Message to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues
Greetings. It is my hope that this message be read and acknowledged by this year’s Board of the Presidential Bioethics Commission. I shall not waste our mutual time with the same endless url listings of online documentations that I’m sure many of my peers have already submitted to the Commission as circumstantial evidence detailing our plight. Let it be enough to say that it is common knowledge, among those of us in what has been called the Targeted Individual community, that the United States Government (and/or certain agencies therein) has condoned and/or funded the clandestine operations of numerous nonconsensual experiments using United States citizens as unwilling human test subjects.
In our attempts to expose this ongoing tragedy to the general public, one of the many conundrums we have faced is whether or not the reality of these ongoing experiments can be openly acknowledged by any one of you who is currently employed by the U.S. Government—you who are legally bound to obey, protect, and administer due process of law for all U.S. citizens.
It is because of this ambiguous lack of transparency among you that we are placed in the awkward and precarious position of attempting to explain and describe this harassment and torture, endured by many thousands of us on a daily basis, in a typical officious governmental atmosphere of stone-faced dubiousness and seeming futility.
If I am to assume that this Commission is forthright in its desire to combat and overturn unjust practices, then there is ample empirical evidence to indicate, at the very least, plausible grounds on which to begin an investigation of:
1) certain remote wireless-weapon technologies currently in use;
2) the unregulated, coordinated, “community policing” bigotry tactics of organized stalking;
3) numerous other surreptitious acts of sabotage and discrimination—too numerous to list in this message—that are being utilized against us in a continuous, and uniquely disparaging, systematic manner.
However, the likelihood that you already have knowledge of these technologies, and of the agencies involved in these sinister activities that victimize law-abiding U.S. citizens by the thousands on a daily basis, suggests to me that this Commission is merely one more stonewalling government entity whose intention is to placate and stifle the victims while further empowering the abusers.
The invasion and virtual rape of our lives by covert forces (an activity apparently being given the nod of approval by the U.S. Government) has become a rampant epidemic of sadistic abuse that also appears to be a manipulating tool of augmented fascist indoctrination and conditioning, particularly among those who are recruited to perform these ritualistic acts of torture and psychological terrorism against us. This horrible crime is much more potentially destructive to the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness than any other threat before it, and must be recognized as so.
Absolute unregulated power has been given to psychopathic despots perched upon inviolate positions of military bureaucracy; and here we are, scrambling for a two-minute audience with a curiously impotent Bioethics committee.
It is an absolute travesty that the results of this Commission have in the past never initiated a single effective proposal to investigate the inundation of poignant, credible complaints placed on its table concerning this critical issue. I implore you to do the right thing this time around by acknowledging the FACT to the world at large that these heinous activities being perpetrated against us are real; and by beginning an immediate, comprehensive, multi-media-driven investigation that will once and for all vindicate us and, in due time, liberate all of humanity from the continuing proliferation of these heinous activities.
Shining a spotlight on the use of electromagnetic technology beamed down from satellites by organized crime factions in the US operating under cover of the Surveillance State to assault, harass, and control American citizens, an activist in Colorado recently wrote to several major Presidential candidates, including Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Donald Trump.
In his letter, Mike Patrick of Breckenridge, CO noted the increasing awareness among American communities of these electronic abuses on Americans with Directed-Energy Weapons, which are being perpetrated from ground-vehicles, airborne craft, and satellites.
He cautioned candidates that this issue would become a primary focus during the course of the next Presidency.
Letters were also sent by certified mail to President Obama and FBI Director James Comey.
Aiming to inform and educate prospective voters, Mike Patrick has been handing out copies of these letters in Colorado.

Will Hillary Fight for Victims of DEW Non-Consensual Human Experimentation?
In other activist attempts to inform Presidential candidates, activist Tyrone Dew, interviewed here earlier, attended a Feb 28 rally by President Bill Clinton in Miami, Florida, engaging in a silent demonstration, asking for Hillary Clinton’s help in exposing radiation experimentation on non-consenting Americans.
It may be recalled that during his Presidency, President Clinton issued an apology to victims of non-consensual radiation experimentation, but did not take the further moral step of prohibiting classified research on citizens without their consent.
As a consequence, this vast and major loophole continues to permit massive abuses by Intelligence agencies such as the CIA in conducting non-consensual physical, mind- control, and behavior-control experimentation programs on thousands of Americans, in continuation of the horrific MKULTRA experiments which were partially exposed in the ’70s. In addition, as exposed by contracts, the Department of Defense, through self-permitted exemptions via the NDAA 2012, appears also to be conducting non-consensual experimentation on Americans, using DEWs and other methodologies.
