Make Your Video a Deposition

Now, I know you guys aren’t lawyers or judges and so, you aren’t thinking like lawyers or judges, but in the current situation, you need to do so.

Both you journalists and your sources need to start thinking in terms of collecting court admissible evidence.

We are now in the process of putting together one of the most damning criminal court proceedings in the history of the world and it grinds my teeth that so many great opportunities to nail down evidence and testimony are slipping through the cracks simply because people aren’t thinking.

It only takes a few seconds to turn a news story into a credible evidentiary video deposition and you can all contribute to actual court action — immediately and up front — by taking the time to do this little “extra” thing when you are making your videos.

You can self-declare a video deposition. Here’s how you do it if you are all alone and need to get your information in a form that a court can use.

Do your usual Selfie thing with you speaking directly into the camera. Speak clearly and run through this little Self-Declaration:

“My name is . I live in . I am an American (British, French, etc.) National.

I am providing my witness and testimony freely and voluntarily without duress and without any hidden purpose. In this presentation, I am telling the truth and the whole truth to the best of my ability to know the truth, in order to create and provide a video deposition for the use of courts and prosecutors worldwide.”

Do your video, create your link or copy, then send it directly to me, at avannavon@gmail.com, along with a scan of your picture ID or passport, which the court will use to validate your identity. You don’t ever show your ID as part of the video — only as an attached jpeg photo.

If you are a news source doing an in-studio interview, you can make it a much more formal deposition, by administering the declaration and having members of your team witness it.

Say that you are, for example, Del Bigtree, and you are interviewing a scientist with blockbuster information about vaccine adverse events — you just lead into the video deposition like this:

“This morning we are talking to Dr. Alan Christian Daley, a Senior Medical Doctor and head of the Microbiology Research Center at UCLA. Doctor Daley has more than thirty years of experience interpreting advanced electron microscopy and is a Histologist specializing in blood diseases and abnormalities. Doctor Daley is bringing us amazing and disturbing news about what he is seeing in the blood of people who have received Covid 19 vaccines.

Doctor Daley agreed moments ago to turn this interview into an official video deposition, giving his expert testimony in a form that can be used by prosecutors and courts.

So, without further ado, do you Doctor Alan Christian Daley, of Riverside, California, an American National, freely and voluntarily and without any fear or coercion or hidden purpose offer your expert witness and testimony regarding the facts and observations you are about to share, and affirm that you are telling us the truth, the whole truth throughout, to the best of your knowledge and ability?” He or she says, “I do, and it is my firm intention that this video testimony and the photos I am about to share should be used by prosecutors, courts, sheriffs, and law enforcement officials to investigate and prosecute crimes against humanity.” From that moment on, the testimony is “live” and available as evidence in a court of law any court of law.

Once the interview is wrapped up, send me a copy and a jpeg of the witness’s ID to: avannavon@gmail.com Label it something like “Expert Witness Testimony” or “Self-Deposition” as the case may be.

Help me to help you, and help everyone else, too, by making the words and photos count.

Right now, we are collecting video depositions and evidence related to Covid 19 vaccines, related scientific evidence, and injuries and deaths following vaccination.

This is a way for you to not only be heard, but to make being heard count toward prosecution.

Make it more than a story or an interview make it a deposition.

Right now, we are dealing with the genocide. Right after that, we deal with targeted individuals and the use of directed energy weapons. Right after that, we deal with Chem Trails and weaponized geoengineering.

Everyone got the picture?

Thousands of people are now dying as a result of trustingly taking these undisclosed injections. We can’t possibly interview them or even their families within the time parameters we have, but if you do what I am suggesting, you can contribute your deposition and help us bring these criminals and their corporations to justice.

Special Notice from the ScannedRetina: To Owners; Agents and Employees of the Media;

You have a special moral and ethical obligation to the people to report the honest truth. Your responsibility to the people, transcends any financial or other agreements or understandings, that might violate the spirit of your journalistic privileges.

President John F. Kennedy Speech on Secret Society
Many of you have seen fit to violate the very spirit expressed by President Kennedy. This is no longer a question as it has been openly documented.

Propaganda

Many of you may be mistakenly of the notion, you are protected from your criminal abuse of your special privileges by the corporate shield. Permit us to dispel that notion by the following facts:

Phantom of the Corporation

Since everything that has been done has been in fraud, the perpetrators ARE CRIMINALS! And need to be treated as such.

1. But even beyond that, since all of the deception violates any legitimate corporate charter, the charter of the United States of America, Incorporated has been dissolved by default, due to their own criminal actions.

2. Taking that a step farther, with no basic authority from the people in the form of lawful delegated authority, there is no lawful administrative authority to issue corporate charters in the first place.

