The news from the April 14 court sentencing at Paris pronounces 4 years for David Noakes and 3 years for Lynda Thyer, with each having served a portion of time already with suspended sentences to 18 months for Lyn which frees her, since she has served 19 months and more than a further 3 years in prison for David.
Scott Tips and Eric Simon discuss the injustice of these protracted sentences, inherently unjust in that this was never a crime with dead or harmed victims but an MHRA and Pharma-run vendetta to shut down any hint of competition to what they appear to consider is their monopoly on cancer care and care of autism and the dozen other illnesses which GcMAF under Noakes and Thyer has helped cure, a word apparently made verboten by the corrupt pharmaceutical/medical establishment protecting the billion-dollar bottomlines of the cancer no-cure research-forever chemo industry.
Especially significant is the fact that a recent drug malpractice case where 2000 patients died resulted in the French OCLAESP (MHRA/FDA equivalent) being reprimanded for permitting this drug to go on the market; in the GcMAF case of course, not merely are there no deaths or disabilities whatsoever resulting from GcMAF treatment but on the contrary glowing testimonials, cured cancer patients, autism-sufferers speaking, and other positive signs of restoration of health and well-being.
It seems clear that the pharmaceutical industry is still playing heavyweight champion in the ring—bizarrely so since health and wellness should be primary consideration for all, and for this compromised judicial system it clearly isn’t. Scott Tips and Eric Simon also discuss the aspect of petty vendetta from judges who consider themselves all-powerful and repudiate exposure of their corruption—a factor possibly at play here with the French Judge Gadaud whose machinations supporting the MHRA and Pharma have been noted by numerous observers as compromised and corrupt.
The question of the French Prosecuteur and his charges also being invalid at base given the constructs of the EU, European Court of Justice, and European Convention of Human Rights is also discussed by Eric Simon.
The long saga that GcMAF scientist Lynda Thyer has faced at the hands of Fleury Merogis prison came to an end March 25 when a French judge stated she was free to return to her home in England, as Scott Tips, part of David Noakes’ legal team, reported in Newsbreak 114 last night.

Lynda had been released earlier on bail, as reported by her brother Trevor in Newsbreak 106 earlier on January 28, 2021, but asked to stay in Paris and had been staying at a friend’s apartment.
Scott Tips relays the events that transpired at the French court hearing, mentioning that a contingent from the pharmaceutical industry had also been present to make claims that the use of GcMAF by David Noakes and others whose cases were also considered at the same time–David Halsall, Leslie Richardson–represented an opportunity cost for them, an extraordinary claim since the use of GcMAF by Immuno BioTech, as David Noakes had often stated, included charity treatments free for those who could not afford it, and was not being used as pharma companies use their drugs, in high-profit business models but being used to treat and heal patients suffering from late-stage cancer, autism, chronic fatigue syndrome and other ailments in an affordable way for patients.
The irony that people successfully healing people of cancer–with a naturally occurring bodily protein–ended up being hounded, extradited, incarcerated as the profitline and the revolving door between Pharma and the court system and the Medicines and Health Regulatory Agency of UK (MHRA) unleashed a witch hunt on David Noakes and all who worked with him, resulting in 19 months of painful prison time in Fleury Merogis prison for Lyn Thyer and 9 months for David Noakes was highlighted also in a candid conversation earlier this week with French researcher and writer Eric Simon:
Eric Simon has highlighted also the importance of the European Court of Human Rights in relation to the European Arrest Warrant as he examines the validity of this warrant–a highly controversial instrument in the realm of human rights law in Europe as people have been wrongfully arrested and transported across borders just as David Noakes and Lyn Thyer were, all across Europe without any evidence of crime whatsoever, a subject covered earlier here
The question of how law is regarded in France and how the European Court of Human Rights has precedence over the EU’s European Court of Justice was also discussed by Eric Simon; by way of the agreements in the European Convention of Human RIghts, ratified by all the countries of Europe, the French Prosecuteur would not be able to levy charges without evidence of crime, a subject to be further examined as this case unfolds. The case of David and Lyn therefore might have much larger ramifications for all cases in France and Europe.
