Original note with post: Just a note to say I hope to collect more of Judge Anna‘s posts here and will update this post regularly with links, collected above. As many know I have been trying to re-post some of her many valuable articles. Not merely is she currently re-posting in article format much of what is contained in her American Affidavit, in efforts to educate us all on what has transpired historically in the US, she is also keeping us updated on her ongoing efforts to directly address those in power, to restore Common Law or the law of the land to the land of the continental united States of America, and retrieve coffers of gold (:-) for the American people.

(Odd as this may sound to those unfamiliar with this subject, gold from 1933 has become the center of some rather interesting debate. There is an ongoing conversation with Karen Hudes, ex-World Bank counsel, on the subject of the Global Debt Facility and the “world’s gold” and in reference to the recent commercial lien placed by Judge Anna and others on the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, and the Department of Justice, which has been recorded in various places, including Judge Anna’s site and PaulStramer.net. It’s hard to keep up! but I’ll aim to post on that shortly.)

I’m especially keen to post Judge Anna’s work here because there is no doubt about it, she is offering insight into a different system of law (the jurisdiction of the land–common law, natural law, organic law) which could very well be the absolute cornerstone to completely turning things around in the USA and elsewhere–and breaking out of the surveillance/police state modality with its rampant injustice, covert programs, military deception, and excessive controls and surveillance we’re caught up in today.

For those of us who are being unlawfully and illegitimately targeted, harassed, and assaulted MK-ULTRA-style in our homes with EMF radiation/scalar/sonic weapons hiding in our neighborhoods and communities under misnomers, euphemisms, and outright deceptions as “FISA-court-ordered electronic surveillance,” “concealed monitoring,” “consensual monitoring,” “threat assessment surveillance,” “radiation surveillance,” “non-lethal surveillance,” “non-invasive surveillance,” possibly also “Community-Based Participatory Research,” and many other Intel-concocted covers and lies, and enduring continuous radiation weapon assaults in continuous and unlawful invasions of privacy, intrusions into our homes, our bodies, and our brains, not to mention character assassination and employment sabotage in our communities–all under completely known and sanctioned yet undisclosed programs of collusion between agencies and the Department of “Justice”–and many many others suffering injustice today in the US, this is welcome news.

Is it possible that, despite the state of lawlessness we are seeing around us today–things may actually begin to change? I follow the work of those working to restore Common Law with much hope. Please start following her brilliant work if you haven’t already, and please do share her work widely. We are so fortunate to have her voice, her brilliance, her activism, on behalf of all of us who are fighting without cease for a free and peaceful world.

The enemies of America would love nothing better than to get patriots fighting amongst themselves, and by so so doing to divide and conquer our country and shove the whole of the history of America into the dustbin of history, by changing all of that history and making it disappear forever from the minds of all men.

Fortunately there are a few of what I can call Super Patriots, who are doing their dead level best to stop that from happening, but even those super patriots, who are under extreme pressure on a daily basis, and can barely find time to get a handful of hours of sleep in a night, can fall victim to our own human frailty. Things like ego, anger, and lack of Christian Charity. Things like impatience in touchy situations. I know this because I have had the same problem, and it took many years to learn to put those feelings aside when the pressure is on, and I still have to watch myself very carefully on occasion. We must be self-less in our journey and our battles for peace and freedom.

There is a time and place for just anger. Even Christ Himself gave us an example of that when he drove the money changers from the Temple. His anger was Just, as ours should be when confronting the evil in the world, but his Anger was also well considered and directed at the actual enemy of good.

Now I know, that sometimes truth can only be uncovered with animated discussion of the issues, and sometimes even heated discussion. But there is a fine line between that, and a selfish disregard of the other patriots we are trying to work with to save peace and freedom in America. Patience is a virtue, and it comes from the root of all virtues, HUMILITY. Humility vanquishes pride, the root of all evil, like the truth vanquishes fraud, which when proven destroys every contract that it touches.

