Agencies associated with the former US Inc. have been found to be engaging in crime against the people. FEMA trucks carrying arms were recently intercepted. The strangeness of Speakers and Senators refusing to help, the horrors of another superstorm like Katrina suddenly attacking the inland United States, flooding, mud slides, homes lost, lives lost, rivers sweeping over bridges, dams breaking or being made to break, and this information made suddenly factual, of weather warfare, of actual intent behind such mega-disaster surely needs further investigation and reportage.
Cloud-seeding and feeding storms is patented, has been long experimented with. Weather weapons like the bioweapons of vaccines take out landscapes and towns; the immensity of what we are looking at here is yet to be taken in.
Patents to break up hurricanes point to industries able to both initiate superstorms and take them down, using directed energy radiation. Weather warfare patents posted here recently show that rainmaking and electrical discharge creation go all the way back to 1891 and 1905, when radar was first discovered: List of Geoengineering Patents from 1891 – 2023. Fog and smoke clouds have been sprayed out from aircraft since the 1920s. Hurricane control systems and methodologies have seen many patent applications, such as this one suggesting dozens of planes be used for raising the temperature in the eye or outflow, but surely those engaged in High Energy DEW manufacture know how Directed Energy from large devices can be used. Defense contractors, that is (large ones), the ones that have sunk billions into making DEWs of all sorts, including unfortunately AP DEWs, AKA Anti-Human, Anti-American, Anti-People weapons destined for the Dust Heap of History–in short order.
Charities too, especially the large ones, which accept donations and rush to run relief efforts become suspect. Is this an industry in action? Is the business model Disaster Creation then Relief? Electronic Warfare then Countermeasures? What about Moneyed Media who mention “Compassion” and “Hope” a lot? Are they part of the same circular Mess? “Human interest stories” made to order from Made to Order Wars and Hurricanes Created with High Energy DEWs: Is this Journalism? [I seriously doubt that.] How large are these industries? How entangled? Who do they involve? To what extent are the Military and Intelligence involved? And why? Is Ethics and Conscience dead? Given the incredible activity on my street lately–reported recently in a few Reporter’s Notes–with armed pickups, trucks, SUVs, sedans simply racing up and down the street (in Quincy, Massachusetts) at all hours of the day and night, including up to 3 am when I just happen to be awake reading or writing, and the constant flyover of drones and helicopters lately, sound of police sirens in the distance, bright white of satellites and the blinking red of celltowers in my windows, the constant circling of what I have surmised to be FBI surveillance planes visible just past the agile mercury flicker of drones buzzing through trees, I have become curious again as to what part local Fusion Center Contractors, the Boston FBI, local Police, and State Police versus larger agencies like the CIA and DHS and Military divisions like the Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps play in this charade really, and why exactly is this happening?
Over the past ten years I have written about the reality of US Air Force Weapons Testing of high-powered microwave and millimeter wave weapons, as well as reported on other forms of DARPA-DOJ Limited-Effects Technologies being plied on the streets of the United States of America in testing operations.
I have sent in dozens of FOIA requests to numerous agencies about aerial and vehicular activity in this area–originally at Muckrock, where it appears efforts have been made to stifle my reportage, a matter I am still needing to continue to address with them, and later here at my site.
It is overtly clear though that systematic covert activity has been conducted in my neighborhood for about 10 years now that I know of, and continues to be conducted.
It is not activity that has human rights at its center, nor is it activity that has neighborhood calm, peacekeeping, safety at its center.
Screeching power saws, uber-loud leafblowers, tearing-down zoomers, burning-rubber vroomers, jeeps with horns blaring all the way down the street, and nonstop drones and helicopters along with crazed chem trail activity and military plane flyovers–and ludicrous street-theater actions from neighbors–are not indicative of Peace and Quiet on Neighborhood Streets.
Couple this with the known covert activity of microwave and other electromagnetic radiation weapon use in neighborhoods–related to the Weapons Testing noted here–and much else, much exotic technology being tested in secret and operated in secret, and the massive build-up of secret service-members, military sappers, Intelligence spies, academic researchers in AI, Neuroscience, Neurotechnology now crowding our living spaces, living and working among us, often revealing themselves as paid mercenaries, playing or hiding behind “Community Monitoring” and “Community Policing”–and what we have in evidence here is cultivated hostility and manufactured urban warfare by numerous paid parties being ignored and supported by local government and police.
What are Fusion Centers doing therefore, really? Their purported focus on Targeted Violence and Terrorism: has it turned into long-term Manufacture of Targeted Violence and Terrorism? Domestic Terrorism, that is, on our streets, in our neighborhoods, and inside our houses–all using the fancy military Full-Spectrum Multi-Domain networks of drone-plane-heli-celltower-RFID-WBAN-HAARP-GWEN-IoT-IoNBT-Vaccine & Syringe Implants-Signals Intelligence-EM Radiation Weaponry-Acoustic Weaponry-Neuroweaponry-Neighborhood Rings-Parked Cars-Portable Devices operating in plain sight, and run by the very “Peacekeepers” now turned Warlords on our streets?
2019 Audit Report on State Police-Fusion Center Operations (2014-2017) from the Office of the State Auditor
This 2019 Audit Report from the Office of the State Auditor, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a chance find, reveals that the Commonwealth Fusion Center, the designated primary fusion center in Massachusetts, refuses to reveal most everything everyone wants to know about what they do actually, who works for them, the Suspicious Activity Reports associated with them, what exactly these SAR activities may be (Helicopter flew over just then, I would suspect a local Sea Street sent (Quincy Police) helicopter, 10:31 pm, Feb 7, 2024), what connection these have with the police and paramilitary actions we see in our cities and on our streets, where Public Safety fits in, where Military Weapons Testing fits in, where Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Public Health fits in, where non-consensual but apparently yet ongoing Brain and AI/Cybernetics/Robotics experimentation fits in, where Watchlisting and the FBI fits in, where the CIA and NSA fit in, and if indeed there could possibly be a single person in Boston or Massachusetts even faintly interested in being (or becoming) a Terrorist, given all the deadly, dangerous, and horrific firepower owned and operated by the Police in Massachusetts, and the US Military. Not to mention the whole history of Police mistreatment of civilians and their long-term build-up of Hostility and Antagonism toward the citizenry, their history of Harm and Oppression. Essentially, it appears, they are Against the People, not for them; “Policing” therefore needs close scrutiny and “Community Policing” as a concept and an action means only the turning of People against People. It is Communist.
Perusal of this brief and mystifying report–as also the National Network of Fusion Centers summaries–does however reveal who is involved, and how the concealing of information is accomplished across agencies.
State Police Runs the Fusion Center
Massachusetts State Police seems to own the Commonwealth Fusion Center. There is however an entity called the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security which supposedly directs the CFC. I wonder if this means a kind of confusion in creation or whether it just means that Mass Government runs both State Police and the Commonwealth Fusion Center (CFC). I was told in 2015 that the CFC was headed by the Head of State Police, and was sent this document–Commonwealth Center Privacy Policy dated June 13, 2013–which has a lot more information than it appears was provided on the 2019 Audit Report. [I had asked at the time (in November 2014) about whether the CFC/DHS was running any kind of investigation on me (I was told None), and I wrote back to ask why exactly the Legal Counsel from State Police was writing back to me (and not the DHS as I’d thought the CFC was run by).]
[As far as personal investigations go, looking anew at how agencies communicate with each other, certainly through databases, it cannot possibly be that the DHS or the CFC would not have had word or wind of (unwarranted) investigations on me, which the FBI probably certainly has–not that they have furnished me evidence of same yet–because there is absolutely no way I could have been uber-fixated on by numerous parties for 10 years, nor been subjected to such extended, extensive, and extreme Electromagnetic Weaponry and Neuroweaponry abuse, without fraudulent FBI watchlisting and CFC participation; these records need to be unearthed and published, and they will probably be completely false and fraudulent, as I suspect has occurred in everyone’s cases, who has been unlawfully targeted, watchlisted, thrown into incomprehensibly treasonous, torturous, persecutory (another helicopter overhead, 8:30 am, 2-8-2024 just as I write) sadistic, and vile “weapons-testing” and other biomedical and AI experimentation programs, without consent, without cause–and for years and years and years, without reprieve. Yes, these are human rights violations on a mammoth scale, and yes the whole world needs to know about this.]
How are Fusion Centers set up?
Interestingly, the DHS website seems to have a lot more information on Fusion Centers today than it has had in the past. It would have been invaluable though, to find a report from the State Auditor offering the truth of what is going on on the ground. [Truth, of course, is a little hard to find these days, from government agencies.]
The way Fusion Centers were set up initially and who they report to and what they actually do has been covered and FOIA-requested by others, including the ACLU and the Brennan Center for Justice. There is also a document, Fusion Center Guidelines (links below), from most likely 2005 (actually 2006, I learn later, from the State Auditor’s Report 2019) which details the plans for fusion centers–which number 80 now currently, inside the USA. This guide also notes early history and provides insight into connections between agencies involved, while detailing how fusion centers have intended to target and isolate people on the basis of “Suspicious Activity Reports”–a matter which still needs close further investigating; there is something about Fusion Centers, even reading this Guidelines document, which becomes apparent as intrinsically unacceptable even as the whole notion of Information-Sharing, the premise of Fusion, seems superficially acceptable within a Law and Order context of routing out actual crime and actual terrorism, such as they exist.

GLOBAL NATURE OF FUSION CENTER PLANNERS, STRATEGISTS, POLICY MAKERS, GOVERNANCE: While this aspect needs further research it is of note, and is brought to us from this document, the Fusion Center Guidelines (poss. 2005/no date marked) and the surfacing of a US DOJ “Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative.”

