All over the USA today–and indeed the world–probably in every country that’s part of the UN–ethical citizens, activists, journalists, writers, and others are being Uber-surveilled and covertly assaulted 24/7 with radiation neuroweaponry, a 21st-century mode of repression that threatens to undo all our remaining freedoms and indeed our very humanity. Is the US Department of Justice Secretly Permitting Local Law Enforcement and Fusion Centers (With a Covert CIA/DoD Presence) to Deliberately Assault American Citizens Using Covert Directed-Energy “Non-Lethal” Neuroweapons, Covert RFID Implants, and Clandestine CIA-style “Concealed Electronic Monitoring” in a “Top-Secret” 21st-Century-Policing or Covert Military/CIA program?
This is a serious subject, and one that every single journalist and human rights advocate in the US studying Surveillance issues, Constitutional rights issues, Abuse of Privacy, Due Process, Policing, Military, Public Safety, and Security issues should be investigating. In the US today, we are not merely living in a Surveillance State, we are living in a Secret-Police’d State. Some of us know this, while some of us seek continually to circumscribe and limit the conversation to Surveillance issues as exposed by NSA whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden. This goes beyond surveillance, and it goes beyond Snowden’s published revelations, to weapon-use on citizens. Journalistswith paychecks from corporate mainstream media are yet to report accurately on this subject, although many voices in alternative media have begun to investigate. Independent journalists, human rights groups, agencies concerned about the actions of Intelligence agencies and government bodies, anyone investigating the corporate mafia need to step forward. Fraudulent Investigations Are Being Opened, Publicized, and Run Indefinitely
By this means, innocent citizens, activists, writers, and journalists–whose only “crime” may have been to sign a petition online against fracking or neonicotinoids in pesticides, or to speak out to their local representatives or Senators about chem trails dumping harmful toxins into the atmosphere, a very real problem today, or to call out unethicality of some sort in their communities–are being framed as terrorists or spies or some other unsavory kind of criminal. This is a public framing, for accompanying these false accusations and allegations are Secret Notifications to entire communities and neighborhoods.
This investigation–disclosure of which is suppressed by gag orders and non-disclosure agreements–never ends but goes on for years.(What kind of legitimate investigation goes on for years? You guessed it: none. These are not legitimate investigations, these are specious investigations, set up to discredit individuals.) Many individuals reporting assaults by directed-energy “non-lethal” weapons, covertly-placed RFID implants, and overt surveillance and harassment by neighbors and community members, report being assaulted, surveilled, and harassed for years, while these so-called “investigations” on them are kept interminably open.
Are Co-Opted and Fearful Communities Helping the FBI/NSA/DHS/CIA/DIA/DOD Project with “Concealed Electronic Monitoring” Surveillance and Concealed Neuroweapon Assault?
Everyone who receives notification of an investigation from an Intel agency or the local Fusion Center also knows they cannot speak openly about it–or so they are told, by Intel. Using the National Security Letter as weapon, the FBI/NSA/DHS/CIA/DIA informs community members that the being-framed individual is “under investigation,” and seems to either demand or command or coerce the co-opting of the community into “concealed electronic monitoring” activities–a phenomenon of both GPS’ing and using tools such as networked apps on cell phones to silently direct neuroweapon-hits on their neighbor, covered more fully as subjective experience in this post here and with other posts linked here.
Is it possible that the Department of Justice is permitting this neuroweapon-enhanced “concealed electronic monitoring” and “electronic surveillance” on thousands of Americans by glibly rolling neuroweapon-attacks under “electronic surveillance/monitoring” — and suggesting this is perfectly legal?

Intelligence Agency and DoD contractor and personnel and staff privy to these “Top Secret” projects and cleared, themselves, by national security clearances–irony profound!–to spy on, surveill, track, harass, and assault innocent citizens in the expedient name of “national security,” for the corporate security state know this. What Part of This Covert Assault and Invasive Non-consensual Covert Research is Blatant and Overt?

Quite a few parts, as it turns out. These CIA/DoD operatives working in neighborhoods are anything but stealthy. Neighbors and community members engage in overt surveillance–a COINTELPRO PsyOps tactic designed apparently to induce fear, but which succeeds primarily in being obvious and establishing its own visibility.
“Covert” Tracking/Assaulting Pick-Up Pulls Into Neighbor’s Driveway
On Pine Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, as this article partially details, this Air Force/or CIA Airborne operation is blatant, overt, and obvious (cars zooming up and down the street at high speed and then parking in neighbors’ driveways cannot be missed, nor can constantly-returning planes and helicopters which haunt and hover over a particular house and yard, as documented here)–every single member of the neighborhood is aware of–and participating in–this obvious assault on the particular individual being targeted (this writer)–yet of course none will speak openly of it, apparently being held (presumably by intimidation) to non-disclosure agreements, and, seeing the overt assaulting by Intel/DOD of a person in their midst, possibly in terror for their own lives.
The Military is Currently Conducting Non Lethal Weapons and Directed Energy Weapons Testing on Humans, in the name of Bio-Behavioral Research
Directed-energy weapons today have their own special home in the Military, the Joint Non Lethal Weapons Directorate. Military, Air Force, Navy, and Defense contractors are currently executing contracts which involve Directed Energy Bio-Behavioral Research on “human subjects” in the lab and in the field–notice of which can be found in the public domain, on government and military contracting sites.

CIA/DOD Scientist Dr. Robert Duncan writes extensively in various books, notably Project Soulcatcher, of current and ongoing CIA MK ULTRA-style behavior modification, Mind Hacking experiments using neuroweaponry, continuing rampantly in the States, well-past their supposed shutdown in the ’70s, and about interviewing about 650 subjects of nonconsensual human experimentation, and knowing of many hundreds more. CIA experiments then and now are easily classified under National Security labels. Please note, these are classified Black Ops projects, but a scientist who has worked on developing the neurotechnologies being used is giving us insider information on them. When the Military and Air Force are currently publishing their Directed-Energy contract RFPs, when CIA and NSA insiders (eg. see John St. Clair Akwei’s NSA lawsuit) are revealing the existence of highly sophisticated neurotechnologies, when patents exist–and are freely available online--for all reported effects experienced by victims of this unlawful human subject experimentation, ask yourself how many classified, CIA/DIA/DARPA/NSA Black Ops projects might exist, whose contracts are not published in the public domain, whose experiments are well-hidden under “classified research,” and whose experimentees and “subjects” therefore are not informed–merely assaulted–since, in the Land of the “Free,” Informed Consent isnot requiredin Classified Research projects.
Yes, that’s right: Informed Consent is Not Required for Covert Assault. The military/intelligence/industrial community has been working overtime ever since 9/11, and possibly before as well, to create loopholes for itself, and our checks and balances system (such as they are)–Congress oversight committees?–has utterly imploded on itself, as corporations with corporate mass-control intent run the country.
Today, the CIA can continue to classify all its research and not tell you you’re going to be covertly assaulted and experimented on, with radiation weapons, because the CFR–the Code of Federal Regulations–has been watered down to being utterly meaningless, and permits all sorts of Federal agencies to engage in human subject research without informed consent. We are back to Tuskegee, to Ewen Cameron’s MKULTRA, to the Guatamala experiments, to the Gulf War exploitation of soldiers–radiation experimentation, minus Consent.
Involvement of the Department of Justice in the Execution of these Directed-Energy Non-Lethal Weapons Testing projects
Information on the Department of Justice’s possible involvement and interest in Non-Lethal weapons comes from a few sources.
One, a 1994 Department of Defense directive, referenced in Earth Rising, The Revolution (Earthpulse Press, 2000), where authors Dr. Nick Begich and James Roderick write:
“The Merging of the Justice Department with Military Technology
On July 21, 1994, Dr. Christopher Lamb, Director of Policy Planning, issued a draft Department of Defense directive which would establish a policy for non-lethal weapons. The policy was intended to take effect January 1, 1995, and formally connected the military’s non-lethal research to civilian law enforcement agencies.
The government’s plan to use pulsed electromagnetic and radio frequency systems as a nonlethal technology for domestic Justice Department userings the alarm for some observers. Nevertheless, the plan for integrating these systems is moving forward. Coupling these uses with expanded military missions is even more disturbing. This combined mission raises additional constitutional questions for Americans regarding the power of the federal government.4
In interviews with members of the Defense Department the development of this policy was confirmed.5 In those February, 1995, discussions, it was discovered that these policies were internal to agencies and were not subject to any public review process.
In its draft form, the policy gives highest priority to development of those technologies most likely to get dual use, i.e. law enforcement and military applications.According to this document, non-lethal weapons are to be used on the government’s domestic “adversaries”.The definition of “adversary” has been significantly enlarged in the policy:
“The term ‘adversary’ is used above in its broadest sense, including those who are not declared enemies but who are engaged in activities we wish to stop.This policy does not preclude legally authorized domestic use of the nonlethal weapons by United States military forces in support of law enforcement.”6

