“Even if Thomas Deegan and Phil Hudok fight the same good fight General Gale fought, and win, there is no reason to think that the end result will be any different.
There are, in my opinion, only two remedies available and those I have pursued.
The first is a systemic remedy in which we return all Americans to their lawful estates and jurisdiction on the land via political action and exposure of this criminality in international courts of record.
The second is individual remedy brought about on a one-by-one and state-by-state basis, which takes longer and requires effort by individuals.
Indictments against the corporations responsible have been sought in international courts of record and I have been advised that they will be forthcoming. The crimes against Americans have been perpetrated by known entities and are substantiated beyond reasonable doubt. They are both war crimes and civil crimes in nature.
By their stubborn refusal to abide by their charters and treaties the organizations responsible have functioned as criminal syndicates and must remedy the situation or be liquidated for cause. Remedy requires the release of all titles and liens held under color of law, the payment of reparations and interest owed to the victims, and the correction of the civil records.
That end result is now inevitable, if only because too many people now know the truth and will demand that their property rights be restored.
That systemic solution and remedy is the first option being pursued, and is what our affidavit of probable cause kicked into gear. We have done this because we have waited long enough for the Congress and the Popes and the Queen and everyone else responsible for this circumstance to come to their senses and do the right thing voluntarily. The Court of Public Opinion has been invoked.
The second path to remedy is a step by step reversal of the probate fraud in individual cases.
Each state’s probate code is slightly different and the affidavit process underlying the correction is therefore different; however, once we churn through fifty different state probate codes and ferret out the important information, remedy for individuals is immediately available and assured.
This fraud was created one baby at a time and can be corrected and reversed one at a time, too.
To that end, research has been conducted and three test cases have been flown in two states with 100% correction obtained. At our current rate, only one or two state probate codes can be nailed down per week. This is just a matter of not having the manpower and paralegal and secretarial support. If we had sufficient numbers of competent people, the entire job could be done in a week and templates and processes for each state published as a public service.
It costs approximately $3000 per state to do this work. We are having to fund all this out of pocket and contrary to Arnie’s earlier suspicions we are not getting rich off of royalties from the publication of our affidavit. So people can be happy with our slow progress or they can donate in behalf of themselves or their state to speed things along.”

The next step in having technology “controlling” our lives is already in place, and is being installed into the new smart phone and computer “pad” technologies. It is the technology that reads your fingerprint, or thumbprint!
Apple has come out with an IPhone and and IPad which uses your own thumbprint as a personal Identification code to “unlock” the device. Sounds harmless right? Almost like a good thing, so what could possibly be wrong with it?
Well, it’s being “planned” to have people start using their thumbprints as a personal SIGNET, or LEGAL Signature so that you can make payments with your device simply by pressing your thumb on a certain key, or you can “BUY THINGS” on line by pressing your thumb on the same key.
THIS is so dangerous to personal freedom that it boggles the mind, and most people can’t even begin to understand why!
A reader friend living near San Francisco, and working in the “TECH” industries that are everywhere present in that area of the United States, works with applications and knows coding and programming well.
Various men and women in that industry, who like to keep in touch with each other and gather into Twitter groups to share information, call themselves “techno-philes”, or people who LOVE technology.
While discussing the ALL CAPS name and how the government uses it to entrap people into being a legal FICTION, he suddenly raised his eyes and said “OKAY, now I get it, — it all makes sense.”
He began to tell me that the BANKING INDUSTRY is very interested in this new thumb print technology that uses a person’s “thumbprint” as a signature to pay for things, to make online purchases and even to SIGN DOCUMENTS, simply by using a phone or some other device.
Here’s where it gets interesting.
A lot of these San Francisco “programmers” are super geniuses, and super nerds! They are very independent and don’t like to be told HOW to create their programs.
Many of them were approached to write the difficult programming and coding that would “attach” a person’s thumbprint, gained by the “print capturing” technology of these smart devices, to the person’s actual name.
Several of the programmers took on this task and finally had a workable application that did just that. The BANKS who wanted this technology immediately sent it back to them in a not so nice way, and told the programmers and coders that what they had developed was totally unacceptable for their purposes.
When asked why, the reply was simply that the person’s name, that was being attached to the thumbprint WAS NOT IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS!
