secrecy and misuse over 50 years would come out.

The education of people as to the existence of Neurophone technology and its development is one way we CAN break through. Other terminologies can be attacked. Other devices don’t have such specific names and cannot be actually bought from a real inventor who is still alive.

Ramola D: You have spoken with several neuroscientists on this subject, how have they reacted, when told of these technologies to remotely induce voices in people’s heads? I would think it’s very important to have psychiatrists communicate with neuroscientists, and vice versa, so psychiatrists begin to understand that hearing voices can no longer be considered symptomatic exclusively of schizophrenia.

Paul Baird: My experiences talking to brain experts indicate that they see all of this as interesting and say things like “Where can I get hold of these technologies”, that’s if they aren’t already involved. In other words, the humanitarian aspect is lost on them and all they see is New Science. They are part of the problem, not the solution. That’s not to say honest, caring ones don’t exist, and cannot be found, just that it would be difficult with the “Year/Decade/Century of the Brain” brigade.

My preferred target, based on positive feedback and confessions from the profession, would be NEUROLOGISTS. Many know. Some sympathise. Any that say they’re not interested (especially in a device like a NEUROphone) are liars. Any and all neurologists would be interested and they, in turn, could be used to convince others. The extraordinary efforts and manpower used to stop me telling an entire conference room full of neurologists is evidence enough for me…This avenue, like Net films, is a concern to “them” because it may work.

Challenging the inexact science of psychiatry with neuroscience is what I’m on about too. Neurologists know. If they would just relay that, then the psych’ profession could not ignore it.

Ramola D: When you say Neurologists, I presume you don’t mean Neuroscientists (as above/brain researchers)? (Correct me if I’m wrong.). And are you serious, have you actually met brain researchers who professed immediate interest (in technologies that could remote-target brains)? That would suggest that a majority of researchers are Not focused on the humane or ethical aspects of brain research? That seems huge in itself–can you elaborate?

Paul Baird: I use Neuroscience to mean the branch of medicine/science dealing with the nervous system and the brain. Its practitioners are neurologists. I see neurologists as just one of many groups that deal with brain disorders. Neuroscience is the broader field they operate under and that can include psychiatry, pharmacology, biochemistry and so on. And, yes, I’m always serious on the topic of covert harassment…The flippant “Where do I get it?” type responses are there but I don’t even recall the names, as once I hear that sort of inhumane response, I dismiss the person; I’m looking for compassionate, knowledgeable people, not corrupt or uncaring, would-be criminals. The names of those honest neurologists who knew or quickly accepted the truth are logged, but must remain concealed unless and until they choose to come forward; though some are briefly mentioned on my web site.

Ramola D: So generally speaking, one would think all neurologists today should be interested in learning about what TIs are experiencing? And a Neurophone would be of interest to all, you’d think? Did you want to elaborate on that experience of being stopped from telling a conference full of neurologists about the Neurophone?

Paul Baird: The Neurophone is a device that allows non-verbal communication as signals directed at the body to travel the nervous system and register in the brain–by-passing normal hearing mechanisms. It is attuned to the individual bio-electronic resonance frequency of the target, and so is not heard by others in the signal’s path. For any neurologist to say they neither know of nor care about knowing of such a device would be clear evidence of corruption or knowledge.

Indeed, for any specialist, be they neurologists or psychiatrists etc., to say they’re not interested in any device that allows signals to travel the human nervous system must raise suspicion of complicity. Like a corrupt cop who says he has no interest in learning of a new crime technique, it would be more than suspicious. The Psych’ professionals are almost all corrupt, many are involved but not the neurologists.

Sometime in the early ’90s, I attended a huge Neurologists’ convention at the Sydney Hilton. Expecting to be unable to speak directly to the attendees, I brought flyers in envelopes addressed to each attendee and posted them on the giant notice board. The names and permission to do this had been given to me by the organisers, who later told me that when I left, many men in black suits filed in and took one each. None of them were conference attendees who remained in the hall at the time. Consequently, not one received my posting. When I started contacting them individually, I found that many knew of the research, the Neurophone, the brain-wave scanning and brain-wave interpretation software.

Example 1: One admitted he had been harassed for inventing his own Neurophone, and offered to use hospital scanning equipment to scan targets–people who were being interfered with by remote technologies. The hospital equipment could only be accessed for official research so 40 targeted people would be needed as volunteers to be able to call the testing a research project and thus gain access to the oscillating scanners. He warned that if the monitors interfered with brainwave signals during scanning, which they could easily do, that he would be obliged to report anyone whose brainwave patterns matched those of known criminals on file. The risk was assessed by both of us as too high so we told no one.

(Personally, I believe that part of the framing we suffer includes bogus brainwave results that they fudge). The neurologist was later offered a job at Sydney University’s Centre for The Mind which studies creativity, facial expressions, and such, and is supported by Richard Branson, Peter Adams, Baz Lurman,The Dalai Lama and others. At this point this neurologist’s attitude was corrupted, and he claimed that not everything about such human research is black and white but grey. Potentially one of our greatest supporters, and a man who had offered so much hope over so many discussions, had been compromised and was lost to us.

Example 2: Another neurologist shared that illegal human research (non-consensual) had been going on for years. She said they used to hide brain-wave scanners in computer screens and wall cavities in neurologists’ offices, and would illegally scan patients’ brain-waves for research. Today, she said, the US military scans brain-waves from satellites, and does most of the research themselves. She feared for her job/life and told me to never use her name, though I could repeat what she had told me.

The Criminal Silencing of Critics with Deadly Weaponry, Discrediting, and Psychiatry

Ramola D: Psychiatrists and doctors are being used to name victims mentally ill (schizoid or paranoid or both) if they report hearing voices or covert harassment on the street, or airplane/helicopter stalking, being followed, being swarmed in stores, etc.

Dr. Seth Farber recently wrote about this in his article, “The Psychiatric Metanarrative, Targeted Individuals, and the Deep State: A Response to The New York Times”, saying that psychiatrists didn’t have to be wittingly complicit, they were generally oblivious of covert agency actions, and could just be expressing the innately authoritarian and conformist attitude of Psychiatry, which is eager to name all deviations from a norm they subjectively designate as sign of mental illness.

In essence though, psychiatrists are co-operating with the State in diagnosing victims as schizoid and helping to cover up this Crime-With-Technology. In the US and Europe, victims can be committed to institutions by such psychiatrists. Have you spoken with psychiatrists and neuropsychiatrists, what have you learned?

Paul Baird: Yes. Most scientists have no interest in ethics or human rights. Some others have organised groups to look into that. Professional prostitution or a “guns for hire” approach is common across many professions. Over 60% of people will now do whatever they’re told for money or advantage according to the CIA. “It is appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.” Albert Einstein.

Psychiatrists’ bread-and-butter diagnoses include schizophrenia; only an honest, intelligent, brave one with little ego would accept the truth. Voices in the head are their favourite money spinner–and who supplies much of that money? The government, elite employers, etc.

It is very dangerous to speak to psychiatrists, especially if they’re corrupt. Even the best ones will accept stalking, harassment, and victimisation scenarios but draw the line at hearing voices broadcast from Spook Central.

Ramola D: You’ve stated that this is class warfare, where people in power use criminal tactics of silencing potential critics with deadly weaponry, and Media helps by ruthlessly suppressing and ridiculing targets’ testimonials, while also attacking them with the information gained from constant surveillance, “Surveillance Results”–could you expand on that?

Paul Baird: The elite all know. MPs, celebrities, “businessmen”, senior military personnel, etc. They salve their consciences on the conspiracy of silence by rabbiting the CIA line that it’s a matter of National Security. They know who’s in the wrong but just don’t care. Remember, the CIA sifts and places people for the shadow government, selecting from that 60% I keep referring to. For example: A rep’ of the top security firm here told me that the “Word is out to wash our hands of you”–the Pontius Pilate approach. Having all sold their souls with their silence and complicity, the elitists do what they can to discredit the innocent. The prince of lies controls their hearts and minds.

Legal Aide: “It’s common for corporate criminals to covertly harass and blacklist people and many of them wind up on the street. They enjoy seeing that as they present as hopeless/mad. I’m only using this job as a stepping-stone and have a family. If I try to help any of those I know they did this to or spill the beans, my career will stall.”

Lawyer/Partner: “We’ve discussed it and would dearly like to help, but if we do, “They” will come at us from the side; we’ll lose all clients from any connected source, and that means we’d be out of business.”

Neuro Surveillance: Celebrities and Public Figures Both Controlled and Complicit

Ramola D: You’ve said that celebrities and public figures are also controlled by threat of use of these technologies against them. Many are also used, via Surveillance Results, via television, radio, film, to further harass targets. What do you think public figures know about all of this and why won’t they help?

Paul Baird: As for what celebrities know: This is again what I’ve brought to the table time and time again, but no-one wants to hear it. I’ve been hit by these people for decades and met some of them, some others who work for them, and many others who’ve been similarly hit. Most celebs are chosen, through agency vetting and syndicate approval, and are in that 60% I told you about. They have no editorial control, especially the journalists, and just present what they’re told to BUT they know of the targeting and, over time, if they hit the same targets, they’re in on the joke/crime.

The whole “don’t trust public figures” thing is so hard to relay in the age of celebrity worship that it’s frustrating. There are fence-sitting celebrities who don’t really approve of all this surveillance and oppression, but see it differently to you and I; as a sort of necessary trade-off. So many subtly refer to V2K and mind-reading technologies. With many, many songs mentioning “voices in my head” and “reading minds”, with the colloquial references used as covers if and when they are asked.

What am I saying? It’s back to that 60% thing again. 60% of people will do as they’re told, so the selections are made from that pool of talent, and the other 40% are shunted out.

In the case of public figures, Satan, through his minions, exacts the surveillance price from celebrities and they accept it because: that’s what they do for a living, and if they don’t do it, some lesser talent will take their place and do it anyway. Pretty much the same defence you’d get from hired assassins, give or take some large egos.

As for the price they pay (covert surveillance above the papparazzi thing being a big part of it): they pay a price, but their silence on the matter means that others also pay that same price with nothing to counter-balance it; all of us are also monitored, etc., because they remain silent. So we all pay, and only they benefit.

I say we all stand up and tell, and to hell with the monitors and their technology; it’s undemocratic, immoral, and criminal, and no government has a mandate to do it or allow it to be done.

