Desperation must be scenting the air in the newsrooms at The New York Times if a former bureau chief from Libya (no background in science) with a resume that reeks of #MockOp, CIA Central should be tasked to issue an op-ed frantically seeking to quell the rapid spread of information worldwide on the numbers of deaths and cases of disability rising post-COVID-vaccine, calling in panic to all the gods of Falsehood bandied about by the Falsehood Maestros over at the Federal Bureau of Running Terror & Smear Operations to Subjugate America: Extremism, Far-Rightism, Q-Anonism, White Nationalism, now being smudge-fudged by Neil M with Anti-Vaccinism.
Anti-Vaccinism, of course, is seen as primordial sin over in the New York Zionist Publishing Industry zone of all-non-science-based literati right alongside the pseudoscience-immersed “experts” quoted often by the fluffy-haired anchors at CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC et al in their quest to lift Fauci to the level of Pharaoh and state Governors citing Fauci to the level of demi-Gods issuing needed decrees to subjugate the citizenry with all the paraphernalia of Psy Op pushed by our current One World Governance disguised as separate-nation-states: suffocation-masks, self-isolating, and seriously toxic gene-deforming vaccines.

Dr. Suzanne Humphries’ deep-dive into vaccination history and harms was never more needed than now, to educate all as to where exactly the Public Health focus on vaccines has come from, and how it has caused infinite harm to American and worldwide health.
To be anti-vaccine today, with all the new information at our fingertips now of what exactly is in vaccines, what vaccine injury is, and how many millions have been harmed over the years by vaccines, is not exactly being anti-intellectual, conspiratorial, or ignorant but the opposite. As Dr. John Reizer asks indeed, in Newsbreak 107, why would people Not be anti-vaccine today, given the facts of vaccine damage?
However, Neil MacFarquhar makes no mention of any of this. Suffice to dismiss the entire field of critical enquiry into the safety, efficacy, and Pharmaganda promotional history of vaccines pejoratively as “anti-vaccine” and then rush quickly to citing generic “experts” with no information whatsoever on why these particular ones are chosen over others, those others in fact who question all vaccines and those who question these mRNA vaccines in particular–determined by Dr. David Martin and Dr. Judy Mikovits to be “the injection of a chemical pathogen,” referred to by Dr. Andy Wakefield, Dr. Carrie Madej, Dr. Sherrie Tenpenny, Dr. Andy Kaufmann as genetic engineering, mRNA “gene-therapy,” and described by Professor Dolores Cahill, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, Dr. Christiane Northrup as drug-treatments designed to invoke “cytokine storms” via pathogenic priming, and auto-immune-disease creation as immune-systems become primed to attack the cells of the human body.

“The more vaccine opponents succeed in preventing or at least delaying herd immunity, experts noted, the longer it will take for life to return to normal and that will further undermine faith in the government and its institutions.”
Does Mr. MacFarquhar sound like a thoughtfully enquiring reporter working for an independent news outlet or a shill for “the government and its institutions” reliant on vague “experts”?
But then of course the New York Times is neither independent nor a news outlet but a full-spectrum propaganda creation factory which admittedly runs its stories by US government, in fond continuance of Operation Mockingbird and the CIA’s deep-dish hold on all corporate media outlets:
The greatest failure of course of Mr. Farquhar’s op-ed which seeks urgently to draw connections between the concocted characters of “far-right extremism,” “Capitol rioters” (whom he does not trace back to the crisis-actors and “surveillance role players” of the FBI/DHS and the CIA’s Op CHAOS, as most unbiased analysts do), “rightwingers,” “paramilitary organizations,” “Proud Boys,” “Boogaloos,” “Q-Anons,”and “anti-vaccine activists” is his refusal to examine closely the actual deaths and adverse events from the Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca vaccines recorded in the CDC’s VAERS, which he posits as his prime focus in his opening paragraph and keeps making vague reference to but never dissects:
“Adherents of far-right groups who cluster online have turned repeatedly to one particular website in recent weeks — the federal database showing deaths and adverse reactions nationwide among people who have received Covid-19 vaccinations.”
“Last spring, a common purpose among far-right activists and the anti-vaccination movement first emerged during armed protests in numerous state capitols against coronavirus lockdown measures. That cross-pollination expanded over time.”
“In the months since inoculations started in December, the alliance grouping extremist organizations with the anti-vaccination movement has grown larger and more vocal, as conspiracy theories about vaccines proliferated while those about the presidential vote count receded.”
The only close mention of VAERS that Mr. MacFarquhar makes rushes glibly through a few statistics from a few weeks ago, while rushing immediately back to the safety of “scientists and medical professionals” who, he implies, we, the reader-public must all trust to interpret raw data for us, while we stand helplessly by, blinding ourselves.
Use of the passive and couching of lies in hyperbole appears to be his go-to tool for glib persuasion of the blinded unaware: “The Covid-19 vaccines in use, like most vaccinations, are considered overwhelmingly safe…” (By who, Neil?)
“Numerous channels link to the government website called VAERS, for Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, to energize followers. It had reported 2,216 deaths among people vaccinated for the three months before March 22, with 126 million doses administered. The Covid-19 vaccines in use, like most vaccinations, are considered overwhelmingly safe, but inevitably a small percentage of recipients suffer adverse reactions, some of them severe. The deaths have not been directly linked to the vaccinations.
The raw, incomplete VAERS statistics are meant for scientists and medical professionals, but are widely used among extremist groups to try to undermine confidence in the vaccine.”
Misplaced Complacency in Dismissing Unexamined Fact as Conspiracy Theory
The mention of “conspiracy theories” of course gives Neil MacFarquhar away as proponent of a CIA Psy Op designed to deceive. It’s truly curious how those who seek to publish false-narratives and clear disinformation rely today on the free and easy shorthand of this term, while imagining they have successfully led their readers away from deeper exploration of the subject with this mud-slinging fudge-making label.
The glossing over of adverse reactions to the mRNA vaccines including increasing numbers of deaths is quite frankly, inexplicable. Why would anyone ignore the facts–unless they had an agenda to protect, that is?
“Although negative reactions have been relatively rare, the numbers are used by many extremist groups to try to bolster a rash of false and alarmist disinformation in articles and videos with titles like “Covid-19 Vaccines Are Weapons of Mass Destruction — and Could Wipe out the Human Race” or “Doctors and Nurses Giving the Covid-19 Vaccine Will be Tried as War Criminals.””
Unwilling to examine the data, unable therefore to clarify how anyone’s articles or videos could be false or alarmist or disinformative, casually labeling anyone he pleases an “extremist group,” this reporter’s opinion piece ultimately stands on purely flaky ground.
The truth about the deaths and disabilities due to this vaccine are being considered in greater detail by other writers and analysts who focus on the facts, which currently point to great need for concern. How many nurses fainting on-camera, dying off-camera, collapsing in an hour, two hours, two weeks are needed before someone calls these vaccines UNSAFE, not safe?
Shall we just tot up the stats on deaths against the “millions of doses” already injected into American arms–many of them placebos, Shai Danon suggests; some of them indeed placebos, Dr. Carrie Madej suggests, since these vaccinations currently are open clinical trials running double-blind with placebos being included–and call them “relatively rare” MacFarq-style, and rest complacent? Or shall we protect our children’s lives, our elders’ lives, our own lives by just saying NO to these lethal vaccines?
“What other product do we know of on the market,” asks Dr. Christiane Northrup in News Panel 17, “that would not be immediately removed off the shelves given the numbers of deaths, cases of paralysis, strokes, Bell’s palsy we are seeing, but a vaccine?”
Such is the diabolical power of the pharmaceutical industry that 1) the vaccines continue to be handed out 2) governments continue to push them and 3) recklessly endangering reporters like Neil MacFarquhar consent to promoting the COVID Psy Op on the American and world populace, without a care that the False-Narratives being promoted could actually lead to people’s blind trust being reinforced and result in their deaths or disability from these vaccines.
The perfidy of governments is daily being made evident in vaccine drives, lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccine passports, business shutdowns and lies, yet Neil MacFarquhar, citing public-relations enterprises such as Institute for Research and Education on Human Rights, Card Strategies, and Network Contagion Research Institute — whose cited “report” on “institutional distrust” and “viral disinformation of the COVID vaccine” warrants its own teardown shortly — projects a touching belief in the virtues of government as he uses the New York Times MO of dispassionate-observation-from-afar and recounts the awakened questioning of vaccines in deprecating tones, equating all with “far-rightism”: “Apocalyptic warnings about the vaccine feed into the far-right narrative that the government cannot be trusted, the sentiment also at the root of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.”
Readers of the New York Times would be far better served examining the raw data themselves and beginning to think on their feet about the dangers of these vaccines, and whether they truly want to visit death and disability upon themselves, as Mr. MacFarquhar’s irresponsible op-ed promotes. Stepping out of the false left-right paradigm promoted by shadow-government-run media and stepping far away from the False-Narratives run by the FBI on extremism and terrorism and striving to link those falsely with the clear analytical thinking of anti-vaccine enquiry might also help.
A week ago, I received a terse communication from the AGO–the Attorney-General’s Office, surprisingly really, since none of the other recipients of my Letter of Notification & Request, posted here earlier, have bothered to write back.
I think my letter to these local public officials–of private government corporations–was fairly clear in that it offered an Affidavit of Fact, a Notice of Liability, and a Cease and Desist.
It also delineated my status as a live-life-claimant and an American state citizen, as opposed to a US citizen which status has been fraudulently used by the US Government Corporation to falsely cast Americans as “felons,” “enemy combatants,” and “domestic terrorists”: is it any wonder I don’t want to be known as one?
On paper, Americans have been stripped of their human rights and civil rights in this fashion; every “US citizen” is apparently fair game now for criminals in agencies to use and abuse as victims of terror operations under “War on Terror” designations—and this in fact is exactly what has transpired, for over 20 years, certainly since 9/11 and the Patriot Act, and also, as attested to by FBI/CIA whistleblowers, well before, matters published in 2017 and 2019 by this writer in Memoranda to President Trump.