When several of the programmers who had worked so hard on this stuff had the audacity to ask WHY a person’s name had to be in all capital letters, and why it mattered so much, they were told to MIND their own business and simply do it the way they were being told to do it, and not ask any questions.
As you can imagine, this really rattled a lot of the nerdy techno-guys and gals, in the area, and they started to “TWITTER” among themselves asking if anyone knew WHY a person’s name HAD TO BE written in all capital letters, and what the story behind that was.
My brother told me all of this and then said —“Now I know why!”
Well, the rest of this gets even better.
We all know that before ANY contract can be signed…, a SIGNET or SIGNATURE has always been required as a mark of CONSENT. So these sneaky BANKSTERS are trying to put one over on the public here.
What they are trying to do here, is to substitute a living human being’s actual Thumbprint for their Signature! This is HUGE! This is also CRAZY.
You have really dig down into the demented and sicko logic of this to see what they are trying to do.
Only a real living and breathing human being HAS a thumb print! The ALL CAPS NAME is a total fiction, created by the Government, and has nothing to do with a human being. The two are always totally separate! We all know that now. But what this does is to DIRECTLY CONNECT a real living being’s physical BODY to that ALL CAPS fiction name! Almost making them inseparable!
They’ve now removed a very substantial barrier between what is fiction and what is real.
And now here’s the trap! The more that a real living being uses his thumbprint as his signature (to sign papers, checks, and buy things) the more he is CONSENTING that his own physical body IS NOTHING MORE THAN A LEGAL FICTION. Which makes him a slave, and an owned piece of property and nothing more.
This technology is nothing more than a legal trap…, a huge, huge legal trap!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE EQUINOX, ECLIPSE AND WAVE X
This is an historical moment on Planet Earth. As usual, there are myriad predictions as to what we are going to physically experience and what these auspicious events will mean in all of our lives. As has happened over and over again throughout the various events involving Earth’s Ascension process, people are predicting the full gamut of possibilities. These predictions include everything from the end of the World to the instant manifestation of Heaven on Earth, neither of which is going to happen. That does not mean, however, that what we are in the midst of experiencing is not the most incredible and monumental opportunity we have ever had, because IT IS!
The reason people have been disappointed so many times is because they have erroneously expected for these shifts of energy, vibration, and consciousness to instantly manifest in the physical plane. THE MIRACULOUS DIVINE PLAN FOR SEPTEMBER 2015
ECLIPSES, THE EQUINOX, AND WAVE-X
The Company of Heaven has revealed that shifts of energy, vibration, and consciousness unparalleled in the history of time have occurred since the Birth of the New Earth in December 2012. However, they are affirming now that those accomplishments will pale in comparison to the shifts we will experience in the month of September 2015.
Every conceivable assistance is being given to Humanity from On High to help us accomplish our Ascension process. One of the most astounding things is the influx of Gamma Rays we have received from what scientists say was one of the biggest and hottest explosions in the Universe. This monumental influx of Light reached the Earth in 2014, and it is daily and hourly affecting the recalibration of our DNA. This powerful influx of Gamma Rays was the result of an explosion of a Star that took place more than 12.1 billion years ago. The Beings of Light confirmed that this Light reached Planet Earth in perfect Divine Timing. Just to give you an idea of how far away this Star was, it takes 8.17 minutes for Light from the surface of the Sun to reach the surface of the Earth.
Sometimes these astronomical numbers about time and space seem confusing to us, but we must remember that time and space only exist in the 3rd and 4th Dimensions. From the 5th Dimension and beyond there is no such thing as time or space. In the Higher Realms of Light everything occurs in the Eternal Moment of Now.
Gamma-ray bursts are not well understood by astronomers, but they realize that they are very important because they are the most powerful explosions in the Universe. These bursts release more energy in 10 seconds than Earth’s Sun will release during its entire expected lifespan of 10 billion years. Just imagine!
The Beings of Light have revealed that Gamma Rays are instrumental in recalibrating Humanity’s DNA structures. Now that Humanity’s fragmented double helix DNA has been restored in the Realms of Cause to the 12 strands we originally had, and recalibrated to the frequencies of 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light, we are ready for the monumental events that will take place this month.