The Few Exceptions: “Too Afraid to Do More”

Ramola D: So: people in public office and in prominent positions in media are generally corruptible, or they would not have attained their office. This brings us to the present, to all the implications of Pizzagate, the dark stories of blackmail and pedophilia propping up people in public office. Have you met or know of any exceptions, and what is your feeling about corrupt people in power today—have things changed, do we have a greater chance of exposing them?

Paul Baird: Yes, I’ve met some exceptions; that’s where a lot of my information came from in the first place. However, they will not go public as their careers/lives may be in jeopardy. Around the time I was talking to PM Howard’s people, the chief AFP (Australian Federal Police) surveillance expert told me that even if the PM were to try to help a targeted person, that he would be out of office that same day; one way or another. Such is the power of those that foster this system of oppression.

The honest/brave ones that helped a lot were mainly State and Federal Police, ex-spies and such — a few ex-politicians, TV presenters, TV/radio execs, and presenters were honest and supportive, but they were too afraid to do more than that.

Could Pizzagate and Pedogate Help Expose High-Tech Targeting?

Ramola D: What do you think about the connections of high-placed criminals to Pizzagate today, and the exposure of pedophilia/Satanism, etc.? Ted Gunderson and others have spoken about child trafficking and abuse, and many researchers have written about Satanism in the security and Intelligence agencies. Any chance, you think, that the exposure of this evil will help expose high-tech targeting as well?

Paul Baird: There’s always a chance, I suppose, but I tend to think that pedophilia in elitist circles is so out of control that it’s spilling out into the public arena. So many celebrites are caught up in rings or personal situations that there are two LA law firms that deal with nothing but celeb’ pedo’ cases or sexual-harassment-type matters. I personally see how we protect our children as a gauge of how well society is progressing. At the moment we are in a very sick, disgraceful place.

“The Ability of Government to Classify Crime is What Must be Fought.”

Ramola D: Going back to classified crime: I would think any victim of such “classified” assault on their bodies and brains would agree with this statement of yours:

“Classifying” information and calling it a matter of National Security negates the need for the criminals involved to even create excuses for their conduct. The ability of government to classify crime is what must be fought.”

Yet this is crime that malingers in shadows, that is systemically being protected and covered-up. How can such crime be exposed, and how can the classifying of such crime be fought?

Paul Baird: That’s the big question, isn’t it. Exec. Order 13526 is supposed to outlaw the classifying of matters to hide crime, yet it happens every day.

Sec. 1.7. (Executive Order 13526) Classification Prohibitions and Limitations.

(a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:

(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security.

To stop it, we need advice from National Security experts. However, the governments employ most of them, creating a conflict of interest in much the same way that the MSM makes sure it uses all media lawyers to create the same conflict. Those few experts left charge too much for targeted people to afford and, as we all know, you only get the justice you can afford. The elitist criminal will always price you out on civil matters and hide on criminal ones. That’s why 98% of crime (mostly white-collar crime) goes unpunished.

Ramola D: Finally, several initiatives supported by your extensive writing and reportage and run by Dr. Nick Begich and Lynn Surgalla of the US Psychotronics Association made great headway in 1999 at the European Parliament and UNIDIR (United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research) in creating legislation banning the use of weapons to remotely manipulate humans. Yet they were not enforced, and were indeed fully ignored by the US Government. What can we do today to once more bring this vital issue to international attention?

Paul Baird: The European Parliament passed The Resolution on the Environment, Security and Foreign Policy, A4-0005/99 on Jan 28th, 1999. This called for a world-wide convention to ban the use of all weapons for human manipulation. UNIDIR passed a similar resolution. Both were ignored by the media and the US gov’t. (UNIDIR 2002 Media Guide to Disarmament.)

The European Parliament and UNIDIR, in recognising our concerns, did mention Weapons of Mass Destruction but grouped it all into a category called “Weapons for Human Manipulation” and that’s what they wanted banned.

The point I often make about the US, which all countries know rules the planet but they dare not spell out how, is that UN Weapons Inspectors and various “Inspector Generals” etc. are nigh on impotent when it comes to the US stockpile of Weapons of Mass Destruction and covert, classified weapons. It’s as if all other countries are potential villains but not the country in the best position to be just that, and which commits more crimes against humanity than any other. This exclusion from scrutiny is one of the ways you can tell how tightly the US fist holds the reins of power worldwide. Equally, they can bolster and expand their National Security laws to cover concealing, spying, harassing re. the entire planet, but anyone else that tried that would be denounced as criminals by the CIA-controlled Media.

Again, National Security laws and the inability of UN Weapons Inspectors to study evil, classified technologies are, for me, two of the biggest obstacles we face.

With the MSM controlled by the CIA and the US government clearly behind all of this, only public education, through the marginalised media, can get the result we need.

Ramola D: Any other thoughts on how collective humanity can end these horrific elitist criminal practices of covert EMF weapon and neuro-tech assault?

Paul Baird: Can I just emphasize that despite the various other angles to all of this–the oppression, the experiments (AI, Dream Studies, Mind Control, Brain Studies, etc., etc.) that there is clearly a Eugenics angle as well. Much like their Nazi predecessors, these people not only want to disable us and put us in a mobile concentration camp and run their evil experiments, they also want to remove all trait combinations from the gene pool that lead to the make up of those who provide resistance to their evil operations–curiosity. persistence, honesty, spirituality, etc. I know of no targeted person that had children after the stressful harassment started, and most would see their offspring would also suffer if they did. Like Poles, gays, Jews and others during WWII, today the ethical, compassionate, and law-abiding are also in danger of extermination.

Only by exposing these practices can we end them. We need to work at finding ways to let the general population know that they live not in democracies but totalitarian/fascist states and (that they must work) to restore true democracy.

Finally, the answers lie with the marginalised media and articles prepared by people like yourself, Ramola. If enough people can learn of these atrocities through such writings, then pressure can be brought to bear on the powers that be to stop what is effectively a silent holocaust: the remote incarceration, torture, experimentation, and extermination of people of integrity who have the temerity to challenge elite crime.

The purpose of this article is to present the experience and understanding of those being targeted, assaulted with radiation weapons and neuroweapons, and non-consensually experimented-on,as understood by this writer; to unravel and piece together the means and processes by which people are being targeted–in terms of extant laws, military and Intelligence regulations and directives, Joint Targeting processes, Memoranda of Understanding between the DOD and the DOJ, loopholes in Human Subject Protections; to expose the inhumanity, moral depravity, and obscenity of this targeting and to-death human experimentation; and to offer solutions to address this inhumanity and end this targeting and assault of innocents.

1. Scarlet Letter: Community Informants Falsely Label the Target as Terrorist/Spy

Targets are first wrongfully and unlawfully named terrorists, spies, or suspects, by paid Fusion Center FBI/DHS informants, operating in communities, weeding out the outspoken, the activists, the morally upright, anyone they take a dislike to: this includes older women and men, minorities, independent thinkers. This includes journalists, writers, whistleblowers, retirees, peace/justice activists, professors, nurses, doctors, attorneys, engineers, ex-Intel agents, veterans, teachers, home-makers, artists, people from every profession.

Secret FISA Letters and Warrants, and National Security Letters are issued wrongfully to “start an investigation” of the innocent American/named a “suspected terrorist or spy,” couched as legal criminal investigation. They are now subjects of Extreme Surveillance. The Patriot Act permits extended and useless surveillance of pretty much everyone, for pretty much any concocted reason. This may be Running-as-“Legal”, but, because it targets innocents, and builds a folder of lies around innocents, it is Illegal, and already a Crime: it is flagrantly Wrongful, and it’s being applied Inaccurately, to Non-Terrorists, Non-Spies. What results is a sustained dragnet targeting of innocents, absolutely without cause or evidence of wrongdoing, hidden by secrecy.

Diane Roark, former Congressional staffer with the Senate Intelligence Committee, explains here in this talk how Executive Order 12333 and the Patriot Act have permitted extreme abuse in targeting in the name of counter-terrorism, how NSA data is “now being used for criminal investigations, not just for counter-terrorism, which was the original purpose”, how NSA gives tips to local Law Enforcement, and “the courts are also corrupted, because they set up a fake evidentiary trail and cannot expose their data as (sourced from) NSA surveillance”, which, she notes, would be unConstitutional, how local Law Enforcement take the FBI’s lead and illegally engage in domestic, sneak-and-peek surveillance, and how the FISA court is involved (the FISA court cannot refuse to issue a warrant). Solution: Repeal/Scrap the Patriot Act and EO 12333, Open the Secret FISA Court, Bring Due Process Back: No-one can or should be investigated as a terrorist or spy without being openly informed and openly charged in an open society. NSLs that are kept-secret should be scrapped.

NSA Whistleblower and retired Intelligence Analyst Karen Stewart, in her interview with Rob McConnell, X Zone, mentions an appeals process that should be instigated: anyone who is watchlisted should have a right to appeal this watchlisting. Due Process must be reinstated; no-one should be denied access to a meaningful defense.

This absolute power of being able to blacklist anyone in absolute secret, that the Intel agencies are currently indulging, has to be completely wrested from them. Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely. While Secrecy is Permitting Extreme Abuse of Powers. Targeting anyone and everyone without due process, without cause, for reason of personal vendetta, for reason of suppression of free speech, activism, or dissent is not Counter-Terrorism, and is not protective of National Security.

This has to be understood for what it is really is: Secrecy-Protected Crime. Why are Intelligence agencies being permitted to criminally target Anyone without public accountability, transparency, and oversight? Innocents are being targeted in secret and destroyed in secret, this has to stop.

2. Modern Enslavement/Radiation & Neuro Policing: Innocent Targets are Put by DOJ Under Secretive 24/7 “FISA-Court-Ordered” Electronic Surveillance & Lab-Rat Physical/Biometric Surveillance

Targets (unlawfully targeted as above) are unlawfully subjected to a new and secretive Department of Justice program of 24/7 (FISA-Court-ordered) Electronic Surveillance, which involves secretive, continuous audio/video recording of the target, bugs and cameras covertly planted at their residences, continuous clandestine location tracking–a Special Operations Command military maneuver reported in 2013 as futuristic, and which secretly permits the continuous use of radiation, radar, sonic, scalar non-Lethal Weapons (possibly hidden in terminology as Biometric Surveillance Devices or Physical Surveillance Devices, on the person of the target, by local Law Enforcement and by Regional Fusion Centers which includes the Military (who are also authorized to support law enforcement agencies by Chapter 18 of Title 10 of the US Code).