A situation which will be widely known and spoken about only as more and more people address these matters openly, as I have sought to do for seven years on this website and in video interviews and round-tables, along with a handful of other journalists, whistleblowers, and writers, such as CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell, FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee, late chief medical officer of Finland, Dr. Rauni Kilde, New World War author Mark Rich, and many people reporting military and Intelligence crimes worldwide.
Letters to public officials inevitably further expose these crimes.
Retaliation for Letter Writing, Article Writing, Podcast Publishing, Voice Raising
Letters to public officials also fall into the Black Hole of Forever Silence, as my previous letters to Mayor Thomas Koch have fallen. And apparently invoke retaliation, as I learned over the past two weeks when the parties who received my letters displayed, through their actions or inactions, an inability to stop the zoomers and honkers on my street, the suddenly-exacerbated overflight of drones and helicopters, the loud acoustic hits on roof and sides of house with LRADs, the tracking and RF-hitting-on-nerves actions of neighbors, the high-frequency microwave pulse weapon hits on head and heart, including in specifically targeted ways, as described in this post here recently, while FED EX trucks in droves made special visits to my street, block, and neighborhood. Or were directly responsible for it?
Couple that with “Covert Comms” of being “Purple TreeD” and “We’re not going to let you go” in online avatars and comments with strangers in parks saying “Kia Ora”– a tribal greeting which the Purple Thumb Community, with whom I have recorded my live-life-claim, use—and you get the picture of full-scale anarchy with the Surveillers and Hackers displaying full-on hubris as usual, in full entitlement—as if they had the right to surveill, assault, abuse, human-traffick just as they pleased, the “they” here being, especially, the FBI, DHS, local LE, and local fusion center personnel.
In addition, veiled and overt death threats arrived in my inbox and scribed under my videos. One said in subject line “US Govt wants to assassinate Ramola D” and stated “You may become a martyr to TI activism. And that’s good.” while the other said “I can make you leave. I’m guardian… If I don’t make it back to Georgia you’re dead.”
Except in Nazi Germany, a KGB/Cheka run Soviet Union, or Communist China –where such can be expected and is/was/has been the norm—all in a day’s work for the tyrants and terrorists running those governments.
And, now, apparently, also Massachusetts. Communist China is in the USA, and has been, for decades.
What the AG Could Have Written
Since the AG’s office took the trouble to send me a letter—wrongly addressed, I might add, despite my taking particular care to autograph my name as a live-life-claimant—they could have said any one of these things:
“We’re so sorry to hear this and we agree it is grievous injustice and a profound trampling on your human rights and civil rights.”
“Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is clear the CIA, NSA, DOD, USAF, USMC, US Army, US Navy and other clandestine agencies we have permitted to operate in our streets are assaulting the citizenry in barbaric and unacceptable ways.”
“It is deeply troubling to us that the FBI has turned into the unreliable, record-falsifying, parallel-constructing, lying organization it has become as it names everyone of integrity and intelligence a terrorist.”
“When we permitted Law Enforcement and the FBI to use EMF and sonic weapons on our citizens we had no idea they’d get so trigger-happy that their latent if not just-on-the-surface sadism would be unleashed like an avalanche on the populace.”
“We confess our acquiescence to human-traffick FBI-named “terrorists” into unlawful, criminal, barbaric, inhumane biomedical research projects, behavioral research projects, and other dark-ops projects run by sadists in the Departments of Defense, Justice, Health and Human Services as well as CIA, DIA, NSA, NSF, NIH and so on has led to this situation of utter depravity and clear-cut atrocity that you describe.”
“Our hearts go out to you for your suffering and we sincerely apologize, all of us in the General Counsel’s office in particular, who permitted CIA to run trauma-based bio-behavioral research projects on FBI-named “terrorists,” “violent-extremists,” “troublemakers” and such, for which FBI gets millions in grant money every year.”
“We agree, a horrible mistake has been made here, you are not a terrorist, and nor are any of the 500,000 FBI-named “terrorists” in our database, who are there so we can run a War On Terror and get Federal funding, while all the Nazi Operation Paperclippers who like to run robotics, cybernetics, AI, neurotech, nanotech experiments on people—which no court in our country would ever sanction openly—can get away with it.”
“It is clear from your affidavit the Nazi surgeons and behaviorists we have permitted here to assault our FBI-named “terrorists” have no morality, ethics, humanity, or boundaries and should never have been permitted to attack our citizenry like this.”
“Many of us have long felt a distinct uneasiness in using stealth weapons on our own people, and we read your letter with shame, disgrace, and acceptance of our complicity.”
“Unfortunately while we want very much to end these programs, they run on the viscous lubrication of Fed money flowing into our coffers, so we simply have to keep going, and let the CIA and DIA savage the population, hoping for the best.”
“Certain agencies have always been able to get away with it and we do not think this time is any different.”
“Our entire economy now is built on this terrorism: the weapons, the contractors who use them on you (and live next door to you), the cell towers, the antennas, the drones, the COPS programs, the Infragard, the implants they like to sharpshoot or surgically implant into people; we are a “Surveillance” economy now, and we need FBI-named “terrorists” to make it all happen.”
“We have become used to the DOD, DARPA, US Airforce, NIH, NSF, DOJ, NIJ, FBI, CIA, DIA hunting down people with non-consensual RFID implants & tracking satellites in our midst.”
“Hunting and hitting others with radar and milliwave active denial tech has become a way of life now in Massachusetts—as also nationwide, and worldwide, thanks to Our Dear Leaders on top of the All-Seeing Eye pyramid.”
What the AG Actually Wrote
Of course, this being the New Criminal (Dis)Order now, well-ensconced in Kafkaesque domain, the AG, who refrained from signing that letter wrote instead:
“I am advising you that the Criminal Bureau will not be conducting a further review of your complaint.”
She also proffered other niceties such as explaining the Bureau often received “inquiries and alleged complaints on a daily basis from citizens, police departments and other governmental agencies.” Daily basis, Massachusetts…so crime occurs everyday in the Commonwealth. She suggested deep scrutiny and careful thought: “Every such inquiry or complaint is reviewed and a decision made whether to take action on the inquiry or complaint.”
Unsigned, the letter closed: “I am sorry that this office cannot be of further assistance to you.”
Note, neither my affidavit, my notice of liability, nor my Cease and Desist were in actuality a “complaint.” Written after several thoughtful and careful years of research, FOIA requests, and reportage, this journalist was (and is) notifying the local government corporations responsible of the actions being conducted in her vicinity and on her body, non-consensually, by, clearly, a criminal military/Intelligence/fusion center coterie, of their liability in this matter, of her status as a free and living American, with natural God-given rights and Constitutionally-protected rights both, and requesting they do the needful to Cease and Desist from these criminal actions.
The fact—which can longer be disputed by any Government body, mainstream media outlet, or medical authority professing that reporters of this RF tech/neurotech are “mentally ill, paranoid, schizoid, schizophrenic” as they have been doing for decades—that these weapons are actually being used on the streets in the USA has been irrefutably proved by my reportage of the DOJ-DOD 1994 MOU, the DARPA/NIJ Limited-Effects Technology Program, the ongoing DOD/USAF/USMC DEW-testing (see Twitter thread/Ramola D, 6 April 19 below), NSA whistleblower John St. Clair Akwei’s 1992 lawsuit on SIGINT use on him against the NSA, police use of anti-personnel DEWs and neuroweaponry both reported here earlier, whistleblowing by FBI/CIA whistleblowers in particular Geral Sosbee, Bob Levin, and Barbara Hartwell—as well as much else, described on this site and elsewhere online and in books.
We are at a different point in time now, thanks to persistence in reportage—and the AG must know it.
What the AG is Actually Saying
Is it shocking that a criminal bureau would refuse to investigate reported crime?
That seems to be what has been happening for decades now in the USA. But clearly what the AGO is saying here is:
“We are well-aware of what you speak of and we will not interfere in the barbaric, inhumane use of weapons you report since we choose to protect the lying FBI, the criminal CIA, DIA, NSA, DHS, DOD, USAF, FBI et al, we are permitting them to continue their clandestine slow-kill and fast-kill assassination and torture operations using deadly remote-access RF/EMF neuroweaponry on you.”
It is plausible also that the AG is saying,”We are committed to the covering up of crime by the classified agencies because they use classification to conceal crime and have been doing so for ages, a Black Ops tradition we are unable to affect in any way whatsoever, and having no independent ethics or spine of our own, no real rooting in human rights whatsoever, will not deign to touch–yet of course, being tools of the Federal complex of concealed-crime which marks US Inc. will continue to permit on and on and on, keeping this gross and barbaric violation of human rights ongoing.”
Geral Sosbee, FBI whistleblower, who reports that State and local authorities in Texas scoff at him when he reports similar actions of persecution, says “Police actually threaten me when I report abuses to Internal Affairs.” Viewing the missive from the AGO, he writes: “The state AG there is helping cover for the assassins who try to kill you. Your bravery is inspirational and I hope you are able to stay in piece through it all.”
Yes, I hope so too.
The AG after all has washed her hands off me, like Caesar. Or was it Pontius Pilate?

This past week, in court at Old Bailey in London, during the ongoing extradition-to-US hearings, world-renowned journalist and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange’s psychiatrist, Professor Michael Kopelman revealed on Sep 22 that Julian had reported hearing abusive persecutory voices in his head while also experiencing a nose-dive into depression, to the point of having suicidal feelings and reaching out to a suicide hotline, The Samaritans.
The voices which Julian reported while in solitary confinement said things to him such as “You are dust” “You are dead” “We’re coming to get you.” In addition Julian has reported other auditory hallucinations such as music.
Julian Assange has been in a maximum-security prison at Belmarsh since April 2019 (when he was evicted from the Ecuadorian Embassy after seven years there), where he’s been held in solitary for long periods of time and endured multiple indignities including being denied access to his lawyers at various times. Last year in September, his father, John Shipton visited him in prison and reported conditions were harsh, that Julian’s treatment was “sordid and hysterical,” that he was being held in solitary for up to 23 hours a day, and subjected to intensive (known) surveillance which included laser microphones and video cameras, even in toilets. Nils Melzer, UN Special Rapporteur for Torture,who visited Julian in May 2019 stated that Julian was being subjected to full-blown psychological torture inclusive of the slanderous mobbing, defamation, and denial of coverage accorded him by mainstream media.
Indeed, he stated that Julian Assange had been “systematically slandered to divert attention from the crimes he exposed,” and been so dehumanized by the negative coverage aimed at him by a propagandist press naming him a rapist, a hacker, a Russian spy that the world had failed to notice and decry the base violations of his essential human rights.
The UN Human Rights Office released a statement in November 2019 succeeding that visit by Mr. Melzer which revealed that the UK Government, exposed for governmental misconduct and serious war crimes by the Wikileaks videos and cables, was essentially retaliating, torturing, and persecuting the journalist who exposed them:
The Special Rapporteur and his medical team visited the imprisoned Wikileaks founder in May and reported that he showed “all the symptoms typical for prolonged exposure to psychological torture” and demanded immediate measures for the protection of his health and dignity.
“However, what we have seen from the UK Government is outright contempt for Mr. Assange’s rights and integrity,” Melzer said. “Despite the medical urgency of my appeal, and the seriousness of the alleged violations, the UK has not undertaken any measures of investigation, prevention and redress required under international law.”
Under the Convention against Torture, States must conduct a prompt and impartial investigation wherever there is reasonable ground to believe that an act of torture has been committed. “In a cursory response sent nearly five months after my visit, the UK Government flatly rejected my findings, without indicating any willingness to consider my recommendations, let alone to implement them, or even provide the additional information requested,” the UN expert said.
Julian was reportedly moved to a healthcare unit after Mr. Melzer’s visit in May and later moved from solitary confinement to a prison medical wing in January 2020 after concerns about his medical condition pressed forward by a group of petitioners finally prompted prison authorities to act.
In May, Mrs. Assange retweeted a statement by Stella Moris, his partner and mother of two young sons, expressing a fear that he may die in jail.

