I am so pleased and grateful to all the organizers and speakers of this conference for setting up and posting this international forum to disseminate information openly on how electromagnetic/scalar/sonic technologies are currently being operated and tested c/overtly on “Targeted Individuals” as well as globally on populations worldwide. Hopefully this heralds a new era of absolute disclosure when the world wakes up to what exactly is going on today under the rubric of Global Governance (see this post on Mass Control Technologies), and more and more people from all walks of life can step forward to act to stop these atrocities and challenge the use of Electronic Warfare and Artificial Intelligence by our joint governments on humanity–without our consent--as they wake up to the truth.

This video interview of the late William Pawelec by Dr. Steven Greer, referred to in his recent talk on the Secret Government, explored here, has been highlighted in an article this past week (excerpted below) by Dr.Michael Salla of Exopolitics.org,Siemens Implicated in Tracking Forced Labor and Slaves in Space, which explores whistleblower testimony regarding forced labor in space, but also explores Siemens’ role in early manufacture and developing of RFID chip technologies.

The tiny Siemens chips made in 1984 that he refers to (see below) could be detected and read from a distance of 120 km away, he said. This translates to about 400,000 feet or 75 miles, well above the altitude most commercial jets fly at (30-40,000 feet) or even fighter aircraft (50,000 feet or above), well above the stratosphere and into the thermosphere.
Of course, other tracking and surveillance technologies are reportedly being used from these airborne platforms too, including Radar, and Remote Neural Monitoring. Remarkable though that microchips of such sophistication have been in existence for more than thirty years now– and important information to have, to show proof that microchips that can be read from thousands of feet or many tens of miles away have indeed been developed, fine-tuned, and exist.

“Prior to 2001, Pawelec decided to reveal what he knew about deep black projects that he believed were hiding advanced technologies from the U.S. public. He gave an interview to Dr. Steven Greer with the strict instruction that it would only be published after his death. He died on May 22, 2007 and the video was published posthumously on December 14, 2010.
Among his many revelations is information concerning the development of the first electronic RFID tracking chips that were developed as early as 1979 according to Pawelec. He explained the history of their development, and the role his Denver-based company played in setting up meetings with government agencies, which were interested in using the chips for security purposes.
At the time in the security industry, a lot of us had a lot of concerns about tracking and locating people that had been kidnapped. Particularly what was going on in Europe at the time where we were having NATO officers, even the Prime Minister of Italy, kidnapped … These people were drained [of information] or they were brutalized or both… One of the goals of the industry was to develop technology that would allow us to track these people or locate them quickly.
He said that the tracking chips, which were very small and shaped like a pill, had multiple functions:

Now this particular pill shaped device, very minute, had a lot of flexibility in its capabilities. It was basically almost a transponder. You could send a frequency to it and it would respond back with its unique number which could not be changed once the chip was made. Yet there were a lot of capabilities that could be added to this chip such as monitoring temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and even wave forms out of the brain.
Pawelec said that soon after demonstrating an even more sophisticated lithium niobate chip in 1984, which could be tracked from a distance of 120 kilometers in space, he discovered a small Silicon Valley company had been set up to manufacture billions of them. He learned that “after they had made billions and billions of these little chips” the factory was shut down a year later, and all information about the chips disappeared.
Pawelec said that the small company responsible for making the billions of tiny chips “was a division of a rather major European electronics firm that had the plant. Siemens.”
Pawelec went on to describe how his colleague, Bob, the former head of security for the U.S. State Department, was assassinated in Nairobi because he was getting too close to learning about the people that had acquired control over the tracking chips and had built billions of them for an unknown purpose.
According to Pawelec, the people behind Bob’s assassination had infiltrated the U.S. military industrial complex at its highest level, and could intimidate and silence anyone.
Pawelec’s testimony suggests that the Siemen’s corporation had acquired the rights and control over the tracking chip technology, built billions of them in less than a year using a U.S. subsidiary, and then arranged for the local manufacturing plant to close with all information about the tracking chips now gone.
Importantly, the Siemen’s corporation was associated with a powerful force embedded within the U.S. military industrial complex, which was intent on hiding the true purpose of the chips. This hidden force possessed the power to remove anyone who got too close to learning the truth, even the head of security at a U.S. Embassy.
It is worth repeating that the main function of the tiny chips, according to Pawelec, was to track people, and even monitor their key physiological processes over large distances. This leads to the question, why would the Siemen’s corporation need billions of chips to monitor people over large distances?”
