In an expansive move to provide a viable alternative to the long-standing and ongoing “Global Depopulation Policy” of the United Nations that he has done much to raise awareness about, Canadian/Romanian author, scholar, historian, and activist Kevin Galalae has recently opened his Center of Global Consciousness (CGC), founded in 2013, to active public membership.
“The idea is to join forces ‘to preserve the integrity of our minds and bodies, protect our offspring and ensure the continuation of our genetic lineages while governments and the UN system wage war on fertility and longevity to complete the depopulation genocide.’”
Despite being a very young NGO, the CGC’s accomplishments to date, Kevin Galalae reports, are second-to-none.
“In the past five years, we have shattered the walls of secrecy and deception that have veiled the global depopulation program, provided incontestable scientific evidence of the use of covert chemical and biological methods of depopulation, exposed and explained every hidden aspect of the covert depopulation and coerced globalization axis around which the world revolves since 1945, changed policy in at least two dozen countries, discredited the UN system and the 189 governments that have cooperated in genocide, altered the public discourse and the relationship between people and governments, triggered a global reform of the chemical environment that will lead to the elimination of depopulation poisons, forced the Church to approve the use of contraceptives, and put the UN system and every government on earth on notice.
All in all, we have saved more lives than all old-time prophets combined and have given a future to 7.3 billion people. And we have started changing the world before we even had a name.”
Depopulation Genocide: Ongoing Policy, Not a Rumor, Not a Theory
The “Global Depopulation Policy,” a term Kevin Galalae coined to address the philosophies of “demographic transition” used by 189 countries worldwide in service to the UN’s policies of covert population control, has come under public scrutiny recently thanks primarily to his extensive scholarship and unflinching activism.
In several books—Killing Us Softly, Peace Without Poison, Survival or Extinction, Chemical and Biological Depopulation, and now his newly-released work, Depop Secrets—he has traced for a yet unaware public how the once-peace-oriented policies of the United Nations, in seeking to preserve the Earth’s resources and limit populations, have gradually led to the worldwide establishment of a covert depopulation agenda quietly endorsed by governments and involving the use of subtle, undercover methods of endocrine disruption, chemical infiltration, and immune system overload.
This agenda, covered here earlier, diabolical as it sounds, has apparently been a scheme in action for decades, embraced worldwide in different ways by governments, while populations have been kept in the dark. The vehicles? Vaccines, GMOs, chemtrails/aerosols, fluoride in public water, BPA in plastics, chemicals that act as endocrine disruptors in food additives and supplements.
The effect? Essentially, to decrease human fertility and increase human morbidity, meaning, prevent women and girls worldwide from having babies, and, at the other end, among adult populations, increase the incidence of chronically debilitating diseases, reduce lifespan, and hasten death.
All Roads Lead to Rome: 7 Billion Targeted Individuals
Kept secret by governments, sanctioned at the highest levels by religious leaders including the Pope, as per an encyclical from Pope Paul VI in 1968, these protocols and policies appear to be connected with the Vatican.
Kevin Galalae writes:
“In its 1968 encyclical letter “Humanae Vitae: On the Regulation of Birth”, the Church gave secular authorities its blessings for subverting fertility so long as diseases are cured in the process. This is the passage that betrays the Church’s complicity in genocide:
‘Lawful Therapeutic Means
15. On the other hand, the Church does not consider at all illicit the use of those therapeutic means necessary to cure bodily diseases, even if a foreseeable impediment to procreation should result there from—provided such impediment is not directly intended for any motive whatsoever.’
Moves to mandate vaccines worldwide as well as the grid of unnatural white streaks from planes leaving clouds of haze to whiten our skies are all apparently part of this Church-endorsed package.
The inevitable, tragic, yet aimed-for results continue to come in as fertility in Western countries has plummeted, diseases like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cancer have risen, the incidence of autism, particularly in the West, has skyrocketed, and increasing numbers of men and women even in their forties and fifties are being struck down by various means, including cancer.
While non-governmental groups and activists worldwide tackle varying issues, in separation, of GMOs which cause DNA-alteration and sterility, chemtrails or aerosols which rain heavy metals in nanoparticulates down on Earth and its 7-billion human inhabitants alike, vaccines which sterilize and overburden the immune system, Galalae points out in his books that all of these are tied into the overarching umbrella of depopulation policy, and need to be addressed together as such.
Raising Awareness and Growing Public Consciousness: Physicians Are Waking Up
Seeking to raise public awareness, Kevin Galalae, who has paid a personal price for his work, including being imprisoned several times by the Canadian government and being separated from his children, has worked tirelessly on researching and writing books and articles, his fervour finally paying off as medical journals have started to take notice and publish his work, and physicians worldwide have welcomed his attendance and presentations at conferences. Notably, he reports being approached three times with substantial financial offers to buy his silence, which he has obviously refused, as he continues to make his research openly available.

Last week, Kevin Galalae reported: “China’s doctors and scientists have reiterated their plea that I attend their International Conference on Vaccines in March 2017 and speak there on Methods of Depopulation and the Misuse of Vaccines.” Further presentations await: “The Chinese are not the only people who have invited me to speak at medical conferences. I am sitting on five invitations: two from the US, one from the UK, and two from China.”
In a letter inviting known friends and activists from his substantial networks on Facebook and Linked In to become active members, he further explained his vision for the Center, which would function both as an online community of like-minded individuals sharing vital information on safe organic foods and unsafe chemical ingredients in processed foods on the market, as well as eventually a physical community with its own schools, farms, and hospitals.
UN’s “Sustainable Development Goals” Euphemism for Depopulation
Galalae says he turned to this initiative as a direct consequence of his activism, now that he has realized that the United Nations and the Vatican are continuing with their plans:
“The latest official actions and statistics show that the world’s governments and the UN system have no intention whatsoever of stopping the depopulation genocide and will continue to poison us into sterility and early death until the developed world has reached optimal population levels, as calculated in the Overshoot Index, and the developing world reaches replacement level fertility.
They are committed to genocide and that is how they intend to accomplish sustainability now that the Sustainable Development Goals have been unanimously adopted. Indeed, in the absence of an enlightened population and a global replacement level fertility law, this is the only way they can accomplish sustainability.
And this means that approximately half the population of the developed world will be annihilated over the next 20 to 30 years through low fertility and high mortality and the birth of at least 3 billion babies will be prevented in the developing world over the same period of time. Our health and our children’s genetic and intellectual endowment will be collateral damage unless we protect ourselves on a daily basis.”
Yet, large numbers of people have either not learned of this or connected the dots yet.
“Since the vast majority of people refuse to believe this brutal reality, let alone do anything about it, and therefore we cannot change this international system that is based on genocide, we who are awake and aware will have to protect ourselves while continuing to do all we can to save the rest.”
Organize, Co-operate, Counteract, Create
The purpose of membership in the Center for Global Consciousness is to start a movement focused on health, well-being, and preserving the wealth and diversity of humanity’s genetic heritage. The intention is for awareness to ripple through all layers and levels of society so people can pull together around these aims, despite the playing out of detrimental policies around us, which, he says, really comprises a war. “This is a war. The authorities are the enemy and we are their targets.”
“To survive these dangerous times unscathed we have to organize and cooperate. Every individual who becomes a member will be on the lookout for foods, beverages and products in their country of residence that are free of depopulation poisons and will feed this information into the CGC’s central database that will cover every nation and region. We will all scout for food sources we can trust and that we know to be depopulation poisons free. Such products will receive the designation “Depop Free” and we will lobby farmers and manufacturers to adopt this designation on their product labels.
“We will also identify new and existing methods of depopulation and ways to counteract them and feed this information into a central database that will be continually updated since the depopulationists seek to sterilize, sicken, weaken, and prematurely kill all of us and will feel threatened by healthy people with healthy minds.”