The Commonwealth Fusion Center Did Not Permit the State Auditor to Access or Audit Databases, Information, Activities
Reading through the Auditor’s Report, it looks like the Commonwealth Fusion Center:
Would not provide direct access to its information systems;
Would not share certain types of information regarding their activities;
Glibly stated they could not provide certain requested information because of state and federal restrictions on sharing threat and criminal intelligence information, including Mass. public records law;
Stated occasionally that requested information was not available (what did the State Auditor request I wonder?)
Could not help the State Auditor figure out from talking to a few “stakeholders” if the CFC was gathering and sharing information–on terrorism, public safety, and, curiously, “law enforcement”–with its public-private partners usefully;
Expressed concern about the confidentiality of the “criminal intelligence” information it dealt with;
CFC Watch Center is Located Inside Police Headquarters
The Audit Report reveals that Fusion Center operations are Police operations: a matter which has not been clear from the outset to most. At inception, the Department of Homeland Security, in its creation of fusion centers, has suggested a Security and Safety angle to all, premised primarily on fear of terrorism, post 9/11. But we learn here that it is State Police which is and has been running the entire “Watch” operation, fielding and disseminating “time-sensitive information on threats and suspicious activities.”
[This obviously brings up that whole question again: Who exactly are Police, in what form are they functioning in our midst? What we know so far: They are private, corporate”Polic-y Officers” working for Corporate Policies; they are Not always functioning as “Law Enforcement” since they do not always know the Law, or act in awareness and obedience to the Law–such as we have it; they Have been functioning as creators of Terror, on roadways, in neighborhoods–they have not behaved Lawfully, and some among them may believe their job is to scare, threaten, intimidate, and act unlawfully against people; curiously, this aspect of US Police has, it appears, become more evident across classes and races only with the advent of Fusion Centers, since 9/11; the history of Police does indeed involve repression, subjugation, riding roughshod over rights, particularly among certain groups, classes, races, ethnicities, personas: the Brown, the Black, the Indigenous, the Outspoken.]
Note that most of us don’t know either that the DHS in itself is a Police (Easy Monopoly on Terror) operation–This revelation on the DHS website will come as a shock to many: “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is the largest federal law enforcement agency with approximately 80,000 law enforcement officers that carry out the Department’s missions across nine different agencies and offices.”
(Clarifies for me at any rate why we are looking at a Failed State here–Law Enforcers who don’t keep the Law, and 80,000 of them??)
The CFC Has Not Kept Proper Records of Watch Activities and Investigations (Its Prime Function, Supposedly)
The Audit Report’s mention of “classified data” in this report as in “CFC redacted personally identifiable information and other classified data” gives pause: why was personally identifiable information classified and what other classifed data could there be, in the CFC’s Watch Center activities?
(You would think they’d want to note down everything they could about any potential Terrorists they found, quite openly.)
Implication: It’s not Terrorists or Criminals the CFC has been routing. It’s You and Me, instead.
The State Auditor reports further that the CFC simply failed to keep proper records of its Watching activities and investigations and monitoring and sharing of supposedly time-sensitive information (Why on earth not?): ”Because CFC redacted personally identifiable information and other classified data, the data in the log lacked sufficient detail to allow for appropriate analysis of the timeliness of analysis and dissemination of (suspicious-activity reports) SARs. We could not determine who (e.g., federal, state, local, or private-sector entities) originated Watch Center activities, when the activities were assigned, when they were completed, or what were their final outcomes (e.g., CFC issued an alert, assisted in an investigation, or provided requested information).”
In other words, the most important information regarding putting suspicious-seeming people on Watches and opening investigations on them was simply not recorded?
Anyone Can “Report” You–as Indeed Everyone Has | And It’s State Police They’re Reporting You To
It is remarkable though, to learn in print from the Belly of the Beast here that “federal, state, local, or private-sector entities” are the ones originating Watch Center (CFC Police) activities and what these are:–this would trace back to the list of “stakeholders” or public-private partners listed in the Fusion Center Guidelines document–listed below. A wide range of police actions then are being initiated by these “entities”–threat assessments to checking extant police databases.
And the initiators look like informants from any and every field really, including the FBI, EMS-Fire and Ambulance and hospital ER staff, restaurants, banks, schools, utility companies, Government, motels, hotels, IT spies at employers, military bases, post offices, private security guards in stores, realtors, social workers, bus drivers, T and Metro staff.
How did these people become “Stakeholders” in the Auditor’s Report?

Involving Endless Numbers of Public-Private Entities in Fusion Center POLICE Operations: Communism, not Democracy, not a Republic
The fact that the entire CFC, FC, and DHS operation using fusion centers is more a Stasi and Communist operation than a mere Police operation focused on the nation’s safety becomes apparent in a study of what and who these Stakeholders are: “Functional categories…of entities” comprising “agencies and organizations (which) should be involved in the Center’s operations.” (See the Fusion Center Guidelines document, named as a 2006 production in the State Auditor’s 2019 Report) (Drones above, zoomers on the street, scalar hits all around, neuro sleep hits and pulse RF arm hits as I write in this extra section, 2:30 pm, 2-8-2024).
A section called Stakeholder Surveys–very thinly surveying a smattering of respondents among the Communist Private Sector and Police Sector in Massachusetts who have engaged in Fusion Center Police operations–notes that a majority of these were influenced in making decisions by FC general awareness bulletins and other information: This could mean the alerting system that CFC uses, to, for instance, alert and corrall store managers, other moms, yoga teachers to “watch out for” and actively harass and monitor named parties, Those Targeted, in fact, unlawfully selected for Social Isolation and Continuous Provocation and Pariah’zation:
Suspicious Activity Reports from Multiple Public-Private Informants: CFC and FBI Rush To Hide the Lies
First, Who Are The Suspects?
The Nationwide Suspicious Initiative-NSI-we’re told is a whole Program for paid mercenary operatives all across the USA in our workplaces, schools, stores and post offices to become self-important hounds for Police, imagining they are now Sunshade-Wearing Spies, scouting out possible makers of bombs and planners of demolitions–in actuality merely rushing around in racist fashion, picking on (Brown) school moms smarter than themselves or their wives–and a whole lot of Police parties in the country organized to form this New Era Bureau of Crime: DHS, FBI, State Police, Local Police, Tribal Police, Territorial Police (that last meaning who exactly?)
[Between Local Police and Territorial Police it’s possible we might find City Police, County Police, County Sheriffs–while the Olive-Insignia-Wearing District Court Men and Women in Black and White may be Municipal Police (The Pope’s Own Men-and Women?); I’m surprised this latter hasn’t been included.] (Some kind of helicopter or drone groaning and hovering above, 12:30 pm, 2-8-2024)
School Board Presidents and Treasurers, IT Spies At Work, Rushing To Report Moms, Colleagues to the Police
Moms across America who have been singled out by their own School Boards have then actually been reported to the Police–any of those parties named, the FBI, the local city patrolman, the County Sheriff–for daring to stand up for their children and speak out on matters of health or education, personal health choices, the dangers of vaccines and masks, the wrongfulness of extra babysitting fees during parent-teacher conferences; dads across America have been singled out by IT spies in their own workspots for things said in a private email, or telephone call, or in a store.
Being Brown, Black, Female, Outspoken, Indigenous, Upright, Smart or Smarter than the President of the School Board and the Principal or the Boss (and a whole lot nicer) no doubt brought all the White Supremacism to the fore, especially here, in apparently Over-Educated but Under-Enlightened White Bread Boston and Massachusetts.
Nothing Reviewed, Nothing Analyzed–Yet All CFC (Police) Quickly Shielded by the FBI(Shielding Itself)
Judging from the verbiage in the State Auditor’s Report, it sounds like the SARS that came in–by the boatload probably, since the Paid Informants were probably paid handsomely–were neither analyzed nor reviewed as their supposed protocols required, but were rushed directly to the FBI with false-claim tags of “connection to Terrorism”–or, conversely, not;date of transfer if transfer to FBI and date of closing if closeable were not provided; it is possible all were glibly named potential Terrorists and watchlisted at the Fusion Center itself, then handed off to other Police and Veteran contractors–the ones with the armed pick-ups who race up and down my street and yours, that is–to be DE Weapons-Tested on, interminably, as if in interests of “Public Safety.” [The Brain/Artificial Intelligence/Other Biomedical and CIA MK-Psycho experimentation I suspect is being done post watchlisting by either FBI or CFC–direct line to the classified Black Opsters waiting like Vultures to feast on the unlawfully-targeted, and quick shuffling into Highly Classified, Over Top Secret banks of data too Clandestine to mention.) “Additionally, the date of transfer to the FBI—or, if a SAR was determined not to have a potential connection to terrorism, the date it was closed and the final outcome—could not be provided.”
Further it appears no data could be found to prove analysis by a “CFC intelligence analyst” or “supervisory review.”
Meanwhile, the FBI (sending a Letter, below) was quickly recruited to demand redaction of names of all CFC police involved in this unsavory non-activity, as well as redaction of much else, i.e., all SAR information entered into the famed e-Guardian (of FBI crimes) now claimed to be “FBI information”: Note that it is Legal Counsel FBI writing to Legal Counsel State Police to make this happen.
Legal Counsel in every Government agency, every Police organization, every Military division have a lot to answer for: it is their misguided, wrongful, and completely unlawful actions in recommending, advising, approving, permitting, authorizing all manner of questionable actions undertaken by these so-called “Authorities” in 20,000 cities across America which has led to the situation we have today, of those targeted being inhumanely persecuted: unfettered Fusion Center, Police, Military, Intelligence, Private-Sector crime.
We Must Focus Further on Fusion Centers To End Police and State Crime
There is much else in these two documents of interest, including information on databases and communications between agencies, which the Brennan Center report also addresses–but which will have to be shelved for now, in interests of Time, to be revisited at a later date.
The 2011-2021 Summary of Findings from the National Network of Fusion Centers Annual Assessments as well are of interest, especially in pointing to the astonishing number of high-level organizations coordinating with DHS to produce these reports, and the relationship of Homeland Security events to Intelligence events and FEMA events, matters to be more closely scrutinized shortly.

National Network of Fusion Centers Assessment Summary of Findings
Dear friends, supporters, followers of my work, those who appreciate my writing, journalism, investigation, reportage, voice, and speaking and interviewing to surface the gross human rights violations of the entire military-security-law-enforcement faction in this country (USA) and overseas (using crowd control/spectrum technologies, neighborhood watch harassment, and character-assassination under cover of surveillance and counter-terrorism), which I’ve been engaged in since late 2013, this is just a brief note to share the news that I’m out and back home safe with family.
I was “discharged” yesterday afternoon around 3 pm after 6 days of captivity in a Psych Wing of Carney Hospital about which I will write and speak more about shortly.
I want to say first of all I met many wonderful people there and have found renewed hope in humanity there–two of the psych. doctors there were very open to what I had to say and facilitated my departure (rather than promoting an extended stay, which several Dark Opster factions (speaking openly and publicly) expressed an interest in).
I especially thank these two docs and I also thank everyone who called in to ask about me, send messages of love and support, and everyone who helped publicize this injustice–the kind I have reported on as happening to others for years, now engaging me. I think you all have assisted in notifying this hospital that I do not stand alone, an army of truth-media and engaged, caring humanity stands with me.
Some of the administrators and docs at the hospital informed me close to before I left that they were concerned about some of my followers calling and sounding like they were making threats and demands to release me, and expressed a fear of threats of violence. I apologized for this although I am not responsible for what others say and assured them neither I nor anyone who follows my work in support or appreciation is aligned toward violence and that I would put out a communication to ask all to refrain from even sounding that way. It’s a big subject, something that needs open discussion–I’ll aim to engage in that with other media, going forward.
Support from the outside and publicity is gravely necessary and important when you–as a journalist exposing police and military crimes are being retaliated against and blackholed in an incommunicado ER and rights-removing Psych Ward; I personally contacted truth-media and friends and requested publicity and calls for support. But obviously never threats to anyone, never intimations of violence: demanding someone’s release is one thing, but this experience has showed me it is necessary always when interfacing with institutions like hospitals, police departments, ERs, and speaking to doctors, police officers, it is wiser, and indeed essential to stay rational, calm, polite, well-spoken–even while standing your ground and refusing to consent and comply with their demands, as I did, the entire time I was there (Will give interviews to reveal all soon).
I want to thank especially Dr Christiane Northrup for putting out the word on Telegram; people from all over the country called after she did, and I connected with some on the phone who told me thousands of people had responded to her call. In an expansive and revealing conversation last Wednesday, NSA whistleblower and retired Senior Intelligence Analyst Kirk Wiebe spoke at length about the need for everyday Americans to rise up and start speaking out and taking action at a grassroots local-government level to curb the corruption and moral decay evident and endemic at highest levels today in agencies and the Administration of the US Government.
NSA Whistleblower on Mass Surveillance and Retired Senior Intelligence Analyst Kirk Wiebe
Going back in time to June 1975 when he himself joined the National Security Agency, then led by an officer he names as one of the most distinguished NSA officers he had known, Vice-Admiral Bobby Inman, Kirk Wiebe offers an insight into the concerns of that time period when the Church Committee was uncovering evidence of domestic NSA spying–in addition to unravelling the now-known yet still-fully-concealed horrors of the MK ULTRA experiments run by the CIA and 80 complicit Universities (given that thousands of pages of reports were shredded then on order of CIA Director Richard Helms).
“If you look up the Church Committee, you will find that it was in 1975 and a little before that, that NSA was caught spying on Americans. The current spying is not the first time this has happened. People in control of governments often go astray and misuse their power. And we started doing that in the late ’60s, early ’70s with a couple of programs designed to spy on anti-Vietnam-War personnel, members of the Senate, including Senator Frank Church himself and Martin Luther King, many others in society.”