Dr. Sondra Crosby, who has visited Julian Assange at Belmarsh in October 2019 and January 2020 and at the Ecuadorian embassy earlier in October 2017, testified at the hearing and asserted that he is at “high risk of completing suicide if he were to be extradited” to the United States.
She said Assange suffers from osteoporosis. He would face severe risks to his physical health—in addition to his mental health—if detained or incarcerated in a U.S. facility, given the abysmal state of health care in jails and prisons.
According to Crosby, Assange has concealed the “full extent of his depression and suicide plans” when meeting with prison doctors and mental health specialists. He was worried if he revealed his plans or the “extent of his suicidal ideations” that he “may be put under more surveillance” or face further isolation.
….As detailed in her December 2019 report provided to the court, Assange seemed severely depressed to her. He talked like he was “essentially dead.” He was “tearful” and pleaded “for help.” He spoke about calling an anonymous suicide hotline known as the Samaritans.
By October 2019, “he met all of criteria for major depression,” Crosby testified. “It was profoundly impacting his functioning, and he had thoughts of suicide every day, many times in a day.”
Crosby assessed his physical health and was concerned about what she viewed as symptoms of cardiac disease or anxiety, as well as chronic respiratory infections. Early in the COVID-19 pandemic, Assange’s defense team raised the issue of chronic respiratory infections in an attempt to bail him out of jail. The judge rejected their request.
It is established beyond doubt therefore that Julian Assange has been subjected to an excess of physical as well as psychological torture, that his suffering is real, his feelings of depression observed and understood.
Julian’s auditory hallucinations and suicidal ideations as disclosed by Professor Michael Kopelman were remarked in court reports by Rebecca Vincent from Reporters without Borders, and acknowledged by Stella Moris:

Concern from journalists covering this trial–Shadowproof has published a list here–has centered on Julian’s mental health and psychological well-being, severely compromised by incarceration in a brutal maximum security person, often confined to solitary.
Many observing and following these events in court, however, who are aware that anti-personnel non-lethal weapons and neuroweapons disguised as crowd-control technologies, electronic surveillance, “peace enforcement” and “deterrence,” which are known also to be used covertly in prisons, are in use today worldwide, ask if this is really the whole story. Is it possible there is something else operative here, related to weaponized neuroscience? That the auditory “hallucinations” being reported by Julian, and the plummeting dive into depression he has manifested, replete with suicide ideation, are consequences of neuroweaponry attacks rather than mental health breakdowns brought on by torture?
There has been much disclosure over the years regarding such neuroweapons, which can put voices into heads, as well as modulate feelings, moods, and states of being. Today, while the military begins to reveal they are training soldiers in synthetic telepathy and multiple technologies using BCI-CBI (brain computer interfaces) surface in published research on neuroprosthetics, patents for synthetic telepathy exist in the public domain, including this one “System for producing artificial telepathy” from 2004, sent on from Dr. Millicent Black, whose story of experiencing the same, revealing Electronic Slavery was covered earlier here.
The subjects of synthetic telepathy, voices in heads, sounds in heads, and mind-hives have been discussed by many whistleblowers in the community to this writer, please see the many interviews at Ramola D Reports and on this website, including ones with Omnisense/Phillip Walker, Dr. Millicent Black, and Paul Baird of Surveillance Issues. Many have also published testimonials at various websites online, and several have spoken out at conferences and commission meetings such as the President’s Commission for Bioethical Issues cover-up meetings chaired by career academic Amy Gutman in 2011. (Amy Gutman, like the rest of the crew on that panel and at subsequent Office of Human Research Protections panels is abysmally guilty of covering up notice of these non-consensual experimentation crimes and human rights atrocities by reporting victims.) It is at this point an open secret that these neuroweapons are being used unethically on people worldwide, as indeed the US diplomats in Cuba and China also recently experienced and reported, and as thousands in China, Poland, and elsewhere are now reporting openly.
Finally, many who have been targeted with these weapons and who have experienced the inside of the US prison system, such as Todd Giffen and Warren Weisman have reported to this writer that they have experienced being hit with both neurotechnology and microwave weaponry while in jail. Justice documents including some recently released on FOIA request indicate also that new sensors and tracking devices are being tested out and used in US prisons, suggesting that the kind of intrusive surveillance prisoners at high-security prisons are subjected to far exceeds the visible and known surveillance of microphones and video cameras–and could include millimeter-wave heartbeat and heart EMF sensors, MRI scanners, and neuro-imaging/scanning/stimulation technologies. Prison populations in the US have also historically been experimented on by military and Intelligence factions, and it is entirely plausible that prisoners in the UK also are being subjected today to neuro-experimentation without consent.
In a lecture given at a Bases conference a few years ago, Dr. Robert Duncan remarked that these neurotechnologies comprised Offensive Information Warfare neuroweaponry. They are indeed weapons of war and their purpose is destruction.
The psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians and others working to provide Julian Assange healthcare and advocacy today are advised therefore to seriously consider and examine this possibility–and not look facilely to psychiatry and psychoactive drugs for answers and remedies. Many hundreds of people neuro-targeted non-consensually by the unethical Military-Intelligence behemoth already languish in mental asylums, Psych wards, and misdiagnosed hellholes of “schizophrenia, paranoia, schizoid disorder” labels, lives taken down by psychiatric miscreancy, forced onto disability, disbelieved by families, made penniless, jobless, and homeless. They too are victims of war crimes by a ruthless military-industrial-Intelligence-academe complex gone mad with greed and control, using neurotechnology to destroy lives, shut down dissent, and manage populations.
Neuroscientists watching the Assange hearings probably understand very well, as Dr. Duncan does, that Julian Assange also may be such a war crime victim, that his mind may be being hacked by the very war criminals his journalism has exposed.
It is an indisputable breach of neuro privacy and extreme violation of human rights, bodily autonomy, and neuro sovereignty to have one’s brain so monitored, scanned, and interfered with, and while mental health teams may focus exclusively on conditions of incarceration leading to “psychosis” and suicide ideation, they must know that the neuroweapons now exist to destroy, degrade, influence, and harm people’s healthy, happy minds. Of course, neuroweaponry used on Julian’s brain, if that is the case, and microwave weaponry used on his body, if that is the case (giving rise to many illnesses, as described by Dr. Sondra Crosby, symptoms of all of which can be induced by anti-personnel directed energy weapons, as reported by victims and scientists) both make the case for his immediate removal from Belmarsh prison and return to his home and family: they will establish he is being tortured with neuroweaponry and DEWs, as many other targets of the ire of the ruthless and criminal Deep State and war industry today are. This is Remote Rendition and Remote-Access Torture from a distance, as the writer and human rights advocate Cassandra has pointed out, in her article on El-Masri’s statement calling out the CIA’s Extraordinary Rendition he experienced; victims of neurotechnology war crimes today are essentially victims of Remote Rendition and Remote-Access Bio-Hacking and Neuro-Hacking Torture.

Four days ago, on Tuesday Nov 26, 2019, I woke to an extraordinary text on Skype from Dr. Eric Karlstrom, Professor Emeritus with 30 years of teaching experience in his field, Physical Geography and Environmental Geography, who retired from California State University, runs many websites, interviews on alt-media, and has been doing interview and conversation podcasts with me at Ramola D Reports over the past 2 years, including the well-known Global Gestapo live-streamed series probing the truth behind the worldwide oppressors of humanity currently running totalitarian, weaponized operations on one and all:

Just prior to that, he had sent me this series of texts, on Saturday, 23 November, 2019:
Global Gestapo 12, as many know, since I have written about it before was pulled twice off Youtube, despite my Video Note and appeal to them, questioning why they would pull a video which did not even meet the bar for their community violation guidelines, & neither espoused violence nor hatred of anyone, even as it probed the historic involvement of Zionist Jews in the persecution of others worldwide, including other Jews.
As I have stated before, I personally think that video was pulled because it was a little too candid and a little too powerful in its statements on the actual reality of Electromagnetic Weapon and Neurotechnology use on targets-being-tortured of the Organized Crime Superstate – which the famed “White Hats” we hear about from Q circles have done nothing to stop yet, and in its candid discussion of infiltration Psy Ops and Containment Ops as evidenced by Disinfo artists and agent provocateurs supporting each other in the TI activist movement– or perhaps we should call it the TI Containment Ops Community fracas.
However I have a little more to reveal on GG 12 and its aftermath as I experienced them and will do so below.
Dr. Eric Karlstrom did not receive a response from me for those texts he left on Nov 23, because he had already distinguished himself earlier with me with the peculiar and insulting accusation of being an operative acting within a “chain of command” – sounding thereby the death knell to our association.
This occurred directly after an email from me suggesting the closing out of the Global Gestapo series, explaining briefly why I felt GG 12 had been problematic to me, why the series felt like it had run its course, and disclosing that I was working on three other projects, but would do more to promote the GG series and looked forward to his own future podcasts. Nothing in my email – the last email or textual communication I sent him – can possibly be construed as insulting—nor can it be construed in the blatantly false way characterized by Dr. Karlstrom in his Skype texts: I was not closing the GG series because Youtube had pulled GG 12, but for other reasons, explicit and implicit in my email. Nor was I quivering with fear and needing admonitions of courage to go on doing what I am doing already, and have never stopped doing—speaking truth to ill-gotten and abusive power. I relay the entire communication below.

