This post explains the liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights – the first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution – and provides a scorecard on the extent of the loss of each right.
First Amendment
The 1st Amendment protects speech, religion, assembly and the press:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Supreme Court has also interpreted the First Amendment as protecting freedom of association.
A federal judge found that the law allowing indefinite detention of Americans without due process has a “chilling effect” on free speech. And see this and this.
And see this. (Of course, Muslims are more or less subject to a separate system of justice in America.)
And 1st Amendment rights are especially chilled when power has become so concentrated that the same agency which spies on all Americans also decides who should be assassinated.
Despite the clear protections found in the First Amendment, the freedoms described therein are under constant assault. Increasingly, Americans are being arrested and charged with bogus “contempt of cop” charges such as “disrupting the peace” or “resisting arrest” for daring to film police officers engaged in harassment or abusive practices. Journalists are being prosecuted for reporting on whistleblowers. States are passing legislation to muzzle reporting on cruel and abusive corporate practices. Religious ministries are being fined for attempting to feed and house the homeless. Protesters are being tear-gassed, beaten, arrested and forced into “free speech zones.” And under the guise of “government speech,” the courts have reasoned that the government can discriminate freely against any First Amendment activity that takes place within a government forum.
How the Cabal Maintains Their Power And What You Need To Do To Stop It – Un-Consent | Beyond BRICS: Exposing the Rats
Updated: April 4th 2015: Synchronistically, on the same day this article was published, a NOTICE and PUBLIC ORDER was issued by Judge Anna Von Reitz. The notice can be used to help bring awareness and take action to end the mandate of authority maintained by the cabal, one more tool in our chest for freedom.
The article below is a history of how the Vatican led, Federal Reserve System took over the world, stole the constitutional republic from the people, and installed a corporate slavery system, debt slavery, without anyone taking notice.
This is ESSENTIAL data for anyone aspiring to be free. True freedom, personal sovereignty, the freedom described by the founding fathers, can only exist with profound knowledge and willingness to defend that freedom, from those who would take it.
Before that article, I am going to describe all of the underlying core principles in simple everyday language.
Our True Relationship to Government
There are 3 key reasons why the cabal masquerading as government can lawfully maintain their control: Your Incompetence, Their Breach of Trust and Implied Consent to their Authority, by all the other ‘citizens’ of government.
The people’s relationship to government the world over is greatly misunderstood. Most people think we are the servants of government, that they are at the top and we are at the bottom. But Government is now, and has always been, a Trust Relationship, with the people over the government. Trust Relationships are managed under Equity Law, the Law of the Sea, otherwise known as Contract Law or Common Law loosely.
While there have been many claiming these laws are ‘bogus’ and irrelevant, this is not taking into consideration the whole truth, which I will attempt to briefly explain. The basis to our legal/lawful system is Natural Law, and free will consent. So long as consent is given, it is in accord with Natural Law, the ‘rules that are made’ once consent is given (legal codes and statutes) is where most of the erroneousness is contained. Natural Law is consent, man’s laws are the rules created, once consent is given, or implied.
Law of Free Will: A trust agreement, or contract seems like some invention of modern society, but it is actually a principle of the natural world and has always existed. When two or more free will beings want to interact, they do so using agreements, and if we analyze life itself, we can see that at every level of interaction, there is always consent operating. Free will, in this sense, is ALWAYS honored, but since someone may not understand what they are consenting to (due to lack of knowledge), they may agree to something in the past, which is later discovered to be dishonorable.. The point is, all power and authority is actually an agreement between the people to be governed. Hence all governments, whether a Monarchy, Democracy or Republic is a trust agreement, an Corporation (Corporeal Oration – to make real through speaking, agreement).
This aspect of reality is understood deeply by our would-be masters, and they know that any power one person has over another is illusory. Someone can claim to be your master, but usually needs to use coercion, threats of violence, in order to compel your consent; fines, imprisonment, sanctions etc. This is a crucial point to understand, and while many people would like to believe we are totally victimized by the cabal, the truth is, our own incompetence and lack of action, gives them our consent. More on this later.