In this regard, Christopher Pyle, a ‘1970s whistleblower, now a professor of Constitutional Law, author of Military Surveillance of Civilian Politics and Getting Away with Torture, who revealed NSA surveillance of anti-war figures and civil rights activists to the Church Committee, asked, in 2013:
“If the NSA was targeting people like Sen. Frank Church, who were in a position to oversee the NSA — is that happening now? That is, are people like intelligence committee chairs Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) and other congressional leaders — who are supposed to be providing oversight themselves — compromised in some way by the NSA?”

Senate & House Intelligence Committees were Formed by Congress in the ’70s Primarily to Curb NSA Spying
The issue of current-day oversight of the Intelligence agencies who like to spy on one and all is curious because there appears to be none.
Especially notable is Kirk’s emphasis on the fact that the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) were formed directly as a result of those deliberations on oversight and monitoring, primarily to rein in the domestic spying activities of Intelligence under cover of Surveillance.
Now, he says, these powerful military and law enforcement agencies are trying to turn back time and go back to before those committees and oversight mechanisms were formed.
“They have simply turned the clock back to prior to the Intelligence reforms that led to the formation of two Intelligence committees. People do not understand the reason there is a Senate Select Subcommittee on Intelligence and a House Permanent Subcommittee on Intelligence–SSCI and HPSCI–is because of actions ordered by Congress to stop the unauthorized spying on American citizens. That’s why those committees exist. A lot of people assume that they exist just to look at legislation affecting Intelligence and so forth–No, they were established to stop the unlawful surveillance of people.“

“We are in danger of losing our Constitutional Republic”
Attention to American rights and freedoms by oath-taking to defend the Constitution was taken seriously back then. The atmosphere, Kirk suggests, was different, at least in some circles.
Kirk relays that Vice-Admiral Bobby Inman who headed the NSA when he joined and helped the Church Committee establish rules for NSA surveillance and set the tone for integrity at the NSA then was a “law-abiding officer who enforced allegiance not to the President, not to the Chief of the Intelligence Community, the CIA then, but to the Constitution of the United States–this is critical.”

” When you join the Military or go to work for the Government, used to be we all signed oaths, to defend the Constitution of the United States, not to defend a Democrat or Republican administration, not to defend a sitting President, that has nothing to do with it, it has everything to do with loyalty to the principles stated in that sacred document known as the United States Constitution.”
“Now as we all know these days people just think that document was created by old white Europeans who really were these fuddy duddy white guys who didn’t know anything and they want us to throw it out and start anew with socialism or fascism–and that’s what I see happening before us now.”
“When you see the Government tell phone companies to intercept people’s text messages to look for those who don’t want to take an experimental vaccine, that’s a red flag.”
Awareness of the dangers of government misuse of powers and concern for the rights of individuals and the preservation of American freedoms when NSA and the White House asked them to include billing data in their analyses of surveilled data is what led to the whistleblowing on mass surveillance that he and other NSA officials, Bill Binney, Ed Loomis, and Diane Roark accomplished, he says, even as they failed in-house to get the NSA administration to adopt their selective-surveillance tool Thin Thread.
“We have a government that, not just in 1975, that cheated, not just in 2001 when we (myself and Bill Binney and Ed Loomis and Diane Roark) blew the whistle on illegal unconstitutional surveillance of the people, we have a government that is progressively seizing ever more power, and we are in danger of losing our Constitutional Republic and tipping the scales toward a dictatorship better known as Governmental control, and you can pick your title, you can call it Fascism, you can call it Socialism, you can call it Communism, I don’t care, the result is the same: the power moves from the people to the Government and if we are going to be a free society, it is absolutely critical people understand these things that are happening in Government in terms of their own personal future, liberty, and well-being–and that is at the heart of it.”
Classification to Conceal Crime is Criminal But Has Been Long Practiced by the Agencies and Military
The rise of mass surveillance and spying on all US citizens by agencies now working together has at this point escaped all measure of oversight. Collecting all communications under PRISM and handing over this data to the CIA and FBI is still being kept secret, Kirk suggests. “They’ve kept this under wraps for many years and they don’t want it out, the matter has never been in front of a judge.”
“Something of this magnitude has to involve the White House, members of Congress and of course the agencies themselves.”
Agencies which should be accountable to Congress and the President–the Commander-in-Chief of the military and Chief Classification Officer of the US Govt–are no longer overseen, monitored, audited, or held accountable.
Going by the book, there is indeed legislated provision against classification to conceal crime but in actuality, says Kirk, that is how the covert operation faction has gotten away with it, it’s been done “repeatedly, frequently, and often, to keep the truth from the American people.” “Because they are in power and they can do it.”
Section 1.7 of Executive Order 13526 (which protects classification in the interests of national security) addresses criminal classification:
Sec. 1.7. (Executive Order 13526) Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security.
“War on Terror” used as Pretext to Spy on Everyone (NSA) & Name Anyone a Suspect (FBI)
Since 9/11, with the Patriot Act and other means, mass surveillance has increased on the pretext of terrorists sneaking over the border and harboring terror plans in US communities–an excuse to surveill everyone and concoct spurious markers to tag “persons of interest” such as the wrong conception of religion, interest in human rights, animal rights, the environment, the Constitution, anything whatsoever–as indeed the FBI has done (published in their manuals and alerts).
Simultaneously, the Government has shown that it has little interest in actually resolving the matter of possible foreign insertion of terrorists into our midst by not addressing simple Immigration issues such as maintaining solid records of immigrants and visa-holders, Kirk notes, relaying the account of his and Bill Binney’s work at Boeing for the US Govt in analyzing the tracking of visa-holders and reporting on this matter, wherein they offered advice and recommendations which were simply not implemented by the government. “Political interest and businesses wanting to have the benefit of the workers–cheap good smart labor from many countries–there’s always money involved somewhere” kept that from happening.
Mass spying and collection permits selective and arbitrary targeting.
“NSA has strayed from its original purpose, which was to support military operations, to a broad spectrum of subject matter running the gamut, from science to economics to you-name-it, NSA’s got a hand in it,” collecting information in multiple databases, which they have and hold permanently to delve into and use even if they say they “don’t look at it all.”
“Who says? How do you know they are not looking at it?”
Abusive Surveillance, Spying, Persecution of Targets under “Covered Research” by NSA, FBI, DHS, CIA, DOD
Which leads to the targeting of innocents and trafficking them into unethical and inhumane black operations, which FBI Whistleblower Geral Sosbee tells us is indeed being done, by handing over “suspects” to “covered research.”
Oversight of the agencies by Intelligence committees to ensure they are not acting illegally is “virtually nonexistent.”
Persecution in Surveillance
The failure of ethics, morality and oversight at all levels of Intelligence and military has now led to a situation where people in the US, UK, and countries worldwide are reporting extreme persecution, covert harassment, sadism, and life-takedown run by organized factions from fusion centers–an agglomeration of Intelligence agencies, law enforcement, Sheriffs, EMS, military, sharing information, surveilling nonstop, provoking nonstop (using COINTELPRO methods) and creating falsified records and false profiles of people they wish to target and terminate: activists, journalists, whistleblowers, community leaders, as well as everyday people of integrity from various professions or in retirement.
Persecution in Non-Consensual Human Experimentation and Military Weapons-Testing
Lack of oversight coupled with profound moral decay might account as well for the noxious human experimentation ongoing by covert operations of Intelligence and the military where people report being non-consensually implanted, bio-hacked, neuro-hacked, and clandestinely attacked, while weapons-testing projects are advertised, unlawfully using Americans as target practice–as for instance unleashed by the 1994 DOJ-DOD Memorandum of Understanding publishing the joint military/law enforcement development and testing of so-called “non-lethal weapons” of Electronic Warfare and Limited-Effect Weapons in programs run by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and the NIJ (National Institute of Justice).
Addressing this question of abusive targeting where thousands of Americans and citizens worldwide are reporting being surveilled, stalked, monitored, and harassed to the point of extreme persecution with electromagnetic weapons and neurotechnology by government-run programs and projects, and the ACLU reports it may be millions now being so targeted and falsely labeled “Known and Suspected Terrorists,” “violent extremists,” and “domestic extremists,” as reported in their 2016 report “Trapped in a Black Box: Growing Terrorism Watchlisting in Everyday Policing,” Kirk points to the rise and spread of corruption in all agencies of US Government.
Self-serving interest arising from public-private partnerships and utilizing the infamous “revolving-door” principle between Government and private-sector in the Defense industry as well as every other industry including pharmaceutical and biomedical research has also led to the wide commercialization of Mass Surveillance and select targeting.
“There is No Real Oversight–If Congress Wanted Real Oversight, They Would Establish a Tech Team”
The Intelligence sub-committees in Congress are clearly not doing their jobs, and Kirk outlines a simple method whereby they could easily set up a technical team with access to the NSA TCP/IP networks, with ability to roam on the networks, examine data retrieval actions and check for possible publication/report creation (or not), linkages to client sites, money trails et al based on that data, to pinpoint any source of questionable and non-transparent actions and thereby track down only those particular nodes, sites, or sources requiring surveillance.
However, what the NSA, Pentagon, and other departments are now doing (and have been doing for 20 years since 9/11 if not before) he notes, is full-spectrum surveillance and full-communications collection, all of which poses immense danger to our constitutional Republic, he says, in its complete trampling of citizen rights and privacy.
Politically speaking, “these agencies, the FBI don’t want real oversight.” In this context, it is valuable to note what FBI Whistleblower has stated of the FBI versus the DOJ, which latter is supposed to have oversight of the FBI. In reality, Geral Sosbee says, it is more likely the other way around–powerful agencies like the FBI, CIA, and NSA seem to be running the show.
People Need to Be Speaking Out at School Boards, City Council Meetings
Kirk Wiebe says it is possibly past time for marches and rallies but indeed these are still needed, as also are needed other means of public and private speaking and activism to persuade government officials back onto the straight and narrow, such as speaking out at School Board meetings, city council meetings and reaching out to Senate Intelligence Committees.
The threat to American freedoms has arrived at every door, he says, and everyone needs to be standing up to change this situation around. It is not important to be perfect in one’s presentations, he notes, but to be authentic to purpose and true of heart. “Pureness of heart is recognized by all.” In such ways, change can begin.
This is the case also for schools wishing to teach racist ideology via Critical Race Theory (CRT) or thrust sex education on kindergartners at a time when the National Education Association has vowed it will force CRT onto curricula in all 50 states: parents need to wake up and take a stance and start getting active at School Board meetings and to principals. Stopping racism, chaos, and subjugation of rights begins with each one of us. “CRT is racism.”
Scientists, RF Engineers, Physicians Need to Come Forward to Assist Targets with Scanning and Establishing Evidence
And what of those targets, the truly victimized and extremely persecuted, who report their lives have been utterly destroyed by surveillance and secret experimentation programs?
Scientists, radiologists, medical professionals do need to come forward to assist here, he agrees, people need to be scanned professionally and instruments such as frequency spectrum analyzers and Faraday detection need to be wielded by engineers and scientists who can accurately identify the nature and direction of frequencies people are reporting. Perhaps targets can group to fund the lease of such analyzers and hire professionals, he suggests.
Something people need to do also is self-advocate more powerfully by using scientific method and language to report the kinds of radiation assaults they are reporting, he says, since there are enough forces out there (in media, psychology, psychiatry, law enforcement) arrayed to discredit reporting targets as mentally unstable when they report being hit by pulses from satellites or planes, for instance.
There are most definitely targets, he says, but not all of them are credible, and recourse to science in reportage can go a long way.
Best Way Forward is Still Approaching Congress and the Intelligence and Oversight Committees
In a later email with this writer, Kirk Wiebe recommends that approaching Congress is still the best way forward to gain public acknowledgment and redressal of all surveillance and targeting crimes, “especially the Intel Committees and the Government Oversight Committees” and recommends that those targeted move their efforts in these directions, going forward.