WE ALL NEED TO BE KNOWN AS THE PEACEMAKERS OF THIS WORLD

I know there is a warrior mindset among many of my brothers in Oathkeepers. I am not trying to say that the warrior mindset doesn’t have it’s place. I am saying that the ultimate purpose of the warrior mindset is to BRING PEACE. It’s only when we are being threatened with the loss of that peace, that the warrior mindset needs to kick in. And many veterans have had trouble knowing when to turn that warrior mindset on or off. That is a problem I hope I never have to face, but will if the circumstances are clearly calling for it.

The peace I am talking about is the peace that only God Himself can give us in the midst of all this chaos. Chaos is from Satan. Peace is from God.

Now I am going to make a controversial statement. Our enemies want peace also.

Our enemies want a different kind of peace. They want a peace where they can enjoy all the ill gotten goods, power, and money they have stolen from us, WITHOUT ANY OPPOSITION WHATSOEVER!

And they are willing to bring the whole world into chaos, war, wanton murder, pillage and piracy, rape and every evil to obtain their brand of peace. Even when they achieve their brand of peace they won’t be happy, because they won’t have real peace at all, and because they will face horrendous consequences in the next life for everything they did to obtain their brand of peace, AND THEY KNOW IT. This is what makes them lose control and do every evil they can do to us.

This is the same vivid contrast between the followers of Jesus Christ, who were peaceful, yet had their swords readily available, and the Sanhedrin and Romans who were ready to break the peace at the drop of a hat. An example is like when Saint Peter cut the ear off of Malchus, the servant of the high priest. And what did Christ say? Put your sword up. Could I not call for a legion of angels…..etc. So fellow patriots, all who want America to be in peace and freedom for our children, PLEASE PRAY WITH ME EVERY DAY. Pray for the Peace of the Lord.

Give Peace, O Lord, to them that patiently wait for Thee, that Thy prophets may be found faithful: hear the prayers of Thy servant, and of Thy people Israel. Alleluia. I will rejoice at the things that were said to me: We shall go into the house of the Lord.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. O God, from Whom are holy desires, right counsels, and just works, give to
Thy servants that peace which the world cannot give; that our hearts being devoted to the keeping of Thy commandments, and the fear of enemies removed, our times, by Thy protection, may be peaceful.

We ask this Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who livest and reignest with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, World without end. Amen. O God, Who sufferest not the nations that believe in Thee to be shaken by any fear, deign, we beseech Thee, to receive the prayers and sacrifices of the people consecrated to Thee, that peace, the gift of Thy loving-kindness, may render Christian countries safe from every enemy. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who livest and reignest with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, World without end. Amen.

O God, the author and lover of peace, Whom to know is to live, and to serve is to reign, protect Thy suppliants from all assaults, that we who trust in Thy defence, may fear no armed hostility.

Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who livest and reignest with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, World without end. Amen. And finally for all our Patriots friends in Oathkeepers, and all our other patriot friends throughout the world who would like peace and freedom for their countries also, let us pray for the Holy Spirit to give us the light we need to make peace reign, and guide our thinking and our actions according to His Divine Will.

Ken O’Keefe: The Cynic is the Tyrant’s Best Friend

Ken O’Keefe, former Marine now human rights activist and outspoken on all issues that count is vocal about how important it is for each of us to drop cynicism, world-weariness, apathy, resignation, and take a stand–the future of humanity and our planet depends on us transcending obstacles in our path and speaking out and taking action to expose and end it. He spells out how the news from mainstream media inundates us each day with such overwhelming amounts of bad news that we–especially the intelligent and educated among us, it seems–escape easily into disassociation from reality and cynicism, which unfortunately becomes consent to the reality that is presented to us–“to the insane cycle of destruction and more war.” Paraphrasing loosely, “Whereas it’s us, we dreamers–or whatever they want to call us–who represent the ultimate threat to those who control this reality.” He iterates how important it is to drop cynicism, to explore the news and the world for ourselves, to demand a better reality. “If we can envision it, we can make a better world.”

I was inspired, as are probably millions of others, watching him speak, because he expresses what many of us think today. It Is up to us. Those of us who have been entrained into obedience, passivity, quiet, and inaction–by not merely the norms of our society but by the current surveillance and police state we are living in, worldwide, and also by illegitimate gag orders or National Security Letters from an illegitimate state which is acting openly to suppress dissent and opening fraudulent investigations on thousands of innocent civilians and veterans and activists, in hopes of co-opting communities and dividing communities and silencing protest–especially may want to watch this. We are most definitely at a tipping point today.

