Former Army Ranger Justin Pitts was attacked by non-lethal weapons by the US Army’s Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). They are located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. Justin was a personal friend, we were both what is termed Targeted Individuals. This is a new program run by our government. If you are unlucky enough to be put in this program, your life as you knew it will NEVER be the same.
Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF) and Cyber Operations
The US Army in this case is running what they have labeled Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF) Warfare and Cyber Operations. The Army is using the PEO STRI to run simulations that control a target’s electronics, including his or her actual mind and body. The carrier EMF signals have the ability to send voices to your head that only you hear, termed Microwave Acoustic Hearing. The technology is so advanced that you can have EMF signals sent directly to your brain changing your mood. The technology causes all kinds of life- changing problems for those attacked.

Justin and I met on YouTube. He was a kind, skinny, short southern Army Ranger that was targeted during his last year as a recruiter for the military. While he was still Active-Duty, the Army base in Orlando, FL started targeting him. Justin started hearing voices receiving Synthetic Telepathy. This is not too different to my targeting; however, Justin could not keep weight on his body. He was constantly eating junk food. Justin also had severe EMF attacks where his entire body would shake. His targeting increased when he, through microwave hearing, heard someone blow their nose into a trash can while he was not at work. This gesture is common among military men. He had heard the guys at the recruiting office make that noise before and identified it. This was the first time he realized that someone had tapped into his brain. Justin’s targeting would start to escalate at that time.
We decided to take our information and put it together to figure out a way to help expose the targeting of US citizens. We knew these were crimes against humanity not unlike the Nazi treatment of anyone they deemed unfit. These non-lethal weapons were designed in the last 40 years. Justin and I interviewed on YouTube to get information out about how individuals are targeted.

Justin was targeted with gang stalking. He had military helicopters and planes fly over his home in South Carolina. Justin was smart and had the ability to review the Army’s Cyberspace and EMF Operations FM 3-12 Manual that is available online. Justin’s targeting would continue and his hearing one person turned into a classroom of Army soldiers exchanging paperwork and talking. He would be in his home and hear the classroom become animated. He saw cars drive into his neighborhood with Florida license plates at this time. Justin continued to also be targeted throughout his body with electromagnetic-frequency-attacking causing him to shake uncontrollably. No matter how much they attacked Justin, he continued to fight back going up the Army’s chain of command to expose the National Security violations.

Targeting Individuals Threatens National Security and Abuses the Security Clearance System
The Congressional hearing dated September 30, 2015 stated that definition of cyber included “emerging technologies, drones, nanotechnology, and a slew of other technologies which the term cyber is inadequate to define.” This is true and is why Targeted Individuals have a hard time trying to explain what is going on with them. Targeted Individuals will be labelled a psychological dysfunction by uneducated citizens. However, these crimes are really happening.
Justin was able to start to file complaints with numerous military and intelligence agencies. He went up the Army’s chain of command and this went nowhere. Then, he was harassed by the military planes in his neighborhood, so Justin filed a report with the Oconee County, South Carolina Sheriff’s Department. This was not enough to stop the program. Justin went to US Army Special Operations and Military Police to file complaints. However, people including military and intelligence agents do not know about technologies torturing US citizens on US soil. This is by the very definition treason, punishable by death.
Justin then was clever enough to start recording phone conversations when he filed complaints. His perpetrators told him where they lived and their names. Justin had one of them come near him. This perpetrator told Justin his name over the Acoustic Microwave Hearing from the base in Florida. The man’s name is Joshua Pierce, Sergeant 1st Class, Non-Commission Officer. This perpetrator had a complaint filed by Justin to the FBI.
Justin contacted the NSA and filed a report with them since the Army was violating National Security with the Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare tools at their disposal. Next, he contacted an UN journalist and NATO’s biomedical military command.
Justin talked with Presidential correspondents, however, he could never get his computer secure enough to send the information to the White House. Finally, when all these attempts to stop the targeting did not succeed, he went to Washington, DC. Justin tried to have Congress listen as well as the Pentagon. Unfortunately, this technology is so powerful that people at all levels are mind controlled with electromagnetic frequencies. Functional MRIs are also used to read and change people’s thoughts and minds.
Our world is no longer a free will society. We can be mind controlled without our knowledge at anytime. That is how truly powerful these weapons are becoming. All of Justin’s complaints fell on deaf ears, and he started to become very depressed. I did not see Justin at that time. If he was feeling that way it was probably an inserted frequency and not actual depression.
In December 2018 around Christmas, Justin supposedly took his own life; I do not believe that to be true. I cannot believe it when the soldiers at the US Army Base in Orlando, FL have the power to insert frequencies to make you feel how they wish. It is extremely unfortunate that I lost my friend, but he has left us the ability to stop the PEO STRI. This base is threatening our National Security by causing a substantial and specific danger to public health and safety. This is one of thousands of crimes they commit hiding behind a security clearance that needs revocation. We can together stop this base from taking all Americans’ free will. The 5G network will only enhance the crimes they are already commit daily. The PEO STRI is abusing their authority, causing gross mismanagement of military assets and wasting taxpayer funds.
Mainly, I am bothered by the children that they can essentially mind control to do whatever they wish. This is a sick form of pedophilia, and these soldiers are criminals. The amount of people under the treasonous Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare will continue to increase. Thus, more citizens will become human experiment test subjects without consent.
Neuroweapons kill US Veterans at a staggering amount daily. These programs are murdering good people as they come back from war. We must join together and support Targeted Individuals notifying Congressional Representatives. We can also fight back by filing FOIA Requests for the US Army’s PEO STRI program, alerting Inspector General offices, and Civil Liberties offices everywhere.
We must not turn a blind eye to our enslavement. No matter who is in political office or where you are, you will not have free will to go and choose what you want in life. Our children deserve their innocence and freedom. America’s children deserve protection even if you choose to be complacent, what about the children of our nation and the entire world? Please, if you do not understand the technologies, try to, for our nation is at stake in a major way.
We must always remember what Thomas Jefferson stated, “Does the government fear us? Or do we fear the government? When the people fear the government tyranny has found victory. The federal government is our servant and not our master!”

Richard Lighthouse, former NASA scientist and currently an Advisory Board Member at Targeted Justice, a non-profit representing several hundreds of targeted Americans reporting illegal and criminal harassment and psychological warfare as well as physical assault and battery with anti-personnel spectrum and other stealth directed-energy and neural weapons, reports that a Cease and Desist order has been sent on January 4, 2019, by Certified Mail and email to the Under Secretary David J. The letter, citing numerous violations of Federal and State laws, is reproduced below, and follows on recent disclosures made by police whistleblowers that Fusion Centers led by DHS and FBI are at the core of criminal “Targeted Individual” programs involving organized stalking, torture, and harassment directed at wrongfully targeted people under Surveillance quotas and covers. Mr. Lighthouse, author of numerous e-books publishing his research on technologies and tactics used against the wrongfully targeted, as well as on different aspects of physics and engineering, has published a new e-book reporting these findings, titled The Governors of Gangstalking, available for free download from his website.
Here he states: “During 2018, there were 3 police whistleblowers that stated the Fusion Centers were being used as Gangstalking control stations. The Intelligence & Analysis Office of DHS provides funding, training, free software, database and contact lists, and some of the key personnel for the Fusion Centers in the United States. I & A Office coordinates between the Fusion Centers and works with the Emergency 911 Call Centers in the United States, to block and redirect the emergency calls of Targeted Individuals. Many Targeted Individuals have experienced what happens when making a 911 emergency call and no ambulance arrives, or police arrive and mock you.”

An earlier Cease and Desist Order was sent on December 10, 2018 to General John Raymond at the US Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base following on research implicating the Air Force use from Schriever Air Force Base of directed-energy weapons (DEWs), in particular a high-powered microwave weapons system titled Vircator developed by the Air Force Research Lab, mounted on satellites and used against wrongfully targeted people in the US and possibly worldwide. That letter is also reproduced below.
Mr. Lighthouse recommends that all reporting unlawful targeting in the USA support these actions by also writing to the DHS, FBI, and DNI. “Targeted Individuals are encouraged to write or call the DHS Secretary and FBI agents – and tell them what is happening. Everyone in the United States is being tracked by military satellites – even your family members and children are being hit with microwave “bullets” from satellites and cell towers. Further, 10 US Code §950t(2) forbids attacking non-combatant civilians with military weapons, and 18 USC §2441 prohibits the Federal government and agents thereof from committing acts of war upon unarmed, non-combatant civilians.
Under California civil code 1708.7(a), this letter represents a clear and definitive demand to cease and abate your pattern of activity, including stalking, tracking and privacy violations.

FACT 1: The U.S. State Department has admitted that 26 diplomatic personnel have been attacked by “sonic weapons” and a team of medical doctors have concluded that microwave weapons are the culprit. This medical team includes Dr Douglas Smith, MD of the University of Pennsylvania, and Dr Beatrice Golomb, MD, PhD of UC San Diego.
FACT 2: The Air Force Research Lab sponsored the development of numerous microwave weapons, including the Vircator, U.S. Patent #4345220. The initial research was done under contract to Mission Research Corporation of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
FACT 4: The Titan Corporation in San Leandro, California, has designed and built many Directed Energy Weapons, under contract to the USAF. The Vircator weapons operate at 3920 – 3935 MHz.
FACT 5: The Air Force Space Command claims they are the “…sole provider of positioning, navigation, and timing, as well as the bulk of satellite communications to the warfighting community.” The satellite GPS targeting on the ground is accurate to less than one centimeter. The satellite tracking frequency is 3600 – 3750 MHz.
FACT 6: Air Force personnel have admitted that the Air Force Space Command has weapon systems placed in orbit. According to one profile; 1,300 personnel at Schriever Air Force Base operate 9 different weapon systems in space.
FACT 7: The Air Force Space Command is the largest satellite operator in the world and tracks every satellite in orbit, currently numbering around 1,800. The AFSPC knows the country of origin for each satellite and what frequencies it utilizes. If AFSPC wants to pretend they are not the origin of these microwave attacks, then they can identify the country and government. Prove it.
In an in-depth and candid conversation last night, Barbara Hartwell, CIA whistleblower and Geral Sosbee, FBI whistleblower spoke freely on the true depredations of Surveillance Abuse still ongoing in this New Year of 2019, where the CIA, FBI, and DHS engage today in unconscionable acts of persecution and rights violations against targets of their ire using undisclosed “Electronic Supervision Technologies” and “Federal Location Monitoring” which include deadly directed energy weapons and Psychological warfare to isolate and neutralize American lives of integrity and conscience.
Starting with the curious case of Monica McLean who lied once in a courtroom in 2000 by Geral’s report—and whose veracity therefore might well be considered in question in the Christine Blasey Ford accusation-of-Kavanaugh-of sexual-assault affair, Barbara Hartwell read from a recent report at her site highlighting Geral Sosbee’s statement in 2000 on Monica Mclean.
Ms. McLean, a former FBI agent, has entered the news recently purporting to be a lifelong friend of Ms. Blasey Ford and testifying that she had not been coached to lie on a polygraph by her (as a former boyfriend of Ms. Blasey Ford had alleged, thereby calling into question the authenticity of Ford’s own polygraph for the Senate), but the fact remains, says Geral Sosbee, that Ms. Mclean, as counsel to the FBI, once produced a sworn affidavit in the courtroom at which his case against the FBI was being heard and stated blandly that no FBI investigation had been opened on him, while this FBI “investigation” essentially comprising extrajudicial and criminal “goon squad activity” was known to be common knowledge both within the FBI and in the courtroom.
In his statement, Mr. Sosbee has stated: “As a matter of common knowledge in the fbi and the cia (among other government agencies) the unofficial investigation (i.e. : covert and death squad activities) by the use of fbi and cia informants, operatives, handlers, contacts and undercover special agents and their assigns and contract thugs (such as those in Wackenhut as referenced in commentaries at this site) is pervasive, secretive and illegal throughout the U.S. and the world….