Bio-Robotizing—which is essentially the neural takeover of a person’s brain andmanipulating a person’s limbs, organs, joints, and entire body from outside;
Continuous Psychological, Mental, and Internal Torture via Voice to Skull andSynthetic Telepathy running abusive monologues inside individuals’ brains, an intrinsic aspect of Trauma-Based Mind Control, and prelude to bio-robotizing;
Continuous Psychological and Social Trauma caused by non-stop assault ofindividuals with Psy Ops-defined inputs related to the individual’s life, picked up by intensive surveillance, including neuro-surveillance;
and the very act of Trauma-Based Mind Control, which is the effecting of remote control of people’s brains and bodily movements and behaviors by inflicting physical and psychological trauma on them (Article 7, k).
To repeat, these acts of extreme remote brain and body access, assault, and manipulation areinternationally understood, as per Article 7 of the 1998 Rome Statute of the ICC—and understood by all seeking to investigate and prosecute those committing these crimes–to be Crimes Against Humanity.
2) These crimes are currently being investigated, and all those committing these crimes are being monitored. All individuals, groups, and corporate members and veterans of Militaries, Defense Departments, Defense/Security contractors, Air Force and Army Bases, Justice Departments, Intelligence/Security agencies, Intelligence/Security contractors, Law Enforcement departments, Fusion Center organizations, Bureaus of Investigation, Citizen Watch and Neighborhood Watch groups, Community Oriented Policing Programs, University “researchers,” and random citizens in neighborhoods, communities, and places of employment recruited to assist in the performance of these Crimes Against Humanity on the bodies of select individuals, presented deceptively by Nation State and military “authorities” of any kind as legitimate or lawful or legal targets of surveillance, monitoring, investigation, or experimentation are liable to being monitored by name, place of residence, place of employment, occupation, and association (to determine connection with Military/Intelligence/Law Enforcement/Neighborhood Watch/Community Oriented Policing Program if any.)
3) These crimes will be prosecuted in the International Criminal Court, in courts of Common Law, and in new, incorruptible People’s Courts and Tribunals to be focused on addressing Crimes Against Humanity.
4) Every single person or entity participating in these crimes in the smallest way, whether by pointing a cellphone issuing a wifi signal at a human being identified to them as a legitimate target or “test subject,” using an app on a cell phone to direct deadly radiation on such an identified human being, via the GlobalElectronic Control Grid (using cell towers, satellites, drones, sensors, air, space, ground -based and mobile tracking, sensing, and transmitting platforms), or using a portable directed-energy weapon orantenna system or transducer handed to them by an “authority” organization such as a Defensecontractor/military branch/Air Force Base/Intelligence agency/Security agency/Law Enforcement agency/Investigation agency/Neighborhood Watch group/Community Oriented Policing Progam is liable to being monitored, and will be documented by name and photographic or video/audio record.
5) Participants in these crimes (deceptively termed “legal”) are hereby informed they are participating inactuality in the crimes of Non-consensual Rape, Sex Trafficking, Sexual Assault, Enslavement, Imprisonment, Torture, Sexual Slavery, Persecution, Enforced Disappearance, Bio-Hacking, Bio-Communications, Neuro-Hacking, Psychological Trauma, Physical Trauma/Assault, and Criminal Bodily Trespass—all of which are Crimes Against Humanity, as described above.
6) Participants in these crimes are also hereby informed that Crimes Against Humanity they are recruited into performing, whether conducted and protected under cover of “National Security,” “in protection of the Homeland,” “legitimate military/criminal justice experimentation,” “research projects,” “socio-behavioral research,” “social engineering,” or “legitimate investigation,” are still, and primarily, Crimes Against Humanity, and will be prosecuted as such.
7) Participants in these Crimes Against Humanity—whether salaried employee of an organization as described above or paid/unpaid community volunteer–can both anticipate criminal charges, continuouswritten, photographic, audio and videographic documentation of their actions and words, and open publication at any time online and otherwise of their names, photographs, audio/video recordings and places of residence and employment.

In my last report, I explained that my best friend and professional colleague of many years, former FBI agent Geral Sosbee, had not been able to speak on the phone since August of this year, because of the fact that the assaults on him by directed-energy weapons had destroyed his hearing.
I had known of this for quite some time, at least going back about 3 or 4 years, as his hearing deteriorated bit by bit. Geral and I used to spend hours on the phone and although the conversations were many times a source of distress for both of us, given the subject matter, that distress was outweighed by the comfort and solace of knowing that there was at least one other person in the world who understands what you are going through, that being targeted by the government for political persecution.
We have both suffered decades of this targeting, retaliation against whistleblowers. And unless you have experienced it (I would not wish it on my worst enemies, no matter how heinous their crimes), there is no way to understand what it is like. The perps of these campaigns against targeted individuals, which are brutal beyond description, have one overriding agenda in mind:
To totally destroy the Target’s life. To ruin the Target, financially, to send him to the depths of emotional despair; to destroy his personal/professional reputation with smear campaigns, to sabotage his relationships, to leave him broken, battered, homeless, destitute and alone in the world. I was pleasantly surprised that one day after I posted my report I received a phone call from Geral. Actually, the call was made by Geral’s wife, who is also a dear friend. She too has suffered greatly from the targeting of her husband. She has no connection (and never has had) to the government, nor to his professional endeavors. Do the perps care? No, for she is considered mere “collateral damage” in the war against Geral Sosbee.
They had called to thank me for my report. In order for me to respond, I had to speak to Geral’s wife, for he could not hear me. We were only able to stay on the phone for less than 5 minutes. Just hearing Geral’s voice was uplifting. But what he said left me in tears as I hung up the phone.
This was nothing new, he’d said it many times before: That he could not fathom the depth and breadth of the evil that has taken over our country. That the people who would do such things, as terrorizing and torturing their own citizens, destroying lives, killing people, it was something he could not understand. How can anyone be so evil? How can they live with themselves?
I’ve often heard similar statements, especially from those so targeted. Of course, we KNOW it is happening. We have experienced it firsthand. We have documented it, we have collected as much evidence as we could. We have reported it to various authorities. But it is still difficult, on a deeper level, to comprehend the absolute moral bankruptcy of the perps.
Geral filed a lawsuit, quite a few years ago, all the way up to the Supreme Court. He worked on this, while being harassed, persecuted and assaulted with high-tech weaponry, while being poisoned and drugged. All to no avail. His lawsuit was thrown out by the machinations of corrupt attorneys and judges.
He reported the crimes to members of Congress, to Senators, who are supposed to be his representatives. Nobody would help him.
He reported the crimes to the police. He was insulted, his sanity was impugned, he was threatened by these public servants. But no help ever came.
Going back to his years in the FBI (1971-1978), he reported the internal crimes through proper channels to the Inspector, who happened to be FBI Chief Ted L. Gunderson. His complaints were never even addressed, nor acknowledged.
Ted Gunderson, the same man who was planted on me in 1997, three years after I left CIA operations and went public with my testimony regarding CIA black ops, including (but not limited to) MK Ultra.
Ted Gunderson, the COINTELPRO Kingpin, Hoover’s right hand man, who after leaving the FBI in 1979, continued his counterintelligence operations against whistleblowers (CIA, FBI, NSA, Military, as well as journalists.
Ted Gunderson, who sold Stinger Missiles to Osama bin Laden (1979, while still officially employed by the FBI.)
Ted Gunderson, who married founder of the Church of Satan, Anton LaVey’s ex-wife, Diana Rively, in 1998.
Ted Gunderson, who publicly denied having sold the missiles to bin Laden (aka Tim Osman, CIA asset) after I and other investigators exposed it on radio programs. We had the documents. Then later, when it was clear he could not defend the lie, finally admitted it, accompanied by his false claims that Barbara Hartwell is a “CIA disinfo agent”, that I am a “government spook” working for the “shadow government”. No, Ted, that was you, may you rest in peace and may God forgive you and have mercy on your soul.
As for the marriage to Anton LaVey’s ex-wife, he never did admit to that, even when I produced evidence in the form of a letter sent to me by Ted (on FBI stationery) in 1998. He and his entourage of stooges claimed (as usual) that I am a liar, the most evil “CIA disinfo agent” who ever lived.

Such words as quoted above when directed against one of the true and great Defenders of Liberty (Barbara Hartwell) offend all sensitive persons who read them, but especially those of us who know and respect Barbara for her stand against government corruption. Indeed the ‘righteous’ as you call them reject the use of such descriptions above because no human being merits such a label.
However, gun is steeped in the use of labels, especially those that send good and innocent people to torture chambers, to prisons or to their deaths; gun is an expert by his own proclamation of his credentials (i.e.:SAC) in a) black operations, b) mind games, c) secret agent-provocateur dirty deeds worldwide.

