I was honored to be on this show, to strive to represent Melanie Vritschan’s experience and relay the story of how a group of doctors and psychiatrists, based on hearsay from a midwife, abruptly charged Melanie with being delusional, called the State Prosecutor and the Youth Tribunal, removed her day-old baby from her care, and subjected her to criminal trauma shortly after her C-section delivery. A court hearing convened on Oct 25 found Melanie to be perfectly normal and not in the slightest mentally ill or delusional. However, the situation is unresolved. The baby is still being held by the hospital who is citing the Youth Court order decreeing a 30-day separation of mother/and all family and the baby.
Trauma to the baby has also been effected by this criminal action on the part of the hospital and psychiatrists; recent reports from the Neonatal ward have noted that the baby has “become very quiet.”
Our conversation ranged from the story of Melanie’s experience, the behavior of the psychiatrists and gynecologist, the traumatic CIA-rendition-style midnight interrogation Melanie was subjected to, her treatment subsequently, and the contents of that conversation with the midwife which touched on modern microtechnology, nanotechnologies, and directed-energy weapons being used by Intelligence agencies and military groups to covertly and non-consensually implant and experiment on civilians currently worldwide–subjects I cover regularly here, and subjects of investigation by both ICATOR and the Joint Investigation Team led by physicist Dr. Katherine Horton, of which we are both members.
Dr. Ed Spencer, a retired neurologist, provided vital insight into the suspected use of directed-energy weapons in the creation of the recent deadly fires in Santa Rosa and other parts of Northern California, and into the current-day covert use of microchip insertion into our bodies–adults and children both–via vaccines and other injections, using syringes.

Psychiatry, in other words, is being used as a weapon to permit the abduction and kidnapping of babies. How many of those babies end up damaged in the foster care system, how many are child-trafficked, how many meet a more dire fate at the hands of Satanists and pedophiles?
In this writer’s view, it is more than time to turn a very hot and blazing spotlight on the whole edifice of Psychiatry, and how doctors and governments are using Psychiatry today as a powerful weapon–essentially to inflict State Terror–to shut down people, groups, and societies. Stay tuned.

Melanie Vritschan, the mother of newborn Amethyst Vritschan, founder of ICATOR and member of JIT, who has been held for a week in the Psychiatric Ward of L’Hopital Erasme in Brussels, Belgium, on wrongful charges of being delusional has been released from the hospital on court order by Judge Kristine Hansch (name corrected, 10/31) of the 2nd Canton of Anderlecht, Belgium, who convened a court hearing the morning of October 25.
However, the baby, Amethyst is still being held in the Neonatal ward, and has not been returned to her mother. On questioning the two psychiatrists present at the hearing, Ms. Vritschan was told this was because of the previous court order from a different court, the Youth Tribunal, similar to Family Court, which had separated the mother from the child and “placed” the child for 30 days in Neonatal care.
Both actions, falsely naming Ms. Vritschan delusional and separating her newborn from her care one day after the birth, as well as initiating a brutal detainment, transfer, and CIA-rendition-style interrogation of Ms. Vritschan in another hospital across town past midnight, without recourse to pain medication for her recovering Cesarean scars, had been initiated by these and other Erasme Hopital psychiatrists.
Melanie Vritschan is currently seeking to get her child back in her own care immediately and is exploring her legal options in terms of challenging this Youth Tribunal court order, which had been placed after Erasme Hospital psychiatrists submitted that Ms. Vritschan was delusional and mentally unstable on the basis of hearsay from a nurse-midwife mis-reporting conversations on implants she had had with Dr. Horton, a visitor and friend of Ms. Vritschan’s, as reported earlier.