Rather surprisingly, Tyrone’s demonstration was briefly covered by ABC News. That article can be found here. While no further analysis is presented, the fact that Tyrone was present as a protester, and the content of his sign were noted. “Today’s event had a silent protester in the back of the room holding a large sign with a picture of Hillary Clinton depicted as Rosie the Riveter in front of an American flag. The sign read “Bill, during your presidency you apologized for government non-consensual human experimentation. Will Hillary fight for victims of directed energy weapons non-consensual human experimentation?”

Is America Listening? Do Americans Understand This is the Reality of State-Sanctioned Terrorism?
Perhaps the vast sleeping coterie of our journalistic class, our human rights advocates, our civil liberties advocates, and our physicians will begin to wake up and understand the extreme horror and urgency of what is going on in America today, and begin to take responsibility as citizens to speak out and take action against this increasingly pervasive abuse. The Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, and the CIA/FBI/DHS/NSA must be questioned and exposed publicly.These weapons must be removed from the public arsenal.
Local communities also need to take action at the local level. Without public participation in protest, exposure, and prosecution, the circle of this abuse will only widen. Alternative media in particular must take note and increase coverage. Many may recall the historic 2011 meetings in Washington, DC and New York City (Meetings 4 and 5 of the Commission) when hundreds of Americans came forward to speak about their experiences of non-consensual experimentation on their bodies with electromagnetic weapons, and the subsequent letter from the Commission, advising commenters that no further testimony would be accepted by this Commission which was set up ostensibly to study Bioethics Issues in Federally-funded research. I warned Congress, USG LE, and media that Tele Tech Holdings, a joint commercial (Verizon, Bank of America, United Healthcare, Ford Motor Company, Cisco, HP, Best Buy+++) and USG (DHS, FEMA, FBI, US Census+++), and of TTEC’s incontrovertible relationship not only to DARPA but based upon all available evidence (Congressional, Fed Court, FBI, SEC & public records) was a likely 1981 (Reagan) Executive Order 12333 entity.
I warned that in addition to serial Securities Law Violations and TTEC’s illegal/failed lawsuit directed at me that TTEC was STEALING, dealing, sharing, EXPLOITING assumed private, personal, confidential, proprietary customer information with MULTIPLE (Multi-Nat) 3rd Parties without the “commodity customers’” full understanding, informed knowledge or consent. BTW: I was told by Bob Anderson that my story was “too complicated’ for 60 Minutes. This was the media (NYT, WAPO, AP, Bloomberg, etc.) consensus/excuse. “Too complicated” is subject to a broad interpretation. You might also want to ask why this technology was in large part developed to monitor/track global financial transactions and why by all appearances “we” are failing to do so! (HSBC is a UK Bank…not Swiss bank: Standard Poors)
I believe the iconic George Orwell book 1984 was off by 3 years. I think it should have been called 1981 because that is when the 1981 Reagan Executive Order 12333 quietly and covertly established an ACTUAL BIG BROTHER/Military Industrial Surveillance Complex. Just a suggestion… but perhaps if you all weren’t so busy and focused spying on US…you might start focusing on the bad guys. WE the people are NOT your most strategic target-rich environment. I offered you all my help on this. Now we have the so-called CISA (they removed the word “protection” associated to previous failed attempts at passage: CISPA – RIP Aaron Swartz) “Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act.” Instead, we should really call it what it is: “Corporate Immunity for Spying on Americans” backdoored into the Christmas omnibus spending bill. And if you had been paying attention, an event in San Bernardino, California seemed perfectly timed and executed to scare politicians and people into thinking (or not thinking) CISA was a good idea. Which, if you consider that and previous events like 9-11 (and here), Aurora Colorado, Fort Hood, Boston Marathon, Sandy Hook and some may say go back as far as Oklahoma City (XO 12333 1981!) went undetected.
Or what about focusing on the biggest data breach in US Government history: the Office of Personal Management Hack, despite the past OPM OIG’s specific warnings regarding inadequate, deficient security systems and protocols or how the TSA missed 90+% of threats when tested. Only in government do you acquire more money and power and less accountability for failing. That is like using the Hindenburg to promote airship travel.
I have documented evidence within Federal Court, Congressional, FBI FOIA-DOJ, SEC FOIA & OIG of being on the receiving end of Illegal, Malicious Domestic Surveillance and Harassment since March of 2002. Despite the documented and long ago warnings of massive and systemic targeting of innocent American citizens being in no way, shape or form associated to terrorism… unless you count being on the receiving end… it is IMPOSSIBLE to seek out help from government officials and the private sector because it is ILLEGAL.

Update and Correction, September 2016: The letter presented in Dr. Greer’s video and covered below as from the Strategic Studies Institute was apparently wrongfully attributed as such, and is in actuality, as per her own correction, a letter penned by Julianne McKinney, Director of the Electronic Surveillance Project.