We need to each of us see that we’re inexorably heading toward more militarization, more surveillance, more policing, and more stripping of rights and liberties, and that an attitude today of keeping your head down and doing what the “government” asks–whether via National Security Letter or community-policing or anything else they say is good for us– is only serving to 1) facilitate the oppressors and 2) hasten the onset of full-blown totalitarianism. Drawing back and “choosing” not to participate–while in actuality participating by acquiescence to State programs of societal control–is nothing but giving consent to oppression.

Are you witness today to corruption…? To over-reach and abuse of secrecy powers in an Intelligence agency…? Are you aware of systemic fraud in your industry–which affects the lives of other people..? Perhaps it’s time to speak out. From what they say, it sounds like this campaign is about creating a new paradigm for global existence where our taxes won’t go toward funding wars, death, and destruction. Wouldn’t that be a brave new world!

Neuro Crime (Pre Crime) and Neuro Warfare (Brain Modification) Are Being Studied and C/overtly Tested — ChurchCommittee 2.0 Production: The Neuro Revolution

Riveting video introduction to advances in neuroscience research in the areas of neurocrime and neurowarfare, by the ChurchCommittee Production company, profiling two recent books on the subject, Neuro Revolution by Zack Lynch with Byron Laursen and Undue Risk, Secret State Experiments on Humans by Jonathan D. Moreno, and discussing developments in academic and black-budget covert neuroscience research which seek application in such 21st-century fields as lie/truth detection, brain fingerprinting, neuro-stimulation, and neuro-modification.

This is research on emerging technologies which we’d do well as concerned citizens to follow more closely because the implications for society are immense. Especially significant to note is that a lot of this research has to do with remotely-harvested electromagnetic brain waves, while other aspects cover microchip and neurochip-related neuro-interventions (transmission, reception, stimulation, modification).

For one, the on-record research that’s been uncovered and is budgeted openly is now being used in the development of neurotechnologies such as lie-detection and brain-mapping/fingerprinting being marketed and tested by the law enforcement/security industry. This includes the interestingly-named Project Hostile Intent technology which reads brainwaves at airports, a fact seemingly glossed over in early disclosures and news reports of this technology, as this 2007 UK article would seem to suggest.

Brain wave reading is also being carried out by satellites, hovering many hundreds of kilometres away; “research into computer-analysis of brainwaves detected by satellites without the subject’s knowledge” was/is a DARPA project underseen by neuroscientist Dr. Amy Kruse, Tech Consultant to DARPA’s director, currently underway, which seeks to detect terrorist intent/behavior as recorded in brain EMFs. Remote reading of human minds is no longer science fiction, as many psychologists and psychiatrists confronting and dismissing accounts of c/overt assault by today’s covert subjects of human experimentation in neuroscience by unethical neuroscientists (“Targeted Individuals“) have been led to believe; if satellites can pick up brain waves and labs can decipher thought and word patterns via EMF wave analysis, I think we can safely conclude human minds are being read remotely today. DARPA’s stated intent is to monitor the moods and mental states of soldiers in the field, to assist commanders in allocating human resources to the next gory task of battlefield mayhem should one soldier’s mental or emotional states go into overdrive or confusion mode and prevent him from acting in concert to complete whatever “combat-“related task he’s been directed to do.

(This DARPA/NRO (satellite) (NRO is the National Reconnaissance Office, responsible for satellites) remote reading of minds might be part of the NSA’s Signals Intelligence project, which is explored here in this 2011 article speculating on Russ Tice’s intended/never completed revelations to Congress regarding illegal Special Access Programs from his work on electronic intelligence gathering for the NSA/DIA : Is the NSA Conducting Electronic Warfare on Americans?)