Sosbee writes for the record on April 30, 2005:
gun indicates on his website that he was chief inspector for the fbi in 1973; in such capacity, gun had the responsibility to investigate Sosbee’s reports of fbi crimes during that year. Not only did he fail to perform his duties as chief inspector, he continued thereafter to serve in high level positions in the fbi at a time when Sosbee was being harassed for reporting the criminal conduct of numerous fbi agents as set forth in http://www.sosbeevfbi.com
In early 1971, the FBI’s domestic counterintelligence program (code named “COINTELPRO”) was brought to light when a “Citizens Committee to Investigate the FBI” removed secret files from an FBI office in Media, PA and released them to the press. Agents began to resign from the Bureau and blow the whistle on covert operations. That same year, publication of the Pentagon Papers, the Pentagon’s top-secret history of the Vietnam War, exposed years of systematic official lies about the war.
Now, moving on to the issue of torture. Here, an excerpt from the NY Times:
“Mr. Bush made that clear in an interview broadcast on Sunday. “We’re fortunate to have men and women who work hard at the C.I.A. serving on our behalf,” he told CNN’s Candy Crowley. “These are patriots and whatever the report says, if it diminishes their contributions to our country, it is way off base.”
These are “really good people and we’re lucky as a nation to have them,” he said.
Former intelligence officials, seeking allies against the potentially damaging report, have privately reassured the Bush team in recent days that they did not deceive them and have lobbied the former president’s advisers to speak out publicly on their behalf. The defense of the program has been organized by former C.I.A. leaders like George J. Tenet and Gen. Michael V. Hayden, two former directors, and John E. McLaughlin, a former deputy C.I.A. director who also served as acting director.”
The “patriots” and “really good people” from CIA? Can he be for real?
Good people do not engage in torture. Period. I don’t care WHAT they call it (“enhanced interrogation”); I don’t care WHY they do it. I don’t care if it is used on the baddest of the bad guys. TORTURE IS WRONG. All wrong, all the time, dead wrong.
I have spent a tremendous amount of time researching the campaigns against whistleblowers. I have read their testimonials, their articles and reports online. I have watched their videos and TV interviews, and listened to their radio broadcasts.
I had a friend who was ex-CIA. I haven’t heard from him since I last saw him when he visited me at my home in Maine (2007). He wasn’t a whistleblower, per se, as he had not gone public using his name. (He had a young child to protect and was in the cross-hairs of the Bush Crime Family, out of Kennebunkport.) I had used the name “Paul” (not his name) in some stories of him in my reports, with his permission.
He was another person targeted for persecution and neutralization. I don’t even know if he is still among the living, as I was unable to contact him. (If you are out there, Paul, please contact me by post.) I do know that he was very ill when last I spoke to him, again, a result of the assaults on his person by government perps, very similar to the assaults on Geral Sosbee.
Paul was introduced to me by a mutual friend in 2005. He, like most of us, was living in dire poverty, a result of the campaign against him. But he was a tremendous help to me, donating his time to help me with computer issues and sharing his expertise in other areas.
I remember when he said to me, Barbara, I am sorry but I can’t bear to read your website. It is too distressing to me. We could talk on the phone, and that was easier for him. Just as with Geral Sosbee, the conversations were distressing, but also provided some comfort.
I bring this up because I too find it difficult to read the testimony, or watch/listen to the interviews of people who have been targeted for persecution. I can only stand so much, because I know from my own experience what these people have been through, or at least some of it.
As for those who have been falsely/wrongfully arrested, convicted and railroaded into prison, that is a horror I can only imagine, but for which I have spent many sleepless nights and shed many tears over these outrageous and grievous wrongs.
The campaigns against whistleblowers follow a very definitive and specific pattern, in most cases, both those I have personally investigated/known and those I have researched.
Then, it also hurts to know that there is not much I can do, if anything, to help them. I have no resources, no money to donate to their cause. I only have this website (not high-traffic, not commercial) where I can express my support for them and hope that others may do the same, especially those who have the resources to offer material support.
If I don’t know the individual personally then I must in good conscience take great care not to misrepresent them in any way, but only to provide quotes and links to their websites, where the reader may learn about their cases.
Unfortunately, I myself have had my name and my case grossly exploited and misrepresented many times, either by government minions/stooges, or by amateur wannabes and publicity-seekers, ignorant and aggressive persons who don’t know what they are talking about. But they’ve done a lot of damage, nonetheless.
I have compiled a list of whistleblowers for this report, most of whom I do not know. But I have read their articles, perused their websites, listened and watched as they told their stories.
But before I get to them, here is my list of the most common tactics used against whistleblowers. I have also listed the quotes that I have heard repeatedly from persons targeted. These are generic and not to be attributed to any particular individual. But they tell a story that those targeted may most likely relate to.
I could not believe what was happening to me.
I have not done anything wrong, but I was harassed by my colleagues.
They are saying I am paranoid, delusional.
They are insisting I see a psychiatrist for a mental health evaluation.
My neighbors have me under surveillance, they are stalking me, and I hardly know them.
I am being followed everywhere I go.
They broke into my home and planted bugs.
They stole my car keys, house keys, documents.
They poisoned my cat/dog, they broke my heart.
I lost everything.
I was forced to live in my car.
They ran me off the road, they boxed me in with a team of agents.
They vandalized my vehicles.
They crashed my computers.
I could not find a job, no one would hire me.
I was driven to bankruptcy/financial destitution.
I was driven to homelessness.
I lost my home, forced to sell everything I owned.
My wife/husband divorced me.
Nobody would help me.
And in just about every case (thank God!), I have heard them say:
I have dedicated my life to fighting them, exposing them, seeing justice done.
TACTICS FOR TARGETING
The basic model for a campaign against a Target is: Isolation. Alienation. Deprivation. The goal being to disrupt and destabilize every area of the Target’s life.
Organized stalking aka gang stalking (on foot, in vehicles and/or cyber-stalking)
Recruit neighbors for citizen spies/”neighborhood watch”, harassment, creating disturbances
Inform local police that the “suspect” (Target) is “under investigation” usually by FBI
Blacklisting: potential landlords, attorneys, employers, so Target cannot find a place to live, hire an attorney, find employment
Tailed while driving/harassment on road
Electronic harassment/DEW: assaults on the person of the Target, disrupting electric/electronic systems, TV, computers, etc. in the Target’s home
Impugn sanity of the Target: delusional, paranoid
Home invasions, theft, destruction of property, leaving tokens or ‘calling cards’, moving items out of place so Target knows his home has been violated
Vandalism of property, vehicles, screws/nails in tires
Smear campaign: Calls, letters to employers, family, friends, colleagues, slandering the Target, outrageous lies, false accusations
Public libel/slander campaign: Fraudulent “reports” and articles, radio broadcasts, outrageous calumny against Target
Agent provocateurs/plants: sent to infiltrate/disrupt the Target’s life
Sabotage relationships: family, friends, colleagues, so the Target may be abandoned and/or betrayed by those closest to him
Driven into financial destitution/bankruptcy
Driven to homelessness
False arrests, set ups, Target framed
False police reports/criminal complaints against Target
John Kiriakou has been imprisoned for more than two years. His legal battle before taking a plea that was a better alternative than the risk of a potential 30–year sentence impacted his financial well-being and his resources have been depleted. John was released from prison on February 3, 2015, and is under house arrest until May 1, 2015. In the meantime, he has many goals and plans to meet his mission of being a Force for Good.”
A former Justice Dept. ethics attorney, Jesselyn Radack blew the whistle when the FBI committed an ethics violation while interrogating John Walker Lindh back in 2001. After continued suppression of the truth by the DOJ, Radack resigned from her job and leaked important emails regarding Lindh’s case to Newsweek. As a result, the FBI targeted her consistently and made her a victim of shame and government retaliation.
She has written a memoir, Traitor: The Whistleblower and the “American Taliban”, which details this time in her life. Radack is now a National Security and Human Rights director of the Government Accountability Project and is the attorney to whistleblowers such as Thomas Drake and John Kiriakou. Radack is a blogger on Daily Kos, focusing on news stories regarding whistleblowers within the national security and intelligence communities.
Whistleblowers come in here and say to me, ‘You will not believe what I am going through.’ And I can actually look them in the eye and say, Yes, I will. And I do. Because I know what the government is capable of doing.”
John Kiriakou, Thomas Drake and Jesselyn Radack are the subjects of this documentary that reveals the treatment afforded whistleblowers who don’t have the right connections. “A person never feels as alone as when the weight of the entire U.S. government is coming down on your head, when Espionage Act charges are being filed against you despite the fact you haven’t committed espionage, and when your personal, financial, and social life are ruined,” John Kiriakou, the CIA torture whistleblower, told Shadowproof. “Jim Spione documented the ugliness of the Obama Administration’s war on whistleblowers. And it was through that documentation that I realized I wasn’t alone.”
The persons named here are only a few among those who have had the courage and integrity to stand up for themselves, their families and their country, to stand up for the truth, regardless of the consequences to themselves.
Through learning about their stories, I have developed tremendous respect and admiration for each one. I recognize when someone is telling the truth, when the person is sincere, and I have no doubt that these are decent, honorable people who have done all in their power to right the wrongs they have witnessed and experienced. They have paid a terrible price for their heroism.
As I watched their video presentations, listened to their radio interviews, I often found myself weeping at the evil done to them, but also cheering, and thanking God that in an incredibly corrupt government such as the U.S. has become, where moral standards have plummeted, where the Constitution is flagrantly and unapologetically disregarded, where the Rule of Law appears to have vanished into a black hole, where agents of the government are the most dangerous criminals we are likely to meet, still living among us there are these Liberty-loving Patriots, Defenders of the Constitution, Crusaders for Justice.