Lastly, the creator of the universe needs to be taken into consideration. For some this may seem like woo woo, but our would-be masters acknowledge the existence of a creator (albeit a distorted and fallacious concept of one), and in all honesty, so must we if we want to understand our true place as creditors and grantors of the estate; our freedom of mind, body and soul. These essential ideas must be accepted (at least on the surface) in order for us to understand how the systems on earth work.

There are two entities called “the United States” ‐‐‐ the Continental United States comprised of fifty (50) geographically defined nation states acting as a federation (The “United States of America” was never a sovereign nation, just a business association, folks. It’s the land‐based States that are separate sovereign nations.), and the Federal United States comprised of fifty-seven (57) states‐‐‐the fifty Federal States plus the Federal Territories and Possessions which are counted as “States” of their union which is supposed to operate exclusively in the international jurisdiction of the sea.
Continental United States = 50 Separate Nation States operating “as” a nation on the land jurisdiction.
Federal United States = 50 Incorporated Franchises of the “United States of America, Inc.” operating the international jurisdiction of the sea,plus seven “nation states” ‐‐‐ Guam, Puerto Rico, etc., operating as “the United States of America (Minor)”‐‐‐for a total of 57 states.
This is the way it is, and the way it has always been!
The Federales and their “Federal State” agents are not supposed to be trespassing on our land jurisdiction, except to serve and take care of and monitor their own citizens and attending to their duties as contractors.
The confusion and the fraud began in earnest in 1911 when banks operating as a private association of banks deceitfully calling themselves the “Federal Reserve” bought the “United States of America, Inc.” –a governmental services corporation‐‐‐and took over the agencies of the Federal United States. They literally bought such familiar agencies as the “United States Department of Transportation” and began operating them as subcontractors without telling anyone.
They then proceeded to pull off a criminal fraud gambit against the whole nation—and eventually the entire world‐‐‐ beginning with the “Federal Reserve Act of 1913” and continuing through the 1933 bankruptcy of the “United States of America, Inc.” to the present day.
The United States defined as “…the District of Columbia et alia” went “Bankrupt” in 1933 and was declared so by President Roosevelt in Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111, and finally, as consolidated in Executive Order 6260, (See: Senate Report 93‐549, pages 187 & 594) under the “Trading With The Enemy Act” (Sixty‐Fifth Congress, Sess. I, Chs. 105, 106, October 6, 1917), and as codified at 12 U.S.C.A. 95a.
The several Federal “States of the Union”—purely incorporated political fictions created as franchises of the United States of America, Inc., represented by their respective Governors pledged the “full faith and credit” of their States and their citizenry, to the aid of the National Government represented by the “United States of America, Inc.”, and formed numerous committees, such as the “Council of State Governments”, the “Social Security Administration”, etc., to purportedly deal with the economic “Emergency” caused by the bankruptcy.
Please note: this post follows up on earlier USA 101 posts here; it also refers to Anna von Reitz’s book, covered earlier, and calls all Americans to action. If you are a US citizen, please, please read Anna’s book, which is both an affidavit (a public, notarized statement or declaration, in this case of massive historic wrongs done and fraud committed) and a primer on what has actually been going on in the US since the time of its founding–the hidden history, involving international bankers, bankruptcies, takeovers, liens involving human lives (including yours), (continuing) martial rule, and more–and calls for each US citizen keen on “saving our Republic” to take action–to call out all these fraudulent corporations parading as governments, to claim State citizenship rather than federal corporate citizenship, and to take action to reinstate authentic and legitimate government. As he notes, this information is a must-read for both Americans and everyone, globally, because the–absolutely horrifying and perfectly criminal–system of birth-certificate securitizing/name fraud that’s been (secretly) instituted here for decades is replicated worldwide, and the connecting links of banks, the UN, the Vatican, global trusts, and the Pope relates to all other countries as well. (OmniThought.org) One of the greatest tricks that the New World Order (NWO) did to enslave the people of the world was to secretly create a corporate version of counties, cities, states, and countries. By doing this, the leaders of the NWO and their minions were able to trick us to unknowingly agree to be “agents” or “employees” of these corporations through the use of fraudulent contracts (i.e., birth certificate, social security card, driver’s license).
