Later work as a doctor saw a renewal in harassment and a sustained effort by the Medical Board—almost a year after she had completed a stint post-residency as a RMO at a hospital in Townsville, Queensland, with a Medical Board doctor being sent to go back and ask questions–to derail her career with grave but trumped-up charges of medical malfeasance brought against her, charges found to be completely fabricated as her evidence proved in court, yet curiously upheld, through avid legal sabotage by her own lawyers and a corrupt Masonic judge.
An extraordinary aspect of her targeting inheres in her being compelled to argue her own case in court, as her solicitor dropped her just before the hearing, and stand-ins were dismissed by the judge.
Working full-day shifts as a doctor, she stayed up at night to study the law and gather her evidence and prepare to cross-examine witnesses—who kept getting switched around on her without warning, almost everyday. Indeed, every effort was made, it appeared, to sabotage her court case.
Regardless, her brilliant handling of the case and determined self-advocacy impressed even the misogynistic judge; the transcripts, included partially in her book, make for engrossing reading.
Especially intriguing about Dr. Tsigounis’s experience is the insider look she offers of an unfortunately usurped medical profession, which appears to be run like a minor fiefdom, with its vassals and serfs propped up by a bevy of Luciferian cardinals and clowns in Board clothing who enact plays of power and prejudice against those they seek to destroy.

In an impromptu conversation on Jan 11, Black Ops operator, geophysicist with degrees in Mathematics and Physics, and Oklahoma City Bombing whistleblower Cody Golden Elk Snodgres spoke of the many different kinds of plausible deniability weapons being used by the Deep State on Americans–and by extension on civilians worldwide.
Touching on various Mind Control projects run by the NSA/CIA, including Project Slammer, a mid-’80s ten-year FBI/CIA behavior modification project run with the NSA, DIA, and US Navy and Air Force Intelligence which used psychotronic weapons and psychological studies, and a synthetic telepathy project run inside the Vatican—the Holy See–he describes how occult and Satanic ideologies from Project Paperclip and before, from Mengele and his evil experiments, preceded the set-up of various experiments in the ’40s and ’50s by the OSS and CIA, and relates the use of various exotic weapons used on those being targeted including psychic energy weapons labeled PSY INT derived from remote viewing and Project Stargate experiments, as well as microwave weapons, sonic weapons, holograms, and electronic images, and runs through several patents from the past few decades.
Mind Control weapons and methods, he reveals, are definitely being used on Americans. Plausible deniability weapons include long-term assault with slow-kill weapons as well as faster-kill assassination weapons.
The first of many conversations on these vital and necessary subjects, in the interests of informing all, Cody says he can talk for hours on the mind control projects that he has knowledge of, and that he believes everyone needs to hear about. For his whistleblowing, he reports retaliation; he speaks about being surveiled and sniped at and targeted with microwave weapons. With his bodyguards, he says, and high-level detection equipment, he is able to protect himself.
Mentioning his Cherokee heritage, he says he is speaking out now to avert the horrifying future planned by the New World Order–which seeks to microchip, robotize, and degrade all humanity–he says there is a need for us to learn the truth of the dark realities in our midst: “We are all truthseekers on the same path, brothers and sisters walking toward the Light of Truth.”

THE most important conversation I’ve had this year on Ramola D Reports, although every single conversation I’ve had here on these podcasts has been incredibly informing, illuminating and inspiring.
Jeff Godwin, film-maker, documentarian, activist, journalist, who has often helped inform UK police on matters related to the occult, makes no bones about informing those who are targeted today that they need to take decisive action in 2018 to inform their local police stations that unlawful, covert harassment is underway, and that the wrongful, defamatory malignment of targets as pedophiles, prostitutes, terrorists, and violent extremists–favorite ploys of Local Law and fusion centers, in conjunction with Black Ops Military Intel and other Intel agencies keen on human-trafficking citizens into lucrative weapons-testing and neurotech experimentation contracts in the UK, US, Europe, and elsewhere, worldwide–warrants investigation and verification. This is a way of undercutting plausible deniability, he says, and a means of letting local police know that the public knows what is going on, that they are being notified, and that their inaction or complicity will indeed blow up in their faces shortly if they don’t step up and take action.
Jeff also suggests that TIs (“Targeted Individuals”) need to stop thinking of themselves as victims–even as they are indeed being severely victimized by pathologically power-hungry Intel agencies, Black Ops cops and their bosses–and start making notifications, demands, and taking direct action to inform the public they are in danger too of the neuro/EMF technology being used on them. Tabling at public events, getting in front of the White House, Capitol, Parliament, including asking President Trump #What About The Memo? publicly, getting right in “their” faces with information and evidence for the public is what is guaranteed to bring results, he says. He cites the case of Damian Green, UK parliamentarian who was sacked a few hours after a vocal demo in front of Parliament a few short days ago.