And now I am going to be candid.
GG 12 had been set up – planned – to be a conversation focusing on writer Gloria Naylor’s groundbreaking fictionalized memoir 1996 early revealing NSA chicanery, FBI COINTELPRO she had been subjected to as a sudden target after run-ins with a neighbor who had high-level NSA connections, and encountering the Zionist Satanist aspects of targeting and harassment, and Stephen O’ Keefe who has written and posted videos online about community ZersetZung essentially being Zionist or Masonic Jewish counterintelligence stalking. The title mentioned the “Counterintelligence Zionist Superstate.”
What occurred in GG 12 however was a deviation into the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and indeed framing quite a bit of the conversation in those terms. Conversations do tend to freefall in podcast so I did not yank it back although I tried a couple times; we also ended up talking about infiltration, psy ops, disinfo, containment operations in TI activism, etc., and I got to speak my mind candidly about these, as always is my intent. I openly discussed Targeted Justice’s, Midge Mathis’s, and Richard Lighthouse’s public rejection of my voice and work while supporting Dr. Katherine Horton—who had long established herself as an agent provocateur and saboteur, as detailed extensively at this site—and about the publication of disinfo and misdirection in a recent Horton-Lighthouse podcast.
However, I was not comfortable with how GG 12 devolved into a focus on those Protocols and in our after-talk, which was a little longer than usual, I let Dr. Karlstrom know my thoughts. During this conversation we detoured to speak about other actions and TI activists in our midst. I had indeed been exchanging notes freely with Dr. Karlstrom for quite some time on this subject, having trusted him enough.
Significantly, twice during this after-talk, Zoom crashed me abruptly out of the video-meeting directly after Dr. Karlstrom leaned forward and stroked his nose suggestively, as if signaling to a watching party on one part of his monitor. I won’t draw any conclusions here yet, I am reporting this fact.
The first time I was crashed out (on my infinitely cyber-hacked laptop–and then returned automatically to the meeting by an apparently-compromised Zoom), I had been talking about FBI lies, about how the FBI goes around to our neighborhoods, fabricating and spreading lies about targets they wish to neutralize while spreading fairy-tales about “investigations” and coercing neighbors’ consent to and participation in the target being harassed in her own home and neighborhood.
The second time I was crashed out–also mysteriously returned to the meeting automatically after a few minutes by Zoom–I had been talking about Dr. Tomo Shibata, who had left her home in California (or so she said) and seemed to be intent on suddenly visiting me in Massachusetts while supposedly heading to Maine without a plan or place to stay, and who had started to make numerous uncalled-for controlling, interfering, and directive statements to me over the phone, while making frequent calls–frantic, urgency-filled–in which she was never able to explain to me exactly what was going on at her end.
Regardless, despite these peculiar and pointed interruptions, I mentioned to Dr. Karlstrom my discomfort with his focus on the Protocols and with his inevitable confusions of Zionism with Judaism – which I always make it a point in podcasts to distinguish between: as far as my own thoughts on these matters go, I have no issues with people practicing their religions, whatever they are, Hinduism or Judaism or Christianity—in fact (despite the failings of organized religion) I think all religions are great in their practice of caring for humanity and conscience–but I do think it is an issue of significance when people impose power and persecution over others, as in Zionism and Satanism, or as in 7th-century-or-earlier interpretations of repressive-to-women-and-children strictures contained in their scriptures (many religions are guilty of this—eg Islam, Judaism, Christianity). I did not however get any sense from Dr. Karlstrom that he wished to make any distinctions between Zionism and Judaism; while we have discussed Babylonian Talmudic Satanism where the Satanists hide as Jews inside Judaism, Dr. Karlstrom often makes statements about Judaism itself being Satanic—which I can hardly accept.
I was left after this after-talk with much feeling of perturbation and discussed this matter with a few trusted confidantes.
Who exactly is Dr. Eric Karlstrom?
Dr. Karlstrom has stated earlier to me, in fact on podcast, that he had very high-up CIA connections, with his uncle being a very high-up-in-CIA persona. I have never looked into his background and in fact would not know where to start. I have taken him as I have found him and have engaged in what I thought was a very cordial relationship with him throughout.
Dr. Karlstrom has stated—on podcast & pre-podcast—that the DOD/CIA is indeed interested in my brain and probably wanted to make a “digital clone” of same, since I have a science background and am a poet. No idea if he said that because he knew, or if he was merely surmising. I have presumed the latter, but I do wonder now.
Dr. Karlstrom has stated to someone else, a sister researcher, that she is on the target list; this person has insisted to me that he made this statement to her as if he knew. In my asking him about this, the subject was brushed off.
Dr. Karlstrom made a comment to me as he entered the last Zoom video-meeting (for GG 12) suggesting he may have been in the meeting much earlier than he let on, silently watching me as I adjusted my camera and hair as I waited for him—only possible if he were working undercover for some Intelligence entity in some capacity.
Dr. Karlstrom has long insisted it is a Jewish Masonic conspiracy behind the targeting scenarios I continue to research and write about. In his recent text, he states: “But the best understanding of the whole “gang stalking” phenomena is to see it as a part of this larger Jewish/Illuminati coup against the civilized world. So in that sense, we finally got the context right for this torture/takedown program.”
In trying to understand—after the conclusion of my conversation post-GG 12 with him–why Dr. Karlstrom would focus so intensively on the Zionist Masonic/Illuminati aspect of the undercover Satanist/Luciferian power structure that seems to rule police departments, intelligence agencies, and governments, I have thought briefly of all those who are thus obscured by such a focus: the Anglo-American secret societies, Yale’s Skull and Bones, the Oxford “Group,” the Jesuits, the Vatican, the Black Venetian Nobility, the Swiss Nazi Templars, the British Crown, the British East India Company which never closed up shop, Tavistock, Thule, Club of Rome, the Trilateral Commission, the CFR, the RIIA, the Committee of 300, all of whom I am still reading about. No doubt there are wealthy, sociopathic Zionists owning media, publishing, intelligence and so on, but they are not the only ones at the top of the pyramid, which seems to be represented differently by different researchers and misdirectors both. (The Pope, the Vatican, the Queen, the Gray Pope, Rothschilds, ETs and so on.)
Is Dr. Karlstrom’s notion of a “Jewish/Illuminati coup against the civilized world” a red herring, a deliberate misdirective trope into which I—by continuing podcasts with him—was also being mis-led?
Is this part of a larger intelligence effort to derail my time, my research, my work, my focus? Is he working for the CIA? Or is he an FBI Confidential Human Source engaging in privileged access to a certain group or individual/s, as their recently-declassified policy manual delineates?
Strikingly, there is a whole group of claimants in alt-media who fixate on wealthy Satanist crypto-Jews as primary and sole oppressors, including it appears Rick Wiles of Tru News, whose broadcasts Dr. Karlstrom has been urging I should watch. Both claim to be Christian (Rick Wiles and Dr. Karlstrom.)
John Coleman, former MI6 agent, offers a clue in his book on the Committee of 300:
“I pursued my investigations, pressing on in the face of severe risks, attacks on myself and my wife, financial losses, continual harassment, threats and calumny, all part of a carefully-crafted and orchestrated program to discredit me, run by government agents and informers, embedded in the so-called Christian rightwing, the “Identity Movement” and rightwing “patriotic” groups. These agents operated, and still operate, under cover of strong and fearless outspoken opposition to Judaism their main enemy, they would have us believe.”
John Coleman posits the Committee of 300, the Olympians, and the Crown as primary controllers:
There is much in these final texts from Dr. Karlstrom to me—prior to his clincher at head of this report—that makes me uneasy.
To call me (and him) a high-profile target who may suddenly find myself in added danger is absurd. I am fending off heart-hits with radar as I write; drones and helicopters have been flying as usual over the house and street. If that denotes my being a high-profile target, it means this has been the case for a few years now, and picks up in urgency with the publication and posting of certain reports and podcasts.
As I have noted earlier, it is particularly when infiltrators are being exposed at my keyboard that I am hit the most; it is no different currently.
To suggest that I leave the US and go resettle in India or Mexico because a pogrom may start here in the US reads as fear-mongering, of the kind he has previously laughed at Bryan Tew for. I have been hit with pulsed microvaves, ELFs, ultrasonics, nanotech, other exotic close-to-body tech in London, Frankfurt, Dubai, and various cities in India including Bangalore and Chennai just as much as in Boston, Washington DC, Myrtle Beach, Orleans in Cape Cod, Provincetown, Grenwich-Connecticut, Kalamazoo-Michigan, Newport-Rhode Island, Burlington-Vermont, and many other cities in the USA. Others have reported online and to me how they have been hit in pretty much every country in the world.
Especially interesting is the suggestion that my notices, appeals, and memos to Trump and friends might “have the opposite effect”: “BTW, I like your worldwide appeal that Nina shared…. and it’s a good strategy to do that sort of thing…. as it was to write Trump about these horrors. But you (we) have to know that asking Lenin to stop sending state enemies to the gulags of the Soviet Union would not have worked…. likewise these efforts to ask our torturers to please stop will not have the effect and could have the opposite effect.”
Is this an attempt to stop my impassioned writing of letters and memos and putting people to shame, worldwide, who have sanctioned these programs of cruelty with Stealth Assault Neuroweapons—who may actually be exposed and prosecuted for their crimes if enough powerful and persistent writing blankets the Net?
The pogrom is already here. It is worldwide. Populations are being “pacified” with Remote Access Human Control neuroweapons. People are being silently irradiated, burned, and killed in their own homes—by others, persuaded to surrender their humanity to fear by ruthless and corrupt employees/contractors of agencies, governments, and their-controllers.
Writing is powerful–and, with speaking, filming, recording, documenting, art, podcasts, documentaries, books, still the primary means I see to disseminate the truth of these crimes to the world.
It is also interesting to me that in these texts he has sought to backtrack and seek my continued collegiateship and work with him, attempting to suggest that his own knee-jerk insults sent my way could have been prompted by “cyber-warfare” and the “censoring and tampering” of my email (none that I can see). I have worked for a long time with Dr. Karlstrom, both doing interviews on subjects of his expertise and conversations on subjects of mutual interest; these are interesting podcasts—even if incomplete in their disclosure–and will continue to be featured at my website and at my video channels at Youtube, Vimeo, Bitchute, Ramola D Reports. I recommend that all watch them. I am not afraid of history, and I do not remove people’s podcasts and articles from my sites.
But I reject entirely all attempts, surreptitious and overt, sneaky and in-your-face, to exploit, manipulate, and patronize me, to misdirect, trample, smear, and corrupt my own efforts to expose these crimes against humanity. I reject entirely insults made against me as a writer, interviewer, podcaster, journalist. I am seriously disappointed, in fact appalled and taken aback at Dr. Karlstrom’s unprecedented and unwarranted attack on me with his words—remarkably Luciferian, I may add, in their fixation on excreta—and I am herewith dissociating entirely all connection with him. I ask those who communicate with me on email and elsewhere to kindly never include me in email lists with him. I have no idea who he really is, what his real agenda may be, which agency he may be in cahoots with, but at this point, nor do I care!
I will add that he has not been the only one lately to send insults, demands, or frenzied appeals my way, as efforts escalate among the infiltrator-infidels to derail me from my own intended focus as an independent journalist, and my innate calm as a writer. I will publish on this as well shortly. It’s been ridiculous.

In a recent article boldly stating the National Security Agency is a criminal organization—which is probably exactly what it is, along with the DHS, the FBI, the CIA, the DOD, USAF, USSOCOM, and various other Federal agencies and military corporations engaging in treasonous criminal activities of non-consensual neuro-experimentation and non-disclosed techno-surveillance against Americans, as detailed through extensive reportage on domestic US surveillance, stalking, and Spectrum/Radar/Sonic/Scalar weapon use on citizens at this media site, CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell’s site, and various other sites online–Paul Craig Roberts quotes Bill Binney, former Technical Director of the NSA and outstanding NSA whistleblower who states baldly, of the NSA:
“To prevent whistle-blowing, NSA has “a program now called ‘see something, say something’ about your fellow workers. That’s what the Stasi did. That’s why I call [NSA] the new New Stasi Agency. They’re picking up all the techniques from the Stasi and the KGB and the Gestapo and the SS. They just aren’t getting violent yet that we know of — internally in the US, outside is another story.”–Former Technical Director, NSA, Bill Binney
‘New Stasi Agency’ does have the powerful ring of truth to it. However, Paul Craig Roberts may wish to update the nation further on the state of affairs today, which has regressed from mere spying on cellphones–in a mass spying program which NSA recently moved quietly to close down, or say they are closing down–to brutal hacking of brains and bodies.
Keeping America in the dark–as mainstream media has long been doing and continues irresponsibly to do–about the current and ongoing use of deadly anti-personnel Electronic Warfare and Neuro Surveillance weapons on Americans (as also on people worldwide, through the Global Gestapo established by the NWO) is doing this country a great disservice.
We need to ask: Are we going to let our kids and grandkids be enslaved by this covert radiation neuroweaponry for life–by simply not speaking openly about it? For violence today has many faces, and many perpetrators.
Violence By Another Name
Not just the NSA, but the FBI, the DHS, DOJ, DOD, DARPA, NIH, NGA, and associated government and private groups appear to have all moved now to covert forms of violence, as the NIJ sought to manage, in the ’90s, and as geared for in both military and law enforcement doctrine through the ’80s and ’90s as “Non-Lethal Weapons” were developed:

Violence in Silence—With Proven Stealth Assault Weapons, Coming Now Openly to Police Departments?
This is physical violence, and this is a leading NSA whistleblower reporting the use of violence on Americans, internally in the USA; the use of Stealth Assault Weapons such as microwave weapons, sonic weapons, scalar weapons, and covertly-implanted RFIDs or bioweapon systems which project “Silent Hits” on people remotely–hinted at in this ACLU report on the FBI’s terrorism watchlisting process–using invisible radiation/plasma/sonic projectiles does not make them any less violent, assaultive, invasive, intrusive, or forceful, as their euphemistic military label “Non Lethal Weapons” might falsely and palliatively invite anyone to think.