Please take a few minutes to read this detailed, harrowing account by The Bureau of Investigative Journalism of the covert torture sites–“blacksites”–used by the CIA (in places like Thailand, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Afghanistan) over the last 15 years, and the gruesome practices of torture, euphemistically labelled “enhanced interrogation” techniques that Agency officials, guided by overpaid psychologists, used on the individuals they detained and abused. Note the extremely bizarre lengths gone to in order to evade exposure and questioning by media, circumvent international treaties and laws, duck under national laws, and create “cover” or “color of law” for their actions.
It is especially important to understand what the CIA has been doing covertly that it has been forced to reveal– because other things they are doing covertly are yet to be “officially” revealed. Covert Actions, which include MK ULTRA-Extended Mind Hacking Human Subject Experimentation targeting thousands of individuals in the USA and worldwide,as attested to by CIA/DoD scientists,are continuing today in the USA and abroad.
It’s troubling to read accounts like this, but it forces us, as Americans, as citizens of the world, to understand more clearly what extremes of abuse and torture are being committed in the name of National Security, Intelligence, Counter-Intelligence, and Counter-Terrorism by our Secret Services and Intelligence and Security Agencies–who spend a lot of time wearing an innocuous face in public. If we do not take on board the atrocities being committed — in our name, ultimately, and with taxpayer money — we will continue to turn a blind eye to what they are doing, and continue to give them enormous power as Agencies to be feared and let alone.
Fully realizing, in all consciousness, the extent of the abuse they are engaging in — one cannot but experience a supreme revulsion — must force us to take action.We must come to a point, collectively as a nation to ask: Who are these secret agencies? How can they possibly engage in such outrageous abuse? Who are they accountable to? Who pays their salaries? Why are we permitting them to engage in Any kind of covert action at all? Do we really want to live in a country where we permit a powerful, moneyed Agency to run Black Ops, Covert Ops, Clandestine Ops–both here in the USA and abroad, on covertly-targeted citizens and others–in order to fine-tune undisclosed and “innovative” Torture Technologies, such as No-Touch Torture, as detailed here by Dr. Robert Duncan, in our very midst? Or do we want to wake up and demand Full Disclosure to the Press and Immediate Termination of all their Covert Electronic Torture Experiments on the American and global public?

“In spring 2003 an unnamed official at CIA headquarters in Langley sat down to compose a memo. It was 18 months after George W Bush had declared war on terror. “We cannot have enough blacksite hosts,” the official wrote. The reference was to one of the most closely guarded secrets of that war – the countries that had agreed to host the CIA’s covert prison sites.
Between 2002 and 2008, at least 119 people disappeared into a worldwide detention network run by the CIA and facilitated by its foreign partners.
Lawyers, journalists and human rights organisations spent the next decade trying to figure out whom the CIA had snatched and where it had put them. A mammoth investigation by the US Senate’s intelligence committee finally named 119 of the prisoners in December 2014. It also offered new insights into how the black site network functioned – and gruesome, graphic accounts of abuses perpetrated within it.
Many of those 119 had never been named before.
The report’s 500-page summary, which contained the CIA official’s 2003 remarks, was only published after months of argument between the Senate committee, the CIA and the White House. It was heavily censored, while the full 6,000-page study it was based on remains secret. All names of countries collaborating with the CIA in its detention and interrogation operations were removed, along with key dates, numbers, names and much other material.
In nine months of research, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism and The Rendition Project have unpicked these redactions to piece together the hidden history of the CIA’s secret sites.”
Other excerpts:
“The CIA’s authority to operate prisons began with a document called a “covert action memorandum of notification” – a secret order signed by President Bush the week after the 9/11 attacks. For the first time in its history, the CIA was given permission not only to take prisoners but also to decide whom to detain, why and for how long.”
“Abu Zubaydah was repeatedly waterboarded, sleep-deprived, forced into stress positions and held in boxes. These included a coffin-shaped box, in which he spent eleven days in total, and a box less than three feet square in which he spent 29 hours. Observing one of his interrogations in August, a medical officer wrote:
The sessions accelerated rapidly progressing quickly to the water board after large box, walling, and small box periods. [Abu Zubaydah] seems very resistant to the water board. Longest time with the cloth over his face so far has been 17 seconds. This is sure to increase shortly. NO useful information so far … He did vomit a couple of times during the water board with some beans and rice. It’s been 10 hours since he ate so this is surprising and disturbing. We plan to only feed Ensure for a while now. I’m head[ing] back for another water board session.
The goal, as the two contractor psychologists who masterminded the interrogations put it in August 2002, was “to reach the stage where we have broken any will or ability of subject to resist or deny providing us information (intelligence) to which he had access.”
Once again, in the case of these deaths, the spectre of suicide and murder-suicide has been raised, which many close to these medical professionals contest.