In this November Update–toward the end of which she presents her views on Blockchain–Seven of Soulutionaries Media Network presents the Grenfell Tower Fire Report, an 80-page report she co-authored with Roni Nicholas which examines in detail the several anomalies surrounding the fire at Grenfell Tower in Kensington, London, on the night of June 13 into 14, and which finds, “undeniably a mass murder and crime against humanity of mammoth proportions,”uncovers the criminal conspirators behind this fire, and offers solutions to combat this criminality and hold the corporate and Satanist perpetrators accountable.
Seven, who has been on Ramola D Reports a few times, discussing the Grenfell Tower fire and her own case of epic intellectual property theft within the entertainment industry, touches a bit here on this case, where she sued ten corporations in the media and entertainment industry and won, yet was not compensated, nor experienced a return of her stolen copyrighted property. (Instead, as many may recall, she was targeted and persecuted extremely by this industry.)
Additionally, Seven discusses the recent claim she filed against Genesis Housing Association, which she says has been targeting her for years, and most recently in life-affecting ways such as with the destruction of her boiler, tampering with her water supply by re-routing her water pipes and sending poisoned, murky water into her water system, erecting and leaving stand a scaffolding which permits strangers to lurk just outside her windows, and now threatening her with eviction.
Filing this claim has involved experiencing corruption at the hands of the judicial system; describing different aspects of this claim and highlighting the legal procedure which should have occurred, she shows how the court, in an act of open corruption, has blatantly fudged the dates of her submission of the claim and receipt dates so as to disallow her follow-up claims of default.
Targeted criminality continues, as new media gigs pop up out of nowhere, sporting fairly obvious ID theft as they strive to take over the name and identity of Seven’s Soulutionaries Media Network and Soulutionaries TV Network with “Solutionaries TV Network.”
Highlighting the importance of speaking out against corruption and crime, Seven points to her long campaign against slavery and human trafficking in the UK, which has now garnered headlines and come to national attention.
Is the tide turning in the world against corruption and entrenched criminality? Many signs point to this welcome possibility, including Blockchain technology, which Seven describes a little, to show how the ideology behind Blockchain offers a foolproof method of honoring and nurturing autonomy and sovereignty in any industry and any human endeavor, whether it be banking, publishing, or media—a subject to be focused on further, in succeeding podcasts.

Real Talk with Ramola D and Ahmad Enani is a podcast series that has been in the works for some time now, stymied for quite a while by excessive sabotage attempts centered around massive cyberhacking on all sides. As you’ll note however, particularly in the first video, which we ran on Google Hangout, we pushed through despite obvious tampering with my video feed and Ahmad’s audio feed, set-up audio delays, and consequent disjointedness. We think this evidence of sabotage of our very first podcast is historic, related quite possibly to Google’s close connections with the CIA, and related as well to the fact that each one of us, particularly both hosts, is being surveilled and obstructed quite heavily these days as we expand our True Media and journalism efforts, in the interests of keeping the world informed.
Ultimately, we think, these glitches are a reflection of the video platform we used, and a reflection on the selective viability of Google Hangout and Youtube. For our second video as well, where we recorded from Skype, and uploaded to Youtube, delays in uploading and downloading were excessive. Unforeseen glitches developed, prompting us to re-examine the intention of launching our series with these two videos. We continue to research better platform options, and will aim to improve audio and video quality as we go along.

Active in radio and new media journalism, he is an activist for human rights and targeted individuals all over the world with a deep understanding of the web of conspiracies that saturate our present world.
Ramola D is a writer, journalist, and activist investigating issues related to 21st-century science and technology, ethics, and human rights in relation to surveillance, military contracts, and non-consensual experimentation. The much-awaited Global TI or “Targeted Individual” Survey announced on Talkshoe several months earlier and reported here has been launched this past week under the peerless technical direction of top NSA whistleblowers William Binney and J. Kirk Wiebe, with a video podcast and conference call.