The kind of persecutory abuse previously meted out sporadically to whistleblowers from inside the Intelligence agencies and military has currently expanded it seems to include large swathes of the population, while being rather viciously focused still on whistleblowers as well as journalists of import, including this writer, who dare to report on the atrocity of this targeting and abuse as also on other issues of corruption and criminality rampant today in the Intelligence Community.
The advent of radiation weapons, WiFi, and cell phones appears to have exacerbated this situation by permitting Intelligence agency principals and minions free rein to surreptitiously and covertly attack Americans with impunity, with no due process, no Constitutional rights, no civil rights accorded those they randomly set within their sights to target with weaponry, budgeted counterintelligence operations, and goon squad COINTELPRO activity.
The problem is with Congress, says Mr. Sosbee, who knows this is happening yet does nothing to stop it. The corruption is endemic and runs deep. They are all blackmailing each other, Ms. Hartwell reminds us. The ways in which these bleak and torture-based operations are kept quiet and continue is through binding the mouths of politicians with bribes and blackmail. “They are morally bankrupt.”
Cultist Secret-Society New World Order Destruction of America
What this signals is nothing less than the dark rise of the cultist secret-society-run New World Order, an order of secretive laws, secretive courts, secret warrants, secret charges, secretly falsified records, and secret fraud-profiling of targets as criminals, mentally incompetent, mentally ill, autistic, and other expediences intended to permit on paper the “supervision” and management of targets in the community by the FBI and law enforcement. To this end, in-built protocols dictate free-fall recourse to the exigencies of Authoritarian Psychiatry by simply condemning targets to Psych Wards and Psych Commits whenever mention of directed-energy weapon usage on them (still known in mainstream media parlance as “Electronic Harassment”) is made public, or whenever Parallel-Construction provocation tactics yield distinct action of whatever kind, even verbal, offering Law Enforcement an “in” to enter the fray and run “Involuntary Holds” on targets or arrest them.
These gargantuan and Kafkaesque injustices are accompanied by a larger criminality and depravity, Ms. Hartwell elaborates, involving the destruction of American individuality, rights, psyche, society, media, ethos, and values, also via the permitted corruption and criminality rampant in the illegal actions and activities of the FBI and CIA and DHS, exacerbated after 9/11 with the pre-planned Patriot Act and extremist laws set in place then.
Lies of Media, Lies of Psychiatrists, Lies of Doctors
All this of course is hidden to many Americans by the lies of media, the kowtowing lies made via Mockingbird agents running Propaganda operations for the Intelligence Community, thereby protecting them continuously and implicating themselves in this nonstop trainwreck of crime—where innocent Americans become scapegoats and victims and the most cruel, inhumane persecutions wreaking nothing less than torture unto death, goaded mental breakdowns, life destruction, and death itself now being run in organized, budgeted, taxpayer-paid Government Death Squad Operations go unremarked, unacknowledged, and unpunished.
Fear holds many journalists in check, but obligations to paymasters and unrevealed political allegiances also do. American journalism therefore appears to have entered a miasmic tunnel of deceit and like American psychiatry and American medicine—professionals from these fields also walking the line between complicity and embraced ignorance—engages in open betrayal of truth and reality.
Geral Sosbee relays his own experience of how co-opted and planted doctors refuse all reports of military-grade stealth weaponry being used on people and hand out false diagnoses of “paranoid and delusional.” Psychiatry itself is problematic and questionable, points out Barbara Hartwell, and it is currently being used in tandem with Law Enforcement to bind people down with labels and neurotoxic medication—and by this means also keep all report of these terrible crimes hidden and withheld from the larger public.
Mental illness itself is today in question when military neuroweaponry is putting voices into heads and synthetic images and dreams as well, via V2K, synthetic telepathy, and subliminal radio and ultrasonic influence technologies and BCI-CBI tech—but media’s refusal to cover these honestly permits the lies of psychiatry to continue, and permits these crimes of Fusion Center assault and military/Intelligence experimentation also to continue.
Our Task, Moving Forward: Keep Speaking Out
Because the importance of journalism in this space cannot be overstated and because the future of humanity literally hinges on the actions we take today, all we can do, says Ms Hartwell, who says her Christian faith is what has supported her over the years of continuous persecution, is keep speaking out, exposing these crimes and drawing public attention to them. A small fraction of us are dealing in the truth and publishing the truth of these times, with whistleblowers now turned journalists, such as Geral Sosbee and Karen Melton-Stewart, with their immense body of writings freely published online, and others targeted also speaking out or writing books—many of whom this writer has had the privilege of interviewing, such as Natalie Moore, Cassandra, Gretta Fahey, Melanie Vritschan, Galina Kurdina, and others. (And many more, not mentioned in this podcast but whose work continues to be exemplary and is mentioned elsewhere at this site.)
We are publishing the unvarnished truth, we are alerting the world, and we are speaking out in order to awaken numbers of others who can each take action within their own spheres of influence to put an end to these incredible crimes and bring the old America, the one of “original intent” as Barbara Hartwell says, back. It is up to America to listen.

A few days ago, a young emerging writer, activist and friend, Cassandra alerted me on Twitter that Suzie Dawson of #Unity4J fame and “Being Julian Assange” fame, Occupy, Internet Party, #ContraSpin and #DecipherYou fame, and other journalistic work of renown, whom I have interviewed (in a 3-hour long interview where I was charmed and impressed by her warmth and brilliance and undoubtedly essential work in digging through some of Snowden’s documents as exposed by The Intercept and unearthing nuggets of importance regarding the NSA, the Five Eyes huddling of fascist global uber-surveillance, and other Intel agency shenanigans the world over), had blocked her on Twitter. She sent me the tweet that had got her blocked, which she’d responded to in a thread, where she had posted some of my article-links as well, and noted to me that she had no idea why she had been blocked for this tweet and this tweet thread.
Well, a brief glance yielded nothing to me in the way of clarity or speculation either as to why this particular tweet or tweet thread had been blocked.
So I resolved to address this in my own tweets later that day when I had a chance, and did so that night, posting my thoughts in a tweet as I retweeted Cassandra’s tweet thread.

Interestingly, Suzie Dawson responded, and what followed was a conversation on Twitter that appeared to me increasingly misframed and misdirected by Suzie Dawson, which I sought to correct, to no avail, as a series of censuring and increasingly repressive tweets were sent my way.
Suzie Dawson responded to my tweet above as below. My response to her follows. I will replay the conversation below in screenshots, pardon occasional repetition.
This nasty crack from a #Unity4J journo who along with others has spent quite some time in articles and tweets rebutting and countering smear campaigns on Julian Assange lately from mainstream journos and publications like Barrett Brown and The Guardian seems amazingly shortsighted and thoughtless to me, particularly since the recent podcasts Suzie Dawson references here were made to counter false allegations and accusations, severely defaming and slanderous, made by a former colleague who bears all the marks of being an infiltrator, impostor, and counterintelligence operative–quite possibly from an overarching ZioNazi or GCHQ JTRIG faction infiltrating activist groups to mow down legitimate activism, advocacy, and journalism on the vital subject of uber-targeting and extreme persecution of targets with EMF/Neuro DEWs.
Suzie Dawson blocked me shortly after that tweet above. The next morning I noticed a tweet in response to this last one from @BBFromPA, whom I don’t know and have never communicated with. I responded however to her chastising and misframing and deliberately obtuse tweet–which, like Suzie Dawson’s tweets, persisted in distorting what I had said on this thread from the very beginning.
Just for the record, my support of #Unity4J and Julian Assange, whose work with Wikileaks I have, like many other writers, activists, and journalists found invaluable in helping inform the world what secretive governments and militaries are really doing, has never been in question. Unrelenting, world-informing activist, Cassandra, whose page on Twitter features Julian Assange, and the hashtags #ReConnectJulian and #TargetedLikeJulianAndWorse has worked diligently online to support Julian Assange, Wikileaks, and myself–a fiction-writer, poet, activist, mother, children’s and adults’ creativity workshop-leader, college creative writing and English faculty up to 2011 targeted extremely since 2013–as I have battled debilitating and ruthless targeting with inhumane stealth Electronic Warfare weapons, character assassination, employment sabotage, blacklisting, and social ostracism in my community for five years while pounding articles out, or posting and publishing others’ work , week after week, month after month, year after year, since late 2013–and lately, tweets as well, and podcasts and interviews since March 2017. The Bury Ramola D at Any Cost Brigade has been in action for a very long time.
On this subject, and in stark contrast to the above-named, I will name three outstanding Government whistleblowers–also targeted extremely and being persecuted by the US Government, as I am, too (heart-hit with ultrasonics as I write, on Christmas Day, 2018, in Quincy, Massachusetts), and as Cassandra is, too–who have stood by me, supported me, recognized my work, validated me, done interviews with me, stood right beside me as we have each worked in our own intensive ways to inform the world of the horrors of ongoing EMF/Neuro DEW targeting, and given me the honor and privilege of their friendship and counsel: NSA whistleblower Karen Melton-Stewart, CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell, and FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee.
I will write more on all these matters at a later date, and return here to the point I am trying to make that as a supremely-targeted and extremely-attacked writer turned journalist, I have yet supported the freedom of the Press, Wikileaks, Julian Assange, and the #Unity4J efforts in a spirit of open-heartedness and intellectual allegiance, and so has Cassandra, as any cursory glance at her extraordinary online activism–singular in its insightful and incisive perception, acuity, and analysis–will readily demonstrate.
I had not known until recently what an extraordinary job Cassandra has done in helping broadcast my articles and podcasts online–while “journalists” working as journalists in new or old media online ignore with studied fervor anything associated with my name–in nominating me for a Project Censorship award, and in rallying others online to notice the vital subject and content of my reporting. I thank Cassandra hugely for this unswerving and selfless raising of public awareness on her part and especially for her kind and continued championing of my work, my name, and the notice of my own travails as a targeted, persecuted, and being-tortured American journalist and writer–ignored also by PEN American, I should add, of which writers’ organization “supporting persecuted writers” I am a member, and whom I have notified several times, to no avail whatsoever. I especially thank Cassandra, knowing after interviewing her and speaking with her, what she too, a young EFL teacher with degrees in Modern Languages and Linguistics, is being put through and has experienced, in the UK: extreme targeting with anti-personnel DEWs as well as neuroweaponry, orchestrated police set-ups, social isolation, and employment blacklisting. There is a much deeper story, I suspect, to the blocking of Cassandra’s tweets by Suzie Dawson–as also to the blatant and oddly obtuse misframing and acerbic responses she sent my way–and I will discuss this further below. But first I want to thank and honor Cassandra for her extensive and diligent activism and raising of public awareness about Electronic Warfare and Neurowarfare weaponry targeting–with all the Social and Psychological Psy Ops and Police State Persecutions that go with it–and particularly for her singular recognition and insistent publicizing of my otherwise-disappeared-by-most-so-called-journos work.
I am not new to online censorship. I have experienced this distinctive repression for five years now, since 2013, as I have sought to openly discuss and publish online the current-day horrors of post-9/11 and post-Patriot Act out-of-control-fascist-surveillance, where absolutely innocent people in America and worldwide, including myself, are being hit, egregiously and outrageously, and supremely invasively, with deadly and barbaric and Physical Torture-administering Electromagnetic/Sonic/Scalar Neuroweapons, coyly hidden by the US Department of Justice as “Anti-Personnel Non-Lethal Weapons” and undisclosed “Surveillance Devices” and “Crowd-Control Devices,” while the FBI rolls their targets-of-private-sector-vengeance (activists, whistleblowers, indy journalists, people of integrity exposing local corruption or smart moms like me with a history of anti-war and human rights and animal rights activism who speak out to School Board syndicated-criminals are their especial favorite) into “Countering Violent Extremism” and FISA-Warrant-Needed-Suspected-Terrorist and Federal-Magistrate-Judge-Ordered-”Endless Fake Investigations” programs, and the CIA/NSA Black Ops Conglomerate rolls in to poach off these innocents now wrongfully blacklisted and watchlisted and feed them like shrimp into their decades-long Neuro-Monitoring, Neuro-Surveillance, Neuro-Hacking, Neuro-Modification, AI and BCI-CBI, EEG Heterodyning, EEG Cloning, Bio-Robotizing, Zombie-Making, Mass-Shooter-Hypno-Patsy-Creating, Manchurian-Milling, Cybernetic-Hive-Minding, Neuro-Retardation, Neuro-Takeover, Neuro-Colonizing, Neuro-Cannibalizing, MK ULTRA-extended Neuro-Appropriation programs, all in the interests of Supercomputing, Singularities, Transhumanism, Supersoldiering, and Full Spectrum Dominance of All Humans on Planet Earth—and let’s toss in all Insects, Animals, and Reptiles, Plants, and Trees there too, anything with a Nervous System, Brain, or EMF field, really—and the US Navy and the US Air Force and the US Army, NRO, NGA, NASA, DOE, and other US Government agencies swoops in to cluster these innocents, numbered and named, true Nazi style, as Human Test Subjects, Fully Non-Consenting, now named “mentally challenged,” “incompetent,” “autistic” “schizophrenic” “bipolar” and other carefully-concocted loophole designations, in order to on-paper justify their Use, Abuse, Exploitation, and Criminal Appropriation of these innocents in such public-domain EMF/Neuro DEW Weapons Testing contracts as Directed Energy Bio Behavioral Research contracts running field-weapons tests all over the USA—and apparently the entire world—using planes, drones, satellites, celltowers, vans, trucks, SUVs, cars, bikes, backpacks, walker-stalkers which include children and teenagers, and Project Minerva social engineering projects running self-permitted Psy Ops on whole populations, all under the guise of doing benevolent “research” intended to benefit these very innocents themselves. Yes, classification conceals crime, and the entire US government appears filled with criminals currently.
Every single reporting victim of this weapon use—in tandem with the Social Psy Op Program run on them involving massive employment and social and community Blacklisting, Character Assassination, and Life-Sabotage—has reported these crimes on their person, to me, to other writers, whistleblowers, human rights activists and journalists, and widely online in social media, on blogs, videos, Facebook, Twitter, elsewhere, as nothing less than Torture.
The physical use of physical weapons on a person’s body is indeed invasive of personal physical privacy, and is Torture; the remote neuroweapon use on a person’s brain with abusive V2K or synthetic telepathy, voiced or subliminal, and other military bio-communications technology streaming images, video, and other people’s brainwaves (EEG Heterodyning/Cloning) as well as deliberate harvesting and restreaming of one’s own anger or fear brainwaves into one’s own head is also invasive of personal physical privacy, and is Torture; every one of the military and medical “researchers” here as well as every FBI agent permitting these crimes should be prosecuted for torturing people—torture is a crime recognized as crime by US and international law.
None of what they are doing is legitimate—when reporting victims report this weapon-use as torture, then hello, let’s conclude, quite clearly, that all this “covered research” is nothing but a Cover Story for Nazi and Satanic criminals in high places to run Torture Operations on the populace—and get away with it.
These weapons clearly, are the ultimate weapons to destroy humanity with: they’re here, they’ve already been developed and fine-tuned (although, as per recent hints by US Airforce Secretary Heather Wilson, endless further finetuning in precision sensor monitoring via Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance contracts is forthcoming) and the Inhumanes Abusing Power in the military and Intelligence agencies, well-supported by their private-sector Defense and Security contractors, are doing a good job destroying humanity with them—starting with outstanding Americans whose brains, bodies, and entire lives they wish to damage.
By these means, the New World Order of George Bush and co. is already running its Fascism and Repression and Complete-Subjugation operations on humanity—and keeping the means, the remote Neuro DEWs and Remote Neural Monitoring and Covert Implantation and EMF/sonic/scalar weapons well-hidden.
My articles, videos, tweets, tweet-threads reporting my findings, speculations, opinions, and interviews with reporting victims and whistleblowers and scientists have all been censored online and shadowbanned and restricted. A cursory glance at the figures underneath my podcasts—even in comparison with similar videos by any other person such as Kerry Cassidy or Alfred Webre who have also covered similar subjects (although I do not in any way wish to suggest comparison with any extant alt media, including these above-named, regarding full-spectrum-in-terms-of-subject-matter or duration of their efforts)—will establish that.
There is indeed a singular Black Hole in operation online, whereby the work I do in interviewing those reporting targeting and persecution by fusion centers and Intelligence agencies, including whistleblowers, scientists, nurses, doctors, engineers, attorneys, in video and print journalism is simply disappeared online; only the rarest of alt media acknowledges or recognizes it at all. More often it is simply disappeared, as those who are targeted and persecuted in the USA, UK, Europe, entire Western world, Five Eyes countries—as well as elsewhere worldwide–are being disappeared. I emphasize the West because the West pirouettes the most in Government Propaganda media—aka mainstream media—touting “human rights” records, which is a bleak and macabre joke, because in-house-torture, all-locations-torture, and everywhere-in-sight-of-satellites, celltowers, drones-torture is being practiced, contracted, budgeted, taxpayer-supported, expanded, extended, entrenched, industrialized now by Western governments, starting no doubt with that beacon of human rights protection, US Inc.
Basic human rights and basic civil rights are being incontrovertibly violated, and extremely, by use of these anti-personnel neuro/bio weapons which permit remote access, invasion, and manipulation of human brains and bodies. My position on these weapons, as that of many of the whistleblowers (every “targeted individual” is a whistleblower) I have interviewed, is unflinching: they should be completely and absolutely banned.