The New York Times in reporting briefly on Dr. Gaynor’s death quotes an investigator from the local sheriff’s office ruling the death suicide, which his friends and colleagues find questionable, as this article suggests. Apparently Dr. Gaynor had recently missed a conference, letting his colleagues know via Facebook he had the intestinal flu. Prior to that, he had just survived a car accident. According to the HealthNutNews article, no suicide note has been found.
In the case of the deaths of other holistic cancer doctors reported earlier, Dr.Bradstreet’s investigation is still open, currently, and Dr.Gonzalez’s, which had been ruled a sudden heart attack, has been cleared of this supposition by an autopsy report. Both these doctors had been treating cancer and, in Dr. Bradstreet’s case, also autism patients successfully. Their stories were discussed earlier here.
Thriving Nursing Community Online
Brian Short’s website AllNurses.com shows it to be a lively website with discussion forums, information on schools and news, and open and candid commentary on medical and nursing issues, such as contained in this article, with many thousands of views per article published, and millions of unique visitors per month. Could the thriving of a nursing community online pose some kind of threat to someone? Discussion on the comment-boards of the HealthNutNews article reporting the Short family deaths suggests all sorts of reasons and possibilities, including deadly anti-depressants which cause hallucinations and violence as side-effects, as possibly being a factor behind the tragically violent deaths of the entire family.
Mass Shooters, Manchurian Candidates, MK ULTRA and Covert Electronic Assaults
In this regard–looking at the terrible homicide (ruled a murder-suicide) of the entire and young and growing Short family–it would be remiss not to also point to the possibility of covert assaults with radiation neuroweaponry, a 21st-century crime of MKULTRA-extended mind control experimentation, which many analysts say is responsible for the homicides and violence caused by set-up “Manchurian candidates” such as Aaron Alexis, Myron May, and various other mass shooters–possibilities covered online by Renee Pittman in this article and by James Lico in this one.
Whatever some people like to tell themselves (in fear and denial) about the phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals” today as being an issue of mass mental illness suddenly cropping up online-–a favorite mainstream media (MSM) trope (as in MSM being propped up and owned by the network of Big Pharma, Big Psychiatry, and the CIA–who sure would like to pass off these witness and testimonial accounts as mentally-ill and delusory prattle, so they can continue to openly engage in these crimes against humanity)–the truth is, these covert radiation weapons are here today, they are being used covertly on people, and they are used in a way (24/7 assaults, along with COINTELPRO, and PsyOps) intended to provoke harmful action on the part of the one being attacked.
Most “Targeted Individuals” hit with these weapons know better than to engage in harmful action, but some apparently succumb. The provocation many experience is reportedly certainly intense. It is absolutely time for this issue to become mainstream knowledge. People worldwide need to wake up to the absolute reality of covert radiation neuroweaponry and covert ops by US Intel (CIA/DIA/DHS/NSA) and other government bodies which are simply persecuting and torturing thousands worldwide, all in the name of testing and developing electronic weaponry in preparation for 21st-century-Neurowarfare, and in the name of testing and developing definitive Mind Control over every single human brain in existence, via misplaced, grandiose, and megalomanic schemes of cybernetics, hiving-minds, quantum super-computing, transhumanism, and Artificial Intelligence. Sadly, the last bastion of our privacy has been fully breached: the human brain and the human nervous system have been hacked, and are being exploited--and humanity needs to wake up and stop the carnage now, before it is too late; we absolutely need to inform ourselves as to what on earth is going on, and how we can stop it.
Dr. Gaynor and The Gene Therapy Plan
Returning to the question of Dr. Gaynor: Dr. Gaynor’s website is informative and wide-ranging in its focus on health and nutrition issues. It is interesting to note that Dr. Gaynor emphasized healthy preventive nutrition to help support the body at the level of DNA, as this excerpt from an article on Tulsi, the ancient Ayurvedic herb, suggests:
“Because free radical damage (oxidative stress) and chronic inflammation are almost always involved in weakened health, this kind of damage is particularly troublesome because it damages the DNA. The entire purpose of my new book, The Gene Therapy Plan, is to explain, present evidence for, and offer solutions that enhance our very DNA, and for new mothers, that means that remedies now can prevent genetic misfires in the future.”
If Dr. Gaynor’s death was not a suicide, as the sheriff’s office reports, could it be that his interest and research in enhancing healthy DNA expression with healthful nutrition and preventive natural herbs suddenly made him a “Person of Interest”?
