Please note: Microwave Weapons and other Energy Weapons are not new…they are a century old. … Electromagnetic non-lethal weapons have very good prospects. Electromagnetic pulse generators, which use the energy of an ordinary rather than a nuclear explosion. They can be used to burn computer circuits, electrical equipment, power plants, air defense radars. These generators can be made the warheads of bombs and precision missiles.
Electromagnetic non-lethal weapons also include sources of microwave – ultrahigh frequency radiation. When exposed to people they disrupt the central nervous system and the brain, cause a feeling of badly tolerated noise and whistling, affect human internal organs up to fatal outcome (60, p.368-369).
One of the most promising types of non-lethal weapons is considered to be acoustic weapons. It is known that infrasound with its low frequency when directed to people throws them into panic, deprives them of reason, causes heart and nervous system disorders. At the same time it perfectly penetrates through walls into the deepest shelters or bunkers, behind armor and bulwarks. The development of this type of weapon has been made in two directions. On the one hand, these are infrasound generators that act as “directional beams. On the other are infrasound “bombs” dropped on the enemy (60, p.367).
Such defeating properties of the products could not but interest the relevant agencies. I. Tsarev writes: “Publications began to appear in the press about design bureaus where devices for remote influence on human psyche were created; with reference to a former employee of the KGB it was reported about special generators with which some apartments in large cities were irradiated for a long time” (52, p.91). This information was fully confirmed (26, p.72). Both in Russia and in the United States security agencies have been experimenting with new technologies for more than half a century. Louis Slizen, editor of the American “Microwave News” magazine, writes: “The human body is an electrochemical system and the devices affecting it have already been created. Naturally, in our high-tech country, the military could not but be interested in such devices. Work in this field has been going on for more than 30 years and is surrounded by a veil of secrecy. Laboratories of some universities and five military research centers are engaged in it. In particular, the U.S. Air Force Electrochemical Laboratory plans to spend more than $100 million on psi-weapons in the next five years.
Work on the creation of devices that allow to influence people not directly, but at a distance (and significant) was one of the first started by the military Institute for Radiobiological Research in Bethesda, Maryland (56, p.30). These experiments began as early as 1965, but scientists achieved visible results only by 1980, when special microwave radiation generators capable of sending commands to the human brain to control its behavior were created. And the control device is insignificant in size, i.e. it is easy to move it from one point to another. This miracle of military technology is called the pulse-wave myotron. If you send the radiation directly to a person from close range, you can completely suppress his will and paralyze him. The military see a great future for this device (56, p30-31). The Military of the U.S.S.R. tested the psychotronic weapons on human material on a large scale, as it was not common in the Soviet Union to be ceremonious with people. Only in the 1990s it became known that in the Soviet Union top-secret research was authorized under the national program for “studying, implementation and technical testing of bioenergetic means of destruction in the interests of national defense and security”. For this purpose, a number of research institutes opened branches that were controlled by the secret services. Astronomical sums were allocated for the existence of these branches, institutes and departments. It is difficult to estimate how many people were exposed to illegal and clandestine radiation even now since the tests of psychotronic weapons continue in Russia (56, p.46) (62, p.77).
There are known facts of works on creation of generators of high-frequency and low-frequency coding of brain, biolocation installations, on use of chemical and biological means in order to create controlled human material. Processing of test subjects begins with suppression of their ability to resist. This is the most important thing. Turn off control – and you have mastered the psyche of another person, that is, you can now do whatever you want with him. It is not easy to “turn off” the consciousness of several people at once. Therefore treatment begins with sending of a bundle of electromagnetic, sound, or torsion radiations (56, p.23). A person after such powerful treatment completely loses control over himself and, if he stays alive, becomes controllable.
According to the type of action, all methods of turning off the consciousness can be divided into electromagnetic (field) and sound, with torsion (micro-lepton) influence standing apart. All types of these radiations are extremely destructive to human health and can cause severe diseases.
Laser and X-rays are also used, which are even more destructive to humans. For experimenters this is a very convenient type of radiation, because there are no visible obstacles for them: it is possible to direct radiation through reinforced concrete walls! In addition, such radiation can be directed at the desired point. Laser irradiation is often used at the beginning of programming to achieve a quick result. Such radiation has been used to eliminate people because death by laser aiming looks natural.
The most advanced is considered to be torsion or microleptonic radiation, the same vortex currents that were discovered by the Germans at Anenerba. There is simply no protection against it. Torsional radiation cannot be shielded at all. If X-rays are stopped by a thick lead plate, then torsional field passes through the lead (56, p.24). Weak torsional influence can put a person to sleep, medium intensity violates logical connections and “erases” memory, and high intensity can destroy both brain and body. With the help of torsion generator it is possible to provoke some diseases, to decrease sharply or, on the contrary, to increase the activity, and it is also possible to influence the brain activity, causing some desires or introducing programs. Back in 1998 our specialists created a mobile generator, which could cover a large crowd from the distance of 300-500 meters for 15-20 minutes (56, p.24-25).
Noteworthy is the information of Georgy Konstantinovich Gurtovoy, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, and Igor Vladimirovich Vinokurov, MSU graduate in physiology, about the practical application of applied products.
Among the existing methods of elimination (deliberate car crashes, imaginary suicides, poisonings, organization of injuries at work, psychological provocations, etc.) one has an obvious advantage – irradiation in apartments. This is a covert and almost unprovable method. Citizens are literally being driven out of their dwellings by technical means. Sources of radiation can be located in adjoining rooms of communal apartments, on the upper floors or in houses across the street. The adjoining rooms are allegedly occupied by the employees of the regional electric utility company or the building’s DEZ, while the upper floors are rented by the KGB-FSB services by agreement with the tenants, who in this case leave for long periods of time. It is impossible to penetrate into such apartments – people who have settled in them without registration open only to the police. Victims of such actions complain about poor health, somatic and neurological ailments-headaches, hypertension, insomnia or conversely sinking into an unnatural sleep. Painful sensations: stabbing-type cramps in the kidney, liver, heart area. After a night’s sleep, bleeding defects 1-2 mm in diameter, burn spots of different caliber, cuts and scratches are found on the skin. Cuts appear also during the day, sometimes their appearance can be noticed visually – on the face, shoulders, legs, sometimes they do not heal well, they are deep and bleeding.
During sleep, when the body is in a fixed position, the person is unprotected. His body is exposed to profound effects on the body, mainly on the heart, blood vessels and the genitourinary system. A variety of physical traces (wounds, cuts, burns) and sensations (pricking, cooling, vibration, acoustic shocks) testify to the use of a wide range of radiation-UHF, laser, ultrasonic location, infrasound, acoustic waves of the shock type [26,p.49]. …

Psychotronics is the science of the mechanisms of information communications, regulation and control of the psyche, energy and human physiology.