Now we are being told from On High that these events will catapult the Earth and ALL Life evolving upon her into the highest frequencies of the New Earth we have ever experienced. The anticipated influx of Gamma Rays we will receive from WAVE X will shift Humanity’s DNA in ways that will result in the most profound Awakening and return to Christ Consciousness that has ever been attempted in any System of Worlds.
Many are referring to this shift as the FIRST WAVE OF ASCENSION. I have been hearing this phrase for over 40 years. Each time it is used people expect that millions of people, and this time it is being said that 2.2 billion people, are going to just vanish from the face of the Earth. This is the way people have erroneously described the “Rapture” for centuries. As I mentioned previously, that is not the way our Ascension process is happening.
Once again, these monumental Activities of Light occur first in the Realms of Cause. Consequently, they are not usually obvious immediately in the physical plane. That certainly does not mean that they did not happen, it just means that in most instances we will not perceive the tangible results just yet. It is true that we are in uncharted waters and not even the Company of Heaven knows exactly how this influx of Light will affect Humanity en masse. Some people may have instantaneous results, but they are not going to disappear from the Earth. They will experience a profound Awakening and a dramatic shift of energy, vibration, and consciousness.
In all probability, this Awakening and shift of consciousness will occur within every man, woman, and child on Earth more gradually, but that does not mean it will take a long time. Without the interference of our fragmented and fear-based human ego, which is in the process of being Loved FREE by our I AM Presence, this Awakening will occur much more quickly than outer appearances indicate.
On September 22-23, 2015, which is the September Equinox, we will intensify the influx of Light from the New Moon Solar Eclipse which occurred on September 12-13, and secure it into the Core of Purity in every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth.
The effects of that Activity of Light will build in momentum until September 27-28, 2015, when we will experience not only an incredibly powerful influx of Light from a total Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, but a life-transforming influx of Light from a Celestial Event referred to as WAVE X, or The Event Horizon. This is a Celestial opportunity that we have not been able to benefit from since our fall from Grace.
On September 28, 2015, we will receive a crescendo of Gamma Ray Light from the Galactic Core. This is a rhythmic pulsation of Light that blesses our Solar System every 3,600 years with the Divine Intent of raising the consciousness of Sons and Daughters of God and accelerating the evolution of our Solar System. Even though this wondrous Gift of Light from On High has been available every 3,600 years, since our tragic fall from Grace the Earth and Humanity have been vibrating at a discordant frequency that was unable to receive or assimilate the benefits of these Gamma Rays. Now, however, EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!
The Company of Heaven has confirmed that with the miraculous changes that have taken place at an atomic cellular level within Humanity and all Life on Earth since the Birth of the New Earth, Humanity is finally able to receive and assimilate these powerful Gamma Rays from the Galactic Core. This influx of Gamma Rays will reach their peak in the midst of a total Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. “Saudi Arabia is dropping bombs, including U.S.-made cluster bombs, on Yemen, slaughtering children by the hundreds. Saudi Arabia is brutalizing the people of Bahrain, not to mention the people of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabians are funding ISIS and other murderers in the region. Are all of these murders acceptable even if the crucifixion isn’t? Or can we seize this opportunity to build opposition to all murder? Or might we if the Pope mentions it to Congress?
On Tuesday the Senate Armed Services Committee brought in David Petraeus to testify yet again on how to escalate more wars. Petraeus recently proposed arming al Qaeda. Senator John McCain gave Petraeus credit on Tuesday for extending the Iraq war from 2007 to 2011. Petraeus noted that the whole region is in horrible turmoil. Nobody made any connection between the U.S. wars on Iraq and Libya that have created that turmoil and the results. Nobody questioned the wisdom of using more war to try to repair the damage of war.
Well, a few of us did. The wonderful CodePink was there as always. I was there with a sign that said “Arm al Qaeda? Reagan tried that.”
The mad men who run the U.S. government have reached the point of re-arming the enemies of enemies whose blowback first drove them to radically escalate the global murder of innocent people in the name of opposing terrorism while increasing it.
The National Campaign for Nonviolent Resistance had an answer to this on Tuesday, taking a protest of endless war and environmental destruction to the gate of the White House.
