THE REAL STORY: NSA Whistleblower Karen Stewart Addresses the Rotary Club on Treasonous, Criminal Stalking & Harassment Watchlist Programs Run By FBI, Infragard, Fusion Centers

In a short series of emails headered THE REAL STORY and sent to the Washington, DC Rotary Club this week, NSA Whistleblower Karen Melton-Stewart addressed the Rotary Club on the subject of treasonous and criminal watchlisting programs being run by the FBI by way of its community policing organization, Infragard, and in collusion with fusion centers—a subject she has frequently spoken about in interviews and online forums as well as written about in articles, flyers, and letters, and also addressed directly to the FBI, in a previous candid letter she penned to Infragard-running FBI, “America’s Unconstitutional Brown Shirts.”

Evidence of the extreme corruption engendered by revolving-door policies between corporate contractors and government personnel, as well as the out-of-control growth of the secretive and self-protecting Military Intelligence Industrial Complex, these covert but well-padded “Targeted Individual” programs yielding profit to corrupt insiders have involved the persecution, torture, and targeted killing of Americans–and citizens worldwide, through international contracting agreements. Top-level employees in the FBI, NSA and other Intelligence agencies have been involved, it appears, in approving and running these programs, which Mrs. Stewart informs us currently President Trump intends to clear out.

No secret to the discerning readers of The Everyday Concerned Citizen, these programs—which include electromagnetic weaponry usage and bio-telemetric surveillance–have long been the subject of discussion on podcasts with whistleblowers, scientists, authors, and reporting victims at Ramola D Reports and in articles at this site, and were revealed to President Trump shortly after his inauguration in January 2017 in the Memorandum to President Trump on US Domestic Torture Programs Running Under Cover of Surveillance. Whistleblowers from the FBI such as Geral Sosbee and Ted Gunderson have spoken about these programs, as also whistleblowers from the CIA such as Barbara Hartwell; a recent podcast interview, Report # 106, with Geral Sosbee and Barbara Hartwell published once more the truths about Surveillance abuses being reported both by whistleblowers and ordinary Americans.

Additionally, police whistleblowers have recently come forward to Targeted Justice to reveal the involvement and centralized command of fusion centers in the running of these “gangstalking” and illegal targeting and physical assault programs with anti-personnel or “non-lethal” weapons. Security service personnel and paid stalkers have whistleblown as well, as these linked videos featuring Justin Carter and Nappy Head Roots’ interview with a young paid stalker illustrate.

Rotary Club Endorsement of FBI Infragard Coordinator Kara Sidener Occasions Question

Occasioned currently by confidential information provided to Targeted Justice of the DC Rotary Club’s recent endorsement of Washington, DC’s FBI Infragard Co-ordinator and Special Agent Kara Sidener as well as of Infragard’s community policing and covert money-making harassment programs, Mrs. Stewart reminded the Rotary Club that criminals in the FBI and Infragard have long been engaged in treasonous activities targeting innocent Americans and trafficking them under public-private partnership contracts into stalking, harassment, and murder programs—some, as this writer has discussed often, and whistleblowers like Dr. Robert Duncan have confirmed, now involving DOD Field Weapons Testing of Electronic Warfare weaponry, DOJ Neurosurveillance, and other Military/Intelligence/Academic terminal non-consensual Neurotechnology/Medical implant research projects–while also taking out life insurance policies on them (the latter discussed to some extent by this writer and Ahmad Enani in Real Talk True Media podcast Episode 1 and Episode 2 with Karen Stewart and Midge Mathis, founder of Targeted Justice).

While community “policing” has drawn many into these barbaric harassment programs against people of integrity targeted by powerful criminals for neutralization using Government mechanisms, many educated Americans remain oblivious to their existence, primarily because they are not covered by large human rights organizations and establishment media, which it now becomes clear are also linked to selfsame powerful crime syndicates. These latter –such as the New York Times, Washington Post, Vice, The Daily Beast, Wired, and recently the Dr. Phil show–are focused instead on amorally covering up evidence of these programs for the FBI/CIA/DHS/NSA/DOD and dispensing Disinfo Propaganda with a blanket charter of ridicule aimed at disappearing reporting victims under the label “Targeted Individuals.”

Karen Stewart notes that these extreme targeting and harassment programs have provided the fusion centers and FBI a bogus means to socially control communities and repress outstanding individuals, while obtaining high-octane budgets for their continued, false and baseless “war on terrorism.” Mrs. Stewart was herself subjected to the horrors of these programs after her internal EEOC complaint of internal negligence and corruption at the NSA—in denying her a double promotion and credit for her award-winning work—was retaliated against with untoward psychiatric evaluations, organized stalking by NSA Security, FBI, and Naval Security, as well as anti-personnel DEW use to extreme and deleterious effect, on the scale of unprecedented persecution with military weaponry reported also by other whistleblowers from the FBI and CIA. FBI Whistleblower Geral Sosbee recently opined that such persecution is directed through abuse of powers at FBI against thousands of innocent Americans.