The majority of (major) Russian scientists took part in the creation of effective methods of influencing a person at a distance: V.M. Bekhterev, B.B. Kazinsky, K.I. Platonov, A.V. Dubrovsky, V. Messing, A.P. Slobodyanik, M.Ya. Okunev, S.G. Fainberg, V.M. Svyatoshch, D.V. Kandyba, V.E. Rozhnov, A.V. Chumak, Yu.G. Gorny and others.
In 1921, a special department for remote influence on biological objects was created under the Cheka. The developments of this special department of the organization, which periodically changed its names from the Cheka to the FSB, formed the basis of NLPi methods, psychotropic and psychotronic technologies. These developments caused serious concern among a whole group of Russian scientists: Pavlov, Vernadsky, Chizhevsky, Kazhinsky and others. Candidate of Technical Sciences V. Slepukha confirms that the daughter of F. Dzerzhinsky-Margarita Teltse was at the origins of the development of “psy”-impact methods in our country and “docent” D. Looney. The main emphasis was placed on the use of psychotropic drugs based on natural and synthetic drugs. But even then it was noticed that the effect of mental deformation is significantly accelerated if the subject is in a high-frequency field (52, p. 93).
The most significant achievements in the field of psychotronic technologies and human control were achieved in Nazi Germany. One of the most unusual official organizations of the Third Reich – Ahnenerbe – was founded in 1933. The Ahnenerbe was headed by SS Colonel Wolfram von Sievers. The Luminous Lodge Society, later called the Vril Society, became part of the Ahnenerbe. This society, based on the ideas of occult anthropology, studied, within the framework of the Ahnenerbe program, the possibility of creating a new race of “superhumans” – a special mutation of the Aryan race that emits “giant radiations of energy.” Additionally, members of the Japanese Green Dragon Society were involved. The Tibetan sect Agharti, relying on black forces, also became part of the Ahnenerbe. Back in 1926, a small colony of Indians and Tibetans was formed in Berlin and Munich. Later, when funds allowed, the Nazis began to send numerous expeditions to Tibet, following one after another almost continuously until 1943. The Vril Society and the Agharti sect formed the SS Black Order within the Ahnenerbe. The leading cadres of this order and the leaders of the Gestapo were required to take courses in meditation, the occult and magic. In January 1939, the Ahnenerbe, along with 50 institutions that it had, was included in the SS, and the leaders of the Ahnenerbe entered the personal headquarters of Himmler, who made the Ahnenerbe an official organization attached to his black order. Germany spent colossal funds on research conducted within the framework of the Ahnenerbe, much more than the United States spent on creating the first atomic bomb.
In the forties, Germany was the world’s leading scientific center for the study of the reserve capabilities of the psyche and human physiology. The only Institute of Psychology in the world was located in Germany, and it was in Berlin that the great psychiatrist-hypnologist Johann Schulz worked – the author of a new European concept of mental self-regulation, which absorbed all the best that was in the East and in the world, and by 1932 the discovery of Schultz was finally formalized into a fundamentally new form – auto-training, aimed at opening and using the reserves of the human body. In his system, Schultz included the discovery of the French researcher Coué about the unusual effect of repeatedly spoken words; the discovery of the American researcher Jacobson about the specific psychophysiological effects obtained with the help of maximum psychomuscular relaxin, and the main achievement of the East is the Indian, Tibetan and Chinese teachings about unusual physical and mental phenomena, which can be obtained with the help of specially altered states of consciousness. I. Schultz called his discovery “autogenic training” or “new system of autohypnosis”.
Simultaneously with the discovery of Schulz in Germany, occult-mystical research was carried out for a long time on the basis of Nietzsche’s brilliant idea of the superman. And since Hitler himself was the greatest mystic of his time and an official member of several secret occult organizations, then, having come to power, in 1934 he immediately gives a secret order to create fifty (!) Research institutes in Germany to study theory and practice activation and use of hidden human capabilities (52, p.142-145).
In the forties, top-secret psychophysiological research work on an unprecedented scale was launched in Germany, involving all the best that was in India, Tibet, China, Europe, Africa, the USSR and America. Briefly formulated research goal is the creation of telepsychic weapons or, as we now say, “psychotronic weapons”. Of particular value are the secret German experiments that were performed on concentration camp prisoners. International conventions define such cruel and inhuman research on living people as a crime against humanity, therefore, never before the war and never after the war, scientists have the right to perform such experiments on living people. For these reasons, all German research materials are unique and priceless for science.
After the war, all Germany’s secret research went to the winners – rocket and engineering research went to the USA, and psychophysiological (psychotronic) research went to the USSR (52, pp. 142-145).
When conducting many years of covert research, products developed by modern science expand the methods of inducing such a high-frequency field in a limited space, while the generator itself can be located at a sufficient distance. Communications of networks of residential buildings can be used as a transmitting source of radiation from the generator: wiring of lighting, telephone and radio networks, water pipes, radio, TV (26, p. 75).
Questions of controlling individual mass consciousness were also studied in the USSR at the “Brain” Institute, created by the remarkable Russian academician Vladimir Mikhailovich Bekhterev. When working in this direction since the 30s, the staff of the institute was significantly increased, first to 150 people, and then more, the best Russian scientists. Here, for the first time, in addition to hypnotic influence, technical innovations began to be used: people were irradiated with radio signals and sound of different frequencies, imperceptibly affecting the human energy system.

And, as a matter of fact, these are indeed mass weapons of mass destruction, are being used en masse in secret on large swaths of populations worldwide, are being deployed in every single country, and represent a massive threat to the phsyiological, social and psychological health, freedom, free will, bodily autonomy, brain privacy, brain ownership, Intellectual Property rights and consciousness of all peoples worldwide: primary reason for the entire world to wake up today to the existence and use of these deadly Stealth weapons, and take action to halt their use immediately.
In a rather brief and opaque statement on June 28, 2019 titled an “Order” Judge Michael McShane of the US District Court of Oregon, demonstrating that Justice is quite visibly dead in Oregon upheld Judge Mustafa Kasubhai’s inexplicable and baseless decision finding Todd Giffen mentally incompetent, and ordered he be “restored to competency.”
Liberty weeps as we know, and Justice too
Stating he found no error, and the Review and Recommendation by Judge Kasubhai is correct, flying therefore in the face of all evidence to the contrary presented by Todd Giffen and his psychologist of many years, Dr. Seth Farber, as presented in Dr. Farber’s recent letter to Judge McShane, as well as investigative reports and declarations by this science-and-technology reporter on the reality of the military neurotechnologies Todd has reported being used on him non-consensually (and thereby establishing, for all educated Americans, including judges and lawyers who are not immune from literacy that mention of such neurotechnology does not constitute mental illness); and, additionally, several Declarations by supporters pointing out Todd is highly versed in legal matters and scarcely schizophrenic as Dr. Cynthia Low the court-appointed psychologist glibly stated after 2 hours with Todd and no evidence, Judge McShane essentially added to the blanket railroading of Todd Giffen’s case by several parties here and established that he too is a compromised judge unable to make an independent review of the actual facts.
In doing so he has also upheld the deliberate, planned Obstruction-of-Justice moves by US Attorneys Billy Williams and Joseph Huynh to persuade Judge Kasubhai to find Todd incompetent despite his being acknowledgedly articulate in court, noted by Todd and reported here earlier:
Despite lengthy objections to Judge Kasubhai’s ruling carefully detailed by Todd Giffen and sent in to Judge McShane, Todd notes that this brief order suggests he has “refused to look at any case laws or material or even ask that any witnesses be called to testify.”

Primary among his objections was the fact that he was not permitted to call psychiatrists and psychologists of his own choosing for the previous hearing, thanks to negligence and stalling by his court-appointed attorney Lisa Ludwig: “Under 18 USC 3006A I was reading the case laws, it states ‘defendant has an absolute right to examination by independent psychiatric experts of his own choosing separate from the courts appointment of any experts..’ Yet no motions were filed on my behalf, nor anyone hired.”
At that May 23 hearing with Judge Kasubhai, the speculation that Lisa Ludwig was in fact working with the judge and US attorneys against Todd Giffen as a “double agent,” does not appear to analysts of this case as an idle one.
Todd notes:
“Only one witness was present; the government’s own, this was done to knock out from the record all my witnesses and doctors.
My attorney refused to hire any doctors or my private investigator solely to help the US attorney and judge create the record which would have no details about my abuse in custody, so I could be committed and the judge would not look like he was making any mistakes.
This was all rigged, and a set-up as Seth Farber and all my witnesses wrote letters supporting me. Lisa Ludwig was available in April and May to work on my case, but pretended she had no time.
The reality is she denied me a service on purpose, which is why no private doctors or experts were hired, and at the last minute, she moved to block having to subpoena anyone to make sure nothing contradicting Cynthia Low would be present.”
Further, while the US attorneys submitted a Memo to the judge fixating on Dr. Cynthia Low’s faulty assessment of Todd and seeking to discredit Dr. Seth Farber (as reported earlier), sudden stating of need for a “forensic psychologist” in court and Lisa Ludwig’s failure to support Dr. Farber in court also sought to exclude Dr. Farber.
“My attorney had him present, but excluded his testimony entirely and refused to let him speak, so they could make it look like they allowed him to be called to talk – but in reality, they would not let him talk or have any witnesses there to back him up.”
Dr. Farber also had pointed this out to Lisa Ludwig in his letter to her:
Most egregious about the current ruling by McShane is his blanket dropping of the case and refusal to hold a rehearing, despite grave violations of judicial process and defendant’s rights.
“…I looked up the case laws for 18 USC 3006 and I found out I have a right to hire my own independent psychiatrist regardless of what the court thinks.
United States v Bass (1973, CA9 Cal) 477 F.2d 723
Defendant with history of mental illness whose competency and sanity had already been evaluated by two court appointed psychiatrists, has right to hire his own psychiatrists of choosing under 18 USC 3006A.
United States v Pete (2016, CA9 Ariz) 819 F.3d 1121
District Court abused its discretion in declining to appoint neuropsychological expert to aid defense because (1) reasonably competent attorney would have found services of requested expert necessary to provide adequate representations; and (2) defendant was prejudiced by not having access to expert he requested because defendant requested expert services is furtherance of claim that would have, if meritorious, changed outcome of case.
So essentially McShane was required to heed my requests for additional doctor evaluations in my objections because defendant has an absolute right to be evaluated by his own chosen psychiatrist. The appeals court would deem my objections to the magistrate’s findings as making timely requests to be evaluated by my own doctor, because McShane had not yet adopted or made any decision about my competency yet, but I was allowed under 20 USC 646(b)(1) to submit new evidence and have a rehearing to do so.”
Notice must also be made of Judge Kasubhai’s lengthy and spurious narratives in his Review and Recommendations where he demanded Todd be seen as incompetent by his order and be “restored to competency” by the court’s willing henchmen aka psychiatrists, which Todd spent several pages refuting, and which this writer intends shortly to dissect and address in closer detail.
One aspect of this missive can be commented on here, the intention throughout to shore up this manufactured notion of “incompetency” by projecting Todd as a manic and uncontrollable person given to outbursts, imagining covert government assaults, and therefore clearly delusional and incompetent:

Todd’s own recounting of his calling out in court at that Dec 5 hearing when his then-court-appointed attorney was Todd Bofferding, was reported earlier:
By all counts, Todd Giffen has been the victim of intense discrimination in the Oregon District Courts, and appears to be being held unlawfully in prison (for nine months) by way of a collusive mechanism involving corrupt lawyers and judges, US attorneys and court-appointed psychologists all keen to protect non-consensual military and Intelligence neurotechnology experimentation being conducted unlawfully on hundreds of thousands if not millions of people inside USA and also abroad, worldwide—which this reporter once more reported to President Trump this Fourth of July week, as reports of horrific invasion of bodily and brain privacy, absolute torture, and grave human rights violations pour in from Americans all over the US and worldwide. Basic investigative journalism establishes without a doubt that the kind of invasive brain assaults Todd Giffen reports are being reported also by thousands of others, testified to as ongoing by military/Intelligence whistleblowers including Dr. James Giordiano and Dr. Robert Duncan, and indicated as plausible by several declassified documents reporting the studied bio-effects of non-lethal weapons which include microwave technologies.
Spectrum weapons-testing contracts running Directed Energy Bio-Behavioral research programs and sensing & tracking air/ground systems communications are currently being run nationwide by the US Airforce, Air Force Research Laboratory, US Marine Corps, and other agencies through Defense contractors like General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin.
Does the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the Attorney-General imagine their current secretive use of these neurotechnologies and anti-personnel “non-lethal-weapons” also putatively hidden in documents as enhanced surveillance, biometric surveillance, surveillance devices, electronic surveillance, crime prevention, and advanced technology on Americans, non-consensually and intrusively and inhumanely, is going to be kept hidden forever?
But perhaps the real truth here is that these agencies, as also the CIA, NSA, and Department of Defense know very well that what is being reported by Americans is true, and fear the avalanche of culpability and retribution headed their way once the extent of their criminality in wreaking absolute torture and bodily/brain invasion on their unconsenting and impotent victims is fully known to the American public, and prompts the full exposure and shut-down of all their Classified-to-Conceal-Crime “brain research” National-Security-lie programs–which appear to have transcended MK ULTRA in criminality currently, or at least, as much as has surfaced of those 1970s Church Committee findings on MK ULTRA.
Hence the shutting-down of any possibility for justice in the judicial system, and hence this absolute control of judges and attorneys, who are willing to sound delirious with stupidity in their pronouncements of orders which fly in the face of all reason, and unashamedly inflict further criminal violations of human rights and outright political persecution hand-in-hand with criminally unethical psychiatry in the attempt to “restore to competency” a quite mentally sound and competent reporter of their crimes.

Todd Giffen is currently researching options wherein he can appeal this second lax finding by Judge McShane, find a private attorney willing to take on his case, and is intending to sue Lisa Ludwig for essentially operating as a double agent on behalf of the US Government and helping to lose his defense by failure to provide assistance of counsel, interference with his “compulsory process clause rights,” “deliberate indifference/reckless indifference to Due Process,” refusing to call witnesses and private doctors he called for, while also failing to procure him basic medical care and protect him from harm in custody.
Last December, George Ellard, Inspector General (IG) of the NSA was fired from his position by DIRNSA (Director of the NSA) Admiral Mike Rogers for evidence of retaliation against a whistleblower who had reported financial misconduct. Also linked to Inspector General George Ellard, yet less known, and, surprisingly, less covered by media, is the startling story of 28-year veteran of the NSA, a specialized Foreign Language Intelligence Analyst, Karen Stewart, whose exceptional skills in translation and analysis were highly sought after internally at the Weapons and Space Directorate where she worked, yet who was overnight made subject to a sudden barrage of internal harassment, denial of work credit, and loss of promotion by certain managerial factions within the Agency.
Underlying this story in the heart of the NSA, much-vaunted stronghold of uber-surveillance within the USA and worldwide, is a gaudy centerfold of common office intrigue, sex, and scandal.
Ms. Stewart, who has called herself “the accidental whistleblower,” distinguished herself at work on a special project, which led to her being named the lead researcher and reporter in an analytical 200-person project on Operation Iraqi Freedom, for which she eventually produced a series of award-winning reports. “At the end of that,” notes Ms. Stewart, “I had praise from a plethora of sources to include higher management as well as “customers” (Pentagon, etc.), and was often advised to submit paperwork for a promotion “since (I) certainly deserved it.”
Inexplicably, full credit for these reports, authored and led by Ms. Stewart, was assigned to another NSA employee, one, apparently, who had found secret favor with NSA higher-ups through age-old means.

In a powerful and hard-hitting letter to the current NSA Director, Ms. Stewart outlined how the casual handover of credit for her reports and promotion to the notorious Margarita L was accompanied by various frantic efforts to discredit her, dismiss her as mentally ill, and trip her up on ordered polygraphs. The series of events that followed on her complaint to IG George Ellard, in fact, reads like panicked cover-up strategies from a bad spy novel.
First NSA Security—apparently supported by upper management—levelled concocted accusations at Ms. Stewart of leaks to media “in regard to a subject (she) never had training in, exposure to, or knew anyone with access to”. IG George Ellard, she says, refused to investigate or to interview her witnesses. Then she was ordered to undergo a polygraph. The polygraph—normally administered under calm and controlled circumstances—was sabotaged by a round of verbal abuse.
“After the false accusation by Suzette F L, Security (Joe F) gave me a thoroughly abusive polygraph in that regard, making me flunk the first polygraph ever in my career. Then attempts were made to upset and intimidate me for consequent polygraphs to make me appear guilty of the impossible. The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is advertised, even on the NSA website, as the place to report internal fraud, waste, and corruption. Ms. Stewart notes she was merely exercising a right.
In an interview published last spring at Washington’s Blog, Ms. Stewart stated: “I simply asked the NSA Inspector General to look into a claim by a promotion board member that my Technical Lead and my Office Chief had lied to the promotion board to get the wrong person promoted. I had no idea that the full might of NSA Security and the Inspector General’s Office would come down on me to utterly destroy me and my career for simply asking that an egregious wrong be corrected.”
Retaliation at the NSA Starts with Psychiatric Evaluations
But that is exactly what started to happen. Already surreal, the sabotage veered into the blatant. Inspector-General George Ellard’s office did not investigate Ms. Stewart’s account of work credit theft and promotion sabotage. Instead, Ms. Stewart was ordered to undergo a Security Psychiatric Evaluation. This tactic is not unfamiliar to NSA whistleblowers.
A news article in 2006 reported:
“Five current and former National Security Agency (NSA) employees have told Cybercast News Service that the agency frequently retaliates against whistleblowers by falsely labeling them “delusional,” “paranoid” or “psychotic.”
The intimidation tactics are allegedly used to protect powerful superiors who might be incriminated by damaging information, the whistleblowers say. They also point to a climate of fear that now pervades the agency.
…The accusations of “Soviet-era tactics” are being made by former NSA intelligence analysts and action officers Russell D. Tice, Diane T. Ring, Thomas G. Reinbold, and a former employee who spoke on condition of anonymity. Former NSA Intelligence analyst and action officer Russell Tice, who reported a co-worker at the DIA as a possible spy and criticized the FBI rather creatively in an email as “Federal Buffoons and Imbeciles,” says he was sent off by NSA Security for a psychiatric evaluation, labelled by a NSA forensic psychologist, Dr. John Michael Schmidt, as “paranoid” and “psychotic,” stripped of his security clearance, and eventually fired. This exact sequence was reported by other NSA whistleblowers, as this article records.
In a study of the use of psychologists at NSA to discredit whistleblowers, Wayne Madsen, a journalist specializing in Intelligence with experience covering the NSA, has noted pointedly:

In February 2006, following allegations of illegal NSA surveillance of Americans exposed by whistleblowers, a Congressional hearing by the National Security Subcommittee (recorded on C-Span) addressed some of these issues of whistleblower retaliation, but it wasn’t until 2012 when Obama’s Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act was passed that some protections, mostly to combat rather than prevent retaliation, were put in place.
Blatant Oppression: “Doing a Mental”
In Ms. Stewart’s case, the Gulag inside the NSA soon made itself evident. The extent to which the in-house psychologist was being used with impunity as a power tool to crush enquiry and suppress reports to the OIG of fraud, waste, and abuse surfaced in brazen admonition from Dr. Dina Wieczynski:
“I even was called down to Security Psych Services and told by Dr. Dina Wieczynski that if I did not drop my IG investigation request that she would review all my previous psychological tests and “find a problem” in order to have me lose my clearance and job. This piece of information alone, that a NSA psychologist was actively seeking to destroy an employee’s career, name, and character through fabricated psychological problems seems incriminating and actionable–and disclosure of vital importance, one would think, to DIRNSA Admiral Rogers. If honesty, integrity, respect for the law, and transparency are as critical as stated to NSA’s Mission and Strategy, wouldn’t the DIRNSA want to clean house?
Twenty-nine-year veteran of the NSA Thomas G. Reinbold reported a very similar experience.
“Former NSA officer Thomas G. Reinbold confirmed that the practice of “psychiatric abuse” inside the NSA is “very widespread.”

Harassment Intensifies: Investigation by FBI, Security Clearance Revoked
The witch-hunt against Ms. Stewart continued to mount. Because Ms. Stewart refused to cave in to threats and retract her request for an IG investigation, a series of retaliatory actions by NSA Security followed. Falsified charges led to the FBI being brought in. The investigation opened by the FBI found nothing, but the harassment intensified. Internal confirmation that Ms. Stewart was being slandered and lied-about came back to her.
It can also be reported that colleagues have validated that Ms. Stewart was subjected to witnessed hostility in the workplace. A three-year period of hostility followed, in which Ms. Stewart reports she was actually stalkedby NSA Security employees and Security contractors. (This remarkable phenomenon was covered here earlier in this interview, and others Ms. Stewart has given nationwide.) Stalking was not the only form of harassment. Ms. Stewart also reports the death by poisoning of a beloved pet and COINTELPRO-like action on the roadways including hazardous driving. Worse ensued when she described these abuses to new management. She was reported to NSA Security, who immediately pulled her clearances.
Apparently the reporting of stalking and harassment is used reflexively within the NSA as psychological evidence of paranoia, or so Ms. Stewart was mockingly informed by an employee under her supervision.

This, despite the fact that NSA actually encourages employees to report stalking, as a national security consideration, to forestall espionage by foreign agents. Karen Stewart reports: “NSA Security actually ran campaigns advising employees that if they noticed being followed or any undue attention, to report such suspicious behavior to them! They warned this could indicate being identified and targeted by foreign agents.” She underlines the irony: “Yet, my reporting of exactly this was ignored, obstinately ignored. Even ignored with hostility.” And apparently rewarded with revocation of clearance.
Depriving NSA Intelligence analysts of their clearances is no small thing, since it effectively cuts them off from the classified analysis they were hired to do. Diana Ring, a former NSA computer scientist, who protested being ordered to report for a psychiatric evaluation after she had a run-in with an egoistic Colonel at the Pentagon, describes the consequences of clearance-revocation:
“After she lodged a complaint about the alleged retaliation with the NSA inspector general, Ring said the agency moved to revoke her security clearance, “red-badging” her. “Red-badged” employees only have access to the corridors at the NSA….Ring said she was assigned to spend her days in a room full of other “red-badgers.”
….For eight months, the former action officer from the Pentagon read books and magazines. ‘They had these red-badgers spread out all over the place. Some were sent to pump gas in the motor pool and chauffeur people around,’ said Ring. ‘In our room, some people brought sleeping bags in and slept all day long. Others read. Ms. Stewart was red-badged and sent to work a “punishment job” at the Travel Office. Ironically however, this office was situated right next to the NSA Security office, and Ms. Stewart was able to witness a rather extraordinary spectacle, that of her stalkers from the last three years pulling in to the NSA parking-lot and actually walking in to report to work at NSA Security!
The tragi-comic farce that she seemed to be caught in however continued. Her reports to Howard County Police of these stalkers/apparent NSA contractors or employees’ license plate numbers found their way back to NSA Security, who now exacerbated their campaign against her by naming her paranoid and dangerous, and putting her on administrative leave, demanding that she obtain an external psychiatric evaluation and start psychiatric treatment for what they stated glibly was a mental illness.

Relentless Harassment from NSA Security
At this point it is clear that, contrary to expectation, things were beginning to backfire on NSA Security. Dr. R, the external psychiatrist Ms. Stewart consulted, pronounced her mentally sound. Former head of Security Psych Services, Dr. Paul Clavelle, had earlier affirmed that Ms. Stewart was “one of the strongest people mentally and emotionally whom he had ever met.”
Ms. Stewart also reports that she sought the professional opinion of a co-author of the book “Mobbing: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace.” This co-author “wrote an assessment regarding the practice of lesser people to attack and destroy co-workers out of jealousy, envy, fear of being found to be doing unethical or illegal activity, etc. She described the NSA workplace as hopelessly toxic due to mentally unstable and immoral leadership.”
Additionally, Ms. Stewart filed an EEO complaint to record “that NSA was pretending I had a mental illness that I had never had and firing me on false basis to cover up a sex scandal,” which was responsible for cheating her out of work credit and double promotions.
This EEO complaint was not investigated, despite the law. It was later altered and closed, possibly due to nepotistic connections:
“Finally an EEOC judge forced NSA at the behest of my lawyer to investigate my complaint….NSA EEO then dishonestly changed my complaint to read that I thought I was being discriminated against for being Caucasian, which I NEVER SAID and is ludicrous. My lawyers objected but were blown off. Ms. Stewart’s EEOC lawsuit was accepted however, by an attentive judge, although it is still awaiting adjudication.
Intensification of Harassment and Retaliation: Electromagnetic Weapon Assault
The vendetta never stopped. Ms. Stewart reports that she was then subjected to 24/7 harassment by civilian vigilantes from a Neighborhood Watch program and police in her neighborhood, and was told by a Howard County Police Officer, Officer Williams, that NSA Security had actually characterized her as “crazy and dangerous” — worthy of 24/7 stalking and surveillance by one and all apparently, in today’s Amerika.
Retirement Benefits Withheld
Further, Ms. Stewart reports she was then terminated, and had to fight to get Discontinued Service Retirement benefits, since word from Human Resources (HR) and General Counsel Vito Polenza suggested she was not eligible. In a September 17, 2011 letter to HR at NSA, Ms. Stewart noted the illegality of this stance and cautioned against “acts of retaliation based on my EEO and IG complaints about managerial misbehavior (promotions awarded for stolen work credit and sexual favors).”
In her letter to DIRNSA, she notes:
“A fortuitous call to OPM (Office of Personnel Management) confirmed that NSA HR and the General Counsel were lying and OPM fought them in time to get my partial GS-12 retirement, though I should really have retired at a GS-14 if not GS-15, but for NSA malice and corruption.”Karen Stewart, Letter to DIRNSA, 22 Dec, 2016
It is salutary to note here that other discrepancies in the treatment meted out to Ms. Stewart by NSA point to negligence. Ms. Stewart reports that an earlier promotion to GS-13, recommended by her superiors, was foiled by NSA’s lack of accommodation for a partial spinal impairment, which prevented long hours of sitting still to complete a written language-proficiency test; it took ten years and repeated requests by Ms. Stewart for personnel at NSA to address this disability issue (as required by law) and break up the test into manageable time units. Finally, after the disability accommodation, Ms. Stewart was able to take the test, passing Parts 1A and 2A (Translation) of the PQE (Professional Qualification Exam), the sections most germane to her duties. Poised to take the next sections, 1B and 2B (Transcription), she was disrupted when new work projects intervened, including the much commended one at heart of this story, credit for which was stolen, engendering the loss of a double promotion and the train of disastrous consequences discussed here.