And while overtly, public disclosure of these weapons by talking heads, researchers, Intel agencies and mainstream media is still carefully attenuated as seen recently in the debacle of the Cuba and China diplomatic personnel attacks where talk of the “mystery” went on forever, it appears that such disclosure is being stepped up–and not necessarily with beneficent intent–with the eventual mention of microwave radiation effects by Dr. Beatrice Golomb, Professor of Medicine at University of California, San Diego, and microwave weapons by the NY Times,after which experts who were called in like James Giordiano, self-confessed US military neuroweapon creator, also admitted to the existence of same.
Neuroweapons Considered Now for Open Police Use
Momentously, given the decades of US Government silence, denial, and refusal to acknowledge this new form of attack on humans, it appears in fact that psychotronic weapons or neuroweapons–which have apparently been in field-testing for over two decades on Americans, as per published NIJ (National Institute of Justice) annual reports which only refrain from naming them as such, referring allusively to “advanced technology” while acknowledging “laser, microwave, electromagnetic technologies”–are now being openly and seriously considered for inclusion in local police arsenals.
The evidence for this possibility comes from a rather extraordinary document, also freely available online and recently sent to this writer by researcher Dr. Millicent Black.
In this Command College journal article published in 2013, a Law Enforcement officer, now a Police Chief, Michael Basgall, in Clovis, California examined closely the question of psychotronic neuroweapon use by Police Departments as a “future” tool for use by PDs, and concluded that they had “the potential to be a great tool for law enforcement” but would “require complete public support” since “the public may be strongly adverse to its use by law enforcement due to its extremely intrusive nature”: What Impact Will Psychotronic Weapons Have on Crisis Negotiation Teams 52-Basgall
Notably, military Voice to Skull technologies and other brain manipulating neuro-technologies including radio frequency neuroweapons to instantly put hostage-holders to sleep, are mentioned in this article (which will also be reported on separately here, shortly).
Also notable is that the NSA, in 2014, revealing thus its own expertise in this area, advised that a certain American traveling abroad had been in a country which did possess a high-powered microwave weapon system which could produce the symptoms he had reported: “to weaken, intimidate, or kill an enemy over time and without leaving evidence.”
As many American and foreign targets of the NSA and their covert agency partners today report, NSA acknowledged that this weapons system is intended to “bathe a target’s living quarters in microwaves, causing numerous physical effects, including a damaged nervous system.“
On this subject, it is also apposite to mention that further revelations of NSA involvement in radio-hypnosis neuroweapon programs, often exclusively attributed to the CIA, post the MK ULTRA discoveries of the Church Committee Hearings in the ’70s, have been published online by whistleblowers.
Neuro Cognitive Weapons Publicly Disclosed
It should be known widely also that weapons of brain degradation are today slowly being revealed by the US Military–always of course within the simulated framework of America needing to defend itself against other countries’ usage of such weapons on Americans.

NSA Remote Neural Monitoring Lawsuit: NSA Employee St. Clair Akwei Vs. NSA
Then consider the monitoring and probing of human brains for Surveillance, which apparently the NSA has been doing remotely for decades.
Is brain probing invasive or non-invasive, violent or non-violent?
In 1992, John St. Clair Akwei, an NSA employee, filed a lawsuit against the NSA, wherein he described in quite detailed fashion how the NSA non-consensually probes brains remotely with EMF energy, monitors brains continuously with Remote Neural Monitoring, reads brains, modifies brains, and generally engages in invasive, neuroethics-defying stunts to the nth degree, aggressively bombarding its targets with “electronic harassment” and brain frequencies designed to destroy.
Neuro-modification via assaultive, damaging brain frequencies, many would contend, is violence.
This lawsuit has been freely available on the Internet for at least two decades now, and details a system of remote monitoring that the NSA has apparently been engaging in for ages.

Worldwide Targeting Survey Overseen by NSA Whistleblowers Bill Binney and Kirk Wiebe
Former Technical Director of the NSA Bill Binney has now been apprised of these crimes by Americans, as have other prominent NSA and CIA whistleblowers such as Thomas Drake, Kirk Wiebe, and John Kiriakou.
A worldwide survey was initiated a year ago by American human rights activists Cait Ryan and Karla Smith concerned about the horrific human rights abuses being reported both within the US and worldwide; this was endorsed by Mr. Binney and Mr. Wiebe, two NSA whistleblowers who took an interest in examining these abuses and studying the voluminous evidence in photographs, medical imaging, radiological scanning reports provided by those reporting 24/7 assault on their persons with EMF radiation and sonic/scalar/nano neuroweapons. Preliminary information about the survey results were published here; further information is yet to be known.
It is possible therefore that Mr. Binney made the cited comment at a time when he was personally unaware of the extreme human rights abuses being reported by Americans just as much as people outside this country.
We Cannot Continue To Let Off These Treasonous Intelligence & Security Agencies When Extreme Human Rights Abuses Are Being Reported
No journalist today can ignore all this evidence. But there is as we know a massive Cover-Up Op ongoing, and the only reason it holds sway over the minds of the deceived public is the enormous reach of the lying, deceiving, Government propaganda-pushing mainstream media edifice.
The only reason people are being coached to believe that people reporting human rights abuses are paranoid and delusional is because the New York Times told them so. (And the complicit psychologists and sociologists they have on their Deception Information roster.)
So really, the act of repeating today, without comment, that the NSA “(is not) getting violent yet that we know of–internally in the US” adds to that Cover Up, and becomes nothing less than a wilful turning from the inundating thousands of reports from desperate, pleading Americans reporting the torturous, 24/7 use on their bodies of pulsed microwave weapons, ELF weapons, Radio Frequency organ-destroying weapons, and Satanic, neural play in their heads of dark military bio-communications technologies such as V2K, synthetic telepathy, EEG heterodyning, and Brain Computer Interface brain-hacking weapons and bio-robotizing weapons.
And even that is only the tip of the iceberg because it appears WBANs, neurostimulators, nanotech implants, self-assembling nanotech, direct contact weapons, chemical weapons, biological weapons, and psychological weapons are all also being used on people today, in mass experimental projects or small exclusive studies—very much inside the US (just as much as abroad) and most emphatically involving the infliction of pain.

This Stealth Assault Weapon Use—Misnamed “Non-Lethal”–Constitutes Torture, a Crime Against Humanity
In a new series examining the commonalities between today’s EMF/Neuroweapon targeting tortures and classic CIA/DOD torture, Dr. Millicent Black and I have looked at US Code definitions of Torture, at former President Bill Clinton’s disavowal of torture, and at Physicians Committee for Human Rights’ reports highlighting the role of medical professionals and psychologists in devising modalities for torture, quite in contravention of Hippocrates oaths and basic morality.
Today it is specious therefore and false to suggest that the NSA—or any other ABC agency—is not engaging in brutal, sadistic, and violent electromagnetic surveillance of its citizens; not merely is the surveillance violent, it is an open door to racketeering operations via trafficking watchlisted unfortunates (wrongfully, fraudulently watchlisted) into cannibalistic and hugely unethical military and Intelligence programs of directed energy weapons-testing, unethical and inhumane research into the “bio-behavioral” effects of such DEW testing, unethical, inhumane, non-consensual neuro-experimentation, unethical, inhumane, non-consensual medical/disease research involving telemetry and nanotechnology, and unethical, inhumane, non-consensual social engineering, behavioral modification, and neuro modification projects which are both supremely invasive, involve health destruction, life destruction, family destruction, and the social isolation, ostracizing, stigmatizing, and labeling (as schizophrenic, schizoid, delusional, and paranoid) of targets used non-consensually as test subjects.
Universities, hospitals, and research institutions, Defense contractors, and local governments and police departments appear to be involved in both running and condoning these Extreme Torture Testing Projects—which are being hidden by Secrecy, Surveillance, “Crime Prevention,” and “Fighting Crime.”
Hippocrates’ “Do No Harm” Replaced Today by “Do Maximum Harm”
In fact it is fairly clear to all those reporting such extreme assaults on their bodies and brains that the “Do No Harm” directive of Hippocrates which may have been sincerely meant once upon a time by principled medical students taking that oath no longer applies as far as medical professionals associated with the US Air Force, US Navy, Air Force Research Labs, NSA, DARPA, CIA and other weapons-testing military divisions are concerned, nor any private companies contracting with same, including Universities, hospitals, and research institutions.
Clinical researchers using EMF/Sonic & other stealth technologies non-consensually on the bodies of people today have replaced Do No Harm with Do Maximum Harm, as the numbers of thousands of reporting victims, many pushed to suicide or experimented on until maximum bodily damage and death, can attest. These Abuses Start With Surveillance Abuses: NSA, FBI, DHS Are Culpable

FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center Director Reveals Terror Watchlist Names Are Provided to 1441 Private Entities
Just two weeks ago, a CAIR (Council for American Islamic Relations) lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the watchlist on behalf of a group of American citizens wrongfully watchlisted led to a federal magistrate demanding that the government disclose the names of all private groups receiving names of watchlistees—since apparently “hundreds of private entities like universities and hospitals receive access to the list.” (http://www.dailyjournal.net/2019/02/22/us-terror-watchlist-3)
“In response to Trenga’s order, TSC Deputy Director of Operations Timothy Groh filed a written statement earlier this month acknowledging that 1,441 private entities have received permission to access the watchlist. Nor is there any clarity from the FBI’s TSC as to why watchlist names are being submitted to police forces at Universities and hospitals and private security agencies, for what purpose. Is this also the means whereby researchers at Universities, Department of Defense, and other institutions are being given the names and details of those watchlisted, to non-consensually experiment on?
In this regard, the testimonial of thousands of those reporting targeting crimes becomes crucial: most report being persecuted by 1) multiple relay-stalking groups who variously take up residence in their neighborhoods, harass them on roadways, and assault them with RF/acoustic technologies anywhere they travel; 2) they also report being treated rudely or being overtly monitored by retail businesses, as well as 3) being stalked by local police, campus police, Fire, and EMS vehicles, as well as 4) being overtly subjected to continuous public aerial stalking with small planes, drones, and helicopters.