When I first engaged with Suzie Dawson several months ago—almost a year ago, actually, I think in January 2018 (Suzie Dawson has blocked me on Twitter currently, wiping out the record there of her conversations with me then and later)—along with former Time and Atlanta Journal reporter E. Coady (Twitter handle @HeadlineJuice), Suzie was vocal in deprecating E and myself for critiquing and criticizing Glenn Greenwald for not publishing further on those spied-on and targeted, and not covering the testimonials of those reporting extreme targeting aka, in shortform for dismissal in media today, “Targeted Individuals.” (I, like many others targeted whom I know, have all written to Greenwald and received silence in return.) In looking back on this series of articles and interviews and all the information contained in them, I realize anew there is a lot of murky deception afoot. There are factions and unrevealed allegiances among these whistleblowers and publishers and journalists. I did not understand at the time the true nature of the politics behind Greenwald, Snowden, Omidyar and the Intercept, but now that I see a little more clearly Suzie Dawson’s own role in playing defense here—and the scales are rapidly falling from my eyes as it becomes obvious to me I need to express this in the simplest of terms—I will spell out in completely candid terms my own speculations shortly below.
In January 2018, Suzie Dawson (in her tweets to me and @HeadlineJuice then) defended Greenwald and Snowden while calling on the “targeted community” to support whistleblowers like Assange and Snowden. In the course of a heated exchange—which tapered off with an offer from me to interview Suzie Dawson and an acceptance by her—I remember writing through tears and recording that despite all evidence currently that journalists refused to cover targeting and uber-surveillance persecution being reported by those targeted (TI’s), I would myself cover till I died, while also congratulating Suzie Dawson for her earlier work reporting the Wikileaks documents covering DEWs, and her #DecipherYou project.
I eventually interviewed Suzie Dawson in an open-ended, non-confrontational conversation livestreamed by her on Jan 29, 2018 permitting her free rein to tell her story of targeting, activism, journalism and defending Assange and Snowden as the world’s most famous“Targeted Individuals.”

Over the course of this year I have supported Suzie Dawson’s #DecipherYou broadcasts, retweeted her tweets, and supported her #Unity4J campaign, as described below. I have indeed stood up for Julian Assange myself, although I found the September 2017 tweet from @AssangeDefence suggesting the US diplomats in Cuba reporting sonic weapon hits suffered from “paranoia” profoundly dismissive of Electronic Warfare weaponry and promotive of current false narratives afoot in suppressing the truth about EMF/Neuro DEW targeting.
Now, examining the virulence of Suzie Dawson’s misframing and insulting responses to me in defending Cassandra and her tweets calling for coverage and acknowledgment from #Unity4J journos of the larger spectrum of NSA/CIA/DHS/FBI EMF Neuro/DEW targeting which contextualizes Julian Assange’s own targeting and persecution, and of my work—as a journalist reporting such targeting by people all over the world—I do wonder about her unrevealed allegiances and unrevealed support base, as she continued in her responses to misframe and to fixate on defending Snowden at all costs and Assange at all costs and talking about #Unity4J as a “movement” that the persecuted targeted should emulate—including myself and Cassandra, two writers who report targeting and report on targeting, instead of simply answering Cassandra’s pleas and queries and notices regarding supporting my journalistic work or including me as an interviewee on #Unity4J vigil broadcasts or the possibility of #Unity4J journos covering the horrors of neuro/bio weaponry targeting, Surveillance Abuse, and Non-Consensual Military/Intelligence experimentation themselves.
While there are several glaring problems on this Twitter exchange with Suzie Dawson’s bulldog-behavior and repressive/patronizing attitude in striving to shut down writers and vocal targets of extreme EMF/Neuro DEW assault by government, fusion center, military and mercenary criminals in power such as Cassandra and myself, I will point out a couple especially egregious and unpardonable aspects. One, throughout this latest thread where Suzie Dawson apparently felt the need to keep responding obliquely and repressively to my clarifying responses to her inexplicable tweets, she appears to harp on building movements and starting campaigns and doing activism, while it should be fairly clear to anyone reading Cassandra’s tweets and my own that what we were really talking about was the need for more journalists and for #Unity4J journalists to cover the horrors of undisclosed targeting with undisclosed Spectrum weaponry which hundreds of thousands of people worldwide are reporting today. The notion of asking reporting victims to do their own activism—which they are actually doing, incidentally, since journalists for sure are not covering the crimes and violations of human rights they report, except myself and a few others—in itself being more than quaint. When did the Holocaust victims get asked to run their own campaigns? When will journalists like Suzie Dawson realize that what we are reporting are nothing less than targeted Killing programs, treasonous and Trojan and extreme, where every reporting victim is reporting extreme bodily harm, neuro and brain invasion, assault, injury, and persecution with the New Age Weapons of Mass Destruction, Electronic Warfare Neuro/Bio Weaponry, which crooked governments and crooked militaries and crooked Fusion Centers and crooked Intelligence agencies and crooked Law Enforcement are bending over backwards to hide? People are being experimented on with carcinogenic DEWs and torturous Direct Contact chemical and nano bioweapons and bio-robotizing neurotech and body-shocking, electro-vibrating, body-raping and brain-raping radio frequency weapons non-consensually unto death, targeted unto death, persecuted unto death. I myself, as a reporting journalist and victim both, am being heart-hit and face-hit and head-hit and back-hit and spine-hit not just on a daily basis or nightly basis but on an hourly and minute-by-minute basis. We are literally speaking from Inside the Holocaust. Anyone listening?
Two, Suzie Dawson reports being targeted, positions herself as a targeted and oppressed journalist herself, and says she supports and identifies with targets, and in these tweets to me, actually mentioned being an ally–whom apparently I had now alienated with my responses—and someone already working on the issue—to no effect that I can discern, from her recent journalism. Note also that I supported and asked others to support Suzie Dawson in that post replaying her tweet thread where she mentions many different aspects of Surveillance Abuse, field weapons testing, community policing, fusion center mayhem, non-consensual military Intelligence experimentation on populations and other aspects of uber-targeting already reported—including by myself, seeing her as a sister journalist working to bring such crimes to the wider notice of mainstream and altstream media readers. An irony in itself, since I have most certainly covered these subjects way, way more than Suzie Dawson—despite her challenging tweets to me lately suggesting, wrongfully, that she has “discussed targeting extensively”and written much about it and that I have not read all her work covering this subject and have a “slanted perception” of her work. I challenge Suzie Dawson and her followers to examine the entire compendium of work I have on my websites—both my own and my reposting and recognition of others’ work–at everydayconcerned.net and Youtube/RamolaDReports before she gets back on Twitter or online pronouncing to one and all on matters of covering, reporting, or discussing EMF/Neuro DEW targeting and State tyranny, suggesting her own primacy in this regard—she has simply not been covering the depredations of Surveillance Abuse and Military/Intelligence/Private Sector tyranny and terrorism against civilians as I have, choosing, like every other journalist in alt and mainstream media to turn away from covering this vital subject integral to all our freedoms as human beings in this benighted technology-driven century—and talks down to victimized and persecuted writers instead, telling us to “get on” with “building our own movement.”
However, what this brings me to is the note I recently received from Thomas McFarlan after I announced my intention to write further on the subject of Suzie Dawson’s repressive tweets to me, saying he wished to further inform me on her unknown-to-me intentions by letting me know that Suzie Dawson had recently reached out to him—with no previous contact efforts on his part—after reading an article he had recently published on Medium on targeting, and told him she wished to work further with him to expose “organized stalking” and help promote his article which she had found very impressive and so forth. Now this is all well and good and rather interesting all around but the question does cross my mind: why would Suzie Dawson not contact me on this subject at all, given my previous support of her work, and given my longstanding, quite-evident body of work online on this subject, but instead, a little while later, not having informed me of her interest in promoting McFarlan’s article or indeed any other effort on her part to further cover this subject, excoriate me repressively on Twitter for supposedly “berating” and “trying to shame” journos like her into covering targeting, and chastising me for being ignorant about her ongoing efforts and alliances in this area—which I was never informed about?
Over the last few months, Thomas McFarlan, newly arrived on the scene of journalism on targeting and Surveillance Abuse, has been publishing a few articles on the subject—which I have indeed found encouraging and helpful, given, as noted before, the dearth of journalism on this subject, even though I do not agree with his characterization of targeting as “security-service-stalking” or his focus on “organized stalking”: extreme-targeting is being run out of fusion centers and fusion-center trafficking into military, Intelligence, and mercenary private-sector EMF/Neuro DEW Torture, Terminal Experimentation, and Cheka/Stasi-style Social Terrorism projects; “gangstalking” or “organized stalking” is an aspect of these cybernetic hive-minding and Social Psy Op programs. One of his articles was noticed and promoted at Collective Evolution by Richard Enos whom he had contacted, and another, republishing portions of an article of mine (with my permission) was also noticed by Richard Enos.
Interestingly, both have let misspellings of my name stand, one as “Ramola Reports” rather than “Ramola D Reports” and the other as “Ramola Dharmaraj” rather than “Ramola D,” my publishing name. Is this an honest mistake or some kind of underground express ZioNazi Magick spelling trick I know little to nothing about–again, designed to Bury Ramola D at Any Cost Online?
Returning to my central question here, what really is behind Suzie Dawson’s repressive admonitions to me to cease bothering her—with a misframed and quite inaccurate construct of “berating journos”–while behind-the-scenes connecting and seeking to promote Thomas McFarlan instead? How is it Richard Enos or Collective Evolution has never republished my work except only after Thomas McFarlan contacted him? (And really, how is it no other alt media online ever bothers to republish or notice my work—which features the voice of important whistleblowers as well?) I bring these questions up for a reason, and I bring them up only because Suzie Dawson’s authoritarian and oppressive language to me in her tweets does make me wonder why she is so vehement in her uber-defensive attitude about Snowden and in her repressive attitude toward me—when I have been the lone, continually publishing journalist on the subject of targeting, “targeted individuals,” and all attendant crimes for quite a long time, almost five years now. Is the Bury Ramola D At Any Cost Brigade working overtime to bury me online? And is she working for them?
I have certainly experienced an uptick in repressive operations aimed at me lately, as for instance Katherine Horton’s recent smear campaign against me, apparently a counterintel construct seeking to defame and slander and tie me up in knots which I have written about—where I have made reference to the constellating of alt media around those who pose no significant problem to the controllers of controlled opposition working in our midst, whereas I do, being non-controllable as a writer, and further, non-belonging to the special tribe of operatives who all appear to have underground connections with each other—despite working in separate pods or cells but apparently all riding the ZioNazi underground express together.
So is that what we are seeing here unfold now? Is Suzie Dawson a sophisticated media quarterback playing defense for limited-hangout whistleblowers such as Snowden playing Oppressed, and possibly/putatively even more secretively limited-hangout whistleblowers like Assange, and reaching out to other new journalists riding the same Inner Circle Rothschild Circus while bumping off non-belongers-to-the-tribe such as yours truly and doing so in fact quite offensively? Is the whole spectacle of Snowden and his focus on spying via phone and email, landline and cell, computer and electronics the set-up snow job to detour attention from the Greatest Scandal of All Time—the ZioNazi Empire/Central-Bankster-Run Neuro Hacking and Bio Hacking of people’s bodies and brains worldwide, in hidden covers of Biometric Surveillance and Sources & Methods of Gathering Intelligence, with deadly stealth weaponry these Covert Factions assaulting all peoples equally worldwide wish fondly to keep stealthy forever and undisclosed to the increasingly-targeted, progressively-sickened, mind-controlled, brain-damaged, and bodily-subjugated world public?
These are the sorts of speculations not aired so often in media—which is maintaining all sorts of other pretences and deceits as well. And I raise these speculations openly not because I am convinced they are all true but because I too have started probing the field for subterranean connections and unspoken allegiances. I have seen my manuscripts of poetry and fiction rejected year after year while seeing the publication of surprising text ranging from insipid to mediocre to absolute tripe all around me, and witnessing the cultivation of literary and teaching careers by those inside this Zio system, willing to be tokenized by this system, or willing to remain subjugated and hierarchized by it. I have had my manuscripts read and patronized by literary agents incapable of understanding what they were reading. Some careers are supported by the ZioNazis, some careers are interfered with and destroyed or seriously thwarted. Despite her statement regarding #Unity4J being a “single-issue movement,” the fact remains that Suzie Dawson and the journalists and public commentators she has featured on #Unity4J vigils—in their public #Unity4J silence on this subject–have established their absolute disregard for the reportage of extreme Surveillance targeting and persecution, as well as of the DE and neuroweapons being used to accomplish this tyranny, which I have been covering and exposing for years. Instead of disrespectfully snapping online on Twitter at writers like me who are still surprisingly alive to tell the tale of nasty targeting here, I suggest she come clean and break free of her unrevealed allegiances and biases if she wishes to be seen as a truly concerned investigative journalist and not the putative puppet of a secret and sophisticated Illuminati/Rothschild ZioNazi & Israeli Cons and Carnage Operation running Snow Ops on the entire world—of which Snowden and Greenwald and Omidyaar it seems are most definitely a part. (Just as an aside, Greenwald in particular has been informed about Uber-Targeting by several highly-educated people, including myself; two highly accomplished and intellectual people I know, one long-targeted, the other not, have informed me of conversations they have had with him via email and in person at a book-signing, informing him, and receiving cognizance of his awareness on the subject.)
The jury’s still out on Julian Assange—but I must note here he has never spoken publicly of EMF/Neuro DEW targeting and Brain/Body Control Weapons either, although he has indeed made one historic reference to “enforced telepathic readings”–about which he is wrong too, it’s not “only a few years left” to get to that point, we have been at that point for over three decades already. Remote Neural Monitoring, Surveillance, and Modification have been practiced for a while now—yes, people’s minds are being eavesdropped on and being read, via trauma-based mind control, courtesy the Paperclip Nazi #MengeleMen who litter our Universities, DOD, and Intelligence agencies. Phillip Walker/Omni has also reported psych-commit attempts: this is the way in which the black ops agencies running these ghastly programs of major neurotech torture seek to control the public image and public profile of their victims. As long as the average Joe thinks someone is “schizophrenic” or “paranoid delusional” or “having hallucinations,” they are easily convinced that person needs to be medicated or force-medicated as the case may be and, most importantly, must needs be dismissed each time they mention anything related to the neuro-experimentation they are being subjected to non-consensually. This is standard military and Intelligence practice; I will dig up some references and post them shortly; I have personally read about “destruction of reputation” as being a necessary factor and SOP in non-consensual experimentation in a military manual addressing military research.