Then there’s off-the-record research uncovered by Moreno which suggests that the $68 billion budget set aside by the DoD for scientific research and possibly $6 billion Black Ops research budget is being used to rope in the vast academic network of Universities to engage in research with private Defense corporations–such as Lockheed Martin and Honeywell–that’s being intentionally aimed at not merely reading the human mind, but in developing weaponry targeted to alter the human mind–via such niceties as Neurochip implants, pulsed ultrasound helmets, Electronic Brain Link technologies, microwave radiation weapons, and Extremely Low Frequency radiation weapons. This joint network of private and academic entities is also engaged in the affairs of a new alphabet initiative, the NIA or Neurotechnology for Intelligence Analysts–an initiative aimed at enhancing human imaging capabilities with advanced assistive neurotechnology techniques (which appear to include human-brain-computer interfaces as well as neuroimplants and optical implants), a little on which can be found here.

Black Ops research, of course, is not publicly divulged. DARPA’s openly-published research, though, and the open doings of neuroscientists should be enough cause for concern. For those paying attention, think about it: Google wants to blanket us with wifi from space; the Federal govt recently issued gag orders to NOAA and the National Weather Service and the US Department of Commerce regarding, it seems, talking about the weather/geoengineering/chem trails/agency plans, chem trails are raining heavy-metal nanotechnology down on us, while smart meters, cell phones, cell towers and other EMF sources bathe us in constant radiation, satellites, we’re being told here, are picking up brain waves, quantum supercomputing is no longer a secret, and thousands of people worldwide are reporting c/overt assaults with DEWs and EMF/scalar/sonic neuroweapons. Among the technologies being reported by insiders and whistleblowers such as Dr. Robert Duncan and Dr. Richard Alan Miller are hiving-mind technologies, EEG cloning, EEG heterodyning, synthetic telepathy, and electronic brain links–all technologies aimed at reading human minds, connecting human minds, influencing human minds, invading human minds, and altering human minds. Should we be worried, d’you think?

Petition to Congress to Put an Emergency Order in Place to End Electronic Harassment Reaches 1,000 Signatures

While many suspect that the US Congress and US President are quite intricately involved in and perfectly cognizant of these programs (the President’s Surveillance program maybe?) permitting the use of EMF/scalar/sonic neuroweapons on Americans along with organized stalking COINTELPRO actions and massive character assassination and community-policing in-community, via classified programs of excessive/secret FISA-court-permitted “electronic surveillance,” it is nevertheless significant that hundreds of Americans today are aware enough or affected enough to sign this petition, and vital to note its importance in raising awareness about the pervasiveness of this c/overt abuse on thousands of Americans, and others worldwide. Linda Bressendorff, who started this petition on Change.org, reports today via email that a milestone has been reached:

“Jan 13, 2016 — 1,000 signatures collected! I would like to offer my heartfelt gratitude to all those who supported this petition. I could not have imagined when it started, that it would reach this point. It will be with great pleasure that I deliver these signatures to U.S. President Obama, The U.S. Senate, Attorney General of the U.S., and Secretary-General of the UN, Ban-Ki Moon.

I continue to hold out hope that the petition will draw the attention of the media. I have sent out numerous letters to various media outlets, which included links to the petition.”

Innocent citizens in the U.S. and in other countries around the globe are being Harassed, Tortured, and Murdered using “Direct Energy Weapons.” A class of Military Grade Weapons that are capable of causing catastrophic damage to the human mind and body.

I am one of many victims that have been targeted. We have done nothing wrong, yet each day we awake to unspeakable horrors. Most of which, people wouldn’t believe. These heinous acts are in direct violation of a person’s Human and Civil Rights. The Authorities, Media, and Government have all failed to offer aid to victims. Dr. Nick Begich/Vinny Eastwood Show/Military Experimentation, Mind Control, Domain of the Mind: Technological Grid Prevents People From Thinking

This is just such a stellar interview by the engaging Vinny Eastwood of The Vinny Eastwood Show of investigative science and technology researcher and reporter Dr. Nick Begich (whose website is EarthPulse Press) that I wanted to make a separate post of it, just to call attention to a couple very important things he focuses on. Of course it’s always enlightening to listen to Nick Begich, and to read his books, which are meticulously researched and footnoted; his books are vital in any researching of HAARP, chem trails, weather modification, mind control technologies, but I am increasingly impressed by researchers and alternative media interviewers today who are unafraid–unlike the NYT, Washington Post, Intercept, Globe, CNN, and other MSM parties–to speak openly, candidly, and freely of the covert military experimentation projects that are currently underway–and have been for decades apparently–all over the world using “technetronic” or EMF/scalar/sonic weapons, as well as HAARP and weather modification technologies which are not merely modifying the weather but assisting in mass mind control (via HAARP and ELFs–a post on this from Dr. Nick Begich and Jeanne Manning here).