All “Targeted Individuals” worldwide, not just in the USA but from every continent and country—Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, South/North America, the United Kingdom, Hawaii – anyone reporting being assaulted covertly and extra-judicially currently with military-grade electromagnetic or sonic directed-energy weapons (DEWs) and neuro-weapons—are encouraged to take the survey and provide supportive documentation related to their individual cases (more information below). Ella Felder, who runs regular Talkshoe conference calls with varied guests on subjects of interest to TIs, and Derrick Robinson, former head of FFCHS (Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance) now head of PACTS International (People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance) jointly hosted the conference call where TI organization leaders, activists, and others conferred with Mr. Binney and Mr. Wiebe to seek clarification on the parameters, intent, and methodology of the survey.

The intent of the survey, Mr. Binney notes, is “to first collect data on individuals who are experiencing what appears to be some kind of radiation effects in different spectrum – so we’re trying to collect symptoms that people have,” as well as collect scientific documentation on extant, public-domain microwave/sonic weaponry “being used for population control and riot control and things like that and governmental experiments,” tabulate bodily radiation effects documented as resultant from those devices, “then map those back to people and their experiences as we’ve accumulated in the survey.”
“Then we’ll try to put together devices that could detect those kinds of signals so people can actually begin to trace them and begin to assemble evidence and target the origin of these things so we can take it into a court of law and have it out in the open – the whole idea is to add some kind of discipline to the process so we can make some concrete statements in courts of law.” –Bill Binney
No pre-screening or filtering of the survey information will be undertaken, stresses Mr. Wiebe, the intent is to obtain raw information from all those experiencing and reporting microwave/sonic weapon assault. The survey information will be compiled by Cait Ryan’s team, who will then turn it over to technical data experts Mr. Binney and Mr. Wiebe, who will both examine the compiled data as well as re-compile the data in varied ways, as necessary, in order to more adequately analyze and understand it.
The intent is to find underlying patterns of aggregation and connection, and relate these to “open-source published information” on the biological effects of RF/audio spectrum devices and weapons from the intersecting worlds of medicine and military weapons development.
While bodily symptoms were being focused on from reporting victims, Mr. Binney agreed that “it is human rights that are being destroyed here.”
Investigating Secretive DOD/CIA Experimentation and Torture
While noting it is possible that Snowden’s million-document stash from the NSA carried information about this ongoing targeting program, Bill Binney, who said he was not in touch with Snowden, said, “I would think it is more likely CIA is involved in this than NSA – just my guess at that but I don’t know for sure.”
As to whether the survey would yield information on numbers of victims of organized torture, for use in influencing legislation, Kirk Wiebe stated:
“In response to whether we believe this is some form of organized torture, yes, it is certainly organized, it may not be thought of as torture but certainly the symptoms many people feel appear to be tortuous—that’s part of the investigation.
We know the government has the authority to conduct experiments, specifically under the Department of Defense, we know that other parts of the government will often, under the blanket of secrecy, take it upon themselves to experiment and not tell anyone.
So we’re very open-minded – much of this is dependent not on your opinion but on the facts you bring to bear—what it is each of you actually experiences, and describing that to the best of your ability.” –Kirk Wiebe
Whether the survey would seek to explore if certain groups of people are more susceptible to being targeted for non-consensual experimentation such as child-abuse survivors, the mentally ill, homeless, prostitutes, as stated by Dr. Colin Ross in his books and talks, Mr. Wiebe said:
“We have no predisposed position on any of these things, we do not wish to bias the survey–so if that’s what the results show, if people have been diagnosed as mentally ill and are being targeted, then the data should tell us that, if people are filling out the survey telling us that honestly, we should detect that in the data. We’re not against or pro that notion, I would accept your premise that it seems to be common and it makes sense the government would pick on those disadvantaged people –although it makes me angry to recognize that.” –Kirk Wiebe
On the subject of government experimentation, activist Debbie from Wisconsin asked if the survey would take into account the fact that Law Enforcement is giving out research waivers obtained from the FCC to “do research” on through-wall-surveillance radar devices, which can be waived in this way from being registered with the FCC, something she has explored through FOIA requests.
In later conversation, she shared her concerns further, prompting this writer to ask: Does this mean random private contractors—including Fire Stations, EMS Ambulance companies, whom many TIs report as stalking them–now get non-trackable access to deadly through-wall radar tracking and assault weapons, known in Law Enforcement language as “surveillance devices”? (This matter will be explored here further in close focus.)
On the call, Debbie also observed that through the 1033 program, police are obtaining military weapons. (Agreements between the DOJ and the DOD, explored here earlier and also here, in this article on secret policing in the USA, establish that local police departments are in the possession of and using both unclassified and classified “non-lethal weapons” which comprise and include DEWs.)