Scott Tips also called attention to the argument made by Lyn”s attorney Oliver De Foret, who questioned the judges and prosecuteur: Ou est le cadavre or Where is the dead body? Where are the victims here? In any case involving a healthcare treatment it is presumed there are victims; in this one, there are none. There are only grateful patients with glowing testimonials. This is in sharp contrast to such recent cases as the Lactalis case or Avandia case where thousands suffered from faulty baby formula and dangerous drugs. In the case of GcMAF, the MHRA’s premature action in removing Immuno Bio Tech’s ability to cater to their pool of patients has meant that many being sustained and treated have lost their health and lifegiving treatment, something David Noakes has mentioned on previous podcasts.

The sad news that Scott reports is that David Noakes has decided he will not any further be seeking to work with GcMAF to heal people, something he announced at court yesterday, seeking instead a quieter life–no doubt understandable in light of all he and Lyn have endured over the past few years of hounding by MHRA and wrongful jailing.
It will be interesting however to hear his analysis of this entire scenario, once he is out of jail. Scott says the prosecutor has asked for 4 years of further imprisonment for David Noakes, while Trevor has reported that is the rumor this may head David’s way, something they hope to head off with an appeal, should this occur.
The part being played by the European Arrest Warrant and the question of judicial supremacy may need to examined in greater detail should a negative sentence of this sort be handed down. It is hoped that the judge consider clearly and deeply what exactly has gone down here–and recognize the unlawful arm here of the MHRA and the pharmaceutical industry behind it in so horrifically persecuting all associated with GcMAF (a natural substance, part of the body’s immune system cycle, manufactured by the human body!) just because it could not yield profits for them–and release David Noakes, without prejudice, to live out his life in peace., as also hold Lyn Thyer harmless and honor her freedom.
Trevor reports that Lyn and her sister Lesley are en route back to the UK and to a much-anticipated family reunion, and thanks all who have extended warmth, support, financial support, cards, well-wishes to Lyn and David, and supported them through these difficult times.
In sobering news related by her brother Trevor Banks in a distressing conversation on December 6, it becomes evident that Lynda Thyer, biomedical research scientist who worked as a salaried employee at Immuno BioTech with David Noakes, and successfully treated hundreds of late-stage cancer patients with GcMAF, is being subjected to profound human rights abuses, literally being tortured at French prison Fleury-Mérogis.
Still held unlawfully – under obvious, acknowledged perjury from a British judge, an invalid European arrest warrant, and no charge directed at herself but a whole lot of false claims directed at David Noakes – at Fleury Merogis for 485 days or 18 months, the suffering Lynda has been subjected to was both psychological and physical.
When she was first moved—after Sussex Police faciliated her extradition from the UK—to the French prison, Lynda Thyer was initially denied all communication with the outside world until 15 months had passed when she was permitted a single phone call and then contacted her mother and brother in the UK.
Letters and cards were also withheld from her. It appears that it is only publicity around her condition, social media and street outcry that led to the prison authorities eventually releasing 400 letters and cards to her.
Currently however it appears she has been declining and is in severe straits, as she fears her declining health may lead to her dying in prison.
Fleury-Merogis Prison
The horror of this situation is compounded by her clearly being wrongfully treated as a psychiatric patient, strapped down to her bed, forcibly medicated, and made incontinent: it should be noted, says Neelu Chaudhari, that her sanity was never in question prior to this persecution of prolonged incarceration. Her distress and isolation has led to previous attempts at suicide, covered here earlier, and Trevor relates that she’s indeed said she has felt seriously unhappy to the point of suicide, and that it’s only the love and support of her well-wishers and supporters who have sent her letters and cards that’s kept her going.
Of course, within the halls of prisons, courts, and the “corrections” system, mention of suicide or suicidal feelings—brought on by the very conditions of horror being doled out to prisoners—has the “prison authorities” running for psychiatrists, strait-jackets, and over-potent anti-psychotics, which appears to be what has been directed at Lynda Thyer. Misdiagnoses and powerful neuroleptics then cause their own physical problems and side-effects.