I understand Ms. McKinney has now corrected Dr. Greer on the matter of authorship and intent of this letter. In a March 23, 2016 letter to him, notification of which was provided to me, she wrote:
“I had intended this letter as a sardonic slap-in-the-face, drawn in part from my former role as Director of the Electronic Surveillance Project, affiliated with the Association of National Security Alumni.
In that capacity, I had had extensive contact with former satanic cult members and with so-called UFO “abductees,” as well as first-hand experience with the deceptive practices employed by the U.S. Government, especially in the intelligence and UFO-abduction fields. I employed the knowledge gained from those experiences in my letter to Metz and Kievit.” Julianne McKinney, March 23, 2016
While it appears from the correspondence exchanged between both and reported to me that accusations of CIA affiliation and lack of integrity were aired, I personally seek to stay somewhat neutral on this subject and post here only the most relevant information (in my view). I am sure Ms. McKinney or Dr. Greer would be able to publicly post further on this fracas on their own, should they wish, to clear up any doubts on their views or affiliations. If both parties would like to contact me, however, with specific intent to add more to this report, I will be glad to report further.
Dr. Greer’s March 24, 2016 response, as reported by Julianne McKinney, contained the following:
I very much apologize for the confusion on this matter. All I was ever given were the 2 pages I showed and was told it was FROM the Institute , not to it. I did not know about you at all!
I will certainly make this clear in the future.
However I am curious how you know – however sardonically you may have presented it- about the para-governmental involvement in hoaxing many UFO and Abduction events. That part of what you wrote is no exaggeration as I have multiple independent military and government sources who have specifically explained to me this ” stagecraft”- and some who have been directly been involved in those ops.
Like you, I am actually very skeptical of much of what is out there attributed to “aliens”. Many cases are attempts to hide advanced human electro-magnetogravitic aircraft that are highly classified.
There is also an enormous amount of psyops disinformation designed to, frankly, scare people and create fear and hatred of ETs- for future propaganda conditioning purposes to be announced.
Again, I apologize for the confusion as all I had has part of your letter (can you send me all of it? ) and it conformed with other evidence and sources who have confirmed to us the hoaxing of many UFO/ Abduction events ( as well as the so-called animal mutilation phenomena) .

All this below is my original post on this video, from Dec 15, 2015.
I waited to post it here because I wanted to view it myself, which has taken some time–it’s long, I could only watch it in snatches–and of course, I watched it primarily with an eye to further understanding how our highly-secretive Intelligence agencies–which are running extremely damaging Covert Ops on the American public today (see this post on “Targeted Individuals”)–are functioning, and why they think they’re inviolate and invincible.
They’re not of course, no-one is, they just don’t seem to know it. Exposure of their deeds and misdeeds, past and present, is today exploding all over the place, and we owe huge debts of gratitude to those like Dr. Steven Greer, who have spent years of their lives researching these heavily classified subjects, who have persisted in their questioning, and who have come forward with extraordinary courage and integrity to present their findings to the public, minus media fanfare, and often in the face of government opposition and intimidation.
There is quite some incredible disclosure in this video (more information on this in the Description section below the video at Youtube), and it’s highly recommended, on all counts. I’ll note below though what I found interesting in relation to the development and use of electromagnetic and scalar and RFID technologies that are implicated in today’s Covert Ops of Brain, Body, and Mind Control experimentation on Americans–and which seem to be part of the globalist push for same via similar Covert Assaults on populations worldwide. (An issue that our media should be covering in detail, but isn’t, because of course they’re either run by the CIA or gagged by the NSA or misled by PsyOps Disinfo from both–more below.)
Extreme Secrecy & the Deep State
Dr. Greer traces in the opening parts of his talk(5:00 minutes on)how the Deep State as we know it today, with its penchant for black ops and unaccountability, started with the UFO issue in the late ’40s, during the time of the development of the atomic bomb, and the Roswell incident, and the extreme secrecy that came to be built around the UFO issue succeeding this time period. This segment is interesting not merely by way of the story behind Roswell–that the spacecraft was actually shot down–but by reason of the technology used: scalar, longitudinal electromagnetic technology, used in a kind of beam weapon, developed way back in the ’40s. (Around 13:00 minutes on.)
Scalar Technologies
In other words, Tesla’s scalar technology or the understanding of scalar waves by the military/Intelligence/industrial complex, which today is thought to be used in Remote Neural Monitoring weapons whose tracking beams appear to defy shielding of all kinds, was developed way back then, and was used in the ’40s. Scalar waves are superluminal (several times faster than light), and this information is classified (!) — it’s still not taught in schools. (Note that scientists do speak about it today though, including, notably, the late Konstantin Meyl.)
Projects Off the Books
Unacknowledged Special Access Projects and their off-the-books aspects, compartmentalized secrecy maneuvers, concealment from elected government, and atmosphere of threat and intimidation is talked about around 50:00 minutes on. Illegal, unconstitutional, criminal, dangerous, is how Dr. Greer describes these–and who can argue with that.