Validating the report of a caller from rural Maine also experiencing 24/7 intensive DEW assault, and countering earlier discussion noting that large numbers of TIs had been found to congregate around large cities like Los Angeles and New York, she noted that Sheriffs and Law Enforcement can be found in rural areas as well. She had once drawn up a map of all those targeted with DEWs in her state, she said, and found they were all located around Universities and University extensions, suggesting research connections.
Bill Binney responded:
“That’s the kind of clustering we try to understand–the other thing is, hey, if they’re handing out all these research grants, then those research grants have to be compiled and available somewhere for public viewing, we ought to be able to see some information from FOIA requests.
They also ought to have distribution of money to different individuals doing that research and where they are, they should have that, that’s got to be recorded, they can’t just hand money out without keeping a trace on where it went, who got it, and how they spent it — and maybe we’ll try to do that.” — Bill Binney
The kind of statistics they hoped to procure from the survey, they said, in response to activist Tomo Shibata’s concerns about generating numbers for use in legislation, would include the numbers of reporting victims, distribution by geographical area, state, country, symptoms, and identifying clusters and sampling, since “if you are running an experiment, how else could you focus or limit it?”
In response to an observation from Derrick Robinson that clusters of victims have been recorded in Southern California and New York, corresponding to the largest number of military-industrial-complex-related industry in the US, Mr. Binney said: “We need to see that kind of pattern showing up in other areas of the country too–if we do, we can certainly make that kind of tie there.”
Another matter of import which emerged from callers’ questions is that of confusion tactics or sensory deception which activist Eduardo Colon of New York brought into focus, asking whether the survey would cover these deliberate tactics of deception—voice morphing, organized stalking, gaslighting– practiced on those being covertly hit with electromagnetic weapons. The intention behind these, he observed, was to both confuse victims and frame them as mentally ill or paranoid when reporting being stalked or harassed by neighbors or family members, a tactic designed to discredit victim reports and keep the experimentation hidden and ongoing.
Mr. Wiebe said the survey had been constructed to obtain all evidence or symptoms pointing to exactly that kind of technique and would not exclude these aspects: “If people are writing words carefully to express what they are sensing…my sense is if people feel confusion they will recognize it, wonder why they are confused, and express that…the survey is not biased to exclude any possibility.” Multiple choice, he noted, would constrict responses, while the survey was constructed to invite free expression in text-entry boxes “where people can describe exactly what kind of symptoms they have, so yes, we are looking for that.”
Activist and blogger James Lico also touched on the question of sensory deception and targeting to induce sickness, asking if the survey would take into account that symptoms of old age or indeed any disease, such as Multiple Sclerosis or fibromyalgia could be and were indeed being induced by DEWS, and that in fact this was also being targeted at the general population. Bill Binney said he had not heard of this.
Kirk Wiebe concurred, saying:
“I would tell you that Bill and I and those of us assisting in studying the data that comes in from the survey have no closed minds, we are open to any possibility—we are generally aware that symptoms that people feel may be written off in people’s minds as “I just have MS or this or that” but may indeed be induced by DEWs from an outside source, some energy interfering with the nervous system—we are open-minded to consider all of those capabilities —it may well be there are symptoms we are unable to explain, and mark them down as requiring further study or a secondary survey to look at those particular symptoms, see if we can zero in, focus in, and gain understanding.” –Kirk Wiebe
Rosanne Schneider, author and activist, also reminded listeners about disclosures of Perception Management as being part of the DEW/Neuro Targeting and Experimentation Programs from David Voigts, the young former Navy officer and systems engineer with training in Electronic Warfare who walked across the USA last year, to bring attention to this non-consensual experimentation. “People are being compromised in such a way as to interpret events incorrectly—so when you look at the data this might be something you may be able to see. Eduardo had an excellent point, so if this program has Perception Management, that should be taken as another symptom.”
Bill noted:
“Kirk and I are fairly familiar with different techniques to manipulate and confuse enemies if you will—in terms of, in the old Soviet Union they used to call it manipulatzia and disinformatzia —it’s a way of manipulating information, manipulating people, giving disinformation, those kinds of techniques–we have been experienced in detecting these, hopefully when we look through all this data, we can pick that up in the data and even define it as a property of this entire program.” –Bill Binney
The larger intention of the survey, as noted in conversations on the video and call, is to determine the veracity of the reports worldwide of RF spectrum/sonic/neuro assault on human bodies and brains, to collate evidence for use in court cases and media reports, and establish definitive analyses possibly to present also to Senate committees, in order to publicly assert the reality of covert assault, whether operational or experimental, on humans worldwide, with military-grade RF and sonic and neuroweapons—putatively by Intelligence agencies and the military– and to publicly demand these programs be stopped, as well as litigate for them to be stopped.
