I wish someone would break the news the JFK, Jr. and Trump that they don’t have the ability to recreate and occupy “the Federal Republic” on their own merit. That is part of the reconstruction that the States of the Union must undertake — first to reconstruct the Confederation of States, and then for the Confederation to reboot the Federal Republic.
What they can do is act as Officers of the Federation of States and help direct and supervise the entire Reconstruction process. They can be heroes, and they can bring the run amok military back to serve the civilian populace of this country, and that would be more than enough achievement to go down honorably in the history of the world.
To actually do the right thing, you have to do it the right way — and as it stands, the American Confederation owns and operates the Federal Republic, and the American Confederation hasn’t been operable since the Great Schism of 1861.
So— for now, the Federation of States operates everything directly as it did from 1776 to 1781.
The Confederation is rebuilt by our American States which are now in Session.
The Confederation takes up its responsibility and operates the Federal Republic under the Federal Constitution: The Constitution for the united States of America.
1, 2, 3 — and if this is to be done right, if this is to be lawful and legal, this is the way it has to be done.
If Mr. Trump and the U.S. military tries to re-inhabit the Federal Republic without addressing the Reconstruction and without correcting their own political status, the result will be invalidated as another act of fraud and commercial war and deceit by the British Territorial Government.
We will all be no further along toward peace and sanity than we were before. The conundrum left by the Civil War will not be resolved by any such “independent” action by the U.S. military and it will not result in the restoration of our lawful government.
It would instead result in another British Coo-Coo Bird Maneuver, in which they would substitute their “Personnel” for our government, and would substitute their “States of State” birthed in the District of Columbia and operating on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways for the American State of State organizations we are owed.
As appealing to the patriotic spirit as the planned panoply is, and as much of a relief as it would be to see someone with some business sense back in charge of Washington, DC, the scenario that the U.S. Army and other parties have developed is fake.
It’s another show. Not the real thing. And though the real thing is more difficult, more time-consuming, and more problematic — it has the bedrock advantage of being legal, lawful, and morally correct.
There is also no real need for any such takeover of the old Federal Republic. The Federation of States has received back all empowerments delegated to the Confederation of States, the Federal Republic, and the other two bankrupt Federal Service Provider corporations fronted by the Queen/British Crown and the Holy See.
As the Primary Delegator, the Federation is in control and command and is the direct assign of the sovereign States of the Union, just as it was during The War of Independence. There is no doubt that these powers naturally reverted to the Federation and there is no doubt that the Federation has the authority and ability to act in all these capacities, because it did so from 1776 to 1781.
Please tell this to the White Hats and President Trump, the Queen and whoever else needs to hear it.
The Brits may have gotten away with substituting their “States of States” for our “States of States” in the confusion after the Civil War hostilities ended in Armistice, but they will not get away with occupying our Federal Republic, which is not vacated and which is not delegated to them.