3. There is no lawful government in any shape or form currently in existence. Through the act of fraud, just by default, all government corporations have been dissolved. The assets must be liquidated and disbursed to the people, the rightful owners of the assets.

4. All corporations, in the Continental United States of America, have been operating with no authenticated charters and are operating unlawfully and with no corporate shield to provide any type of immunity from criminal prosecution and or financial liability caused to individual or classes of citizens. In my way of thinking, right off the top, this would include banks, and other financial institutions who have engaged in foreclosure fraud, taxpayer bail-outs and other types of market manipulation which have been ignored by impostors, masquerading as lawful public officers.

Cutting to the chase:

Journalists and media personalities are also considered impostors and impersonators when they assume a “cloaked persona.”

They appear to be legitimate but act under the color of deception and deceit. This can be verified by the clever description used in conjunction with their media productions. They cleverly refer to their shows as entertainment and not news. They may be described as “pundits and not “journalist.”

There is no excuse for the violation of the public trust by the journalistic corp. Those who participate in these deliberate crimes against the people and humanity are also guilty of treason. It is time for the real responsible journalist to rethink their current role in society. It is time to look in the mirror and decide on which side of the truth they really wish to stand before the people make that choice for them.

The standards by which journalists are guided. Of course the decision to follow these guidelines are up to the individual. It is a matter of free choice.

JOURNALISM CODE OF ETHICS

http://www.sedonaobserver.com/what.html

  • The public journal is a public trust; acceptance of a lesser service than public service is a betrayal of this trust.
  • Presentation of the facts with accuracy and fairness constitutes the fundamental foundation of an ethical press.
  • Journalists will write only what they hold in their hearts to be the truth.
  • Suppression of the news, for any consideration other than the welfare of society, is a betrayal of public trust.
  • Bribery by one’s own pocketbook will be avoided and that individual responsibility will not be escaped by pleading another’s instructions or another’s dividends.
  • Journalists will engage strictly in the professional conduct worthy of their profession and refrain from abuses of power, as well as threats, intimidation or harassment of their sources, readers and the general public.
  • Journalists will respect readers and the general public by publishing opposing voices and interfacing with them professionally, employing diplomacy, courtesy and dignity at all times.
  • Publishers will refrain from public office and contributing bylined editorial content to their publications.
  • Advertising, like news and editorial columns, will serve the best interests of all readers. A single standard of truth will prevail for all.
  • The press shall fear God and honor man; is stoutly independent and unmoved by greed or power; is indignant at injustice; always respectful of its readers; unswayed by money and privilege or the clamor of the mob; seeks to give every man a chance as far as law and honest wage and recognition of human brotherhood; promotes international good will and cements community comradeship. The press is for the truth of humanity, of and for today’s world.

Seek Truth and Report It

Journalists should be honest, fair and courageous in gathering, reporting and interpreting information on behalf of the common good. As such, they must:

  • Test the accuracy of information from all sources and exercise care to avoid inadvertent error. Deliberate distortion is never permissible.
  • Diligently seek out subjects of news stories to give them the opportunity to respond to allegations of wrongdoing.
  • Identify sources whenever feasible. The public is entitled to as much information as possible on sources’ reliability.
  • Always question sources’ motives before promising anonymity. Clarify conditions attached to any promise made in exchange for information. Keep promises.
  • Make certain that headlines, news teasers, promotional material, photos, video, audio, graphics, sound bites and quotations do not misrepresent. They should not oversimplify or highlight incidents out of context.
  • Never distort the content of news photos or video. Image enhancement for technical clarity is always permissible. Label montages and photo illustrations.
  • Avoid misleading re-enactments or staged news events. If re-enactment is necessary to tell a story, label it.
  • Avoid undercover or other surreptitious methods of gathering information except when traditional open methods will not yield information vital to the public. Use of such methods should be explained as part of the story
  • Never plagiarize.
  • Tell the story of the diversity and magnitude of the human experience boldly, even when it is unpopular to do so.
  • Examine their own cultural values and avoid imposing those values on others.
  • Avoid stereotyping by race, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, geography, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance or social status.
  • Support the open exchange of views, even views they find repugnant.
  • Give voice to the voiceless; official and unofficial sources of information can be equally valid.
  • Distinguish between advocacy and news reporting. Analysis and commentary should be labeled and not misrepresent fact or context.
  • Distinguish news from advertising and shun hybrids that blur the lines between the two.
  • Recognize a special obligation to ensure that the public’s business is conducted in the open and that government records are open to inspection.