With Ms. Stewart’s loss of employment in 2010, the stalking harassment actually ceased for 5 years, but in 2015 it followed her to Florida after she had moved away from Maryland and had asked her lawyer to subpoena new damning evidence she had discovered against NSA. With that subpoena, the stalking harassment not only was brought to Tallahassee, Florida, but was intensified to include the toxic and deadly use of Directed Energy Weapons. Pulses of measurable electromagnetic radiation began to be directed into her home and onto her person, topics covered at length in earlier articles herecovering her story.

Notable too is this account of her being “Baker-Acted”after reporting EMF weapon assault to local police and the Sheriff, since the modus operandi, as reported by thousands of Americans experiencing covert EMF weapon assault today, is for FBI and police (who have now been sanctioned by DOJ to use Through The Wall Surveillance [TTWS] radar devices, and other radar, ultrasonic, infrasonic, and X-ray devices on civilians, for surveillance, despite a complete lack of public disclosure and debate about these deadly, health-damaging technologies) to pretend ignorance of this stealth radiation weaponry usage.
As a consequence of these assaults, Ms. Stewart’s single-handed dedication to speaking out about the covert use of radiation weaponry in surveillance and harassment by local Law Enforcement and fusion centers in interviews, talk shows, and radio shows has succeeded in bringing nationwide and worldwide attention to this crucial 21st-century issue, shedding light on the entire subject of “Targeted Individuals,” much maligned and lied-about in mainstream media.
Repression, Retaliation, Extermination
The extraordinary shower of retaliatory actions Ms. Stewart was subjected to in unrelenting succession, just for speaking out, must not go unnoticed. At this point, she was effectively put on a secret Extermination List.

Not merely was Ms. Stewart subjected to severe retaliation while still at NSA, she was now being subjected to what Dr. Katherine Horton, particle-physicist from CERN has characterized as “Nazi death-camp operations,” a criminal global program of suppression, retaliation, and political oppression being run on thousands of innocent and upstanding civilians worldwide, with electromagnetic weapons and neuro-weapons, wielded by a conglomerate of lawless Intelligence agencies and organized criminals.

Quite rightfully, Ms. Stewart, an ardent patriot and believer in liberty, who can trace her ancestry on her mother’s side both to George Washington’s mother’s sister and to the chaplain who baptized him, asks: “This is how my country repays me for my lifetime dedication to its service? Am I really to continue to be massively slandered and slow-kill murdered by traitorous bottom-feeder scum at the behest of NSA gone rogue?”
Unafraid to spell out truth as she sees it, Ms. Stewart closes:
“As an Admiral in the Navy and the DIRNSA, surely you can go a long way in investigating and stopping this illegal, unconstitutional, immoral, heinous and unconscionable assault upon me to cover up stolen valor and a tawdry sex scandal. And don’t say let the EEOC handle it, clearly I will be murdered before that is allowed to happen. You can and must right this wrong. Ms. Stewart reveals that she also provided written testimony of NSA misconduct and whistleblower retaliation to the House Select Committee on Intelligence in May 2015, following up with many queries, yet never received a response.
In that letter, Ms. Stewart emphasizes the danger posed by the existence and use of remote-influencing EMF weapons, and adjures the Committee to “tell Admiral Rogers to rein in psychopath Security manager, L. Kemp Ensor III and all the rest of a tainted and severely criminalized NSA Security group that has gone completely rogue and are a danger to all of us. They could easily do this to anyone who “displeased them,” including anyone in leadership….The leadership in NSA Security must be suspended and polygraphed for criminal and treasonous acts immediately, and this assault against me and my family put an end to before we are illegally murdered by a corrupt and out of control leg of our own government.”
Is the NSA Keeping America Safe?
This story is being reported in the national interest and to point up the state of affairs at what is touted to be our premier agency focused on national security and keeping America safe, the NSA–which is currently spying on all Americans, as well as facilitating the spying of all citizens worldwide–in addition to engaging in the dubious and predatory activities of EMF weapon assault and stalking described above.
Among other pious vows on the NSA website is this comforting claim: “We will behave honorably and apply good judgment as we would if our activities were under intense public scrutiny.” Yet this hardly seems true. At time of press, despite an initial query for clarification from NSA Media Relations, no response regarding the status of action on Ms. Stewart’s case following her letter to DIRNSA has been provided to this writer–offering the implication that no action is forthcoming.
Does NSA Security and the NSA as a whole believe they are above the law? How is the spending of taxpayer money on the long-term stalking, surveillance, harassment, and electromagnetic assault of a superior linguist, translator, and Intelligence analyst who should have been rewarded and retired with honors related to keeping our country safe? (Simple answer: it’s not.)
The incredible disclosure offered by Karen Stewart’s experience instead points to a vast, underground operation employing military-grade Electronic Warfare weaponry, wrongful classification to conceal crime, and an army of contractors and paid civilians to harass and persecute innocent Americans–thence dismissed, true-NSA style, as paranoid “Targeted Individuals”–all in efforts to conceal crime in high places.

In his letter, Mike Patrick of Breckenridge, CO noted the increasing awareness among American communities of these electronic abuses on Americans with Directed-Energy Weapons, which are being perpetrated from ground-vehicles, airborne craft, and satellites.
He cautioned candidates that this issue would become a primary focus during the course of the next Presidency.