In response to wishing that someone would tune DJT into the simple truth, I got White Hats contacting me in a huff, alleging that the Reconstruction was done.
It wasn’t.
Look around.
Do you see any American Confederation of States in operation?
No, you don’t. That’s because it was never reconstructed by the actual State Assemblies after the Civil War.
Do you see any Federal Republic?
Ever heard of The Constitution for the united States of America?
No, none of that is in operation, either, and for the same reason. It was never reconstructed.
Neither the Confederation nor the Federal Republic have been operational since 1861.
A third of our American Government and a third of the Federal Government is missing. Get that through your heads. Face it. Own it. That’s the fact.
And nobody can do anything about it, except Americans who claim their birthright political status.
The only actual, viable parts of the actual American Government that remain are the Union (National soil jurisdiction) and the Federation (international jurisdiction — global if necessary). That’s it.
What I have just said is true and verifiable. The Holy See admits it. The Government of Great Britain admits it. The whole rest of the world including people like Karen Hudes thinks that our government is in “interregnum” because of it.
If these missing parts of the government had survived the Civil War, they would still be visible and operating.
The Coast Guard would be operating under the auspices of the American Federal Government — the Federal Republic — instead of the U.S. Navy.
Our air space would be under the control of the American Federal Government, not the FCC or FAA, which are unelected unaccountable foreign agency corporations hired by the Brits.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office would be run by Americans working for the Federal Republic — not by SERCO, a British management services corporation.
In fact, the whole “Agency System” exists, because the Holy See and the Brits have hired subcontractors “for” us to do the jobs that the Federal Republic is supposed to do.
Every time you see an Alphabet Soup Agency, guess what?
That’s work that should be done by the Federal Republic, but it isn’t being done (and controlled) by the Federal Republic, because the Federal Republic hasn’t been reconstructed.
So is the Federal Republic vacated, standing there ready for someone like Trump to march in and take it over by fiat?
No, it is not.
The moment that the Confederation ceased functioning, all powers delegated to it rolled back to the Federation, which delegated those powers in the first place.
This happened by what is called Operation of Law. It’s automatic.
When the Confederation collapsed, the Federal Republic that the Confederation funded and ran also went down. And all the “powers” delegated to the Federal Republic rolled back to the Federation, too.
Both the Confederation and the Federal Republic can be restored and reconstructed by the States of the Union that created them in the first place.
Or we can operate without them, directly under the auspices of the Federation of States, for as long as we need to.
The Federation conducted all business both in trade and commerce for five years during the Revolution. We can do it again and we are doing it again, because all the Federal Subcontractors folded.
The American Subcontractor, the Federal Republic, has to be reconstructed, which means the Confederation of States has to be reconstructed, by the only people with the standing and authority to do so —- Americans who claim their birthright political status. That takes time.
The British Territorial Service Provider doing business as “the” United States of America, Inc. went bankrupt (officially ended March 13, 2022).
The Holy See’s Municipal Service Provider doing business as “the” UNITED STATES, Inc., went bankrupt in 2015.
There’s nobody but the Federation left standing, and you can all be glad that it is, because if it wasn’t, a large number of really bad things would happen.
First, all the Secondary Creditors of both the two bankrupt Federal Subcontractors would be in here collecting against Americans.
Second, our assets, including our land and our gold and silver assets, would be considered “Abandoned Assets” that anybody could claim— and those same Secondary Creditors like China and Saudi Arabia would be in line to do so.
America would instantly go from being one of the richest countries to one of the poorest.
So, thank God you had a Fiduciary that was still on watch, or you would all be up a very long creek without a paddle.
The old fashioned clunky chunky Federation of States is all you’ve got left. And whether you like it or not, you need to get full force and front behind it, because it’s the only boat afloat.

It may have escaped your Notice, John, but this country is not and never has been a theocracy of any kind and the Inquisition has insinuated itself in gross violation of the Public Law and the Treaties and Constitutional Service Contracts that I hold with the Holy See. What right or reason do any of you have to object to any of this? How are you being harmed so that you have any capacity to complain and say this injures you? And what interest do you have in promoting falsehood anymore? Have you not heard that the appointed punishment of “the Devil” and his progeny was to teach God’s Children to discern the difference between Truth and Falsehood? And do you not realize that that job is now done?

This announcement will doubtless come as a shock for many of you who have not been fully informed prior to this, but I have been named Fiduciary for all assets belonging to The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, and more recently asked to function in the same capacity with respect to the resources of over 200 nations —including yours, if you are receiving this communication — so as to expedite repatriation of resources and organize a new financial system and provide for an orderly resumption of public government functions.
The first thing I wish to communicate to all of you is that there is no National Debt nor is there any interest accrued against any National Debt.
The appearance of a National Debt and accruing interest has been manufactured via phony bookkeeping.
These allegations of national indebtedness have been made possible via a simple ruse played against the national governments by the Central Banks.
These same Central Banks simply neglected to balance the books and apply your equal and answering National Credit and the interest owed to you on that credit.
As of March 9, 2022, at noon GMT, I am ordering this long-overdue bookkeeping to be done and for all purported National Debts to be erased and counterbalanced by application of the respective National Credits owed.
This necessary accounting and debt relief will not, however, automatically restore your credit liquidity as each country must undertake resumption of its public government functions for that to happen.
I must also tell you that your actual government has never been bankrupt in the history of the world. Sovereign entities are not eligible for bankruptcy protection.
All pretensions and claims of emergency and of emergency powers resulting from bankruptcy of incorporated government subcontractors are bunk. They were bunk in 1907, in 1925, in 1933 and ever afterward.
We have been asked how we have the authority and resources to do what we are doing, so I shall very briefly explain.
All Legacy and Historic and Bank Trusts, all of what you know and think of as “Off Ledger” accounts and as assets of the World Trust and so on, have been administered by Trustees acting in our names.
We are the Donors.
The Donors, not the Trustees, ultimately control all of these trusts –both public and private.
All assets belonging to each country and to each of the people living in each country will be returned and fully restored, debt free. Ample credit and underwriting for national currencies, will be made available, as well as access to prepaid credit. Ample Restoration Funds for infrastructure and environmental remediation and enhancement of natural resources will be made available interest-free.
Unlike the Trustees who were obligated to penny-pinch and make profit their primary objective, the Donors are free to extend interest free credit, engage in true philanthropic enterprises, entertain long-term and visionary investment projects, and take other initiatives that would not be possible for funds managed by custodial institutions and trustees.
The corporations that have been functioning “as” governments are bankrupt and will not have direct access to the new banking system. Each country’s Master Account in the new system is established as an unincorporated International Trade Account; commercial corporations are not eligible to have Master Accounts, but may access and interface via subsidiary commercial accounts, so long as they are in good standing.