This could include undisclosed Pre-Crime/Neuro-Crime/Neuro-Surveillance technologies under new, being-tested and being-rolled-out Neuro-Crime programs run under the aegis of Criminal Justice/21st-Century-Policing and permitted via long-standing classified-technology-sharing using Memoranda of Understanding with the DoD.

Remote Brain Experimentation/Neuro-Surveillance: It is entirely possible that targets are both being “surveilled/monitored” by the DOJ/FBI/Local Law Enforcement with physical/biometric surveillance devices, and also being used by the DOJ/FBI as hush-hush lab-rats for Pre-Crime, Neuro-Crime experimentation using remote radiation neuroweaponry such as those running remote fMRIs and remote EEGs, by secretly (and obviously wrongfully) enrolling them in “Countering Violent Extremism” (CVE) and other convenient programs. Supposedly, these CVE programs are being rolled out in Boston, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis; however, this targeting, from victim/Target accounts, is nationwide.

From Target accounts: These weapons, as experienced, include Through-Wall radar, portable Directed-Energy Weapons, covertly-implanted RFIDs and RFID Tracking; weapons also include the more exotic, being-tested Neuro Crime and Neuro Surveillance weapons, permitted to deliver Remote EEGs, Remote Electroshocks, Remote Neural Monitoring―all of which weaponry is possibly black-budget, covert-ops, CIA “sources & methods,” and “classified.”

(Can FOIAs and FOIA lawsuits force DOJ to reveal what classified or non-classified non-lethal weapons are in use by Fusion Centers as surveillance devices, without disclosure, on Americans? Massachusetts Fusion Center refuses to divulge information on these, citing “public safety” behind its withholding―which would suggest an acknowledgment that they (undisclosed non-lethals) are definitely in use, just not being disclosed. A FOIA request to the FCC by a Pennsylvania resident however, yielded a listing of radar-based through-wall surveillance devices as well as ground-penetrating radar possibly in use by local Law Enforcement or/and the Federal Government included in a FCC spreadsheet listing Ultra Wide Band equipment licenses.)

PLEASE NOTE: Classified non-lethal weapons jointly developed by DOJ/DOD for Criminal Justice appear to have been permitted for use on targets by the Department of Justice; no public disclosure or consent has preceded this usage. The usage of the weapons itself is covert―undisclosed; this is Secret Policing, and every American should know about it. When a state Fusion Center refuses to divulge its arsenal of non-lethal weapons currently in operation on its streets―and hidden under categories of surveillance, as surveillance devices–on a Freedom of Information Act request, as the Massachusetts Fusion Center has, to this writer, one has to question what part that attitude of deliberate secrecy has in a democracy. When it comes down to it, that attitude typifies repressive dictatorships―quintessential Banana Republics, not democracies. Is the government of the United States of America in actuality a repressive dictatorship then, and not a democracy?

Solution: The Department of Justice should fully disclose weaponry in use, and programs in use, whether pilot, experimental, or operational; no secret or covert electronic or radiation surveillance of any citizen should be allowed. This is bodily-invasive, intrusive, and extremely harmful radiation, scalar, and sonic technology. There has been no public debate and there is no public consent for this use, of undisclosed weaponry and undisclosed surveillance technology. This weaponry has been reported by all being assaulted with it as barbaric and inhumane; a military investigator has openly stated that certain non-lethal weapons are in actuality lethal; an ex-UK Navy microwave weapons expert has stated that all non-lethal weapons can be used lethally; targets report continuous 24/7 assault with these radiation weapons―that is not non-lethal usage, that is lethal usage.

3. Modern Enslavement/Target Practice: Innocent Targets are Secretly Enrolled into Multi-Million-Dollar Defense Contracts for Terminal Lab-Rat Directed-Energy Weapons Bio-Effects Testing

Secret Military Experimentation Unto Death: This experimentation is 24/7, and involves the operation of death-dealing Directed-Energy Weapons. False Labels of “Enemy Combatant”/Geneva Convention Protections Scrapped: Perusing Military Intelligence Oversight documents online also suggests that targets are possibly being named “enemy combatants” who are “engaging in actions of hostility” against the United States, and are then permitted to become military/war-time objects of surveillance, counter-intelligence, and counter-terrorism―in collusion with Intelligence “components”–ie, other Intelligence agencies and departments, and, in their confabulation as “enemy combatants,” are no longer considered “protected persons” under the Geneva Convention―opening the door to an infinity of massive abuse as subjects of deadly military experimentation.

A. APPLICABILITY

This procedure applies to experimentation on human subjects if such experimentation is conducted by or on behalf of a DoD intelligence component. This procedure does not apply to experimentation on animal subjects.

B. EXPLANATION OF UNDEFINED TERMS

1. Experimentation in this context means any research or testing activity involving human subjects that may expose such subjects to the possibility of permanent or temporary injury (including physical or psychological damage and damage to the reputation of such persons) beyond the risks of injury to which such subjects are ordinarily exposed in their daily lives.

2. Experimentation is conducted on behalf of a DoD intelligence component if it is conducted under contract to that component or to another DoD component for the benefit of the intelligence component or at the request of such a component regardless of the existence of a contractual relationship.

Executive Order 12333 permits various kinds of surveillance and physical searches by different Intelligence agencies and departments of the military for various purposes, particularly Intelligence surveillance, and includes this qualified allowance for human subject experimentation, in itself deceptive, because DHHS guidelines mentioned below lead, via loopholes in the Common Rule (slightly modified individually for and by different agencies and DOD), right back to the whims and vagaries of agencies and DOD, to waivers of Informed Consent by the Secretary of Defense, blank-check internal Review Boards for research projects, and no external oversight:

2.10 Human Experimentation. No agency within the Intelligence Community shall sponsor, contract for or conduct research on human subjects except in accordance with guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The subject’s informed consent shall be documented as required by those guidelines. (EO 12333)

Indefinite Detention without trial, as we know, is being preserved in the NDAA 2016, both for Guantanamo and for the rest of the USA, fought for by President Obama’s Administration as noted here in 2013, even as empty promises to close Guantanamo were frequently aired:

Ironically, this slide on the 2013 DOD Intelligence Oversight Program presentation offers the rest of us a revealing glimpse of Intelligence activities being conducted (and kept undisclosed and “protected from disclosure” with a label) that the world at large might find questionable, improper, immoral, venal, exploitative, dishonorable.

The various means by which targets are being used as lab-rats for the operation of deadly directed-energy weapons used in Electronic Warfare on their bodies include avid Military Deception, termed MILDEC in military jargon.

Is Informed Consent being buried by (false) claims of “Minimal Risk”? Consider for instance that a recent FOIA request to the USAF, delayed for many months, for documents and details on Informed Consent onthe 7-yr, 2013 USAF-General Dynamics Directed-Energy Weapons Bio-Behavioral Research contract, yielded only partial and redactedinformation (released documents here), claimed Exemption 5 USC 552 b (4)to withhold technical data, did not yield full information on field testing of the DEWs mentioned–meaning, could not openly prove that the weapons-testing on this contract had the full, informed consent of all those being tested on–yet had a Federal Wide Assurance (of human subject protections and Informed Consent) filed with the OHRP, obtained separately on FOIA from the OHRP (FWA here). (Information from this FOIA will be covered separately in an article soon.) Note, this is an ongoing USAF weapons-testing contract doing DEBR-Directed Energy Bio-Behavioral Research on Americans, which has been approved by the Office of Human Research Protections, at the US Department of Health and Human Services.

While this particular possibility needs further research, given current Common Rule/Based on The Belmont Report loopholes regarding Informed Consent, given current OHRP Federal Wide Assurance loopholes regarding applicability to the Common Rule and Informed Consent, and given that General Dynamics Federal-Wide Assurance filed with OHRP, it could just be that the Principal Investigators and Human Protections Administrators at Defense contractor corporations and Institutional Review Boards signing off on these contracts and signing Federal-Wide Assurances (FWAs) filed (as required–as per OHRP–for all contracts using “human subjects”) with the Office of Human Research Protections at the Department of Health and Human Services are openly lying about “minimal harm” to subjects, “minimal risk,” and acting as authoritarian arbiters of Informed Consent for their non-consensual subjects, even as the Common Rule offers the Military convenient loopholes to permit waivers of Informed Consent, and the NDAA openly permits enslavement of American citizens for lab-rat exploitation, all in the false name of National Security.

Permitting the Military to train weapons on citizens under cover of necessity–and consenting to Military Deception in burying Informed Consent from potential “human subjects”–is not “National Security”, it is National Suicide.

Solution: Repeal the NDAA. Rescind the DoD Directive 5240.1 R. Revoke EO 12333. Remove all loopholes from the Common Rule, and from the terms of the OHRP’s Federal Wide Assurance. Rescind all military, intelligence, and JTRIG directives permitting citizen-use for weapons-testing or any kind of human experimentation. In addition, publicly question the US Department of Defense and all Intelligence agencies permitting this current covert assault on citizens, hold them accountable for the inflicting of harm and for gross human rights violations: these should be considered in the light of war crimes, for what they are, crimes against humanity.

Strike all noxiously permissive legislation allowing human bio-behavioral effects testing from the books. Do not permit or legalize weapons-testing on citizens for any reason. Citizens should NEVER be harmed by their own governments, whom they themselves elect, support with taxes, and expect to represent them. Militaries are supposed to defend citizens, not assault them. There is no such thing as needing to harm citizens for National Security, just because China or Russia may also have these weapons.

Governments that experiment with military weapons on citizens are in fact flagrantly harming National Security―there is no national security when military and mercenary contractors are running around hunting down innocent citizens everywhere they go with deadly Electronic Warfare radiation weapons, the correct word for that is State-Sponsored Domestic Terrorism. Worldwide, it must be noted that these quite-lethal “non-lethal” Electronic Warfare weapons, like blinding lasers, like nuclear weapons, are barbaric weapons which must be banned, worldwide.