Scientists Forced to Lie/Or Paid to Lie
How scientists at Harvard and elsewhere have been strong-armed to maintain silence over UFOs and ETs, or have been on the payroll of Intelligence agencies such as the CIA to propel falsehoods and lies on this subject for years, including Carl Sagan, of Cosmos fame, is talked aboutaround 1 hr:58 minutes on.
Technology Interfacing with Thought
Also fascinating is the discussion of electronics picking up directed intended thought, or brain-electronic interfaces, incorporated into ET navigation systems, coveredaround the 2:00 hour mark. As many of us know today, the Electronic Brain Link technologies developed by DIA and CIA and DARPA neuroscientists interested in “hiving minds” and controlling the brains and thoughts of individuals (part of Mind Hacking projects referred to by Dr. Robert Duncan in this post) are some of the technologies being covertly tested today on nonconsenting Targeted Individuals, freely supplied to unethical military/Intel experimenters as EMF weapon fodder by an unscrupulous security state (the way it’s currently working, first they target you, then they think you’re free game and can be experimented on)–and by a government that is no longer representative of the people, but rather, of criminally-active transnational corporations desperate to control the people. (We are currently inside the fascist New World Order, even if not everyone knows it yet–the question is, how do we get out of it.)
Extremely Micro RFID Chips and the CIA
Around 2 hrs: 47 mins is mention of Dr. Greer’s conversation with Air Force computer specialist William Pawelec, now an interview available on Youtube ( which warrants its own post another day) on the subject of CIA involvement in the manufacture of RFID chips in the ’70s and ’80s manufactured by Siemens in the billions–miniature, edible chips, some with Neurophone capabilities, permitting radio-control of thought and behavior. Dr. Greer notes that EG &G, a chip implant manufacturer near Area 51, makes chips that have been found implanted in victims of abductions — proving that these abductions were part of the PsyOps Psychological Warfare set up and run by the Deep State, to muddy the waters and deflect attention from report or anticipation of any positive UFO or ET experiences–but also proving that RFID chip implants have been planned for a long time, have been experimented with, developed, and fine-tuned covertly for years–in particular, by the CIA. I read your _Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of
War_ with great interest. Noting that you encourage discussion
and debate on this subject (and presuming that the average U.S.
citizen is not to be excluded from these discussions and
debates), I would like to comment on this paper.
First, I noticed a rather curious omission in your paper, namely,
the impact of a "revolutionized" military upon the rights of U.S.
citizens as they might be inferred to exist under Article IX of
the United States Constitution. True, you have expressed some
concern about potential "ethics" violations resulting from
unconstrained evolutionary or revolutionary processes; however,
I see no reference anywhere in your paper to the military's
primary responsibility in upholding, protecting and defending
the U.S. Constitution.
Absent any such reference, your use of the term, "ethics,"
becomes relativistic, in my opinion--more suited, perhaps, to
discourses by followers of Nietsche. This is not a criticism,
incidentally. If you are unprepared to discuss an RMA in the
context of its impact on the U.S. Constitution, then I will spare
you the hassle, since what I am about to propose is similarly
bereft of any such considerations.

1. Raise one or two generations of children under the auspices of government-approved satanic cults, such as COL (USA ret.) Michael Aquino’s Temple of Set. Violent sexual, physical and psychological abuse of these children over a period of 15 years will produce generations of dissociative automatons who will comply with instructions in obedient, unquestioning fashion. Their required adherence to cult tenets precludes any consideration of laws governing U.S. society, generally. Cult-programmed “graduates,” among other things, will be expected to participate in contrived UFO abduction scenarios.
2. Create a global UFO cult, which will involve the abduction of citizens so as to foster an illusion that this earth is facing an extraterrestrial invasion. UFO abductees-of-preference will have an expertise in computer technologies, since that expertise will be required in future technocratic R.M.A. scenarios. Use of experimental drugs,holographic projection capabilities, directed-energy technologies, induced auditory input, experimental aircraft, and special effects costuming and stagecraft, among other things, will be used to persuade abductees of the reality of their circumstances. Official denials regarding these events will employ reverse psychology, to ensure that all such denials are taken as official confirmation of an imminent and/or ongoing extraterrestrial invasion. UFO abductees will be persuaded to worship their anticipated extraterrestrial “conquerors” in cult-enforced religious fashion. UFO cult networks will be controlled by U.S. Intelligence to limit infiltration and ensure that dissidents do not disrupt UFO Cult long-term agendas. Dissociative satanic cult graduates will handle all such executions; i.e., when not actively lending logistical and theatrical support to UFO abduction operations.
3. Directed-energy surveillance and weapons technologies of all types will be used for purposes of spreading fear and confusion in the population at large (under deniable circumstances); for eliminating persons deemed “adversarial” to U.S. national security interests; and for spotting, assessing and manipulating potential recruits to R.M.A. causes.