What is the Targeted Individual program that these people are complaining of? It is many things all at once. It is a discrediting and disruption campaign, similar to COINTELPRO. In some cases (not all) it is a torture/trauma-based brainwashing and mind-control program like MK-Ultra. Finally, it is unethical non-consensual human experimentation on unwitting subjects with advanced directed energy and psychotronic weapons systems.

My name is Dr. Daniel Lebowitz. I’m a medical doctor. Over the past two years, I have worked with a Human Rights organization called Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance, or FFCHS. People in this organization state that they are being targeted by an illegal and unethical government program that represents a modern version of COINTELPRO and MK-ULTRA combined. These victims call themselves targeted individuals, or T.I.’s.
I have worked with the leadership of FFCHS, and I have worked with the medical committee as well as with the Board of directors. As a result, I have communicated with hundreds ofself-described targeted individuals.
Additionally, I have worked with two other activist physicians on behalf of targeted individuals: Dr. John Hall and Dr. Terry Robertson. I have also worked with Dr. Robert Duncan, ascientist turned whistleblower, who states that he has worked on some of the very weapons systems that are used in the remote electronic harassment that many targeted individuals say they experience.
My presentation today is entitled:
Targeted Individuals: Covert Repression in the 21st Century
OVERVIEW
To understand the Targeted Individual phenomenon, you need to understand several things about it. You need to understand the societal and political and human rights trends which allow it to occur. You need to understand what the program is. You need to understand what the goals and the purpose of the program are. You need to understand who gets targeted. You need to understand where the program came from, in other words, compare it to counterintelligence programs and unethical human experimentation of the past. And you need to understand the implications of the program, and what it means for the future. Finally, we’ll take a look about what must be done about it.
STATE OF HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS IN THE US: THE EMERGING POLICE AND SURVEILLANCE STATE
In the United States, in short, we are seeing the emergence of a police and surveillance state. Former President Jimmy Carter recently wrote in the New York Times, “The UnitedStates is abandoning its role as the global champion of human rights.” In his article,Carter points out that top US officials are now openly targeting US citizens for politicalassassination, “disappearance,” unlimited surveillance, and other forms of gross human rights abuse. Are people prepared to call a former U.S. President a conspiracy theorist? Or has the U.S. strayed far from its roots as a democracy where rule of law and human rights are uniformly respected?
THE PROGRAM
What is the Targeted Individual program that these people are complaining of? It is many things all at once. It is a discrediting and disruption campaign, similar to COINTELPRO. In some cases (not all) it is a torture/trauma-based brainwashing and mind-control program like MK-Ultra. It is a secret form of repression, persecution and psychological warfare, carried out in the community largely by regular people, along the lines of Stasi or Zersetzen torture. It is a political abuse of psychiatry, as has been carried out in many countries as a way to torture and discredit dissidents. Finally, it is unethical non-consensual human experimentation on unwitting subjects with advanced directed energy and psychotronic weapons systems.