Reminding the Rotary Club of the new inquiries into the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Towers and mass murder that day of thousands of Americans, Mrs. Stewart also enclosed a forwarded email on the subject of genocide, because it is being understood by many that these watchlisting progams with their deadly train of abuses mounting to massive crimes against humanity are nothing less than programs of genocide.

In her first communication with the DC Rotary Club, Karen Stewart offers this new information of forthcoming repercussions, that “President Trump has amended the Manual for Courts-Martial to include the military arrest and military trial of criminal FBI, Fusion Center, and InfraGard and their partners involved in the fraud Watch List scam as treasonous enemy combatants.”

While many still report to this writer (this week) that these targeting and stalking and harassment programs are in full swing today–even through the current partial government shutdown–it is to be hoped these criminal and unethical programs are rapidly being brought to an end.

I am making a special report today on the situation regarding Omni or Phillip Douglas Walker. I have been in touch with Omni/Phillip for about two years I think, and was introduced to him, if I recollect correctly, by actor, filmmaker and activist Ahmad Enani, with whom I ran a few podcasts last year under the header Real Talk True Media. Ahmad is also reporting aspects of non-consensual neuro-experimentation which defy imagination and sound absolutely extraordinary to the regular reader of Science news put out by such mainstream and CIA-controlled publications as the New York Times and the Washington Post, and will, I hope, publish his own testimonial and story with me in a print interview and podcast soon.

Omni98cover I have covered non-consensual neuro-experimentation as reported to me by various people, both here in the USA and in the UK and in France, and elsewhere.

I have listened to the testimonial of many others who are not keen to publish their names yet or who shrink from publicity.

I recently wrote about my exposure to and understanding of ongoing covert neurotechnology operations on world populations, with whistleblower and documented military evidence of DEW bio-effects on humans in my Investigative Reporter Statement for Frederic Laroche, a human rights activist in France who is reporting criminal entrapment today in relation to his own activism reporting current-day neurotech crimes.

Make no mistake, the military and Intelligence powers who are running these unethical covert sacrifice-torture operations on humans today appear to see their experimentation as precious, legitimate, and justified under the covers of “National Security” they are using as blanket cover worldwide, or are perfectly aware they are committing crimes–these neurotechnology/AI/Robotics experiments involve Trauma-Based Mind Control and nonstop physical, brain, and psychological trauma being meted out to their victims, AKA Non-Consensual Human Test Subjects, and every single victim of these Mil/Intel/Mercenary crimes reports Torture, Extreme Bodily Invasion & Privacy Invasion, Trauma, Social Isolation, and Psychological/Spiritual Attack--and are acting to cover up their crimes of Torturing Humans by seeking to frame and suppress all activists and victims via Incarceration/Criminal Entrapment or Incarceration/in Psychiatry or both. Every activist working in this area in particular reports one or both of these, and is familiar with these sorts of entrapment and psych-commit attempts being run on them.

Phillip Walker/Omni has also reported psych-commit attempts: this is the way in which the black ops agencies running these ghastly programs of major neurotech torture seek to control the public image and public profile of their victims. As long as the average Joe thinks someone is “schizophrenic” or “paranoid delusional” or “having hallucinations,” they are easily convinced that person needs to be medicated or force-medicated as the case may be and, most importantly, must needs be dismissed each time they mention anything related to the neuro-experimentation they are being subjected to non-consensually. This is standard military and Intelligence practice; I will dig up some references and post them shortly; I have personally read about “destruction of reputation” as being a necessary factor and SOP in non-consensual experimentation in a military manual addressing military research.

Because I have been in touch with him on Skype for so long (we text frequently), I can attest to the fact that Phillip is careful with the truth and reports what he experiences in the most truthful way possible; he is quick to correct misunderstandings or misperceptions and has in the past always sought to clarify what he is reporting such that I can understand exactly what he means and transmit what he means, rather than putting an overlay of meaning or personal interpretation over his reports that might misrepresent his reportage.

Are we prepared as a species to permit a small group of insane neuroscientists and AI scientists and supercomputing scientists/no doubt working at the behest of Luciferian bankers with world-control aims and agendas totally take over our human bodies and brains, one by one?

Phillip Douglas Walker is currently in desperate need of media coverage, rescue, and restoration to his own authentic intrinsic human self. Note that these figures do not cover those targeted by aerosols, Morgellons, war, weather warfare, false flag terror, or other c/overt horrors being visited on one and all today; in that sense as Dr. Rauni Kilde has stated, “We are all targeted individuals now.”

It is in firm resolve that these American and global State crimes of torture and barbarism using supremely inhumane and invasive radiation technologies and neuroweaponry wrongfully named “non-lethal” and farmed out by the Department of Defense to the Justice Department under Memoranda of Understanding in 1994 as well as being used via an electronic control grid involving celltowers and satellites, and via military weapons-testing contracts need to be stopped cold that coverage here on this subject continues. People with unhinged mindsets have created, approved, developed and rolled out these ghastly “counter-personnel” Spectrum weapons; humanity does not have to be held forever hostage to them.