The information in this article is more focused on the USA, because I am more familiar with the so called laws in the USA and the U.S. legal system. If you do not live in the USA, you should still read this article for the reason that the same legal system that has enslaved Americans is the same legal system that has enslaved most people of the world.
The “laws” in the USA are not really laws; instead, they are acts and statutes of the United States, Incorporated. In other words, they are rules of a corporation. Like any corporation (i.e., Walmart, Target), you are NOT bound to the rules (acts and statutes) of the United States, Inc. unless you agree to be a citizen (“employee”) of this corporation. The only laws you (the natural living, breathing person) are bound to are the Laws of Nature.

We started off with an Excessive (? – unclear) Acknowledgement because the court has said for years that we are not a party to their contract that have been put in place known as The Declaration of Independence and the State and Federal Constitution, as well as the Oath of Office being an open offer to contract with us. So we accepted and acknowledged those in their organic form, from 1819 and 1776, and of course, the Constitution of West Virginia. We only accepted them in their organic form without any amendments to previous dates or laws pursuant thereof.
We also accepted their oaths as a binding contract with us individually. That was done to give us the standing to walk into court. I have to say I literally could not believe what I was reading. I had to re-read several sections, and will probably read the whole book over again, just to take it all in. It is absolutely mind-blowing, in terms of laying bare the hidden history that lies behind the rampant corruption we see today, and it explains why we seem to have governments who don’t listen to us, who don’t act for us, who rule for corporations and against people, and why we are seeing so much militarizing and focus on military today in the US, not to mention drowning in Executive Orders trending toward martial law, confiscation of private property–and national food supplies–and constant forays by our Commander in Chief into war after war.
I’m afraid it also explains the temerity with which those among us who speak out with integrity and awareness are targeted unlawfully, how scientists pursuing meaningful cures for diseases like cancer and autism are being attacked, and how weapons testing is being carried out openly on Americans.
I’m just a little surprised though, that prior to this, no-one’s done anything about challenging the massive fraud revealed here. Judge Anna does explain though that the nature of the beast has been such that the level of corporate intimidation has been high, the corruption has been entrenched so long.
She echoes the words of many thinkers and visionaries among us today in telling us–in very eloquent passages–it is absolutely time to lay claim to our sovereignty, to take back our power, and to clean up the corruption once and for all.
We are the generation who need to act, for the sake of our children, and our grandchildren–if we want them to live lives of freedom. Mass control technologies are currently being deployed against us–and they will hit our kids the hardest–we are the ones who need to act now, to stop the lapping tide of enslavement.

And apparently every single country on the planet has a relation to the Pope we never knew about–every single one of us, anywhere in the world–all because systems of law have been built around medieval notions of being entrusted with the earth and all the souls on it that early Popes plucked vapidly out of thin air. To those awakened individuals in the USA who have come to understand what the rest of us are still grappling with, this will come as no surprise–that all County and State governments (and the Federal Government, and each of its departments) are actually incorporated entities, and as such they do not represent the interests of the people, they represent the interests of the corporations they serve. If this is true, it means a massive fraud has been perpetrated on the American people.
Corporations Seeking Profits Don’t Have the Public Good in Mind
It would also explain how and why Americans are currently being poisoned by corporations–via chem trails, flouride in water, constant prescriptions of deadly drugs, toxic vaccines, smart meters, EMF pollution–and assaulted by corporations running the US military and running “classified” weapons tests for the Military of directed energy weapons on the American population–all this is happening because corporations seeking profits–and ruthlessly crushing dissent or activism against their methodologies of self-aggrandizement and personal profit–are not merely propping up the government, as is the common understanding, they Are in actuality the government. Albeit one achieved through flagrant deception. (Since most of us believe we are electing our governments, and that the ones elected are being sworn into public office, intending to serve the public, for the public good.)
(Apparently as soon as people get elected and assume public office, they are “inducted” into becoming Board Directors of the particular corporation literally running that particular public office as Government–and there are hundreds of corporations–more elsewhere on this subject online, I will research and post more shortly.)