Now, I know you guys aren’t lawyers or judges and so, you aren’t thinking like lawyers or judges, but in the current situation, you need to do so.
Both you journalists and your sources need to start thinking in terms of collecting court admissible evidence.
We are now in the process of putting together one of the most damning criminal court proceedings in the history of the world and it grinds my teeth that so many great opportunities to nail down evidence and testimony are slipping through the cracks simply because people aren’t thinking.
It only takes a few seconds to turn a news story into a credible evidentiary video deposition and you can all contribute to actual court action — immediately and up front — by taking the time to do this little “extra” thing when you are making your videos.
You can self-declare a video deposition. Here’s how you do it if you are all alone and need to get your information in a form that a court can use.
Do your usual Selfie thing with you speaking directly into the camera. Speak clearly and run through this little Self-Declaration:
“My name is . I live in . I am an American (British, French, etc.) National.
I am providing my witness and testimony freely and voluntarily without duress and without any hidden purpose. In this presentation, I am telling the truth and the whole truth to the best of my ability to know the truth, in order to create and provide a video deposition for the use of courts and prosecutors worldwide.”
Do your video, create your link or copy, then send it directly to me, at avannavon@gmail.com, along with a scan of your picture ID or passport, which the court will use to validate your identity. You don’t ever show your ID as part of the video — only as an attached jpeg photo.
If you are a news source doing an in-studio interview, you can make it a much more formal deposition, by administering the declaration and having members of your team witness it.
Say that you are, for example, Del Bigtree, and you are interviewing a scientist with blockbuster information about vaccine adverse events — you just lead into the video deposition like this:
“This morning we are talking to Dr. Alan Christian Daley, a Senior Medical Doctor and head of the Microbiology Research Center at UCLA. Doctor Daley has more than thirty years of experience interpreting advanced electron microscopy and is a Histologist specializing in blood diseases and abnormalities. Doctor Daley is bringing us amazing and disturbing news about what he is seeing in the blood of people who have received Covid 19 vaccines.
Doctor Daley agreed moments ago to turn this interview into an official video deposition, giving his expert testimony in a form that can be used by prosecutors and courts.
So, without further ado, do you Doctor Alan Christian Daley, of Riverside, California, an American National, freely and voluntarily and without any fear or coercion or hidden purpose offer your expert witness and testimony regarding the facts and observations you are about to share, and affirm that you are telling us the truth, the whole truth throughout, to the best of your knowledge and ability?” He or she says, “I do, and it is my firm intention that this video testimony and the photos I am about to share should be used by prosecutors, courts, sheriffs, and law enforcement officials to investigate and prosecute crimes against humanity.” From that moment on, the testimony is “live” and available as evidence in a court of law any court of law.
Once the interview is wrapped up, send me a copy and a jpeg of the witness’s ID to: avannavon@gmail.com Label it something like “Expert Witness Testimony” or “Self-Deposition” as the case may be.