Minimize Harm

Ethical journalists treat sources, subjects and colleagues as human beings deserving of respect. They should:

  • Show compassion for those who may be affected adversely by news coverage. Use special sensitivity when dealing with children and inexperienced sources or subjects.
  • Be sensitive when seeking or using interviews or photographs of those affected by tragedy or grief.
  • Recognize that gathering and reporting information may cause harm or discomfort. Pursuit of the news is not a license for arrogance.
  • Recognize that private people have a greater right to control information about themselves than do public officials and others who seek power, influence or attention. Only an overriding public need can justify intrusion into anyone’s privacy.
  • Show good taste. Avoid pandering to lurid curiosity.
  • Be cautious about identifying juvenile suspects or victims of sex crimes.
  • Be judicious about naming criminal suspects before the formal filing of charges.
  • Balance a criminal suspect’s fair trial rights with the public’s right to be informed.
  • Maintain respect and courtesy for their readers, sources and publics.

Act Independently

Journalists should be free of obligation to any interest other than the public’s right to know. They should:

  • Avoid conflicts of interest, real or perceived.
  • Remain free of associations and activities that may compromise integrity or damage credibility.
  • Refuse gifts, favors, fees, free travel and special treatment, and shun secondary employment, political involvement, public office and service in community organizations if they compromise journalistic integrity.
  • Disclose unavoidable conflicts.
  • Be vigilant and courageous about holding those with power accountable.
  • Deny favored treatment to advertisers and special interests and resist their pressure to influence news coverage.
  • Refrain from revealing news stories, sources and other paper information or materials prior to publication. Journalists do not share their work with any member of the public other than editorial staff prior to publication.
  • Be wary of sources offering information for favors or money; avoid bidding for news.

Be Accountable

Journalists are accountable to their readers, listeners, viewers and each other.

Journalists should:

  • Clarify and explain news coverage and invite dialogue with the public over journalistic conduct.
  • Encourage the public to voice grievances against the news media.
  • Admit mistakes and correct them promptly.
  • Refrain from political office as well as from the offices of religious, community and political organizations to avoid conflicts of interest between ethical reporting and obligations to these organizations. Rather, journalists should serve as the watchdogs of such organizations and report their activities in an unbiased manner.
  • Expose unethical practices of journalists and the news media.
  • Engage strictly in the professional conduct worthy of their profession and refrain from abuses of power, as well as threats, intimidation or harassment of their sources, readers and the general public.
  • Abide by the same high standards to which they hold others.

Raise Your Voice Against War in Syria and Iraq/NIH Funded Torture/US Navy Sonar Testing/Censorship of Journalists

Still vital for the rest of us with conscience to speak out against a new war in Syria, and a return to war in Iraq–at the cost of billions of dollars, and unimaginable cost to human life and peace everywhere. Also vital to keep speaking out against surveillance and censorship of journalists, activists, writers, and everyday working citizens. And PETA tells us new horrors are being unveiled in recent NIH-funded use of baby macaques ($30 million spent in the last 7 years to traumatize newborns) building on 30 years of needless psychological and physical torture. NRDC tells us the Navy is knowingly going ahead with 5-year mid-frequency sonar testing expected to strand, maim, and kill thousands of whales and other sea creatures.

Just Foreign Policy is running a campaign to get Congress to debate bombing Syria. The Committee to Protect Journalists is running a campaign to speak out for journalists. PETA is running a campaign to stop the torture of baby monkeys. NRDC is running a petition to the Secretary of Defense to stop the sonar testing. There is another petition as well on The Petition Site to stop the sonar.

Please drop in to the Peace/Not War page, the  Privacy/Censorship page, the Living Beings page for these petition-links.

News and opinion on Iraq and Syria:

Terrific video from Ken O’Keefe, Military veteran, on the insanity of returning to war.

“The staggering costs of all this—$25 billion to train the Iraqi Army, $60 billion for the reconstruction-that-wasn’t, $2 trillion for the overall war, almost 4,500 Americans dead and more than 32,000 wounded, and an Iraqi death toll of more than 190,000 (though some estimates go as high as a million)—can now be measured against the results. The nine-year attempt to create an American client state in Iraq failed, tragically and completely. The proof of that is on today’s front pages.” Read Peter van Buren’s op-ed at Nation of Change on the madness of returning to war in Iraq and bombing Syria.

“Søren Kierkegaard in “The Present Age” warned that the modern state seeks to eradicate conscience and absorb individuals into a public that can be shaped and manipulated by those in power.” Read Chris Hedges’ op-ed on continuous war, the madness of a new war, and what the US is trending toward, via Simone Weil’s ruminations on war, 1984, and the distant memory of the Roman Empire.