4. Modern Enslavement/MK ULTRA Neuro-Experimentation: Innocent Targets are “Detained” without Due Process for Lab-Rat Remote Brain Interrogation in Classified Non-Consensual CIA/DIA/DARPA Intelligence “Sources and Methods” MK ULTRA-Extended Experiments

“Under current law, the federal government has proclaimed the power, has arrogated to itself the power to obtain indefinitely without charge or trial U.S. Citizens and lawful permanent residents who are apprehended on American soil. Let that sink in for just a minute.” Senator Lee also reminded the Congress that the last time the U.S. federal government detained Americans was the internment of Japanese Americans during the Second World War.

Senator Rand Paul noted that President Obama recognized the danger of granting the federal government the power to indefinitely detain Americans. Upon signing the bill in 2011 President Obama added a signing statement promising not to use the power. “He said, this is a terrible power and I promise never to use it. Any president who says a power is so terrible he is not going to use it should not be on the books,” Paul stated. “Someday there will be someone in charge of the government that makes a grievous mistake, like rounding up the Japanese. Targets (unlawfully targeted as above) are unlawfully detained without due process by the NDAA for “interrogation,” as per President Obama’s casual sign-off on this Constitution-busting military power-grab, which attempts to legalize and opens the door both for “Criminal Justice” interrogation experimentation using Neuro Crime weaponry to remotely probe brains as described above in (2), and also for “Intelligence Surveillance” interrogation experimentation programs conducted by the NSA/CIA/DARPA/DIA to further their in-process, classified CIA/DARPA MKULTRA-extended programs of Neuro-Experimentation, Neuro-Modification, and Behavior-Modification.

By law, the CIA is specifically prohibited from collecting foreign intelligence concerning the domestic activities of US citizens. Its mission is to collect information related to foreign intelligence and foreign counterintelligence. By direction of the president in Executive Order 12333 of 1981 and in accordance with procedures approved by the Attorney General, the CIA is restricted in the collection of intelligence information directed against US citizens. Collection is allowed only for an authorized intelligence purpose; for example, if there is a reason to believe that an individual is involved in espionage or international terrorist activities. The CIA’s procedures require senior approval for any such collection that is allowed, and, depending on the collection technique employed, the sanction of the Director of National Intelligence and Attorney General may be required. These restrictions on the CIA have been in effect since the 1970s.

The “Collection” referenced above is, from target accounts and lawsuits such as ex-NSA’s St. John Clair Akwei lawsuit, and from the work of analysts, writers, and targets, speculated to include information gathered from Neuro or Brain Surveillance, Monitoring, and Interrogation.

By this means, under Criminal Justice Neuro-Interrogation and Intelligence Surveillance Neuro-Interrogation, Intelligence and Security agencies are being permitted to experimentally remotely probe, monitor, and modify brains, actions that, from inference on FOIA requests, are “properly classified” as “sources and methods of gaining intelligence” and not subject to any Common Rule protections of human subjects because classified research is permitted by current loopholes in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to evade Informed Consent requirements. In other words, targets already subjected to Extreme Radiation Electronic Surveillance by the DOJ, and used non-consensually for military weapons-testing, are also unlawfully entered into classified CIA/DIA/NSA/DARPA MKULTRA-extended programs of non-consensual neuro-experimentation and neuro-modification, bio-hacking, and bio-robotization, involving 24/7 pain and trauma signalling for neural network re-programming, no-touch torture, sleep-deprivation, V2K (voice to skull/synthetic telepathy, i.e., voices in head), clandestine implantation of RFID microchips, bio-MEMs, and nanotechnology, clandestine activation of these implants for pain and trauma-signaling, continuous remote brain and neural monitoring via remote EEGs, brain-EMF-harvesting, Brain-Computer Interfaces, Electronic Brain Links, Brain-to-Brain communication, EEG cloning, mind hiving, and interrogation via Dream Manipulation. This information on current-day MKULTRA neuro-experimentation is provided both by ex-CIA scientists, whistleblowers, and current-day “TI” victims of this unlawful and extreme experimentation. Proving the fact of this ongoing experimentation―if insider whistleblowers and human-rights-centered hackers don’t step forward, as they ethically, absolutely must–will necessitate a no-holds-barred interrogation and investigation of NSA/CIA/DARPA, their contracts, and their contractors. Secrecy that permits such torture of citizens, such violence hidden in plain sight, yet bound by lies suggesting “proper classification” Must be ended. Concerned neuroscientists, psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, human rights advocates, journalists, Information Technology specialists, and citizens Should initiate such an investigation―over more than three decades, Congress has been made aware by constituents, is possibly fully aware, but is silent. This situation cannot hold. Secrecy that permits crime is a crime, and must be ended.

Solution: Bring Due Process and Full Accountability back, no exceptions. Hold the Department of Justice accountable. Hold the CIA, DIA, ODNI, NSA, and DARPA accountable. Demand transparency.

No secretive, classified, covert and non-consensual pre-crime Criminal Justice Neuro-Surveillance or (Neuro) Behavior or Brain Modification operations or experimentation should be permitted or tested on humans; it must be stressed that all experimentees report their experience as barbaric and inhumane experimentation. To clarify: All neuro-experimentation being reported by non-consensual experimentees today is being reported as Torture.

Classified research which is hiding under cover of “National Security” and engaging in these covert crimes of absolute, untenable Torture against humanity needs to be fully opened up. This is a case of Classification to permit covert crimes. Hidden under “sources and methods” in efforts to create “the perfect spy” or to aid HUMINT or Human Intelligence Collection, these are grotesque, barbaric, and completely inhumane experiments and an assault on our common humanity.

In other words, these covered agencies, using National Security and Counter Terrorism as cover, may say they are conducting “Counter Intelligence,” but in reality are conducting Torture.

Dismantle the CIA’s, DIA’s, and NSA’s dirty-ops research wing, which is using EMF/sonic/scalar and wifi-based Pain, Trauma, and Torture (in continuation of MK ULTRA’s pain-based experiments) to modify neural networks, personal memories, psychology, behavior, and human brains, to hack into brains, take over human brains, and manipulate motor, audio, and visual cortexes in attempts to create compliant, subjugated, docile, and fully manipulable human beings. Challenge All classification of research on human beings, disallow the CIA, DARPA, and NSA from experimenting under cover of classification for any reason on humans. Covered experimentation is Pure Abuse.

NOTE: As noted above, the CIA is quite possibly concealing the use of these radiation/scalar/sonic DEWs and neuroweapons under both classified labels and the cover-all-crimes Sources and Methods of Gathering Intelligence category, as FOIA request responses imply. Further, as per the 2015 NPRM for the Common Rule, the CIA, with other agencies, has recently been seeking sweeping changes to the Common Rule, demanding that all research it conducts be considered normative and beneficial Intelligence activity, and therefore be exempted fully from the human subject protections of the Common Rule. (This is nothing but a covered agency already abusing humans under cover seeking even deeper cover by way of deliberate Public Deception–possibly to hide its current abuse of humans, which many “Targeted Individuals” and MK ULTRA survivors are speaking out about, but perhaps also to protect its future, so it can run future programs of abusive experimentation undercover, unknown to all, and unchecked.)

5. Psychological & Social Domestic Terrorism: Targets are subjected to community-wide COINTELPRO assaults, character-assassination, community ridicule, isolation, color-coding tied in to Lab-Rat Exploitation in Neuro-Experimentation, Neuro Imaging, Psychiatry, Artificial Intelligence Networks, and New Police-State Paradigm Social Engineering experiments.

Targets (unlawfully targeted, surveilled, “detained”, and remotely neuro-interrogated as above) are further unlawfully subjected to COINTELPRO actions by the FBI/DHS/local Law/local fusion centers and their community accomplices: Infragard, Citizen Watch, and Community Watch units―which include continuous traffic and street harassment, organized stalking, public-place swarming, mobbing, organized noise harassment, employment sabotage, and community smear campaigns or character-assassination. Active Deception is used to tell communities targets are threats who need to be watched continuously.

In the ’70s, COINTELPRO was found to have flourished on secrecy:

Neither current-day TIPS, now known as National Neighborhood Watch (and run by the National Sheriffs’ Association), nor the addition of “electronic surveillance” gets coverage in mainstream media. But there has been some recent public disclosure of covert electronic surveillance, eg of X-Ray vans in New York, in the media; this Asymmetric or Unconventional Warfare (explained in this 2008 Special Operations Forces Unconventional Warfare handbook) is well covered by targeted writers and analysts online and in books, including being reported in Mark Rich’s New World War, and has been explored here earlier.

COINTELPRO PsyOps Designed to Make Target Sound Paranoid: It has also been noted that these PsyOps are intended to make the target sound delusional if he/she reports the massive, all-round COINTELPRO/organized stalking/PsyOps he/she receives. The purpose here being even more insidious, to get this fully-exploited victim of non-consensual covert neuro-experimentation slammed with a psychiatric diagnosis of delusional disorder/paranoid schizophrenia―an old, dirty tactic to discredit the non-consensual experimentee, keep the real truth of (“properly classified” yet criminal, torture-based) neuro-experimentation and electronic experimentation from getting out to the general public, and to enable continued, endless, secretive electronic-warfare and neuro experimentation, abuse, and torture of the victim.

A quote from the ex-Military security professional who runs the highly informative website fightgangstalking.com spells it out:

“Since counterintelligence stalking goes far beyond surveillance – into the realm of psychological terrorism, it is essentially a form of extrajudicial punishment. As such, the harassment is illegal – even when done by the government. It clearly violates, for example, the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unwarranted searches, and the Sixth Amendment – which guarantees the right to a trial. Such operations also violate similar fundamental rights defined by state constitutions. Stalking is also specifically prohibited by the criminal codes of every state in America.”

In essence, by this COINTELPRO, targets are being –extrajudiciously, inhumanely, invasively―continuously psychologically, physically, and socially assaulted.

Solution:Today’s COINTELPRO has to be exposed and abolished, with the perpetrators prosecuted. That Executive Order permitting PsyOps needs to be repealed. Fusion Centers need to be publicly questioned and prosecuted. Community Based Participatory Research run on military contracts, whether classified or not, needs to be publicly questioned by human rights groups, its ties to COINTELPRO exposed, and terminated. The entire Watch program has to be opened up, exposed, audited, challenged, ended. Hold the FBI, DHS, JTRIG, and local fusion centers accountable. Hold DARPA, CIA, DIA, NSA, their private contractors, and all Universities assisting on such contracts accountable.