New members are invited to draw others in, with the perks including Galalae’s new book Depop Secrets, information about the Global Depopulation program, general safety guidelines (to cover food, cosmetics, vaccines), a list of depopulation chemicals and where they are hidden, and as the organization grows, annual retreats, health care, and eventually the creation of self-sustaining organic communities replete with farms, housing, hospitals.

Yesterday, September 2, in the Three Days of Grace following September 1— the “Time of Resurrection” in the Year of Golden Jubilee— the actual States recorded Non-UCC liens against the bankrupt “State of_______________” organizations.
The first company formed to “provide essential government services” under this arrangement was The United States (Trading Company) formed by a consortium of old colonial investment companies under the leadership of The Virginia Company. These mostly-British companies continued to provide the nineteen enumerated services stipulated in The Constitution for the united States of America until 1863 when this first version of “United States” was bankrupted by Lincoln.
The next corporate actor on the stage was The United States of America, born 1868. It took over as the service provider at the federal level in that year and published its corporate charter as the look-alike, sound-alike “constitution” called The Constitution of the United States of America.
This corporation was bankrupted and bought out by creditors in 1907 by a consortium of mostly-European banks calling itself “the Federal Reserve” which operated under the name “the United States of America” and the Constitution of the United States of America.
In 1933, FDR bankrupted the United States of America (Inc.) and all the “State of__________” franchisees “pledged” the “good faith and credit of their states and citizens thereof”. Millions upon millions of Americans were falsely presumed to be acting as “United States citizens” and were “attached” as sureties responsible for paying off the debts of this private, mostly foreign-owned corporation from 1933-1999.
Meantime, other service providers were named as successors to the service contract, and in 1944, the UNITED STATES (INC.) fronted by the International Monetary Fund, a French-chartered international banking cartel, began operations on our shores and opened up fifty STATE franchises.
These “STATE OF_____” franchises have created a multitude of Cestui Que Vie trusts named after living Americans and also “International Organizations” named after living Americans and used these as a means to attach and seize upon our assets—- our names, our patents, our copyrights, our land, our homes, our businesses, our very bodies— have been mischaracterized and our identities have been stolen so as to promote fraud and false claims in commerce against us.
In comments made July 4, 2016, President Obama expressed the hope that the Republic would finally prove to be “dead”.
Yesterday we proved that rumors of the Republic’s death have been greatly exaggerated.
With the UNITED STATES, INC. under liquidation and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. under Chapter 11, the federal side of the original equity contract was “vacated” last year, leaving international trustees — the United Nations— in charge. We protested and made new arrangements for new federal service providers, establishing new Sovereign Letters Patent and issuing a new Declaration of Joint Sovereignty, naming the Native American Nations our international agents for the American States.
This countered any claim that we were not internationally represented and also kept the original Constitution in full force and effect.
The entire aim of the IMF and the FEDERAL RESERVE and numerous other banking interests has been first to defraud and mischaracterize Americans as “United States Citizens” and/or “citizens of the United States” which most of us have never been, tax us and coerce us and charge us under false pretenses, and finally, at the end of the day, mount a “claim on abandonment”—– say that our States of the Union no longer exist, that we all agreed to give them everything in sight, voluntarily, in exchange for “benefits” that we also agreed to pay for.
But yesterday, we supposedly “dead” States of America — the actual States owed the land jurisdiction of this country and every piece of dirt and stick of wood and block of cement standing upon the soil— issued our counterclaim and liened the rats and their trustees up the wazoo.
You may use the attached list of States and file reference numbers to look up the Non-UCC Lien filed for your State of the Union.
You will notice that I am named as the Executor. This is because each Constitution is a Will and it requires an Executor to execute and enforce it. As Priority Creditors, we are claiming the land jurisdiction and assets we are owed and which are insured and must be held harmless from any bankruptcy or liquidation of the “federal” service providers. The Remainder-man States on the land which were released from bankruptcy in 1999 have been re-populated by the grandsons of men who were in turn “grandfathered” into the protections of the original Constitution.
Each one of these men has formally expatriated from any presumption of “United States Citizenship” or being a “citizen of the United States”.
Check. Checkmate.
We are not going to endure another round of fraudulent involvement in foreign corporate bankruptcies. We are not going to put up with having foreign commercial mercenary armies operating under color of law on our soil. We are not assuming any debts or paying for any services beyond those which our states actually ordered. And no, we don’t care what happens to the “Federal Reserve” or the “IMF” or the “World Bank” or the “IBRD” or any of these other criminal banking cartels. We and our States of the Union are not their sureties, not their “citizens” and not their chattel.
We are their erstwhile employers, who have been grossly misrepresented, mischaracterized, and defrauded by our own employees.
It is time for this whole con job to end, the odious debts to be discharged, and all Americans to seize back their true identities.
The banking cartels were formed as corporations in order to avoid accountability for their actions. They have breached their charters and breached the public trust and operated as criminal cartels involved in inland piracy, racketeering, unlawful conversion, enslavement, human trafficking, gross fraud based on semantic deceit and more. These institutions deserve to go down in infamy, to be routed out, exposed, and liquidated for the benefit of humanity.
The media and education monopolies which have played footsie with these false “governments” need to be broken up and their assets sold off to American —not foreign interests. Only fools or traitors let foreigners establish monopolies and issue private scripts instead of public money. Only fools or traitors allow foreign corporations to dominate the American airwaves and buy up all the American newspapers, television and radio outlets. Only fools or traitors allow foreign corporations to control public education in America and dominate our universities. Only fools or traitors allow our public courts to be replaced with private courts operating as bill collectors for these same banks and corporations.
What all this adds up to is an attempt by certain parties to return to the days of Feudalism, supported by a virulent form of Commercial Colonialism and criminality that has pillaged humanity since before the Flood.
Now you finally have the chance to recognize it for what it is and put an end to it.

The end of Khazarian mafia tyranny on the planet earth is getting very close indeed. The Rothschilds and other top Khazarian Mafiosi families like the Borgia, the Medici, the Del Banco (Warburg) the Rockefellers (including the Clintons) the Bushes (Pecce) have been given until July 10th to reach a peace agreement with the people of the planet. After that a bounty of $100 million each, payable in gold, will be handed over to anybody who can arrest, and if they resist arrest, kill, members of these genocidal families.
We are hearing there is vicious infighting and arguing going on within the “family,” about what to do about this situation. As this newsletter was about to go online, we were contacted by one faction of the Rothschilds and a meeting with a White Dragon Society representative is now being arranged for this week. The meeting will discuss how to create a financial system that is good for both humanity and nature. It will also discuss creating a new meritocratic, democratic and transparent system for planning the future of our species and this planet.
To remind these families of what is at stake here is a message sent to them by a senior Pentagon official:
“I have been told from multiple sources that there is a multitude of people, (men and women) who are waiting for the RKM (Rothchilds/Bauers) to not cooperate, these people are eager to end the lives of the RKM criminals at every level. You may want to let the representative know, that this is for real and they cannot run or hide, their time is up. It is time to fold or they will all die, including their families, to the furthest distant cousins; effectively ending the evil bloodlines who have bedeviled mankind for so long. Again good luck with the negotiations. If they renege there will be consequences, major ones. That being said, have a great day.”
In the past week, the Chinese government has also contacted the leaders of other Asian countries as well as the heads of the G20 group of nations to inform them that they expect a deal to be reached between the White Dragon Society and the Rothschild family group. The Chinese are too polite to make threats but this is a statement issued by the Chinese Freemasons:
“We will cooperate with any religion, any society, any faction, any political party or any country that agrees with the principles of co-existence and co-prosperity and world peace. However, we will cut off relations with anyone who fails to agree on the goal of world peace.”
Yet another group, claiming to represent a coalition of 172 sovereign nations, also threw in its support last week for a new, inclusive financial system.
Pentagon sources are saying that German Chancellor Angela Merkel (a member of the Saxe Gotha Rothschild family) already reached a deal with the Chinese when she visited China on June 13th.