“Our intent is to publish those results to get credibility among media. Right now we’re hearing the media doesn’t give this community credibility. We hope to make a difference at least with some of the media we know and have credibility with. We hope to open that door even wider and show we are bringing objectively-obtained data to bear on this issue.”–Kirk Wiebe
Agreeing with Ella’s summation of statements from the survey-video that their overall objectives include notifying the Press, the medical community, and the political arena, meaning, Congress and elected officials, as well as all survey respondents and the general public via a website, both whistleblowers stressed the importance of bringing this matter to the courts.
Mr. Binney said:
“My point is sue the bastards in a court of law. That should have happened with the CIA in the ’50s and ’60s with all the experiments they were doing on people who didn’t even know they were being experimented on – these people belong in jail, they don’t belong in government!”–Bill Binney
On response to a question from Ella Felder as to whether they also believed there were some criminal elements or rogue groups involved, Mr. Binney responded: “Within the government you mean? Industry certainly has a potential part in this,” and Mr. Wiebe noted, “It’s hard to distinguish where the criminals are. It seems like criminality cuts across even government these days!”
Surely Mr. Binney echoes most of us who are wide-awake today with his close: “Certainly, it’s the greatest criminal organization in the country!”
“We Are Going to Guard This Information With Our Lives”
Surely too, Ella Felder echoes the sentiments of TIs worldwide as she closed out the call, thanking Mr. Binney and Mr. Wiebe “for doing this work and protecting humanity as a whole.” Slawek from Poland who called in earlier thanked them too, saying Europeans being targeted with electronic weapons were grateful, and had been waiting for the survey to be launched, as also did Paolo Fiora of the United Kingdom, who asked about who would be notified about the results of the survey.
Many other callers proffered valuable information, including Frank Allen who offered details on how to safeguard the data obtained, Rosanne Schneider who warned against sabotage and recommended logging all instances of such, and Neal Chevrier who runs Citizens Against Harmful Technology and offered up all the results of his various studies, analyses, and documentation over the years including information on possible RF technologies being used on TIs and relevant detection equipment.
Dr. Ed Spencer, retired neurologist, noted that “Torture is not the issue here, I think Mind Control which is hidden is the main issue—because that’s the real political power there—and 5G is a major aspect of the Mind Control.”
Dr. Spencer asked also about scalar waves that cannot be blocked, if they “may be part of the V2K and other intrusions into the brain.” Mr. Binney stated later he was not knowledgeable about scalar technologies in terms of “range in spectrum, properties, effect on things.” Mr. Wiebe concurred, adding he believes “scalar research is insufficiently mature to be of use to us as a means of applying energy from DEWs.” He stressed, however, that “the survey does not preclude any source from being considered in our effort. We begin with symptoms/signatures, then look for candidate technologies that appear to fit.”
Kirk Wiebe also made an important request to all TIs, to underline the importance of participating in this historic survey.
“I had hoped for an opportunity to say to those who are listening to this phone call, please be aware if anyone tries to convince you not to take this survey, be very leery of anyone trying to talk you into the idea that we are untrustworthy in some regard or that the survey is flawed.
As prima facie evidence of someone trying to sabotage our success, I don’t know how else to say it—Bill and I had to come to grips with the idea, or (the) challenge, how to know whom to trust when we blew the whistle—and we clearly discounted anyone who tried to dissuade us from blowing the whistle on wrongdoing. And so I just caution you, if anyone tries to talk you out of taking the survey, they should be high on your list of being suspicious, for such a person.

In a no-holds-barred radio interview with Rob McConnell of X Zone last week, Karen Stewart, whistleblower and former Intelligence Analyst with the NSA, in relaying her personal story of retaliation at the NSA, described a systematic program of stalking, COINTELPRO, and covert oppression with directed-energy weapons that she says she, like numbers of other “Targeted Individuals” are now experiencing, in deadly programs of retaliation and experimentation initiated by Intelligence agencies. She observed that currently there are people in the Intelligence Community who are worse than ISIS terrorists. “I think that the Intelligence Community now is full of people who are of much greater danger to the free world than ISIS.”
NSA HQ, Fort Meade, MD
Ms. Stewart, unlawfully fired after 28 years of experience with the NSA, and denied rightful promotions as well as full retirement benefits commensurate with her level, has initiated an EEOC lawsuit against her employer for discrimination. The entire story behind her termination, covered here earlier, involved both the wrongful crediting of a critical six-month series of Intelligence reports on “Operation Freedom” she authored, to much internal acclaim, to another NSA employee, as well as the uncovering of in-house promotions for sexual favors to upper management.