Abstract

According to a civil lawsuit filed in 2014, it appears that the FBI refers to Targeted Individuals as “Non-Investigative Subjects,” and lists them on the Terrorist Watchlist. The U.S. government added more than 1.5 million names to its Terrorist Watchlist in the five year period between 2009 and 2014. They are adding about 300,000 names each year. This concerns many human rights organizations, who say that the government has become too aggressive in its efforts to keep the American public safe. By 2018, we can estimate that about 3.4 million names are on the list, many of them American citizens. One of the issues that came out from the lawsuit was the FBI’s nomenclature of “Non-Investigative Subjects.” If someone has not committed a crime, has no known terrorist affiliations, and they are not under investigation – why are they on the list? For Targeted Individuals, this means something. They already know they are not being investigated for a crime, they have been targeted for an illegal, Deep State program that involves stalking, harassment, and microwave satellite attacks. This is the list where the names are held and local police departments have been instructed to refer all such contacts to the FBI and CIA. The police chiefs of most cities in America are trained by the FBI.

In the 2014 lawsuit, according to attorney, Gadeir Abbas, the FBI is “literally putting people they decided not to investigate on the federal government watch list.” According to the FBI, about 5% of the terror watchlist is U.S. citizens, and the majority of those are not being investigated for anything. We can deduce by 2018, about 170,000 U.S. citizens are Targeted Individuals. If it continues to grow at this rate, about 15,000 are added each year. The term “Non-Investigative Subject” can be used on a FOIA request.

Introduction

A lawsuit filed in 2014, appears to show that the FBI uses the Terrorist Watchlist to hold the names of persons that are being targeted or persecuted. Local police departments and the police chief, who has been trained by the FBI, are instructed to refer all such contacts with listed names – to the FBI or CIA. Targeted Individuals are referred to as “Non-Investigative Subjects”, meaning they are not being investigated for a crime, and they are not suspected of anything, yet their name continues to be on the list. If you are a Targeted Individual – your name appears on the Terrorist Watchlist. This is why the local police department will “lose” any report that you file.

Approximately 1,600 nominations are suggested daily, 600 names are removed and 4,800 records are modified by the U.S. intelligence community. Part of the problem is the number of errors on the list:

“The Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General has criticized the list for frequent errors and slow response to complaints. An audit by the Office of Inspector General found that 38% of a 105 record sample contained inaccuracies. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has said it is redressing errors, and a 2006 review of the No Fly List reduced its size by half, from 71,872 records to 34,230 records.”

If names are added to the list, with little fact-checking or corroboration, that would also indicate its pur pose is different than what the FBI has stated.

Though housed within the FBI, the TSC is a multi-agency organization, including representatives from the United States Department of Justice, the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Department of Defense, the United States Postal Service, and various private contractors. There are about 245 million adults in the United States. At a rate of 170,000 per 245 million, we can estimate the population of Targeted Individuals in major cities.

This represents a rate of about .07%.

World population is about 7.6 billion, as of 2018, versus 326 million in the U.S.

From this, we can also deduce that the numbers in India, China, Russia, ad Brazil are probably similar ratios to what we see in the United States.

If we include the number of people being tracked as relatives and family members, this gives a global TI count, that is in the millions now.

It is clear that the vast majority of U.S. names on the Terrorist Watchlist list, should not be there. And if they were really suspected of criminal intent, the FBI would have already arrested and charged them. Consider the massive effort the FBI has put into investigating Fake Terror Plots. (See my ebook: “FBI – Another Fake Terror Plot”) There is no shortage of FBI agents to fabricate and set up fake terror plots. So clearly, if someone is really involved in a criminal plot, the FBI would have lots of agents to throw at it.

The FBI was attempting to force Gulet Mohamed to become an informant and work for the FBI. He refused, and his name appeared on the Terrorist Watchlist and the no-fly list. This is another example of how crooked the FBI has become.

For such names that have been on the list more than 1 year, it represents an obvious contradiction to the list’s stated purpose and the supposed intentions of the FBI. The U.S. Constitution should protect against such government abuses, and this is a perfect example of the FBI’s blatant corruption. Is it any wonder that President Trump has stated the FBI’s reputation is in tatters?

How are they able to track millions of people at the same time? The technology involves the precise tracking, navigation, and timing from a geosynchronous satellite. The timing systems on the satellite can accurately measure the time it takes to reflect a microwave pulse on the top of your head, so that the precise distance to the top of your head is known within .5 centimeters – that is less than 1/4 of one inch.

Dr Bill Deagle has a video on youtube, describing his experience at Schriever Air Force Base. According to Dr Deagle, “the computing power at Schriever AFB is greater than the entire rest of the world put together, by a very large order of magnitude.”

Again, there is only one organization in the world that has the technology and the computing power to do this – Air Force Space Command in Colorado Springs.

Is it possible to bribe a crooked FBI agent and have someone put on the Terrorist Watchlist? Yes. And that may be how some people are put into the Targeted program.