According to that deal Merkel promised to resign after Greece exits the EU and, in exchange, the Chinese agreed to rescue Deutschebank. Deutschebank would not otherwise survive a Greek exit from the EU (71% of Greeks are against the EU and only 27% support it) because it would mean a default on Greek debt which has been used by Deutschebank (and others) to create derivative mountains. These mountains would collapse once the sand of Greek debt they are built on is removed.
The other EU country where a crisis is quickly coming to a head is Italy. There Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi promised a 150 billion Euro government bail-out for Italian banks only to be publicly scolded by the Germans who said no to such a deal because they would end up paying for it. The Italians then told the Germans it was up to the Italians to decide. This degenerated into a public spat that is likely to end up with Italy reverting to the Lira and Renzi resigning, CIA sources in Europe say.
Then of course President Francois Hollande will also be forced to resign as when Italy leaves, France will also be forced by financial reality to leave the Euro and revert to Francs.
Also, Austria’s highest court ruled last week that the recent Presidential election held there was marred by fraud and needed to be held again. This is almost certain to result in the election of “far right” (i.e. anti EU totalitarianism) Freedom Party presidential candidate Norbert Hofer.
The pro-EU factions have tried to stop this disintegration by proposing an even tighter, more centrally controlled EU. They are even proposing expanding the EU into the Middle East and Africa.
Of course, given their unpleasant colonial history, you can be pretty safe in betting the peoples of Africa and the Middle East will say “thanks but no thanks.” Clearly the EU project envisioned as evolving into a Soviet Union style world government is doomed.
In this situation EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, who is apparently daily getting drunker, told the EU Parliament he had discussions with leaders of “other planets” about the situation in the EU. You can be sure the exo-politics and galactic folk had a field day with this.
In the United States as well, the Khazarian mafia is in deep trouble. The widespread uproar over Hillary and Bill Clinton’s activities is the clearest sign of this. As has been widely publicized in multiple media platforms, Bill Clinton basically barged into an airplane where US Attorney General Loretta Lynch was and had a 20 minute private talk with her. Needless to say, with his wife the subject of a criminal investigation, this meeting was widely lambasted as blatant interference in the legal system. The assumption most people are making is that Clinton threatened Lynch on behalf of Hillary.
In any case, Lynch later issued a public statement saying she would go along with what FBI career officials decide. These career officials have long made it known that if Hillary was anybody else, she would have gone to jail a long time ago. CIA sources in Washington DC say the most likely scenario now is for Hillary to be found guilty and then be pardoned by President Obama.
However, neither Hillary nor any other members of her mafia are going to be allowed to run the US again.
Multiple lawsuits about stolen elections are also making it very clear the American people are now in open revolt against brazen election stealing by the Khazarian mafia.
Pentagon sources are now saying this is part of an open, wholesale revolution going on against the tyranny of the Federal Reserve Board. One source says “Brexit inspires Texodus and Califexit” and then other states will also bail out. There will also be “Amexit from Nato, the UN and globalist free trade agreements like Nafta, TPP and TTIP,” the Pentagon source predicts.
There has also been a complete turnaround in the Middle East. As we reported last week, Egypt and Israel are now applying to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, a group that their supposed long term arch-enemy Iran is joining.
Now Turkey has suddenly made a 180 degree turn and is now re-establishing friendly relations with Russia, Israel and soon even Egypt. It looks like peace is finally about to come to that long tormented region.
The faction of the Khazarian mafia that still stubbornly wants to start World War 3 and trigger “Armageddon,” has not completely given up though.
On that front, there was some action in Moscow last week of the sort that would make for a great spy movie. Sources in the FSB as well as reports in news outlets like the Washington Post and the official Russian Tass news agency all agree there was some sort of shooting incident near the US embassy in Moscow last week. They also agree that a seriously injured US “diplomat” was flown out for emergency treatment.
The Sorcha Faal news site run by US Naval Intelligence says the Russians seized some sort of electronic device containing information about personnel in the Russian Baltic Fleet.
The Russians also immediately made a public offer to provide exact transponder coordinates to neighbouring countries for all their planes flying in the open airspace over the Baltic Sea. Clearly this was aimed at preventing any misinterpretation of Russian actions in the region.
Given the past behavior of the Khazarian religious fanatics who want to trigger “end times,” it is a good guess that yet another attempt to start a nuclear war was stopped.
What these religious fanatics need to get into their heads is that the world is not about to end, the world is about to begin or be reborn into the paradise it was always meant to be.
On that front, hopefully we will have some good news to report next week if negotiations with the Rothschild representatives go well. If not, the battle will continue until the world’s people are victorious. Planetary liberation is coming soon.

The world is disintegrating on every front—politically, environmentally, morally—and for the next generation, the future does not look promising. As author Pema Chodron writes in When Things Fall Apart:
When the rivers and air are polluted, when families and nations are at war, when homeless wanderers fill the highways, these are the traditional signs of a dark age.
Those coming of age today will face some of the greatest obstacles ever encountered by young people. They will find themselves overtaxed and struggling to find worthwhile employment in a debt-ridden economy on the brink of implosion. Their privacy will be eviscerated by the surveillance state.
They will be the subjects of a military empire constantly waging war against shadowy enemies and on guard against domestic acts of terrorism, blowback against military occupations in foreign lands. And they will find government agents armed to the teeth ready and able to lock down the country at a moment’s notice.
As such, they will find themselves forced to march in lockstep with a government that no longer exists to serve the people but which demands they be obedient slaves or suffer the consequences.
It’s a dismal prospect, isn’t it?
Unfortunately, we who should have known better failed to guard against such a future.
Worse, as I document in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, we neglected to maintain our freedoms or provide our young people with the tools necessary to survive, let alone succeed, in the impersonal jungle that is modern civilization.
We brought them into homes fractured by divorce, distracted by mindless entertainment, and obsessed with the pursuit of materialism. We institutionalized them in daycares and afterschool programs, substituting time with teachers and childcare workers for parental involvement. We turned them into test-takers instead of thinkers and automatons instead of activists.
We allowed them to languish in schools which not only often look like prisons but function like prisons, as well—where conformity is the rule and freedom is the exception. We made them easy prey for our corporate overlords, while instilling in them the values of a celebrity-obsessed, technology-driven culture devoid of any true spirituality. And we taught them to believe that the pursuit of their own personal happiness trumped all other virtues, including any empathy whatsoever for their fellow human beings.
We botched things up in a big way, but hopefully all is not lost.
Not yet, at least.
Faced with adversity, this generation could possibly rise to meet the grave challenges before them, bringing about positive change for our times and maintaining their freedoms, as well.
The following bits of wisdom, gleaned from a lifetime of standing up to injustice and speaking truth to power, will hopefully help them survive the perils of the journey that awaits:
Wake up and free your mind. Resist all things that numb you, put you to sleep or help you “cope” with so-called reality. From the day you are born, enter school, graduate and get a job, virtually everything surrounding you is notsomething you entered by free will. And those who establish the rules and laws that govern society’s actions dictate what is proper. They desire compliant subjects. Those who become conscious of the chains that bind them and free their minds and decide to disagree are often ostracized and find themselves behind bars. However, as George Orwell warned, “Until they become conscious, they will never rebel, and until after they rebelled, they cannot become conscious.” It is these conscious individuals who change the world for the better.
Be an individual. For all of its championing of the individual, American culture advocates a stark conformity. As a result, young people are sedated by the flatness and predictability of modern life. “You can travel far and wide and have a difficult time finding a store or restaurant that is even mildly unique,” writes Thomas More in The Care of the Soul. “In shopping malls everywhere, in restaurant districts, in movie theaters, you will find the same clothes, the same names, the same menus, the same new films, the identical architecture. On the East Coast, you can sit in a restaurant seat identical to that you sat in on the West Coast.” In other words, the repetition that is modern life means the death of individuality.