This false diagnosis of delusions and mental instability was demolished at the hearing by the judge, who enquired whether a mental illness had been ascertained, and was given various attempts at answers which were successively countered. The Erasme Hospital psychiatrists, who had stated at the start of the hearing they were requesting an extended stay for Ms. Vritschan in the Psychiatric Ward of 40 days, the maximum, appeared to be grasping at straws as they first claimed that Ms. Vritschan had showed “emotional detachment” when her child was taken from her earlier, on Oct 19, on what Ms. Vritschan notes was the pretext of her seeming to show signs of jaundice.
Ms. Vritschan spoke up to recount that the psychiatrists had entered her room that day well after her conversation with nurses, where she had questioned their stated need for the baby to be examined for jaundice; the psychiatrists had only witnessed the tail-end of that action, yet had shown themselves willing to jump to conclusions and accuse her of “lack of affect” and detachment when nurses took the baby out of the room, supposedly to show her skin-color to the pediatrician for comment.
The psychiatrists then proclaimed that Ms. Vritschan appeared to believe she was implanted, as reported by the nurse-midwife who had partially attributed Dr. Horton’s statements to Ms. Vritschan and partially fabricated statements about Ms. Vritschan saying “voices” had told her her baby was going to be taken away.
Both Dr. Horton and Ms. Vritschan concurred in that neither had made any mention of voices whatsoever, and that all conversation about implants and foreign objects—which indeed had been medically established to have been found and surgically removed from Ms. Vritschan’s throat—had occurred solely between Dr. Horton and the midwife, and had not included Ms. Vritschan at all. Documentation compiled by Dr. Horton also attested to the fact that part of an implant had indeed been surgically removed and scientifically analyzed.
To the judge’s credit, she noted astutely at this point that people were entitled to their beliefs, when the psychiatrists attempted to rest their readings of Ms. Vritschan’s delusionality on what they tried to characterize as a continued “belief” in implants.
The hearing, it was understood, had been convened to determine three things, if there was a mental illness, if there was refusal of treatment, and whether the patient was being found to be dangerous to herself or others. Since it was now made clear that no mental illness existed, the second was a moot point and the third was easily confirmed as being irrelevant since no-one could claim Ms. Vritschan was a danger to herself or others.
Ms. Vritschan’s father and long-term psychologist were at hand to bear witness to the information presented to the judge, and to vouch for Ms. Vritschan’s character and competence in taking care of her children.
Also notable is the fact that the two psychiatrists present refused to furnish their names on Dr. Horton’s request, and hinted at seismic hospital disruptions engendered by increased attention to the hospital, saying, “You’ve caused enough trouble as it is!”
Were they referring to the international scandal they were instrumental in creating? After recent press releases and worldwide dissemination of the shocking news of this hospital’s medical kidnapping of the newborn, Amethyst, Ms. Vritschan reports the phone has been constantly ringing and nurses have complained that people were calling in to the Psychiatric Ward and yelling at them.
Perhaps the international attention has succeeded in notifying this hospital in a major European country that its actions here in separating a mother from her child and maltreating the mother cannot go unnoticed.
Members of the Joint Investigation Team and Alfred Webre, who hosted webinars featuring Dr. Horton and Ms. Vritschan and posted news of this incident on his world-renowned website platform, Newsinsideout.com, have been contacted by many concerned residents and true-media journalists both from Europe and the USA, keen to help. Many responded to the calls to write or call the hospital.
Now with the situation continuing unresolved and the baby still being held by the hospital—on an edict from a family court tribunal succeeding actions of haste and incompetence at best and intentional malice at worst from Erasme hospital psychiatrists claiming delusionality on hearsay—continuing to keep the spotlight on Erasme Hospital and the Belgian Youth Tribunal may be in order.
Those interested in helping are encouraged to write to the Director-General of the hospital, the Director of Communications, and anyone else whom they think can intervene here and restore Amethyst to her mother immediately. In an Oct 22 webinar hosted by Alfred Lambremont Webre of Newsinsideout.com with Dr. Katherine Horton, high-energy physicist and former CERN scientist, and attended by JIT members Dr. Millicent Black and Ramola D, further details emerged in the story of how L’Hopital Erasme has subjected ICATOR founder and renowned human rights advocate Melanie Vritschan to a succession of traumas as they removed her newborn from her care, subjected her to a late-night interrogation without painkillers one day after her Ceasarean delivery, locked her up in a psychiatric ward room in a different building, and then involved the State prosecutor, the Procureur du Roi, to issue a state order to separate her from her baby.