4. Neurocybernetics and other psychotechnologies will be used to sow confusion and hypochondria in the population at large. The symptoms and effects produced by these and other directed-energy technologies will parallel the effects produced by various microbes, viruses and chemical imbalances, thus compelling a large segment of society to seek medical intervention, which in turn, will be a basis for their being used for medical experimentation under “voluntary” circumstances. Psychiatrists and psychologists will play an important rolein these experiments, particularly where denying the efficacy of neurocybernetics/psychotechnologies is concerned. Citizens complaining of “hearing voices” will be used as a basis for (generously) government-funded, schizophrenic-related brain research, since comprehension and control of the human brain is critical.

American Apathy & A Disengaged Populace/Here’s One More Cause: Mind Control, Intel Control of Communities via Watchlisting/Targeting/Zersetzung, and A Microwaved/Nanoteched/Chemtrailed/Flouridated/Vaccinated Populace
I noticed one of the focuses of this very engaging conversation was the lack of response by the general American public to the issues of corruption, pedophilia in high places, and other unsavory revelations unleashed by the Dennis Hastert story that has been extensively covered on the Boiling Frogs Post site, and many thoughts about possible reasons were aired including general apathy, moral decay, scandal fatigue, and such.
I wished however that someone had interjected a very crucial and relevant observation about the very real technological and techno-social controls being imposed on whole populations today. No understanding of any country’s population’s mindset today can be complete without discussing the very insidious, pervasive, and powerful controls being imposed by Mind Control and Mass Control technologies, as well as Intel Agency Surveillance/Control mechanisms particularly in the US, UK, and Europe, but also elsewhere.
Mind Control and Mass Control Technologies: Hypnosis, Microwaved Docility, Brain Entrainment, Nanotech Cyborging
It is no longer science fiction but science fact that populations are being variously mass microwaved and hypnotized into docility, compliance, and apathy. This has of course and is being widely covered by many researchers and reporters; writers like Jim Keith who reported on Mass Control techniques via subliminal advertising on television, among others, comes to mind. Deborah Tavares, Dr. Rauni Leena-Kilde, Dr. Sandra Perlinghieri, Sofia Smallstorm, Dr. Barrie Trower, Tim Rifat, and others talk about the pulsing of microwave signals into communities, the Lilly wave, the wide network of GWEN towers and ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) signals being dispersed via ground waves (our brains put out ELFs too, and can be entrained by ELFs), signals being sent out on cell phone antennas and towers at frequencies reserved for military use, signals being pulsed from any and every wireless device, and from various other sources such as microwave dish antennas in public places, InteliLights, etc.
Then there’s the whole phenomenon of chem trails raining heavy metals and nanotechnology down on us, bits and bots of which are being inhaled by us and making us more electrically conductive and receptive to HAARP’s EMFs being pulsed into our neighborhoods. This has been covered somewhat here in the Mass Controls post, which I do need to follow up on; I will make a second post soon covering Mass Control and Mind Control Technologies being c/overtly deployed on us. Meanwhile, please look up scientist Harald Kautz-Vella‘s talks on this subject on Youtube, among others. Brain technologies are currently out of control — or amazing, no doubt, if you’re an unethical neuroscientist freely experimenting on human brains without consent today, a species which currently abounds — and that’s another area to consistently cover and investigate and expose.
Further, the public education system has been weaponized apparently–when children are deprived of a meaningful education for one which demotes critical thinking and independent enquiry and creative expression (look at how the arts are being defunded constantly, at every level), they are not going to grow into thinking, fearless adults with confidence in their own mental and inventive and expressive abilities, they’re going to get rote jobs at rote spots, and engage in the rote activities of sports and sports-watching, and concede any creative impetus to the creators of the horror shows/detective shows/murder shows they’re being trained to sit around on couches and watch.
Talk of children though inevitably makes me think about what the nanotechnology and the vaccines are doing to them–our children are being robotized, their brains are being materially invaded; all of this is supremely disturbing, and needs to be further researched, explored, written about, talked about by all of us–how can we make these atrocities stop if they are not first exposed? Focus for another post here, at least.
Intel Agency Surveillance/Control Mechanisms/Rule by Fear
It’s no secret that the US and UK have become heavily surveilled societies, as also many other countries, particularly the “NSA Five Eyes” ones, which include Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. But many other countries report high levels of surveillance. Not merely are we publicly and cyber-surveilled; in the US, the post-Patriot Act watchlisting enterprise (remember Brennan’s leaked emails–he talked about 1.8 million being listed) has resulted in a very bizarre scenario in which people (such as this writer) are completely randomly targeted, watchlisted, and essentially scapegoated, while the entire neighborhood and community around them is “radicalized” via National Security notifications and Letters into assisting in the monitoring, spying, surveilling, GPs’ing, and hitting with covert radiation neuroweapons, all subjects covered here extensively in various posts such as this one on stealth warfare and this one, commemorating the surveilling/surveilled post-9/11 American neighborhood.