Resist the corporate state. Don’t become mindless consumers. Consumption is a drug. It makes us unaware of the corruption surrounding us. As Chris Hedges writes in Empire of Illusion:
Corporations are ubiquitous parts of our lives, and those that own and run them want them to remain that way. We eat corporate food. We buy corporate clothes. We drive in corporate cars. We buy our fuel from corporations. We borrow from, invest our retirement savings with, and take our college loans with corporations and corporate banks. We are entertained, informed, and bombarded with advertisements by corporations. Many of us work for corporations. There are few aspects of life left that have not been taken over by corporations, from mail delivery to public utilities to our for-profit health-care system. These corporations have no loyalty to the country or workers. Our impoverishment feeds their profits. And profits, for corporations, are all that count.
Realize that one person can make a difference. If we’re going to see any positive change for freedom, then we must change our view of what it means to be human and regain a sense of what it means to love one another. That will mean gaining the courage to stand up for the oppressed. In fact, it’s always been the caring individual—the ordinary person doing extraordinary things—who has made a difference in the world. Even Mahatma Gandhi, who eventually galvanized the whole of India, brought the British Empire to its knees, and secured freedom for his people, began as a solitary individual committed to the idea of nonviolent resistance to the British Empire.
Help others. We all have a calling in life. And I believe it boils down to one thing: You are here on this planet to help other people. In fact, none of us can exist very long without help from others. This is brought home forcefully in a story that Garret Keizer recounts in his insightful book Help: The Original Human Dilemma. Supposedly in hell the damned sit around a great pot, all hungry, because the spoons they hold are too long to bring the food to their mouths. In heaven, people are sitting around the same pot with the same long spoons, but everyone is full. Why? Because in heaven, people use their long spoons to feed one another.
Learn your rights. It’s easy to complain, throw up your hands and just accept the way things are. Unfortunately, for all the moaning and groaning, very few people take the time to change the country for the better. Yet we’re losing our freedoms for one simple reason: most of us don’t know anything about our freedoms. Lest we forget, America is a concept. You have to earn the right to be an American, and that means taking the time to learn about your history and the courageous radicals who fought and died so that you and I could live in a free country. At a minimum, anyone who has graduated from high school, let alone college, should know the Bill of Rights backwards and forwards. However, the average young person, let alone citizen, has very little knowledge of their rights for the simple reason that the schools no longer teach them. So grab a copy of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and study them at home. And when the time comes, stand up for your rights.
Speak truth to power. Don’t be naive about those in positions of authority. As James Madison, who wrote our Bill of Rights, observed, “All men having power ought to be distrusted.” We have to learn the lessons of history. People in power, more often than not, abuse that power. To maintain our freedoms, this will mean challenging government officials whenever they exceed the bounds of their office.
Don’t let technology be your God. Technology anesthetizes us to the all-too-real tragedies that surround us. Techno-gadgets are merely distractions from what’s really going on in America and around the world. As a result, we’ve begun mimicking the inhuman technology that surrounds us and lost sight of our humanity. If you’re going to make a difference in the world, you’re going to have to pull the earbuds out, turn off the cell phones and spend much less time viewing screens.
Cultivate spirituality. When the things that matter most have been subordinated to materialism, we have lost our moral compass. We must change our values to reflect something more meaningful than technology, materialism and politics.
Standing at the pulpit of the Riverside Church in New York City in April 1967, Martin Luther King Jr. urged his listeners:
[W]e as a nation must undergo a radical revolution of values. We must rapidly begin the shift from a “thing-oriented” society to a “person-oriented” society. When machines and computers, profit motive and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism, and militarism are incapable of being conquered.
We didn’t listen then, and we still have not learned: Material things don’t fill the spiritual void.
Unfortunately, our much-vaunted culture of consumerism and material comforts has resulted in an overall air of cynicism marked by a spiritual vacuum, and this generation of young people is paying the price. For example, at least one in 10 young people now believe life is not worth living. A survey of 16- to 25-year-olds by the Prince’s Trust found that for many young people life has little or no purpose, especially among those not in school, work or training. More than a quarter of those polled feel depressed and are less happy than when they were younger. And almost half said they are regularly stressed and many don’t have anything to look forward to or someone they could talk to about their problems. Equally alarming is a recent report by The Washington Post indicating that the U.S. suicide rate has increased sharply since the turn of the century, particularly among women.
No wonder many young people have such a pessimistic view of the future. But that can change. As King said, we have to start putting people first.
Pitch in and do your part to make the world a better place. Don’t rely on someone else to do the heavy lifting for you. As King noted, “True compassion is more than flinging a coin to a beggar; it comes to see that an edifice which produces beggars needs restructuring.” In other words, don’t wait around for someone else to fix what ails you, your community or nation. As Gandhi urged: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
Finally, you need to impact the government, be part of the dialogue on who we are and where we’re going as a country. It doesn’t matter how old you are or what your political ideology is. These are just labels. If you have something to say, speak up. Get active, and if need be, pick up a picket sign and get in the streets. And when civil liberties are violated, don’t remain silent about it. Take a stand!
The only way we’ll ever achieve change in this country is for this generation of young people to say “enough is enough” and fight for the things that truly matter.
I shall end as Dr. King ended his commencement address to the graduates of Oberlin College in June 1965:
Let us stand up. Let us be a concerned generation. Let us remain awake through a great revolution. And we will speed up that great day when the American Dream will be a reality.

The battle for the planet earth has taken a dramatic turn with the destruction of three major Japanese underground bases, an accelerating hunt for Khazarian mafia oligarchs, high stakes financial negotiations between the military industrial complex and Asian secret societies and more.
First about the earthquakes: it is a given on Japanese internet chat boards that the recent spate of earthquakes in Southern Japan were all artificial earthquakes. The evidence presented is that the seismographs all resemble earthquakes caused by explosions with a sudden huge shock followed by steadily decreasing aftershocks. See the links below for evidence of this:
There were also reports of loud explosion like sounds when the earthquakes hit. Furthermore, all the earthquakes had extremely shallow epicenters going no deeper than 10 kilometers, which is very rare in natural earthquakes. In addition to this, the Japanese government earthquake prediction center said they had given up on predicting the earthquakes because they did not fit any known natural earthquake pattern. The clincher however, is that the epicenters of the three big quakes were all the locations of Japanese military bases.
If you put 1812 Oyatsu, Mashiki, Kumamoto Prefecture in on Google earth you can see the military base at the epicenter of the first earthquake. There are several unusual structures to be seen there that appear to be the entrances to underground bases. It is also worth recalling that Japanese Finance Minister Taro Aso recently told American economist Paul Krugman something to the effect that the Japanese government was looking for a trigger to start World War 3 in order to save the economy.
Chinese government sources in Beijing recently told this writer they had identified an unusually intense build-up of military material by the Japanese government in recent months.
The bases hit are all located close to the Korean Peninsula where it would be easy to move large numbers of troops to the Asian mainland for a war with China. It thus appears there was a pre-emptive strike, by forces unknown, to prevent any Japanese attempt to start World War 3.
The announcement by North Korea that they had submarine based ballistic missiles was in reality a Japanese reaction to the attack on their underground bases. The message was Japan still has an intact retaliatory nuclear strike capability via their North Korean proxy. They need not worry though because nobody is planning to invade Japan.
There was also some belligerence going on last week concerning the Asian gold stashes in Indonesia. Officials at CIA Asian headquarters in Singapore last week warned the Chinese that if they tried to use their spending of tens of billions of dollars in Indonesia as a way of getting political control there, the Americans would “make a move.”