Humans in small and large numbers–Targeted Individuals and Mass Populations (which pretty much covers both you and me)–are being experimented on with these new weapons (issues covered here under Human Rights and many posts) because we are looking currently at highly techno-militarized governments seeking to increase their techno-military activities as they develop scarier and scarier weapons–in classified military and intelligence projects, and in secrecy–when technology of this kind, which allows humans to remotely manipulate and control other humans, as Dr. Begich notes, should really be open to public discussion. The military and government intent seems to be to pre-empt and shut down any hint of human protest through individual and mass mind control –and these weapons are being used currently in this way, on activists and others: Targeted Individuals. And unless and until humans rise up, get informed en masse, about these horrific brain and body control technologies, and protest, this will not stop.

Corporate media of course helps keep the masses ignorant about these issues and in a perpetual state of panic over various contrived and enacted events–a state of consciousness which disallows people from exercising calm judgment, reason, and thinking for themselves, notes Dr. Begich. Government today, Dr. Begich stresses, is merely continuing what it’s been doing for decades–as we know now, half a million Americans have been experimented on without consent over the past 4 decades, as per Clinton’s confession (linked here earlier)–and no-one prosecuted or jailed the criminals who engaged in this research. Governments today are supremely focused on Mind Control and information control–and in the US today have exempted themselves from requiring Informed Consent by classifying their research in the name of National Security, and disassociating Informed Consent from Classified Research (in my view, an absolutely shameful, immoral, and corrupt circumstance which will be spotlighted here soon, and which should be vocally challenged and ended). We are seeing today “an increase in secrecy which serves to make Government opaque and the people transparent”–when it should really be the other way, he points out.

We have entered a time period when what’s of prime importance, notes Dr. Begich, is the Domain of the Mind (and mass media will never cover this apparently, they’ve done a good job so far of kowtowing to “authority” and not touching it, except if at all, in derision, using the term “conspiracy theory” to dismiss/deny/avoid having to cover). Mind control weapons which include remote transmission technologies such as Synthetic Telepathy–remotely modulating sound or voices into people’s heads, using microwave radiation--have been developed, and are being tested and used; these can be used to influence politicians and people in government, just as much as the ordinary man or woman on the street, something he has shared with the EU Commission in 1998.

One interesting bit of information I don’t recall learning about earlier is a Navy document he uncovered in 2006, he says, which lists protocols for human subject research. (In looking it up actually I do recall seeing it earlier; it’s similar to lists of exemptions for different government agencies in the CFR, but I will re-evaluate as I continue to collect documentation on this site.)

From the vantage point of 20 years of research in the field, Dr. Begich suggests that it’s vital for everyone to take a stand–to do some research, understand what’s going on, and then find your own way to make a difference. Spotlight on the Gardasil Vaccine–Dangers, Injuries, Facts: Some Links

Recent news reports suggest that Gardasil vaccine, which is now being regarded with deep suspicion worldwide as more news of devastating vaccine injuries comes in from various countries globally, is being offered to boys as well, rather than being taken off the market.

Dr. Mercola‘s article from 2012, Gardasil: The Worthless Way to Prevent Cancer, published at the time this was first recommended by the CDC (Oct 2011) covers problems associated with Gardasil.

This Jan 2015 article by Arjun Walia at Collective Evolution collects and presents compelling findings, reports, and opinions by doctors on the multiple dangers associated with this vaccine: Merck’s Former Doctor Predicts Gardasil to Become the Greatest Medical Scandal of All Time.

We still live in a society where “public health” is being managed, concepts of public health have been co-opted by industry, and health options are tainted by profiteering and moneymaking. As Kevin Galalae, activist against global depopulation schemes, has suggested too, vaccines today should be under fire worldwide for what, he says, they are really doing; the ideas that vaccines are being used to sterilize women and young girls, and that the ingredients in them are deliberate inserts designed to assault the immune system in a covert and long-ongoing scheme to globally depopulate, are explored in his articles and books and covered here earlier.