What are the goals and purposes of the program? Again, they are many. But, in a word, theneutralization of the target. Let’s start with understanding the mindset of the state.President Obama’s information czar, former Harvard Law professor Cass Sunstein, co-authored a paper in 2008 which advocated that the government should “cognitively infiltrate” and “disable” those who have ideas the government finds threatening, for example, 9/11 truth activists. Now, at a minimum, this suggests running illegal COINTELPRO-typedisruption campaigns against people. But, more interestingly, let’s parse the wordscarefully: “cognitively infiltrate” and “disable”. Cognition refers to the mind, or to thought. Infiltrate means to penetrate with hostile intent. So, literally, this means to penetrate theminds or thought processes of so-called “troublesome” individuals, with the intent to disable them. Fascinating, in light of what targeted individuals say that they experience.
So, more specifically, what are the goals of the program?
Force the target to stop “unacceptable” activity (whistleblowing, activism, exposing corruption, etc.). Silence the target both about their original activism and about their targeting.
Subject target to noise campaigns, swarming, colors, or repetitive behaviors as a form of harassment.
Attack any psychological weaknesses. Cause target to blame themselves for their targeting and as such destroy the will to fight back.
Create a track record of so-called “mental illness”, useful for both discrediting and plausible deniability.
Discredit the target.
Isolate the target from all forms of support using secret notifications, slander, and covert harassment carried out largely by regular people.
Encourage the target to lose hope and lash out in suicidal or homicidal rage secondary to covert harassment, and destruction of the target’s life.
Set target up for possible institutionalization or arrest.
Damage or ruin the career and/or finances. In some cases, break up the family. In some cases, cause the target to lose their home.
After breaking the target’s will to fight, in some cases, attempt to change the mindset, politics, ethics of the target. Create a mindset more useful to the state. Evaluate the potential for corruption or even recruitment.
To summarize: the goal is the neutralization of the target. Exactly the goalpursued by the former COINTELPRO.
THE TARGETS
Ok. So, who gets targeted by this program? There’s a lot of overlap with COINTELPRO. COINTELPRO targeted “Perceived threats to the Established Political and Social Order”. Which, in practice during COINTELPRO meant primarily those pursuing greater social and economic equality, peace activists, dissidents, so-called “unfriendly” politicians, and even non-conformists. In some cases, it can be proven that counter-intelligence operations have been undertaken against those aware of high-level criminality or wrong-doing. Like everyone else, many targets have weaknesses, foibles, flaws, problems, etc. Some have addictions. Any perceived weaknesses (manufactured, real, or exaggerated) are used viciously to aid in the discrediting of the target. Let’s learn from some actual examples of people who became targets for covert operations:
Thomas Drake, NSA Whistleblower: Forced out of his job, blacklisted, financially ruined, forced to defend himself against criminal charges, placed under physical and electronic surveillance.
Jean Seberg. Actress and civil rights activist. Supporter of the Black Panther Party.Experienced FBI Surveillance, harassment, stalking, break-ins, intimidation,defamation and discrediting. Victim of a false FBI story that she was pregnant by aBlack Panther Party member, while married to a white husband. The stress of this caused premature delivery of her baby, which died at 2 days of age. The baby was white. Eventually committed suicide.
Arnold Lockshin. A Cancer researcher and supporter of socialism. Experienced surveillance, harassment and threats by strangers, break-ins, psychological warfare, implied death threats through the 1970’s and 1980’s. Eventually sought asylum from Russia and was immediately fired, blacklisted, accused in retrospect of mental instability and deteriorating work performance. Notably, reported that even his children’s classmates and his own father had been brought into a Stasi-like campaign against him and his family. Wrote a book aboutthe ordeal in 1988 called “Silent Terror: One family’s history of political persecution in the US.” The book was never published or distributed in the US. On the web: ArnoldLockshin.Wordpress.com. By the way, his work performance and mental stability in Russia are apparently just fine.
Adrian Schoolcraft. Blew the whistle on corruption, wrongful arrests, arrest quotas,and the stop and frisk program within the NYPD in 2009. Received on the jobharassment and was shunted to the NYPD psychologist. Within 3 weeks after reporting corruption he was involuntarily committed to a psychiatric ward, handcuffed to a bed and prevented from using a telephone. He was portrayed as paranoid during his hospital stay, which lasted 6 days. After discharge, he was suspended from the force without pay. Tapes he had made were eventually reported by the New York Times and others and he has been largely vindicated.
Dr. Lawrence Doerr. Orthopedic surgeon. As reported in the NY Times, wrote an open letter to fellow surgeons in 2008 warning about a flawed hip prosthesis. Subsequently became the target of a whisper-campaign that questioned his skillsand competence as a surgeon.
Russell Roderick. Insulted a powerful, politically connected firm by refusing continuedemployment. Unclear if he was aware of high-level wrong-doing. Has been the target of a 25 year, multi-national campaign (you will find that these programs aremulti-national and follow targets wherever they go) including slander, character assassination, allegations of incompetence, paranoia, drug-addiction, sexual deviance, and being “a deranged, suicidal maniac.” Has experienced blacklisting, financial devastation, isolation, stalking and overt surveillance, street theather, telephone/computer and mail tampering, Stasi-like manipulation of people into a campaign against him, death threats, intimidation, harassment, and a shut-down of all avenues of support. Greenham Common Women’s Peace Protestors. In the 1980’s, were protesting thepresence of US cruise missiles at an English air force base. Came under microwaveweapon attack in 1984. Scientists from Electronics Today demonstrated the presence of electromagnetic waves. Dr. Robert Becker, twice nominated for theNobel prize, found their symptoms were consistent with exposure to a microwave weapon. Every time a cruise missile convoy was ready to drive by, these women were experiencing severe headaches and unbearable fatigue, etc.
Andy Lewis and friends. A group of former British soldiers. Became targets of full-ongang stalking in 1996 after attempts to draw attention to what they viewed as an unethical experimental vaccine program that had been given to Gulf War soldiers in 1991. These men have experienced blacklisting, covert harassment, directedenergy and psychotronic weapons attacks, overt and covert surveillance, stalking, secret notifications, etc. They have made two excellent websites: targeted-individuals.com and gang-stalking.com.
A long list of 9/11 truth activists have reported being targeted with electromagnetic weapons and death threats. Some have died under suspicious circumstances. US Army Major Doug Rokke, PhD physics from University of Illinois, former head of the US Army depleted uranium cleanup project after Gulf War I, says these weapons are very real, and commonly used in military circles. He has described how he personally used such weapons on a regular basis while training with Special Forces at US Army facilities: “We had them van-mounted, truck-mounted, plane-mounted, and hand-carried. We would go around zapping each other for fun. This was during exercises, or sometimes just as a practical joke.” Rokke further stated that, based on his firsthand knowledge of US military mind-set and capabilities, 9/11 truth activists have undoubtedly been targeted by exotic non-lethal (and lethal) weapons. Remember again CassSunstein, who openly advocated cognitive infiltration and disabling of 9/11 truth activists. Is he talking about psychotronic weapons attacks?
Jill Hansen. Professional surfer, model and entrepreneur. She received wide acclaimfor her performance in a TED speech in 2010 about her spiritual values and altruistic beliefs, Entitled “Open Mind, Open Heart”. In the talk she espouses values including compassion, honesty, integrity, generosity, belief in God, charity, hope, faith and love. She concludes by stating that the world would be a more beautiful place if we all thought this way. Within weeks after this talk, which received a lot of publicity,she found herself the victim of stalking and electronic harassment. Fast forward a few years. Unfortunately, In May 2014, she was charged with attempted homicide for allegedly running over a woman intentionally with her car. TI’s report that attempting to get them to act out inappropriately with strangers is a common protocol. A couple interesting facts: 1) none of the news stories mention that she considered herselfa TI and 2) Interestingly, The local Neighborhood Watch Group’s 500 members had been alerted about Hansen—supposedly for reckless driving. A representative of the group was reported as saying, “We need everybody to be on the lookout for her, it’s that scary.” So here we have someone reporting being a victim of organized stalking, and it turns out that—HELLO—there was a group of at least 500 people deliberately on the lookout for her.
Ted Gunderson. Worked for the FBI from 1950 – 1979. Former head of the LosAngeles FBI, where he was in charge of 700 personnel and had a budget of over 22 million dollars. In 1979 he was one of a handful interviewed for the job of FBIdirector, which ultimately went to William H. Webster.He retired and started aprivate investigation firm. He became a whistleblower and eventually filed an affidavit in support of attorney and targeted individual Keith Labella in his FOIA request from the FBI regarding gang stalking. Gunderson explained: “It is my professional opinionbased on information, knowledge and belief that the information sought by Mr. Labella in this FOIA suit regarding gang stalking…reasonably describes an ongoing, active, covert, nationwide program that is in effect today and…has been in effect since at least the 1980’s…[and] has increased in scope, intensity and sophistication by adapting to new communications and surveillance technology.” As a whistleblower, Gunderson was himself targeted. He experiencedwhisper campaigns, surveillance, phone tapping, computer hacking, poisonings, group stalking, aerial stalking and more. Stated that based on his experience, victims aretargeted for a variety of reasons including government and corporate whistleblowers, parties to financial and employment disputes, parties to marital disputes (usually divorced women), and even jilted paramours. Journalists covering controversial issues, and, even attorneys and private investigators representing unpopular clients or interests. Gunderson’s affidavit can be viewedon the internet, and in my opinion, is a fascinating read.
William Binney– An NSA whistleblower.Has stated he is well-aware of mindcontrol technologies.
There has been a steady increase ofmass shootingsevery year since 2000 from 5per year until now, about 16 per year. Many of them were complaining of electronic harassment and/or organized stalking, stating that this led them to attack. This is being largely ignored and/or covered up by the media. Does a faction of our governmentactually want gun violence in the US, perhaps as a pretext to reversing gun rights, or even individual rights in general? Let’s discuss 3 mass shooters.
Jiverly Wong– Chinese Immigrant. Reported being targeted with covert harassmentfor 18 years. Reported experiencing: stalking, harassment, chemical attacks, nausea, shortness of breath, job harassment and job loss, spreading of rumors, phantom touching at night while sleeping, home entry and theft of funds from his home, vehicular stalking and harassment, electronic body shocks. Became a mass shooter of 14 people including himself. Blamed his harassers for the killings. Paranoid? Orvictim of a high-tech covert operation that he could not even begin to understand? Let’s not forget that some goals of COINTELPRO included trying to get people to commit suicide (e.g. MLK) or trying to get people to commit serious crimes (e.g. Black Panther Party members) in order to discredit and destroy them.
Aaron Alexis– Ex-Navy veteran. Navy yard shooter. Contacted FFCHS stating hewas under ELF weapons attack and was being stalked and surveilled, and he believed this was at the hands of the Navy. Interesting things about his case. 1) Although hecorresponded with FFCHS, thus identifying himself as a TI, and stating his belief that the Navy was attacking him, the FBI after investigating and speaking with FFCHS Board members, insisted that he was a random shooter with no motive. 2) A heavily armed SWAT team was in the vicinity of the Navy Yard when Alexis started his shooting rampage and was on site within 5 minutes. Inexplicably, they were ordered to stand down and leave the area. The shooting rampage subsequently went on for 45 minutes.
Myron May. A promising, young black attorney. Worked first for a well-known law firmand subsequently trying to help disadvantaged children. Cared about people and about God. Reported being recently targeted with directed-energy weapons and law enforcement harassment. Decided to draw attention to the abuse by mailing packages of information to 10 people, shooting people, and “suicide by cop”. He made his goalclear by ending his letter saying, “what targeted individuals need more than anything is media attention.” These packages were confiscated by Federal agents. His suicide note described, “financial, emotional, and psychological pain….a living hell” inflicted upon him as a targeted individual. He stated: “Our government isable to capitalize on [the] lack of knowledge among the general population to curb sentiments toward questioning the mental health of targeted individuals rather than admitting the truth: that there is a system of covert torture of ordinary innocent citizens that is happening within our borders.” He believedthere was no hope for him and so he stated, “Consequently, I am making a sacrifice so that others in my same position might have a chance at a normal, harassment-free life.” He shot three people. None of them died. I wonder if, even when driven toextremes by secret government torture, whether he was still too moral to bring himself to kill…
Ok, so we know who it happens to. We know this is the most sophisticated take-down program the world has ever seen. So, where do all these tactics and techniques come from? Well, as I mentioned before, a look at historical programs is highly instructive here.
So- COINTELPRO. Known tactics included: Discrediting, smearing, character assassination. Covert campaigns to destroy interpersonal relationships, Harassment, Conspicuous surveillance (also known as stalking), anonymous letters and phone calls, IRS tax audits, legal harassment, Manipulation or strong-arming of parents, employers, landlords, school officials and others to create problems for targets. Threats, intimidation, surreptitious home searches and “black bag” jobs, vandalism, Constant surveillance.
MK-ULTRA features and goals included: Create a subject who is easier to control and manipulate, create programmed assassins, develop more effective means of torture and interrogation, break down the personality of the subject and insert new belief systems, ethics, politics, personality traits; performed on unwitting and unwilling subjects; manipulate mental states and alter brain function; surreptitious drugging; isolation; verbal and sexual abuse; various forms of torture employed; promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness in the subjectso that they will be discredited in public; attempt to produce amnesia for periods of time; surreptitious production of shock or confusion in subject over extended periods of time; attempt to alter the subject’s personality to become dependent on the tormentors; attempt to lower the subject’s ambition and work efficiency; attempt to impair eyesight and/or hearing; attempt to activate specific behavior by remote means.
Stasi tactics, also known as Zersetzen torture, included such features as: secret persecution, secret methods of control and manipulation, involved even the personal relationships of the target, extensive use of unofficial collaborators–also known as regular people; used the State’s influence to turn public and private institutions against the target, psychological attack intended to deprive the target of the ability to mount hostile political action, often causes irreversible damage to the target, attempt to gain influence over the target in such a way that undesirable attitudes and beliefs would be slowly changed to more preferable traits over time, Attempt to cause fragmentation, paralysis, disorganization and isolation of target, Attempt political and ideological “re-education”, used in situations when judicial procedures are not convenient for political reasons, a.k.a. extrajudicial punishment, attempts to frame or entrap targets, slander/character assassination involving some true and some false, but always degrading information, orchestrating a series of social and professional failures in order to damage self-confidence, creation of doubts about future, stimulation of mistrust or paranoia, exploitation of target’s personality weaknesses, addictions etc., shaming due to the spreading of rumors to those around the target, overt and covert surveillance, intercepting mail, calls, etc., tampering with property and vehicles, poisoning the food and tampering with medications, entering the residence and leaving traces of evidence in order to threaten or intimidate the target by adding removing or modifying objects.
The items on these lists will sound very familiar to targeted individuals. Nearly all of them apply to the current program. And nearly all of them are reported by Targeted Individuals. I have no reason to not believe them. Now, add in the use of advanced directed energy and neuro-weapons, and you have a very potent takedown program.
THE WEAPONS
Ok so at this point we have a pretty good understanding of the program. But there’s one more thing that needs to be understood about this program. The advanced weaponry that is being used.
Evidences/Examples:
The Moscow Signal: low-power microwave beams were directed into the US embassyfor more than two decades, from 1953 until 1976. Discovered in 1962, US scientists studied the signal until the 1970’s before finally telling the diplomats it was there, and offering them hazard pay. Many got sick, some died. Was not exposed to the public until 1976 when unearthed by an investigative reporter. This led to DoD’s ARPA Project Pandora
From 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low intensity microwaves with regard to the so called “Moscow signal”. This project was quite extensive and included (under US Navyfunding) studies demonstrating the ability to: induce heart stoppage, create leaks in the blood brain barrier, and production of auditory hallucinations. Nervous system function could easily be degraded with properly pulsed signals. Memoranda of Richard Cesaro, Director, DARPA, confirmed that the program’s initial goal was to “discover whether a carefully controlled microwave signal could control the mind.” Cesaro urged that further studies be made “for potential weapons applications.” This was 1970, and very specific neurological and physiological weapons capabilities of microwaves had already been recognized.
Jose Delgado—the scientist who stopped the charging bull by remote control. Dr. JoseDelgado’s secret work in Project Pandora was directed towards the creation of a “psycho-civilized” society. In his paper “Intracerebral Radio Stimulation and recording in Completely Free Patients”, using radio waves, Delgado observed that: “Radio Stimulation on different points in the amygdala and hippocampus in the four patients produced a variety of effects, including pleasant sensations, elation, deep thoughtful concentration, odd feelings,super relaxation, colored visions (hallucinations), and other responses.” Speaking in 1966, Delgado asserted that his research “supported the distasteful conclusion that motion, emotion and behaviour can be directed by electrical forces and that humans can be controlled like robots by push buttons. Delgado stated that EM weapons were “more dangerous than atomic destruction.” “With knowledge of the brain, we may transform, we may shape, direct, roboticize man. I think the great danger of the future is that we will have roboticized human beings who are not aware that they have been roboticized.” He created a brain transponder that was IN FACT used to roboticize human subjects.
Dr Ross Adey, formerly of the Brain Research Center at the University of SouthernCalifornia, worked on the CIA’s infamous Pandora project. His research involved inducing of specific behavior modifications by electromagnetic means. In his pioneering work, Dr. Ross Adey determined that emotional states and behavior can be remotely influenced merely by placing a subject in an electromagnetic field. He also demonstrated that EM radiation, properly modulated and pulsed, can induce calcium efflux events to interfere with brain’s function—the so-called “confusion weaponry”. Again, this is by 1970.
Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for StanfordResearch Institute (which is a leading military contractor), “developed [in 1974] a computersystem capable of reading a person’s mind. It correlated brain waves on an electroencephalograph (EEG) with specific commands.
Dr. Eldon Byrd, a Navy medical engineer with a graduate degree from George Washington University, worked on the Polaris weapon system as an engineer, worked forNaval Surface Weapons Office, was tasked in 1980- 1981 by the US Marine Corps as Project manager to develop non-lethal electromagnetic weapons for purposes including “riot control”, clandestine operations and hostage removal. Worked on ELF, non-linear magnetics. He worked with Ross Adey, Dr. Elizabeth Roscher, MichaelPersinger on the ability to entrain human brainwaves at a distance. And he said, “Weaccomplished it.” 1980. His project went dark after that. It was taken away from him. He had it confirmed from a senator—Senator Pell—confirmed for him that his project went dark. Byrd was quoted in a lecture around 2001 as saying, “Is Mind Control Possible? Absolutely. There is a mountain of evidence.” He went on to say that, “Today we know there are technologies that can induce sound into the brain at a distance, can monitor and alter brainwaves at a distance, can alter behavior at a distance, can induce images into the brain at a distance, can target individual organs at a distance. Can disrupt the calcium ions binding on individual cell surfaces at a distance, creating pain and other effects anywhere in the body. Mind control technology exists, without a question.” Less than a year later, Dr. Byrd was dead. Maybe it was a coincidence.
A 1980 NASA document [NASA abstract Report Number: AD-A090426, June 1, 1980] described that one can remotely create the perception of noise in the heads of personnel by exposing them to low power, pulsed microwave…. By proper choice of pulse characteristics, intelligible speech may be created.1980. Yes, 1980.