Whistleblowers and political activists are common targets for the CIA and FBI, because they cause so much damage to these criminal agencies. Which is precisely why we want to recruit and encourage more whistleblowers. I am a proud whistleblower and I would gladly do it again. If you are a prospective whistleblower, I hope you will consider how much good you can do by exposing the criminal acts of the CIA, Air Force, and FBI.

The satellites are only operated by Air Force personnel at Schriever Air Force Base. No one else in the world has access to the satellite control stations. The CIA provides most of the budget and funding for these illegal satellite operations – it is billions of dollars. The satellites alone are worth more than $60 billion dollars – this information comes from the website for the Air Force Space Command.

Described in this short ebook is an estimate of the numbers of Targeted Individuals in the United States. From this, we can also deduce the large percentage that are silent as critics or have been silenced. Many of these people are financially broke or homeless. This gives us all the more reason to protest, publish, and blow the whistle. The main thing the Deep State is worried about is – whistleblowers.

Is France, like the United States of America, like Switzerland, like Belgium, like Germany, like Poland, like Canada, like Australia, like New Zealand, and numerous other countries of Europe, North America, Asia, and other continents, now practicing totalitarian State repression KGB and Cheka-style with the use of political psychiatry?

It would appear so, if Frederic Laroche‘s experience is anything to go by. A talented and experienced software engineer with a background in teaching high school science, Frederic Laroche has worked for several years as a human rights activist on the behalf of French residents who have in recent years fallen prey to the same kinds of programs running wild in all the no-longer-democratic or now-only-superficially democratic countries mentioned above—organized stalking, covert assault with directed-energy weapons or DEWs (also called psychotronic, electronic, non-lethal, or microwave weapons), and non-consensual enrollment in neuro-experimentation programs—trademark evidence of covert extrajudicial surveillance and experimentation by globally-operative Intelligence agencies working hand in glove with national Security agencies, military units, and local police and governments.

These are manifestations of the global surveillance state run apparently by Bilderberger central bankers & technocrats, secret-society cultists, Freemasons, Satanists, Paperclip Nazis, Zionists, operatives from the Vatican/City of London/Washington, DC as a global shadow operation ensconced inside the governments of countries, which the Mainstream Media mouthpieces for the CIA and MI5/MI6 and Mossad in the US and UK and Europe have proved openly now they will not dare to report.

But will indeed bolster and conceal apparently with distortions, lies, omissions, and elisions in reportage; the New York Times, for instance, distinguished itself with such faulty and flagrantly deceptive reportage in recent times, as also did the oddly Satanically-named outfit, The Daily Beast, both seeking to discredit the reporting victims and witnesses of 21st-Century covert assault with EMF Spectrum/Neuro-weapons and organized stalking—a group inclusive of highly-educated and accomplished researchers, whistleblowers, and activists. cialies

Such media deception relies on the offices of that old State tool, Psychiatry, and perhaps we should not marvel at the fact that one government propaganda tool relies on the concealing bulwark of another—indeed, one historically used to support Terror operations run by governments and Secret Services such as the Cheka (Secret Police) in the Soviet Union and the Stasi in East Germany.

We should, however, hold both Psychiatry and Mainstream Media accountable for the crimes of mass deception and duplicity—and for the wilful destruction of large numbers of individual lives. If psychiatrists are merely ignorant, not complicit—as some suggest—it is time they educated themselves then, on the realities of modern electromagnetic weaponry and modern Stasi and Cheka-style Intel-agency-run stalking, persecution, surveillance, and experimentation being practiced by the global surveillance (Mafia) state.

Railroaded by French Intelligence and State Psychiatry

In April 2017, Frederic Laroche sent informative letters to French government members covering the realities of extrajudicial targeting with EMF/Neuro -weapons in France. He enclosed supportive information from Dr. Katherine Horton, ex-CERN physicist and founder of the Joint Investigation Team, an international team of experts exploring the wrongful use of DEWs and military neurotech on civilians worldwide. Shortly after, in May 2017, he was wrongfully detained by local police in Grenoble, France on the basis of a trumped-up charge of assault of a pedestrian with his automobile, after what appears to have been an entrapment operation run on him on May 2, 2017 by actors working for the French Intelligence services. He was then remanded by order of the town Mayor, judge, and Prefet (the Police Commissioner) to a local psychiatric institution where he was forcibly dosed with very high quantities of an anti-psychotic, which caused him to experience intensive back, spine, and neck paralysis, inability to breathe, and near-comatose blankness of mind. Because he demanded that this drug be stopped, the dosage was reduced; the attending physician informed him “We cannot give you nothing.” His continued stay at this facility was curtailed only on the assessment of the attending psychiatrist, who has “let him go” on the condition that he return every month until September for a mega-dose of another anti-psychotic, intended to sustain his physiology for the period of a whole month at a time. This drug, he reports, muddies his concentration and focus, blanks his initiative, degrades his cognitive processes, dampens his mood, and renders him inactive. The reason for this drug? To quell his “delusions,” according to the either-ignorant or -complicit psychiatrist, who wishes, apparently, to convince Frederic that electromagnetic weapons and French Intelligence chicanery do not exist—an unfortunate delusion she perhaps is trapped in, that is, if she is not overtly colluding with French Intelligence herself.