The Secret Service arrested the people in the photo below rather than accept a letter from them articulating their opposition to policies of massive cruelty to the earth and its inhabitants.”
In January, 1916, about a hundred years ago now, Helen Keller made a speech in Carnegie Hall, New York where she quite unabashedly called out the hypocrisy and manipulations of industry leaders and government who were pushing young people and working people into supporting the war (World War I). This is a remarkable speech, in which she spells out quite simply that all wars would end if people–soldiers–simply refused to fight, but put down their arms, a thought that might seem radical to some arms-manufacturers today, but makes perfect sense to most of us.
Worth reminding ourselves of, in this time of Endless War perpetrated round the globe by the US war machine, fruits of which we are seeing today in the overflowing refugee crisis situation–it’s a special call to soldiers, to those who bear arms for this or that “noble cause” of “protecting the homeland” or ensuring “national security,” including those who toil covertly to assault activists and ethical citizens in the “War of Terror”. When soldiers lay down their arms-and today, their electronic weapons, the makers of arms and bombs–and electronic weapons, and the banksters behind them will be forced to find and fund more useful endeavor. Wouldn’t that be marvelous, a world where no government can go around declaring war and dropping bombs by commanding the actions of its military, where militaries wake up and listen to their consciences instead…

Once again, in the case of these deaths, the spectre of suicide and murder-suicide has been raised, which many close to these medical professionals contest.
The New York Times in reporting briefly on Dr. Gaynor’s death quotes an investigator from the local sheriff’s office ruling the death suicide, which his friends and colleagues find questionable, as this article suggests. Apparently Dr. Gaynor had recently missed a conference, letting his colleagues know via Facebook he had the intestinal flu. Prior to that, he had just survived a car accident. According to the HealthNutNews article, no suicide note has been found.
In the case of the deaths of other holistic cancer doctors reported earlier, Dr.Bradstreet’s investigation is still open, currently, and Dr.Gonzalez’s, which had been ruled a sudden heart attack, has been cleared of this supposition by an autopsy report. Both these doctors had been treating cancer and, in Dr. Bradstreet’s case, also autism patients successfully. Their stories were discussed earlier here.
Thriving Nursing Community Online
Brian Short’s website AllNurses.com shows it to be a lively website with discussion forums, information on schools and news, and open and candid commentary on medical and nursing issues, such as contained in this article, with many thousands of views per article published, and millions of unique visitors per month. Could the thriving of a nursing community online pose some kind of threat to someone? Discussion on the comment-boards of the HealthNutNews article reporting the Short family deaths suggests all sorts of reasons and possibilities, including deadly anti-depressants which cause hallucinations and violence as side-effects, as possibly being a factor behind the tragically violent deaths of the entire family.
Mass Shooters, Manchurian Candidates, MK ULTRA and Covert Electronic Assaults
In this regard–looking at the terrible homicide (ruled a murder-suicide) of the entire and young and growing Short family–it would be remiss not to also point to the possibility of covert assaults with radiation neuroweaponry, a 21st-century crime of MKULTRA-extended mind control experimentation, which many analysts say is responsible for the homicides and violence caused by set-up “Manchurian candidates” such as Aaron Alexis, Myron May, and various other mass shooters–possibilities covered online by Renee Pittman in this article and by James Lico in this one.
Whatever some people like to tell themselves (in fear and denial) about the phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals” today as being an issue of mass mental illness suddenly cropping up online-–a favorite mainstream media (MSM) trope (as in MSM being propped up and owned by the network of Big Pharma, Big Psychiatry, and the CIA–who sure would like to pass off these witness and testimonial accounts as mentally-ill and delusory prattle, so they can continue to openly engage in these crimes against humanity)–the truth is, these covert radiation weapons are here today, they are being used covertly on people, and they are used in a way (24/7 assaults, along with COINTELPRO, and PsyOps) intended to provoke harmful action on the part of the one being attacked.