Hold all utilities and businesses participating in such noxious electronic abuse of targets accountable. Open up the secrecy behind all counter-intelligence practices by the covered Agencies. Make all such crime, including by the FBI or DHS under counter-intelligence or surveillance headers, illegal and prosecutable. Make all such programs of “participatory-research” by deception completely obsolete. Make America Sane again.

6. Fusion Center-Encouraged Abuse By Neighbors/Neighborhood Assault: Targets are being subjected to the extreme abuse of continuous surveillance, PsyOps, noise harassment, and electronic abuse by their neighbors, in their own neighborhoods/as part of Lab-Rat Exploitation in New Paradigm (4^th Reich?) Social Engineering operations

Targets (already subject to the extreme abuses of unlawful targeting, radiation and neuro-surveillance, military weapons testing, neuro-experimentation based on trauma and pain-signalling, and harassive COINTELPRO on the streets) are therefore now being unlawfully assaulted and abused by their own community members who have consented (under false notice of investigations, surveillance, and defamatory lies about the target):

1) to assist in “ManHunting” or high-tech tracking the target (for 24/7 continuous electronic surveillance) using GPS tracking and cell phones/apps to track the target’s location and implanted-RFID emissions or brain EMFs or both, and to openly surveill the target,

2) to assault the target with Pulsed Microwave Frequencies, via provided cell phone apps, or provided directed-energy weapons, or installed antennas on their property;

3) to engage in PsyOps/Neural Linguistic Programming actions against the target as described above of color-coding, mimicking, engaging in street theater and directed conversations,

4) to engage in COINTELPRO actions of street harassment and noise harassment against the target, and

5) to further spread the lies, rumors, and defamatory stories about the target in the target’s neighborhood and community.

Exactly like the East German practice of Zersetsung, and the Nazi practice of forcing neighbors to snitch and spy on neighbors, this current-day 24/7 Neighborhood Abuse of targets, masquerading as surveillance, works to further assault, abuse, and victimize the target. It also conditions neighbors to dehumanize and hunt down neighbors, and furthers the program of New Police State Paradigm social re-engineering which seems to be underway.

Solution: Turning neighbors wrongfully against neighbors are crimes. These are acts of psychologial, social, and domestic terrorism and should be treated that way. The military and Intelligence agencies, operating through fusion centers, local law enforcement, and neighborhood watch groups should be publicly questioned, exposed, and prosecuted. Fusion Centers and their many components should be held publicly accountable. Neighborhood Watch groups should not be permitted to engage in actions of assault―surveillance, PsyOPs, electronic―against others in their neighborhood. Dismantle the FBI, DHS, NSA, CIA and military groups, who are permitting or creating this atrocity; at the very least, question them publicly, open up their budgets, audit them, and force the public exposure and termination of this systemic crime.

7. Establishment Cover-Up: The witness―the victim, the experiencer, the target of radiation-surveillance, the 2016 non-consensual classified-ops neuro-experimentee, the exploited lab-rat―is silenced by colluding medical professionals, colluding and ignorant psychiatrists, colluding law enforcement, and a bought, corporate and colluding mainstream media, while being stifled in-house by Govt/Agency infiltrators

Silencing the Witness: Colluding medical professionals, in particular, psychiatrists move in to disappear and Blame the Victim in an astounding act of medical malpractice by naming all those reporting such covert harassment and remote electromagnetic experimentation on their bodies as delusional and schizoid―without once testing their claims of being implanted and frequency-assaulted scientifically, with measuring instruments; without once consulting with neuroscientists, radiologists, toxicologists, medical physicists; without ever getting informed on the current state of neuroscience, the history of experimentation on human beings and animals with electromagnetic radiation, and the history of covert non-consensual neuro-experimentation (eg, MK ULTRA, MK DELTA, MK NAOMI, Project Bluebird, Project Artichoke); and without examining the vast body of evidence available today in patents or revealed by various whistleblowers―guided instead by the wrongful labeling of psychiatric disorders in the increasingly fraudulent DSM, which many psychologists and psychiatrists of integrity question. Disorders named and labelled in the DSM as absolute illnesses, for instance, are not based on physiological evidence but are subjectively decided by a group of psychiatrists, by vote.

Colluding psychiatrists, working for the state and working for the psycho-pharmaceutical complex which puts out the DSM, invent deadlier and deadlier drugs each year, and are responsible for the mass drugging into absolute oblivion of various populations, be they ADHD or “oppositional defiant disorder” teenagers or too-excitable toddlers deemed worthy of Ritalin or Seroquel to help prop up the diseased State with its overt and covert arsenal of intimate Surveillance and Control mechanisms. In essence, acting against psyches, against psychological health and well-being, and against societies. In complete opposition to the ethos, essence, and metier of the Hippocratic Oath, and in absolute servility to society’s current oppressors. In Servility to Surveillance should perhaps be emblazoned on their doors. Or Subservience to Surveillance.

History shows us that psychiatrists support the State in situations of totalitarian oppression, overt or covert. History―from right here in the USA―also shows us that corrupt doctors and psychiatrists lie to cover up secretive and abusive non-consensual experimentation―as the 1950s Plutonium Experiments reported by Eileen Winsome, for instance, readily prove. Today, psychiatrists effectively collude with the State to silence and disappear the victims of this 21st-century tyranny: abusive, classified, non-consensual neuro-experimentation and DEW research.

Colluding medical professionals at Universities and hospitals such as surgeons, anaesthetists, technicians, neuroscientists, physicians, and dentists obviously also support the Deep State’s Intelligence agencies by conducting the covert surgical operations of implanting RFID chips, bioMEMs, neurostimulators/BCI chips/other kinds of chips, microcircuits, stentrods, and wires in the bodies of those individuals who have been blacklisted and roped into the criminal programs of covert experimentation discussed here.

Colluding corporate government-run mainstream media swoop in for the kill when targets protest, naming targets insane and seeking to destroy their credibility, as recent New York Times, Mother Jones, and Daily Beast articles and rather frantic Psy Op entries in Rational Wiki and Wikipedia demonstrate. Further, since 2014, when Glenn Greenwald went abruptly silent on the subject after promising to publish the names of all NSA-surveilled individuals, corporate media has shown it will not cover the issue of blacklisted individuals at all. Worse, those reporting as Targeted Individuals are glibly named insane by well-paid journalists, while Targeting itself, a continuing, obvious, oft-stated, and primary concern of this Surveillance State, is completely avoided by mainstream media as a subject of any concern whatsoever; since The Intercept‘s limited reveal of a group of Muslim professionals targeted wrongfully by the State, no further follow-up has occurred. Did Snowden’s trove of documents include details on this targeting of individuals, did it include names and personal circumstances? We’ll never know, will we, if The Intercept is to exclusively mind this information―and has shown reluctance to publish. Whether they have this information or not, however, neither they nor any other media group is pressing the NSA for details on targeting, past or present. The subject of domestic targeting in fact has literally fallen off the radar in mainstream media.

The perfidy and extremity of Media malfeasance here cannot and should not go unnoticed.

Media has essentially become a mouthpiece for Government deception or MILDEC―Military Deception. Media thereby removes itself from its base responsibility to research and report on current affairs for the people, exonerates itself from any culpability in the large matter of ignoring the reports of non-consensual experimentation and covert assault rising continually in cries for help from an assaulted public, and in so doing, proves its collaboration with the State, and against the people.

The campaign to suppress vocal and eloquent non-consensual experimentees and dupe their audience has in fact taken on an urgent and unsavory twist; blaming the Victim, the (CIA-run?) New York Times has shown, is a practice that seeks desperately to be comprehensive and meta-aware. It involves denigrating every single action the reporting victim has taken―whether it is contacting Congressmen, organizing online for support or validation, or writing letters to the editor of the New York Times (or any other media outlet) asking for help. All of this is marked as delusional, all of this is referred to the Psychiatry Establishment as essentially their domain of concern.

(This, despite the fact that, historically, neuro-experimentation, both public-domain and classified, is a known fact, that thousands of patents exist for both neuro-experimentation devices, weaponry, and methodologies, contracts exist for directed-energy weapons testing, and mainstream neuroscience no longer conceals that brains can be invaded, thoughts read, and neural networks modified.)

So Media helps along the fallacy in action here; when people report assault with radiation weaponry and symptoms of neuro-experimentation, no recourse to Medical Physics, Radiology, Radio-Frequency Engineering, or Neuroscience is sought. Instead, a colluding or uninformed DSM-loyal psychiatrist is appealed to, for help in securing a facile and fraudulent “schizophrenia/schizoid/delusional” diagnosis, and Media, not batting a single analytical eyelid, reports this diagnosis as the legitimate, accurate, last word.

Media collusion here expresses the intent of those who are manipulating Media, the Intelligence agencies who still seek absolute hegemony over Americans and the whole of humanity: clearly, the intent is to ruthlessly suppress all reports of covert assault and experimentation by silencing the reporting individual, that is, silencing the witness, the experiencer, the primary voice alerting the world to ongoing Covert Ops programs of neuro-torture and electromagnetic weapons-testing being run by clearly out-of-control Intelligence agencies, complacent military contractors, and a vast National Security apparatus crying “Spy! Terrorist! Unstable! Threat!” on random innocent citizens, whistleblowers, and activists.

Colluding Law Enforcement help establish the deception; just like those psychiatrists and medical professionals in the Know, who assist with the covert implantations or actively collude to diagnose victims reporting the situation as schizoid, Law Enforcement engages in the most insidious deception, permitting, supporting, and assisting the cruel and barbaric targeting of individuals with deadly radiation technology, on the one hand using Through The Wall Surveilance pulsing radar devices―and other, undisclosed “non-lethal weapons” disguised as physical/biometric surveillance–on them, and on the other, denying any knowledge of targets being targeted, feigning concern that all reporting are mentally ill, need community Mental Health intervention, and helping provide this by Baker-Acting them. In-Community Government Infiltrators, meanwhile, help along the Covert Ops cause by insinuating themselves as “helpful” technology experts, information analysts, activists, counselors, and organizers right in the middle of the community of brutally assaulted, seriously-victimized lab-rat targets, jostling their way into key positions at the head of “TI” groups, seeking to establish themselves―on listservs, email lists, regional groups–as key spokespersons, taking charge of what technology can and cannot be spoken about (no talk of Black Ops Neuroweapons allowed, no mention of Remote Neural Monitoring, Neurophones, Mind Control, Covert RFID or Bio-MEM implants, Brain EMF Harvesting by Cell Phone, Pulsed Microwave Radiation delivered via Cell Phone, Scalar Technologies, neighbors using portable DEWs, or Ionizing (radioactive) Radiation weapons), decrying and squashing legitimate attempts at HR activism and advocacy, misdirecting, misframing, and running deceptive Psy Ops on this already-victimized, Mil/Intel-PsyOp’d group.