Her internal whistleblowing at the agency led to a series of events which included unscheduled psychiatric evaluation, aggressive verbal provocation just prior to a sudden polygraph evaluation, and dire threats of being turned over immediately to the FBI for investigation should she refuse this polygraph. The NSA polygraph examiner, Joe, had in fact “verbally ambushed (her), yelling threats and insinuations of guilt”. (She had then requested taking the polygraph another day with another, non-abusive polygraph examiner). More overt threats were made: The NSA Security psychologist threatened to review (over twenty years) of Ms. Stewart’s successful past routine psychiatric evaluations in order to “find a problem,” if she did not drop her request to the NSA Inspector-General to investigate the theft of credit of her work and the double promotion it garnered.
Since leaving the NSA, Karen reports stalking, surveillance, and house break-ins by NSA Security, and photo-stalking by personnel from the Navy Security Group whose headquarters were now co-located at Ft. Meade, Maryland with NSA Head Quarters, in the Directed-Energy Weapons Directorate.
Starting in late 2015, she reports being hit also by covert electronic-warfare Directed-Energy Weapons at her residence in Florida, a continuous 24/7 assault that began after a Twitter exchange about 9/11 with Bill Black, Jr., a former Deputy Director at the National Security Agency. “There is Something Horrifically Wrong Inside the Government Inside the Intel Community and It Needs To Be Rooted Out”
These directed-energy weapon assaults, related to radiation and sonic weapons, she notes, are not confined to her alone, and constitute a shared experience of targeting and covert remote electronic assault reported today by growing numbers of Americans, and thousands of citizens worldwide.
In response to Rob McConnell’s observation that her story appears to spring out of an Ian Fleming novel, and his subsequent question asking why she was coming forward under her own name, not even striving to preserve anonymity, she responds:
“First of all I have nothing to hide. Second of all, it’s not just my story, it has opened up a window into something that is really horribly evil-–and it is affecting a lot more people. It showcases that there is something horrifically wrong inside the government inside the Intel Community and it needs to be rooted out. Because I will tell you right now, that I think that the Intel Community now is full of people who are of much greater danger to the free world than ISIS.”
Thousands of Innocents on the Terrorist Watch Lists, Subjected to Abusive Targeting
How could the Intel community get away with covertly assaulting whistleblowers with directed-energy weapons? Karen Stewart explains the connection between terrorist watch lists being drawn up by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the incredible system of covert abuse and absolute sadism with stealth radiation weapons now being meted out to hundreds if not thousands of Americans, and citizens worldwide, offering some rather terrifying insights into questions of who is being targeted and why.
“Well, apparently they’re using the Terrorist Watch List and a purposeful misinterpretation by the Intelligence Community to put random people on the List–people with specific genetics they’re interested in, like people who have autism—and they’re throwing in as well, whistleblowers, anybody who is a dissident patriot, pro-Constitution, onto the Watch List, as well as random people to bloat it –in order to justify their existence and the explosion of Security contractors—but they are also using them as experiments. People don’t know it but the purposeful misinterpretation says they no longer have Constitutional rights, they no longer have human rights, and that you can experiment on them and kill them at whim—using these devices—and I understand some of it is also medical experimentation—but I know the people who are developing these weapons are using this kind of wrongful persecution to find out also what kind of person dies under which kind of directed-energy weapon.”
Karen suspects that she herself has been subjected to this assault not merely as harassment but as a “slow-kill…to prevent the lawsuit from coming to fruition.” She says that like many others being abused in similar ways, she cannot get help from the police, who dismiss meter readings of elevated EMF levels, on orders, she believes, from the NSA, not to provide any assistance to her. “They are doing this all over the US, its not just NSA, its the military-industrial complex.”
Still beating the old, worn-out drum of “mental illness,” as recently covered here, she relays how the Fire Department Hazmat team, when shown her Trifield EMF meter readings of non-ionizing microwave radiation in the danger zone, responded, unhelpfully, by bringing a Geiger counter to check for ionizing radiation instead, upon which Deputy Matt Sears informed the Fire team not to pay her any attention, on account of her “mental illness.’ Ms. Stewart has since filed a complaint with the local Tallahassee Fire Chief, which included a mention of her husband’s own connection and service to Fire Departments, given that, coincidentally, he works for NFIRS (National Fire Incident Reporting System) under FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). She relates that she mentioned this fact to highlight her informed concern from his years on the job that the Fire Hazmat team of the capital of Florida, in being unaware of Geiger counters’ inability to measure electromagnetic radiation, reflected an inadequate Hazmat knowledge and a response that was substandard. She freely admits, “It was also a bit of name dropping to say, look, my family has someone working along the same lines too–that is, to show family connection, to maybe garner some basic respect?”
