FOIA Request for Information to Address All False Reports Made by Locals to Quincy Police

Reporting here that I sent in a FOIA Request yesterday to the Office of the City Clerk with a few queries, and addressing here a few relevant aspects of each.

1.) The first query is self-explanatory, please see the description in the Email PDF of this FOIA request from April 16, 2025 posted below. To add: the removal of my Yard Waste Can from our home and property, I have suspected was carried out by the QDC/QPD parties opposite because they have engaged in similar trespass, encroachment, theft, and defacing activities in the past, as noted in my FOIA Request. Children from that home have frequently been despatched–pounding on the wood floor of our porch–to steal items from grocery store deliveries placed on our porch. On the evening of May 30, 2024, when the man driving the Black Pickup Truck, RF-armed–parked belligerently at head of his drive yesterday and other times, parked in front of our house in actions of Threat and Intimidation quite often, in fact, whenever I report on Quincy Police intruding on our private property, as a journalist, a writer, and a native of Pine Haven (my Private Home) right here at the inaccurately named 154 Pine Street [This is–or was–a street filled with one-hundred-year-old Oaks, now many of them felled by ill design by, I suspect, military mavens keen to run 5G and EMF Spectrum Weapon testing operations on the people of Quincy, an unlawful venture which should have been vetoed by the City Council, and still Can be–if they wish to gain the respect of the people of Quincy, that is, rather than their disinterest or contempt which they certainly have, currently]–when this man walked over onto our yard, front walk, and garden along with the Quincy Police he had summoned on False-Claim, he stepped on and defaced our solar garden lamps and flower plantings as he boldly uttered Lies and gave witness to a “community crime” program he had embarked on, apparently involving me, his Target (“It wasn’t bad, but it’s not working”–Sad! Upon which his pal in QPD instantly said, sighing, “Well, we’ll come back tomorrow morning and Take Her Out”–Take Me Out? With what precisely? An Assault Weapon or an Ambulance–which IS an Assault Weapon?–on false-claim, being padded.) He is also suspected to have stolen the private No Parking sign planted among the Rudbeckia in front, several Notices of Fine and Trespass pasted with sticky tape to the outside wall of the porch, and lifted up the cellophane packet enclosing an early handwritten Private Property notice in red ink which promptly succumbed to rain erasing the inked notice, its white shell backing still retained on the metal shelving to which this notice was attached. {Clearly this writer needs a Metal grille over the Porch and a Metal gate in front to keep out Trespassers like this.] Littering of the garden while that truck is parked in front, stamping and twisting of the low metal edging, decorative and elegant, by the amsonia and sedum and red rose are also suspectedly actions of this contingent. The previous 2 yard waste cans removed often and laid on our wildflower strip, which disappeared one morning, this writer suspects was removed by these QDC/QPD invaders of our Peace. All causing much grief and anguish to this writer, whose cars have been stolen, whose husband has been stolen away, and whose daughter has also been silenced and kept from communicating with her mother for 3 years now, a Crime among these other Crimes–apparently because the Boston FBI and the Quincy PD believes this mother would be a “bad influence” on her daughter, this Mother being an Artist, a Poet, a Fiction Writer, a Memoirist, a Playwright, an Actor, a brilliant Chef, a Jewelry Designer, a Gardener, a Bird friend, an Animal friend, a Bird Garden Maker, a Tree friend and advocate, a Science Journalist, a Publisher, an Editor, a Reporter, an Interviewer, a Broadcaster, a Podcaster, an Intelligence Analyst, an Attorney-in-Fact, an incipient Singer, and so much else, all Seriously Troubling to the Police of these parts, and oh yes of course, the Teacher, College Faculty, let’s not forget those Aspects of this Writer’s Profession Squashed by every maniac in Massachusetts, the Teacher she can never be again, the Faculty she can never be again because she Might Just Inspire all the High School and Middle School and Elementary School and Preschool and College children and youth of Massachusetts to Be Themselves, yes, Very Much Themselves, at All Times (and no the Police can’t have that, Ever!)