Open Challenge of Corporate Fraud
From the article in Inter-Mountain: “Phillip Hudok, Gene Stalnaker and Thomas David House of Deegan filed the suit against Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, Clerk of the West Virginia House of Delegates Steve Harrison and an “unknown, private, for-profit subcontractor providing government services and purporting to be lawful government in operation.”
This West Virginia case is unique and an open challenge of the misrepresentation and fraud being perpetrated by the corporations masquerading as Government. It is historic, and we need to understand why in a hurry.

Corporations Versus “Enemy Combatants,” Once Known as US Citizens; The Summer Jade Helm 2015 Connection; Impending Financial Chaos
Why the urgency here–why are we being told we have just one month to act?
A singular intent behind this case–and behind all such cases that can putatively be brought forth in all other states–is to challenge the fact that these corporations have subverted constitutional laws and created their own laws, their own courts, and have gone so far currently as to label all US citizens “enemy combatants” who can be assaulted, detained, interned, and other such, as Jade Helm and other military documents reveal.
These military documents have actually set in writing the intention for Internment Camps for dissidents, Re-doctrination and Training for dissidents, and other such Nazi/Communist treats–this has been covered briefly in Jade Helm articles on this site, and elsewhere–at Intellihub News, Stop the Crime.net,The Commonsense Show, Underground News,Level9News on Youtube, to name a few. There is no doubt, looking at these documents, that Intentions for martial crackdowns have been mulled over, planned, plotted, charted, drawn out, written down, filed–these corporate-governance Intentions exist.(New understandings from the world of Consciousness tell us that We the People can indeed combat this with our own powerful Intention–to stop any such attempt, to avert martial crackdowns, to fully expose, challenge, and terminate the corrupt, illegitimate, fraudulent and criminal corporate-governance ruling over us, but we Must Act.)
Jade Helm is NOT Merely a PsyOp: Even though many have been lulled into thinking Jade Helm was and is only a massive PsyOp, with the intent to induce fear and negative vibrations in the populace, there is an increasing understanding today among many analysts that the military convoys with equipment, the training exercises, the foreign soldiers seen all over the US were/are plans in plain sight for something chaotic to come–and for Jade Helm going “hot” or live. Many analysts believe major financial chaos is being planned for September 2015 by the bankster elite, and the live Jade Helm will involve the roll-out of mass hostile action against the US enemy combatants–the American people, and in particular the whole list of “unprivileged belligerents” and “domestic adversaries”–labels casually created and attributed by the Military and by the FBI/NSA/DHS coterie to pretty much anyone with an interest in free speech, free will, a free Press, and freedom of action in the United States–such as “sovereign citizens,” alternative media writers and journalists, and others.
There is an End Game here we are dealing with, it’s the ultimate end game to roll up democracy in the house and roll in the Trojan Horse of UN Global Governance, with much fanfare surrounding the “Climate Change” meme as essential impetus to usher in a one-world government. If you look at mainstream news today, you’ll note that Climate Change is heating up as terror tool, the Pope is planning to show up and address the US Congress in September as if he really does run the planet, much talk of Agenda 21, Depopulation, and Sustainable Development has hit the airwaves, while white UN-marked and unmarked vehicles can be openly seen all over the US.
The urgency in this West Virginia case therefore was to create a means Now to challenge corporate fraud and simultaneously constitute a civil authority that could ask/require/demand the Military legitimately to stand down–and not get going as planned to wipe out the populace through whatever horrific means they’ve been planning–whether Red List and Blue List and other such List-named “extractions,” open martial law, or open crushing of dissent.
Urgent Follow Through Needed: Citizens From All States Must Follow Up with Action in Their Own States
We have a window of time, a window of one month to act. We are being asked to take the time needed Now to read these documents, do the research for our own states, look up our own State constitutions, then file the requisite documents Now to establish the same kind of challenge in our own State. At least two citizens in every state need to file. (Again, the website hudok.info has all the documents we will need to learn more and get started.) In other words, we need to step forward and once for all challenge the Unconstitutionality of the structure of corporate governance we are currently being suppressed under, and challenge the misnomer label of “enemy combatant” ascribed to every US citizen by corrupt laws, decisions, and directives created by this Unconstitutional corporate governance.