People in the USA today are living in fear for their lives, their families, and what little freedoms they are being “permitted” to possess. People are literally being terrorized by rogue factions of Mil/Intel to toe the line, keep silent on every issue of note, not speak out or stand out in any way, submit to control at every level, at home in their neighborhoods via fusion center action, and at their workplaces, in their churches, everywhere. These are the actions of corrupt ruling bodies, striving to keep their corruption under wraps. Zersetzung is in. Free expression is out. Take a look at Anthony Norwood’s The Network, it’s a probing and revealing study of how the “system” works. I would also recommend The Hidden Evil (The Financial Elite’s Hidden War Against the Civilian Population) by Mark Rich, which opened my eyes as to what is going on. Also his book, New World War/Revolutionary Methods for Political Control.
So there are all these other reasons operative too, for American apathy, and until people break through these barriers and deliberate censorships, and we all find a way somehow to force these atrocities to stop, we’re not going to live in any kind of normal, sane, fully intellectually-engaged and active society, that is unafraid to speak out in large numbers and force better coverage by mainstream media, or force action against corruption by our largely-complicit Congress.
We need to clean up our society, and fast.This proposal seems like a great step in the right direction. Please watch the video, it’s balm to the soul if you care about ending the corruption that we are positively floating in today.

Name Fraud, Corporation Fraud, Tax Fraud
Many informed writers and researchers and talk-show heads have written about and podcasted about Name Fraud, about the US government being a corporation, not a legitimate government, about the Pope/the Vatican/the British Crown actually still owning all the once-British colonies, about how we Americans–and others–don’t really need to pay taxes, and so forth, and the rest of us have not known quite what to make of it all–hasn’t the whole of it seemed rather odd and far-fetched? But apparently they were all right, there actually has been a Massive Fraud perpetrated on the American public –– as well as the global public — and the truth is contained in historic documents that apparently none of us have really read.
(I especially don’t get how lawyers who go to law school and supposedly read musty tomes could have missed this.)
Now, several people are taking the next step–from actually uncovering the fraud–to addressing the fraud, as the West Virginia group has done–and there is, it seems,potential here therefore to expose, challenge, and terminate the tyranny once and for all. So we really should All be madly interested in this subject. Exploring These Considerations/Particularly For “Targeted Individuals”
It’s being posited by many ardent analysts of the suppressed American history here that today we can create the means to actually break the chains and change our society in the US and in the world–from a war-centric, highly-surveilled, controlled and authoritarian police state to a peace-centered, open, free, self-evolving, and freely creative one, the America of our dreams, which might have existed once, briefly–and perhaps we all need to find out what exactly to do in order to make this happen.
Understanding what is going on today in the US–a President who constantly issues often-rabid Executive Orders and embarks on and continues wars without Congressional consent, a Congress that doesn’t read or write Bills and seems profoundly inept (corporate-sponsored Senators who don’t respond to citizen appeals as a matter of course), out-of-control Mass Surveillance and Intelligence agencies, militarized police, muzzled media, and DOJ-sanctioned Covert Ops openly targeting individuals with Directed-Energy Electromagnetic/Sonic Neuroweapons all over the US–apparently requires going back in time to 1933, 1917, 1913, 1871, and then way back, to 1776, and shortly after. Let’s start with 1933 and FDR.

In 1933, a National Emergency was declared by FDR, shortly after he took office as President, which has never been repealed. Why did he declare this emergency? Supposedly because “an emergency” was being created after the Depression by people seeking to withdraw the silver, gold, and currency they had deposited in banks, for which they had been issued “claim checks,” thereby depleting (or so the Federal Reserve said) the reserves of the banks, and causing the panicked Federal Reserve to maneuver Roosevelt into stopping this practice, via declaration of a banking emergency, a bank holiday, a national emergency, and an amended Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, giving the President expanded war powers re. seizing citizen, not merely enemy, assets in a national emergency.

Dr. Schroeder Discusses the Trading with the Enemy Act, 1994
Commentary on The Emergency Banking Act, 1933 (War Powers Act, 1933)
“In the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt declared emergency powers in 1933 that was supposedly to deal with a bank crisis that was in progress when he assumed the Presidency. In fact, the crisis as sold to the President is a figment of the Federal Reserve bankers’ imagination. They had embezzled all of the Gold on deposit in their banks and were running scared when they thought that by claiming that the American people were hoarding gold, precipitating a banking crisis, they would be off the hook. It suited Roosevelt’s plans to seize control of the nation for his socialist agenda by and maintain it by Executive Order, so he accepted the Federal Reserve Board’s request, which amended the 1917 Wars Powers Act, giving the President license over all the citizens of this country, rather than just an enemy. We became the enemy of our country, and remain so to this day. See Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Edition under Bank Holiday P. 146.