Neuro-Mapped and Neuro-Experimented on at Hewlett-Packard: From DEW Assaults to Assassination Attempts

In Part 2 of his narrative (linked below), Frederic details the history of his targeting and surveillance, starting at his parents’ home in suburban Grenoble in 1998 when he noticed he was being followed, and then being hit with strange abdominal and other pains which seemed to coincide consistently with the at-home presence of a neighbor. Putting his scientific background, logical thinking and sleuthing skills to good use, he embarked on a process of careful observation and inquiry which revealed to him the nature of the stalking, surveillance, and eventual neuro-experimentation he realized he was being subjected to as he worked in different jobs in Grenoble and across France, being hit with DEWs everywhere he went.

In an open work-floor space at Hewlett-Packard, he learned (from various sources, including a manager, in addition to his own eyewitness and personal encounters) that the strange group of newcomers in the adjoining rows who seemed intent on his every word, phrase, emotion, and action comprised French and American Intelligence agents engaged in neuro-mapping, and that their primary subject was himself. On Bastille Day one year, watching the city fireworks, he overheard one of his stalkers say to another “He will leave with this memory of the fireworks.” Later that night, he suffered an electromagnetic beam attack to his brain, which felt, he said, like brain-death; forced to wake out of medicated slumber, he learned that moving his head and body helped him to escape the beam, in what he records now as a distinct assassination attempt.

In an unexpectedly dramatic conversation which follows his subsequent departure to Istanbul, Turkey, and a tragically repeated experience there of stalking and DEW assault at a camp ground, culminating in a despairing attempt to take his own life–as a logical response, he says, to the endless, unstoppable stalking and DEW/Neuro assaults he was being subjected to all over France and even across borders–Frederic details how he was actually stopped in this attempt and assisted back to recovery by his very stalkers, to whom, apparently, his life and continued availability for DEW assault and neuro-experimentation meant something.

Despite many years of post-WW2 hegemony over the World, it now seems certain that the Khazarian Mafia’s secret World Zionist System and their Globalist NWO Plan is now checkmated and has become a Titanic headed for an iceberg.

The private City of London Banksters are also known as the secret World Zionists (WZs).

These World’s worst criminals and mass-murderers are the leaders of the Khazarian Mafia (KM).

We now know for certain that the KM is a large, Worldwide inter-generational secret Luciferian occult system of unimaginable evil based on ancient Babylonian Talmudism known as Baal Worship.

This secret inter-generational Baal worship is also the hidden cause of the Bolshevism, Nazi-ism, Mao-ism and the Neo-Bolshevism that now rules the USG and is a parasite upon the American People and most of the World.

The KM is characterized by the use of private KM central banking with fake money. They have used these debt-notes to entrap the World into debt-slavery.

They have created: an elastic unlimited source of funny money they have used to buy, bribe and own elected officials; wars engineered for increased power, profit and cheap access to resources accompanied by mass-murder and maiming of thousands and even hundreds of millions; drug trafficking; pedophilia; sex-slavery; and secret Satanic rituals including child torture and their blood sacrifice.

The Select Few who are the KM leaders also serve as the top several Policy-makers in America and are best referred to as the “Select Few”.

In 1913 the Khazarian Mafia (KM) was able to hijack the American Monetary Creation and Distribution System which then provided the KM with an unlimited means to buy, bribe, own and control almost every member of Congress and most USG Officials.

This 1913 KM hijacking of America resulted in the UnConstitutional and criminal creation of their private Federal Reserve System. Today under existing RICO laws, the FRS easily meets all the definitions of a criminal RICO crime syndicate as does their owner and controller the Khazarian Mafia.

But neither the FRS or the KM has ever been brought to justice because of its massive unbridled money power to buy, bribe, corrupt and hire contract hitmen to sanction anyone including Presidents who come after them.

That is, until recently until they KM used Israeli Intel and Dual Citizen Traitors in the USG to attack America on 9-11-01 and have now been exposed for this false-flag action designed to manipulate Americans into fighting another war for Israel, the KM, its associated large defense contractors and Big Oil.

These perps never expected to get exposed for this but they have.

Certain “loyal to America” sectors in the Pentagon and American Intel want them brought to justice one way or another for this mass murder of 3,000 Americans that day and the later deaths of 39,000 first responders and nearby residents that died from the air pollution it caused afterwards.