Dear Sirs,
This is a letter from one of thousands of innocent people directly and adversely affected by the fraud Watch List scam being perpetrated for profit (and power) on the American population, undermining our freedoms and ruining lives.
You were entirely right that the Watch List is unconstitutional, thank you for fighting to bring us back to sanity as well as to begin to divest our country from a lawless, post-Constitutional era.
I would disagree that there are a “mere 4,600” innocent Americans on the Watch List, I know I am on some kind of falsified Watch List and I am in touch with others around the country and in myriad FISA/Fusion Center victim organizations to the extent that we must number in the hundreds of thousands, not a handful. What we all have in common, is that we are regular non-criminal, non-subversive, intelligent, moral, decent Americans thrown onto some kind of apparently lucrative Watch List, whether “The” Terrorist Watch List or a parallel, off-book, Watch List for little to no reason. The vast majority of us have no idea why we solid, hard-working citizens would be of concern to anyone – after all, are we not exactly who you purport to be protecting?
Yet, we suffer DHS, FBI, Fusion Center–based massive slander and libel campaigns, creating sudden and unfathomable neighborhood, social network, workplace hostility which leads to ostracizing, blackballing, and open hostility. We even find ourselves viciously maligned and attacked by people on the Internet hundreds or thousands of miles away who are complete strangers but claim to know something unsavory about us, but have nothing but lies to spread.
In comparing notes with other FISA Abuse victims, we have learned that very often we are falsely accused of being secret pedophiles, dangerous lunatics, murderers who have not yet been caught, etc. though with no basis or evidence whatsoever.
Fueling blind acceptance of such smear campaigns by FBI Fusion Center operatives is the fact that strangers, neighbors, co-workers, even employers are bribed with under-the-table gift cards, goods and services funneled to them by Fusion Center or Fusion Center partners, to participate in unrelenting harassment 24/7.
The methodology is so: someone is chosen to be a scapegoat terrorist, a main Fusion Center is tasked with fabricating a false dossier on the intended victim, the false dossier is then used to bring the locals on board (Fusion Center-affiliated Infragard and others) to the “punish the bad guy” operation, which is comprised of organized stalking harassment using FBI-trained Infragard terrorist cells assigned to the person 24/7 on a rotating basis. This is to intimidate and cow the person but also to create a crime, which when related to others, mimics a lay person’s superficial understanding of “paranoia” as well as fooling many intellectually lazy mental health professionals. This guarantees the person will be ignored, labeled “crazy”, isolated, and denied equal protection under the law, thus opening the door to worse and worse abuses.
This and progressive gaslighting, like having strangers repeat private conversations showing the person’s home and phone are bugged and email hacked, repeated break-ins to rearrange belongings or steal personal items of emotional worth only, or wholesale looting of the person’s valuables with little sign of forced entry, guarantee the person stays in a high state of anxiety to produce the narrative that “something is wrong with the person”.
Pre-planned car accidents, pre-planned accidents, or assaults with false witnesses, etc. can also be used as means to get the person injured and hospitalized or put in jail or committed as “parallel social justice” for someone who somehow escaped justice for crimes he never actually committed. This “righteously empowers” the Fusion Center vigilante groups who think they are accomplishing something.
Worse still, medical research companies and Military Industrial Complex contractors use Fusion Center/Infragard connections and activities to subject the victims to weapons testing of covert, high tech electronic weapons such as the personnel or mobile subcategory of Directed Energy Weapons as were used on our diplomats in Cuba (2017) and China (2018) which caused neurological and brain damage. You see, there is a quiet arms race between the Super Powers in these types of weapons and a need for “biospecimens” to test them at severely damaging and lethal levels, that no human would consent to being a test subject for. The same is true regarding the “need” for war theater gases, poisons, DNA-specific toxins, and biomedical chips.
Electronic attacks, toxin attacks, and non-consensual, covert insertion of biomedical chips and chip networks (under cover of induced medical crises) that interfere with, hijack, denigrate, deteriorate bodily functions for “academic or military research” have been reported and found to be valid by certain private investigators and medical researchers and practitioners, who risk much to help the victims of this sham National Security / Terrorist Watch List program of human trafficking and blatant human rights crimes and war crimes.
I therefore encourage you to recommend the “remedy” to this heinous, sham program to be to shut it down completely and demand full accountability of those directly and indirectly involved. Follow the money. And to open up hearings to victims to bring forth their stories and their evidence, which often will be uniquely injured bodies and brains, with foreign objects inserted into them covertly to track and target them like animals. (The government must bear the responsibility of providing detection and removal of such devices for those who were unable to afford the procedures due to induced financial distress as well). Then the bottom level perpetrators, the duped civilians acting as proxy thugs for a rogue government operation, need to be ordered to disregard the dubiously Constitutional National Security Letter they were read onto for an illegal, unconstitutional military, contractor and corporate war on unarmed, non-combatant civilians and testify as to the exact nature of their recruitment and by whom exactly, their training, their methodology, the false basis upon which they were told it was ok to be part of a secret death squad to torture and murder Americans not charged publicly with any provable crime. And reveal their total salaries or gift cards, goods and services remuneration worth received for selling out and conspiring against their fellow Americans for filthy lucre.
Furthermore, much needed medical care to correct injuries as much as possible needs to be provided to victims and their families, to even include pets who have also been subjected to vicious injury-and-maiming gratuitously, though many victims as well as their pets have died along the way during this Homeland Security Dark Ages of murder and mayhem by our most depraved citizens acting as overlords.
We also demand any remedy take into consideration that this is human trafficking, and according to the President’s December 2017 Executive Order concerning human trafficking, that the assets of every entity and every individual involved, be appropriately frozen and seized. Then redistributed to their victims dependent upon length of time their lives were disrupted, damage to their lives, damage to their health and ability (or induced inability) to earn a living, properties and wealth lost, and emotional and psychological damage done, to include the loss of loved ones incidentally targeted in the effort to damage, torture, and murder the targeted victim. For those who can never trust their country or fellow citizens again, we want the opportunity to live apart from mainstream America, with full protection for such a community or set of communities as well.
For those who perpetrated and ran this holocaust, we demand the death penalty or appropriate life in prison be considered, with those duped foot soldiers at the bottom, eager to invade other people’s lives, given prison time or put in alternative settlement camps forever outside society to live out the rest of their depraved lives.
Last but not least, we demand that the details and story of each victim’s false persecution and torture be chronicled for them as closure, with lists of every operation against them, its purpose, and each perpetrator by name, position, and address and the money they made off of trafficking them. We demand that each perpetrator be named and shamed publicly for history as a lesson to those who would make money depriving others of their rights, with no consideration for those with security clearances whatsoever nor hiding behind “National Security” concerns. In fact, we demand harsher punishment for those betraying their countrymen and their oaths, such as Federal, military, and law enforcement. We also demand a list of which local, state, national and international entities our names were shared with in this massive libel campaign, and the exact communications libeling us and who specifically sent the libel, spoke the slander, meaning which organization, which specific named person and in what capacity, and under whose orders. I would like to whole-heartedly recommend this second Memo to Trump by Ramola D, as well as the first (2017). It is replete with astonishing but accurate information on the intended high tech destruction and subjugation of not only the American population, but the world…which was a hair away when Trump took office. Please note, all physical symptoms above that are being reported here are symptoms understood by reporting victims to be induced by external EMF signals, usually pulse shots, or EMF signals sent to implants—in many cases recorded with EMF meters and shielded from (proving they are external signals, not internal health issues.) Shielding is a huge problem since not all kinds of shielding work for all of these assaults; Americans are struggling to shield themselves. In addition, these Americans are reporting being subjected to extreme Stress and Trauma Creation COINTELPRO abuse: high-speed hazardous driving around them, non-stop high-level noise harassment and noise assault around them in neighborhoods with vehicles & landscaping equipment, non-stop hostility, ridicule, and community member “monitoring” them with cell-phones and arrival-departure presence from neighbors; nonstop vehicular and aerial stalking with ground vehicles, small planes, drones, helicopters; and nonstop pedestrian stalking and swarming in public.
All these are stressors, creating situations of high stress and trauma around targets, who at the same time are being hit with radiation/sonic assault weapons and RFID-monitored 24/7, in illegal and abusive CIA/DOD experimentation.

Fake Lists, Fake Terrorists, Fake Investigations, Fabricated Records, Lies, Defamation, and Slander Operations, Blacklisting, Sabotage, and the Destruction of American Lives
Strategized NWO/Agenda 21 plans for totalitarian world governance in conjunction with billions of dollars funnelled into Post-9/11 projects within the “War on Terror” paradigm, including the FBI’s Countering Violent Extremism programs, as well as Fusion Center Watchlisting for Extrajudicial Surveillance have spawned a corrupt, profit-centered industry focused on targeting innocent Americans, then corralling communities around them, training them up in Stasi -style hate crimes against these Americans, and selling these Slow Kill crimes in neighborhoods as Citizen Watch community-policing activities.
Very simply, innocent people across America—usually highly educated or highly moral, or both–are being Fake Watchlisted.
People with no ties to or interest in terrorism are being falsely named Extremists and Terrorists. (Thousands, hundreds of thousands, possibly millions of good honest Americans–as per all reports of FBI watchlisting (from ACLU) and estimates from Military/Intel whistleblowers Montgomery and Duncan.)
As per FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee, corrupt Federal Magistrate Judges under the thrall of the corrupt FBI then produce Court-Authorizations to open false investigations on these people; or the secret FISA court to issue secret FISA warrants and secret National Security Letters are used to inform places of employment and neighborhoods these people are “under investigation.”
Their neighbors, friends, and family are contacted and told these outstanding Americans who are now targeted for elimination (exactly as historically in Cambodia, Poland, Soviet Union) are “under investigation,” – authorization for which by the way is frequently renewed (every 90 days, acc. to FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee) and never ends, even after a year, 3 years, 10 years into this bogus investigation. People are also told that they (the neighbors) need to help with the investigation—most usually by turning a blind eye when the Fusion-Center-approved contractors zoom nightly and daily into their neighborhoods and make a deadly racket, by letting them park in driveways, and by letting them into their homes and yards so they can track the target better.
The good name, character, and reputation of these outstanding Americans is then sullied, slurred, slandered, and reviled by the Fusion Center thugs – AKA FBI, DHS, State and Local Police – to the neighbors, friends and family, who are told this person is under investigation for dubious activities, possible connection with terrorists, pedophilic and pornographic activities, prostitution, alcoholism, drug dealing or consuming, or some other horrifically unsavory activity which would never cross the mind or life of these particularly moral, accomplished, and outstanding targets—but are probably daily-crime in the life of corrupt, Mafiosi FBI who like to project their crimes onto others.
Additionally, and most crucially, people are told the target is Mentally Unstable,a Conspiracy Theorist, Obsessive, Bipolar, Schizophrenic, Paranoid, or other such, and therefore “needs to be watched by the neighborhood” and “by the community.”
For all of the above lies, falsified records and decontextualized information is possibly used to “prove” to neighbors and family that the target is a highly unsavory character who is mentally unstable and cannot be believed, and must be monitored closely.
Then the target is hit daily and nightly with Directed Energy Weapons, Active-Denial heat systems, and Radio Frequency Brain Transmissions to sleep-deprive her through the night (by way of waking her up several times through the night with wake-frequencies, sound and heat stimuli sent very close--LRAD and plasma/infrared weapons—hitting spines, heads, beds, walls, shielding), covert ly sharpshot with RFIDs or surgically implanted, and whacked night and day with microwave/milliwave/sonic/scalar weapons and neuroweapons, as described earlier.
When the target (character-assassinated as a mentally-unstable extremist) now mentions this High-Tech Radiation Assault and Battery to anyone in family or neighborhood, s/he is disbelieved, as intended, by this DirtBag Operation being run by our amoral and unscrupulous, Satanic, anti-Christian and anti-American “American” Fusion Centers. Further, the ridiculous COINTELPRO s/he is subjected to—also known as Psy Ops or Military Information Support Operations—with people around him/her dressing like him/her (wearing his/her clothes, his/her colors) and repeating words and phrases from his/her emails, texts, and private conversations, engaging in stupid street theater around him/her, as well as gaslighting, vandalism, break-ins into his/her home to steal or deface small things, is also intended to obtain for him/her a psychiatric diagnosis of Delusional and Paranoid, to further discredit him/her.
This accomplished, productive, caring, moral American with tremendous potential as a productive community member, ethical leader, and active helper of humanity is now successfully “neutralized” in his/her own neighborhood and family via Social and Psychological Terrorism; s/he is socially isolated, shunned and ostracized, disbelieved, and looked on with hostility and contempt by the gullible and the indoctrinated neighbors and community-members, all because corrupt, criminal, avaricious, spineless members of the FBI or DHS or CIA or NSA came by, flashed badges and corrupt court-authorizations obtained under false pretences, and told a bunch of liesabout him/her to take his/her life down.