Congress returned from its annual recess and rubber-stamped Roosevelt’s Executive Orders and the Federal power grab began. From that day to the present, the United States of America has been under emergency powers and Presidents and the Congress, to maintain and justify the enormous growth in the power of the Federal government, have systematically exploited its people. The States cooperated with the Federal government because they benefited, right down to the County level from a massive increase in their tax revenues and powers.”
Here’s (part of) Section 5b of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 1917, prior to change (by the Emergency Banking Act, 1933) in 1933, which suggests the President has rights over all transactions of all (US) residents from nations with whom the US is at war:
(b)(1) During the time of war, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of instructions, licenses, or otherwise—
(A) investigate, regulate, or prohibit, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit or payments between, by, through, or to any banking institution, and the importing, exporting, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold or silver coin or bullion, currency or securities, and
(B) investigate, regulate, direct and compel, nullify, void, prevent or prohibit, any acquisition holding, withholding, use, transfer, withdrawal, transportation, importation or exportation of, or dealing in, or exercising any right, power, or privilege with respect to, or transactions involving, any property in which any foreign country or a national thereof has any interest,
by any person, or with respect to any property, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States;
Here’s the amended section, in The Emergency Banking Act, 1933, which now suggests the President has this power of seizure of asset/transaction over all persons resident within the United States, which obviously includes citizens:
“During time of war or during any other period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, or otherwise, investigate, regulate, or prohibit, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments by banking institutions as defined by the President and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, by any person within the United States or anyplace subject to the jurisdiction thereof.“
Stamper Commentary again:
“The people of the United States were now subject to the power of the Trading With the Enemy Act of October 6, 1917, as amended. For the purposes of all commercial, monetary and in effect all business transactions. “We the People”, became the same as the enemy, and were treated no differently. There was no longer any distinction.”
Implications of National Emergency and Emergency Banking Act, 1933
The implications of passage of national emergency, and of defining citizens/residents as “enemies” as denoted above are a suspension of the Constitution, and infinite powers offered the President to seize assets of residents anytime. Please see John Hagan’s article on this subject. In 1933, Congressman James M. Beck, speaking from the Congressional Record, states:
“I think of all the damnable heresies that have ever been suggested in connection with the Constitution, the doctrine of emergency is the worst. it means that when Congress declares an emergency, there is no Constitution. This means its death. It is the very doctrine that the German chancellor is invoking today in the dying hours of the parliamentary body of the German republic, namely, that because of an emergency, it should grant to the German chancellor absolute power to pass any law, even though the law contradicts the Constitution of the German republic. Chancellor Hitler is at least frank about it. We pay the Constitution lip service, but the result is the same.”
So, National Emergency=Dictatorship. The mention of Hitler above is obviously quite apt. This Congressman was one of the few who spoke out vehemently back then in 1933 about the proposed passage of the Emergency banking bill, which Congress was not allowed time to read and reflect on.
Other implications are martial law or martial rule, powers centered in the Federal government as opposed to the States, and civil courts now replaced by martial law or military courts. Stamper commentary again:
(E)mergency powers government(s) varies in the degree of the emergency declared. The most extreme form is called Martial Law. The benign, less restrictive form is Martial Rule.
Currently the U.S. is under the less restrictive form called Martial Rule.
Martial law puts all major resources in an emergency powers’ area; transportation, food, minerals, metals, communications, etc., under the direct control of the nations’ armed forces and its Commander-in-Chief, the President. A snow storm of Executive Orders, have been issued already so that in the event the President declares a National Emergency, all resources and citizens come under direct control of (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency and the severe Martial Law form of governance.
In its raw sense, martial law governs via democracy, not a republic. ‘Military law’ uses municipal law. Courts are draped with quasi-civil (republican) forms of law, evidenced by draped military standards in courtrooms, i.e., the gold-fringed flag of the United States, mounted on a pole. Lawful civil authority never flies flags, only banners, which are always hung from the back of the flag with the red and white stripes hanging vertically. Banners are never hung on a pole. Banners on a pole never represent civil authority, only military Authority, on the march.”
Why do we need to excavate and understand this 1933 history today?
Because apparently the situation hasn’t changed. Every President since Roosevelt has had the opportunity to repeal the Emergency, but hasn’t. So do all those implications of emergency still stand? Many analysts consider so, and suggest it is We the People who need to wake up today and understand that we cannot keep giving our support, our assent, and our consent by means of our vote, and our participation in the credit-based economy commandeered by the Federal Reserve, and our silence in the face of the continuing infringement, abrogation, and violation of our rights by an increasingly corrupt Government:we have the power always to withhold our vote, withhold our consent and our participation, and speak out vehemently against the terminations and abrogations of our basic rights, as citizens, as residents, and as human beings.