FBI, CIA, NSA Whistleblowers Testify to Fusion Centers Running Stasi Operations on Americans
FBI and NSA whistleblowers Geral Sosbee and Karen Stewart also testify to FBI/NSA involvement and a vast private-sector network contracting with fusion centers to run COINTELPRO and Stasi operations on Americans. Geral Sosbee has opined that this enterprise is commandeered by the FBI.
Barbara Hartwell, CIA whistleblower, has also written extensively about Directed-Energy Weapon use on Americans and spoken of the unConstitutional domestic operations of the CIA and FBI in domestic persecution activities against citizens.
Former NSA Technical Director Bill Binney has previously spoken of the deleterious impact of public-private partnerships, openly acknowledged by DHS, which has now also established liability protections for the manufacturers of “anti-terrorism technologies” with the SAFETY Act.
Indeed, it appears the private sector creates “Homeland Security” policy today, as this note on the US Chamber of Commerce website suggests: “As 85% of our nation’s critical infrastructure is owned or operated by the private sector, it is vital to our economic and national security that business is actively involved in the formulation of homeland security policies.”
Journalist Vic Livingston has exposed the primary role played by behemoth Defense contractor Lockheed Martin in running “gangstalking” operations in all 50 states and operating a command center Electromagnetic grid for EMF harassment and persecution of all being targeted.
The US Government has acknowledged that hundreds of thousands of names are added to the watchlist as “known or suspected terrorists” every year, even though they will not disclose the exact number.

Time to Wrap Up The Wrongful, Racketeering, Trafficking Operation of “Surveillance”
It is time therefore to wrap up the wrongful operations of “Surveillance” which basically open wide the door to racketeering, trafficking, revenge operations, non-consensual military and Intelligence experimentation and wholesale assault of the citizenry with stealth assault weaponry under guise of all manner of covers, including research, criminal justice, and national security, while essentially inflicting massive violence, in secret, on the American and worldwide population.
The unchecked expansion of the Surveillance state has also been driven by and drives the continuous military and private-sector expansion into ever more intrusive, invasive, and inhumane technologies engaging in remote manipulation of the human body and brain, while enjoying expansive funding as “Biometric Surveillance” and “Remote Sensing and Tracking” supposedly vital to “National Security.”
To this reporter, it appears the only terrorism occurring in America today is State-run, the only need for oversight is of these illegal public-private and militarized Surveillance programs which are executing extreme human rights violations on the populace. Concerned residents of California are rallying behind a groundbreaking bill proposal on Organized Torture authored by Dr. Tomo Shibata, author, acclaimed human rights analyst and sociologist holding an interdisciplinary Ph.D with high distinction from the School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (Paris, France), and currently presented to select legislators in the California State Legislature.

Unequivocally, Dr. Shibata, who has published extensively against human rights violations in Japanese and American journals, presented at various United Nations Human Rights Commission meetings, and is an Advisory Board Member of Freedom for Targeted Individuals, notes, “The proposed bill titled the Organized Torture Act declares that Organized Covert Torture is a Crime against Humanity.”
High Numbers of Residents Reporting Targeting with Organized Stalking and Physical Torture via Invisible Radar/Microwave Weaponry Across California
This proposal was made, Dr. Shibata states, on the basis of complaints to human rights groups from high numbers of residents across California from various cities including San Diego, Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and others, of “organized covert torture” whereby, in lieu of outright abduction, victims are kept under constant control of the covert torture organizations by organized stalking, sustained surreptitious monitoring, cyberstalking, and stealth physical assault and battery with radiation weaponry such as microwave/radar surveillance weapons.
Different sources offer varying estimates, running into hundreds of thousands, of the numbers of organized covert torture victims often labeled “Targeted Individuals” within the USA and around the world; a close estimate is still unclear.
The Organized Stalking, Torture, and harassment surveillance is being run–it is observed (or surmised) by former FBI Los Angeles Chief and Special Agent In Charge Ted Gunderson, former FBI Special Agent Geral Sosbee, former DOD/CIA Scientist Robert Duncan, former high-ranking SIS Security Officer Bryan Kofron, former NSA Intelligence Analyst Karen Melton-Stewart, Dr. Shibata, and some human rights advocates in touch with reporting victims–by groups that profit from gross human rights violations such as Fusion Center contractors, pro-subjugation security companies, secret societies, Freemasons, KKK, Satanic cults, drug cartels, local mafia, criminal elements within Law Enforcement, Intelligence agencies, and the Military Industrial Complex, for purposes of domination, control, community takeover and human trafficking into clandestine human experimentation projects, including lucrative Military, Intelligence, and Medical/University contracts.
Dr. Shibata notes that the purposes of Organized Torture include “discrediting the victim who filed a civil or criminal complaint against a member or an associate of the torture organization” and “discrediting a whistle-blower or a non-consensual human experimentation subject.”
Police usually do not acknowledge these crimes and, although not qualified to diagnose anyone, in fact stigmatize reporting victims as delusional and mentally ill, an illegal “diagnosis” echoed blindly by ill-informed doctors, psychiatrists, and journalists, uneducated in the areas of cutting-edge, militarized neuroscience technologies and the clandestine and covert techniques of sophisticated organized crime. Co-opted corporate media additionally portray reporting victims as delusional as a matter of course, providing collaborative cover for the organized criminal perpetrators of these crimes.
Police Have Refused to Enforce Penal Code on Battery and Torture Effected with Electronic Weapons
The problem is widespread, but police have refused to enforce the Penal Code to prohibit the ruination and sabotage of lives caused by the deadly psychological and physical battery and torture with “electronic” weapons which accompany the stalking and surveillance by pro-subjugation groups, says Dr. Shibata.
“Electronic Control Weapons” is the term used in Law Enforcement to indicate electrical weapons or conducted-energy devices “from which an electrical current, pulse or beam, wave, or sound wave may be directed to incapacitate temporarily, injure, torture or kill.”
“Electronic Warfare Weapons” as per US Military documents are a military designation of spectrum, neural or acoustic weapons using EMF radiation and sonic technologies, and include classified DOJ “anti-personnel” and “Dual-Use” applications, intending basically to attack and disable humans—as opposed to disabling electronic devices, computers, and infrastructure.
There are laws currently on the books in Massachusetts and Michigan preventing the use of Electronic Weapons by civilians. But such laws are not enforced to prevent the use of such weapons on the bodies of humans—by such coteries as Law Enforcement, Intelligence agencies, or branches of the Military and Air Force, or Federal agencies such as the NGA (National Geospatial Agency) or NRO (National Reconnaissance Office) who use imaging and tracking radar from satellites.
Despite obfuscating coverage by major corporate media, all of this points to the absolute possibility of satellite use for remote irradiation and tracking of humans.
Congressional & State Awareness of Organized Electronic Weapons Torture, Harassment, Non-Consensual Covert Implantation, Experimentation
At the national and state levels, a few Congressmen and Representatives have acknowledged the existence of Organized Torture and Stalking programs. Senator John Glenn has spoken out against the non-consensual chipping of citizens for experimental and tracking purposes during the introduction of the Human Research Subject Protection Act of 1997 (excerpt below):
“Mr. GLENN. Madam President, if I approached any Senator here and I said, `You did not know it, but the last time they went to the doctor or went to the hospital, your wife or your husband or your daughter or your son became the subject of a medical experiment that they were not even told about. They were given medicine, they were given pills, they were given radiation, they were given something and were not even told about this, were not even informed about it, yet they are under some experimental research that might possibly do them harm–maybe some good will come out of it, but maybe it will do them harm also–but they do not know about it,’ people would laugh at that and say that is ridiculous. That cannot possibly happen in this country. Yet, that very situation is what this piece of legislation is supposed to address.”

Representative Jim Guest (Missouri) wrote in 2007 to members of the Missouri Legislature asking for their support of those being affected by “electronic weapons torture and covert harassment groups,” and reveals and affirms that Verichips and RFIDs have been and are being tested on Americans non-consensually in a “massive movement” and used for tracking purposes.
Senator Dennis Kucinich, Ohio, put forward the bill authored by Alfred Lambremont Webre and Carol Rosin for the Space Preservation Act of 2001, to prohibit the kind of tracking, stalking, and EMF weapon assault that Dr. Shibata’s bill proposal also seeks to expressly prohibit. Unfortunately, this Space Weapons Act has still not been passed.
Organized Torture Bill Proposal Seeks Punitive Consequences for Law Enforcement Officers
Involvement of FBI and Local Police in Organized Torture and Stalking Operations
Intelligence agencies including FBI and CIA, local police, and regional fusion centers have been identified by FBI and Law Enforcement whistleblowers to be part of the rogue criminal network engaged in organized torture and stalking programs on innocent Americans.
FBI and Federal Magistrate Judge Involvement/Geral Sosbee
In a podcast interview with this writer in late March 2018 (Ramola D Reports/Report #56), Former FBI Special Agent and Whistleblower Geral Sosbee testified that he believed the FBI leads the process to wrongfully name people Suspected Terrorists or criminals and centrally command DHS Fusion Center contractors and local police to commit and condone the organized stalking and organized covert torture with stealth weapons against them.
Geral Sosbee stated that it was his “personal opinion–based on also my professional experience–that the FBI is spearheading the most colossal and evil attacks on people ever conceived on the face of the Earth, and they are using Deep Space-based technology, they are using Bio-Chemical Bio Warfare Elements and Agents, and they’re using Psychological Warfare to destroy people.”
“I have learned through my battles with fbi that the agents, operatives, hoodlums, thugs and murderers are the essence of all fbi operations, even though the fbi puts on a charade of semi respectability on popular media. The fbi is in reality a global MAFIA syndicate and most people fear or idolize them.”
In an article describing how the FBI persuades corrupt Federal Magistrate Judges (FMJ) to issue fraudulent court orders against people of integrity and whistleblowers they wish to destroy by making them targets of Fusion Center Surveillance and stealth-weapon “monitoring,” Sosbee describes how local police become pawns in this mission:
“All police and all private security companies are especially reminded not to interfere with the secret orders of a fmj. With any effort to defend the Target against the order, the licensed investigator or police officer loses his license or is fired through contempt orders.”
FBI, CIA, NSA Involvement/Ted Gunderson
A senior FBI official, Ted Gunderson, Los Angeles FBI Chief and Special Agent in Charge, known to have worked with Edgar J. Hoover in the creation of the original COINTELPRO program which harassed civilians, stated in his now-famous 2011 affidavit that the FBI, NSA, and CIA were involved in rogue criminal surveillance, harassment, and gang-stalking activities against Americans.

Bill Proposal Seeks to Curtail and Penalize Law Enforcement Officers in Organized Torture/Stalking
Noting therefore the involvement of some Law Enforcement in Organized Stalking and Organized Covert Torture activities, the bill proposal seeks punitive consequences of higher fines and longer term imprisonments for police/Peace Officers found guilty of violating the bill’s proposed laws against Organized Torture and Stalking.
Such violations have been publicly reported. Indeed, this writer has previously covered and is in contact with several California (and other US state) residents who have reported being egregiously stalked and surveilled by Police and EMS personnel, including with Police vehicles and helicopters. For instance, Tina Lane, a California resident (name changed for her protection), a State-protected victim of domestic abuse, attests in fact to being human-trafficked and stalked and surveilled continuously by local Law Enforcement, even though she is under State protection.
Special attention is paid in the bill proposal to those Peace Officers who disregard victim-reportage as delusional and recklessly “psych-commit” reporting victims– by unlawfully naming them delusional or “paranoid schizophrenic,” then wrongfully arresting and detaining them in 3-day 5150 Holds, in abuse of Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.