These Incredibly Inhumane Anti-Personnel “Non Lethal” Directed Energy Weapons and Remote Access Neuroweapons Should Be Banned
Indeed, what this phenomenon really raises is the need to question, address, and publicly reveal the horrific nature of these “anti-personnel” RF/sonic weapons and neuroweapons which are being used on people. Concealing their brutality under military and law-enforcement labels such as “non-lethal” and “less-lethal” and “dual-use technology,” the extreme horror of these weapons is being kept under wraps. These are weapons which permit the secretive remote access, manipulation, modification, degradation, and retardation of human bodies and brains—and this is how they are being used today;they run counter to every single understanding of basic human rights, every treaty and every convention establishing human rights; they are not merely invasive of neuro, cognitive, and physical privacy, integrity, and sovereignty, they are erasive of these, and they have no business existing in our midst.
That the US Military and Intelligence establishment has developed such powerfully deadly radiation and sonic weapons and neuroweapons and is using them and testing them on Americans in “Pre-Crime” and “Potential Criminal” lying scenarios and intending to use them in America as “Next Level” methods of “Law Enforcement” as well as “Defense” is a horrific commentary on what amoral depths this establishment has sunk to.

Innate Secrecy of These Spectrum Weapons Permits Governments to Torture Their Own People in Secret: How It’s Being Pulled Off in 21st-Century USA
Clearly, these weapons would never have been developed with full public knowledge, disclosure and open debate. The public has been kept in the dark about these weapons because they are extreme weapons of human enslavement.
Joint development of these weapons with the Department of Justice took a nose-dive into Secrecy in 1993 with the newly classified Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Conference in Los Alamos, and later in 1994 with a Memorandum of Understanding between DOD and DOJ to jointly develop a whole class of non-lethals and anti-personnels for domestic use on Americans by Law Enforcement and flying them under the radar of Press scrutiny by naming them classified.

This has established secrecy in use of what DOJ now passes off, poker-faced, as Surveillance Technology. Remember, DOD/USAF/Navy are already using Secrecy for weapons-testing. And DOD/CIA have long been using Secrecy for Neuroweapons development, hubristic Behavior Modification, and Neuro Modulation.
This “legal” recourse to Secrecy coincides nicely with the innate secrecy offered by invisible radiation and sonic weapons, which operate much as Wifi operates, invisibly.
On the ground what this translates to is:
FULL SPECTRUM DOMINANCE: People are being hit from great distances, remotely and invisibly, from satellites, cell towers, drones, helicopters, planes, ships and boats, ground vehicles like cars, SUVs, trucks.
Closer in, people are being hit from neighbor’s antennas, cell antennas on utility poles, sheathed antennas on parked cars, covertly-placed microwave emitters in their own homes and neighborhoods, covertly-placed repeaters in neighborhoods, covertly-placed magnetrons on houses.
Paul Batcho, DARPA whistleblower, has stated a band of frequencies has been reserved on cell towers for Military use, which are being used to hit targets from, on a continuous basis in their communities, in public, as they are out and about, even driving, or using public transportation. This writer can confirm this scenario, where cell antennas mounted on light poles are being tuned to assault along the entire route the target is on, so that she suffers continuous chest congestion or continuous concussive brain assault as she drives along this route.
Targets’ neighborhoods are taken over with Fusion-Center-approved contractors zipping at high speed into neighborhoods and engaging in constant-tracking and constant-hitting of the target in either shamelessly exhibitionistic activities of “Surveillance” –in contrived theater for the terrorized neighbors, to establish daily Show-of-Force military/Fusion “legitimacy” of these UnConstitutional activities – or as ongoing weapons-training and testing for new batches of traitorous assassins being trained under weapons-testing contracts—or both.
The ground-vehicle zooming testers/trainers described above are working in tandem with air-crew; honking car-horns loudly when they fail to track–(even for a minute) (these are Continuous Clandestine Tracking and Locating (CCTL) operations on absolutely innocent-of-any-crime-whatsoever Americans)–and thereby eliciting immediate action from a small plane, drone, or helicopter, which instantly flies in or seems to descend over the target’s house—as if a high-tech criminal indicted for Columbian drug-cartel operations had momentarily gotten lost between the bathroom and the bedroom—to help with relaying co-ordinates and using penetrative radar to plumb through to non-consensual implants beneath shielding and produce a CCTL tracked-again signal for the programmed AI mastermind which seems to be directing operations.
Note here that the USAF is conducting Directed Energy Bio Behavioral Research with millimeter wave and other RF weapons in lab and field testing operations, via Defense contractors such as General Dynamics, in multiple contracts across USA.
As well: Robert Mueller, former FBI Director, has confirmed to Congress the FBI’s drones are in operation in US airspace, over CONUS; 30,000 drones have been named as operational. Question: Why are FBI drones being used at taxpayer expense on innocent Americans?
Also, it appears planes may be being kept in constant surveillance mode over major urban targeted areas. In May 2013, news outlets reported a mystery aircraft circling nonstop over Quincy, MA for more than eight hours, and through the night. In June 2015, AP reported the FBI is operating a civilian Air Force (inclusive of Cessnas) and maintaining surveillance over major cities.
The General Dynamics $49 million contract for DEBR for 7 years with the USAF began in September 2013; this writer, based in Quincy, MA, reporting Surveillance Abuse since November 2013, has since uncovered General Dynamics’ connections with the Quincy, MA government (No. 5, Pages 10-12/ https://everydayconcerned.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/letter-from-ramola-d-to-the-chair-quincy-school-committee1.pdf) which point to weapons-testing of RF weapons in Quincy, MA, Boston, and surrounding areas. Ground Crew of Stalkers:Children, teenagers, adults in neighborhoods have been roped in under false pretences via Community Policing and Neighborhood Watch initiatives to stalk, monitor, point cell phones, point portable DEWs—ie. direct microwave pulse hits at targets with, carry DEWs in backpacks and purses, take photos and video, and generally engage in harassive stalking actions against targets. The BackPack Stalker is now ubiquitous, all over American cities and counties–a try at Plausible Deniability, but noticeable nevertheless.
FUSION HOUSES: Covert and clandestine brain experimentation by the NSA/CIA/DIA as described by whistleblower Dr. Robert Duncan is being facilitated by “fusion houses.” Researchers and weapon-wielders are moved in all around targets, to inhabit houses and apartments as owners and tenants, taking Surveillance contracts to “monitor” neighbor targets nonstop while directing RF/sonic weapons at them for Torture and Trauma Based Mind Control purposes. These are MK Ultra-extended programs focused on Brain Modification and Behavior Modification, and have no business existing or being tested or used on people in a democracy; they are treasonous operations in their assault of citizens.
Local Businesses Involved: Public-private partnerships permit services like UPS, FEDEX, USPS, National Grid, Comcast, X-Finity, Verizon, Capitol Waste, Sunrise Scavenger (trash and recycling), landscaping, home remodelling, tree-cutting, swimming pool cleaning, plumbing, heating, construction, virtually any home service to carry tracking and heating microwave and sonic weapons, sensors, and antennas in their trucks and vans and operate them casually in neighborhoods, where they utilize Plausible Deniability for being there.
Civilian-Military Operations:Because military involvement in law enforcement has been permitted by various legislative means, and the use of non-lethal weapons as crowd-control, peace-enforcement, and adversary control has been sanctioned through DOJ/DOD MOUs, we are apparently now in a state of publicly undisclosed Low-Intensity Conflict, predicted in War Strategy documents, wherein Special Operations forces and other military groups are using outfitted civilian vehicles—pick-up trucks, jeeps, SUVs, and service vehicles as described above—to use targeted non-lethal weapons on named civilians casually labeled “adversaries,”–again, the same smart accomplished moral American set named earlier, while wearing Plausible Deniability camouflage to prevent the larger public from understanding what is going on.
Plausible Deniability, Complicit Psychiatry, and Deep State Media Lies
Indeed, every effort has been made to establish Plausible Deniability, which really means that people are being attacked in broad daylight, with hidden weapons systems, hidden in plain sight.
The ridiculous COINTELPRO these Americans are being subjected to as well means they can now say truthfully they are being stalked, echo-gestured, echo-speech’d (their own words from surveillance, as in conversation, text and emails played back to them by strangers in public), vandalized, gaslit, and sabotaged—which both complicit and not-clued-in psychiatrists will then rush in to “diagnose” from the CIA-created DSM as delusional, delusions of persecution, paranoid, schizoid, and schizophrenic. This indeed is exactly what is going on.
The outrage of these Americans being so extremely physically assaulted in these ways, both with deadly carcinogenic weaponry and then with Stasi persecutory COINTELPRO, only to be disbelieved and discredited with a Mental Illness diagnosis by uneducated, uninformed or complicit psychiatrists is beyond belief, and can rightfully be termed Psychological and Social Terrorism of American communities and neighborhoods.

The lies that have been published in a steady stream from the ’80s onward in the major newspapers and through video/documentary coverage—such as The New York Times and The Washington Post, and now Wired, The Daily Beast, Vice News, Chicago Sun-Times, and others—with a breathtaking range of openly displayed refusal to touch the gamut of technologies openly being studied and developed by the US Military and the CIAranging from neuroweapons, mind control technologies and techniques, directed-energy weapons, voice to skull weapons, sonic weapons, bone induction weapons, genetic weapons, millimeter wave weapons, microwave weapons, RFID chips, nanochips, nanobotsexcept in the most innocuous, benign, and accepting of ways, as if the deadly technology development of the Military and the Covert Ops Agencies had to be protected at all costs—and projecting instead a determined lack of knowledge, as well as open denial about the existence of these weapons is nothing short of phenomenally stupefying.

The CIA terminology of “bizarre” “mystifying” “inexplicable” “flummoxing” is rolled out regularly, including in recent news reports of US diplomats reporting EMF and sonic weapons in Cuba and China, in pathetic attempts to project the big fat lie that no knowledge of such weaponry exists among government ranks, and that people reporting such exist on an outer fringe of conspiracy theory– also, we must remind ourselves, a CIA term to marginalize truthtellers and suppress dissent.
In fact, a circular modality of Lies and Support for Lies has been forged and continues to exist, among psychiatrists and CIA-agent-journalists spewing out lies in Deep State Media:

Gag orders regarding NSLs may be partially responsible but given the gleeful participation in Psy Warfare evidenced in news anchors and Talk Show hosts indulging in street theatre built around unlawful cameras-everywhere-inside-homes surveillance feedback and assisting in mocking, ridiculing, and attacking targets on-camera, it is more likely that a high percentage of salary-drawing employees in MSM are completely and fully complicit, and are part of the Predatorial Fascist Class preying on outstanding Americans, whom they–like their brethren the deranged “elite” Illuminati intent on a “Great Culling” to wipe out most of humanity—would rather neuro-steal from, and ridicule, and exterminate, and so have no problem smearing in print as delusional.