Most “Targeted Individuals” hit with these weapons know better than to engage in harmful action, but some apparently succumb. The provocation many experience is reportedly certainly intense. For more on this subject, just Google “covert harassment” or “electronic harassment” or visit ICAACT or StopEg.com or any other of the new human rights groups striving to expose and ensure the termination of this distinctly 21st-century crime. It is absolutely time for this issue to become mainstream knowledge. People worldwide need to wake up to the absolute reality of covert radiation neuroweaponry and covert ops by US Intel (CIA/DIA/DHS/NSA) and other government bodies which are simply persecuting and torturing thousands worldwide, all in the name of testing and developing electronic weaponry in preparation for 21st-century-Neurowarfare, and in the name of testing and developing definitive Mind Control over every single human brain in existence, via misplaced, grandiose, and megalomanic schemes of cybernetics, hiving-minds, quantum super-computing, transhumanism, and Artificial Intelligence. Sadly, the last bastion of our privacy has been fully breached: the human brain and the human nervous system have been hacked, and are being exploited--and humanity needs to wake up and stop the carnage now, before it is too late; we absolutely need to inform ourselves as to what on earth is going on, and how we can stop it.
Dr. Gaynor and The Gene Therapy Plan
Returning to the question of Dr. Gaynor: Dr. Gaynor’s website is informative and wide-ranging in its focus on health and nutrition issues. It is interesting to note that Dr. Gaynor emphasized healthy preventive nutrition to help support the body at the level of DNA, as this excerpt from an article on Tulsi, the ancient Ayurvedic herb, suggests:
“Because free radical damage (oxidative stress) and chronic inflammation are almost always involved in weakened health, this kind of damage is particularly troublesome because it damages the DNA. The entire purpose of my new book, The Gene Therapy Plan, is to explain, present evidence for, and offer solutions that enhance our very DNA, and for new mothers, that means that remedies now can prevent genetic misfires in the future.”
If Dr. Gaynor’s death was not a suicide, as the sheriff’s office reports, could it be that his interest and research in enhancing healthy DNA expression with healthful nutrition and preventive natural herbs suddenly made him a “Person of Interest”?
Please Keep Asking Questions and Pushing for Answers
More than ever, we need scientists today, and doctors, and real, thinking journalists stepping forward without fear and exploring these issues for themselves, and speaking out and taking action. It is also important to recognize that our so-called “authorities,” our government bodies, our old systems of checks and balances via proper oversight, are not taking action. We are living in a world gone mad, mainly because a sociopathic minority is literally running amok among us and 1) experimenting with deadly weapons and drugs and toxins on us and 2) apparently killing at will–we certainly see this globally in the endless wars and invasions, but it is also evident in stories like these of holistic, successful medical professionals being targeted, as well as in police violence and false flag scenarios we are frequently subject to.
Silence becomes a way–of not merely acquiescence and consent–of allowance.By remaining silent, we permit the atrocity to continue. Please research these subjects for yourself, climb past all that CIA-disinfo “conspiracy theory” stuff online, and search out the truth, and speak out, in whatever forum you personally can. It is absolutely not the time to remain in silence, as our Intel agencies with their arsenal of fear-tactics are striving to drive us into.
We are pivoting on a cusp of humanity–the future we step into next week, and the future we leave for our kids depends on what acts of expression and courage we engage in today.
Today’s the UN-established Day of International Peace, and, although I’ve lost all faith in the UN–thanks to the Global Totalitarianism being unleashed everyday on us by their (new world order) Agenda 21/Agenda 2030, which I sincerely hope all nations of the world, including the slowly-awakening USA will vehemently oppose, expose, and fully prevent and tear down–it really is the Brave New World of 1984 and Minority Report and every other dystopian vision you can name combined–I welcome this moment in what promises to be a momentous week (being the week of the Pope’s visit to the US) to focus on Peace.
Because Thic Nhat Hanh (Vietnamese Buddhist monk, founder of the mindfulness retreat Plum Village, author of several books including Peace Is Every Step) so fully embodies peace to me, I wanted to post something by him–here is a brief and inspiring video of Thich Nhat Hanh’s visit to Congress in 2003, during the Iraq war, and a little on his background, life, and continuous engagement with peace:
“It is not correct to suppress violence with violence….We are not free to destroy.”