Please Keep Asking Questions and Pushing for Answers
More than ever, we need scientists today, and doctors, and real, thinking journalists stepping forward without fear and exploring these issues for themselves, and speaking out and taking action. It is also important to recognize that our so-called “authorities,” our government bodies, our old systems of checks and balances via proper oversight, are not taking action. We are living in a world gone mad, mainly because a sociopathic minority is literally running amok among us and 1) experimenting with deadly weapons and drugs and toxins on us and 2) apparently killing at will–we certainly see this globally in the endless wars and invasions, but it is also evident in stories like these of holistic, successful medical professionals being targeted, as well as in police violence and false flag scenarios we are frequently subject to.
Silence becomes a way–of not merely acquiescence and consent–of allowance.By remaining silent, we permit the atrocity to continue. Please research these subjects for yourself, climb past all that CIA-disinfo “conspiracy theory” stuff online, and search out the truth, and speak out, in whatever forum you personally can. It is absolutely not the time to remain in silence, as our Intel agencies with their arsenal of fear-tactics are striving to drive us into.
We are pivoting on a cusp of humanity–the future we step into next week, and the future we leave for our kids depends on what acts of expression and courage we engage in today.
This post (linked above) points to a very interesting report on RFID chips found in Americans–the report by John Brugle, Ph. D, published on June 8, 2014 can be found also at this link at WITSCIENCE, the Wyoming Institute of Technology. Sample populations were selected randomly from 3 areas in the country, the Northeast, the Midwest, and the Southwest, and each of the 2,955 American volunteers was full-body-scanned for RFID chips–radio frequency microchips. Guess what they found–that one in three, that’s thirty percent of the total number of people scanned, carried a microchip somewhere on their bodies, most often in their teeth. The graphic here shows where else the chips were found, and how often–hands, knees, hips, and in implanted screws (teeth again?) and implanted birth control. Does that sound invasive enough?
The Implications?
Clearly, Americans are being implanted–and quite invasively–with microchips without their knowledge or consent, possibly by their very own dentists, doctors, and surgeons, during routine office visits or during scheduled surgeries for something else altogether. (Chips these days are super-tiny, and apparently can be inserted sub-dermally fairly easily. This can be researched online.)
For years, “Targeted Individuals” experiencing assaults on their bodies by Electromagnetic or sonic weapons have been reporting to medical personnel, local law enforcement, and psychiatrists the felt presence in their bodies of RFID chips, and clearly, they have very good reason for these accounts, as this report suggests.
“Targeted Individuals” Aren’t Delusional, Schizoid, or Schizophrenic for Reporting RFID chips and Covert EMR Weapon Assaults
There’s been a great push in mainstream media to discount the horrific experiences of “Targeted Individuals” being covertly assaulted, 24/7 with EMR and sonic weapons as a loony “belief” they held, at best, or, at worst, a delusion, a hallucination, a manifestation of “schizoid disorder” or “paranoid schizophrenia,” misdiagnoses freely handed out by either colluding or conned psychiatrists.
This report proves conclusively that people are being chipped without their knowledge or consent, all over the United States.
These people who are being chipped could include those who know and feel they are being covertly assaulted, as all “Targeted Individuals” do, by radio frequency and microwave weapons, which use their RFID chips to identify them, to send assaultive resonant frequencies to, and thus to induce in their bodies the myriad of assaults “TIs” report, including organ damage, remote electromuscular shock, remote neural monitoring, remote heart attacks, and synthetic telepathy or V2K-Voice to Skull–voices induced within their brains, schizophrenia-style. Unconsenting Chipped Individuals Could Include You
But it could also include unaware Americans who return from doctor’s offices and dentist’s offices and hospital visits sicker than they went in, who suddenly develop mysterious chronic ailments, whether its “fibromyalgia,” or Lymes’ disease, or gum disease, or infertility, or rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis, or irritable bowel syndrome, or whatever else, including cancer, symptoms and all stages of which can be induced by radio-frequency and microwave weapons, as all “TIs” attest.
Secret “Human Subject” Experimentation–Military-Grade Weapons, and the CIA/MKULTRA programs
These are being-kept-secret, covert weapons of Electronic Warfare, currently being tested and trained on whole populations, both in the US and worldwide. If you are thinking of the CIA and MKULTRA, you will not be far off the mark–humans are being experimented on today, in 2015, without consent.
Journalists in establishment media continue to fail us abysmally by refraining from reporting on what by all accounts continues to be and become a mass 21-st century holocaust. Alternative media is beginning to report more and more on this phenomenon however, and both European and American groups–the ICAACT and EUCACH in particular–working on exposing this tyranny are making progress, as the 2015 International Conference on Covert Harassment, scheduled to be held in Berlin in October, attests.