"Memorandum of Understanding. The clear benefits of
this partnership led to the execution of an MOU
between DOJ and DOD on April 20, 1994. Highlighting
the importance attached to this MOU was its
execution by the Attorney General and the Deputy
Secretary of Defense and the presence of the Vice
President, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the
Director of the Office of National Drug Control
Policy at the signing ceremony. This MOU set in
motion the development and enactment of the
technology program described in Part II of this
report.
The MOU calls for the establishment of an
extendable 5-year program in which a JPSG, jointly
staffed by DOD and DOJ representatives, manages
daily operations and a high-level interagency
Senior Review Group sets policy. Members of the
JPSG have been drawn from DARPA, NIJ, the FBI, the
Bureau of Prisons, and the U.S. Army. The JPSG
works at any point along the research, development,
and acquisition (RDA) spectrum so that it can
support demonstrations of existing technology as
well as development of totally new and unique
technologies.
On October 1, 1994, the JPSG was established at
DARPA in Arlington, Virginia. The Chairman, from
DARPA, and Deputy Chairman, from NIJ, co-manage the
program. Congress appropriated $37.5 million in
Fiscal Year 1995 to support the MOU. Of this, $26
million was made available for JPSG-sponsored
projects."
This understanding between the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense, discussed above, was recently the subject of a FOIA request made May 29, 2015, by this writer, which can be seen here on Muckrock. The Information Policy office at the DOJ returned a no-responsive-documents response and cited three FOIA exemptions permitted under law enforcement and national security reasons while stating they had no responsive documents–meaning, it’s not that they necessarily had no documents, they’re pointing out that they are simply not required to reveal having any, since those exemptions permit them to conceal certain documents.
In other words (in the view of this writer), they’re claiming these exemptions:
1) to prevent having to acknowledge such a leading understanding/directive exists at all,
2) to prevent having to reveal such a leading memo,
3) to prevent having to confess to the secret use of covert non-lethal weapons on American streets, on American citizens,
4) to prevent having to reveal they’re permitting Local Law Enforcement to engage in a lot more than publicly-understood Law Enforcement,with publicly-disclosed weapons–because Local Law Enforcement now includes the military, who are being permitted to covertly assault citizens (labelled as “domestic adversaries”) with non-lethal weapons in support of Local Law Enforcement,
5) to prevent having to make public any of the massive behind-the-scenes thrust by Intel agencies and the military to covertly use already-developed New-Age neuroweaponry targeting human brains and nervous systems and hiding under the label of “non-lethal weapons.”
For those who have heard absolutely nothing uptill this moment about Non-Lethal Weapons, Neuroweapons, or Electromagnetic Weapons possibly in use at the local level — by local Law Enforcement — on Americans, this information will be absolutely shocking; please re-read the excerpted section above from Earth Rising to understand that we are being publicly told that the Department of Defense long ago, in 1994, struck a deal with the Department of Justice to permit the military to use non-lethal weapons on American civilians, inside America, in support of law enforcement.
(Recently, I made another set of FOIA requests, for an inventory of non-lethal weapons in their arsenal and current use, to the Department of Justice (not acknowledged yet, in October, although the request was made in May; this particular request also referenced military use), to both the local Quincy, MA police (no responsive documents), and to Massachusetts State Police (rejected). Two, the obvious participation–if c/overt–of local law enforcement in these weapons-testing and operating activities. What part do the local police play? Again, we must turn to those experiencing the assaults for answers. And here they are.
One, local police turn a blind eye while non-lethal weapons are deployed on the streets, while Military/Intel operatives zoom in and out of neighborhoods, at high speed, or hole up in houses and apartments in the vicinity of the being-assaulted individual, while operatives use honking patterns to advertise their frustration to air-based vehicles, while helicopters and small aircraft zoom into neighborhoods in response to those honks, while Electronic Warfare, tracking and surveillance and Signals Intelligence-stealing aircraft hang and circle for hours in neighborhoods.
Two, many individuals being assaulted report indifference by police when reported to, or immediate dismissal of non-lethal weapon assault experiences as “delusional” and “a psychiatric issue.” Individuals have also reported being told by police officers that “we’ve been told not to interfere, it’s a Federal program.”
Three, local police take part in the COINTELPRO organized stalking, overt surveillance, and noise harassment of those being assaulted by, among other harassments reported, following them, parking directly in front of them, setting up “street theatre” operations in their vicinity, and using sirens and lights and racing about constantly in their presence.
Local Law Enforcement and the Department of Justice have obvious interactions and relationships with each other.
Can it be concluded then, from the existence of this joint-development-and-use directive as well as local police actions and policies played out everyday, all across the US, that the US Department of Justice is certainly very much involved in this extremely dirty Covert Ops of assaulting innocent citizens with directed-energy weapons?

Implications of the US Department of Justice’s Participation in Secret Programs of Assault on American Citizens with Directed-Energy Weapons
One blatant implication of the DOJ’s involvement is the death of Due Process. If indeed the DOJ–via instructions to, employment of, and protection of local Law Enforcement in assisting with or helping run these covert Military/Intel weapons-testing programs on citizens- is secretly permitting these outright assaults on citizens with Directed-Energy weapons, under cover of some specious facade of “Deterrence”/”Pre-crime” or CIA-MKULTRA-style “Behavior Modification,” the implication really is that the individual being assaulted has been secretly convicted without Due Process to the (absolutely insane, and clearly inhumane) sentence of continuous tracking and surveillance, 24/7 monitoring, and 24/7 assault with neuroweapons–via Continuous Clandestine Tagging, Tracking, and Locating using RFID implants and directed-energy neuroweapons, and Concealed Electronic Monitoring with same–all reserved for the most hardened criminals, now on the menu as Covert Assault for any and all troublesome activists and ethicists in the US, secretly and wrongfully tagged “Domestic Adversaries.”
In secret, the Department of Justice is acting as Judge, Jury, and Executioner all at once–the obvious implication of lack of due process.
In secret, the Department of Justice is rolling out Deterrent Policing and Pre-Crime Initiatives at your local police station–without public disclosure, comment, or consent.
In secret, the Department of Justice is conferring on Local Law Enforcement, and on their support-system, the Military–and by extension, all in the community who are roped in via community-policing initiatives administered by Local Law Enforcement–immense, unchecked powers of secretive surveillance and “concealed electronic monitoring” — a pass for Concealed Electronic Assault, for that is what it is: the use of remote radiation neuroweaponry on people; for when people use little Intel-agency-provided apps on their cellphones, iPads, or laptops to help “track” and “monitor” individuals, they are not merely “tracking,” they’re doing a lot more, they’re clicking the switches to unleash harmful and damaging neuroweapon radiation pulses–via weaponry carried on networked satellites, ground-based units, and air-based units–on individuals.
In secret, the Department of Justice is permitting Local Law Enforcement to carry out, condone, or facilitate Armed Assault and Battery on Unarmed individuals–what else shall we call damaging physical assault with microwave pulse weapons and others which comprise the arsenal of Covert Directed-Energy Non-Lethal Weapons? Is it not Assault and Battery?
In other words–without public and media declaration, exposure, and acknowledgement–the Department of Justice, supported by the Department of Defense, is engaging in an Asymmetric, Covert War against peaceful American residents, civilians and veterans both.
This is profound corruption, profound crime, and, essentially, treason–for it betrays the citizenry, it betrays the Constitution, it betrays the high ideals and promises of representative Government. American citizens are not being protected by the Department of Justice and the Military, they are being attacked, on home ground, in America–without notice of a charge, conviction, or detention. But incarcerated indefinitely in an invisible concentration camp–on the battlefield of America, and subject 24/7 to radiation neuroweaponry assault.
What Can Anyone Do To Publicize, Challenge, Expose, and Ensure the Termination of This Covert Assault?
First, Understand This Situation
Please wake up and recognize this blight in our society is the sign of a move toward an even greater totalitarianism-–if we don’t put a stop to it right now. Recognize the extreme threat here: the actions of a Secret Police in our midst, targeting and assaulting certain individuals, while city and county and state police turn a blind eye really suggests that a message is being sent to the rest of society:We are working to fully control your lives–look at what we can do to some of you already.
Each of us needs to understand that these neuroweapons pose a tremendous threat to All of us. The nature of these radiation weapons being used–and the selective mode of their application–means that some citizens being assaulted are fully aware of the assaults on their persons–and being dismissed in droves as delusional by a complicit professional class, a phenomenon discussed here, and here–-and many other citizens being assaulted are completely unaware, attributing their sudden slide into chronic or terminal or recurring illnesses and diseases to genetic roots, or advancing age, or some other factored-in “plausibly deniable” rationalization. These are electromagnetic radiation weapons, sonic or acoustic weapons, their nature is covert (remember, radiation in pulses or waves or streams cannot be seen; ultrasonics and infrasonics cannot be heard), they are being used covertly, and they induce illness, disease, and death. Used covertly on a helpless and unsuspecting population, they are weapons of control, whose use is increasing, as more and more people make reports every year of being assaulted––every one of us should be seriously concerned, because any one of us could be currently being hit and not know it, or could currently be on the hit-list, to be hit next.
Doing Nothing to resist, counter, and stop this extreme abuse of American privacy, bodily sovereignty, and social and community peace is tantamount to caving in to the dystopian future it represents.Ask yourself a very hard question: do your actions today (of quiescence, consent, and compliance) support the status quo of intimidation and threat and controlled-future being preserved and imposed on you by a criminally corrupt State, or do your actions (of questioning, researching, and speaking out) reflect allegiance to a different future that you can envision, one where peace and sanity and friendship and neighborliness and respecting of rights and privacy become once more the hallmarks of our society, one where we are not enslaved, engulfed, and overpowered by the will, technology, and callous control mechanisms of a pathologically narrow-minded and elitist sector of the populace?
Second, Take Action
Create Awareness: If you’re a writer or journalist or broadcaster, please research and write about this, or do a podcast. This is a vast subject, which desperately needs many many minds and hands working on it. Research and focus on one small aspect at a time, and write about it–set up a blog or website or regular podcast–a radio show on Blog Talk Radio or a Skype interview or Google Hangout–interview people who are experiencing being assaulted, interview whistleblowers, interview experts–send emails to friends and family, write articles for sites online, create e-books, flyers, social media posts.
Speak Out:Make your opinion known. Write letters to the editor of local and national papers, write op-ed columns, write letters to your elected representatives. Write to the Attorney General, your state government, your local government. Write to local media, ask them to cover this issue. Speak out in city council meetings. Now that you know what is going on around you, all around you, right in your own neighborhood, possibly, what do you think? Do you think this is lawful, legal, permissible in our midst? Is it okay to hit people with covert radiation weapons in your view of society? Let them all know what you think. Publish your opinion widely. Our words count, our words matter, and if you do not speak out today, it’s your children who are All going to be enslaved tomorrow.
Ask for Information: Please ask government agencies for information. You can put in FOIA –Freedom of Information Act–requests online at Muckrock and some other sites for a small fee. Research successful request formats, ask for specific documents or records, and make these publicly available. Blog about the FOIA-requesting experience. Send links of FOIA requests to journalists.
Become a Whistleblower: If you currently work in an Intel agency or the DoD but have a conscience, and can see what is happening around you, if you know or have participated in the kind of covert neuroweapon assault detailed here, on innocent American citizens or others, ask yourself: are you protecting your country or are you protecting an inhumane Covert Ops program? Tyrone Dew, who runs the excellent website TargetedIndividualAwareness.com, authored a book–Satellite Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism, Illuminati Got Me!, and recently interviewed Dr. Robert Duncan of CIA Mind Hacking Strategy Research fame about the secret government programs and technologies he helped author, works as a grassroots activist to raise awareness about these deadly clandestine CIA/DOD directed-energy weapons and bio-behavioral research programs which are assaulting thousands of Americans today, and thousands of people globally. Tyrone speaks to me tonight about his own experience as a test subject of these programs, his understanding, and his hopes and intentions in running Raising Awareness events.