Will Hillary Fight for Victims of DEW Non-Consensual Human Experimentation?
In other activist attempts to inform Presidential candidates, activist Tyrone Dew, interviewed here earlier, attended a Feb 28 rally by President Bill Clinton in Miami, Florida, engaging in a silent demonstration, asking for Hillary Clinton’s help in exposing radiation experimentation on non-consenting Americans.
It may be recalled that during his Presidency, President Clinton issued an apology to victims of non-consensual radiation experimentation, but did not take the further moral step of prohibiting classified research on citizens without their consent.
As a consequence, this vast and major loophole continues to permit massive abuses by Intelligence agencies such as the CIA in conducting non-consensual physical, mind- control, and behavior-control experimentation programs on thousands of Americans, in continuation of the horrific MKULTRA experiments which were partially exposed in the ’70s. In addition, as exposed by contracts, the Department of Defense, through self-permitted exemptions via the NDAA 2012, appears also to be conducting non-consensual experimentation on Americans, using DEWs and other methodologies.
Rather surprisingly, Tyrone’s demonstration was briefly covered by ABC News. That article can be found here. Is America Listening? Do Americans Understand This is the Reality of State-Sanctioned Terrorism?
Perhaps the vast sleeping coterie of our journalistic class, our human rights advocates, our civil liberties advocates, and our physicians will begin to wake up and understand the extreme horror and urgency of what is going on in America today, and begin to take responsibility as citizens to speak out and take action against this increasingly pervasive abuse. The Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, and the CIA/FBI/DHS/NSA must be questioned and exposed publicly.These weapons must be removed from the public arsenal.
Local communities also need to take action at the local level. Without public participation in protest, exposure, and prosecution, the circle of this abuse will only widen. Alternative media in particular must take note and increase coverage. Chemtrails: Aerosol and Electromagnetic Weapons in the Age of Nuclear War
North America is now suffering its seventh year of conspicuous and dangerous aerosol and electromagnetic operations conducted by the U.S. government under the guise of national security. Concerned citizens watch in fear as military tankers discolor the skies with toxic chemicals that morph into synthetic clouds.
We continually witness bizarre meteorological occurrences as powerful electromagnetic devices manipulate both the jet stream and individual storm fronts to create artificial weather and climatic conditions. Black operations projects embedded within these aerosol missions are documented to sicken and disorient select populations with biological test agents and psychotronic mind/mood control technologies.
Part of what is happening in the atmosphere above us involves the Pentagon’s secret space weapons program, designed for strategic, operational and tactical levels of war. NASA missions will soon be transferred to Pentagon control.1 The Air Force Space Command declares that, in order to monitor and shape world events, it must fight intense, decisive wars with great precision from space.2 Air Force Secretary James G. Roche has stated: “Space capabilities are integrated with, and affect every link in the kill chain.”3
A glimpse into new death technologies under construction is in legislation introduced by Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinch. His unsuccessful Space Preservation Act of 2001 was intended to ban space deployment of:4
* electronic, psychotronic and information weaponry* high altitude ultra low frequency weapons
* plasma, electromagnetic, sonic and ultrasonic weapons
* laser weapons
* strategic, theater, tactical or extraterrestrial weapons
* chemical biological, environmental climate or tectonic weapons
* chemtrails (this item was stricken from a later version, suggesting duress)
In their quest to remain top dog in the kill chain, the purveyors of perpetual war have deliberately dimmed earth’s life-giving sunlight,5 and reduced atmospheric visibility with lung-clogging particulates and polymers.6 This ecological terrorism has severely compromised public health, according to thousands of testimonials. Years of mass appeals to legislators, media and military officials for information, and for cessation of catastrophic atmospheric degradation, have fallen on deaf bureaucratic ears. Public awareness of what befalls us remains as murky as our skies because those “in the know” are muzzled by national secrecy laws and Americans have no authority to challenge matters of national security. Left to gather clues, we know this much so far:
1. At least part of the aerosol project has been dubbed Operation Cloverleaf,7 probably due to its multi-faceted operations, which include: weather modification, military communications, space weapons development, ozone and global warming research plus biological weaponry and detection testing.2. Dumping tons of particulate matter from aircraft has geo-engineered our planetary atmosphere into a highly charged, electrically-conductive plasma useful for military projects.8 The air we breathe is laden with asbestos-sized synthetic fibers and toxic metals, including barium salts, aluminum, and reportedly, radioactive thorium.9 These materials act as electrolytes to enhance conductivity of military radar and radio waves.10 Poisonous on par with arsenic and a proven suppressant of the human immune system,11 atmospheric barium weakens human muscles, including those of the heart.12 Inhaled aluminum goes directly to the brain and medical specialists confirm that it causes oxidative stress within brain tissue, leading to formation of Alzheimer’s like neurofibrillary tangles.13 Radioactive thorium is known to cause leukemia and other cancers.14
3. Only a small percentage of the military’s atmospheric modification projects are visibly obvious. What we can’t see is equally dangerous. The ionosphere, the earth and its inhabitants are continually bombarded with high frequency microwaves used to manipulate the charged atmosphere for weather modification, information gathering and for tectonic (earthquake-producing) weaponry.15 Independent chemtrail researcher Clifford Carnicom confirms that we are also continuously subjected to extremely low electromagnetic frequencies (ELF) pulsing at 4 hertz multiples, frequencies known to profoundly affect human biological and mental functioning.16
4. There is a well-documented biological component to continuously ongoing atmospheric studies in which nations and regions are furtively inoculated via specially designed delivery systems with combinations of viruses, bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, desiccated blood cells and exotic biological markers so that testmasters can assess human, animal and plant response.17