Today we know more about the hazards inherent in massive vaccination campaigns worldwide through news reports on UN tetanus vaccines in Kenya found to contain contraceptives, and polio vaccines maiming and paralyzing thousands of children in India, as well as other reports of vaccine trials gone awry, including in Chad, Africa, covered on The Daily Sheeple here. India is also where the Gates Foundation is being sued for vaccine trials of Gardasil on young tribal girls which led to deaths, illness, and injury in the field.

Gardasil: The Decision We Will Always Regret

By all accounts, our daughter was normal before receiving the HPV vaccine. Katie performed very well in school. She was conscientious, hard-working and took pride in getting good grades. She loved dancing having taken dance classes since she was 3 years old. Katie always danced and twirled throughout our home and anywhere else she happened to be. When Katie was 10, she joined cheerleading and became involved in competition cheerleading. She was very active, taking four hours of dance class every week plus spending many more hours practicing with her competition cheer team. Katie was healthy and vibrant.

We were very diligent with our children’s health. We never missed an annual check-up and we also followed the pediatrician’s recommended vaccine schedule including annual flu shots. Our pediatrician recommended the Gardasil vaccine. The Gardasil vaccine was heavily advertised on TV. We read the vaccine Disclosure. It said that the vaccine should not be given to those with HIV. Katie did not have HIV so we signed the Consent.

On September 2, 2010 at the age of 11, Katie received the first Gardasil vaccine. Katie’s first day of middle school was September 7, 2010. Initially, we believed that her fatigue and headaches were being caused by having to get up much earlier in the morning for middle school. However, she never adjusted to the new schedule and soon her symptoms began exploding. Katie would often tell us “I don’t know what’s wrong, I just don’t feel good.” She began sleeping a lot – over 12 hours a day and even more on the weekends, which would allow her gather enough energy to go to school a few days before she crashed again. She missed days at school, dance lessons and cheer practices. Soon her illness was visible on the outside too. Katie didn’t look good – constant dark circles under her eyes, her skin color was ashen and she appeared listless.

To us, it seemed that her symptoms must be related to the Gardasil vaccine. Katie’s earliest symptoms began after receiving this vaccine. We searched the internet but only found vague information – nothing that matched our daughter’s symptoms. We asked Katie’s pediatrician and other specialists if the Gardasil vaccine could be related to her symptoms but our inquiries were quickly dismissed as not having any correlation to her illness. Katie’s earliest symptoms were a constant headache or migraine that did not respond to pain relievers, stabbing 24/7 bilateral ear pain, fatigue not relieved by sleep, abdominal pain, nausea and joint pain. We called and visited her pediatrician repeatedly. We began taking Katie to specialists including Neurologists, ENT’s, GI, and an OBGYN and made several visits to the Emergency Room. Katie also received many blood tests, CAT scans and an MRI. Nothing any of the doctors did relieved Katie’s symptoms. As a matter of fact, the drugs prescribed to alleviate her symptoms only made her feel worse. Our pediatrician and other doctors involved with Katie’s care began suggesting that her illness was psychosomatic and recommended that we take her to a psychologist. We soon found that we were on our own, dealing with a medical issue we did not understand but trying desperately to help our daughter.

When searching the internet with Katie’s symptoms, Lyme disease would always come up as the search result. In addition to asking all of Katie’s doctors if the Gardasil vaccine was the cause of Katie’s illness, we also began asking if Lyme disease could be the culprit. In October 2010, Katie was first tested for Lyme disease. The results were negative as were two later rounds of testing. We read on the internet that ELISA and Western Blot tests for Lyme disease are unreliable and that many people who actually had Lyme disease tested negative. Since this information is all over the internet, we thought it was common knowledge to doctors as well. Instead, we were emphatically told by doctor after doctor that this was not true, that the testing for Lyme disease is highly reliable and that there was no way Katie had Lyme disease. In April 2011, Katie could no longer go to school or participate in dance or cheerleading – the pain and fatigue was all consuming. Nothing any of the doctors did provided any relief yet every doctor refused to consider Lyme disease or that the Gardasil vaccine was related to her illness.