Not merely is it an outrage that a woman of healing abilities and talents who has successfully treated late-stage cancer patients, working also with the late Dr. Jeffrey Bradstreet to reverse and ameliorate autism to varying extents in hundreds of cases, using GcMAF and ultrasound, should be criminalized and incarcerated for her “crimes of healing “ under cover of “using GcMAF without a license from the MHRA,” what is emerging now is that Lynda Thyer is literally being tortured to death at Fleury Merogis by inept psychiatrists and prison management.
To compound the situation, it appears the legal team she has been working with have maintained very poor communications with her, not been present at one prison release in December, and failed to secure her release on bail, which is what is greatly needed, Trevor notes, in order to secure medical attention for her.
The perjury on which both Lynda and David have been wrongfully incarcerated involves a sum of eleven thousand dollars in their bank account, which had been negligently misrepresented as eleven million dollars by British Judge Supperstone, a mistake he eventually corrected, despite which arrest warrants had been issued and both extradited and incarcerated at Fleury-Merogis.
Regardless of the multiple injustices and irregularities here, the UK Ministry of Justice and French Ministry of Justice have both proved singularly impervious to impassioned pleas from family, friends, former patients and supporters of Lynda Thyer and David Noakes, ignoring all requests to release the two who had clearly been wrongly imprisoned on aspersions of money-laundering and lack of license for GcMAF, which is not recognized as a healing agent by the heavily pharmaceutical-industry-run MHRA.
GcMAF a protein which activates the immune system is catalyzed into being by Vitamin D or sunlight and can be found inside all human bodies; it can also be found in eggs, milk, and other natural substances, says Trevor. Those who are immuno-compromised by prolonged disease as in cancer or vaccine-damaged as in autism benefit when supplied with small supplements of GcMAF. David Noakes has previously discussed this in numerous Newsbreaks and reports at this channel.
Therefore it is both a natural substance and one not requiring license from the MHRA, says Neelu. David Noakes’ attempts to make GcMAF freely available through the NHS to all cancer sufferers led to the MHRA demanding a license for its use and stating that they had previously operated without a license, mark of an approved drug or medicine—this was an attitude first adopted in the US by the FDA, now echoed in the UK by the MHRA. In both cases, labs were raided, employees terrorized, GcMAF confiscated, and health facilities shut down. Intent to shut down anyone proferring cancer cures, MHRA has gone several steps further, hounding David Noakes for years and then pursuing Lynda Thyer as well, now holding them indefinitely without charge in a French prison – while the patients they had been caring for suffer without their treatment, and millions who die of cancer are denied this proven cure.
(The trillion-dollar drug-and-research cancer industry of course forbids anyone from daring to use the word “cure” in respect to cancer, while people in the natural healing world worldwide are well-aware cancer can indeed be cured, by a myriad of natural-health, herbal, homeopathic, and other natural, holistic, non-profitable means.)

Neelu suggests reporting her as a missing person in the UK and France so Law Enforcement can assist in removing her from this torture-venue prison.

John Smith, Common Law Court founder, who was apprised of David Noakes’ arrest by his previous lawyers Doughty Chambers, states that these actions are unlawful and criminal because he was arrested on a void order, and indicates further in conversation at Newsbreak 72 with Neelu Berry Chaudhari, pharmacist and child rights whistleblower, that he was arrested because of Judge Laraine-Smith’s impending retirement, in an effort to push through on long-attempted incarceration of David Noakes.
The MHRA’s primary beef with Immuno Biotech as stated earlier is the fact that they have not licensed GcMAF and have used it as a treatment for cancer–which Big Pharma maintains has no cure, only management with drugs and radiation therapy, but as often pointed out to them, including by Neelu Berry on today’s Newsbreak, GcMAf is a naturally occurring substance in the body, part of the body’s immune system complex, and therefore has never needed licensing; MHRA cannot license such natural products.