People keep wondering what to think about the situation in Ukraine. Many are still believing what they hear on the news.
When the old Russian Federation broke up, and Russia released the Ukraine as an independent country it came with the proviso that if there was evidence of criminality, genocide, international threats to Russia on Ukrainian soil, etc. Russia could come back in and secure the situation. This is part of Russia’s obligation to the rest of the world as well as a matter of Russian security.
So, Ukraine was free to be its own country, with the understanding that they were going to be good little international citizens. And if they got out of hand, Russia would come back in and clean things up.
Following Ukrainian independence in 1991, the Usual Suspects piled on. It was like a gold rush. Drug smuggling. Human trafficking. Arms sales. Counterfeiting. Organ harvesting. Oil privateering. Every sordid nasty dirty business in the world was imported to Ukraine, by all the Agencies, the “US Corp”, the DOD, the Mobs of various nations, and associated corporations like Blackwater and Halliburton and on and on and on. All the Dirty Deal Guys showed up like gangbangers.
And everyone including Russia just shook their heads. It was business as usual for the Ollie Norths of the world.
Predictably, some Ukrainian oligarchs floated to the top of the cesspit and became politicians.
The whole situation took an exponential leap downward during the Obama Administration, when Joe Biden and members of the US CONGRESS got involved in paying the oligarchs tons of helicopter money for their personal support on one hand, and taking billions out of the Ukrainian economy on the other.
It was just a shameless wholesale sell out of Ukraine and the people of Ukraine. Their oil pillaged, their trade policies manipulated, their entire country opened up to every kind of vice, but the final straw was the DOD opening up over a dozen bioweapon laboratories in Ukraine.
So, Russia invoked its treaty proviso and came in to clean the situation up and as Vladimir Putin said, “take the garbage out” — not because they wanted to spend all that money and risk their lives and take all the abuse that the propaganda machine can throw — but because otherwise, they’d have all those stockpiles of chemical and biological weapon on their back door step, along with all the other nastiness that was already going on.
We have to note that Ukraine was a backup roosting place for the Vermin in the event that their plans for China didn’t work out to their liking, but China woke up and decided not to eat the tapeworm, which took that port in a storm off the table and put the pressure back on Ukraine.
What Russia is doing is perfectly lawful and legal and unfortunate. Nobody wanted it to come to this, but at the same time, the people of Ukraine had lost control and the crime syndicates and NATO idiots were endangering everyone in the region. Russia had the proviso and they exercised it, and nobody can say that all those chemical and bioweapon laboratories and all the rest of it, were not sufficient provocation.
Oh. Except for the feckless News Media in this country and the spokespersons for the Biden Administration. (Think about that as a Career Killer — spokesperson for the Biden Administration?) They like to endlessly repeat their little catch-phrase about “unprovoked attack by Russia” and shake their heads as if they just can’t imagine why Russia would do such a thing?
They know why Russia did it. They are the reason. They created the problem that Russia is stuck cleaning up. Joe and Hunter Biden were in there, as we all know, influence peddling, and threatening, and paying off payola left and right. So was Nancy Pelosi’s son. So was Mitt Romney’s son. Half a dozen members of Congress were directly up to their tidy whities in it, robbing the people of Ukraine, stealing “foreign aid”, etc., etc., etc.
Yet, here are the Arch-Hypocrites, attempting to blame Russia for cleaning up their mess? Rich, isn’t it?
I am ashamed to be from the same part of the world as Biden, Pelosi, and Romney. I am frustrated that people are still mistaking America for “the US” corporation cesspool. And most of all I am tired and anxious and shouting for the American people to wake up!
We all wish that Ukraine could have and would have found the means to establish a strong and moral government for itself back in 1991, but we see what happened instead. They became a resource for pirates, endangered themselves, and by letting the crooks including DOD and NATO run rampant, they were also endangering the rest of the world.
Tough as it is, say, aye, Vladimir Putin. Thank you, Russia. And to the people of Ukraine, we know you are, for the most part, innocent victims of the oligarchs and their western Sugar Daddies. Make it easy on yourselves. Stay home and step back. Let Russia clean out the Vermin for you. You’ll be glad you did.
If the US/Ukrainian oligarchy had been allowed to continue, the vicious animals would have come in and used a pretext to engage in war on your beautiful land.
They would have done what they did in Iraq and polluted it will dirty bombs and dirty artillery shells and ruined your land for farming for generations. Then they would have gone home and jerked up the price of food for everyone ten times over, because your produce, your wheat, and everything else wouldn’t be there to compete against them.
These mean and diabolical criminals always have ten axes to grind. They always figure to win, if not one way, then by another. Take it from the Americans. We’ve been dealing with them for 160 years. We know what they do. We know how they think.