Katie’s list of symptoms included the following: 24/7 headaches and migraines, 24/7 stabbing ear pain, hyperacusis, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, all over joint pain, constant sore throat, visual disturbances, light sensitivity, cognitive issues such as memory and severe comprehension problems, random numbness and tingling, weird “bug crawling” skin sensations, generalized weakness throughout her body (it was difficult for Katie to just sit in the shower to bathe), dizziness, fainting and heart palpitations. She slept long hours and stayed in her bedroom shielding herself from the noise of everyday living.

In May, we requested testing through a lab specializing in tick-borne disease testing. Katie’s pediatrician reluctantly signed the lab Requisition Form. This time the test results showed that Katie was highly positive for Bartonella Henselae, a tick-borne disease also known as a co-infection to Lyme disease. She was also highly positive for Mycoplasma Pneumonia and the testing showed that her immune system was struggling. Katie’s Western Blot for Lyme disease was negative.

Is This the Beginning of the End for Gardasil?

Ireland, a small country on the westernmost edge of Europe, has been the focus in the last few months of an unprecedented international media storm around the subject of Gardasil and the staggering number of side effects which have been reported. We have been covering the story since last June when I wrote about the then newly formed group R.E.G.R.E.T. which had 25 members at the time. It has now sadly grown to over 150 as more and more girls are coming forward as a direct result of these brave parents sharing their girls’ stories. This is something we at TMR believe in strongly, sharing the truth so that others may be helped.

And their stories are truly heartbreaking. So much so that one of Ireland’s national TV stations, TV3, approached R.E.G.R.E.T. a few months ago seeking to do a documentary with some of Ireland’s most prestigious documentary filmmakers and producers. Once the filming wrapped, the group was inundated with TV, newspaper and radio requests before and after this groundbreaking show was aired. One such radio interview brought me to tears. This kind of uninhibited press coverage is unheard of in the U.S., where the topic of vaccines continues to be a radioactive one.

The documentary aired on December 14^th, and the reaction worldwide has been staggering. I don’t know how you could watch it and not be moved to tears by what you were witnessing. Could this be the end of Gardasil? It may not happen overnight, but I think we can all agree that this is no longer a fringe issue; it has been catapulted into the international arena of mainstream scrutiny.

I wrote about the growing Irish political reaction to this situation in October of this year, asking when the government was going to respond to the girls’ plight. The pressure began to mount on the Health Products Regulatory Agency and the Heath and Safety Executive to respond to Paschcal Mooney’s (Fianna Fáil) request for a debate and an investigation. The health committee finally heard the families, and they were invited to give testimony on December 3rd. The parents’ opening statements are truly impressive, leaving the rational viewer in no two minds as to the urgency of this issue.

To date, the Minister for Health, Mr. Leo Varadkar, has refused to meet with the affected families, instead hiding behind the corporate rhetoric given by Merck that the vaccine is safe. He also claims that the almost 1,000 reported adverse reactions are within the expected range and are of no concern.

Added to this was the publication on November 30^th of a report by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) that “confirmed” that there was no causal link between the vaccine and the development of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), a stance being used by the Irish government to strengthen its resolve on this position to take no action. The EMA committee set up to look into the adverse events of the HPV vaccine is fraught with conflicts of interest, and their ties to the pharmaceutical industry were not properly disclosed to the public. However, we can see their backgrounds in this translated news article here, which was released by a Danish publication seeking to expose the truth on this issue.

Since POTS and CRPS do not have internationally standardized diagnostic criteria, there are many questions unanswered as to the way in which the EMA committee drew its conclusions. We also do not have a clear indication of the prevalence of such disorders in the population before 2007 when the vaccine was approved. In fact, of the 150 sick girls in Ireland, only a handful have any diagnosis at all, despite the devastating nature of their illnesses, as Irish doctors have yet to understand and recognize their illnesses (to the point that many of the girls have had their appendixes removed, hoping to resolve undetermined abdominal pain). Many members of R.E.G.R.E.T. were among those who submitted testimony to the EMA. Was their testimony taken seriously or simply ignored as there was no associated diagnosis? The findings of the EMA will be sent to the European Commission for a “legally binding” decision next year. I guess that will settle that, and another vaccine door will be closed to further scientific inquiry (how very unscientific!) . . . Or will it?