Also, in response to the Chinese offer to supply gold at a 13% discount, the Americans in Indonesia and Singapore claim they do not need it because they control a vast gold hoard near the US embassy in Jakarta, CIA agents in Indonesia say. The Indonesian government for its’ part, is laying claim to the 4000 tons of Japanese gold they say is located at the equator monument. This seems to be Indonesia’s conclusion after Vice President Jusuf Kalla secretly visited the US, Japan and China and President Joko Widodo visited Belgium, Holland and the UK. If anybody wishes to dispute this claim, they will have to be ready for war with Indonesia, the CIA sources say. However, proof of the existence of this gold remains elusive. Photographs of the site only showed construction work, not gold.
The Chinese, for their part, are getting impatient with Western, especially American, dithering on their offer to jointly set up a future planning agency and may “draw a line in the sand,” Chinese officials based in Japan say. The most likely scenario is the Chinese will simply stop accepting dollars after a certain date. The world will be offered gold backed Yuan as an alternative, Chinese government sources say.
The Chinese are not the only people getting impatient with the Khazarian cabal. In Brazil, the military, sick and tired of watching bribed politicians try to stage a coup against President Dilma Rousseff, are getting ready to send tanks to the Congress building, US Defense Intelligence Agency sources say. The Vatican is also getting on the case to ensure there is no Khazarian coup in Brazil by organizing people power, they also note. Furthermore, Brazilian billionaire and Khazarian honcho Joseph Safra, the world’s richest banker, has been charged with bribery. The charges are part of a Brazilian police investigation called “Operation Zealots,” that is going after the bribers of politicians, according to multiple news reports.
In Europe, the Germans are also getting fed up and have made a decision now to “turn East,” according to Pentagon sources. The attempt to extort money from Volkswagen, NSA spying, the refusal of the Federal Reserve Board to return German gold and the sanctions against Russia have all contributed to this German decision, they say.
Also in Europe “French opposition and brexit spell the end of the TTIP [trade deal] championed by cabal thugs Goldman Sachs and Monsanto,” one source added. In Eastern Europe, the Russians have made big moves against the cabal regime in the Ukraine. President Petro Poroshenko vanished from sight for a week and when he re-emerged, he changed Prime Ministers and suddenly became serious about implementing the Minsk peace accord with Russia. As a background to this, Ukrainian power broker, Khazarian oligarch and Israeli agent Valeriyovych Kolomoyskyi had his assets seized and he himself “may be targeted,” Russian sources say.
In the Middle East, US top general Joseph Dunford visited Egypt to help President Abdel Sisi “crush ISIS in the Sinai Peninsula and in Libya,” Pentagon sources say. The implication, of course, is that the US has decided Egypt is the most rational and reliable Sunni government in the Middle East and the US military and agencies, together with the Russians, will help them exert more influence in the region. Since ISIS is a proxy for Turkey, Israel and the Gulf Monarchies, it looks like Egypt, Russia, Syria, Iran and the US military will be working together to bring peace and rationality to that troubled region.
The fact that US President Obama has decided to release at least the Saudi part of the 28 classified pages of the 911 report makes it clear the US has decided to part ways with that regime. The FBI and the Pentagon are also planning to make sure everybody in the world hears about the Israeli “art students” found dancing for joy while filming the 911 destruction, making it clear Israel too had a big part in that mass murder incident.
There are also FBI probes going on now uncovering Khazarian mob corruption involving the New York Police Department and the New York Mayor’s office, FBI sources say. The US corporate media is also reporting on attempts by Khazarian Satanist mobster Hillary Clinton to get herself fraudulently elected, as can be seen in this New York Post headline: “Investigation into New York’s voting irregularities launched after botched presidential primary.”

The important thing to note here is that the pineal gland can indeed be detoxified, the flouride removed, and the toxins barred. Several researchers and naturopaths and yogis recommmend such things as raw turmeric, pineapple, watercress, cilantro, and, from the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, slices of raw onions on your soles at night when you sleep. Which, if that sounds just too bizarre, can be supplemented dietarily instead. Tamarind also is supposed to cleanse your pineal gland.

so one thing I want to, to remind everybody, and please look on the webpage. If you forget with the detox protocols, a few things that people should always have in their house. Um, one of them is baking soda. Like the Armand hammer baking soda that you can drink, or the original ELCA cells, not cold and flu, but the original ELCA ulcers, either one, the reason is it has, um, sodium by carbonate, which makes you more alkaline.
Okay. So when you’re more alkaline, um, nutrients can go, uh, they start to flow better in the body actually. It’s a way of, uh, increasing the, um, energy in the body. Believe it or not because, uh, alkalinity actually increases voltage because it increases pH. It’s kind of a funny thing to think about, but that’s exactly what it does.
It cures heartburn in many people, it’s the greatest allergy medicine. You can imagine it decreases inflammation and improves kidney function, um, helps the body detox. So many, many things. It actually prevents people from getting colds and flus. If you take it on a regular basis. So I highly recommend that putting it in bath water.
Um, when you take it about a teaspoon, one half to one teaspoon, putting it in a bath water, two cups of baking. So of two cups of Epson salt soaking for 20 minutes actually pulls radiation outta your. It’s pretty awesome. It’s great for, um, pulling out pesticides and different toxins like that. And of course great on your skin and even little children can take baths in this.
So it’s very, very safe. I highly recommend that because our skin is the same as ingesting something. Whatever you put on your skin is the same as swallowing. It. That’s why you have to be per, uh, really careful what you put on here. So just to remind people, when we’re growing as embryos inside the mother, our mother’s room, the stomach comes up out through the mouth and forms their skin.
So it’s one organ. That’s why the stomach in the skin are one. So I can look at someone’s skin or their nails or a tongue. And I can tell what’s happening inside their stomach because it’s the same organ. Really. That’s why you should always remember be careful what you put on your skin as, as though you’re swallowing it.
But on the flip side, that means what we’re putting in her skin. I. It’s like taking ingesting it. So that goes into, um, some of the healing oils that Gordon has. Right. So when we’re putting things on our skin, it’s like, we’re ingesting it. So we’ll have him talk about that again, too. Um, on top of that, the, uh, the caster oil, a good caster oil, everybody should have that in their homes.
I like a brand it’s many different, good brands, but I can tell you one that I buy it’s called bar B a a r.com. That is a webpage. I really love their quality of caster oil. Um, I use it topically, of course my grandmother used to give it to me when I was a kid. Whenever I was six, I learned to lie to her.
got a ticket on my mouth. Right? Of course it cleans you out. Now I understand why, because toxins make you. Get sick. Right? So I guess this was a way of detoxing the body. I don’t take it by mouth because I don’t like those memories that I had from a childhood, but on my skin. Amazing. So a little, uh, little tidbit you take Castro, you take the baking so that I’m talking about, you make it into more of a paste, kinda a consistency, and it keeps in a little jar for a long, long time.
Put it on any, uh, skin area that you want. It is no, if you do do that two, three times a day, even in a couple weeks, many early skin cancers, slough off. If you get them early enough, they’ll just leave on their own. Okay. Another little tidbit. There’s something online called B, B as in boy, E E as in Edward, C, C as in cat five, B E C five.
That also is something topical. You can put on early skin cancers. They can slough off and go away. Right. They’ve had research that proves this, but I love the caster PA uh, caster and the baking sort of paste, even like, uh, rough spots on your skin will slough off. If you’re really, um, persistent and consistent with it, dark spots will come off of your skin.
You know, women, like they will be like those kinds of things, right? Maybe men, not so much that don’t care. But, um, another use for this, you put it on a wart, especially children. You don’t like to take them to laser off warts that usually don’t work or cut ’em out, but you put that, uh, baking soda and Castero paste on the wart.
Then you have to cover a duct tape. You reapply daily, and then usually takes about two weeks. And then the ward is gone. It falls off all by itself. You do have to put duct tape on it because you have to seal it off from oxygen. So here’s two things everybody should have in their home all the time, baking soda.
So Armand, Hammer’s fine. If you look it up online, they’re gonna tell you, oh, it’s dangerous. It has. I think what they tell you like aluminum minute does not. No, it does not. That’s baking powder baking soda. So the orange box that you can use for baking is safer ingestion. You can use that. And that’s really good.