When Will Congress Step In to Right These Wrongs of Abusive, Wrongful Targeting of Innocents and Deadly EMF Weapon Use on Citizens?
Karen reports that she has not attempted to contact Secretary Clinton nor President Obama about these abuses, because she has concluded they are indeed a part of the problem and the abusive system they have let stand currently in place, although she has sought to send information to Donald Trump. More importantly, she is also seeking to connect with Congressmen and women of integrity who will show courage in stepping forward to tackle this nationwide travesty of justice; her ongoing efforts to reach this minority are reflected in this letter, posted here earlier, and signed by more than a hundred Americans and international residents, where she notes:
“I feel that now is the time to present this letter, with as many signatories as possible, to as many in authority or of influence we can find, who still care about America, and are the philosophical and moral progeny of our Founding Fathers – men and women of conscience and courage who will fight the real enemy within.”
Especially inspiring, for all others being wrongfully and abusively targeted as she is, are Ms. Stewart’s visions of next steps. She says:
“I am being encouraged to speak out, speak out, speak out–and I’m hoping that maybe someone will start an investigation, hoping that maybe Congress, Senators will start to de-fund some of the nebulous programs which have these programs hiding within them.”
I do know someone, an advocate, who has contacted a particular politician who knows about these terrorist watch lists being filled with innocent people and he’s investigating what the US Senate and Congress are trying to do—to find a way to let people appeal to be taken off the watchlist—there is currently no appeals process.
If anyone saw Congressman Trey Gowdy interviewing a DHS official, he was asking her about that specific thing: Once somebody is on the watchlist who has been put there by mistake, what is the appeals process to get off, and she said there is none. And he said, there is none?—so no-one innocent on the Terrorist Watch List has a means of getting off it? and she said, there is no way for anyone to get off the Terrorist Watch List.”
Tellingly, this riveting interview was frequently interrupted, with Karen being cut off at key points including when talking about EMF weapons being used on her, which she said “will kill you, they can give you cancer, they–” (cut-off).
Noting that she has no definite knowledge and only surmises, from her current experience of being targeted with stalking and assaults with EMF weaponry, that she too has been placed on this Terrorist Watch List, she bases her conclusion on others’ similar experience.
“I’m assuming the way we are being treated, we have compared notes, we are being treated the same way–there is no way this is a mass hallucination–we are being abused and assumed to be bad people, we’re being stalked and harassed, and when you go to the police you are blown off. We know the police are here to protect and serve but if we bring something like a hit-and-run or vandalism of our car in our own driveway, they blow it off and they are rude. We are all on the same list and it has to be the Terrorist Watch List.”
Clarifying that NSA surveillance is meant to be directed at foreign suspects, Karen spells out that the mandate of the NSA is only to surveill foreign agents on foreign soil, and that as soon as a foreign agent enters the US, intelligence analysts are required to cease all email and phone surveillance and turn this over to the FBI—since they don’t have jurisdiction. Similarly, when an American goes overseas, if they find out the person they are surveilling is American, they have no jurisdiction to surveill since the person is an American, and are required to stop all surveillance. In actuality, however, as all of America and the world is aware now, and as former Technical Director William Binney recently noted, on InfoWars, the NSA is engaging in mass full-spectrum surveillance of pretty much everyone on the planet, in an apparent bid to control populations worldwide.
“When I found out there were so many people out there being experimented on I had to get out there and talk….As God is my witness everything I have told you is either true or I sincerely believe it to be true….I am speaking out because there are many people who cannot speak out because they are being tortured and they still have to make a living and guard their children.”
I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but this is a heads-up to all those others out there who are braving all in their exercise of free speech to bring the rest of us the real news regarding what is going on in our world today. Whether it’s about black budgets or UFOs or natural cures for cancer or speaking out about the horrors of war in Gaza or Palestine or Syria, or just posting your views, posting links: you know and I know that our paranoid “Intelligence” community is watching our every move with eagle eyes.
Some of you are aware they’re following us in police cars and unmarked cars, flying helicopters over our heads in buildings and parking-lots, waiting for us in libraries, backdooring their way into our phones and laptops, reading our words as we type them, while doing their best online to keep our words from reaching anyone with all sorts of trolling and defaming and spoofing of pages and whatnot, listening to our conversations, sticking surveillance gadgets in our homes, etc., etc.