In addition there are about 70,000 locals that are fighting for their lives from strange cancers and lung disorders from the 9-11-01 attack and cannot get any justice because of a crooked Federal Judge who is owned by the KM and is an American Dual Citizen Traitor…

Truth nuggets like: the KM attacked America on 9-11-01 using Israeli Intel and Traitors inside our gates in the Pentagon including the Administration, JCS, USAF, NORAD and the FAA; Sandy Hook was a two-day DHS/FEMA Capstone Drill which was actually a false-flag attack on the Second Amendment with no dead kids and nobody dead at all; or that ISIS/ISIL/Daesh/Al Nusra, Al Qa Dae (aka “Al CIA Duh”) all mercenary groups created, trained, supplied, paid and commanded by Israeli Intel, the US Administration, a powerful Zio faction of the Pentagon now assisted by Senator John McCain (head of the influencial Senate Armed Services committee), and the Bush Crime Cabal aka the CIA, all set up to create much needed enemies to stoke the US and NATO military machine on behalf of the KM and its main Action-Agent and Cutout Israel in order to further the Greater Israel Plan and make massive War profits for the large international Defense contractors who kick back plenty of money and perks to most members of Congress through K Street lobbyists and various foreign based espionage groups (which including at least one from Turkey).

The KM has now been quite unexpectedly checkmated in Syria by the increasingly powerful Russian Federation and its super-statesman Vladimir Putin. Putin is supported by over 90% of his citizens and a growing number of Americans view him as the ideal President, the type they long for.

This man Putin is actually working hard and very smartly to protect the interests of the citizens of the Russian Federation. Something we have not had since the Bush Crime Cabal aka the CIA assassinated JFK for the KM Banksters, Big Oil, Defense Contractors and the Pentagon.

Something odd appears to be happening in Oregon. Ranchers accused of setting fire to BLM land are reporting BLM having set fire to their land. Disturbing to hear of cattle being trapped by fire. Are You a Conscripted Neighbor/Community Member? Don’t Kid Yourself: This is Assault

In the United States today, these are the criminal activities of aggression, harassment, and assault that these neighborhoods and communities are committing against select individuals, even if they believe they are merely “following orders” and helping the US Military/Intel agency complex/Homeland Security aid “national security” by participating in Pre-Crime “neurological behavior modification” of the select individual painted as incipient criminal:

“Concealed electronic monitoring” is Physical Assault. This activity, of assisting Intel agencies/the Military with continuous surveillance, keeping tabs on someone with a GPS app on a cell-phone, tracking and trailing this someone in stores and malls, while sitting in a car-line at a child’s school, while shopping, while waiting in a lobby for a child’s piano class to end, or at a skating rink during a skating show, or a musical, or a play, pretty much anywhere and everywhere, including taking a walk in the neighborhood—is in fact conveying co-ordinates so as to permit the continuous and immediate “neurological monitoring” or invisible assault of the individual with Directed-Energy Weapons being aimed at them, from a neighborhood ground vehicle, a neighborhood “stake-out” house or apartment, a satellite or other means. DEW assaults are deadly, inhumane, and physical. The name these weapons are concealed under is Non-Lethal; the fact is these weapons are deadly and inhumane. They inflict pain, damage, disease, and death–as all victims currently attest to today.

Color-coding and mimicry of conversations is Psychological Assault: Wearing the exact same colors the individual wears, swarming and crowding in stores, repeating thoughts, words, and actions of the select individual–picked up by covertly planted microphones, video-cameras, and remote-control Electronic Warfare Support neuroweaponry–all aspects of the Dirty PsyOps employed by the Military and COINTELPRO–comprise Psychological Assault. Please note, PsyOps, by their military definition, aim to use “Plausible Deniability” as their defining trait–these are all small, idiotic actions, they all cower under Plausible Deniability–for who can prove that someone wearing a certain color or saying a certain thing means anything at all–& you Have heard of coincidence, haven’t you? (Yes, in the art of concealing acts of terror, as their manuals reveal–the military and CIA are very clever.)

Constant Surveillance–being manipulated by the Information Network they are all “hooked” into to follow, watch, snapshot, and stare and glare at the individual is Blatant Harassment.

Traffic Actions--again, manipulated by the central Artificial Intelligence (computerized) Information network to perform–traffic pull-outs, sitting in cars with engines running and headlights on, aimed at the individual, traffic cut-offs, parking obstructively, pulling out of driveways obstructively--all part of Dirty PsyOps–is Psychological Assault.

High Volume Action–again, as directed by AI–shouting and yelling in neighborhoods, holding conversations at abnormal volume, loud saw and power tool action, setting up–or permitting Intel agencies to set up continued loud work on houses in the neighborhood of the select individual–is Blatant Noise Harassment.

Highly Educated Individuals Also Co-Opted and Consenting–Why?

The mystery is: Why are communities co-operating with this obvious criminality and complete insanity? The intelligent and educated among those co-opted–and everyone around a selected “Targeted Individual” is co-opted, including the highly-educated–must know that what is going on, what they are being asked to participate in, is highly unusual, even bizarre, and doesn’t make sense.

Do they really believe the lies they are being fed, that this particular individual is a Massive Crime waiting to happen?

Do they believe they are absolutely helpless in the face of the Gargantuan Surveillance State that is America today? Are they told–by the NSA/FBI/CIA/DHS/Fusion Center Personnel (which include State/Local Police)–that they “have to co-operate” and do they then cave in without questioning the legality of voluntarily engaging in physically and psychologically Assaultive/Abusive/Harassive/Hate Crime behavior against an individual?