Finally, In July 1996, the Spotlight, a widely circulated right-wing U.S. newspaper, reported that well-placed DoD sources have confirmed a classified Pentagon contract for the development of “high-power electromagnetic generators that interfere with human brain waves.” Dr. Emery Horvath, a professor of physics at Harvard University, has stated in connection to these generators,”These electronic ‘skull-zappers’ are designed to invade the mind andshort circuit its synapses… in the hands of government technicians, it may be used to disorient entire crowds, or to manipulate individuals into self-destructive acts. It’s a terrifying weapon.”
To quote José Delgado in his book Physical Control of the Mind: Toward A Psychocivilized Society, p. 116:
Individuals whose brain centers are electrically stimulated believe their evoked actions are their own ideas; their conscious mind rationalizes the evoked actions away. People experiencing this electrical stimulation aren’t consciously aware of an external influence.
In summary, these weapons have the ability to mentally and physically torture people, and to influence human psychological behavior. With, or even WITHOUT the target’s knowledge or awareness.
SUMMARY OF THE PROGRAM AND ITS IMPLICATIONS
In summary, we have a program which includes the earmarks of past programs including COINTELPRO and MK-Ultra. It also uses collaboration of regular people to carry out much of the harassment, similar to Stasi or Zersetzen torture of the prior East Germany. Furthermore, it uses advanced neuro-weapons to mentally and physically torture victims from a distance– whether in their homes, workplaces, or wherever they may go. The goals of the program are many, but ultimately boil down to torture, control, discrediting, and neutralization–exactly the same goals as the prior COINTELPRO, MK-ULTRA, and Stasi or Zersetzen torture. While some victims may be chosen at random, many cases, upon examination, are shown to be perpetrated against activists, whistleblowers, and those who have spoken out against corruption. The consequences are severe. Most targets lose their jobs, homes, and/or their families. Many end up on dangerous medications or institutionalized. Some end up committing suicide or homicide.
Of course, the implications for humanity are frightening. Is it possible we are heading toward a synthetic reality, where people’s thoughts, conversations, hopes, dreams, illnesses, major life events are controlled by supercomputers and handlers, all without their knowledge?
Is our society becoming one in which no-one can be trusted, with everyone spying on everyone else? With a large percentage of the population becoming government informants and spying collaborators?
Are we developing a class of people with “less” rights, who can be harassed at will, even as we all slowly have our rights eroded? If so, doesn’t that sound like a totalitarian regime such as Nazi Germany?
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Several things. First of all, targets must speak out. Especially those who have their witsabout them. This program is highly disruptive, and is specifically designed to make even the most solid citizen look as if they have become delusional. Compounding theproblem, many targets are either forced to, or willingly take powerful psychiatric medications in hopes of decreasing the severe attacks they are suffering, or to appease skeptical friends and family members. In the case of real mental illness, this should resolve the symptoms. In the case of TI’s, it does not stop the torture and harassment and manipulation of their lives.
So, that leads to the next point. If you know someone who this is happening to—don’tcount them as crazy. They may be a victim of this program. Recognize that the issuesthey were speaking about before they got into their current situation are still just as valid now as they were before . In fact, it was probably the very legitimacy of their issues that ledpowerful forces to want to discredit them so thoroughly. Remember that.
Whistleblowers must come forward who are aware of this program.
Fearless journalists must pursue the story. It was investigative journalists who broughtwidespread attention to MK-ULTRA, COINTELPRO, and much of the unethical experimentation that has occurred in the USA.
Targets must come together. There is strength in numbers. Targets should never give upthe fight.
Finally, Congress MUST thoroughly investigate the intelligence agencies, DOD research programs, and black operations. The targeted individual program is happening. It’s not science fiction. It needs to be EXPOSED AND SHUT DOWN FOREVER. Thank you for your attention.

Concerned residents of California are rallying behind a groundbreaking bill proposal on Organized Torture authored by Dr. Tomo Shibata, author, acclaimed human rights analyst and sociologist holding an interdisciplinary Ph.D with high distinction from the School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (Paris, France), and currently presented to select legislators in the California State Legislature.

Unequivocally, Dr. Shibata, who has published extensively against human rights violations in Japanese and American journals, presented at various United Nations Human Rights Commission meetings, and is an Advisory Board Member of Freedom for Targeted Individuals, notes, “The proposed bill titled the Organized Torture Act declares that Organized Covert Torture is a Crime against Humanity.”
High Numbers of Residents Reporting Targeting with Organized Stalking and Physical Torture via Invisible Radar/Microwave Weaponry Across California
This proposal was made, Dr. Shibata states, on the basis of complaints to human rights groups from high numbers of residents across California from various cities including San Diego, Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and others, of “organized covert torture” whereby, in lieu of outright abduction, victims are kept under constant control of the covert torture organizations by organized stalking, sustained surreptitious monitoring, cyberstalking, and stealth physical assault and battery with radiation weaponry such as microwave/radar surveillance weapons.
Different sources offer varying estimates, running into hundreds of thousands, of the numbers of organized covert torture victims often labeled “Targeted Individuals” within the USA and around the world; a close estimate is still unclear.
The Organized Stalking, Torture, and harassment surveillance is being run–it is observed (or surmised) by former FBI Los Angeles Chief and Special Agent In Charge Ted Gunderson, former FBI Special Agent Geral Sosbee, former DOD/CIA Scientist Robert Duncan, former high-ranking SIS Security Officer Bryan Kofron, former NSA Intelligence Analyst Karen Melton-Stewart, Dr. Shibata, and some human rights advocates in touch with reporting victims–by groups that profit from gross human rights violations such as Fusion Center contractors, pro-subjugation security companies, secret societies, Freemasons, KKK, Satanic cults, drug cartels, local mafia, criminal elements within Law Enforcement, Intelligence agencies, and the Military Industrial Complex, for purposes of domination, control, community takeover and human trafficking into clandestine human experimentation projects, including lucrative Military, Intelligence, and Medical/University contracts.
Dr. Shibata notes that the purposes of Organized Torture include “discrediting the victim who filed a civil or criminal complaint against a member or an associate of the torture organization” and “discrediting a whistle-blower or a non-consensual human experimentation subject.”
Police usually do not acknowledge these crimes and, although not qualified to diagnose anyone, in fact stigmatize reporting victims as delusional and mentally ill, an illegal “diagnosis” echoed blindly by ill-informed doctors, psychiatrists, and journalists, uneducated in the areas of cutting-edge, militarized neuroscience technologies and the clandestine and covert techniques of sophisticated organized crime. Co-opted corporate media additionally portray reporting victims as delusional as a matter of course, providing collaborative cover for the organized criminal perpetrators of these crimes.
Police Have Refused to Enforce Penal Code on Battery and Torture Effected with Electronic Weapons
The problem is widespread, but police have refused to enforce the Penal Code to prohibit the ruination and sabotage of lives caused by the deadly psychological and physical battery and torture with “electronic” weapons which accompany the stalking and surveillance by pro-subjugation groups, says Dr. Shibata.
“Electronic Control Weapons” is the term used in Law Enforcement to indicate electrical weapons or conducted-energy devices “from which an electrical current, pulse or beam, wave, or sound wave may be directed to incapacitate temporarily, injure, torture or kill.”
“Electronic Warfare Weapons” as per US Military documents are a military designation of spectrum, neural or acoustic weapons using EMF radiation and sonic technologies, and include classified DOJ “anti-personnel” and “Dual-Use” applications, intending basically to attack and disable humans—as opposed to disabling electronic devices, computers, and infrastructure.
There are laws currently on the books in Massachusetts and Michigan preventing the use of Electronic Weapons by civilians. But such laws are not enforced to prevent the use of such weapons on the bodies of humans—by such coteries as Law Enforcement, Intelligence agencies, or branches of the Military and Air Force, or Federal agencies such as the NGA (National Geospatial Agency) or NRO (National Reconnaissance Office) who use imaging and tracking radar from satellites.
Despite obfuscating coverage by major corporate media, all of this points to the absolute possibility of satellite use for remote irradiation and tracking of humans.
Congressional & State Awareness of Organized Electronic Weapons Torture, Harassment, Non-Consensual Covert Implantation, Experimentation
At the national and state levels, a few Congressmen and Representatives have acknowledged the existence of Organized Torture and Stalking programs. Senator John Glenn has spoken out against the non-consensual chipping of citizens for experimental and tracking purposes during the introduction of the Human Research Subject Protection Act of 1997 (excerpt below):
“Mr. GLENN. Madam President, if I approached any Senator here and I said, `You did not know it, but the last time they went to the doctor or went to the hospital, your wife or your husband or your daughter or your son became the subject of a medical experiment that they were not even told about. They were given medicine, they were given pills, they were given radiation, they were given something and were not even told about this, were not even informed about it, yet they are under some experimental research that might possibly do them harm–maybe some good will come out of it, but maybe it will do them harm also–but they do not know about it,’ people would laugh at that and say that is ridiculous. That cannot possibly happen in this country. Yet, that very situation is what this piece of legislation is supposed to address.”

Representative Jim Guest (Missouri) wrote in 2007 to members of the Missouri Legislature asking for their support of those being affected by “electronic weapons torture and covert harassment groups,” and reveals and affirms that Verichips and RFIDs have been and are being tested on Americans non-consensually in a “massive movement” and used for tracking purposes.
Senator Dennis Kucinich, Ohio, put forward the bill authored by Alfred Lambremont Webre and Carol Rosin for the Space Preservation Act of 2001, to prohibit the kind of tracking, stalking, and EMF weapon assault that Dr. Shibata’s bill proposal also seeks to expressly prohibit. Unfortunately, this Space Weapons Act has still not been passed.
Organized Torture Bill Proposal Seeks Punitive Consequences for Law Enforcement Officers
Involvement of FBI and Local Police in Organized Torture and Stalking Operations
Intelligence agencies including FBI and CIA, local police, and regional fusion centers have been identified by FBI and Law Enforcement whistleblowers to be part of the rogue criminal network engaged in organized torture and stalking programs on innocent Americans.
FBI and Federal Magistrate Judge Involvement/Geral Sosbee
In a podcast interview with this writer in late March 2018 (Ramola D Reports/Report #56), Former FBI Special Agent and Whistleblower Geral Sosbee testified that he believed the FBI leads the process to wrongfully name people Suspected Terrorists or criminals and centrally command DHS Fusion Center contractors and local police to commit and condone the organized stalking and organized covert torture with stealth weapons against them.
Geral Sosbee stated that it was his “personal opinion–based on also my professional experience–that the FBI is spearheading the most colossal and evil attacks on people ever conceived on the face of the Earth, and they are using Deep Space-based technology, they are using Bio-Chemical Bio Warfare Elements and Agents, and they’re using Psychological Warfare to destroy people.”
“I have learned through my battles with fbi that the agents, operatives, hoodlums, thugs and murderers are the essence of all fbi operations, even though the fbi puts on a charade of semi respectability on popular media. The fbi is in reality a global MAFIA syndicate and most people fear or idolize them.”
In an article describing how the FBI persuades corrupt Federal Magistrate Judges (FMJ) to issue fraudulent court orders against people of integrity and whistleblowers they wish to destroy by making them targets of Fusion Center Surveillance and stealth-weapon “monitoring,” Sosbee describes how local police become pawns in this mission:
“All police and all private security companies are especially reminded not to interfere with the secret orders of a fmj. With any effort to defend the Target against the order, the licensed investigator or police officer loses his license or is fired through contempt orders.”
FBI, CIA, NSA Involvement/Ted Gunderson
A senior FBI official, Ted Gunderson, Los Angeles FBI Chief and Special Agent in Charge, known to have worked with Edgar J. Hoover in the creation of the original COINTELPRO program which harassed civilians, stated in his now-famous 2011 affidavit that the FBI, NSA, and CIA were involved in rogue criminal surveillance, harassment, and gang-stalking activities against Americans.

Bill Proposal Seeks to Curtail and Penalize Law Enforcement Officers in Organized Torture/Stalking
Noting therefore the involvement of some Law Enforcement in Organized Stalking and Organized Covert Torture activities, the bill proposal seeks punitive consequences of higher fines and longer term imprisonments for police/Peace Officers found guilty of violating the bill’s proposed laws against Organized Torture and Stalking.
Such violations have been publicly reported. Indeed, this writer has previously covered and is in contact with several California (and other US state) residents who have reported being egregiously stalked and surveilled by Police and EMS personnel, including with Police vehicles and helicopters. For instance, Tina Lane, a California resident (name changed for her protection), a State-protected victim of domestic abuse, attests in fact to being human-trafficked and stalked and surveilled continuously by local Law Enforcement, even though she is under State protection.
Special attention is paid in the bill proposal to those Peace Officers who disregard victim-reportage as delusional and recklessly “psych-commit” reporting victims– by unlawfully naming them delusional or “paranoid schizophrenic,” then wrongfully arresting and detaining them in 3-day 5150 Holds, in abuse of Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.