Psychiatrists Intentionally Name Ms. Vritschan Delusional Despite Evidence to the Contrary
Around the time of the birth, a team of four psychiatrists at Hopital Erasme seemed to swing into action shortly after Dr. Horton had a conversation with a nurse-midwife about an implant partially retained in Melanie Vritschan’s throat and causing her difficulty in breathing during anesthesia. Dr. Horton had clearly indicated part of this implant was indeed removed from Ms. Vritschan and scientifically analyzed.
Mis-attributing Dr. Horton’s words to Ms. Vritschan and extrapolating from an educative and generalized statement Dr. Horton had made about various modern implant technologies such as in-ear microchip transmitters being used covertly on victims currently to mimic voices in heads, psychiatrists swung into action, claiming that Ms.Vritschan had mentioned implants and voices, had herself asked to be psychiatrically evaluated, and therefore needed a psychiatric evaluation.
On conversation with Ms. Vritschan, this was found to be untrue. In fact, in Catch 22 fashion, Ms. Vritschan had been threatened with forceful removal of her person to be psychiatrically assessed if she did not permit psychiatrists to assess her without coercion. “She was clearly coerced anyway,” said Dr. Horton.
When informed by Ms. Vritschan of the validity of Dr. Horton’s statement regarding implant-removal, and when shown physical evidence in documents and photographs on Ms. Vritschan’s laptop, the psychiatrists refused to listen and refused to look. In fact, in the later presence of police, a police officer who was shown the evidence requested that the psychiatrist be shown the evidence—which the psychiatrist refused to look at.
This fact cannot be stressed clearly enough: hospital psychiatrists failed to act like medical doctors or scientists, refusing to look at, assess, and understand clear and present evidence of implant-removal, but claimed that Ms. Vritschan was delusional by way of a “delusional belief in being implanted” and needed a psych evaluation.
Evidence of intentional foul play is also suggested by the fact that Dr. Horton was astonishingly evicted from the Maternity Ward room on Oct 19 where she was intending to stay overnight to assist Melanie Vritschan, by staff who informed her it was hospital policy to not permit guests to stay in the hospital when the baby was not in the room. When Dr. Horton questioned this policy, pointing out she was acting in the capacity of companion to Ms. Vritschan, and was there for the mother just as much as for the baby, staff brought in three burly security guards in an obvious act of intimidation and stated they would physically evict her if she did not leave.
Later that evening, after Dr.Horton had left, police were called in and Ms. Vritschan was moved against her will across Brussels to another hospital, Hospital Brugman, to be interrogated CIA rendition-style at midnight for over two hours by another psychiatrist, and then confined like a criminal to a psychiatric jail cell with no toilet and only a low bed with straps, of the kind used to restrain violent psychiatric patients.
The upshot of the rendition-assessment, it turns out, was positive; the psychiatrist who conducted the interrogation stated there was “nothing wrong” with Melanie Vritschan and that she needed to be returned to the Maternity Ward.
The psychiatrist then received a couple of telephone calls and changed his tune; now, he said, Ms. Vritschan needed to be returned to the Psychiatric Ward.
Had the doctor—supposedly the hospital authority to determine a patient’s psychiatric condition–just heard from the political pipeline from the Attorney-General’s office and thereby been persuaded to change his medical opinion completely?