Ramola D: Tell us a little about your experience of this 21st-century covert assault program with electronic directed-energy neuroweapons–when did it start, how, what exactly do you experience?
Tyrone Dew:My experiences began several years ago as a child sometime between 3 and 5 years old. I’d hear the voice of a female or male asking me questions i.e. Can you hear me? Where do you think my voice is coming from? Do you feel that? I answered the questions and being a child, I really didn’t think anything of what I experienced because it wasn’t every day and the person speaking to me knew so much about what was going on around me. After being asked, where do you think my voice is coming from? I looked to the sky and the person speaking to me said, “yep, I’m using satellites; I bet you don’t even know what those are.”
Ramola D: That is tragic, that this experimentation was forced on you during such a young age. When did you figure out that this was not your own mind speaking, but an external projection invading your brain?
Tyrone Dew:I knew it wasn’t my own mind speaking to me because it wasn’t my voice that I was hearing and I was being asked by the person speaking to me to describe the effects of what I felt the person speaking to me was doing to me.
Ramola D: So it sounds like you were being subjected to “synthetic telepathy” or Voice-to-Skull transmissions from very young. What else were you experiencing then, in your childhood and adolescence?
Tyrone Dew: Periodically throughout my life I’d be tortured with painful vibrations and feelings of my brain being electrocuted as the person speaking to me says, “if you want me to make the pain stop you gotta……” I’d be told to do things unbeneficial to me being the person I was trying to be. During high school I was tortured to the point of not being allowed to graduate and take advantage of my football scholarship to the University of Kentucky.
I moved to California, became successful in the internet advertising industry and my torment continued. I’d begin feeling the painful vibrations as the person speaking to me told me if you want the pain to stop, where to go, forcing me to spend until being broke. I’d be tortured into going to strip clubs, night clubs and forced to spend anywhere from a few thousand to $35,000 a weekend. The person speaking to me said, “How do you like we’re making the white man get rich while we’re breaking your black ass?” My ex-business partner and fiancé are Caucasian. The person speaking to me tried blaming my torture on the fact I was in an interracial relationship. I didn’t believe it because my torturing began before I was in an interracial relationship.
Ramola D: So a certain lifestyle and behavior was being forced on you, by means of this torture.
Today many are talking about these issues, and about the whole phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals”. What is your own understanding about what is going on? Have you received any kind of acknowledgement or interest from anyone “official” you may have complained to?
Tyrone Dew: My understanding comes from my experiences of being a victim of this Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism. Military is using energy to attack parts of the human anatomy causing victims to become completely submissive to torture that eventually can lead to having the natural frequencies for brain communication to the rest of the body be artificially controlled by someone using wireless technology i.e. satellites, phased array, and radio towers without being microchip implanted. Many TIs have misconceptions about who’s committing the atrocity and how it’s being committed. They’re blaming their neighbors, co-workers, former lovers etc. They don’t have an understanding of how advanced the Directed Energy Weaponry system is.
Never has an elected official responded to any of my complaints.
Ramola D:But you have tried contacting elected officials, and others?
Tyrone Dew: Yes, never has an elected official responded to any of my complaints. I was even doing a hunger strike peaceful demonstration beginning August 11, 2015 in front of the White House, and August 16, 2015, Secret Service showed me a fabricated tweet on a piece of paper and had me sent to a mental facility until August 24, 2015. Instead of being irate, I used the opportunity of being falsely institutionalized to educate the psychiatric community about the effects of Directed Energy Weaponry. The entire incident showed me everything that’s completely wrong with American psychiatric institutes and gave me more reasons for Raising Awareness about the TRUTH of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism.
Ramola D: That is such a profound and positive response to an unjust situation. I’m so sorry to hear of it. It demonstrates absolute hubris on the part of these Secret Services who must know about the reality of covert directed-energy weapons use on the public.
You have a special interest in focusing attention on the tragic arc of Aaron Alexis and Myron May’s lives–what is it in particular about these young men’s experiences you wish to highlight?
Tyrone Dew: Before Aaron Alexis and Myron May’s tragic demise that led to other innocent victims’ untimely death and injuries, Aaron Alexis and Myron May were intelligent young men who complained for several months of an unprecedented crime being committed against them that ruined their lives in all aspects i.e. family, career, companions etc.

Authorities who are unaware of the unprecedented atrocity of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism disregarded their valid complaints. Then they were put in the care of unaware mental health professionals who prescribed medication used for genetic disorders that is useless for people who experience technological abuse.