Like I said, you can take one or one half to one teaspoon a day for all kinds of issues internally, but also you can make that into a pace with a Castro well and apply it topically with different things. I highly recommend that it saved a lot of people, crazy surgeries on their skin when, um, they just had to use some of that path Castro and baking soda paste.
If you get a sting, a little, uh, bee sting, and you’re not sure if the stinger still in put that paste on it, it’ll draw it out for you. You can also. Go into a bathtub with the baking soda. andSo salts it’ll draw out the stinger if you’re not sure. So these are some ways you can handle those, um, on your.
The Elgas ultra, since it has, uh, baking soda inside of it with some, uh, vitamin C and some aspirin. So I love carrying those with me everywhere. Um, lots of people have needed ’em let’s say they have a headache. They have a stomach ache. Um, they’ve had allergies, allergic reaction, right. That’s helped. And usually in 15 minutes it works easy to carry with you.
I like that. I’ve used it on the plane. Um, all kinds of reasons you, you can use that for, so there that’s really good. So baking soda, the original formula, ELCA S’s original formula, and then also having a good caster oil in the house. The other reason, uh, you would use caster oil is something called a caster oil pack.
If you go on the bar.com B a a r.com, they will talk about caster oil packs. So anybody can use this even a kid, no matter how ill you are, you soak a cotton or wool cloth of the castor oil. You put it on, usually your stomach, um, the covers your liver, cover it with another thin cloth, then heating pad for an hour.
Um, it’s great for dissolving adhesions. It can actually shrink fibroids. Um, it’s going to detox and lymphatics of the body. It’s good for, uh, just detoxing in general. If you put it on an injury, an older new injury could be your knee, your elbow, et cetera. Overnight, just put an ease wrap around it. Usually by the next morning, it’s better already.
So these are easy ways to deal with injuries with toxins when even if somebody’s frail. Um, so the instructions for that will be on that website called B a r.com. So those are some things that I think everybody should have in their home all the time that you can treat a lot of things on your own. Okay.

Um, and, but first of all, I wanna thank you for sharing this homeopathic knowledge that’s been passed on from generations, always from, even from Abraham and from no one all the way from Adam.
This is the knowledge that God wants us to have. And it’s very easy to discover. And, you know, if we look in our family history, we can learn a lot of remedies that our, our ancestors used to use. And then God talks about, look for the old past, you know, Take the stones outta the way, look for the old waves.
Right? So, um, yeah, a little recap, uh, oil, you know, like, and I didn’t know, Carrie, thank for sharing. I did not know that the stomach grew up and created the skin. Oh my gosh. You know, yeah. So that’s something I learn every day, so it’s wonderful. But yes, um, you know, oil, your, your skin is the largest organ of your body.
And in one of the major organs, out of the five and everything, that’s oil based or pretty much almost everything that touches it is absorbed through. So when we’re buying all the creams and lotions and stuff, it’s all the extra ingredients they put on there besides the oil and the stuff that’s good for you that is actually poisoning our body and causing our liver to be detoxified as well as our skin cells and everything else you can imagine.
We keep applying poisons either we’re taking it, I ingesting it or through our skin. Same thing, really, if you think about it. So we gotta stop that and using just natural remedies, olive of oil, coconut oil, avocado oil cast oil, which is my dad told me about a long time ago for clean out your insides. You know, I live at a farm in Oregon, so is wonderful.
But the healing oil that I do make, um, is actually just Frank and sense, and me infuses. I don’t mean just because it’s very powerful. Uh, and it’s a wonderful miracle, you know, it’s available to us. Uh, it’s a, it’s it is revealed for these times because in reality, we need strong medicine against strong lies.
So while it’s, it’s good for just about everything you think of, because it’s a super anti-inflammatory, uh, when you combine Frank and sense and me together, uh, when you burn them and they create a super anti-inflammatory compound that we then trap that smoke in the oil and it becomes a super anti-inflammatory, it goes right through your skin.
And so you’re, you can deliver nutrients of all kinds through your skin. And I recommend that people do keep these things, like you said, baking sodas, what the doctors used to carry and they’re little medic bag, right? So do you buy carbonate? Right? Mm-hmm as well as other things. Um, and you know, we don’t need these things that, you know, they tell us, we need, these are all, you know, a different knowledge called sory and we can just learn that the word itself means poisoning.
So, um, then we just understand that everything that’s tied to, that it really is not good for us. Um, the, uh, the oils themselves, though, uh, last two weeks ago, you introduced me and I thank you for, uh, that was the first time I’ve done a program where I’ve explained the oils to people, and we’ve had a wonderful success, uh, raising money for your program and for helping you through this time.

I’ve heard of that one, many times, never done it myself. um, But, uh, the other thing is, uh, I would also encourage people to share that link in the video of, uh, Dr. Midday’s testimony of how the oils helped her. Um, because we’ve got a lot of response and we’ve got a lot of people, we’ve got a lot of positive feedback and, and, uh, testimonials.
And so, uh, a lot of the listeners, uh, of your program are obviously the ones that have those. So I would also encourage them if they have any testimonies, they wanna share that they raise your hand and maybe at the end of the program, you can call and people to share testimonials because that’s how we really learn, you know?
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. The skin’s pretty important. Yeah. For healing the body just, and you don’t have to ingest things like we thought we had to before, like the castor, for instance, it can be topical. It doesn’t have to be ingested. So again, it’s pretty strong potency if you ingest it orally, but you don’t have to do that.
Um right. But for dealing gut issues is a good thing to do it actually. It’s probably your first life. You can do that. And then, um, You just to know about castor oil it’s from, um, the Palm Palmer Christos plant, the Palm of Christ, one of the, one of the names that they call it and they’ve used it even in Egyptian times with pharaohs and back then only royalty could use it because it was so special.
Um, for the only thing that we do know of it in modern times is that it can incite, induce any enzymatic action in the body, nothing else in this world, whether it’s synthetic or natural that we know of can do the same thing. It’s pretty special. So, um, we don’t understand all the mechanisms of how it works.
It’s. It does work and it’s safe, applied topically. So if you’re worried about, you know, how much do you take if you apply it topically, it’s not a big deal. I like to add, uh, Gordon’s oil, the strongest, uh, concentration he has with a caster oil and, um, rubbing it together and then applying it. I put that on my leg and that’s very soothing, um, that decreases inflammation in it.
Um, and also with my, I don’t know if anybody, I had a horrible black eye, I just put it on straight. I had a little bit of Castro with that. That was amazing. In two weeks that black eye was gone and it was a pretty bad one. Um, my burns healed really fast too, as well with that. So those are the things that I’ve used the, the oil with.
Okay. My man, thank you for testimonial by the way, cuz it does help us. We gotta leave in something to use it, you know, and God does have some wonderful things out there. Of course. So even the testimonial about this. ALCA seltzer and you know, Sony by carbonate. It helps people a lot too. So I’ve helped people on the airplane, too many, not too many, many times with the ELCA seltzers.
They. Even a woman started to get an alactic reaction. I’m talking about an, the angio edema on her lips, which is not good. Right. I gave her, this is anecdotal. Don’t try things at home. Okay. But I did give her, um, I had to give her three of those packs of the original El seltzers and was able to calm it down until we got to the airport.
Um, and of course praying over as well. But the seltzers have that sodium bicarbonate, which helps reduce the inflammatory cytokines and, and reduce that, um, the inflammation. That’s one of the reasons we get these allergic reactions. So just remember if you’re not sure what you do, if you happen to have a baking soda around, try that.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t go to the emergency room. I’m not telling you that. I’m just saying it’s something to try while you’re getting emergency attention. Okay. Um, And real quick, um, just to let you know that the, the oil, the curric oil actually does the same thing. Even I’ve had people with seafood over of reactions and they know they have shes and they eat it and their throat’s all swelling up, I think.