Or are they Volunteering to co-operate? Are they Choosing to co-operate, thinking they are in some way protecting themselves from the untoward malice of the State, which they can clearly see being directed at their former friend/colleague or current neighbor? “We’re looking for some Community-Minded individuals to help us with our investigation and make sure we are keeping the Community safe for your children and your family.” “Oh, I can help, Officer!” “Count me in!” “Just tracking and surveilling? Oh, I can do more!” “Willingly, Officer!” “Just say the word!”

Do they fancy themselves Citizen FBI and Citizen NSA and Citizen CIA and Citizen DHS? Entirely possible. Some of us have been sold a bill of goods here in the US about the need for disproportionate amounts of “national security” and about needing to act with the constant fear of “terrorism.” Some of us may actually believe our normal-looking neighbor or community member is an incipient or extant terrorist, an “enemy of the state,” a criminal in the making, a delusional paranoid schizophrenic with Delusions of Government Persecution–or whatever other unsavory label we are handed by the real FBI/NSA/CIA/DHS/DIA or whoever contacts us with their highly classified “Secret” notification on this person.

Many of those who persecute “Targeted Individuals” reporting EMR/Sonic neuroweapon assault and community abuse seem to do so with particular zeal, throwing themselves into their surveillance and (transparent) FBI-style-“entrapment”-attempts with visible excitement and enthusiasm. The real question is: Are they Being Forced to Co-operate–by the Secret Police (Intel agencies), citing Color of Law in some way–or are they finding themselves Volunteering to Co-operate, thinking they are facing a Legitimate government, a Legitimate investigation, and Legitimate harassment presented benignly as “Behavior Modification” (echoes of CIA/MKULTRA here deliberate) or, less benignly, as “Deterrence Operation-Preventing Crime,” or even less benignly, “Continuous, Concerted, Concealed Electronic Monitoring” (reserved for the most hardened criminals?

The fact is, communities are being co-opted. People are completely consenting to abuse individuals in their midst. They are doing this with absolute impunity, absolute commitment, and absolute lack of shame and moral courage. For this is how America is being lost. When communities do not stand up and refuse to consent to persecution, then that persecution will continue. (Just look up the Stasi and Zersetzung in Germany. The Red Terror in Russia, the Campaign To Suppress CounterRevolutionaries in China. The Holocaust.)

Communities Are Being Robotized–and Manipulated by Artificial Intelligence Networks

There is a secondary aspect here that must not be lost sight of. Communities are being robotized in this way–they are being manipulated, by the Secret Police, to act on cue, to act as ordered, to act as directed-–to go out in the street Now and shout to their family and neighbors Now, to pull out power saws and grind Now, at high volume for an hour, to mow their lawns Now, to climb up on their roofs Now, and hammer and saw there, with abandon, to bang their car doors Now, to drag their trash cans Now, to back out of their driveway Now, to wear maroon and magenta Now, to pull out in front of the neighborhood “TI” Now, to sweep their porch Now, dress all in Black Now, wear a red cap Now, and hold a Blue leash and walk their little dog Now, past the “TI,” take out their police cruiser and turn the sirens on and tear through a particular neighborhood Now, jump into their Fire Station truck or jeep or EMS van or ambulance and start tailing a certain person’s car Now--how is this manipulation of detail and direction not an Absolute Take Over of a community? Why are communities consenting?

American Communities Are Making This Totalitarianism Happen

The thing that American neighborhoods and communities are proving slow to realize is: they are Making this Totalitarianism happen. We are at a point in our history as a nation where we individually need to realize that the actions we individually take have a tremendous impact on what happens next. It is up to us to take a stand. It is up to us to display moral courage. If we don’t stand up today, none of our children will have a future tomorrow.

Communities don’t need to consent or cave in but in fact do exactly the opposite–find their spine and push back against the criminal overreach of a corporate police state that is covertly (and overtly) targeting activists. Think about it. Without the complicity and co-operation of the ordinary American living his or her life in suburbs, in cities, in rural areas, the Secret Police (Military/Intel)–which wishes to remain secret apparently–doesn’t stand a chance of either continuance of their dirty Secret Ops or continuance of secrecy. They know this. Hence their elaborate campaign to deceive and dupe people into acting alongside them to persecute “targeted” individuals–without deception and duplicity, they cannot turn people against each other, they cannot divide and conquer, they cannot blatantly zoom about in neighborhoods pointing lethal neuroweaponry at people, and telling people what’s being aimed at their “TI” neighbor is “non-lethal” and “harmless” (if, that is, they’re telling anyone anything about using covert weaponry at all), they cannot continue to run this dirty covert civil war in our neighborhoods.

The moment that Americans begin to wake up and recognize how they are being played and by whom, they should also realize they can take the power of the Secret Police away. They, the people,are the power. (If this were not so, Homeland Security or whoever is running this Torture show, would not be bothering to co-opt them, via deception or any other means.) They are the power the State is malevolently using against “TI”s, and against themselves. They hold the future of America in their hands.