I personally feel that not knowing all aspects of what can cause effects of mental illness is malpractice, since Directed Energy Weaponry is documented for causing the effects of artificial auditory hearing, changing of emotions, visual perception, thinking etc. Shouldn’t someone who is articulating being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism be given a fair mental evaluation by being placed into a facility that is completely protected from Directed Energy Weaponry attacks, and if they aren’t exhibiting signs of a mental disorder, then a criminal report should be filed.
Ramola D: You have interviewed Dr. Robert Duncan–how did you come to do this interview, and what do you take away from it?
Tyrone Dew: I was literally in another part of my life where my relationship with a beautiful companion was ruined because I was suffering from Directed Energy attacks and dealing with repercussions of other situations I was forced into from Directed Energy Weaponry attacks that I won’t mention. The Myron May tragedy was a few months old and I really felt compelled to Raise Awareness about his motives, being that he was another young Black male who complained of being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry attacks before committing a mass shooting. I don’t condone the violence but god damn, I understand the frustration of being a victim having your life ruined in all aspects, no one believes you and everywhere you turn for help it’s to no avail. Everyone is suggesting medication for what you know is technological abuse.
I’d met Dr. Robert Duncan in Las Vegas, NV during the 2014 Mind Control Super Soldier Summit that I was invited to as a guest speaker. I flew where he was and since I was broke he got me a room the first night I was in town. We proceeded to doing the interview and the next day I checked out of the hotel and while waiting for funds so I can get a ticket, I stayed in the airport and watched the interview. I noticed it was missing visual aids of Aaron Alexis and Myron May. I called Duncan and asked for another interview. He said, “Ty what are you still doing here?” I told him I was waiting for funds so I can get a ticket and noticed visual aids of Aaron Alexis and Myron May were missing and they’re a huge part of why I’m here for the interview, so can you give me another interview. Duncan said, “I’m busy for the next few days and Ty you don’t have any money where are you going to stay. I’m not getting you another room.” I laughed and said, I didn’t ask you for a room the first time nor am I asking you for a room this time and since it’ll be a few days before I get funds, I’ll be homeless and wait until you’re available.
It was cold in February so I slept in the airport, walked a few miles to the public library so I could have a place to stay during the day and got a 7 day free trial gym membership so I could shower. After getting the second interview with a poster board that has HELP at the top and pictures of Aaron Alexis and Myron May, I got a bus ticket.
The interview gave me much needed fuel for the importance of becoming an Activist Raising Awareness about Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism so I planned an event for Florida State University April 16, 2015, Raising Awareness about Myron May’s motive. After getting a quote for event space I spoke to the Florida State University activities director and explained the event. I got a phone call from Florida State University Police Department telling me if I show up on campus I’d be arrested. Instead of being deterred I rented space at Florida Agriculture and Mechanics University and proceeded to having the event. I presented several facts explaining what Myron May complained about before committing the November 20, 2014 shooting. I even Skyped in Dr. Robert Duncan who explained the reality of the atrocity.
Ramola D: It’s tremendous that you’re so motivated and committed to raising awareness, I applaud your efforts. Are you in touch with others experiencing this kind of covert assault, or those fighting to promote public awareness of it?
Tyrone Dew: I am in contact with a few other TIs who understand the importance of peacefully demonstrating Raising Awareness about the facts of Aaron Alexis and Myron May’s motives, of an unprecedented atrocity being committed against American citizens by the Military and CIA using Directed Energy Weaponry.
Ramola D: Americans and others worldwide–in fact today thousands globally report being assaulted with this 21st-century remote radiation technology that mainstream America doesn’t even know exists. Dr. Duncan has written books about mind-cloning and mind-control. Yet, because our corporate controlled media in the US does not report the truth of our reality today, none of this is covered in mainstream media. Do you think this is connected to an extreme of surveillance and greater mind control that is being planned for all of humanity?
Tyrone Dew: Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism is a global atrocity for the purpose of complete control. The mainstream media will cover the truth if it wasn’t for so many TIs calling the newsroom with misconceptions. I personally experienced the difficulty of getting news coverage in D.C. I contacted FOX News and after several correspondences the guy at the News desk gave me the telephone number of a female in the D.C. area who called his news station complaining of being a victim.
I asked her, how do you know the FOX News contact? She said I’ve called him several times telling him about what they are doing to me. She began explaining to me what she told him her experiences are. I believe she’s a victim because what she explains she feels as she’s attacked, but when she began saying with conviction it’s my neighbor doing this to me, he follows me in his car while he sits in the backseat, and no one is in the driver seat, and kids pointing their cellphone’ at me making me feel like I’m being electrocuted, I realized why the media isn’t taking this crime seriously.
I tried explaining to her it isn’t her neighbor or kids pointing cellphones, it’s the Military and CIA using satellites, phased arrays, and radio towers. The technology is capable of causing auditory and visual deception. A former CIA engineer and British Royal Navy Microwave expert are admitting facts about the way the atrocity is being committed. She became argumentative as if nothing I say will convince her that she has misconceptions about the atrocity.
Ramola D: Yes, that’s unfortunate–and it’s interesting that FOX News shrugged off the story in this fashion. But if this is a CIA and DoD program–as it certainly seems to be, from CIA/Military insider information such as Dr. Robert Duncan’s, Dr. Barrie Trower’s, and others–it also seems like they’ve been able to clamp down on corporate media from the inside. What do you think?
Tyrone Dew: Even though those groups are capable of clamping down on corporate media from the inside, people are generally good people and will help expose such an atrocity if facts are presented correctly. If it wasn’t for the media, Edward Snowden’s information would’ve got swept under the rug and the public would’ve never known about the illegal mass surveillance perpetuated by the NSA.
Ramola D: You are championing the cause currently of Miriam Carey, a young mother who took the unusual step of driving with her child to the White House from her home in Pennsylvania, and was killed by Secret Service in DC—tell us more about this story from your analysis. What is your understanding?
Miriam Carey
Tyrone Dew: October 3, 2013, Miriam Carey was murdered and several news reports stated she was hearing Obama’s voice and thought she was under electronic surveillance. Even though she didn’t say she was a victim of Directed Energy attacks like Aaron Alexis, I knew instinctively from what the news reported: she was explaining being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism.
I wrote in my book about an experience I had in 2001 being deceived hearing a friend’s voice, and then the person speaking to me taught me about how they’re using a combination of voice cloning and micro wave auditory hearing that leads victims to believe that the voice they’re hearing is the culprit. Hence so many victims blaming their neighbors for the crime and Miriam Carey hearing Obama’s voice.
Ramola D: It’s really interesting that the person abusing your privacy and sovereignty was giving you that technical information–as if through that means, and you talking about it, they were publishing that information to the rest of us, to the world. What could be the motivation behind that, I wonder.
Tyrone Dew: I hate theorizing but my answer has to be a theory because I honestly don’t know for sure why so much truth about the technical aspects of the atrocity was told to me throughout my life. So here’s my theory; I believe someone aware of the atrocity being committed knows it’s wrong and citizens don’t stand a chance of having freedom if Directed Energy Weaponry is used on a mass scale, so certain information was told to me and whoever told me knew the only way I would ever tell the truth of what I know is if my life was completely ruined. If I was allowed to live my life the way I pursued the information being taught to me would’ve gone silently with me into the grave.
Ramola D: You’re planning a demo in front of the White House on Oct 3, what is your hope there, and are others joining you? How did the last demo go by the way, at the Navy Yard? What is your general aim?
Tyrone Dew: I’m really trying my best to get TIs to understand this is your life and you’ll never get these days again. Even if you’re religious, the savior you believe in can only fight this evil through you not for you. No cause has ever got change without peacefully demonstrating for days, months, sometimes years. I’ve got responses from several other TIs saying they’re encouraged and will join the peaceful demonstration.
The Targeted Individual Awareness Navy Yard Memorial was a success in the sense that a few TIs participated with me. I got a bouquet of flowers and a 24 x 36 sign that read “In memory of September 16, 2013 Victims”. I would’ve liked more participation from TIs but many are scared because they believe they’re showing support or condoning the violence instead of Raising Awareness about the motive of why the tragedy occurred. Coincidently the motive for the mass shooting is the same reason they’re suffering as victims.
My aim is Raising Awareness to the mass public about the facts of an unprecedented atrocity in hopes of getting a Congressional hearing in the near future like the Church Committee, and TIs being able to get the compassionate understanding from their family, loved ones and friends about the hell they’re enduring while being alive.
Ramola D: Tremendous! I am sure your commitment is immensely appreciated by all TIs, worldwide. You have written a book as well, tell us about it, where can readers get a copy?
Tyrone Dew: After years of experiences being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism and my life being ruined in many aspects including being homeless from being forced to spend over $1M that I earned before I was 30 years old, I began selling marijuana as my last resource and in October of 2012, I was set up going through Texas. If you do an internet search of my name you’ll see an article about DPS Trooper seizes $330,000 in drugs. After making bail and feeling hopeless, I began typing my experiences of being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism as my last words. I had about 80 pages and realized no one will ever know what my last words were about so I decided to turn it into a book and self-published my last words August 13, 2013.
After self-publishing my book, 4 tragedies occurred that could be pertaining to Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism. The September 16, 2013 Aaron Alexis, Black male (34) Washington Navy Yard shooting, October 3, 2013 Miriam Carey, Black female (33) White House Secret Service Shooting, November 20, 2014 Myron May Black male (31) Florida State Shooting, and Stephen Bradley White male (34) in Poinciana, FL who kicked in his neighbor’s door armed with a .44 and .45 caliber handgun looking for the black Mind Control box. Because of my experiences and after these tragedies, I vowed to Raise Awareness about the truth of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism.
Once again, in the case of these deaths, the spectre of suicide and murder-suicide has been raised, which many close to these medical professionals contest.
The New York Times in reporting briefly on Dr. Gaynor’s death quotes an investigator from the local sheriff’s office ruling the death suicide, which his friends and colleagues find questionable, as this article suggests. Apparently Dr. Gaynor had recently missed a conference, letting his colleagues know via Facebook he had the intestinal flu. Prior to that, he had just survived a car accident. According to the HealthNutNews article, no suicide note has been found.
In the case of the deaths of other holistic cancer doctors reported earlier, Dr.Bradstreet’s investigation is still open, currently, and Dr.Gonzalez’s, which had been ruled a sudden heart attack, has been cleared of this supposition by an autopsy report. Both these doctors had been treating cancer and, in Dr. Bradstreet’s case, also autism patients successfully. Their stories were discussed earlier here.
Thriving Nursing Community Online
Brian Short’s website AllNurses.com shows it to be a lively website with discussion forums, information on schools and news, and open and candid commentary on medical and nursing issues, such as contained in this article, with many thousands of views per article published, and millions of unique visitors per month. Could the thriving of a nursing community online pose some kind of threat to someone? Discussion on the comment-boards of the HealthNutNews article reporting the Short family deaths suggests all sorts of reasons and possibilities, including deadly anti-depressants which cause hallucinations and violence as side-effects, as possibly being a factor behind the tragically violent deaths of the entire family.
Mass Shooters, Manchurian Candidates, MK ULTRA and Covert Electronic Assaults
In this regard–looking at the terrible homicide (ruled a murder-suicide) of the entire and young and growing Short family–it would be remiss not to also point to the possibility of covert assaults with radiation neuroweaponry, a 21st-century crime of MKULTRA-extended mind control experimentation, which many analysts say is responsible for the homicides and violence caused by set-up “Manchurian candidates” such as Aaron Alexis, Myron May, and various other mass shooters–possibilities covered online by Renee Pittman in this article and by James Lico in this one.
Whatever some people like to tell themselves (in fear and denial) about the phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals” today as being an issue of mass mental illness suddenly cropping up online-–a favorite mainstream media (MSM) trope (as in MSM being propped up and owned by the network of Big Pharma, Big Psychiatry, and the CIA–who sure would like to pass off these witness and testimonial accounts as mentally-ill and delusory prattle, so they can continue to openly engage in these crimes against humanity)–the truth is, these covert radiation weapons are here today, they are being used covertly on people, and they are used in a way (24/7 assaults, along with COINTELPRO, and PsyOps) intended to provoke harmful action on the part of the one being attacked.
Most “Targeted Individuals” hit with these weapons know better than to engage in harmful action, but some apparently succumb. The provocation many experience is reportedly certainly intense. It is absolutely time for this issue to become mainstream knowledge. Sadly, the last bastion of our privacy has been fully breached: the human brain and the human nervous system have been hacked, and are being exploited--and humanity needs to wake up and stop the carnage now, before it is too late; we absolutely need to inform ourselves as to what on earth is going on, and how we can stop it.