And it actually helps, uh, alleviate all the symptoms with the symptoms. So, yeah, just, you know, it does work on that. That’s one of the things that’s a super anti-inflammatory. Kind of all purpose on that, but yeah, if you don’t have that around shutting by carbonate, anything works, prayer works best. And, um, taking a probiotic a good one every day helps reduce the, um, your susceptibility to having allergic reactions, whether it’s a food allergy, et cetera, and you have to take at least couple, couple months, I liked the ones cultural and align because they have hundreds of research studies on them.
They’ve been studied a lot. Also, if you keep them out in the heat or, you know, extreme temperatures they’re made to withstand extreme temperatures, they’re still viable. That’s important to know both of them have two different kinds of strains. So, uh, the cultural I believe is more for, so going back to probiotics, they help regulate our immune system, but they also help to induce different, um, neuropeptides and hormones.
So serotonin, dopamine, et cetera, are regulated in the digestive tract. That’s pretty. Impressive. Isn’t it because our stomach is so important. It really is like our second brain. So dysregulation of probiotics, which just about everybody has now, whose stomach is truly healthy is one of the main reasons people get these weird mood fluctuations that are not sure why are they’re getting them or even hyperactivity, all kinds of things like this, because they’re getting dysregulation of these neuropeptides of these hormones.

Ramola D: My Recommendations From Experience | Please research all herbal remedies further online, Choose what you are drawn to
I base these suggestions on my use of these herbal remedies for various purposes, for my daughter and myself –they come from Ayurveda, old European medicine, South American medicine, native American medicine. These suggestions are for detox and cleansing:
I would suggest Pau D’arco Tea or Taheebo tea, which is the bark of a South American tree used indigenously in removing all foreign objects, tumors, clots from the blood–essentially works as a cleanser and blood thinner, as do many other herbs. It also soothes inflammation and cleanses lungs, acts as an expectorant.
When seeking to heal an active problem–such as trying to get the mRNA lipid nano out or the spike proteins–3 cups of tea a day would be ideal; daily use to support could just be 1 cup.
Nettle tea also recommnended for this purpose (cleansing, thinning, removing clots)–nettle is also filled with vitamins and will support energy levels as it cleanses. Regular nettle tea will raise energy levels dramatically–please see my post here on this miracle plant: Writing News, Herbal Energy Tea for Writers, and Muriel Rukeyser.
Vitamin C — pure ascorbic acid -powder from Vitamin C Foundation.org–mega doses in range of 1000 to 3500mg (quarter to half tsp) dissolved fully in pure water will cleanse all veins, arteries of debris and support the digestive and immune systems.
Turmeric will cleanse parasites, fungi, clean the skin, clean veins–also take (1500 mg capsule) with plenty of water or make Golden Milk with almond milk/coconut milk, turmeric and a sweetener (honey is traditional but you can find a vegan alternative).
Neem Powder (in capsules) will do the same as turmeric–cleanse the skin, detoxify, and also help cleanse the liver and kidney.
Bitter gourd–as a daily cooked vegetable or in powder/capsule form, sold as Karela by Himalayan Herbs and other ayurvedic practitioners–also cleanses and detoxes organs.
Milk Thistle/silymarin in powder/capsule form cleanses and supports the liver.
Juniper berries (in a tea) will help cleanse the kidney.
Cilantro, parsley, mint will also help detox heavy metals out and support overall health. Can use in soups and salads for regular removal of nanometallics.
Five Seeds: Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Flax, Rye ground up and used 1 tsp at a time with water will cleanse the digestive system and support overall health. (A very gentle healing tea can be made from these as well; I used this when my daughter was four and suffering from persistent stomach aches and a possible parasitic infection, it healed her instantly in a couple days.)
Lots of pure distilled water with all above will help flush out toxins.
Food choices: Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, especially water-heavy such as squashes, canteloupe, and cucumber; moong dal and spinach; greens of every kind. All dals (lentils) and dried beans have a cleansing effect on the intestines and when made into soups with vegetables and spices and consumed regularly, will cleanse out long-impacted toxins in the intestines.
La Quinta Columna Scientists’ Information Regarding Glutathione and N-Acetylcysteine to Detox the Nano Graphene Oxide Found in the COVID Vaccines
These Spanish researchers have found high amounts of nano graphene (carbon nanotube lattices) in the Pfizer vaccine and say that it is the toxic graphene which is causing all the blood clotting and adverse effects, as well as giving people the reported symptoms of COVID — and that glutathione or N-acetylcysteine, precursor to glutathione, has been highly effective in treating people labeled as COVID patients (when what they may have been suffering from is just nano graphene poisoning).
Glutathione is found in many vegetables and fruit including asparagus, spinach, cantaloupe. N-acetylcysteine can be made in the body with healthy amounts of B vitamins and selenium. Please research herbal/vegetable sources for both. I will post further on this shortly.

The Growing Tyranny of Free Speech Suppression and What You Can Do
Some people need reminding that the principled 1st Amendment was written to allow the flow of free speech without government interference. The 1st Amendment allows a person in the minority to say what they want while protecting them from the opposing majority.
What we’re witnessing today on unprecedented levels is the denial of our self-expression through a number of uncompromising authorities taking away our right to free speech.
Consequentially, we’re facing a crisis where citizens’ ability to think for themselves, communicate opinions or disagreement is seriously under threat.
The growing tyranny of free speech suppression can be found:
In schools
Yes, get them at an early age so that they can be under the ruling thumb with ludicrous, moronic prohibitions and zero-tolerance policies making the schoolchildren too scared to say anything for the rest of their lives.
For example, I’m told that schoolchildren in some schools cannot say certain words like, for instance, gun (now referred to as ‘the G-word’). How will this growing word embargo affect the ability to communicate clearly?
Political correctness
Hordes of politically correct weasels and control freaks have been allowed to run amok on citizens of all ages enforcing their petty word characterizations.
Here are just a couple of examples:
Some UK hospital staffs have been severely ticked-off for stigmatizing patients: To avoid the so-called stigmatizing, ‘out-patients’ must be called ‘clients.’
Music teachers have been told that pupils cannot teach the song ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep.’ In line with political correctness it must be called ‘Baa Baa Happy Sheep’!
Reported for speech categorization
Besides political correctness citizens are getting reported for a number of speech categorizations considered to make someone feel uncomfortable, unsafe or cause offense.
College campuses are known to be the hotbed for this. Besides encouraging the snitch-community, students could be reporting each other for ‘trigger warning’,’ micro-aggression’ and ‘red light’ speech categorizations…
In schools besides hateful speech, offending ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion … teasing is now considered to be bullying. Bullying is deemed by authorities as tomorrow’s hate crime…
Social Media
Bearing in mind the effects they have on government policy, besides Google, for some time social media giants such as Facebook and Twitter (see video) have been at work on what speech needs online censoring. Taking the case where you’re not approved, deemed by these corporations as ‘anti-government speech,’ then you will be deleted on the basis of ‘extremism.’
Implications, implications??
The consequences of the suppression of free speech
1. Inability to think critically
Already mentioned, the suppression of certain words and speech categorizations will greatly hinder the ability to think critically and communicate views in an articulate manner because of a lack of vocabulary.
2. Easier to control and manipulate
As a consequence of 1, it will make individuals that much easier to further control and manipulate.
Where will it go from here?
3. Creates limited choices
Language and thought creates our reality; and when greatly restricted, our choices will in turn be based on limited or even false paradigms.
4. Breeds ‘unhealthy skepticism’
Typical of a totalitarian scenario, adhering to the establishment’s growing suppression leads to what I call unhealthy sKepticism where more and more people will become fixed, rigid and dogmatic in their beliefs. Instead of investigating, anyone seeing outside of the limited viewpoint will be ignored, ridiculed or rejected, labeled as someone to be ‘skeptical’ about.