The multi-organizational megalith perpetrating these bio-chem projects against humanity includes the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and its research arm DARPA, plus the Department of Energy (DOE) with its huge network of national labs and universities. Private defense contractors and pharmaceutical companies are heavily involved.18 Cooperating governments of other nations and probably some United Nations agencies are complicit, since the aerosol projects are global in scope.
Gross chemical and electromagnetic pollution is only part of the horrific realities we endure. The sociopaths who brazenly pervert skies, climate and weather for power and profit are the same madmen who have waged four limited nuclear wars since 1991. Radioactive weaponry, declared both illegal and immoral by the entire civilized world, has been used by the Pentagon in Desert Storm, the Balkans campaign and the on-going occupation-wars against Afghanistan and Iraq. Few Americans understand the extent of carnage inflicted in their name across the planet.
By scientific definition, the missiles, tank penetrators and bunker busting bombs unleashed against Iraq and Afghanistan by U.S. and British forces in the so-called war on terror are nuclear weapons.19 Refuse from radioactive weaponry does not disperse, but remains in the atmosphere organotoxic, mutagenic and carcinogenic to all living flesh for 4.5 billion years.
Inhabitants of the Pentagon’s two newly “liberated” nations are now slowly dying of radiation and heavy metal poisoning. Victims of U.S. weaponry used in Afghanistan have a concentration of non-depleted uranium isotopes in their bodies never before seen in civilian populations.20 Tons of depleted and non-depleted uranium contaminating their land, air, food and water guarantee their painful demise. Using data from the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), nuclear scientist Leuren Moret calculates that the estimated 2,500+ tons of depleted uranium used against Iraq in 1991 and 2003 is sufficient to cause 25 million new cancers.21 Is it a coincidence that the population of Iraq, according to the CIA, is 25 million?
The quarter million U.S. and British fighting forces who have helped the Pentagon deliver this holocaust also face inevitable radiological death by slow burn. Rotated into atomic war zones since 2001, coalition troops have inhaled and ingested millions of tiny invisible ceramic uranium particles which emit alpha, beta and gamma radiation as they embed in lungs, kidneys, blood, lymph and bone.22 Radiation exposure to a single internalized U-238 (uranium) alpha particle is 50 times the allowable whole body dose for one year under international standards.23 As U-238 decays into daughter isotopes, it becomes ever more radioactive, causing cell and organ destruction to escalate over time.24 Uranium contamination leads to incapacitating, multi-organ system disorders identical to illnesses suffered by thousands of Gulf War I vets. Bodily fluids poisoned with uranium isotopes sicken spouses and visit upon offspring a genetic Armageddon.25
Who knows what a disabled and prematurely dying military population will mean to future stability and safety of USA? Yet Senator Chuck Hagel (R- Neb.) now demands that America provide more fodder for its atomic battlefields by reinstating the military draft so that “all of our citizens…bear some responsibility and pay some price” in order to “understand the intensity of the challenges we face.”26
Despite disingenuous denials that biological harm will result from atomic warfare,27 the Pentagon knows full well the gruesome realities of uranium weaponry by virtue of its own voluminous studies spanning 60 years. Pentagon documents confirm that America’s war establishment knowingly exposes its own troops to dangerous levels of radiation.28 The resulting illness of those now returning from the war zones is already making headlines.29
Because our military-industrial overlords brazenly poison the very grunts who make their war games possible, we must logically conclude there is virtually nothing they would not secretly and sadistically do to the rest of us. Military officials lie as perniciously about chemtrail operations30 as they do about effects of DU weaponry. If people were to consider the published science regarding chemtrails and DU, they would understand that we are all in mortal jeopardy.
Both the Pentagon’s aerosol operations and its limited nuclear wars are deeply interconnected. We can trace the beginnings of Operation Cloverleaf right to the Strangelove brain of Dr. Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb and proponent of nuking inhabited coast lines to rearrange them for economic projects.31 Before he died in 2003, Teller was director emeritus of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where plans for nuclear, biological and directed energy weapons are crafted. In 1997, Teller publicly outlined his proposal to use aircraft to scatter in the stratosphere millions of tons of electrically-conductive metallic materials, ostensibly to reduce global warming.32
Shortly after Teller’s presentation, the public began seeing frenetic chemtrailing. In 2000, CBS News admitted that scientists were “looking at drastic solutions for global warming, including manipulating the atmosphere on a massive scale.” CBS confirmed that the plan to load the air with tiny particles would “deflect enough sunlight to trigger global cooling.”33
Teller estimated that commercial aircraft could be used to spew these particles at a cost of 33 cents a pound.34 This gives credence to a report by an airline manager, forced by a compulsory non-disclosure agreement to remain anonymous, that commercial aircraft have been co-opted to assist the military in consummating Project Cloverleaf.35 A 1991 Hughes aircraft patent confirms that sunscreen particulate materials can be run through jet engines.36 A science textbook now used in some public schools discusses the sunscreen project by showing a large orange-red jet with the caption, “Jet engines running on richer fuel would add particles to the atmosphere to create a sunscreen.” The logo on the plane says “Particle Air.”37 The implications of this crucial information should not be understated. A program to make America’s millions of annual jet flights a source of specially designed particulate pollution is serious business.
Cloverleaf particles and polymers saturating the air we breathe are smaller than 10 microns (PM 10) and are invisible to the human eye. By comparison, a human hair is 60 to 100 microns in thickness. Scientists and the EPA report that because PM10 and sub-micron pollution particles bypass lung filters and enter the blood stream, they cause radical changes in the endocrine and nervous systems. 38 They can trigger high blood pressure and cause heart attack within two hours of inhalation.39 They cause the blood to become sticky, making it tougher for the heart to pump and increasing the risk of blood clots and vessel damage.40 Now researchers in Taiwan document “a significant increase” in the number of stroke victims when PM10 pollutant levels rise.41 The American Lung Association confirms that we are breathing more toxic air than ever.42 No wonder nationwide asthma rates have been soaring in recent years.43
Tiny synthetic filaments called polymers are part of the brew. In 1990, a NATO report detailed how high-flying aircraft can modify the atmosphere by spraying polymers to absorb electromagnetic radiation.44 U.S. patent number 6315213 describes how cross-linked aqueous polymers dispersed into a storm diminish rain.45
Polymer chemist Dr. R. Michael Castle has studied atmospheric polymers for years. He has found that some of them contain bioactive materials, which can cause “serious skin lesions and diseases when absorbed into the skin.”46 He has identified microscopic polymers comprised of genetically-engineered fungal forms mutated with viruses. He says that trillions of fusarium (fungus)/virus mutated spores, which secrete a powerful mico-toxin, are part of the air we breathe.47 Allergies anyone?
We can safely bet that into our particle-enriched air, experimenters are also dumping nanoparticles, developed for a variety of military and industrial uses. These engineered carbon molecules, as small as one-thousandth the diameter of human hair, display bizarre chemical properties and are known to trigger organ damage.48 A recent study at Southern Methodist University found that fish exposed to one type of nanoparticle suffered severe brain damage after only 48 hours.49
The military’s aerosol operations have been climate altering to the extreme. Air traffic is a huge source of greenhouse pollution. Increasing that traffic exponentially in order to scatter tons of heat-trapping metallic particulates and heat-liberating barium salts have undoubtedly led to accelerated global warming. Greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, including carbon dioxide, have reached a record high this year.50 As carbon dioxide levels rise, oxygen levels decrease.
In 1996, Scientists for Global Responsibility compiled a report contending that dangerous geoengineering, as proposed by Teller and the Global Change Research Coordination Office, would be absolutely ineffective in mitigating global warming. The report noted that climate engineering research is funded by industry with a vested interest in continued high consumption of fossil fuels.51 The hair-brained scheme of particle engineering was contrived to ensure that industry polluters will never be forced to decrease their greenhouse gas emissions. But because warming and pollution trends have worsened drastically since the aerosol projects began, we must suspect that the warming mitigation program is a hoax and that chemtrailing is really intended, among other things, to create a series of “hobgoblins.”
The establishment’s modus operandi for maintaining a fierce and lucrative hold upon the collective American mind has been defined precisely by satirist H.L. Mencken (1880-1956) who wrote: “The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed, and thus clamorous to be led to safety, by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.”
In The Report from Iron Mountain published in 1967, just as the Pentagon’s lucrative Vietnam War was being revved into high gear, establishment braintrusters confirmed that perpetual war is absolutely vital for controlling and manipulating the masses. The document even suggested a number of options for creating fictitious enemies, noting that perpetual war induces populations to give blind allegiance to political authority.52
Since the 1930s, when the Eastern Establishment, including the Bush family, used its New York banks and oil companies to secretly fund Hitler’s German Nazi party,53 our controllers have employed FEAR, the concept of ENEMY and WAR to keep us in bondage. Chemtrailing is a manifestation of the Fourth Reich, an era of corporate fascism ushered in by a powerful military juggernaut, which manufactures enemies and unleashes fake terror attacks to scare us into voiceless submission.
Both Saddam Hussein and the al Queda networks have long been nourished with U.S. government and corporate funding and groomed by U.S. military and corporate advisors to play useful roles as “enemies.”54 Former German Technology Minister Andreas von Bulow recently confirmed on U.S. radio that hijacked planes were able to fly around the eastern U.S. on 9/11 unimpeded by military interdiction because those attacks were part of a carefully-orchestrated “covert operation” designed to coerce America into perpetual conflict with the Muslim world.55
Now, a “secret” Pentagon report has been conveniently leaked to the media. It contends that abrupt climate change is the most fearful hobgoblin yet.56 Authored by change agents with ties to the CIA and the Royal Dutch/Shell Group, the report contends that abrupt climate change will lead to a global catastrophe of monumental proportions, including nuclear war and natural disasters, as whole nations disappear beneath the encroaching sea and survivors fight for dwindling food, water and energy supplies.