Returning to the question of Dr. Gaynor: Dr. Gaynor’s website is informative and wide-ranging in its focus on health and nutrition issues. It is interesting to note that Dr. Gaynor emphasized healthy preventive nutrition to help support the body at the level of DNA, as this excerpt from an article on Tulsi, the ancient Ayurvedic herb, suggests:
“Because free radical damage (oxidative stress) and chronic inflammation are almost always involved in weakened health, this kind of damage is particularly troublesome because it damages the DNA. The entire purpose of my new book, The Gene Therapy Plan, is to explain, present evidence for, and offer solutions that enhance our very DNA, and for new mothers, that means that remedies now can prevent genetic misfires in the future.”
If Dr. Gaynor’s death was not a suicide, as the sheriff’s office reports, could it be that his interest and research in enhancing healthy DNA expression with healthful nutrition and preventive natural herbs suddenly made him a “Person of Interest”?
Please Keep Asking Questions and Pushing for Answers
More than ever, we need scientists today, and doctors, and real, thinking journalists stepping forward without fear and exploring these issues for themselves, and speaking out and taking action. It is also important to recognize that our so-called “authorities,” our government bodies, our old systems of checks and balances via proper oversight, are not taking action. We are living in a world gone mad, mainly because a sociopathic minority is literally running amok among us and 1) experimenting with deadly weapons and drugs and toxins on us and 2) apparently killing at will–we certainly see this globally in the endless wars and invasions, but it is also evident in stories like these of holistic, successful medical professionals being targeted, as well as in police violence and false flag scenarios we are frequently subject to.

On the eve of the 14th anniversary of 9/11, I wanted to draw attention to what has transpired in this country today in terms of attacks on ethical individuals, community-minded and civic-minded citizens, people who speak out against corruption, activists for social and environmental justice, including animal rights activists, and journalists and writers who, unlike the muzzled minions in Corporate, Mainstream, and Establishment Media, have fearlessly kept us informed about what really is going on in America and the world, and who continue to speak out in the interests of truth, and in the hope that all of America will continue to awaken to the truth–not merely about 9/11, but about everything suppressed by mainstream media.
These individuals are being singled out by Intel informants in our midst, and covertly targeted and attacked with a variety of weapons, including electromagnetic weapons, character defamation, and employment sabotage. Electromagnetic weapons are part of the Military’s new arsenal of Electronic Warfare, and (through the means of Intel-informant targeting above, and also through, presumably, the loopholes in legality and human rights offered by rights-encroaching laws on the books like the NDAA) are apparently being tested widely on Americans (as their publicly-available contracts and RFPs with private Defense contractors reveal)–as also on citizens worldwide–by a joint collusion of Intel agencies/Military/Law Enforcement: please see the post Neutralizing US Dissent with Neuroweaponry: Open Letter to Jounalists and Human Rights Advocates… here detailing these assaults.
What is most disturbing however is that Americans are doing this to Americans. How is this being achieved? Via False Information, False Notifications, False Rumors and Smear Campaigns, and False Co-optings into what is essentially, as CIA insiders and whistleblowers like Carl Clark and Dr. Robert Duncan confirm, an MKULTRA-extended human experimentation program aimed—in extreme hubris, in secret, without consent, informed or otherwise— at trauma-based mind control, behavior modification, and the rollout of 21-st century mass control and torture “enhanced interrogation” cybernetic techniques, using Radiation Neuroweapons. Are our friends and neighbors told all this? Or are they told they are engaging in harmless “concealed electronic monitoring” –a CIA term–of a highly suspect individual, whom Intel agencies are most virtuously investigating on charges of “domestic terrorism”–or whatever else? Further, do these sidewinded and blinded, perhaps easily mesmerized neighbors have an option to opt out, or are they being coerced–via talk of $10,000 fines and 10 years of jail time, or whatever other convenient form of intimidation–to comply?
If the latter, how Constitutional is any such attempt at coercion by Intel agencies of communities and neighborhoods? Is anyone required to comply, for any reason whatsoever? And who will have the guts to stand up and refuse to persecute their friends and neighbors? This is a question of sovereignty, ethicality, and backbone–when are American communities and neighborhoods going to wake up and say No to the increasingly-brutal corporate surveillance state closing its manic grip in a vice all around us?
As any one of the thousands of individuals reporting radiation neuroweapon assault today all across the USwill attest, entire neighborhoods and communities in the US participate today in 24/7 practices of overtly surveilling individuals, using Intel-provided apps on their cell phones to continuously track individuals by their bio-electromagnetic signatures or by the RFID signals from their covertly-implanted RFIDs, and to continuously direct Intel-provided EMF neuroweapon Wifi/radio/microwave signals at individuals, in every possible setting–inside buildings and out, in parks, on the street, in neighborhoods, in malls–everywhere.
It’s a sorry state of affairs in the US today, and people need to wake up and snap out of the trance that Intel agencies/Fusion Centers are wrongfully and unlawfully putting entire neighborhoods and communities into. People are being wrongfully targeted, all in the cover-all-crimes name of “National Security,” and we need to put a stop to it!

I just recently came across this article on aspects of the Senate Torture Report, posted with a release date 4/2015, and read it with quite some interest as it seems to openly discuss the phenomenon of “No-Touch Torture” or covert remote-control electromagnetic torture of private individuals in once-free Western societies as an acknowledged CIA pursuit. The information it offers from the CIA point of view seems to suggest some of the CIA rationales and unspoken subtext and context for this program of torture, and gives hints as to what exactly is being intended and accomplished (covert detention without due process via electronic incarceration, covert “interrogation” via brainwave acquisition and modulation, covert “monitoring” via radio signalling to implanted devices) by this completely pathological and insane and absolutely inhumane program targeting thousands of individuals worldwide.
It would seem therefore, reading this report, that the entire phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals” being hit with electromagnetic and other directed-energy weapons is a CIA set-up, ostensibly to test more of their “enhanced” interrogation techniques on unsuspecting “detainees”–ordinary people in the US and elsewhere, who, much like the many innocent prisoners of Guantanamo who were picked up in Yemen and other places and have absolutely no connections to terrorism yet are being detained indefinitely without charges and tortured while in custody, are being “detained indefinitely,”and being “interrogated,” and being “tortured for purposes of interrogation”–only rather exotically, with energy weapons and implants which peer into brains and body parts, constantly track EMF emissions, and attack continuously and covertly with EMF signals on bodies and brains which are translated inside brains also as images, moods, feelings, sensations, dreams, and audio commands. Experimentation on human brains and nervous systems with energy weapons.
This is supremely disturbing, and an issue that needs to be tackled openly and publicly with the CIA. As noted elsewhere on this site, this is blatant human experimentation, that is being permitted covertly behind the scenes by our government under “classified” and “state secret” covers using “national security” as password for absolute abuse. Dr. Robert Duncan does a fine job detailing the ins and outs of this Torture, but refrains from disclosing details on the technologies involved, which, he notes, are still classified as “state secrets”– although “leaked” by thousands who have experienced these assaults (whom he also notes are frequently discredited as being mentally ill). Torture technologies, classified as state secrets–I feel it’s important to emphasize this; our sleeping American masses need to know this. We cannot exist as a free society when we have Torture technologies classified as state secrets! We Need open discussion–and open condemnation and termination–of these technologies!
Dr. Robert Duncan, of course, is the now-rather-well-known CIA researcher and computer scientist who has written several books and given many public interviews on radio and video shows, including Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory, speaking candidly about his involvement in these mind control/uber-surveillance/nonconsensual experimentation programs which have been conducted unlawfully for decades on Americans and on citizens worldwide.