Also noted in the bill proposal is the defamatory discrediting of victims with falsified medical records painting victims in a false light—such as naming them drug addicts or sex offenders–and injuriously doing so in the victim’s own neighborhood and community, soliciting organized surveillance and harassment by neighbors and EMS/public personnel.
An added aspect considers especially vulnerable populations. The bill proposal seeks to rout out Peace Officer complicity with Organized Torture organizations to prevent abusive discrimination against vulnerable populations, like child abuse survivors and psychologically-disabled residents, who are being intentionally selected for Organized Torture. Victimizing of such protected classes would incur further penalties for any participating Peace Officer, making him civilly and criminally liable for any injury sustained and indeed personally liable—not indemnified, that is, able to rely on taxpayer monies–to pay compensation to victims.
Psychiatrists and Doctors Aiding and Abetting Organized Torture Would Be Penalized
The Organized Torture bill proposal also seeks to fine, imprison, and de-license psychiatrists who purposefully or knowingly facilitate Organized Torture by issuing false diagnoses; or medical doctors who purposefully or knowingly tamper with physical evidence of organized covert torture injury sustained by reporting victims.

California Could Set a Precedent for Other States in US and World/Participation Needed
Dr. Shibata encourages California residents to collect endorsements of the Organized Torture Bill proposal from any organizations in California, in hopes of increasing the chances of pushing the Bill through to the Legislature.
The proposal has been translated into “bill text language” by the California Office of Legislative Council on the request of State Assembly member Shirley Weber in early 2018. In order to move forward and be introduced on the floor however, the Bill requires sponsorship by one or more California Assembly members or State Senators.
Californian residents and organizations who care about stanching these extreme human rights abuses are encouraged to help support efforts to persuade State senators and representatives to introduce the Organized Torture Bill via Dr. Shibata’s GoFundMe page where she encourages supporters/groups to both donate funds and sign their names openly to present a public show of support.
If passed, this law could set a much-needed precedent for other states in the US and world, as cities, states, and countries worldwide struggle with issues of Organized Torture and Stalking. Thousands of targeted victims would benefit, and the covert assault programs run by the criminal elements of the government and the Mafia alike, currently rampant, would fade away. As Dr. Tomo Shibata explains, “Positive strides in CA to counteract the crimes of Organized Stalking and Organized Covert Torture through legislation will be a model for other states to follow suit. This Fourth, it’s Fight a Bit Louder for Freedom & not “Independence” Day!
Preface: Massive Cyber Hacking, Sabotage, and Human-Rights-Violative DEW Targeting in Quincy, Massachusetts, USA
I’d like to preface this post describing Part 6 of my ongoing podcast conversation series with Barbara Hartwell, CIA whistleblower, with some information.
While many know that I am severely cyber-hacked and cyber-attacked on a continuous basis as I continue my writing and podcasting with absolute resolve, determined to get the true stories of the targeted and uber-surveilled and EMF-weapon-assaulted and neuro-weapon-attacked out there, so everyone can see and hear exactly what this incredibly lawless, barbaric, and inhumane Deeply Lawless State is doing, in the USA and UK and Europe, to its own citizens, in flagrant violation of all rights and laws of human decency, civility, and society—in addition to international human rights treaties and conventions–I have to note that my podcasts with Barbara Hartwell in particular, like my first podcast with Geral Sosbee, FBI whistleblower, and like my podcasts with Jeffrey Godwin, UK documentarian, activist, filmmaker, and with Dr. Eric Karlstrom, erudite and outspoken 9/11/Agenda 21/Current Power Structure researcher, have been especially severely attacked.
This is evident in the frequent interruptions on our podcasts whether I am using Zoom or GotoMeeting, in tampering with my settings on these applications, in cutting off of our meetings midway, sometimes frequently during the podcast, in introducing disruptive sound into my recordings including echoes, in disrupting the audio and video feed, in tampering with my camera settings, and in simply freezing my computer for days on end while I try to finalize and post the podcast.
This particular podcast was twice sabotaged; the recording I made on my desktop was mysteriously tampered with so as to make the file unusable: periodic static and knocks had been placed on the recording throughout. The recording on the server had had its settings switched and could not be downloaded for days. Both my computers were cyber-frozen as I tried to download the file. I spent two days with remote technical support to fix a variety of issues that had suddenly cropped up on my laptop including browsers crashing and files not opening. Then a few more days after opening the file while my pc was being frozen.
During this time of course, I was also blasted with microwaves on a continuous basis as I sat with my laptop; my chair, couch or bed vibrating with cluster ELFs, military radar flickering on my nerves, remote EEGs periodically grazing my skull (yes Virginia, I am speaking about covert, undisclosed, but highly evident-to-all-targeted remote neurotechnology, being used illegally and criminally on Americans), with the usual loony cars zooming up and down my street running their trying-to-track-and-hit DEW operations, courtesy General Dynamics Directed Energy Bio Behavioral Research field-testing-of-directed-energy-weapons contracts, Quincy city government, and the local fusion center (which is headed by Massachusetts State Police)—who have all turned a blind eye when I reported this criminal non-stop zooming activity on my street to the local DHS, via FOIA request, and asked for information. (That’s a story in itself, and I aim to be a lot more outspoken about this shortly: DHS is most definitely NOT keeping the homeland secure, it is keeping the homeland terrorized.)
In addition, small planes, large planes, helicopters crossing this block at an angle on all sides as well as flying directly over my home, extremely loud weed-trimmers and lawn-mowers, neighboring construction workers embarked on a continuous program of extremely-loud noise barrage. Again, courtesy Quincy City Government, with Mayor Thomas Koch at the helm. This is Lawless America, and local governments have completely keeled over to Military Industrial Intelligence Complex criminality, and are partaking in it. Neighbors are all bought-in via the FBI/FMJ criminality Geral Sosbee describes, and permit the carnage. They are of course, also partaking in the criminality, by so permitting—and acquiescently engaging in noise-harassment themselves. And, although I have no sympathy for their choices to permit this unlawful activity of zoomers on the street, as well as EMF weapon use on my person, all no doubt presented deceptively to them by the lying FBI/DHS as perfectly legitimate and “electronic surveillance” and part of “an ongoing investigation” (now going on for 4 years) of this writer, it is clear they have been railroaded into subservience, in other words: terrorized, lied to, co-opted.
I will also note that several houses in my neighborhood have been taken over by groups of young, transient Special Ops worker-bees on the ground for the Rothschild Mafia (and CIA/DIA/NSA black ops) operating through the FBI/DHS/DOD running both DEW operations and cyber-hacking operations really close, from just next-door. Immediate neighbors have been especially co-opted, it is clear to see, and are partaking more closely in these operations, in avid collusion with the zooming thugs who frequently park in their doorways and pop into their parlors, the easier to run their little RFID scanners, Magnetic Squids harvesting brainwaves, and through-wall radar, not to mention heat-producing Active Denial Systems to burn spines, faces, and sleep-deprive with.
We are living in KGB, Stasi, Nazi Amerika—this is how DEWs are being tested and operated on the populace, and how Americans are being lied to, duped, co-opted as they blindly support this Communism and DEW Barbarism that has invaded our communities, and do not spare a thought for the gigantic corruption and criminality—bolstered by child-trafficking, Satanism, and child-sacrifice at its core—they are actually supporting. (Because yes, the FBI/CIA/DHS operation on the ground in the USA is most definitely focusing on attacking those in communities who are not and cannot be servile pushovers for the Globalist Communist Satanist Zionist agenda AKA the New World Order AKA Agenda 21, Agenda 2030 AKA the Green UN Agenda; the first step in an intended full-on takeover of the entire World, and what they are protecting is full-on criminality, Satanism, child-trafficking, drug-trafficking, ritual abuse of one and all, dirty ops in military underground bases, and human sacrifice: your neighbors and mine should know the truth of this.)
Why Are My Podcasts With Barbara Hartwell Being So Extremely Sabotaged?
I recently put out a Call for Support of these podcasts with Barbara Hartwell, and I thank all those who sent in donations; I have sent on your donations via money-order to Barbara, I know she is grateful. Truly, she is in dire straits as the CIA has pushed her into financial destitution, and she absolutely needs our humane support.
After this experience of extreme sabotage of our latest podcast, I have been reflecting a bit on why exactly these podcasts are being attacked so extremely—I am being given every indication by the CIA and FBI (operating as goondas in my neighborhood, with both SUVs/cars and helicopters/planes at their disposal) that they are literally having panic attacks at my podcasting efforts here.