It should be noted that Ms. Vritschan is currently engaged in bringing a class-action lawsuit against the State seeking redress for the actions of covert implantation and harassment brought against her and many other victims in Belgium. Alfred Lambremont Webre, International War Crimes judge and expert in international law, has provided an affidavit for this lawsuit. Were the current actions taken by Erasme Hopital and the Attorney-General’s office to dismiss her as delusional and steal her child thinly-disguised retaliation and attempt to obstruct this lawsuit? It would appear so.
Update as of Oct 23
Thanks to dozens of calls made to the Psychiatric ward following the previous press release, the hospital has been made aware of the international attention drawn to this scandal.
However the latest from this seeming bastion of fascism is that the hospital is curtailing all visitation rights for this mother who has already been traumatized by the separation of the baby, and not permitting anyone to visit her over the next two days, citing disruption caused by visitors.
The hospital is also denying Melanie Vritschan access to her own medical records.
It should be noted as well that the false diagnoses of delusions pronounced by the psychiatrists who deliberately refused to examine scientific evidence completely contradicting their diagnoses were used as excuse for the separation of the child from the mother. There was no evidence whatsoever of malfeasance or ill-treatment of the child by the mother—in other words, no legitimate reason whatsoever to separate the child from the mother.
All concerned citizens, human rights activists, journalists, doctors, mothers are asked to kindly call the hospital and demand that the baby be released to the mother and the wrongful charges of delusions be dropped. The chief administrator of the hospital can be reached at this email address:

World-renowned human rights activist Melanie Vritschan, member of the US-Europe Joint Investigation Team, has had her newborn baby, Amethyst Vritschan. removed from her care in L’Hôpital Erasmé in Brussels, Belgium, where she gave birth on October 18, on trumped-up charges of psychiatric instability.
Melanie Vritschan gave birth by planned Ceaserean to the healthy baby girl, Amethyst Vritschan on Wednesday, October 18, at L’Hôpital Erasmé in Brussels, Belgium. Mother and child were both reported as doing very well shortly after the birth by Dr. Katherine Horton, high-energy physicist, former CERN scientist, founder/lead member of the US-Europe Joint Investigation Team, who was present as her friend, colleague, and companion at the hospital, and accompanied her into the operating-room.
The US-Europe Joint Investigation Team is a human rights group and investigative team investigating the reports of non-consensual directed-energy weapons, neuro weapons, and bioweapon experimentation and operation that Americans and Europeans, as well as other world citizens. are reporting in large numbers today.
Melanie Vritschan is also the founder of ICATOR, the International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and Robotization of Living Beings, and vocal human rights advocate for the rights of all human beings to be free of non-consensual military/Intelligence experimentation, electromagnetic abuse, covert implantation, neurotechnology assault, and bio-robotization.
Ms. Vritschan came to world attention recently when a surgeon removed part of a large, strangulating metallic implant from her neck, which had been covertly implanted–possibly by the Belgian intelligence agency State Security Service, headed by Jaak Raes, since intelligence agencies are now known to be engaging in clandestine implantation practices, possibly by NSA/DARPA, since this resembled a NSA/DARPA/Motorola patent using self-assembling nanotechnology–and was being used to inflict pain at her throat. This story was covered earlier by NewsInsideOut journalist Alfred Webre. This non-biological, metallic implant was recently spectroscopically and electronically analyzed in a laboratory by Dr. Horton as well as another scientist and was found to carry titanium—in no way biological or from the human body–in its makeup.
Because part of the implant had not yet been removed from Melanie Vritschan’s throat, and posed breathing problems during anaesthesia, Dr. Horton had apprised a nurse about the implant, and explained the reason for her concern, as well as provided further information about the previous implant removal and their joint work at JIT.