Based on “The Torture Memos” and the Senate Intelligence Committee’s Declassified “Torture Report”
Torture is a horrific topic and most minds will turn away from it because it can’t be comprehended that humans can be motivated, or computer programs can be run to do this to other sentient beings. Just when we believed we were becoming more civilized as a culture, the technology for torture has advanced more than a hundred fold in recent decades.
This summary will get into ‘the minds of the dishonorable monsters’ of the psychology of torture. Those like Dick Cheney who helped authorize it under certain administrations and regimes of the U.S. government which have been proven to be criminal under U.S. law, treaties, and the International Criminal Court. There are many people involved in the conspiracy and cover-up including General Hayden.
The full report discloses the spectrum of techniques of interrogation and torture used by the U.S. and its allies. The United States government will officially deny the claims of this “no-touch torture report” but in time it will stand firm.
The technologies used are still classified as state secrets and will not be discussed in this summary. The torture methods have been leaked through thousands of American citizens who have survived the no-touch torture programs. The research and testimony has been accumulated since 2002 and merely used as examples but the names of the victims are withheld.
This report will not use skewed, misleading language such as “enhanced interrogation” to describe the torture techniques.
Why torture? The CIA claims it works. The assumption is that it works to gain actionable intelligence. Torture is often used for revenge, punishment, interrogation, and behavior modification. In other terms torture is used to remove the continuity of thought to confuse the target to reveal information, erase brain patterns such as values and beliefs, or to break down the human spirit to make them submit and obey their handlers.
The downside of torture is that the countries that do it lose “moral soft power” in world politics. Without due process, over 25% of those reported in the Senate Torture Report were declared innocent. Blowback is always a repercussion of torture. Torture often takes a long time to affect the target from months to years. Torture has shown to be unreliable except for getting false confessions and bad information but the U.S. and its allies are improving on their tactics and techniques.
The purpose of this report is to draw the parallels between physical torture techniques and no-touch torture methods used in secret by governments who possess the technologies that still go on today. This is a brief summary of offensive psychological and information warfare methods using traditional methods and modern cybernetic techniques while exploring hyper-game theory to walk the target to the desired path: leak intelligence, commit assassinations, or change beliefs.
Numerated Torture Methods for Interrogation and Behavior Modification
(A comparison between physical and no-touch torture tactics)
Induction of Depressive/Manic states
The idea is to shake up the emotional states of the target because different information can be accessed at each state. Making the target feel despair and helplessness is the objective. This cycle of hope building and then breaking is done in many ways. The techniques between the physical methods and the no-touch technological methods are similar. Speech is very important during this process of emotional manipulation. Such examples are, “We have imprisoned you without due processes or hope of it. You are indefinitely detained.” Hope building examples include, “Sorry. We have mistaken you for someone else. You will be compensated for false imprisonment and torture.” The main difference between the cybernetic technology and physical is that emotional state clusters can be entrained into the target mind which speeds up the process. The communication is done differently but perceived as human speech. In the no-touch torture methods it is helpful if the target is labeled with mental illness that is being created for discrediting purposes so as not to draw human rights groups’ attention.
Memory Erasure
The military and CIA have been researching memory erasing drugs for half a century. The focus of this summary report is on interrogation. Memory erasure is an important technique during interrogation. It is used in combination with sleep deprivation. There are many drugs that have been developed for physical memory erasure. One such interrogation method requires acquiring information from the target while on these drugs and recording the subject. After a sleeping cycle, the interrogator claims that the target has confessed. Of course the target remembers nothing of their conversation. The interrogator will play samples of the subject’s conversation back to them making the subject believe that the interrogator knows more than they do. Similar techniques are used in the wireless, no-touch torture and interrogation programs. The cybernetic methods of memory erasure have additional purposes. The memory erasure can be used on the cybernetic target to make the target believe people have broken in and moved their belongings. While physical black bag jobs do occur, it is a way to make the target more paranoid.
Electricity and Shocks
Pain and fear of death are common tactics during interrogation. Shocking by electricity is a traditional method of torture and exposed in the CIA’s secret prisons. Shocking the testicles and nipples are the most common due to their sensitivity. Interestingly, the thousand of interviews of no-touch torture involves “stings” and “shocks” to various parts of their bodies over long durations.
Fear and Terror
There are many techniques to induce extreme fear in the target. In physical renditions dogs, power drills, guns, insects, mutilation, blow torches, water boarding, suffocation, mock burials, and mock executions are just a few the United States government have used. Remember that many targets of torture die from the physical effects. It is torture to death.
Let us compare the no-touch torture methods used to inflict the same terror and mental anguish. In several of these techniques the target needs to hear their handler’s voice. This report does not describe the technologies used to broadcast voices to the target at a distance. While the subject can be broadcast mental images to their mind using hypnosis and other suggestions as well as visual entrainments, the more invasive controls of the brain manipulation technologies can be used to entrained the brain’s autonomic nervous systems such as not breathing causing the target to not be able to sleep from fear of suffocation equivalent to water boarding. The neural linguistic programming can add fears such as heart attack, stroke, and cancer threats. Even motor cortex mapping can cause twitches in any part of the body. One example used a swift neck movement with a voice transmission, “We are trying to break your neck.” Directed energy effects such as Active Denial System can make the target feel that they are on fire indefinitely without the target dying from burns. Maximum pain and torture weapons have been evolving. Every drug effect can be artificially induced into the target mind including those of poisons.
Imprisonment and Isolation
Isolation is commonly used as punishment in prisons. Many whistleblowers like Bradley Manning suffer this condition. In soft interrogation it is used to get the target to talk to their interrogator since humans have the need for companionship. In no-touch torture the target is driven from their friends and family using different techniques in order to isolate them so that the electronic mind control has more effect on their psyche. Like in Guantanamo, the target becomes isolated losing their job and medical care. Part of the method involves slander in their community. They end up on the most part in poverty and paranoid about doctors and other people from false correlations that are purposefully induced into their lives. Isolation is also a form of sensory deprivation which will be discussed later. Days and weeks lose their meaning.
Sexually Disturbing Tailored Pornography
The Summary of the Senate Torture Report disclosed the disgusting revelations that in the secret torture prisons the targets were forced to perform homosexual acts on each other against their will and religion in order not to be beaten or killed. This is a common break down tactic of belief systems and the human will. In no-touch torture the techniques are more psychologically specialized for each target. Most common examples include homosexual targets that are forced with voices that are derogatory to their lifestyle and similar mental images. Almost all targets are forced to view child pornography in their minds. And vice versa is true, that heterosexual targets are forced to view homosexual sexual acts like in the secret U.S. torture prisons.
Mutilation
Also mentioned in the declassified report on torture was mutilation of the human. Cutting the naked target’s penis and scrotum, pulling nails or teeth is common. In no-touch torture mutilation is done by trickery. Let us look at a couple examples. There have been several targets who believed that the microwave hearing effect and other voice induction methods were done by microchips implanted in their teeth or ears. They had all their teeth pulled because they believed it was a technology called bone conductance. Others have poked out their ear drums in the belief they had micro implants in their ears. There are many more examples of trickery used to make the targets mutilate themselves.
Personal and Spiritual Defamation
In physical torture the CIA and other groups use propaganda and defamation of character for those they oppose. For detainees they try to disenfranchise the target from their religion. They will defecate on their Bible or Koran for example. They might say, “Why is your God not saving you?” In no touch torture and behavior modification they might try to make an atheist believe in god. It is just a mechanism to alter belief systems for control and experimentation. Perhaps the target may wish to confess their secrets to a “voice of god weapon”. Information warfare covers the gamut of electronic communication as well. The government training exercise uses language like “befriend”, “infiltrate”, “mask/mimic”, “ruse”, “set-up”, “disrupt”, “create cognitive stress”, “use deception”, “ruin business relationships”, and “post negative information on appropriate forums” – in a malicious effort to target bloggers, activists, journalists, social event organizers and anyone else deemed to be a ‘emerging leader’ or voice in the public sphere.
Psychological Intimidation
This is a topic for a target at the beginning of the trials and programs. Physical break-ins are common even if the target has an alarm system. The NSA has used stalking of foreign officials in the past for economic gain. The FBI does black bag jobs to invade a home without a warrant. The point is to let the target know they are being watched and to increase their paranoia. The NSA easily hacks all computer systems and causes harm to the victim’s intellectual property and their relationships from that endpoint. In the no touch torture false correlations between pain and a neighbor coming home can be induced.
Rape