Just as with Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and the Civil Rights Movement―as with many other groups of activists―this Government infiltration seeks to be divisive, authoritarian, controlling, and stifling―and often succeeds. As a result, attempts to organize legitimately are often sabotaged―from within. Not merely are targets exploited as lab-rats from without, by the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, the DIA, the NSA, and DARPA, they are exploited from within, by undercover operatives from these very Departments and Agencies―and possibly also from the larger, overarching entities representing the Crown, the Wall Street bankers/Bilderbergers/TriLaterals running this charade, the Vatican and the soulless secret societies and clubs of feckless billionaires, the Tavistocks/Clubs of Rome/Freemasons/Skull and Bones/Bohemian Grove/Satanists, the “Illuminati” and the Operation Paperclip Nazis, the global shadow government manipulating Intel agencies worldwide–selling themselves as “TIs”, spreading abroad elaborate stories of being targeted themselves, while seeking to squash all meaningful public education and activism, in programs of absolutely immoral deception, manipulation, and exploitation. Raping the rape victim should come to mind, as also stoning the rape victim to death. Twice over, these Departments and Agencies―of the United States Government―and their global shadow government overseers condemn themselves.

Solution: Psychiatrists need to be held to higher standards of accountability to society, as do all medical professionals. In-built oversight and privacy mechanisms should exist, to prevent medical professionals and hospitals from secretly colluding with military and Intelligence agencies to allow or facilitate non-consensual and secret operations, implantings, and experimentations on patients.

Physicians and Psychiatrists Should Be Educated: Psychiatrists and physicians both should be educated on basic advances in neuroscience, and need to understand the expansive frontiers of both neuroscience and neuroweaponry today; they should also be apprised of the basics of Electronic Warfare, what non-lethal weapons are, and the fact that the Military is currently running open field tests of these radiation/sonic/scalar weapons on citizens; and they should be made aware of the ongoing history of non-consensual medical experimentation on citizens.

Physicians and Psychiatrists Should Be Required to Scan Patients: When patients report electromagnetic signals on their bodies, or the sensations of implants being activated in their bodies, or say they have a RF microchip in any part of their bodies, or report “voices in their head” which can be induced electronically―by various means, and have, ever since the Neurophone was invented in 1958 by a bright 14-year-old (Patrick Flanagan)– they need to be scanned or checked radiologically and physically, not gagged neuroleptically, and further abused with disbelief, discrediting, and psychosis-inducing drugs―this is exactly like raping the rape victim, or stoning the rape victim to death, as is currently practiced in that bastion of human rights, Saudi Arabia.

Neuroscientists and psychiatrists today need to be in conversation with each other, and military and Intelligence scientists need to step forward and engage in some candid whistleblowing about what the military and Intelligence agencies are really doing―instead of collecting blood-money paychecks for overseeing Covert Ops torture and maintaining an immoral silence. Tribunals should be held to hold doctors, psychiatrists, and hospitals accountable for misdiagnoses and malpractice on an astronomical scale: for colluding in non-consensual experimentation and exploitation of their patients, and for permitting the secret agencies to step in to inflict harm on the patients in their care.

Further, all societies and cultures should have a central ethical reporting body, separate from state departments of health, where anyone suspecting they have become subjects in non-consensual experimentation can go, or write/email to, to present affidavits, documentation, and testimonies, gain technical assistance to get body and brain-scanned, get their homes checked for surveillance devices and torture wiring, or otherwise prove such assaults electronically. Failing the presence of such a central reporting/assisting body, this ship continues to be rudderless and vacuous in direction. Non-consensual experimentees have no-one to report to, and our existing bodies like the President’s Bioethical Commission and SACHRP have stated or indicated they are not accepting and addressing any such reports―proving their absolute Strawman hollowness and inadequacy, and suggesting a covert establishment use as facade and in-name-only purveyance of Ethics. Beyond such hollow Commissions and Committees, in every county, every city, every state, every country, we need a dedicated human rights advocacy center for the examination of all claims of non-consensual covert experimentation and covert harassment for victims.

Media should be held accountable for the printing of lies and distortions, and should not be permitted to work actively with agencies to print propaganda and deceit. That Executive Order permitting propaganda and Psy Ops needs to be repealed. Media’s primary role as true informer to society and analytical observer of events needs to be reinstated. Essentially, Media should be held to the same high standards as for all citizens, and should be made prosecutable for acts of active deception, conducted to palliate the Military or the Government. The CIA’s link to Media needs to be well and truly broken. We need Media watchdogs who work ethically, with integrity, to keep Media on track.

Law Enforcement needs to be persuaded to change its orientation here, to assisting and supporting the public, not covered agencies running deadly programs of secret violence on us. This issue is obviously connected with our laws: we need to strike all citizen-harming laws from the book, and ensure that our police can act with openness and integrity instead of running Psy Ops and deception on the populace. Crime in the 21st-century has to be understood to include radiation assault with DEWs and antennas, and crime victims should be protected―not further abused―by police.

As for undercover infiltration and stifling of victim groups seeking desperately to inform the world of their exploitation and seeking humanity, seeking help, these US Departments and Agencies should know their day of reckoning is going to come much sooner than they imagine, and when it does, the supremely venal nature of their cruelty to Americans and citizens worldwide will be fully revealed, and will only serve to condemn themselves further. Again the answer here is to fully open the Government, require a complete accounting for all Covert Ops and Psy Ops budgets, demand full disclosure of all Covert Ops and undercover activities―and remove all such funding from these Departments and Agencies.

What Does This All Mean for America, and For the World?

Many believe the “New World Order” is a distant behemoth, one yet to be unrolled or manifest in our midst. Those of us actively being oppressed in the ways spelled out here know however that the criminals running this dystopia of control and suppression they seek to couch in euphemisms coyly suggestive of newness and order have already rolled it out, they’ve been rolling it out for years, and each year it gets more and more Orwellian and ruthless.

From the USA, to Canada, to countries in Europe, to South Africa, to India, to Sri Lanka, to Australia, to New Zealand, and many countries in between, we have been “taken over.” Still under cover of “Democracy” we have become societies where governments run secretly by vested corporate and banking interests–as well as covered Intelligence agencies filled with Satanic secret society members and Operation Paperclip Nazis–willingly countenance secret citizen abuse, secret oppression with radiation weapons and neuro-weapons, and secret cover-ups with Psy Ops, keeping one part of the masses numbed and ignorant with Media trickery, the other part terrorized and unlawfully co-opted with talk of terrorists/spies in their midst, which cover helps them run long-term programs of slander, abuse, and grotesque human experimentation (as human sacrifice?) on a select few: the most outstanding, the most outspoken, the most moral, the most incorruptible, the most innocent.

And what that experimentation is and promises to establish, globally, should not be forgotten.

One, the undisclosed use today of directed-energy weapons, remote neuroweapons, and sonic/radar surveillance devices (by the DOJ, by DHS, by the FBI, by local Law Enforcement, by Defense contractors) whose discharge is invisible and which lend themselves therefore to covered use as stealth weapons included in a stealth network of Smart Grids, cell towers, cell antennas, cell phones, satellites, planes, drones, helicopters, SUVs, vans, cars, Man-pads, utility vans, various kinds of parked equipment, landscaping/leaf-blowing/snow-blowing/street-sweeping equipment wielded by Special Ops/DIA operatives operating from “cover” businesses in our midst, ground-penetrating radar, and the vast, noncommital cover of “Electronic Surveillance”, permits not just continued unsuspected mass radiation & continued covert neuro surveillance, undisclosed, but the promise of secretive and remote and never-ending, future-lockdown, Full Control of populations, bodies and brains included, through mere threat of use of these deadly technologies―hinted at to communities currently, through use on specific, unfortunate, scapegoated targets in their midst.

Two, the programs being run by the Classified Ops brigade―the NSA/CIA/DARPA―with the involvement of DOJ, possibly, in Neuro-Crime programs―of MKULTRA-extended Trauma-Based Experimental Neuro-Modification, which include: Satellite Surveillance, Extremely Low Frequency/HAARP use in Electronic Brain Stimulation, Brain-Computer Interface, Electronic Brain Link, EEG Cloning/Heterodyning, Mind Hiving, and Neural Network research, Neural Dust, Nanotechnology, Neurostimulators, Cybernetics and Artificial Intelligence―all of which these covered agencies are struggling to keep secret―suggest that what is being worked on behind the scenes is nothing less than the intention of eventual secretive and remote Full Brain, Nervous System, and Body Control of All humans, worldwide, by the technocrats in power.

Please note: Perusal of extant, historic, public-domain information on Neuroscience and Neuroweapon studies, as well as information from target accounts make very clear that such complete control of brains, nervous systems, and bodies is actually possible.

Is this the world that all those in Mainstream Media, Psychiatry, Neuroscience, the Intelligence agencies, the Security agencies, Law Enforcement, Information Technology, the DOD, the DOJ, who are either in the know, or actively and passively supporting, through their work and through their silence, really want?

Let’s be very clear, for all those in Law Enforcement, for all those employed at the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense, for all those in Intelligence and Security agencies and in every branch of Government who have integrity, uprightness, conscience, morality, ethics, and humanity at their core: this entire Targeting program is a program of Extreme Abuse. By means of this program―and all the pernicious Military and Intelligence weapons-testing and experimentation it allows―every single person who is involved is complicit and a participant in nothing less than the State-sanctioned and secret use of violence, torture, and all too often, murder of innocent civilians and veterans. This is indeed violence, indeed torture. It is also cruelty, malice, and victimization. It is absolutely not just “Surveillance” nor is it keeping the nation secure. It is both select human exploitation and mass repression of the kind that people endured under the Nazis and KGB, under Hitler and Stalin.