Do people really believe it’s not going to get worse, for them, if they comply?

Those of us who can see clearly what is happening–and who are already being assaulted, covertly and overtly–can see clearly it’s going to get a Whole Lot Worse, if people keep on complying and don’t say No Now.

And all those among us who are hiding behind compliance, afraid to “make waves,” to directly and clearly oppose the Police State, wherever they are, whatever they are asked to do, are going to find they are Never going to be protected by this State–the technology the State is using against “TIs” is indiscriminate and can be turned on every single American, and indeed one day Will be turned on all of us eventually (don’t you think they have your DNA/iris scans/brainprints by now?), if whole societies don’t rise up now and stop this profound evil sweeping all of America today--they are technologies of Mass Control and the people wielding them on us are indeed aiming at Mass Control.

As John W. Whitehead notes in his book’s title, America is the Battlefield. You and I–the ordinary American–have become the unwitting, involuntary warriors. The new civil war rages through our various consent-givings, our denials, our misplaced beliefs in Intel agency/Military integrity (while it wages MilDec and PsyOps on us), and our own individual actions.

Never forget the Germans who betrayed their Jewish neighbors. That is absolutely where we are today.

It’s Time to Withdraw Consent

It’s only when Americans begin to stand up individually in their own communities and firmly say No to fusion centers/FBI/NSA/DHS personnel seeking their “co-operation” in assaulting any individual in their midst–essentially in personally running COINTELPRO ops on this person–that real change will begin to happen in America. A simple No, from one person, will indeed cascade to many persons saying No–history has shown us that’s how it works. And today, theories of Morphic Resonance–discussed here in the post Your Cool Calm Centered Intention… –also tell us it does actually work that way.

A simple No would encompass a lot, and accomplish a lot. No, we don’t consent to abuse anyone else, no, we don’t consent to being deceived or influenced by Intel agencies showing us false files on people, no, we don’t consent to being used and abused ourselves, no, we don’t accept being robotized or manipulated or directed constantly in our every little behavior.

And today’s the day to wake up and ask yourself: Are we going to assist the totalitarian state–which is going to crush All of us, not just Some of us–or are we going to do our little. individual bit to restore democracy? It’s absolutely the time to figure that out. Your Individual consciousness counts.

One TRILLION Dollar Lawsuit Filed Against MSM For “Staging Sandy Hook Massacre”

(N. Morgan) In another shocking twist in the Sandy Hook saga, Filmmaker and Author William Brandon Shanley Launches Wave of Lawsuits for more than $1 Trillion Against Big Media Over Sandy Hook Massacre Coverage.

Here is Mr. Shanley’s Statement:

“After exhaustive research, the good news is that overwhelming evidence reveals that no children or teachers died at Sandy Hook two years ago. For relief, I have filed lawsuits against the media in US District Court in New Haven for Fraud and Terrorism. Here is an example of our abundant evidence, Exhibit D: The Connecticut State Police dash cams record no evacuation of children from school at critical moments: https://youtu.be/rqcaaE6aFX8 — Smoking Gun evidence no children died at Sandy Hook.”

Mr. Shanley is the producer of The Made-for-TV Election starring Martin Sheen that analyzed media coverage in the tectonic Carter-Reagan election of 1980. He is also the author of books on quantum physics, including Alice and the Quantum Cat (2011). Dr. James Fetzer, whose 35 articles on Sandy Hook for Veteran’s Today qualify him for the highest investigative journalism awards, and School Safety Consultant, Wolfgang Halbig, whose investigative expertise as a former Florida State Police officer, and loving attention as a former principal, makes this case’s particulars comprehensible to all, will be called as expert witnesses.

Mr. Shanley’s Complaint states, in part:

Defendants entered in a multi-year conspiracy, meeting in groups separately and together, to commit fraud and terrorism, i.e., to brainwash the public into thinking a lone gunman drill known as the “Sandy Hook Massacre” was real, when in fact it was a staged FEMA National Level Exercise Event that redirected government resources to terrorize the public. These crimes were undertaken with the intent of subverting the US Constitution and to affect national, state and local laws. This fraud involved lying to the public, faking news, publishing one-sided news reports, censoring reality, suppressing facts, and deliberately skewing the news to shift public perceptions.

The true costs of this breach of integrity and trust to society are unfathomable. Instead of fulfilling their Constitutional Role as the People’s Surrogates and being honest brokers of information, the Plaintiff will show how the men and women who dominate the TV news industry in the United States broke laws, besmirched the First Amendment, their Constitutional role as government watchdogs, and forfeited the right to report the news, and thereby profit from news production and distribution. The sine qua non of journalism is the search for truth. Our Fourth Estate chose a different path. Punitive damages of one year’s annual revenue from each Defendant are being sought to establish a News Trust, that will free journalism and restore trust and integrity to our communications sources. A democracy cannot survive this tyranny over human consciousness.

The New York Times, the Associated Press, the Hartford Courant, and the Newtown Bee are being sued for 10 billion USD, punitive damages, in a separate Complaint.