Also noted in the bill proposal is the defamatory discrediting of victims with falsified medical records painting victims in a false light—such as naming them drug addicts or sex offenders–and injuriously doing so in the victim’s own neighborhood and community, soliciting organized surveillance and harassment by neighbors and EMS/public personnel.
An added aspect considers especially vulnerable populations. The bill proposal seeks to rout out Peace Officer complicity with Organized Torture organizations to prevent abusive discrimination against vulnerable populations, like child abuse survivors and psychologically-disabled residents, who are being intentionally selected for Organized Torture. Victimizing of such protected classes would incur further penalties for any participating Peace Officer, making him civilly and criminally liable for any injury sustained and indeed personally liable—not indemnified, that is, able to rely on taxpayer monies–to pay compensation to victims.
Psychiatrists and Doctors Aiding and Abetting Organized Torture Would Be Penalized
The Organized Torture bill proposal also seeks to fine, imprison, and de-license psychiatrists who purposefully or knowingly facilitate Organized Torture by issuing false diagnoses; or medical doctors who purposefully or knowingly tamper with physical evidence of organized covert torture injury sustained by reporting victims.

California Could Set a Precedent for Other States in US and World/Participation Needed
Dr. Shibata encourages California residents to collect endorsements of the Organized Torture Bill proposal from any organizations in California, in hopes of increasing the chances of pushing the Bill through to the Legislature.
The proposal has been translated into “bill text language” by the California Office of Legislative Council on the request of State Assembly member Shirley Weber in early 2018. In order to move forward and be introduced on the floor however, the Bill requires sponsorship by one or more California Assembly members or State Senators.
Californian residents and organizations who care about stanching these extreme human rights abuses are encouraged to help support efforts to persuade State senators and representatives to introduce the Organized Torture Bill via Dr. Shibata’s GoFundMe page where she encourages supporters/groups to both donate funds and sign their names openly to present a public show of support.
If passed, this law could set a much-needed precedent for other states in the US and world, as cities, states, and countries worldwide struggle with issues of Organized Torture and Stalking. Thousands of targeted victims would benefit, and the covert assault programs run by the criminal elements of the government and the Mafia alike, currently rampant, would fade away. As Dr. Tomo Shibata explains, “Positive strides in CA to counteract the crimes of Organized Stalking and Organized Covert Torture through legislation will be a model for other states to follow suit. Donations of any size will contribute to the ongoing efforts to criminalize and to end this sophisticated crime against humanity.”

Preface: Massive Cyber Hacking, Sabotage, and Human-Rights-Violative DEW Targeting in Quincy, Massachusetts, USA
I’d like to preface this post describing Part 6 of my ongoing podcast conversation series with Barbara Hartwell, CIA whistleblower, with some information.
While many know that I am severely cyber-hacked and cyber-attacked on a continuous basis as I continue my writing and podcasting with absolute resolve, determined to get the true stories of the targeted and uber-surveilled and EMF-weapon-assaulted and neuro-weapon-attacked out there, so everyone can see and hear exactly what this incredibly lawless, barbaric, and inhumane Deeply Lawless State is doing, in the USA and UK and Europe, to its own citizens, in flagrant violation of all rights and laws of human decency, civility, and society—in addition to international human rights treaties and conventions–I have to note that my podcasts with Barbara Hartwell in particular, like my first podcast with Geral Sosbee, FBI whistleblower, and like my podcasts with Jeffrey Godwin, UK documentarian, activist, filmmaker, and with Dr. Eric Karlstrom, erudite and outspoken 9/11/Agenda 21/Current Power Structure researcher, have been especially severely attacked.
This is evident in the frequent interruptions on our podcasts whether I am using Zoom or GotoMeeting, in tampering with my settings on these applications, in cutting off of our meetings midway, sometimes frequently during the podcast, in introducing disruptive sound into my recordings including echoes, in disrupting the audio and video feed, in tampering with my camera settings, and in simply freezing my computer for days on end while I try to finalize and post the podcast.
This particular podcast was twice sabotaged; the recording I made on my desktop was mysteriously tampered with so as to make the file unusable: periodic static and knocks had been placed on the recording throughout. The recording on the server had had its settings switched and could not be downloaded for days. Both my computers were cyber-frozen as I tried to download the file. I spent two days with remote technical support to fix a variety of issues that had suddenly cropped up on my laptop including browsers crashing and files not opening. Then a few more days after opening the file while my pc was being frozen.
During this time of course, I was also blasted with microwaves on a continuous basis as I sat with my laptop; my chair, couch or bed vibrating with cluster ELFs, military radar flickering on my nerves, remote EEGs periodically grazing my skull (yes Virginia, I am speaking about covert, undisclosed, but highly evident-to-all-targeted remote neurotechnology, being used illegally and criminally on Americans), with the usual loony cars zooming up and down my street running their trying-to-track-and-hit DEW operations, courtesy General Dynamics Directed Energy Bio Behavioral Research field-testing-of-directed-energy-weapons contracts, Quincy city government, and the local fusion center (which is headed by Massachusetts State Police)—who have all turned a blind eye when I reported this criminal non-stop zooming activity on my street to the local DHS, via FOIA request, and asked for information. (That’s a story in itself, and I aim to be a lot more outspoken about this shortly: DHS is most definitely NOT keeping the homeland secure, it is keeping the homeland terrorized.)
In addition, small planes, large planes, helicopters crossing this block at an angle on all sides as well as flying directly over my home, extremely loud weed-trimmers and lawn-mowers, neighboring construction workers embarked on a continuous program of extremely-loud noise barrage. Again, courtesy Quincy City Government, with Mayor Thomas Koch at the helm. This is Lawless America, and local governments have completely keeled over to Military Industrial Intelligence Complex criminality, and are partaking in it. Neighbors are all bought-in via the FBI/FMJ criminality Geral Sosbee describes, and permit the carnage. They are of course, also partaking in the criminality, by so permitting—and acquiescently engaging in noise-harassment themselves. And, although I have no sympathy for their choices to permit this unlawful activity of zoomers on the street, as well as EMF weapon use on my person, all no doubt presented deceptively to them by the lying FBI/DHS as perfectly legitimate and “electronic surveillance” and part of “an ongoing investigation” (now going on for 4 years) of this writer, it is clear they have been railroaded into subservience, in other words: terrorized, lied to, co-opted.
I will also note that several houses in my neighborhood have been taken over by groups of young, transient Special Ops worker-bees on the ground for the Rothschild Mafia (and CIA/DIA/NSA black ops) operating through the FBI/DHS/DOD running both DEW operations and cyber-hacking operations really close, from just next-door. Immediate neighbors have been especially co-opted, it is clear to see, and are partaking more closely in these operations, in avid collusion with the zooming thugs who frequently park in their doorways and pop into their parlors, the easier to run their little RFID scanners, Magnetic Squids harvesting brainwaves, and through-wall radar, not to mention heat-producing Active Denial Systems to burn spines, faces, and sleep-deprive with.
We are living in KGB, Stasi, Nazi Amerika—this is how DEWs are being tested and operated on the populace, and how Americans are being lied to, duped, co-opted as they blindly support this Communism and DEW Barbarism that has invaded our communities, and do not spare a thought for the gigantic corruption and criminality—bolstered by child-trafficking, Satanism, and child-sacrifice at its core—they are actually supporting. Why Are My Podcasts With Barbara Hartwell Being So Extremely Sabotaged?
I recently put out a Call for Support of these podcasts with Barbara Hartwell, and I thank all those who sent in donations; I have sent on your donations via money-order to Barbara, I know she is grateful. Truly, she is in dire straits as the CIA has pushed her into financial destitution, and she absolutely needs our humane support.
After this experience of extreme sabotage of our latest podcast, I have been reflecting a bit on why exactly these podcasts are being attacked so extremely—I am being given every indication by the CIA and FBI (operating as goondas in my neighborhood, with both SUVs/cars and helicopters/planes at their disposal) that they are literally having panic attacks at my podcasting efforts here.
I think the answer is here: Barbara Hartwell is a woman whistleblower of absolute uprightness, conscientiousness, integrity, conscience, high-intelligence, and spine who has a powerful voice both as a writer/journalist and a public speaker, a strong anchoring in her Christian faith, and, like other brilliant Americans being nastily targeted by the Crime Cartel inside the FBI/CIA/DHS/DOD, has great spiritual and energetic power to influence, plus of course, she is an insider with an up-front attitude about her problems with the CIA, nasty agency par excellence: she is telling the truth, reporting on her own experiences, whistleblowing about actual criminal activity in the CIA/FBI, and even more importantly, she is laying bare the skin and bones of the deep-dish pie the CIA and FBI build in their layered Containment Ops, Controlled Opposition Ops, Black Propaganda Ops, Public Hypnosis Ops, Psychological Warfare Ops, Information Warfare Ops, Media Miasma Ops, you name it, as they jump through hoops desperately trying to contain the information on the Internet and protect their nodes of info-dissemination, in other words, their precious little media cutouts who stand like bastions and guardians of the InfoGate, pumping out Disinfo nonstop and keeping their nasty & not-so-little arms/drugs/human/child trafficking operations well-hidden under the Lying Umbrellas of Counter-Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism.
And Barbara Hartwell is naming names and tearing down the veils, pointing to the cutouts and pointing to the carnage with absolute, unabashed splendor, her instinct for truth unflinching, her voice brilliantly scathing: that is what they are freaking out about. Just look up her name on the Web and marvel at the incredible hatchet job done on her name; Barbara Hartwell has become the subject of a massive slander and defamation campaign stretching across Decades, which seeks to paint her as a liar and Disinfo agent, a CIA agent who destroys lives—when it is this precise species which has attacked her consistently and destroyed her own life.
The fact is, Barbara Hartwell is being slandered because what she is laying bare points to very subtle and nuanced Media and Public Mind Takeover via layered operations which include Mythologizing certain people—like famous Special Agent and top FBI man Ted Gunderson, who turns out to have been a CIA Spook—and Propping Up certain people in the Alt Media space as pillars of integrity—such as Ken Adichi and Don Stacey—also CIA plants–both of whom Barbara talks about in recent podcasts as well as this one, Part 6.
I recognize that as an interviewer and writer myself, I need to explore these characters a little deeper myself, to fully understand what exactly is going on in this mad mad world of CIA Disinformation, non-stop Spookdom, and extreme slander. I have come to know—as I think many viewers too have come to know—Barbara Hartwell pretty well recently through these podcasts, and also through exploring her website. I’ve learned for one that we are sister spirits, we are alike in our interest in learning the truth, in speaking our minds, in writing our thoughts—no holds barred. I am appalled at how she has been treated by the CIA after she left. I am both horrified and very surprised at the slander operations directed against her. And I am keen to get to the bottom of this and to learn and write more about the people she speaks about as well as the operations she points to. What for instance is the real truth about Edgar Hoover Right-Hand Man Ted Gunderson?
On this note, I thank investigative journalists Sherri Kane and Len Horowitz for their work in addressing these very subjects. I hope to highlight their work here as I go forward, and I will write more on these subjects myself as I learn the truth for certain. I also recommend to one and all these six podcasts Barbara Hartwell has graciously done with me: they truly help in reviving these old and prematurely-buried-by-slander stories, laying bare the current scenario regarding Psy Ops and Info Warfare being waged on all of us, and in returning to the world the very necessary and essential voice of Barbara Hartwell.
Corruption, Criminality, and Cover-Ups in the FBI and CIA
In this continuation of our earlier conversation on the practices of extreme and abusive retaliation against whistleblowers practiced by the FBI and CIA, as experienced in particular by CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell and FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee and involving the “Black Propaganda” methods of character assassination, slander, defamation, and libel, Barbara expands further on these subjects.
Calling on her own experience of retaliation as well as Geral Sosbee’s in being so hounded and persecuted by the FBI and CIA over the years as to be prevented from finding a place to rent or living a normal life free of stalking, harassment, financial takedown, blacklisting, and poverty, Barbara Hartwell also mentions the cases of Jeffrey Sterling, still in prison after two years, and Kevin Shipp, whose home and family were targeted.
Bringing the situation to the present day, we discuss the identical targeting now being meted out to hundreds of thousands of (outstanding, high-IQ, high-integrity, highly accomplished, morally upright, conscientious, patriotic, critically-thinking, absolutely innocent) American citizens who have been placed not merely wrongfully but criminally by the FBI and local fusion centers on watchlists and terrorist lists, named glibly by the corrupt FBI as terrorists, extremists, potential terrorists, and other such Patriot Act confections, character-defamed in fabricated diagnoses as mentally unstable to their neighbors and communities, ostracized, surveilled, and then trafficked into military Electromagnetic weapons-testing and neuro-experimentation contracts, under which they are now all reporting physical torture and extreme bodily, psychological, and daily-life abuse—all for being awakened people who care enough about their country and community to speak out and take action against corruption or environmental damage or animal cruelty.
What this points to clearly is a complete failure of government and a complete failure of American communities both, where people have forgotten their innate rights or just hand them over freely to the corrupt State who comes knocking on their doors to “inform” them or “question” them and then co-opt them regarding their neighbor, who has been, Nazi-style, “put under investigation” for any number of fabricated reasons and always for an indefinite number of years. We have rights, notes Barbara, that are God-given and inherent, that should not be handed off when the FBI comes knocking.
She also notes the methodology being followed today is classic counterintelligence protocol, yet it is not legitimate counterintelligence, since the people being COINTELPRO’d are ordinary citizens with no links to espionage or terrorism. Further, she notes that those Americans who refuse to exercise their rights but cower in fear when the JTTF or FBI or other members of the bullying Police State approach with their slather of lies about a neighbor, and willingly comply with the surveilling and harassment instructions they are given, are indoctrinated to view the FBI as morally upright defenders of the Constitution when the opposite is true; these agencies (FBI, CIA) have currently become “lapdogs” to the Clintons and globalists who care nothing for the USA but seek centralized power through a One-World government. “The Government currently is essentially comprised of criminals.”
As always, Barbara illustrates the methodologies of containment, slander, persecution, and desperation practiced by the FBI and CIA with vivid stories from her own experience of being pursued and harassed by cut-outs and agents such as Tim White who harassed others including Geral Sosbee, and Don Stacey, and from her analyses of others’ experiences, including Constitutionalist Rick Stanley. As on her website, Barbara notes the importance of naming the names of the persecutors; we are in a war, she says, and we are fighting for our lives. Whistleblowers and targets know this. The path forward to justice is exposure, naming names, recovering your rights, and speaking out to combat the criminality.