The urgency accrues from the fact that it’s one month to September–and there is a lot of discussion online regarding why September is being targeted as major-chaos month, and why a stock market crash could ripple outward to social chaos and “government” military clampdowns.

Community Members Are Consenting to Persecute Individuals
Let us never forget that Nazi Germany was able to get away with harassing, assaulting, and exterminating thousands of innocent–and outstanding–Jewish people only because their neighbors were “following orders” and “keeping their heads down” and striving to “fall in line” and “not make waves” and therefore not challenge the criminality, immorality, deadly sadism and inhumanity of the outright persecution they could all See unfolding all around them.
Are You a Conscripted Neighbor/Community Member? Don’t Kid Yourself: This is Assault
In the United States today, these are the criminal activities of aggression, harassment, and assault that these neighborhoods and communities are committing against select individuals, even if they believe they are merely “following orders” and helping the US Military/Intel agency complex/Homeland Security aid “national security” by participating in Pre-Crime “neurological behavior modification” of the select individual painted as incipient criminal:
“Concealed electronic monitoring” is Physical Assault.This activity, of assisting Intel agencies/the Military with continuous surveillance, keeping tabs on someone with a GPS app on a cell-phone, tracking and trailing this someone in stores and malls, while sitting in a car-line at a child’s school, while shopping, while waiting in a lobby for a child’s piano class to end, or at a skating rink during a skating show, or a musical, or a play, pretty much anywhere and everywhere, including taking a walk in the neighborhood—is in fact conveying co-ordinates so as to permit the continuous and immediate “neurological monitoring” orinvisible assault of the individual with Directed-Energy Weapons being aimed at them,from a neighborhood ground vehicle, a neighborhood “stake-out” house or apartment, a satellite or other means. DEW assaults are deadly, inhumane, and physical. The name these weapons are concealed under is Non-Lethal; the fact is these weapons are deadly and inhumane. They inflict pain, damage, disease, and death–as all victims currently attest to today.
Color-coding and mimicry of conversations is Psychological Assault:Wearing the exact same colors the individual wears, swarming and crowding in stores, repeating thoughts, words, and actions of the select individual–picked up by covertly planted microphones, video-cameras, and remote-control Electronic Warfare Support neuroweaponry–all aspects of the Dirty PsyOps employed by the Military and COINTELPRO–comprise Psychological Assault. Please note, PsyOps, by their military definition, aim to use “Plausible Deniability” as their defining trait–these are all small, idiotic actions, they all cower under Plausible Deniability–for who can prove that someone wearing a certain color or saying a certain thing means anything at all–& you Have heard of coincidence, haven’t you? (Yes, in the art of concealing acts of terror, as their manuals reveal–the military and CIA are very clever.)
Constant Surveillance–being manipulated by the Information Network they are all “hooked” into to follow, watch, snapshot, and stare and glare at the individual is Blatant Harassment.
Traffic Actions--again, manipulated by the central Artificial Intelligence (computerized) Information network to perform–traffic pull-outs, sitting in cars with engines running and headlights on, aimed at the individual, traffic cut-offs, parking obstructively, pulling out of driveways obstructively--all part of Dirty PsyOps–is Psychological Assault.
High Volume Action–again, as directed by AI–shouting and yelling in neighborhoods, holding conversations at abnormal volume, loud saw and power tool action, setting up–or permitting Intel agencies to set up continued loud work on houses in the neighborhood of the select individual–is Blatant Noise Harassment.
Highly Educated Individuals Also Co-Opted and Consenting–Why?
The mystery is: Why are communities co-operating with this obvious criminality and complete insanity?The intelligent and educated among those co-opted–and everyone around a selected “Targeted Individual” is co-opted, including the highly-educated–must know that what is going on, what they are being asked to participate in, is highly unusual, even bizarre, and doesn’t make sense.