Sudden Mysterious Illness? Could Be a DEW
There is something else that is going on though, and I have been thinking of writing this note for a while. At too many blogs these days I have been reading about people (writers) suddenly developing mysterious and chronic illnesses, often of an abrupt and hazardous nature: pulmonary clots, heart attacks, Carpal tunnel syndrome, mini-strokes, migraines. Writers and their families and their friends suddenly develop inexplicable health problems. People I know have reported mysterious bouts of nausea, sprains, joint pains, virulent colds and coughs that won’t leave, bronchitis, sudden cancers.
You may be assured that the entire community of “Targeted Individuals” in the world who are currently sustaining remote attacks with Directed-Energy Weapons are aware of what is Really going on.We are All being targeted, and writers/media of every kind especially are coming under Intensified attack currently (as the Cabal in its dying throes lashes out in desperation, presumably, to suppress the unsuppressable awakening of humanity).
DEWs –which have been made portable, and can be aimed from satellites just as much as from your neighbor’s car–can be very easily hidden, apparently. (DEWs are military weapons using radio waves, microwaves, scalar waves, infrasound, ultrasound; they have been under testing for a while, and there are thousands nationwide and worldwide who are reporting the experience today of the assault of DEWs, via the felt experience of electromagnetic signals on their bodies. Parked cars on the street or in public parking-lots, mercenary “soldiers” working for the globalist surveillance state/NWO camped out in neighborhoods, co-opted and compromised neighbors, along with a surfeit of satellites and domestically-used drones, undisclosed “non-lethal” neuroweapons being used surreptitiously on “domestic adversaries,” young kids–college kids, high school kids–recruited to execute the tyranny–with cell phones, masked apps, backpack brigades, mailmen and utility men working for the CIA, cell phone antennas on utility poles, antenna “repeaters” on sides of houses, kids “harvesting” your EMF signature in stores, in line, anywhere: it has become shamelessly easy to launch covert operations on a mass scale in neighborhoods and in public, and particularly targeting certain of us.
Preston James has noted this ongoing phenomenon of covert assaults in his articles at Veterans Today; in her conversations with Alfred Webre, Leuren Moret has spoken of how Berkeley is being used as a prototype community for these weapons–it’s the same in Boston though, and from what I read, the same in Chicago, L.A.–all over the US.
Targeting with DEWs May Coincide With Your Genetic Profile/”Plausible Deniability”

Plausible deniability–hallmark of covert operations and an avid tenet of dirty surveillance– is always key; you might well find you are replaying your parents’ illnesses and marking it down to genetic inheritance; Carl Clark, ex-CIA has spoken of how important deciphering people’s genes and genetic markers is, to the CIA (who love “Plausible Deniability”). Do you go to the doctor? Have you done a blood test recently? One that I did (under duress, at the onset of my being targeted, on my medico-sister’s insistent urging) 2 years ago required the drawing of 3 vials of blood: 3 vials? But what does any doctor need with 3 vials of blood?(One for the CIA/NSA/DIA/DARPA, one for the FBI, one for the lab.?)
We are living in the age of Extreme Biometric Surveillance, where ALL our DNA is being stored and mapped in NSA databases. Be aware that–especially in the US, with the way all our privacy laws have been shredded to bits–it is not difficult for the Military/Surveillance community to get a hold of your DNA, just as much as your EMF signature, and to tailor neuroweapons to your DNA, and your EMF brainprints. (Your brain and heart EMFs, as also the bio-resonance signature of your nerves and organs, can be read remotely; tailored genetic weapons exist.)
Find Out If The Signal Is External
Whatever it is, if you/or a family member are suddenly acquiring a strange health problem–even, or maybe, especially, a nervous twitch of some kind (there are remote Neuroweapons in operation–they target nerves/the nervous system/the spine/the brain)–please find out if you can stop the symptoms by blocking any external electromagnetic signals with a piece of metal (stainless steel/brass/copper from your kitchen will do).
I highly recommend aluminium bubble-wrap/Reflectix–an insulating material you can get at Home Depot, just to hold up against the offending part, to determine whether you’re really developing your grandmother’s gout or whether a thug from outside is sending micro-pulses to your knee. By whatever mechanism, you can hear the hits of external pulses as they penetrate the layers of metallic foil and air; doubly audible if a piece of steel is enclosed between two layers of Reflectix. It’s Not Ascension or “The Energies,” It’s a DEW