I have been warning everyone to get into the habit of checking my websites for “extra” additional information that FB would censor. Yesterday i issued an update on the status of the Plandemic which revealed in detail what was in the various batches of vaccine and what the recipients could expect as a result. Although 100% truthful and verified by scientists and doctors worldwide, FB decided to censor me by cutting off my account for a week. The information they are trying to suppress is reprinted below and has already been transmitted by many people, but it needs to be even more widely disseminated so that more people can know what to look for and more people can be encouraged not to take the “vaccines” at all.
If you can similarly risk having your FB account cut off for a week in order to save lives, or have “extra” Facebook accounts you can sacrifice, please consider reposting this article for me and by distributing it by whatever other means you have. Heck, make hard copies and paste it on bulletin boards. Send it by mail to relatives. It’s the Truth, so be fearless.

What Is Now Known About Batches
We now know that the various batches of bio weaponized Common Cold Virus vaccines contained different components and represented different levels of toxicity, which give rise to specific results.
The range of toxicity runs from truly lethal injections that are 2500 to 3000 times more toxic than the other varieties, all the way to saline solution placebo shots.
The various different less-than-lethal component payloads offer batches that are calculated to cause myocarditis, batches that suppress the Cancer Suppressor Gene —allowing cancers to develop and spread without immune response, HIV infected batches that lead to Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), batches that cause unnatural blood thickening and coagulation, batches that contain high levels of graphene hydroxide which attacks cells and capillaries causing massive cell death and microscopic bleeding which then triggers a massive chronic inflammatory response, pain, unusual bruising, fevers, and fatigue, and last, but not least, substances that attack the myelin sheath of the nerve cells, causing symptoms akin to ALS and Parkinson’s Disease.
So, depending on which batch of vaccine the victims received, they could die outright within a short period of time, develop myocarditis, cancer, AIDS, Blood Coagulation Factor Disease (causes heart attacks, strokes, and COPD) , chronic inflammatory diseases, or neurological diseases.
All these vaccine results are far more dangerous and damaging than any of the over 240 naturally occurring corona viruses — and interestingly, none of the vaccine batches tested from the various manufacturers contained any coronavirus at all.
This underlines the fact that these ‘vaccines’ are not vaccines. They are genetically and chemically engineered bioweapons.
These injections had nothing to do with preventing any disease or preventing the spread of any disease, which is self-evident from the infection rate of vaxxed individuals and the runaway levels of infection in the most-vaccinated populations, such as Israel.
It is self-evident from the patents that this entire “live exercise” to use former Secretary of State Pompeo’s words, was intended to enrich certain corporate interests and individuals, massively depopulate Europe, Australia, Africa, Eurasia including India, and North and South America, and give the for-profit medical cartels a huge influx of new patients suffering from deadly chronic and debilitating diseases.
Johnson and Johnson has quietly ceased manufacture of its vaccine and Pfizer has just as quietly warned stockholders of potential losses.
The UK Government is even more quietly offering settlement payments to preclude claims from vaccinated individuals in the future.
Large oil companies and defense contractors and Silicon Valley corporations are already having their Personnel Departments identify those who took the injections and have ordered those departments to plan for replacement of those people over the next three to five years.
The writing is on the wall. This was deliberate, self-interested, murder and maiming for profit.
And as we look around, we see that China, India, Iraq, and a handful of African nations that declined to pay for the expensive experimental jabs, and which opted to use Ivermectin against “enhanced” coronavirus infections, instead, are the only ones relatively unaffected by this debacle.
In my opinion, China collaborated to a certain extent, realized that it was being set up as the Fall Guy for this attack, and turned the tables just in time to protect their own interests and people.
It is now clear that this entire scheme began in Britain, migrated to America via British-connected individuals and institutions, and from America, to China via illegal investment activities. It is also clear that the roots of this debacle began in Britain as far back as the Boer War and were carried forward by British Eugenicists and their organizations, notably, the Pirbright Institute, Wellcome Trust, and Pilgrims Society.
It was all coordinated by the British Corporation SERCO, which has been illegally issuing criminal patents and mis-administering the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Major players in this debacle, all connected by interlocking directorates, incorporation relationships, and patents include:

It also appears that President Donald Trump either knowingly or unknowingly participated in this covert agenda, as he signed Executive Orders that served to expedite it.

We have motive (profit obtained at many levels including insurance scams) and evidence and opportunity, hundreds of witnesses and millions of victims. And despite all claims otherwise, we have standing to bring action in the International Criminal Court.
We also have the power to allow the court’s jurisdiction to extend to the US and the USA, which are both dependent sovereignties.