What the vaccine industry and its advisors fail to understand is that these are real issues for real people. Vaccine injury is a growing international concern, which Gardasil is highlighting in neon yellow. Why Gardasil? There have been hundreds of thousands of reported vaccine injuries for the last 26 years, and little has been done to address parents’ fears except to repeat ad nauseam that “vaccines are safe.” This mantra is drilled into our minds despite of the fact that the government has paid out $3.5 billion to compensate victims and their families since 1989. So why should Merck be worried now since they have legal immunity in most countries where they do vaccine business? Well the simple answer is that these teenagers and their mothers are pro-vaccine. They were the industry’s best customers. They vaccinated their kids all the way up the line and thought nothing of vaccinating their healthy, athletic teenagers with the new vaccine. They were sold a vaccine against cancer (not a virus), and who wouldn’t want to protect their kids, no matter how remote the risk that they would develop the specific cancer the vaccine is intended to prevent? But unlike infants who suffer horrible reactions, these girls can articulate their pain, describe their symptoms, and are on social media. In addition, they, their parents, and their communities know that these girls were robustly healthy prior to the shot, and no one can say that they or their parents “just didn’t notice” an “underlying” debilitating condition. That’s a truly scary scenario for the makers of this multi-billion-dollar product.

From: Citizens of the world opposed to space-based wireless radiation deployments on the basis of hazards posed to human health and the environment.

We the undersigned are knowledgeable about the health and safety effects of electromagnetic fields and microwave radiation. We bring to your attention that Google Inc. has applied for an experimental license from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to implement an internet/communication wireless network of balloons called “Project Loon”, over the United States beginning on January 1, 2016.

Project Loon is already operating on an experimental basis in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, United States and other locations. Google states that it plans through Project Loon to deploy a global wireless communications network to both the developed world and the most remote parts of the Earth.

The FCC and other U.S. Government agencies have a pending application by Google to begin Project Loon “experimentation” on an expedited basis.

However, such approval has prevented the level of scrutiny, public notice and review that a proposal of this size and scope warrants.

This expedited process may have subverted critical analyses required to ensure that environmental protection and aviation safety standards are met. We know that millions of people in the developed world have already become functionally disabled, due to the electromagnetically polluted environments produced by terrestrially based wireless communication infrastructures.

Many persons have been forced to flee their homes and jobs, experiencing great difficulties finding a safe and sustainable place to live. Some have sought refuge in remote areas where wireless internet is spotty or nonexistent. With the deployment of Project Loon and other space-based wireless communications projects proposed or underway, and the Project’s widespread deployment of microwave radiation, such persons will have no place to go.

In May 2015, a large group of international scientists, each of whom had published peer-reviewed research on the biological and health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF) from extremely low frequencies through microwave radiation, appealed to the United Nations, the World Health Organization and the U.N. Environmental Programme to institute precautionary measures and to revise international EMF exposure guidelines that are obsolete and inadequate.

Presently, 218 scientists in 40 nations have signed The International EMF Scientist Appeal, which states: “Numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines. Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plant and animal life.”

The Brussels International Scientific Declaration on Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, released in 2015, builds on several prior resolutions calling for greater protection to prevent what may become “a major public health concern in years to come worldwide, i.e. in all the countries implementing unrestricted use of electromagnetic field-based wireless technologies…”

Given the compelling scientific evidence demonstrating harm from the proliferation of terrestrial wireless communication infrastructure and devices; and given the emerging human rights, public health and environmental crises there from, we find the deployment of space-based wireless communications hazardous on the largest scale, and hereby call attention to the biological plausibility that such deployments will increase rates of global species decline and extinction.

We therefore urge the European Commission to heed our warning, and, recalling Resolution N°1815 of the Parliamentary Assembly, Council of Europe, adopted May 27, 2011, The potential dangers of electromagnetic fields and their effect on the environment, to enact and promote precautionary measures that productively address this urgent matter. We specifically urge the EC to advise EU member states to defer proposed business agreements to participate in space-based wireless communication deployments.