Sadly I learn from the Plum Village website that Thic Nhat Hanh is currently recovering from a stroke which also affected his speaking, one of his most powerful gifts, I send my wishes for a full recovery his way. Please look on Youtube for his videos and listen to his talks, they are powerful, moving, very inspiring. I tend to carry little books by him and other Buddhist and spiritual writers around, to read while driving or waiting anywhere, this one is especially powerful–a talk given to inmates at a penitentiary, especially powerful in its advice on how to go beyond anger, go within, transform oneself through mindful practice, and so effect change in one’s world–words to read and re-read: Be Free Where You Are.

“Of the erudite body of work produced by Antony Sutton, he remains best known for his books on banking, industrial, corporate, and military aid to Nazi Germany and the USSR by American companies. The most widely read of these volumes, Wall Street and the Rise of Hitlerand Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, hold that a secret cabal of Anglo-American forces have been integral in the creation and support of every “East vs. West” dialectic of the past century. Quite a thesis, with a slew of primary documentation and the pedigree to back it up.
Needless to say, Sutton had to go.
His removal from the hallowed and controlled halls of Academia didn’t stop him, though, as he continued to publish research on Deep Politics related to the Trilateral Commission and Skull and Bones, among other things. Unfortunately, as seems to be a tendency among great researchers speaking truth to power, Sutton passed too early back in 2002, and since, his investigation into the international Anglophile cabal has remained largely unadvanced. Until recently, there was no “Great Eastern Superpower” to warrant such research, as the bulk of occulted geopolitical study was focused instead on the “War on Terror” paradigm; in a post-2008 world in which the media, both alternative and otherwise, have readily forecast a rise of the BRICS “anti-hegemon,” (as they’re called by some) this has all changed.
“Japan, like much of the Western world, is awash with “sustainable development” projects, but one of its more notable Japanese efforts is Kashiwa-no-ha Smart City. As of June 2015, Kashiwa-no-ha is featured on the homepage of Mitsui Fudosan Group’s English page. Upon examination of Kashiwa-no-ha’s homepage, Mitsui seems to be, in large part, spearheading this project.
Mitsui is developing Kashiwa-no-ha in line with a true Technocratic vision: A model city in which pervasive, wirelessly-integrated sensors document, trace, track, and surveil every aspect of human life. This data, managed via an Orwellian Smart Center (read: Central Control) will “oversee energy operations, management, and control for the entire town.” Constantly conglomerated and organized by central servers and algorithms, Smart Center’s data on every aspect of the city is then served up on a silver platter for Academia, another element of Agenda 21’s public-private partnerships. Kashiwa-no-ha’s residents will be, quite literally, lab rats for the University research labs of Japan.

The transcript of a recent talk (Sep 17/2015) given by Deputy Director David Cohen at Cornell University and preserved verbatim on the CIA website, titled “The CIA of the Future,” makes for rather spectacular if not laugh-out-loud reading.
Particularly in light of the recently-released 500-page Summary of the CIA’s post-911 Torture Report, and the CIA’s continuing involvement in non-consensual and clandestine MKULTRA-extended human experimentation on Americans, in America, covered here under Human Rights, and widely discussed online, including in this excellent post at The Vigilant Citizen, Origin and Techniques of Monarch Mind Control, which details the absolutely grisly and unimaginably sadistic methodologies of torture and trauma-based mind control and psychological “alter” formation used by the CIA in its clandestine ’50s-’70s experiments on children, as well as other “unwitting human subjects, including CIA employees, military personnel, doctors, other government agents, prostitutes, mentally ill patients, and members of the general public,” Mr. Cohen’s remarks ring rather hollow.
Predictably, the talk contained a lot of bemoaning of violence and stress abroad, as if the CIA had had absolutely nothing to do with the creation of any of this violence, directly or indirectly, covertly or overtly, clandestinely or publicly, in particular with the creation of ISIS, which even the New York Times ended up covering.
“First, the ideas, institutions, and states that have formed the foundation of the post-Cold War system, and have delivered at least a modicum of governance, service, and security to often multi-ethnic populations, are under stress. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the brutal extremism of the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), which seeks to erase the borders—and, tragically, the ancient communities—of Syria and Iraq.”
Yes, tragically, the ancient communities of Syria and Iraq, which the US military –assisted by the CIA–has been trying to wipe off the map.
He goes on directly though to hint that other countries, elsewhere, are engaging in such horrors as “media manipulation, ubiquitous surveillance, criminalization of dissent, and controlled elections.”