Rape is a common practice in torture. It causes much psychological trauma. In the United States methods of rape in their military and CIA secret prisons it is often relabeled. It is commonly done by prods but “rectal rehydration” is the more common misnomer. Often they call it forced feeding through the rectum but it is meant to induce psychological scaring and trauma. Several have died from the technique due to rectal bleeding. In no-touch torture the psychological trauma of simulated rape takes on different forms. Using technique often called EEG-heterodyning the targets will receive molestation effects of their genitals. In men this can be the anus and genitals. Similarly women can be wirelessly raped by the analogous function of perception.
Dietary Manipulation, Forced Weakness and Sickness
The idea behind dietary manipulation is to weaken the target. This is easily done in a physical setting but in no-touch the hunger trigger needs to be suppressed. Sometimes a false correlation between eating food and sickness is induced to make the target believe they are being poisoned. However, poisoning is common in physical renditions too.
Repetition
Verbal breakdown is most important during interrogations and torture. Obviously speaking the language of the target is necessary. This is why there are interrogators in all languages. Repetition is an important neural linguistic programming interrogation tactic to influence the target mind. During the breakdown process, threats to kill and to torture the target’s family or friends are common. Repetitious questioning and breakdown phrases are automated in both the physical and no-touch versions of torture. An interesting technology that is used for no-touch torture is called chatter bots. Chatter bots, an artificial intelligence program, automate much of the repetition so that the interrogators don’t drive themselves crazy during the neural linguistic torture and programming phases. Let us not forget the Chinese Water Torture, a single drop of water on the forehead of the detainee for months. Repetition is a form of torture.
Sensitization of Pain Impulses
While the reverse can be obtained, optimizing perceived pain and misery is the objective in torture. Each trauma adds to the overall misery throughout life. Optimization of pain has been studied by the military and intelligence agencies. In the past the CIA has used drugs such as LSD to enhance fear and terror in the subject. Other methods such as hypnosis can increase perceived pain and the power of suggestion such as telling the subject his pinky finger is going to be cut off before it is done. In no-touch torture the same psychological manipulations are exerted. Subliminal and overt suggestions are often told to the subject before the directed energy or EEG heterodyning pain inductions in order to maximize their effectiveness.
Sensory Overload and Deprivation
Again, this technique of overloading or depriving the human of sensory stimulus is ubiquitous in torture around the world not just in U.S. secret prisons. Torture subjects in the United States have reported the use of repetitive bad music and noise campaigns. An unusual torture technique used in the U.S. secret prisons was of a use of a plastic suit filled with ice while they beat the target. Ultra bright lights for days on end in the prison and hot/cold temperature changes in the environment are frequent. In no-touch torture, the target’s brain is forced to release dopamine which causes pupil dilatation. This acts as a sensory overload. For example the non-lethal microwave weapons research done by a professor in University of Nevada has shown this capability. Body metabolism can be altered with these weapons causing cold and hot flashes. Targets of no-touch torture often hear endless tinnitus.
Sexual Humiliation and Lack of Privacy
Often used in common prisons is a lack of privacy. It is both necessity for security and a form of sexual humiliation. Also in prison many people are raped. No-touch torture offers the same sexual humiliation and lack of privacy by using through wall radar, cameras, and EEG visual cloning to let the target know they are being watched. Degrading comments are often used on the no-touch torture subjects while they are naked or in the bathroom.
Maximum Sensory Pain Techniques
Basic torture involves brutalization, i.e. physical strikes, kicks in the groin, pepper spray or tear gas, etc. Anything that involves maximum pain is the objective. Amazingly, these same basic tortures can be done wirelessly into the human mind. All forms of sickness have been reported without any real illness behind the suffering. All suffering can be entrained into the minds of no-touch torture subjects.
Sleep Deprivation
This is the number one torture method along with the popularity in the press of water boarding. This is done in every country that uses torture. The United States is number one in torture since they are currently the world’s only superpower. A repetitive sleep deprivation cycle is generally done 180 hrs/7.5 days at a time in the physical renditions, or in no-touch torture five days awake and two days of sleep. Sleep deprivation accomplishes the objective of memory loss during interrogation and induces hallucinations which help with the interrogation process. In behavior modification and programming it is necessary too.
Stress Positions
Keeping detainees handcuffed above their head and to walls so that they must stand for days is a common ploy in torture. These types of poses are called stress positions. They can be mimicked in no-touch torture. An example of one such trick requires the target to believe they can deflect radar energy using pots or pans and that it is directional. The target is being given an ample amount of pain until their hands and arms are spread apart holding the pans trying to block the signals. They must maintain that position in order to get any relief from the torture signals. However the stress position itself is physical torture. Often accompanying this technique are voices saying to the target, “You are doing it to yourself.”
We will finish off this summary of U.S. and its allies’ torture, interrogation, and behavior modification experimentation with ideas of why they are done to the general public and falsely accused detainees. Anyone can be put into these programs. Justice and rule of law does not exist at the highest levels of government. Treaties are worthless because the #1 agreement in the rules of war, a ban against torture, is not obeyed. This creates a more brutal and barbaric society lead by example.
No-touch torture uses the same interrogation tactics as physical interrogations but with some new twists. Techniques such as “Jeff and Mutt” a.k.a. “Good Cop Bad Cop” are used. The bad cop tortures the target and the good cop tries to gain their trust. In mind control, trust games are commonly employed to manipulate the beliefs of the target. Creating hatred of groups through false correlations and deception is a common CIA method of trickery.
In the CIA programs, the target is put through these phases as written in the documentation, “Disorient and confuse the target. Use them for our purposes, and then dispose of them in any way possible.” We can only surmise by our sample set of a thousand people what “dispose” means: prison, suicide, or perhaps a mental hospital. Coercing and torturing people to suicide is very common. Both tactics in physical or no-touch torture involves plausible deniability.
The no-touch interrogations are better than physical rendition techniques for exposing support networks. Traditional NSA tracking of email and phones calls are useful but if the targets are taken into a secret prison they can’t contact their networks. In no-touch torture, the target will contact everyone who might help them. Then those relationships can be destroyed to isolate the target. All these techniques rely on the target having a fear of death and pain.
Deception is very important during interrogation. In physical interrogations the targets are often drugged. This creates the confusion necessary to pull off certain trickery. In terrorist interrogations, for example, the CIA uses fake newspapers to make the target believe whatever event they were suspected of plotting had already happened, obviously looking for a confession. Sometimes the government in charge of the torture is looking for a political gain through a false confession. None-the-less false flag operations are commonly used in both forms of torture and interrogation. The trick is to make the target believe another foreign country is doing it to them. In no-touch torture the trick is to make them believe someone related to them is behind their suffering.
Voice transformation and morphing is an interesting technology also used in both physical and wireless interrogations. It is a form of deception used against a target to trick them into believing that they are speaking to real people that they know. It has been used in war to trick generals. Obviously spoofing email and other identities on internet forums can be used in this manner too.
Finally, the topic of human experimentation for improving weapons, torture, interrogation, and social disruption methods will be breached. Most of the techniques mentioned above work most effectively if the target has no SERE training (Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape) or psychological understanding of the methods to influence the human mind. Unfortunately, every sample point in the world’s society needs to be studied to improve the weapons systems. This is why many random people are put into the torture and mind control experiments. There are some devious uses of a secret army of remote controlled assassins in every country in the world. The samples must include different education, language, culture, and economic factors. Obviously, silencing dissidents, oppositions of political parties, and whistleblowers are included in the lists of applications. The most disturbing of the trends in torture is testing and improving it. No-touch torture is much more complex than physical torture. Testing design flaws and weaknesses of the signal intelligence is one reason why it is necessary to test on innocent targets. Often the subject will be taunted by the statement, “Try to stop us.” This statement forces the torture subject to try to figure out shielding and jamming techniques to stop the wireless torture and helps the weapons designers to improve on the system.
However, the psychological and perceived physical pain is only half the story with no-touch torture. It also involves a set of scripts, mind games if you will, to walk the target to murder and/or suicide. This is called “Hyper Game Theory”. It is used in war games to determine how to control your enemies and targets. Game Theory can be used on governments, individuals, or for determining propaganda to alter cultures. The experiments on the public provide a means to test the efficacy of these scripts and determine under what circumstances to use them.
One last comment on why “We must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex” as President Eisenhower warned. During these torture programs run by the United States and its allies, accurate “truth” data points need to be used to judge the efficiency of the interrogation methods. This is why there is a dispute between the CIA and Senate Intelligence Committee reports about the usefulness of torture. Subterfuge by the CIA hacking into the senate oversight committee’s computers is a big deal; a rogue agency has been formed. Data fusion centers, Homeland Security Data Fusion Centers, NSA, and FBI collect data on Americans. This data in turn is used during torture and interrogation of Americans in no-touch torture.