Yet the Pentagon has been involved for decades in the drastic manipulation of weather, climate and atmospheric conditions. The U.S. used a chemical agent dubbed Olive Oil during Operation Popeye to induce heavy rains in Vietnam 40 years ago.57 The Air Force document titled “Weather As a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” lists its weaponized agenda for creating abrupt climate change including: Storm creation and modification, fog and cloud creation, precipitation enhancement, precipitation denial, drought inducement and artificial creation of “space weather.” This document also states that the military’s radical weather modification agenda will “become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications.”58
Weather weapons are now routinely used in war zones. A citizen reporting from Serbia noted that during NATO operations in the Balkans, black clouds suddenly materialized out of blue skies, hailstones were the size of eggs, and surreal thunder and lightening terrified the people. He reported that scientists found that the electromagnetic field over Serbia had been punctured, causing rain systems to circumvent the region.59 In addition to manufactured drought, scientists also predict that Serbia will suffer 10,000 cancer deaths from DU weaponry used there.60
According to University of Ottawa Professor Michael Chossudovsky, the military’s High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), operating in Alaska as part of the Strategic Defense Initiative, is a powerful tool for weather and climate modification.61 Operated jointly by the U.S. Navy and Air Force, HAARP antennas bombard and heat the ionosphere, causing electromagnetic frequencies to bounce back to earth, penetrating everything living and dead.62
HAARP transmissions make holes in the ozone,63 creating yet another hobgoblin. HAARP inventor Bernard Eastlund described in his original patent how antenna energy can interact with plumes of atmospheric particles, used as a lens or focusing device, to modify weather.64 HAARP is capable of triggering floods, droughts and hurricanes, much to the chagrin of both the European Parliament and the Russian Duma.65
HAARP also generates sweeping pulses through the ULF/ELF range.66 In 2000, independent researchers monitored HAARP transmissions of 14 hertz. They found that when these signals were broadcast at high output levels, wind speeds topped 70 miles per hour. They watched as these same transmissions dispersed a huge weather front approaching the west coast from California to British Columbia. Although precipitation had been originally forecast, the front was seen shredding apart on satellite photos and rain did not materialize.67 The hobgoblin drought can be an enriching and empowering tool for certain corporate and governing entities.
HAARP is not only capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems anywhere on the planet, but its effects can target select regions to affect human physical, mental and emotional responses during non-lethal warfare projects.68 HAARP frequencies beamed at specific targets can generate catastrophic earthquakes,69 exactly like the quake last December which killed thousands of people in Iran, a nemesis nation according to the Bush administration.
The Pentagon’s warning about climate catastrophe is surely nothing more than a thinly-veiled attempt to prepare the masses for the bizarre atmospheric upheavals we can expect as the military continues to brutalize our planet and near space with its grotesque toys. And we ain’t seen nothing yet. Dr. Eastlund and his ilk have developed plans for solar power satellites designed to modify the weather with electromagnetic beam output that dwarfs the present HAARP system.70 As abrupt climate change is increasingly orchestrated, we will surely need additional fascist agencies, an ever-growing military budget and more poison-particle projects that just happen to ensure population reduction as a side benefit.
Despite visual evidence that every aspect of our physical environment is being manipulated and damaged for war games, some Americans cannot accept that dangerous covert operations are being conducted by a government they still believe to be a virtuous defender of freedom. Their stumbling block is a numbing belief that their own officials would never perpetrate dangerous experimentation on humanity since “they have families too.” History and the release of declassified government documents disprove such naiveté.
Although “they” had families too, the U.S. government and its defense contractors exposed citizens of the northwest U.S. to huge and deliberate releases of radioactive iodine 131 from the Hanford Nuclear Reservation where plutonium was produced for nuclear bombs.71 Those Cold War releases unleashed radiation illnesses upon thousands of downwinders, some of whom received up to 350 rads of radiation when a maximum safety dose is set at .025 rads annually.72 Between 1949 and 1952, radioactive pellets, dust and particles were tested on the hapless citizens of Utah and New Mexico.73
By 1963, 1,200 nuclear weapons tests conducted at the Nevada test site had exposed every person in the U.S. to deadly radioactive fallout, causing millions of fetal deaths, spontaneous abortions, stillbirths and birth defects.74 The U.S. government also conducted over 4,000 radiation experiments on individual human test subjects without their informed consent.75 The delayed effects of decades of radiation exposure from weapons testing are today demonstrated by a U.S. population plagued with epidemic cancer and heart disease, neurological disorders, low fertility, chronic fatigue, obesity (thyroid involvement), immune system dysfunction and learning disabilities. Approximately half of all pregnancies in the U.S. result in prenatal or postnatal death or an otherwise less than healthy baby.76 As military tankers spew white chemical plumes across America at a cost of $3,448 per hour per tanker,77 we are reminded of Dr. Leonard Cole’s 1994 testimony before a Senate Committee regarding 45 years of open air testing during which military aircraft sprayed American cities with bacteria, fungus and carcinogenic chemicals.78 Between 1962-1973, the U.S. Navy conducted hundreds of bio-chem tests known as Operation SHAD (Shipboard Hazard and Defense). SHAD projects like Autumn Gold and Copper Head exposed 10,000 navy personnel to aircraft spray laden with biological and chemical warfare agents, including sarin nerve gas.79 The cocktails used in those genocidal “tests” are now linked to cancer, heart and lung problems suffered by surviving guinea pigs.
We are told that defense officials perpetrated these atrocities so that scientists could learn about how to “protect” Americans from attack. So why, in the late 80s, would our “protectors” fall all over themselves to supply Saddam Hussein’s war machine with 90 shipments of chemical and biological weaponry, including sarin, anthrax, botulism, brucella and West Nile Virus?80
It will likely be years before Americans are told what is being tested upon them during our present chemtrail/space wars era. The Hanford downwinders did not learn until 1986 what had been unleashed upon them some 30 years earlier; SHAD victims filed suit in 2003 to learn the extent to which they were intentionally exposed to dangerous substances in the 60s.
To understand how our nation has arrived at this doomsday corruption, we must recall that immediately after WWII ended, the U.S. government initiated Operation Paperclip through which a large number of German Nazi scientists were imported to the United States. Once issued new identities, these death industry pros were employed in U.S. military laboratories to develop a dazzling array of secret weaponry projects.81 With congressional funding, the crowning achievement of this nexus was the creation of ghastly new bioweapons, including the AIDS virus82 and an incapacitating chronic fatigue agent engineered from mycoplasma and brucella.83
The military is empowered to continue lethal experimentation by devious wording of Section 1520a Chapter 32 of U.S. Code Title 50. The law states that the Secretary of Defense may NOT conduct any chemical or biological test or experiment on civilian populations, unless such tests are for medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial purposes or for research in general or for protection against weapons or for law enforcement purposes, including riot control. So DOD may not use us for guinea pigs, unless it is for any “good” reason under the sun! The law states that human subjects must give informed consent. But a nasty loophole in Section 1515 of Chapter 32 allows informed consent to be suspended by executive order during a period of national emergency, a situation under which this nation perpetually labors by deliberate hobgoblin design.
Few American test rats realize that the Pentagon’s boys in Congress have now:
* appropriated millions of dollars for the manufacture and testing of new “mini nukes” and bunker buster bombs.84* authorized the DOE to resume nuclear testing in Nevada.85
* exempted DOD and DOE from landmark environmental laws in the development of these new weapons.86
America’s 70,000 nuclear weapons manufactured since 1945 are not sufficient! As DOE gears up to develop and test fourth-generation nukes, numerous reports continue to surface about the agency’s sordid corruption and mismanagement. DOE’s habitual cover-up of site contamination and its devious efforts to downplay serious illnesses suffered by many of its nuclear workers are among recent scandals.87
When new “low yield” nuclear weapons (defined as being smaller than 5 kilotons) are tested in Nevada, downwinders might like to know that a mini .5 kiloton nuclear warhead would have to burrow 150 feet to eliminate atmospheric fallout. No weapon yet developed can penetrate more than 40 feet into the earth. A tested nuclear warhead that burrows to only 40 feet will throw a million cubic feet of radioactive debris into the atmosphere.88
The Pentagon’s new nuke era is in the capable hands of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, who has so ably presided over the pre-emptive nuclear incineration of Middle Eastern Muslims. Rumsfeld has never adequately explained why his Department was unable to defend the Pentagon building despite a full hour’s notice that hijacked planes were in the air. Should Rumsfeld be replaced due to the Pentagon’s Iraqi torture scandal, we are assured that his Bush-appointed successor will share his have-nuke-will-travel ideology.
Working closely with Rumsfeld is a coven of pro-nukers, including his advisor Keith Payne, a vocal advocate of pre-emptive nuclear war. Payne has written that an “intelligent” nuclear offensive launched by the U.S. would result in only 20 million U.S. casualties, “a level compatible with national survival and recovery.”89
Now that we have tied together the historical and political realities for which we mindlessly wave our flags, we still hope that sufficient numbers of American lab rats will miraculously awaken from their collective stupor and take stock of our appalling situation. After all, rodents have a notoriously short life span and are always killed when no longer useful to those conducting research. The irony of this horror story is that we rats are being plundered to finance our own demise. Our national debt of 7.2 trillion grows by $1.8 billion a day.90 The Pentagon cannot account for $2.3 trillion of its shadowy transactions.91 The radioactive operations in Iraq are costing $3.7 billion a month, those in Afghanistan $900 million a month.92 No one knows how many $billions are being flushed into Operation Cloverleaf and other hobgoblin projects. The U.S. spends $11,000 per second on weapons, according to calculations of celebrated author William Thomas.93
So, while we await the great awakening, have a wonderful, barium-dried summer under a synthetic tarpaulin of aluminum-white, particle-laden, electrically-charged aviation scum that passes for sky. Endure well your respiratory and ocular difficulties while staring at huge oily sun rings and smeary sundogs, the patent signature of chemical assault. Don’t forget to salute and click your heels when you see tanker formations patriotically saturating the atmosphere with such a dense, micro-particulate brew that they cast black shadows alongside or ahead of themselves.
As you witness the noxious drama in the skies, remember, it’s all just part of the “kill chain.”