Habituating People into Mass Stoning Operations: Getting People Used to Targeting, Tracking, and Torturing Others with Remote Wifi/Sonic Weapons, in Their Own Neighborhood
The persistent nature of these operations and the ever-increasing penetration of the predation into all corners of the community has culminated in a Mass Stoning Operation going on in plain sight, with even educated professionals and their children induced to participate and indeed freely participating.
Professionals Participate in Hunting, Tracking, Targeting, Torturing: No matter that you are an engineer, physician, Public Health post-graduate, IT Project Manager, retired schoolteacher, or Principal of a school, you keel over and cell-phone track as commanded, in order to 24/7 hit with “Electronic Surveillance” the target as the local Badge-Flashers from Fusion Centers demand, or consent to wearing a neon cap on your head as the MISO Psy Ops “behavioral research and neuro modification” sappers demand. All that post-graduate education requiring critical thinking and independent enquiry goes directly into the toilet as you comply.
Children and teenagers participate in Hunting, Tracking, Targeting, Torturing: Especially egregious is the sight of children and teenagers employed to raise cell phones at people, watch, monitor, target, and track people, as well as engage in obnoxious street theater around people, as numerous targets have reported to this writer, and as I myself have experienced for several years now, as I drive and pick up my daughter from school everyday.
This means that kids are being trained to hunt down, disrespect, and subjugate adults with these wifi weapons.
Let that sink in. American kids are now being trained to become American hunters of adults, imbibe and assimilate lies about these Americans, and use wifi weapons to deliberately radar-flick, GPS-track for a satellite hit, and publicly mock and ridicule these Americans — whom they are being convinced to believe deserve and need their targeting, tracking, and torturing. Direct assault of American bodies with Anti Personnel Non Lethal Weapons is now being accomplished by conscripting children.
Children even younger–preschoolers, toddlers–are also being conscripted; these kids are being used in two ways: one, asked by an adult to stare, glare or raise an admonitory finger at an adult (I have been treated to this lunacy numerous times, I have witnessed the parent bending down to whisper to the child first); and two, kids are being Neuro-Modulated to full-face stare, cross the path, scream, yell, and otherwise mock or verbally assault the target: this steps right into the Satanic realm of where exactly all this deep dark Neuro Modulation and Neuro Modification experimentation research is headed: it is headed toward direct and complete Brain Control of not just toddlers and animals and insects as DARPA currently excels in, but TOTAL brain control of all humans, starting with the most accomplished and moral Americans–who have become the targets of the Satanists seeking to take them out first.

For
those of us who have found ourselves wrongfully thrust under
surveillance by too-well-budgeted and clearly corrupt fusion centers in
the wake of 9/11, and wrongfully rolled into non-consensual
neuro-experimentation programs being run by a treasonous US Military and
Intelligence Community, the betrayals of 9/11 — spanning two towers
full of innocent Americans at work, New York firefighters who succumbed
to cancer, millions of innocent civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya,
Syria, Palestine whose lives, homes, and families were destroyed in
horrific and needless Deception-Begun wars, as well as a massive rollout
of intense surveillance and stealth-weapon assault with anti-personnel
Electronic Weapons (in Asymmetric Warfare, Stealth Warfare,
Civilian-Military Operations) on innocent civilians in America and
worldwide — haven’t stopped.
Surveillance Abuse Today is a Lot More Than Email/Cellphone Surveillance & Comprises Bio-Hacking, Neuro-Hacking, and Radiation Assault
For
five years now, since 2013, when a concerned letter to Senators Ed
Markey and Elizabeth Warren, State Representative Tackey Chan, the
Boston Globe, and the Patriot Ledger about chem trails & tree
damage, and a chance conversation questioning the need for paid daycare
of our second-grade children at a Parent-Teacher conference with a
particularly egoistic and apparently underworld-Mafia connected
Treasurer of the School Board at a private Montessori school in Quincy,
Massachusetts (City of Presidents, also City of Lies and since 2013 the
Site of C/Overt Field Weapon Testing of Directed-Energy Weapons by
General Dynamics, a Defense contractor with a Directed-Energy
Bio-Behavioral Research 49-million dollar contract with the US Air
Force), I have been covering the stories of those like me who have been
extra-judicially targeted, lawlessly “detained,” stripped of Due Process
and all Constitutional Rights, Human Rights, Civil Rights, and
subjected to:
24/7 Harassive COINTELPRO stalking, tracking, & Psy Ops — disguised in communities as Community Policing, with your own neighbors turned virulently against you;
24/7 Electronic Assault — assaultive
and carcinogenic anti-personnel EMF weapons-testing, Remote Neural
Monitoring, Neuro-Experimentation and Neuro-Surveillance with military
tracking radar, covert RFID implants, microwave, milliwave, sonic,
scalar, remote electrical, bio and nano weapons, drone, plane,
helicopter, and satellite tracking and stalking — disguised in
communities as Electronic Surveillance, necessitating constant shielding
and eliciting extreme health damage;
Community Blacklisting & Character Assassination — as
mentally ill, pedophiles, prostitutes, child molesters, pornographers,
terrorists, suspected terrorists, potential terrorists, putative
terrorists, violent extremists, troublemakers, all to discredit our
witness and testimonial to these incredibly egregious
USAF/DOD/CIA/NSA/DHS/FBI assaults.
Mainstream Media — CIA-Driven — Has Been Schooled to Dismiss Reporting Victims as Paranoid and Delusional
During
this time period, I have witnessed the cavorting and convolutions of
numerous bought-and-sold reporters in print and in video as they bent
over backwards to accede to the demands of their CIA/And Other
Clandestine-Ops-Agencies masters to conceal these crimes of Surveillance
Abuse by actively dismissing as “delusional and paranoid” the reports,
testimonials, and cries for help from increasing numbers of highly
educated and accomplished people of integrity, conscience, and
community-mindedness suddenly targeted for apparent assaultive
elimination with Stealth Radiation Weapons. I mean reporters from The New York Times, The Washington Post, Vice, Wired, and
others — classic “mainstream media” mavens run by the CIA, whose
paychecks have apparently prevented them from pursuing the truth. And in
fact, given them oodles of leisure time in which to write excoriating
pieces of vitriol mocking and maligning reporting victims of
Surveillance crimes and Military Experimentation abuse, such as in
Rational Wiki and Wikipedia, helping the CIA/DOD equate “Targeted
Individual” with “Delusional” and that other CIA-Trickster-Term intended
to stop all further critical inquiry: Conspiracy Theorist.
This
situation — of unlawful targeting, harassment, and clandestine
Military/Intelligence experimentation — is one that writers like Paul
Baird of Surveillance Issues have
reported have been operative for decades, from well before 9/11, in the
’80s and ’90s, but there is no doubt that the years since 9/11 have
seen an increase in the systematic targeting and extreme-abuse that
people have been reporting. Note also that journalists and writers like CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell,
Alex Constantine, Walter Bowart, John Marks and others have long
reported clandestine CIA experimentation, and MK ULTRA experiments that
went underground. (And have currently resurfaced.)
Today
scientist whistleblowers and agents who have worked for the US DOD,
CIA, US Navy, UK Navy, MI5, and Mossad like Robert Duncan, Richard Alan
Miller, Barrie Trower, Carl Clark, Tim Rifat, and David Voigts are
speaking out; hundreds of activists worldwide are bearing witness to
these targeting crimes; human rights organizations like Targeted
Justice, ICAACT, and ICATOR are addressing and publicizing these abuses.
Historic
figures like Dr. Rauni Kilde, once Chief Medical Officer of Finland and
Gloria Naylor, celebrated author of several novels and screenplays
including The Women of Brewster Place
have borne witness to these crimes. Critically important writers like
Paul Baird, Renee Pittman Mitchell, Dr. Nick Begich, Mark Rich, Dr. John
Hall, Cheryl Welsh, Mary Gregory, Dr. Eric Karlstrom, Rosanne
Schneider, and many others have written books, articles, and maintain
websites filled with compendious historic, scientific, whistleblowing,
and testimonial information revealing these crimes.

Despite MSM Dismissal, We Need to Move On To The Next Step: Dismantle Fusion Centers, Stop All Military/Air Force/CIA/NSA/NIH/US Gov DEW Testing, DEBR, and Neuro-Experimentation: People Are Being TORTURED
Despite
the covers, despite the lies, despite the cover-up of FBI KST (Known
and Suspected Terrorist) lists, War on Terror lies, Patriot Act/Freedom
Act/NDAA/FISA/NSL/Executive Orders, Countering Violent Extremism covers,
despite the sanctimonious “National Security” covers under which
non-lethal-weapons testing and neuro-weapon testing, AI testing,
nano-weapons testing and operations are being run, the most essential
fact here is: people are widely reporting being tortured. These are
barbaric and inhumane weapons, they are wreaking extreme abuse on
people’s bodies and brains, as many have testified.

The
worst part is, because doctors, psychologists, and psychiatrists have
been manipulated — either through collusiveness at the top, ignorance at
the bottom, sealed by the DSM — Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of
Disorders, a feature of naturally-weaponized Psychiatry — they assist in
further victimizing the victim with an egregious “diagnosis” and
general hand-over to the neuro-experimenters and neuro-controllers for
further victimizing with psychiatric drugs, social isolation, and
continued exploitation.
In
addition, insidious neuroweapons engage today in subliminal mind
control, precisely what the CIA and their wealthy banker patrons want: a
radio-hypnotically controlled populace, docile and sheeplike. And
currently, especially the families and friends of non-consensual test
subjects, so that barbaric MK ULTRA-style neuro-experimentation can
continue, without interference.
Activists,
journalists, whistle-blowers, people reporting corruption are being hit
with these weapons, and being character-assassinated by fusion center
protocol to permit exploitation.
I
suggest that people start waking up in a hurry and working to
understand the true horrors of these “anti-personnel” “crowd-control”
“dual-use” “non-lethal” electromagnetic and acoustic and neural
Directed-Energy Weapons, because those who report the remote use of such weapons on their bodies are reporting extreme abuse
(Would You like to be electrically vibrated, shocked, burned, and
pulsed, in any part of your anatomy — and I mean ANY part, from a
distance?), and what this really portends is that All of humanity, let
alone all of USA, will soon be under threat of their subjection if we do
not commonly rise and demand that their use, even experimentally, on citizens be immediately terminated. The very-near future promises to be Neuro Slavery and Remote Electronic Slavery for all if humanity does not act.
This is the real domestic cost of 9/11, and it is absurd
that this is not being splashed across the front pages of the world,
today, on 9/11/2018. The front pages are locked down though, and that’s a
reason to shut down treasonous Mainstream Media as well.