Quincy Central Middle School Principal Richard DeCristofaro, Jr. Makes Irresponsible & Malicious False Report of “Neglect” to Child Protective Services Against School Mother, a Journalist and Human Rights Advocate with Brilliant, Thriving, Contented, High-Performing Child
Following a recent informational meeting that internationally renowned award-winning writer and investigative journalist, human rights advocate, and US-Europe Joint Investigation Team Press Officer Ramola D/Dharmaraj had with Central Middle School Principal Richard DeCristofaro, Jr., on April 12, 2018, to which he mid-way invited his Vice Principal Ms. Susan Shea Conner, Mr. DeCristofaro made an injurious and malicious false allegation of “Child Neglect” to the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, which has resulted in a wrongful, wasteful, stressful, and wholly unnecessary “investigation” being opened on this writer and her family.
Ramola D had pre-scheduled the appointment, wherein she provided Mr. DeCristofaro, Jr., information related to her Art, Creative Writing and Natural Science workshops for children, as well as important public-interest information regarding a subject endorsed and supported today by FBI, NSA, and CIA and other Government and military whistle-blowers pertaining to the wrongful use of electromagnetic anti-personnel technologies on Americans, about an unpleasant experience of Remote Electronic Assault (recorded in an affidavit) that she was subjected to on March 28, 2018, on school grounds during the Middle School’s Science Fair where her daughter’s team won an award for their science project.
Deep State Use of Silencing Technologies
While many may be unaware of the reality of Remote Electronic technologies being used on citizens, NSA, FBI, DARPA, CIA, US Navy whistleblowers are on record informing all that these military technologies do indeed exist and are being used today by criminal miscreants in power in the “Deep State” to silence community activists, whistle-blowers, prominent, exceptional, and civic-minded American citizens who express their views openly in simple exercise of their First Amendment rights.

Military Non-Lethal Anti-Personnel Technologies with Bio-Effects 101
Through regular seminars and public conversations on their weekly podcast Techno Crime Fighters Forum, the US-Europe Joint Investigation Team has sought to educate the public about Anti-Personnel Electromagnetic Technologies which come under the rubric of Directed Energy Weapons, Neuroweapons, Electronic Warfare, and Non Lethal Weapons.
“Electronic,” a Military term for electromagnetic and acoustic “Spectrum” weapons, categorizes the entire branch of Electronic Warfare, which includes EMP and Star Wars SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative) weapons like lasers, masers, and particle beam weapons designed to knock out computers and battleships, as well as highly invasive “anti-personnel” microwave pulse, sonic, and scalar weapons which essentially act as bio-hacking weapons and can produce specific bio-effects on human organs, nerves, brains, and body parts.
Some of these bio-effects are described in the Department of Defense’s declassified document, Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons made available on FOIA request in 2006 to Donald Friedman as well as to Dr. Millicent Black, Pastor and Research Analyst on the US-Europe Joint Investigation Team. Bio-effect information has also been published in the 2002 Air Force Research Laboratory report Biological Effects of Directed Energy, summarizing findings from a contract with Veridian Engineering, and in the USAF Radio Frequency Radio Dosimetry Handbook, which spells out the known dosages of radiation and frequencies which affect different body parts, projects the US like Russia has been working on for decades, since the 1950s.
Reports of Remote Electromagnetic Technology Assault Are Currently Widespread
Information such as the above is known to investigators and journalists studying these subjects, and is increasingly being disseminated in the public interest, as reports come pouring in nationwide and worldwide on the illegitimate use of these weapons on civilians.
JIT Intelligence Analyst and NSA Whistleblower Karen Melton-Stewart notes;
“(T)hese technologies have been used by our adversaries on us as well. Two examples are, the Soviet Union’s use of microwave technology to bombard the US Embassy in Moscow to sicken and kill the personnel there in the 1980’s and the recent incident in Cuba (summer 2017) where more embassy personnel were assaulted and injured by similar covert technology, this time apparent sonic/sound-based weaponry, though it could also have been microwave which has a tell-tale, high pitched whine. This is nothing new to the Intelligence Community or certain parts of our military.”
In March 2016, the Polish Minister of Defense acknowledged publicly the reports of civilians alleging electromagnetic-technology assault, and promised to look into them.
Most recently, in February 2018, Dr. Robert Duncan, the Harvard-educated DARPA/CIA scientist whistleblower who has worked also for Army, Navy, DOJ, and admits to helping create electromagnetic neuroweapons, while speaking on Polish TV at the occasion of the 8th International Day Against Mind-Control referred to these weapons as “some of the most horrific weapons humans had ever conceived of” and stated he is working “to create defenses and alert the public about these weapons” as he calls for all countries using them to sign a treaty to ban the use of these weapons on citizens.
Today, intrepid independent journalists, activists, and researchers including Ramola D of The Everyday Concerned Citizen are acting en masse online to educate and inform the public as they seek to remedy the great disservice done to humanity by mainstream media like The New York Times, the Washington Post, Vice, The Daily Beast, Wired, Wikipedia, and others, who are known to be propped up by the Deep State, and continually publish Propaganda coverage to conceal the Crimes Against Humanity testing, operation, and use of these Directed Energy Weapons and Remote Anti-Personnel technologies on citizens worldwide—famously calling all reporting victims of these crimes paranoid and delusional.
Explosive Growth in Directed-Energy Weapons, Non-Lethal Weapons, and Police Usage
By all accounts, the DEW and non-lethal and less-lethal weapons market is expected to grow exponentially to about $25 billion by 2020. Documents obtained by Wikileaks and reported by international investigative journalist and Internet Party President Suzie Dawson indicate that the weapons have been tested and are operational, and that police departments worldwide comprise a large portion of the market for these less-lethal weapons which would include crowd-control technologies and anti-personnel “deterrents.”
Massachusetts State Police is listed among the listed police departments as a market for these “non-lethal” technologies. The Chief of Police in Massachusetts however, as head of the Commonwealth Fusion Center, in May 2015, declined to provide on FOIA request from investigative journalist Ramola D a list of the non-lethal weapons in use on the streets in Massachusetts, citing “Public Safety” although indeed it was concern for Public Safety and the importance of transparent disclosure to the public of all weapons, including silent radiation weapons, which had prompted her request.
Meanwhile, in apparent confirmation of the secretive use of remote anti-personnel electromagnetic technologies on citizens, the recent ACLU-Yale Law School Report on the bloated and erroneous Terrorist Watchlists from the FBI concerningly discusses long-term surveillance without cause, and “Silent Hits” on “non-investigative subjects.”
Massachusetts Law on Electronic Harassment
To add: Massachusetts, notably, is one of only two states in the US (the other is Michigan) with a law on the books regarding Electronic weapons, prohibiting the possession of electronic weapons–“weapon from which an electrical current, impulse, wave or beam may be directed, which current, impulse, wave or beam is designed to incapacitate temporarily, injure or kill”–by civilians and permitting them to be held exclusively by police.
Information Provided is in the Public Interest
The information provided by Ramola D to the Principal on April 12 therefore regarding these sophisticated technologies, which include satellite and cell-tower technologies, and offer the ultimate stealth vehicle for the assault of humans at a remove, from a distance, was offered in the public interest, with greatest concern for the public at large, including the children at the school.
Far from recognizing the value of this information, researching it further, and acting on it to safeguard the safety and sanctity of the school however, as any intelligent and concerned educator capable of using search engines on the Internet would have done, Mr. DeCristofaro Jr. and Ms. Susan Shea Conner have done the opposite. On April 13, the Deputy Superintendent Kevin Mulvey and the Senior Director of Student Support Services Ms. Maura Papile privately sent electronic copies of the information provided to Ramola D’s husband, “informed” him of her visit to the Principal—in medieval patriarchical form, stated they had found her information disturbing, and stated that they had called The Department of Children and Families (DCF) out of “concern.”
Subsequent phone calls and a form on DCF letterhead being illegally dropped off in the family’s mailbox on April 23 ensued. The form stated, shockingly, that a report of “Child Neglect” with the caregiver responsible being the “biological mother” had been filed. A subsequent home visit on April 27 by Department of Children and Families caseworker Terri Ellis revealed that the report—made by a reporter whose name the DCF is protecting, by Massachusetts State Law, per Terri Ellis—alleged, wrongfully, that the mother, a published author and journalist, had made a statement that “she was assaulted by a weapon by the FBI” (a statement she had not made) and is “suffering from severe, untreated mental illness, does not take her medication, and is psychotic.”
Ramola D informed the caseworker on the spot these allegations were false A to Z and she disputed them, noting that it appeared her informational visit with Mr. Richard DeCristofaro Jr. and Ms. Susan Shea Conner had been misunderstood by them.
To investigate this matter further, Ramola D/Dharmaraj has made Public Records requests via Muckrock to the Quincy Public Schools Administration, Quincy School Committee, and the Department of Children and Families for all communications regarding herself and her daughter, and written a letter to the Governor to inform him of the exact details of this situation and request his intervention to stop this injurious false investigation based on libelous charges in its tracks.
In a follow-up email to Terri Ellis succeeding her home-visit, Ramola has provided factual information on her visit, on her Science/Technology/Surveillance reportage, and on the fact that her child is a star student who excels in every way and is thriving and contented under her and her husband’s care and nurturing. About her child, whose immaculate room was inspected by Terri Ellis, she wrote:
“As you have seen for yourself however, our child is healthy, cared-for, loved, supported socially and familially, and contented. She is also a brilliant and diligent student, with qualities of caring, conscientiousness, and community. She has won a major international art contest at 11 (the Model UN Montessori Art Contest), published a beautiful poem at 13 in a national children’s magazine, and has completed the writing of many exquisite short stories–all with my personal guiding and nurturing as an artist, poet, and fiction-writer myself. My after-school creativity workshops were begun for her and her friends in Adams Montessori School when she was seven, after I noticed the paucity of after-school art workshops in the area; she has taken nearly all my after-school and summer-camp art, poetry, and story-writing workshops between the ages of 7 and 11. In addition, as I explained, I have been the primary parent taking her to an evolving blend of extra-curricular activities as she progressed from preschool through elementary to middle school, including ballet, singing, gymnastics, soccer, swimming and currently language and Math classes; today my husband and I share these duties amicably.”
Tracy Wellons, a biomedical research scientist who has written a letter in support of Ramola D’s work and character, wrote:
“To label an intellectually distinguished, psychologically sound, and emotionally stable mother as “mentally ill” and “psychotic, paranoid or delusional” is a form of psychological abuse, especially when the person making the false allegation is a public school administrator or county social worker who has not earned a license to practice psychology…the current DCF child neglect investigation needs to be immediately closed as unfounded before irreparable harm is caused to the innocent child and family.”
Essentially, what has happened here is that an investigative journalist who has worked consistently to research and report on concerning military technologies and raise public awareness has been slandered and defamed by Quincy Public School officials who have made an egregiously false, unsupported, and reprehensible allegation of Child Neglect to the Department of Children and Families in the case of an exceptionally talented, contented, thriving, and high-performing child, who enjoys a happy, contented family life with her family and community, suffers absolutely No neglect, and certainly does not need the intervention of State services.
Is investigative journalism now mental illness, according to Quincy Public Schools?
What is at stake here currently in Massachusetts and the USA is Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Reportage. Concerned citizens, media, and investigative journalists everywhere are invited to take discerning and thoughtful action to peacefully quell this encroachment on our common rights and liberties and cover this story further. It is to be hoped that the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families drop this false investigation immediately.
Those benefiting from the public-interest investigative journalism at The Everyday Concerned Citizen, at Ramola D Reports, and by the Joint Investigation Team may wish to inform Quincy Public Schools and the Quincy School Committee of the difference between factual investigative reportage (backed by Government whistleblowers) and “untreated mental illness.” Ramola D, who is seeking a Civil Rights attorney to address this defamatory charge of mental illness which amounts to “tortious interference” attempting to intimidate and silence her vitally necessary journalism and voice, will be available for interviews, seminars, and podcasts.