2.) The second query concerns a report made by one of the two Quincy Police parties who trespassed onto this writer’s private home and land on October 6, 2024 and made a huge disorderly racket banging on the front door and ringing the doorbell incessantly, for ages, professing later to be concerned about “overgrown shrubbery” and red ink on a notice, recording slanderous statements impugning this writer’s “Mental Health” as noted on this FOIA request. This CAD Incident Report was the subject of a report and request to the Chief Public Records Officer and Secretary of the Commonwealth in November 2024, after which the overt intrusions of the Quincy Police bureau stopped–picking up again on March 20, 2025 and March 30, 2025, when this writer made FOIA requests at once to learn more: Why is this Writer being targeted, so obviously lawlessly, by Quincy Police? It is not clear why the Secretary of the Commonwealth stayed silent and did not respond; he has been notfiied of the writer’s political status twice before, and this letter was written with a purpose, to notify all in his Office the writer could not be treated in this fashion by Quincy Police; that is still the case, and both the Secretary of the Commonwealth and Quincy Police–who also have been notified, several times, of the writer’s political status, in Land and Soil Jurisdiction–have been been made aware of the Writer’s status as a Writer, and not one who can in any way, shape or form be named “Mentally Ill.” You cannot name a Fiction Writer and Poet and Journalist “Mentally Ill”–for whatever reason, including that of your private Military Black Ops Agendas, just because you want to stick her Brain in Classified Artificial Intelligence Brain Grabbing Ops run by Harvard and MIT and DARPA and Tufts and Columbia and the CIA, you Cannot Want anyone’s Brain, you cannot Target people, you cannot Break the Law, and there are indeed many laws in all jurisdictions protecting people from such obvious cannibalistic exploitation–because neither Fiction nor Poetry nor Journalism can be written by anyone thought to be Uncontrolled Mentally or Lacking Mentally or Disabled Mentally: any Writer can attest to this Fact.

3.) Last year, through midsummer as noted, May 30, 2024, and in September and October, there were many intrusions by Quincy Police onto this street, made distinctive by repeat attacks on the Writer’s privacy with knocks on the door, doorbell rings, and obvious police presence in the writer’s private parking area. Such actions are obviously concerning. For two weeks in September 2024 it appeared someone was ringing the doorbell early in the morning when the writer was still asleep or just waking up; her phone being hacked meant she could not record every instance, nor could she know of every instance while being asleep. Is it possible that Quincy Police could have been brought here on repeated false-report from the locals planted nearby and running agendas of their own of Neighborhood Harassment and Attack (reported earlier by this writer in numerous Reporter’s Notes, Notes and Updates, FOIA Request reports, and private print logs)? The purpose of this query is to examine all such incidents and their Incident Reports and camera/audio footage and surrounding text/email communications, with intent to expose, report, and address this situation correctly. It is vital also to note that several parties nearby, all named, have been sent private Notices of Fine and Trespass after their criminal behavior in attacking the Writer’s foliage, trees, home, and self several times with much desecration of foliage, theft of plantings, and attacks to the writer herself, using men from the Quincy Department of Parks a few times as well.

4) The fourth query is made for the same reasons as (3): Quincy Police have been witnessed on this street by this writer a few times and each time necessitates publicly-shared information with all, including those like this writer who is on Land and Soil yet who has been twice Terrorized and Force-Kidnapped by Quincy Police: For what reason are those dangerous Armed Police cars here on this street, why, and why have they been parked for so long? What is the occasion, why is a Fire Engine also here, and what exactly is going on? This Journalist has reported previously on programs adopted by the Police in Massachusetts and elsewhere alleging Community Policing and Community Justice–such as the “Sequential Intercept Model” which is surely unlawful, and cannot be forced onto the people by men with guns and women with guns; this matter has been addressed elsewhere and will continue to be analyzed and reported by this Writer and Journalist; please see all Focus on Police posts and all Mass Coverage posts and all Section 12 articles: there is No Peace in our homes, land, and neighborhoods when Police are permitted to enter our streets, particularly when numerous unlawfully-acting parties are planted next to us–on contract with Police, DHS and CFC/fusion center units–and run 24/7, 365-day “Street Theater” “Psy Ops” and issue false-claims, false-reports, lies, and false-narratives to the local Police, smearing, defaming, and Lying about certain people whom they pick, unlawfully, as their “Targets.” Note, this is when divisions of the US Military are still, unlawfully–yes, unlawfully–running “Directed Energy Weapons Testing” operations on American civilians in their own homes and neighborhoods, and when the DOJ, NIJ, OJP are also doing the same: as reported recently and continuously by this Writer and Journalist, please see all articles here under Disclosure on Targeting, Directed Energy Weapon documents, all Military and Police Watch pages. Must we all simply keel over and let the Military and Police RF-blast our bodies, brains, and lives to bits? Or must we, knowing our natural rights, our unalienable rights, our human rights, our civil rights stand up and speak for ourselves–and for all of us, all of us on the Land in America, because there is No Future with these Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons and Neuroweapons for any of us, none of us, None at all. We have a Right to Live. And the Military, Intelligence and Police have no right to prey on us, none whatsoever.