Subsequently, Dr. Horton learned that Melanie Vritschan was subjected to a psychiatric assessment and that the day-old baby had been removed from her care. Initial assessment by one psychiatrist was followed by an assessment by two other pedo-psychiatrists. The first psychiatrist asked Melanie skeptically why she would found an organization called the International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and Robotization of Living Beings. Close to midnight, police were called in. Melanie Vritschan was removed from her room in the Maternity Ward and taken off-site to a different hospital where she was interrogated for almost 3 hours up to 2 am. Although it was one day after her Caesarean, and she was supposedly in a healthcare facility, she was given no painkillers; the new mother was locked into her room at this off-site psychiatric center, a room which had no toilet and no bed but a mattress on the floor. Reminiscent of an off-site “CIA rendition center,” in Dr. Horton’s words, after her late-night interrogation, she had to knock on the prison-window in the door to be permitted to use the toilet. She was able to make a call to Dr. Horton from the toilet, shortly after which her cell phone and other personal items such as her eyeglasses were confiscated.
Ms. Vritschan was subsequently returned late on Friday, Oct 20 to Erasme Hopital but housed in the Psychiatric Ward, and not the Maternity Ward. She was not permitted to see her baby. The baby’s grandfather who had arrived to visit his daughter and grandchild was also not permitted to see the child. Dr. Horton was informed the Procureur du Roi or Senior Crown Prosecutor had decreed that the baby be separated from the mother until a court was convened and a judge made a decision; the court date is a week from the birth, on October 25.
On further questioning, staff at the hospital stated that it was the Attorney-General’s office who had ordered an independent psychiatric assessment. Earlier, the hospital had stated Ms. Vritschan had herself demanded a psychiatric evaluation, which was established to be untrue, on questioning Ms. Vritschan. Staff also stated that the hospital was concerned that Ms. Vritschan was delusional “since she had mentioned implants.”
This morning, on Oct 21, Dr. Horton learned that Ms. Vritschan had been medicated with psychiatric drugs, which both she and Ms. Vritschan’s father protested against to hospital staff. “Medicating a perfectly healthy woman is criminal,” Dr. Horton stated. “It is essentially poisoning her.” Dr. Horton also pointed out to the hospital staff that they were engaging in criminal actions that constituted human rights violations in complete contravention of United Nations treaties.
The hospital has currently agreed to stop the forced drugging of Ms.Vritschan, but is continuing to refuse her access to her baby. This major human rights violation, separating a mother from her child and attributing delusions to her on the basis of a mention of implants—scientific evidence for whose existence, removal, and analysis exists—appears to suggest a plan has been set in motion by the Attorney-General’s office to target this outstanding human rights activist for her groundbreaking advocacy, and attempt to ruin her life and stop her work.
In doing so, L’hopital Erasme and the Attorney-General have drawn added attention to the issue of non-consensual, covert placement of implants in civilians, which, as Dr. Rauni Luukanen-Kilde, former Chief Medical Officer for Finland has stated, from her research and experience, is being done by military and Intelligence agencies for covert, non-consensual experimentation.
Ms. Vritschan’s organization, ICATOR, has been at the forefront of scanning reporting victims for implants, in conjunction with qualified radio engineers and scientists, and in proving that these implants exist.
If the very mention of implants causes a hospital to call in a psychiatrist, and if the Attorney-General’s office stepped in to demand psychiatric assessment of a new mother and founder of the foremost organization in Belgium responsible for the scanning and verification of implants from civilians reporting crime, the question must be asked: Is the cover-up of covert implantation of civilians putatively from clandestine military and Intelligence groups well-known to and being protected by the Attorney-General? Are psychiatrists and hospitals part of this inbuilt Intelligence agency scam?
Added concern accrues from the fact that Brussels has been at the center of the recent revelations of pedophile and child trafficking networks. Implantation and electronic tracking is known to be at the heart of global child trafficking and sex trafficking enterprises, as the story of a recent trafficking victim at a University Medical Center in the US indicates.
For the protection of the baby, Amethyst Vritschan, and for the restoration of the baby to her talented and celebrated mother, Melanie Vritschan, journalists, human rights advocates, and concerned citizens are urged to take immediate action to request the hospital to release the child to the mother’s care immediately and drop all fraudulent charges of delusions and mental health issues.