It is absolutely time for anyone and everyone of conscience to step forward, en masse, for mass whistleblowing, for conscience-driven hacking. We need―as global humanity–to shut down these satellites, these cell towers, these GWEN towers, the whole Smart Grid of Electronic Warfare that is currently inexorably turned on us, the whole panopticon of Surveillance under which it hides, we need to tear down the mammoth secrecy shielding and protecting these deadly programs of exploitation.

Either we all continue to consent silently to give ourselves and our children over to the endless secrecy and power of classification which endlessly permits the most heinous abuse, or we collectively find the steel and the spine to challenge and revoke that power today. If we let things slide today and do nothing, be assured, it’s our children who are being set up now to be further covertly controlled, electronically brain-stimulated, remotely radiation- and neuro-assaulted, bio-robotized, brain-linked, mind-hived, trans-humanized: for them, as also those thousands worldwide being exploited today as lab rats, and all 7 billion of us being targeted one way or the other, tomorrow is going to be too late.

Also, Fletcher Prouty makes clear in his 1973 book, The Secret Team: The CIA and Its Allies in Control of the United States and the World, that achieving a “One World” order was a primary, albeit secret, political/military objective of American leaders in the immediate post-WWII period.

In this context, we can view the chemtrail spraying of toxins, EMF radiation, vaccines, GMOs, biological weapons (viruses), ELF transmissions via HAARP, etc., as parts of a blanket (United Nations) depopulation program, whereas gang stalking/DEW is a weapons system designed to target and neutralize (kill) individuals who are perceived as threats to the system.

This is obviously today’s covert equivalent of a typical despotic government’s “first strike” to target and eliminate the intelligencia/teachers/social workers/political activists, as was, for example, the CIA’s Phoenix Program in Vietnam. With these potential leaders removed, totalitarian governments can more easily manipulate the masses. The main point here is that these are top secret, U.S.-government-sponsored, Black and Wet Operations. Most Congressmen, Senators, political representatives, and citizens evidently do not even know about them. MKULTRA, COINTELPRO, and the Phoenix Program, of course, were also top secret Black and Wet Ops in the 1950’s – 1970s. No one was supposed to know about these programs either, but they have long since been thoroughly exposed.

Today’s organized stalking operations are so heinous and unAmerican that education and exposure is probably our best defense against them. When a critical mass of American and world citizens learn about these programs, I believe they will stop and heads will roll. It is up to us, as TIs, then, to make sure that these programs are exposed soon and the right heads roll. Dave Case, an Electronics Engineer and inventor, recently disclosed on a call-in talk show for those Americans and others worldwide being covertly targeted and assaulted with directed-energy weapons (DEWs) and neuro-monitoring technologies—in fact the same one featuring interviews by Ella Felder with well-known NSA whistleblowers William Binney and Kirk Wiebe covered here earlier—that he had developed an electronic countermeasure to combat tinnitus, or high-frequency ringing in ears that many people experience today.

What is Tinnitus?

According to the Mayo Clinic website, “Tinnitus (TIN-ih-tus) is the perception of noise or ringing in the ears. A common problem, tinnitus affects about 1 in 5 people. Tinnitus isn’t a condition itself — it’s a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder.”

Information on numbers from hear.it.org tells us: “According to ATA, the American Tinnitus Association, 45 million Americans are struggling with tinnitus. In Germany the “Deutsche Tinnitus-Liga” estimates that 19 million Germans have experienced tinnitus, and that 2.7 million Germans have persistent tinnitus, of which 1 million have very severe tinnitus. The British Tinnitus Association estimates that 10% of the UK population suffers from tinnitus.”

Coping strategies or anti-depressants offer relief, according to information at health websites.

Tinnitus as High-Frequency Technology Used in Covert Assault

But there are other aspects to tinnitus few outside the military and Intelligence world know about.

In this twenty-first century of Electronic Warfare (Operation, Testing, and Training), those who are being assaulted by DEWs in particular (in illegal, criminal, covert systems of surveillance and harassment being kept concealed by the global Surveillance State in collusion with mainstream media, co-opted psychiatry, and silenced communities) know that the tinnitus they have suddenly begun to experience is an externally-induced rather than natural or inherently-arising physical health condition, so this news of a countermeasure has evoked much interest.

Many who are being thus technologically assaulted report either a continuous high-pitched frequency or being woken continually at night at specific intervals by such high-pitched sounds or ringing.

Dave himself has experienced this tinnitus, and relays that his experience began after he tried to patent a certain invention of his, involving the use of photonic processes in computers, and found that the NSA already had a patent for this light technology, classified Top Secret. He believes that he began to be externally targeted with sophisticated remote electronic technology, and, in his own current analysis of these EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) or scalar signal assaults on human bodies, says the GPS satellite system is the primary system being used for neural information transmission to and from human targets.

Signals Intelligence, Radiation Intelligence, the NSA, Neuro-Surveillance, and Targeted Individuals

Mr. Case points to the information on Signals Intelligence now known worldwide contained in the lawsuit against the NSA filed by ex-NSA employee, John St. Clair Akwei (excerpted in parts below, from scanned graphics of a 2009 publication in MindNet Journal), which points to advances in neuro-technology, radar, satellite technology, and bio-surveillance that is still carefully being kept out of the corporate press and concealed under labels of classification and secrecy, while being secretly legitimized for use by the Department of Justice, as uncovered by researchers such as Dr. Nick Begich, and explored here earlier.

According to this information, the NSA is perfectly aware that all human brains give off brain waves which can be picked up, every human brain has a unique brain resonance signature, and, under the right conditions, all human brains can be covertly surveilled, monitored, entrained, and modified remotely.

The Bio-Relevant Feedback Loop

Targeting humans with remote electromagnetic or scalar wave technologies apparently requires a lot of specific detail. In order to target a human body remotely, Mr. Case says, a great deal of data is picked up first, related to body temperature, brain resonance frequencies, the skin dielectric, and so on. High-frequency signals sent to targets, and modulated specifically for each target, rely on something called a bio-relevant feedback loop which relays physiological data from the target back to the supercomputer running the system.

When the modulated high-energy signals are directed at the target, he suggests, the skin acts as a transducer, absorbing the high-energy signals and transforming these into audio signals which traverse the body and impact the brain, much in the modality of the Neurophone, an invention from 1958 by Patrick Flanagan which can send phase-modulated electrical signals via the skin into the nervous system to be reformed into audio signals by phase-cancellation in the brain, meaning the brain then hears sound–without the ear being involved.

This sound can range from high-frequency ringing or tinnitus to a clarity of music or voices, now being delivered remotely, without material apparatus. Readers—and in particular, psychiatrists, audiologists, otolaryngologists, neurologists–should note that this essentially means that voices in your head, music in your head, or a tinny ringing in your ears no longer means you have suddenly plunged into old age, a hearing breakdown, or that old, passé (and, many contend, false) psychiatric construct of “schizophrenia,” but that physical, electrical signals carrying audio waveforms could be deliberately being directed at your body—a phenomenon that perfectly sane “Targeted Individuals” who report harassment with voice-to-skull or “V2K” technology have long spoken about and are all too familiar with.

Dave Case, who has been an inventor and engineer from a very young age, and has invented solar-powered engines and gadgets, including a solar truck that has run 3000 miles “without a penny in fuel,” knew that the key to distorting the high-frequency signals being sent to his brain lay in disrupting the bio-relevant feedback loop.

My recent conversation with Dave Case on this subject is below, as well as his contact information, below the interview.

Dave, you had mentioned, that as an Electronics Engineer, you have come up with a countermeasure for the tinnitus and induced sounds/ringing in ears that many “Targeted Individuals” experience. Can you first give us a sense of your background and experience and interests as an Electronics Engineer, so we understand your expertise in this subject?

I started learning Electronics at age 6. By my teens I had made my own chemistry set, boom box, electronic door lock, servo motor, and I was electro-plating coins, making hydrogen from water, etc. I got my degree in Electronic Engineering and began to invent things such as my magnetic levitator, and a photonic processor (light operated computer), and other projects.

You were recently on a call-in talk show where you mentioned that you discovered that your invention had already been patented—was it this exactly or something close? You also mentioned an NSA lawsuit—can we find this online, where can we find more information on this lawsuit, and what was the crux of it, why was the NSA interested in your invention?

solar-polaris-news-001a While trying to patent the photonic processor I was attacked by an agency with extremely high technology, I got an electronic sounding tinnitus (pulse code modulation) in both ears debilitating me. I lost everything and could not make a living. I found out later that the NSA already has light-operating computers and it was classified top secret.

The NSA lawsuit in question was not mine. (But the one filed by John St. Clair Akwei.)

I knew that the electronics they were using (on me) could be stopped but how, so I began to make something that sounded just like the tinnitus to confuse their attack system. I built a new type of oscillator that made a similar sound and as soon as I put on the headphones and played the strange sound I was free. I have since cured over 34 people by sending this sound on CDs for free to any one with the artificial tinnitus .

Can you tell us a bit about the technology you think is being used, your understanding of how these sounds are being induced? Is this V2K or synthetic telepathy or the Frey effect? Are electromagnetic signals/ultrasonics being sent to people’s ears, or auditory cortex, or is a cochlear implant involved?

In my opinion, the GPS satellite system is the main carrier for neural information transmission and my CD interferes with what is called a bio-relevant-feedback loop used to send bio-data to their super computers from the target, this feedback loop is vital to target a person.

Without the feedback loop, the system breaks down and the target is freed. I do think they are using constructive interference methods that cause large increases in power density at the target only, making it hard to detect with Hertzian type meters.

What kind of frequencies are we talking about? Can they be measured, and if so how? You mentioned the skin being used as a transducer. I understand transducers convert energy from one form to another. Can you explain this a bit more, including telling us what kind of transduction is involved?

Yes, the high energy delivery system takes advantage of the skin as a transducer, when this energy hits the water in the skin, the modulation is transformed into audio and travels throughout the body. My CD vibrates the skin contaminating their signal and then real-time adjustments and timing are lost.

How did you yourself come to this subject? I understand you have experienced this auditory effect yourself.

I did not know before I was attacked that the NSA was testing these weapons of warfare on U.S. citizens. You just don’t hear about it on the news.