And Barbara Hartwell is naming names and tearing down the veils, pointing to the cutouts and pointing to the carnage with absolute, unabashed splendor, her instinct for truth unflinching, her voice brilliantly scathing: that is what they are freaking out about. Just look up her name on the Web and marvel at the incredible hatchet job done on her name; Barbara Hartwell has become the subject of a massive slander and defamation campaign stretching across Decades, which seeks to paint her as a liar and Disinfo agent, a CIA agent who destroys lives—when it is this precise species which has attacked her consistently and destroyed her own life.
The fact is, Barbara Hartwell is being slandered because what she is laying bare points to very subtle and nuanced Media and Public Mind Takeover via layered operations which include Mythologizing certain people—like famous Special Agent and top FBI man Ted Gunderson, who turns out to have been a CIA Spook—and Propping Up certain people in the Alt Media space as pillars of integrity—such as Ken Adichi and Don Stacey—also CIA plants–both of whom Barbara talks about in recent podcasts as well as this one, Part 6.
I recognize that as an interviewer and writer myself, I need to explore these characters a little deeper myself, to fully understand what exactly is going on in this mad mad world of CIA Disinformation, non-stop Spookdom, and extreme slander. I have come to know—as I think many viewers too have come to know—Barbara Hartwell pretty well recently through these podcasts, and also through exploring her website. I’ve learned for one that we are sister spirits, we are alike in our interest in learning the truth, in speaking our minds, in writing our thoughts—no holds barred. I am appalled at how she has been treated by the CIA after she left. I am both horrified and very surprised at the slander operations directed against her. And I am keen to get to the bottom of this and to learn and write more about the people she speaks about as well as the operations she points to. What for instance is the real truth about Edgar Hoover Right-Hand Man Ted Gunderson?
On this note, I thank investigative journalists Sherri Kane and Len Horowitz for their work in addressing these very subjects. I hope to highlight their work here as I go forward, and I will write more on these subjects myself as I learn the truth for certain. I also recommend to one and all these six podcasts Barbara Hartwell has graciously done with me: they truly help in reviving these old and prematurely-buried-by-slander stories, laying bare the current scenario regarding Psy Ops and Info Warfare being waged on all of us, and in returning to the world the very necessary and essential voice of Barbara Hartwell.
Corruption, Criminality, and Cover-Ups in the FBI and CIA
In this continuation of our earlier conversation on the practices of extreme and abusive retaliation against whistleblowers practiced by the FBI and CIA, as experienced in particular by CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell and FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee and involving the “Black Propaganda” methods of character assassination, slander, defamation, and libel, Barbara expands further on these subjects.
Calling on her own experience of retaliation as well as Geral Sosbee’s in being so hounded and persecuted by the FBI and CIA over the years as to be prevented from finding a place to rent or living a normal life free of stalking, harassment, financial takedown, blacklisting, and poverty, Barbara Hartwell also mentions the cases of Jeffrey Sterling, still in prison after two years, and Kevin Shipp, whose home and family were targeted.
Bringing the situation to the present day, we discuss the identical targeting now being meted out to hundreds of thousands of (outstanding, high-IQ, high-integrity, highly accomplished, morally upright, conscientious, patriotic, critically-thinking, absolutely innocent) American citizens who have been placed not merely wrongfully but criminally by the FBI and local fusion centers on watchlists and terrorist lists, named glibly by the corrupt FBI as terrorists, extremists, potential terrorists, and other such Patriot Act confections, character-defamed in fabricated diagnoses as mentally unstable to their neighbors and communities, ostracized, surveilled, and then trafficked into military Electromagnetic weapons-testing and neuro-experimentation contracts, under which they are now all reporting physical torture and extreme bodily, psychological, and daily-life abuse—all for being awakened people who care enough about their country and community to speak out and take action against corruption or environmental damage or animal cruelty.
What this points to clearly is a complete failure of government and a complete failure of American communities both, where people have forgotten their innate rights or just hand them over freely to the corrupt State who comes knocking on their doors to “inform” them or “question” them and then co-opt them regarding their neighbor, who has been, Nazi-style, “put under investigation” for any number of fabricated reasons and always for an indefinite number of years. We have rights, notes Barbara, that are God-given and inherent, that should not be handed off when the FBI comes knocking.
She also notes the methodology being followed today is classic counterintelligence protocol, yet it is not legitimate counterintelligence, since the people being COINTELPRO’d are ordinary citizens with no links to espionage or terrorism. Further, she notes that those Americans who refuse to exercise their rights but cower in fear when the JTTF or FBI or other members of the bullying Police State approach with their slather of lies about a neighbor, and willingly comply with the surveilling and harassment instructions they are given, are indoctrinated to view the FBI as morally upright defenders of the Constitution when the opposite is true; these agencies (FBI, CIA) have currently become “lapdogs” to the Clintons and globalists who care nothing for the USA but seek centralized power through a One-World government. “The Government currently is essentially comprised of criminals.”
As always, Barbara illustrates the methodologies of containment, slander, persecution, and desperation practiced by the FBI and CIA with vivid stories from her own experience of being pursued and harassed by cut-outs and agents such as Tim White who harassed others including Geral Sosbee, and Don Stacey, and from her analyses of others’ experiences, including Constitutionalist Rick Stanley. As on her website, Barbara notes the importance of naming the names of the persecutors; we are in a war, she says, and we are fighting for our lives. Whistleblowers and targets know this. How the FBI (& DHS/NSA/CIA) Wrongfully Targets Innocent & Stand-Out Americans with COURT-ORDERS from Bought Judges For Purposes of Criminal CommunityTakeover
Posted below is critically important information from FBI Whistleblower Geral Sosbee from a very recent post he made on Portland Indymedia offering a sample court-order and discussing the modality by which the FBI, acting locally via Federal Magistrate Judges, wrongfully procures court-orders on innocent targets, which are then used like a weapon to defame, smear, dismiss, discredit, and socially-isolate the target locally, in ways which then ensure that all whom the FBI notifies will necessarily participate in community-wide actions to treat the target like a criminal—by constant and overt physical and electronic monitoring, surveilling, stalking, mobbing, harassment and coded Psy Op actions intended to provoke and stress the target in Mengele-style 24/7 Persecution Operations, which have in some cases led to the death by suicide of the target.

The conversion of a society from a positive focus on communal good—inclusive of breathable air, clear water, nutritious food, creative lives, connected and caring community members with ethical watchdogs who’d ensure no diabolical projects like spraying nanotech or barium or lithium into the skies and seas would ever get off the ground—to a negative focus on Life for some and Persecution for others via scapegoated human/eco rights advocates and good people of integrity being targeted and tarred and used like lab rats in unconscionable brain and weapons-testing experiments involving microwave/sonic/scalar weapons can only be achieved by the compelled compliance of whole societies, not to mention the brain-entrained obliviousness of hundreds of millions—possible today through many means including media control, television programming, and HAARP’s scarcely-known ELF mind-control projects rippling across our skies.
Such a conversion—or should I say perversion–could only be emblematic of organized crime, and unfortunately for all of us, as per the investigations and whistleblowing of many government insiders and analysts, such a syndicate—bred by secret societies–has indeed set up shop inside, alongside, and above the FBI and CIA and DHS and NSA and is currently wreaking havoc inside the United States as well as overseas via Intel agreements. Geral Sosbee is one of those supremely important whistleblowers, whose voice is vital to enhancing our understanding of how these programs are being carried out, and like a few others, including Barbara Hartwell, Karen Melton-Stewart, Kevin Shipp, Cody Snodgres, unafraid to expand or speculate on the actions of this crime syndicate and its methods.
The disclosure in this post was sufficiently unnerving to the FBI that they deleted the first post, Geral reports; he has reposted the material, which includes organized links to other articles he has published. I have taken the liberty of re-organizing slightly by adding subheads. While those who have been targeted—for years, some for decades—know to some extent how these secretive Spectrum Assault and Psy Op and Persecution Op programs have been set up, the exact modality of terrorizing wreaked in neighborhoods and communities suggested here is enlightening.
After all, comprehending what’s being run behind the bland, lying facade of mainstream media covering for the actions of these out-of-control agencies needs to be the first step in challenging these actions. This report is inspired by recent attacks on me and my wife by the criminals in the fbi. Specifically, the fbi increases extreme assaults by DEW and ELF, causing incapacitating sleep-deprivation; the fbi sends 4 thugs to follow and harass my wife and me as we stroll in the mall.
True Nature of the FBI in our Society
For those who refuse to understand the true nature of the fbi in our society, I summarize the situation this way:
The top police in the USA are criminals, thugs, hoodlums, psychopaths, serial killers, torturers, and assassins; they lead and train all law enforcement in the USA and they (fbi agents, operatives, informants, murderers) shape the world culture by fbi’s own terrorist objectives and inhumane culture.
Many innocent, political and ideological Targets of USA’s Intelligence Community seek to stop the heinous crimes committed against them by government hoodlums, thugs, torturers and assassins, but all such endeavors fail to date.
Even pleas to Congress and SCOTUS are ignored. All authorities and the general population accept as public policy the destruction of lives and the outright murder, or forced suicide, of fbi Targets.
In my efforts to understand who authorizes the fbi’s assaults on me, I examine many theories and experiences as a layman and as an attorney. The FBI uses the FMJ Recklessly to Issue Secret Court-Orders Against the Innocent Target & Permit High-Tech Neuro/Chemical/Bio/Directed Energy Weapon Use on Target
Many individuals try to comprehend how the fbi is able to turn everyone in the country, and indeed the world, against a given Target. I have noticed that fbi assailants appear to engage in the assaults and attempts on my life as a sport whereas the thugs actually laugh and engage in silly antics as though they are gleeful in the attacks.
One explanation of how the fbi obtains illegal orders to torture, maim, falsely imprison and murder Targets follows:
The fbi controls fmj everywhere at will; the fmj owe their lucrative jobs and their careers in the judiciary to the fbi. So, the fbi uses the fmj to issue orders against the innocent Target and no one can stop the madness associated with ex parte meetings between fbi agents/assassins, fmj and their detestable operatives (and paid professional witnesses).
When the fbi obtains an order to surveil and “supervise” a Target, that particular Target is permanently entrapped in a largely invisible system that also uses high tech, deep space based weaponry, chemical/viral/biological agents to incapacitate and to torture the Target (see my reports on DEW, ELF, etc.). I am one such political Target.
Secret FBI/FMJ Court-Orders Turn American Citizens Into Second-Class Citizens and Experimental Rats/No Constitutional Safeguards/Extreme Persecution Invokes Suicide
The fmj issues an order on behalf of the fbi which is broad in scope and always secret, except when the fbi needs to show the order to public officials such as DAs, City Attorneys, State Attorneys, and other government officials tripartite. The orders of the fmj impliedly authorize the fbi to follow, harass, provoke, torture, and murder the Target. In some cases the Target commits suicide and the fmj knows about this consequence of the fmj orders. In cases where forced suicide results I maintain that the fmj and all fbi thugs involved must be prosecuted for murder.
The fbi/fmj Target becomes less than a second class citizen and is often reduced to the equivalent of an experimental rat. See my reports for the past 30 years. Note that no one interferes with the insane fmj orders which are issued in violation of all constitutional safeguards. Corrupt public policy is thus forged in this manner.

By the authority of these fmj orders no one can argue with, nor contest the DEADLY orders which are honored globally.
All police and all private security companies are especially reminded not to interfere with the secret orders of a fmj. With any effort to defend the Target against the order, the licensed investigator or police officer loses his license or is fired through contempt orders.
Many FMJ Orders Allege Fraudulently That Target is Mentally Ill; FBI & Collusive Doctors Fabricate Records to Label Target “Paranoid Delusional” Many fmj orders allege fraudulently that the Target suffers from a mental disease; The fbi fabricates records to present to the fmj whereby a medical doctor acting on behalf and at the direction of the fbi label the Target as “paranoid delusional disorder” (see my story in detail at part 20).
Innocent American Targets Are Wrongfully Tortured, Labeled Insane, Psych-Committed, and Incarcerated The USA’s intelligence community is quite adept at fraudulently placing political Targets in mental institutions, or in prison. Indeed, some medical and dental doctors actually torture the Target for the fbi and then label the Target insane.
See “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” (film) where a criminal pleads insanity after getting into trouble again and once in the mental institution rebels against the oppressive nurse and rallies up the scared patients; Nurse Ratched runs the psychiatric ward with an iron fist, keeping her patients cowed through abuse, medication and sessions of electroconvulsive therapy.
In Case of Target Deaths, Nation MUST Prosecute FMJ, FBI, and Accomplices for Murder
When a Target’s death results in such instances we must as a nation prosecute the fmj and the fbi and their accomplices for murder:

FBI, FMJ, and Accomplices’ Immunity Must Be Removed
Where detention of a Target is fraudulent, the immunity of the fmj and the fbi hoodlums (and all who assist in the dirty program) must be removed to allow them to be jailed, or treated as mental patients (including doctors, dentists and lawyers). These people are a dangerous threat to others, as documented by me and many other Targets for decades.
In my work I have also shown how other laws facilitate the fbi’s crimes against Targets. Often, the fbi intentionally sends an infected person to infect the Target; then all hell breaks loose for that Target.
In most appeals to SCOTUS the Target loses and the highest court in the nation gives its imprimatur to rampant crimes against humanity committed by fbi/cia, et al., including torture, false imprisonment, maiming, and assassinations. So, law is completely subverted in USA where our people are being murdered, or provoked into conflict, by the very authority responsible for protecting the public.
If ever a travesty were committed by SCOTUS against a representative of thousands of victims of a government organized crime syndicate, my case against fbi, doj, et al., which was summarily denied by SCOTUS, represents one such abomination.
This case suggests that our nation is run by organized crime across the board (all three branches of government). Note that SCOTUS permitted the fbi to completely ignore my petition and SCOTUS removed fbi from the title of appellee (defendants) wherein I listed fbi, along with fbi chief Freeh, as appellees.