In my quest to post information of note relating to the ongoing and blatant global holocaust of covert persecution and assault of innocent and ethical civilians and veterans (“Targeted Individuals”) with ElectroMagnetic Radiation (EMR) Neuroweapons, Scalar Weapons, Sonic Weapons, Directed Energy Weapons, wrongfully-named “Non-Lethal” Weapons, and all other misnomers for what Tim Rifat rightfully calls “a fearsome array of mind control weapons” possessed and used today by unscrupulous governments, militaries, and Intel agencies, I am re-posting in excerpt this extraordinary 2010 whistleblower testimony interview with ex-agent Carl Clark of Norfolk, England, who worked with Secret Services in many countries in Europe, Asia, and the US, including the CIA, Mossad, MI5, and others.
In this interview he reveals his experience and thoughts on the subject of covert electromagnetic torture of civilians, whether political dissidents or not, by American, British, European, and Israeli Intelligence agencies, surveillance and harassment activities in which he participated once as an employee, and which he experienced himself on his person after he left the Services.

Interview with Carl Clark, Norfolk, England.
Armin Gross: Matters related to the secret services are usually not disclosed. You want to bring them out in the open though. Who did you work for?
Carl Clark: I worked freelance from 1980 to 2003 for various secret services. I worked for the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) up to 1997. I then worked for the Israeli Secret Services, Mossad and for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), a US organisation against discrimination and defamation of Jews. I was also employed by MI 5, a subgroup of the British Secret Services. I later moved to the Police Secret Services as well as to the secret services of an investigation laboratory. I was deployed in European operations in Paris, Zurich, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Munich, Madrid, Lyon, Bilbao and Moscow.
Armin Gross: What were your main assignments?
Carl Clark: An important assignment was to infiltrate certain groups to obtain inside information about them. I would join certain groups, make friends with some of the members and then proceed to ruin their lives.
Armin Gross: What kind of groups were they?
Carl Clark: First and foremost criminal gangs and drug cartels. I provided information about the National Front, Nazis or skinheads to Israeli Secret Services. What they were interested in were names, addresses, meeting places, projects and objectives. I tracked individual targets for the CIA.

MICROWAVE WEAPONS
Armin Gross: Did you also use such weapons?
Carl Clark: No. I was responsible for surveillance. Colleagues from special departments did this. However, I was at times on site when these weapons were deployed.
Armin Gross: Can you describe in more detail how the deployment of weapons took place?
Carl Clark: It’s a bit like what takes place in a science fiction movie. People can be tracked anywhere by radar, satellite, a base station and complimentary computer programs. For example, three radar devices would sometimes be positioned in the vicinity of the target. The radar emits electromagnetic waves, some of which pick up the target and the result is then evaluated. My friends who work in the special department could then follow the target all day on their computers. This form of localising the target made it easy to deploy the weapons accurately. My colleagues could see exactly where to aim and also observe how the target reacted.
Armin Gross: What effect did the weapons have on the targets?
Carl Clark: They create heat, inner burns, pain, nausea, fear. Sometimes traces are left on the skin, but mostly not. If the targets go to the doctor, they get told everything is OK. Take into account, this was the situation ten years ago. This technology has advanced considerably since then.
Armin Gross: What is the objective of such attacks?
Carl Clark:The aim is to intimidate certain people, for example people who make a lot of noise. I myself was under attack for three years after opting out. I’m virtually sure that weapons were used against me in 2003/2004 which provoked strong aggression. I almost killed somebody on two occasions, once a neighbour who was a pleasant elderly lady.
ATTEMPTS TO DRIVE PEOPLE TO INSANITY
Armin Gross: Do you think it’s possible to directly influence feelings by weaponising electromagnetic rays?
Carl Clark: Without doubt. We know that living organism is sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. Elementary life processes within cells function by biogenic electromagnetic oscillation. Frequencies from the exterior can damage or change these processes. There have already been far-reaching attempts at influencing body, mind and soul through frequencies within the framework of military research. It’s possible to provoke fear, aggression, nervousness or forgetfulness in this way. In combination with other interventions, a target can be driven insane. For example, radiofrequency can be manipulated so that the target hears his own name on the radio or his computer shows his name time and again. Voices are also specifically transmitted to a target commenting on his activities. For example, I heard a voice in the morning after getting up which said “Get up and injure somebody”.
Armin Gross: People are actually being driven to psychic extremes then?
Carl Clark:Yes, the undoubted goal is to have select people end up in psychiatric institutions. If a target seeks help by going to the police or to the doctor, they don’t get taken seriously. Some doctors and hospitals actually work together with the Secret Services. Diagnostic directives permit a patient who feels persecuted or hears voices to be classified as schizophrenic.
Armin Gross:Hospitals cooperate with the Secret Services?
Carl Clark:Yes, certainly. Large companies too. That’s why one lives dangerously if one carries out investigations on large companies. The American State protects large companies like MacDonald’s, Coca-Cola and certain pharmaceutical enterprises. These companies also have FBI agents at their disposal for matters related to industrial espionage. The Freemasons who are widespread within the CIA also play a major role.
ENORMOUS SURVEILLANCE NET
Armin Gross: Do you know in which countries individuals are under surveillance and are being assaulted by energy weapons?
Carl Clark: The USA, Germany, China, North Korea, Russia, France and England, normally without the official knowledge of the particular government. But unofficially, I believe that government personnel must be involved in some way or know something about the goings-on.
Armin Gross: Do you know how many people are under surveillance?
Carl Clark:There are about 5,000 in England under surveillance and about 15,000 overseeing the operation. Apart from the large Secret Service agencies, there are 300 or 400 minor Secret Service agencies which were formed by former policemen or former Secret Service agents. They have permission from the Home Office to spy, take photographs and procure information. Their employees are well paid.
Armin Gross: Was it a problem for you to switch from one Secret Service agency to another?
Carl Clark: No. It was always a positive move from my new employer’s viewpoint as I could always provide information to him about my previous Secret Service agency. The large Secret Service agencies mistrust each other totally. I earned more money as a result.
OPTING OUT
Armin Gross: Why did you opt out?
Carl Clark: I saw that what I was doing was wrong. The last two targets that were allocated to me had done nothing. They were not political, quite normal, nice people, not criminal or economically dangerous. The only reason I could come up with for them having been selected as targets was their DNA or their blood. There has recently been a lot of research done in this area. The DNA is associated with the finest details of our character. The Human Genomes Project between 1993 and 2004 analyzed all chemical base pairs which make up human DNA, also collecting the genetic data of people from isolated communities in danger of extinction (Human Genomes Diversity Project). The results were then all compared and correlated. Our employers were always very keen on DNA analyses of the people under surveillance. It was always one of our most important tasks in the initial period of surveillance to organize DNA or blood analyses of these individuals.
Roderick Russel details in this documentary the horrific reality of covert harassment and overt surveillance — Zersetzen — being unleashed by secret agencies and Intelligence services in Canada on his family, as also on thousands of individuals around the world. Harassment includes interference online with emails, telephones, computers, databases, and cyber-bullying with images of pointed pistols and Satanic imagery, introduction of viruses, deletion of text and files, rotating screens; harassment is also physical and includes deliberate accidents and street theater. Overt surveillance is continuous and attempts to intimidate individuals. This is a horrific reality that is unfolding all around us.
Police and politicians who are informed are afraid to interfere because of the involvement of the secret police and spy agencies. No investigation takes place when someone who is blacklisted reports the harassment. Secret agencies are in fact training people in Zersetzen. Listen to his account:
As the Report describes, Zerzetsen starts with character assassination and slander. It’s about manipulating people or groups of people by typical STASI methods (hearsay, gossip, lies, spreading rumours about someone – the list goes on).
Years of intimidation, harassment, surveillance, telephone tapping, and death threats follow. A classic STASI technique – with both oneself and one’s children threatened. The different types of threats are described in the Report.”
Covert Harassment and Continuous Electronic Surveillance–invasive body, mind, and behavior assaults/neural and muscular manipulation/Electronic Warfare–with deadly, lethal, and inhumane radio and microwave, sonic, and scalar “non-lethal” weapons is being executed worldwide on innocent civilians and veterans by unscrupulous corporate governments, militaries, and Intel agencies–a phenomenon that is increasingly being exposed by those being assaulted, the rare human rights advocates and organizations willing to speak out, and the rare journalists writing about it.