I traced times and dates of when I was attacked and it led me to OPERATION “CLEAN SWEEP” 1997-1998.

(From a historical listing of Mind Control projects at a few sites online including here, Operation Clean Sweep was a NSA/CIA operation experimenting with mass behavior modification that was run nationwide in the United States in 1997-98, aiming at “electromagnetic resonant induction and mass population control.” Data on emotional wavelengths emanating from people was collected through helicopter probes following media events, and was re-broadcast in order to recreate event scenarios and re-stimulate population emotional levels. The re-broadcast was effected “possibly through GWEN network or cellular tower frequencies, co-ordinated from NBS in Colorado.”)

You have mentioned testimonies from people who have used your CD. How should it be used, exactly, and can we hear a bit about what these people say?

The CD works best when played all night every night while sleeping on head phones that go to 24 khz.The most interesting thing is if we stop listening to the CD, the tinnitus will try to recover indicating this is an automated system we are knocking out every night. I think the GPS is a huge automated scan and track weapon (multi-function ) guided by Artificial Intelligence.

Finally, given that so many are being assaulted covertly with electromagnetic or ultrasonic energy weapons, since you have a deeper understanding of electronics and radio frequencies than most, can you share with us a little more of your understanding about these frequencies? Most of us understand that our bio-resonance and brain-resonance frequencies are at the low end of the scale between 5-30 Hz, while signals sent in on wi-fi or portable surveillance radar devices may use higher frequencies as carriers; can you explain a bit how this may work?

These constructive interference systems are not bound by Newtonian physics and are almost 100% efficient in energy transference. The College of the Army says psychotronics can be delivered to the enemy though existing wiring or water pipes (used as transducer) in your house. Another way to think of it is wave construction using pieces or pulses assembled only at the target, so they can deliver 5 hz or 9000 MHz depending on results needed.

In closing, what is your best advice re. shielding from these radiation and sonic attacks? Do you have other advice to share?

One of only a few things to stop these weapons is superconductive material, but it is not feasible yet. Soil does lessen it but it takes 350 feet of soil. Other than that you must have an active countermeasure like my CD.

On Tuesday, Oct 25, Yoon Shin, who has been driving across America since early June in his blue Toyota Celica covered with informative text to raise awareness about “Targeted Individuals” but was arrested in early August in Stamford, Connecticut, was given the verdict of “Not Competent but Restorable” at a Stamford court hearing.

This presumably follows on a mental health evaluation by the court, and a new court date of December 27 has been set. The court’s Public Defender, Benjamin Aponte, declined to provide information beyond this finding this week by the judge.

Many questions remain however regarding the nature of the charges under which Yoon Shin continues to be held, the true nature of his mission, the unnaturally high bond amount that has been posted in his case, and the reasons for his mental competency evaluation.

Arrested in Stamford, Connecticut in August

As per news reports at the Stamford Advocate, Yoon Shin, whose vibrantly decorated car was seen near Westhill High School about 9:30 am on Thursday, August 11, was arrested shortly after, close to a Jewish synagogue, Temple Beth El. A lacrosse game was being played at the high school then, as part of a six-day sports and art festival in Stamford at the time, the JCC Maccabi Games and ArtsFest.

yoon911a Police had been apprised earlier, on Wednesday, of Yoon Shin’s car by Riverdale Jewish Center in Bronx, New York, which was circulating a warning sent out on August 8 to Jewish communities (excerpted below) by a network named the Secure Community Network, The Official Homeland Security Initiative for the American Jewish Community. Yoon Shin was characterized in that warning as possibly being of threat to Jewish institutions since he had been visiting Jewish schools and synagogues on his cross-country drive across several states, from California, and had posted videos online expressing anti-Semitic sentiments.

Yoon Shin has been held in custody at Osborn Correctional Institution since then, on charges of trespass, breach of peace, and incitement to injury, with an initial bond of $5,000, which was raised very quickly by Friday, August 12 by Superior Court Judge Auden Groggins to a much higher $15,000, payable only in cash. According to reports, police accusations of anti-Semitic threats online and charges of incitement to injury to property in addition to his out-of-state status influenced the judge’s decision to increase the bond considerably.

The competency evaluation mentioned above was requested then by the Public Defender, Benjamin Aponte.

Grogins agreed with Aponte’s request to have Shin undergo a competency evaluation to determine if he understands the charges against him and can assist in his own defense. “ The Stamford Advocate, August 12

The Anti-Semitic Charge Versus The Mission to Pray

As reported, in response to the charge of anti-Semitic threats, Mr. Aponte notified the court that Mr. Shin had been praying for rather than threatening damage to the Jewish temple and its visitors. Mr. Shin himself was disallowed from speaking in his own defense at the court.

“Shin’s public defender, Benjamin Aponte, told Grogins his client traveled to the East Coast for spiritual purposes. He said Shin was praying in his car near Temple Beth El on Roxbury Road Thursday morning in an effort to rid the synagogue of evil spirits.

Grogins told Shin not to speak during the hearing and allow his attorney to represent him. She warned that anything he said in court could be used against him.” The Stamford Advocate, August 12

While traveling across America, between June and August, Mr. Shin had posted videos online to Youtube, Facebook, and later to DailyMotion, charting his progress, video-journaling his experiences, and expressing his views. Several aspects of this journaling stand out, in any cursory examination of these videos, including his rather colorful language, his interest in traveling to Jewish temples and Montessori schools to say “cleansing” prayers, his distress at encountering continuous roadblocks on his trip, and his aversion to totalitarian systems of power traceable in his view to notions of world domination, Zionism, and the text, the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion.

He records moving his car on request on one occasion in Illinois to be off the property of a school while still saying his prayers for the school from his car, and, although expressing religious bias, does not appear (in his videos) to engage in the kind of inciting or threatening behavior the Stamford police accused him of, and in fear of which, presumably, a Stamford judge ratcheted up his bond amount.

Raising Awareness for Targeted Individuals or TIs

It must be noted in fact that Yoon Shin’s intention and mission for the trip, as stated in an early video titled “Raising Awareness for Targeted Individuals” may have been just that, the desire to take his car, with its artistically-rendered typography across cities and towns, to provoke conversations and proffer information about the gross violations of human rights endured today by those targeted covertly and blacklisted wrongfully by the American Surveillance State, and whose plight is deliberately being kept from open and honest coverage by controlled mainstream media.

yoon3a His trip, in fact, originating from Venice Beach in California, and intended to culminate in New York, which he spoke about in this brief video, is not unlike that of former US Navy Officer David Voigts’ cross-country trek across the USA, also intended to raise awareness about Targeted Individuals, who, according to Voigts, are victims of covert government human-machine-interface brain experimentation run by unscrupulous military/corporate groups and Intelligence agencies.

Targets, Weapons, and Covert Surveillance Worldwide

This is also not a purely American problem, the issues of Targeted Individuals and covert targeting with remote EMF radiation and sonic weapons (characterized variously as mind-control weapons, psychotronic weapons, electronic weapons, and non-lethal weapons) which produce excessively damaging health effects from a distance, are worldwide, and have been recorded in countries in Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, as well as in China, India, Russia, the Middle-East, South Africa, and elsewhere.

yoon6a While controlled mainstream media and editors at sites such as Wikipedia still work hard to discount the existence of such weapons, alternative media outlets, citizen journalists, human rights activists, and hundreds of TIs from around the world report online on these subjects, military news on Electronic Warfare periodically reports on such “non-lethal” weapons, and DARPA and NIH increasingly publish notification of brain experimentation contracts and projects.

Regrettably, failures in this arena by mainstream media and psychiatry combine to keep the court system in the dark about classified remote-neuroweapon projects and covert targeting, causing those like Yoon Shin whose paths cross with the court system to be subjected to mental health evaluations when publicizing targeting.

Targeting with Remote Technologies Will Inevitably Be Universally Recognized

This lack of understanding may be about to change though, as issues of Targeting become increasingly known. Organizations such as the US Coalition Against Covert Harassment, the World Coalition Against Covert Harassment, and the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies and many others, worldwide, continue to educate the public and challenge the totalitarian systems of power and secrecy running these programs of political control and experimentation on innocent citizens.

Notably, in recognition of the possible usage of advanced classified weaponry in these areas, and to explore the claims of Targeted Individuals of being assaulted covertly with remote radiation weapons, NSA whistleblowers and technical data experts William Binney and Kirk Wiebe have recently published their interest in leading a data analysis project, mapping symptoms reported by TIs to intended bio-effects and capabilities of patented surveillance devices and technology.

Yoon Shin May Need Assistance

These efforts may be too far off in the future however for Yoon Shin, who is currently locked up in Osborn and may require the attention of a conscientious public to rescue him from what seems in many ways to be an unjust and concerning situation.

To be targeted with covert remote technologies includes being targeted in any location by directed-energy from satellites, and Mr. Shin has spoken about such targeting in his videos. The irony and misfortune of his being incarcerated currently while seeking to raise public awareness of the plight of Tis cannot be ignored. Many in prison have spoken of experiencing “electronic harassment” in prison, including David Fratus, and more recently, a few of the Guantanamo prisoners.

yoon7a Mr. Shin’s own care and concern for other Targeted Individuals comes through in his videos, where he has left messages of appreciation and kindness for many he has encountered on his travels, exhorting viewers to explore spirituality and energy healing, like himself, and explore the making of orgonite, an easy-to-make energy healing device which he believes helps positively energize and cleanse environments. (He had in fact been carrying materials (such as metal shavings, small copper coils, resin, plastic mould) in his car to make his orgonite, which Stamford police had bomb-sniffing dogs brought in to investigate.)

It is possible the high bond amount of $15,000 in cash may be reduced in appeal to the judge via the Public Defender by Yoon Shin’s family, who are encouraged to explore this possibility.

Given too that Yoon Shin—whose friends on Facebook have nothing but praise for him–did not engage in any acts of violence, nor issued forth threats of violence, but was engaging in peaceful acts of prayer, even as he colorfully and candidly expressed his views, the charges of incitement of injury and the very high bond amount do not seem warranted; is this a wrongfully incarcerated American charges against whom should be dismissed? In this era of privatized prisons and profits for incarceration, it falls upon an informed and aware civil society to speak out and make a difference—particularly in the case of an already-victimized “Targeted Individual”.