Please take a few minutes to read this detailed, harrowing account by The Bureau of Investigative Journalism of the covert torture sites–“blacksites”–used by the CIA (in places like Thailand, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Afghanistan) over the last 15 years, and the gruesome practices of torture, euphemistically labelled “enhanced interrogation” techniques that Agency officials, guided by overpaid psychologists, used on the individuals they detained and abused. Note the extremely bizarre lengths gone to in order to evade exposure and questioning by media, circumvent international treaties and laws, duck under national laws, and create “cover” or “color of law” for their actions.
It is especially important to understand what the CIA has been doing covertly that it has been forced to reveal– because other things they are doing covertly are yet to be “officially” revealed. Covert Actions, which include MK ULTRA-Extended Mind Hacking Human Subject Experimentation targeting thousands of individuals in the USA and worldwide,as attested to by CIA/DoD scientists,are continuing today in the USA and abroad.
It’s troubling to read accounts like this, but it forces us, as Americans, as citizens of the world, to understand more clearly what extremes of abuse and torture are being committed in the name of National Security, Intelligence, Counter-Intelligence, and Counter-Terrorism by our Secret Services and Intelligence and Security Agencies–who spend a lot of time wearing an innocuous face in public. If we do not take on board the atrocities being committed — in our name, ultimately, and with taxpayer money — we will continue to turn a blind eye to what they are doing, and continue to give them enormous power as Agencies to be feared and let alone.
Fully realizing, in all consciousness, the extent of the abuse they are engaging in — one cannot but experience a supreme revulsion — must force us to take action.We must come to a point, collectively as a nation to ask: Who are these secret agencies? How can they possibly engage in such outrageous abuse? Who are they accountable to? Who pays their salaries? Why are we permitting them to engage in Any kind of covert action at all? Do we really want to live in a country where we permit a powerful, moneyed Agency to run Black Ops, Covert Ops, Clandestine Ops–both here in the USA and abroad, on covertly-targeted citizens and others–in order to fine-tune undisclosed and “innovative” Torture Technologies, such as No-Touch Torture, as detailed here by Dr. Robert Duncan, in our very midst? Or do we want to wake up and demand Full Disclosure to the Press and Immediate Termination of all their Covert Electronic Torture Experiments on the American and global public?

“In spring 2003 an unnamed official at CIA headquarters in Langley sat down to compose a memo. It was 18 months after George W Bush had declared war on terror. “We cannot have enough blacksite hosts,” the official wrote. The reference was to one of the most closely guarded secrets of that war – the countries that had agreed to host the CIA’s covert prison sites.
Between 2002 and 2008, at least 119 people disappeared into a worldwide detention network run by the CIA and facilitated by its foreign partners.
Lawyers, journalists and human rights organisations spent the next decade trying to figure out whom the CIA had snatched and where it had put them. A mammoth investigation by the US Senate’s intelligence committee finally named 119 of the prisoners in December 2014. It also offered new insights into how the black site network functioned – and gruesome, graphic accounts of abuses perpetrated within it.
Many of those 119 had never been named before.
The report’s 500-page summary, which contained the CIA official’s 2003 remarks, was only published after months of argument between the Senate committee, the CIA and the White House. It was heavily censored, while the full 6,000-page study it was based on remains secret. All names of countries collaborating with the CIA in its detention and interrogation operations were removed, along with key dates, numbers, names and much other material.
In nine months of research, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism and The Rendition Project have unpicked these redactions to piece together the hidden history of the CIA’s secret sites.”

“The CIA’s authority to operate prisons began with a document called a “covert action memorandum of notification” – a secret order signed by President Bush the week after the 9/11 attacks. For the first time in its history, the CIA was given permission not only to take prisoners but also to decide whom to detain, why and for how long.”
“Abu Zubaydah was repeatedly waterboarded, sleep-deprived, forced into stress positions and held in boxes. These included a coffin-shaped box, in which he spent eleven days in total, and a box less than three feet square in which he spent 29 hours. Observing one of his interrogations in August, a medical officer wrote:
The sessions accelerated rapidly progressing quickly to the water board after large box, walling, and small box periods. [Abu Zubaydah] seems very resistant to the water board. Longest time with the cloth over his face so far has been 17 seconds. This is sure to increase shortly. NO useful information so far … He did vomit a couple of times during the water board with some beans and rice. It’s been 10 hours since he ate so this is surprising and disturbing. We plan to only feed Ensure for a while now. I’m head[ing] back for another water board session.
The goal, as the two contractor psychologists who masterminded the interrogations put it in August 2002, was “to reach the stage where we have broken any will or ability of subject to resist or deny providing us information (intelligence) to which he had access.”