Do they really believe the lies they are being fed, that this particular individual is a Massive Crime waiting to happen?
Do they believe they are absolutely helpless in the face of the Gargantuan Surveillance State that is America today? Are they told–by the NSA/FBI/CIA/DHS/Fusion Center Personnel (which include State/Local Police)–that they “have to co-operate” and do they then cave in without questioning the legality of voluntarily engaging in physically and psychologically Assaultive/Abusive/Harassive/Hate Crime behavior against an individual?
[Make no mistake: Using covert technology to “track” individuals, as noted above, is engaging personally in EMR/Sonic Neuroweapon Assault. Consenting to engage in the odd behaviors of color-coding/traffic harassment/car-light harassment/overt surveillance are All acts of Deliberate Psychological Assault and Blatant Harassment.]
Or are they Volunteering to co-operate? Are they Choosing to co-operate, thinking they are in some way protecting themselves from the untoward malice of the State, which they can clearly see being directed at their former friend/colleague or current neighbor? “We’re looking for some Community-Minded individuals to help us with our investigation and make sure we are keeping the Community safe for your children and your family.” “Oh, I can help, Officer!” “Count me in!” “Just tracking and surveilling? Oh, I can do more!” “Willingly, Officer!” “Just say the word!”
Do they fancy themselves Citizen FBI and Citizen NSA and Citizen CIA and Citizen DHS? Entirely possible. Some of us have been sold a bill of goods here in the US about the need for disproportionate amounts of “national security” and about needing to act with the constant fear of “terrorism.” Some of us may actually believe our normal-looking neighbor or community member is an incipient or extant terrorist, an “enemy of the state,” a criminal in the making, a delusional paranoid schizophrenic with Delusions of Government Persecution–or whatever other unsavory label we are handed by the real FBI/NSA/CIA/DHS/DIA or whoever contacts us with their highly classified “Secret” notification on this person.
Many of those who persecute “Targeted Individuals” reporting EMR/Sonic neuroweapon assault and community abuse seem to do so with particular zeal, throwing themselves into their surveillance and (transparent) FBI-style-“entrapment”-attempts with visible excitement and enthusiasm. The real question is: Are they Being Forced to Co-operate–by the Secret Police (Intel agencies), citing Color of Law in some way–or are they finding themselves Volunteering to Co-operate, thinking they are facing a Legitimate government, a Legitimate investigation, and Legitimate harassment presented benignly as “Behavior Modification” (echoes of CIA/MKULTRA here deliberate) or, less benignly, as “Deterrence Operation-Preventing Crime,” or even less benignly, “Continuous, Concerted, Concealed Electronic Monitoring” (reserved for the most hardened criminals?
The fact is, communities are being co-opted. People are completely consenting to abuse individuals in their midst. They are doing this with absolute impunity, absolute commitment, and absolute lack of shame and moral courage. For this is how America is being lost. When communities do not stand up and refuse to consent to persecution, then that persecution will continue. (Just look up the Stasi and Zersetzung in Germany. The Red Terror in Russia, the Campaign To Suppress CounterRevolutionaries in China. The Holocaust.)
Communities Are Being Robotized–and Manipulated by Artificial Intelligence Networks
There is a secondary aspect here that must not be lost sight of. Communities are being robotized in this way–they are being manipulated, by the Secret Police, to act on cue, to act as ordered, to act as directed-–to go out in the street Now and shout to their family and neighbors Now, to pull out power saws and grind Now, at high volume for an hour, to mow their lawns Now, to climb up on their roofs Now, and hammer and saw there, with abandon, to bang their car doors Now, to drag their trash cans Now, to back out of their driveway Now, to wear maroon and magenta Now, to pull out in front of the neighborhood “TI” Now, to sweep their porch Now, dress all in Black Now, wear a red cap Now, and hold a Blue leash and walk their little dog Now, past the “TI,” take out their police cruiser and turn the sirens on and tear through a particular neighborhood Now, jump into their Fire Station truck or jeep or EMS van or ambulance and start tailing a certain person’s car Now--how is this manipulation of detail and direction not an Absolute Take Over of a community? Why are communities consenting?