“At the same time, democratic governance is under siege. For the ninth consecutive year, Freedom House in 2014 reported more declines than gains in the quality of democracy worldwide. Worsening ethno-sectarian and socioeconomic strains are contributing to the trend. So, too, does the rise of a more sophisticated form of authoritarianism that forgoes brute force and heavy-handed propaganda in favor of technology-enabled media manipulation, ubiquitous surveillance, criminalization of dissent, and controlled elections.“
Descent into outright mendacity appears soon enough, as once more–the CIA as a whole seems to want to keep stressing this, even in their noncommittal and perfectly blase responses to FOIA requests (including mine/at Muckrock), perhaps in the hope that repetition might succeed where deception fails:
“Let me emphasize up front that CIA collects only foreign intelligence—that is, information relating to foreign governments, foreign organizations, foreign persons, or international terrorists.
“And contrary to what you may have seen on “Homeland,” CIA does not undertake foreign intelligence collection in the United States to acquire information concerning the domestic activities of US citizens. Our efforts are focused overseas, on identifying threats and opportunities linked to foreign individuals, governments and organizations outside our borders.”
Sure. And MKULTRA never happened. Nor does the current targeting of individuals, domestically and abroad, with mind-control, directed-energy, SIGINT-collection methodologies, and brain-entrainment methodologies in the realm of “behavior modification,” which we can see is based entirely on MKULTRA, although possibly concealed under a different name, have anything to do with the CIA, no doubt.
Just in reference to that foreign/not-domestic claim, here’s a Thought for the Day from a CIA mind-control programmer, quoted in ex-CIA scientist Dr. Robert Duncan’s rather revealing book on the “mind-hacking” (and quite domestic) activities of the CIA, on one aspect of the ubiquitous mind-control CIA program, a creation of “sleeper cells and sleeper agents”:
“Sleeper cells and sleeper agents are activated for different purposes. Let’s say hypothetically John Lennon sounds like communist propaganda, we will send out a psycho-sleeper to kill him. Hypothetically speaking, if Ronald Reagan is becoming senile, he is a security risk for national secrets, we will activate a sleeper. If a Defense contractor becomes an alcoholic or sex addict, he/she may be a security risk, so we silently assassinate them with seemingly natural causes. If the Kennedys don’t fit in line with our country’s objectives—you get the point.” CIA programming braggart.

But there’s more. Mr. Cohen spends a few paragraphs working up fervor in the CIA’s devotion to diversity in the workplace, throwing in little anecdotes to demonstrate its usefulness in action, adding:
“On countless occasions, our cooperation with foreign liaison has quietly achieved significant results. Working together, we have disrupted terrorist plots, broken vicious insurgencies, intercepted transfers of dangerous weapons and technology, and brought international criminals to justice, among many other accomplishments. And as CIA assists many of these services in building their human-intelligence collection capability while insisting that, in the process, they respect fundamental human rights, we can count even more on their partnership in helping us expand our own collection efforts around the globe.”
Yes, that’s more than rich. Please note, the CIA insists they respect fundamental human rights. Really? Small quote from a Huffington Post article on the CIA Torture Report, just as a reminder, to Mr. Cohen, who appears to have forgotten what the CIA was doing in their “enhanced interrogation” program:
“The study reveals several gruesome instances of torture by mid-level CIA officers who participated in the program, including threats of sexual violence using a broomstick and the use of “rectal hydration” in instances of harsh interrogations that lasted for days or weeks on end. And, contrary to the agency’s prior insistence that only three detainees were subject to waterboarding, the Senate report suggests it was likely used on more detainees.”
Also drop in here, for a revealing look at the CIA’s No-Touch Torture program, covered by Dr. Duncan, who used to work for the Department of Defense, CIA, and Justice, and helped develop the technologies now unfortunately in use by them.
It’s a sad reflection on America today that a government agency–with a horrific history of torture, among other atrocities--which purports to be a foreign-intelligence collection and espionage agency yet practices deadly “behavior-modification” torture technologies in secret on citizens (including this writer/hence those FOIA requests)and detainees while engaging in blatant deception propaganda in public is permitted to continue spreading propaganda and continue functioning at all, when it really should be exposed for what it is, and completely disbanded.