If speech is under the control of corporations such as the social media giants (or any other mainstream media outlet) acting on government policy, then it makes it easier to manipulate the general consensus … even to the point of whitewashing dubious or criminal activities.
7. Bottling-up effect
The bottling-up of free speech could lead to violence and rioting on the streets through frustration in the desire to take action.
What you can do to protect free speech

Crunch time is coming to choose either collapse chaos and bloodshed or reboot and renaissance
Events continue to unfold at a blistering pace as the post-war world order continues its collapse while the fight over what to replace it with rages on. The biggest happening was the first meeting between a Pope and a Russian Orthodox Patriarch in 962 years. The weirdest thing about this event can be seen in this photograph of the meeting put out by the Vatican that shows a skull and bones right in the center between the two religious leaders.
P2 Freemason Lodge sources, the people who give orders to the Vatican, say the skull and bones is just a symbol of rebirth. In this case, it means both the Patriarch and the Pope believe the Messiah has returned, the sources say. However, CIA sources say the real reason the Pope was anxious to meet the Patriarch is that the Vatican wants Russian military protection to ensure its survival. Russian sources, meanwhile, say the two men signed a “Secret International Memorandum about the creation of the new planetary religion and the NEW WORLD ORDER,” and that this would come into force May 1st, 2016.
The Vatican may be feeling a sense of urgency to announce something new because the debt based financial system it has been the secret controller of is visibly collapsing. Three separate US sources, one from the Pentagon and two from the CIA, say US Corporate government spokesman Barack Obama last week, facing the collapse of the US banking system, met in California with representatives of the Rothschild Family and with Chinese elders to ask for permission to devalue the US dollar. He was told no, because most US dollars are not owned by Americans and the rest of the world does not want to see their hard earned money lose its value. Obama was also denied access to any new funding for his corporate government.
This refusal set of serious infighting inside the US power structure between a faction that wants to restore the Republic of the United States of America and one that wants to preserve the status quo. As a part of this struggle, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was murdered by means of a heart attack inducing dart, CIA sources say. Official news releases confirm no autopsy was performed and that his body has already been cremated.
Pentagon sources say Scalia was killed because he was opposed to the Paris agreement “global warming” carbon tax and because he supported a return to the Republic and loyalty to the US constitution. Replacing Scalia with a more pliable judge will pack the supreme court with a 5 to 4 majority to support carbon taxes and such things as untrammeled immigration, gun control etc.
The Catholic ethnic Italian Scalia died in Texas, home turf of the Bush clan, just as Pope Francis was in Mexico trying to ensure a cut-off of drug money to the Bush Khazarian Nazi faction. Several sources also claim that Chief Justice John Roberts, also a Catholic, himself narrowly survived a murder attempt last week.
In retaliation to this, CIA sources say Bush/Clinton mob honcho Hillary Clinton has already been secretly indicted and that Bill Clinton “has been given only a few months to live because of a brain disorder.”
There has also been an attack on the Khazarian mafia controlled Department of Homeland Security last week when private details of 10,000 of their employees were hacked and given to Pentagon and agency white hats. This hack came as part of preparations for a civil war that might follow the declaration of bankruptcy of the US corporate government, Pentagon sources say.
As a part of this, Wells Fargo Bank has been training its staff for an “emergency scenario,” where they would close branches and only allow three people to enter at a time under the watch of armed guards, the sources say. FEMA meanwhile is “beta testing bank holidays on February 18-19,” in preparation for a collapse of the banking system, they say.
The Khazarian mafia has been putting out scare stories about empty super market shelves and food shortages in an attempt to blackmail the US population into submission.
However, supporters of restoring the Republic have an alternative plan that involves cancelling debt, returning stolen assets to the people and issuing a new US currency to replace the Khazarian debt slavery instrument mis-labelled as the “US dollar.” In such a scenario, the US would declare itself not obliged to pay the unpayable international debt burden of the bankrupt US corporate government it replaces.
The Khazarian faction in the US, for its part, wants to ban cash and introduce negative interest rates. The belief negative interest rates would stimulate the real economy comes from the false assumption that paper and numbers in computers called “money” are a substitute for reality. In this view, negative rates will force people to spend their money in order to prevent it from vanishing and thus stimulate the economy. In the real world though, people know that if they put their money in the bank it will vanish so, they take it out and keep in in cash, gold, silver or anything else that actually exists in the real world and will thus not vanish through computer trickery.
In Europe, negative interest rates have failed to stimulate the real economy and instead have precipitated a death spiral of the banking system. Instead of spending more money, people, fearful for the future, are saving more and taking money out of the banking system. There are now lines around the block in London of people seeking to buy gold. Take a look at the chart on this link to see how bank shares are plunging even the gold price rises.
People are also hoarding cash because it is immune to negative interest rates. Even if the Khazarian bankers succeed in banishing cash, as they wish, they cannot banish gold, silver, diamonds and other real things.
This sort of thing has happened before many times. In the book selling district in Kanda, Tokyo, for example, you can buy Japanese World War 2 government bonds, formerly considered rock solid investments, as curios. The same is true in any other antique book district in the world. Paper is just paper when the illusion of money vanishes.
The illusion is rapidly vanishing despite central bank purchases of $12.3 trillion in assets as $8.3 trillion worth of government bonds now trade at negative interest rates, meaning the “money” is evaporating.
The word in the markets is that Deutschebank will soon go under and set off a collapse far greater than the Lehman shock of 2008. Deutschebanks’ share price has fallen by close to 50% in the past month as investors flee, fearing the implosion of its $75 trillion derivatives book backed in the real world by such things as unpayable Greek debt.
If Deutschebank goes, then it is just a matter of time before the Euro becomes a decorative paper ornament. “When Deutschebank goes, this should take down [German Chancellor Angela] Merkel, the Bushes and the big banks, who are all lashed together,” Pentagon sources say.
The British have clearly already had enough of the fascist Euro project. A recent poll of over 100,000 readers of the Express showed 92% support for leaving the eurozone.
Meanwhile, in the Middle East, events are coming to a climax. The pariah state of Israel has suffered from a 65% drop in tourism while its brainwashed, paranoid citizens hide at home from mostly imaginary “terrorists.”
Turkey and Saudi Arabia, two other Khazarian mafia controlled countries, meanwhile, bluffed to the world they were ready to send a nuclear armed army of 350,000 into Syria. Instead, when Turkey started an artillery attack on Syria, Syria went to the United Nations. With no veto wielding country willing to support Turkish aggression, the UN, backed by Russia, the United States and China, could take moves to crush Turkey and Saudi Arabia. That is why Turkey quickly backed off.
The Chinese and Russians, together with the Pentagon, understand that a long term solution to problems in the Middle East will come from economic prosperity. They also know that the Sunni, Shia split, which basically started as an inheritance dispute between cousins, needs to be ended. This will be accomplished through negotiations, not war.
Meanwhile in Asia, the Khazarian mob is taking major hits. Most notable, and something the Khazarian corporate media is desperately trying to sweep under the carpet, is the fact that the pilot from Malaysian Air flight 370 that went missing 2 years ago, showed up in Taiwan recently.
Oops! In Japan meanwhile, the Khazarian slave regime of Shinzo Abe is on its last legs. The move to negative interest rates ordered at Davos to Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda has turned into a disaster. Instead of weakening the yen and strengthening the stock market as intended, it did the exact opposite. Furthermore, just released GDP numbers for the October to December quarter showed the economy to be shrinking at an annualized rate of 1.4%. This means the fraud known as Abenomics has been exposed.
US military based in Japan, as well as Japanese military intelligence, contacted a White Dragon Society representative last week to ask for details on how to carry out a jubilee here.
The governments of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand have also all begun to cooperate with the WDS, several sources say. The Thais are also now working with the Russians to combat drugs and terrorism.
China, meanwhile, is on a global buying spree. Chinese enterprises have increased their overseas M&A volumes almost 10 fold since the beginning of this year compared to the same time period last year.