When Brian Williams reported glibly not so long ago on NBC that by 2017, all Americans would be microchipped, perhaps what he failed to add was–And you’ll never know it! For this microchipping of us has apparently been going on a long time, as this report reveals, and All of America is being targeted.
This seems to be a real turning-point report and I thank Richard Presser for drawing attention to it. I suspect every single misdiagnosed “Targeted Individual” would like to show this report to their psychiatrists and physicians.
We Need to Speak Out on Microchipping and Electronic Surveillance & Electronic Harassment

Covert assaults with EMR weapons are not being imagined by an imaginative few. Covert implants of RFID chips are not being imagined either–they are actually going on, covertly, all over the country. No American is safe, this seems to suggest, from one’s own doctor or dentist.

While all of us are fully aware the Surveillance state in the US (and worldwide) has morphed into a Police state, not everyone seems to know that it is replete with covert policing, covert assaults, and covert conscription of societies into joint persecution of certain “targeted individuals.”
Those means include the active collusion of psychiatrists, in aiding the “disappearing” of testimonials and witness accounts of what all experimentees report avidly is nothing but Torture,by slapping a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoid-disorder on the individual, deeming the individual “Unstable,” a “risk to self and society,” or/and forcibly holding or committing the individual to a mental institution. What is also being kept hidden by this determined assault by Organized, Fraudulent Psychiatry on the intelligent, ethical, and outspoken in our society is the covert and ongoing establishment of Transhumanismin our midst–on All of us, not just some of us. How and why is it that thousands of people in the US who are reporting being assaulted by pulsed radiation weapons are ignored by pretty much everyone they approach for help/exposure/justice: members of Congress they write to, doctors and psychiatrists they look to for help–who don’t bother acting like the scientists they are supposed to be by actually testing or physically measuring this radiation which can indeed be picked up by radio frequency meters, human rights advocates at the big Human Rights organizations like Amnesty International or the American Civil Liberties Union, even their local Law Enforcement officers–who ignore the thugs in cars speeding into neighborhoods and pointing military Non Lethal Weapons at certain, select “Targeted Individuals” and demand that counseling or a psychological evaluation is in order instead?
How and why is it that small aircraft and helicopters incessantly buzz –everyday, constantly during the day, and constantly during the night too–into certain neighborhoods, often hovering or circling for hours, often seemingly summoned by said speeding cars on the ground–their intent and mission deliberately not shared with the public, even when questioned–as FOIA requests to the FAA indicate? Could it be that Top-Secret/Special Access Electronic Warfare EMR Neuroweapons are being tested and trained on them? Could it be that pilots–and ground crew–are training together in Electronic Warfare on these “Targeted Individuals”? (The people on the ground who are being assaulted, the so-called “Targeted Individuals,” including this writer, know this rings true–the hits on their bodies speak to the aircraft connection.)
Perhaps the extreme and questionable silence surrounding this situation is because these assaults have been fully permitted and authorized as Classified “Top Secret” Research and Experimentation Projects, to be conducted in a Clandestine way–meaning no-one can legally speak about them. Just go on “legally” assaulting, criminally and covertly, forever, the assaulters well-hidden by Secrecy laws, Defense directives actually permitting weapons-testing on civilians, and the Common Rule with its flagrant loopholes permitting the Institutionalized Hijacking of Informed Consent–which isn’t required in Classified Research on Human Subjects today. All of this extreme criminality and flagrancy of human rights violations can exist in silence and refusal-to-acknowledge, thanks to our society’s current miasmic cowering in the face of Secrecy.Secrecy permits abuse, and Clandestine Projects which promote Secrecy are currently promoting Extreme Abuse. Innocent individuals are being openly tortured, in the USA–and this practice is occurring worldwide.
This is an ongoing project: The secret (nuclear) radiation experiments on humans Clinton apologized for in 1997 never stopped. They just went undercover. This is a history and current reality being unearthed by many researchers. Non-ionizing radiation–meaning Electromagnetic Radiation, Sonic/Ultrasonic, Scalar waves–experiments are currently underway as joint projects of Defense agencies, private Defense contractors, Universities and research institutions, Depts. of Justice/Energy–various federal agencies, and, most crucially, Intelligence agencies–variously the DIA/CIA/NSA/FBI/DHS who work assiduously to keep the biomedical/biobehavioral experiments & weapons testing “classified” — but no agency can expect to harm human beings openly and expect to have its activities remain secret forever: this reality is being uncovered today. How they are being permitted to occur at all–under patently false claims of “minimal risk”–and without Informed Consent, is a resounding mystery, that needs to be unearthed.