This announcement on May 21 by John Smith publishes news of the wrongful arrest of David Noakes on May 20:
The promising ruling earlier last week declaring the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) used in Lynda Thyer’s extradition case null and void because it had been issued by a French Prosecutor rather than a judge “after an amazing, Oscar-award-worthy courtroom argument made by (lawyer) Chloé Arnoux,” according to attorney Scot Tips, was reversed in Friday the 13th’s hearing in Paris, in contravention, many note, of the base requirements of the European Court of Human Rights and the Nice and Lisbon Treaties.
By all counts, Lynda Thyer, as also David Noakes, CEO, Immuno BioTech, have been wrongfully prosecuted in the UK by the MHRA, UK’s regulatory body, falsely claiming their curing of cancer and autism patients with supplementation of a naturally-occurring bodily protein GcMAF was accomplished with an unlicensed substance, mischaracterized in propaganda coverage as a “quack remedy” while hard scientific evidence exists of its efficacy. While hundreds of cancer patients in the UK wait for GcMAF to become available in NHS hospitals, the OCLAESP, the French regulatory body has busied itself in responding to the MHRA’s efforts to protect the pharmaceutical industry by making false charges on both Ms. Thyer and Mr. Noakes, and issuing an extradition European Arrest Warrant on the words of a prosecutor.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) based in Strasbourg, France has repeatedly ruled that such arrest warrants are illegal and invalid. Yet, tone deaf to the ECHR, the EU Court of Justice has ignored such precedent and all obvious legal morality in deciding that such warrants were indeed valid.
This means that now both David and Lyn will have to defend on the facts — which are still hugely in their favor — instead of being able to get the case thrown out on a legal technicality, which would have been quicker and easier, and less expensive to our NHF Legal Team, led in court by the formidable lawyer Chloé Arnoux.
Lyn Thyer, whose release from prison after wrongful prosecution, extradition, and incarceration in horrific conditions was reported here earlier, appeared before Judge Jean-Luc Gadaud on Friday despite continuing protests on Paris streets for interrogation (which the judge cancelled since the translator had not been able to navigate filled streets to get to court) while her lawyers filed a motion to keep her from being sent back to prison.
The French Court of Appeals is now set to hear and decide the continued appeal from the French Government in her case on Monday, December 16. Scott Tips is hopeful the Court will honor the motion filed and be “loath to send Lyn Thyer back to prison” even as he concludes “it is highly likely that this Court of Appeals will also disregard the European Court of Human Rights and follow instead the EUCJ decision upholding French prosecutorial arrest warrants.”
All EU Member States Must Abide By European Convention of Human Rights
Scott Tips writes:
“In the opinion of several knowledgeable legal commentators, the December 12th ruling by the EU Court of Justice really has no effect on the 2008 and 2010 rulings (Affaire Medvedyev Et Autres vs. France, Requête No. 3394/03) made by the European Court of Human Rights, as both the EUCJ and the EU must abide by the Lisbon and Nice Treaties that hold at their constitutional core the European Convention of Human Rights” to which all EU member states must abide. The legal precedent, which clearly stated that the French public prosecutor was not a judicial authority and therefore not entitled to issue any such arrest warrants, was lawfully decided by the European Court of Human Rights and is a mandatory ruling for the EUCJ. Therefore, yesterday’s EUCJ decision is not only illegal and unconstitutional but violates the very treaties upon which the EU has been constructed. To these commentators, the first French judge’s ruling in the Thyer case absolutely still stands.
It appears now to be a battle between the universal human rights espoused by the European Court of Human Rights, on the one hand, and the unbridled corporatism espoused through the European Court of Justice. Put another more legalistic way, it is now a battle to see which legal precedents rule over which and which of the two courts will have the final say. The fight over the legal validity of the undemocratic prosecutorial arrest warrants is by no means over. And it will be interesting to see how the French Court of Appeals in Paris rules on this matter on Monday afternoon, December 16th.”