American Communities Are Making This Totalitarianism Happen
The thing that American neighborhoods and communities are proving slow to realize is: they are Making this Totalitarianism happen. We are at a point in our history as a nation where we individually need to realize that the actions we individually take have a tremendous impact on what happens next. It is up to us to take a stand. It is up to us to display moral courage. If we don’t stand up today, none of our children will have a future tomorrow.
Communities don’t need to consent or cave in but in fact do exactly the opposite–find their spine and push back against the criminal overreach of a corporate police state that is covertly (and overtly) targeting activists.Think about it. Without the complicity and co-operation of the ordinary American living his or her life in suburbs, in cities, in rural areas, the Secret Police (Military/Intel)–which wishes to remain secret apparently–doesn’t stand a chance of either continuance of their dirty Secret Ops or continuance of secrecy. They know this. Hence their elaborate campaign to deceive and dupe people into acting alongside them to persecute “targeted” individuals–without deception and duplicity, they cannot turn people against each other, they cannot divide and conquer, they cannot blatantly zoom about in neighborhoods pointing lethal neuroweaponry at people, and telling people what’s being aimed at their “TI” neighbor is “non-lethal” and “harmless” (if, that is, they’re telling anyone anything about using covert weaponry at all), they cannot continue to run this dirty covert civil war in our neighborhoods.
The moment that Americans begin to wake up and recognize how they are being played and by whom, they should also realize they can take the power of the Secret Police away. They, the people,are the power. (If this were not so, Homeland Security or whoever is running this Torture show, would not be bothering to co-opt them, via deception or any other means.) They are the power the State is malevolently using against “TI”s, and against themselves. They hold the future of America in their hands.
Do people really believe it’s not going to get worse, for them, if they comply?
Those of us who can see clearly what is happening–and who are already being assaulted, covertly and overtly–can see clearly it’s going to get a Whole Lot Worse, if people keep on complying and don’t say No Now.
And all those among us who are hiding behind compliance, afraid to “make waves,” to directly and clearly oppose the Police State, wherever they are, whatever they are asked to do, are going to find they are Never going to be protected by this State–the technology the State is using against “TIs” is indiscriminate and can be turned on every single American, and indeed one day Will be turned on all of us eventually (don’t you think they have your DNA/iris scans/brainprints by now?), if whole societies don’t rise up now and stop this profound evil sweeping all of America today--they are technologies of Mass Control and the people wielding them on us are indeed aiming at Mass Control.

Meanwhile, it is way past time for all of us who live in the USA to discover our own individual strength, resilience, and inner fortitude during these most disturbing times of Extreme Surveillance and Covert “Warfighting”. As John W. Whitehead notes in his book’s title, America is the Battlefield. You and I–the ordinary American–have become the unwitting, involuntary warriors. The new civil war rages through our various consent-givings, our denials, our misplaced beliefs in Intel agency/Military integrity (while it wages MilDec and PsyOps on us), and our own individual actions.
Never forget the Germans who betrayed their Jewish neighbors. That is absolutely where we are today.
It’s Time to Withdraw Consent
It’s only when Americans begin to stand up individually in their own communities and firmly say No to fusion centers/FBI/NSA/DHS personnel seeking their “co-operation” in assaulting any individual in their midst–essentially in personally running COINTELPRO ops on this person–that real change will begin to happen in America. A simple No, from one person, will indeed cascade to many persons saying No–history has shown us that’s how it works. And today, theories of Morphic Resonance–discussed here in the post Your Cool Calm Centered Intention… –also tell us it does actually work that way.
A simple No would encompass a lot, and accomplish a lot. No, we don’t consent to abuse anyone else, no, we don’t consent to being deceived or influenced by Intel agencies showing us false files on people, no, we don’t consent to being used and abused ourselves, no, we don’t accept being robotized or manipulated or directed constantly in our every little behavior.
And today’s the day to wake up and ask yourself: Are we going to assist the totalitarian state–which is going to crush All of us, not just Some of us–or are we going to do our little. individual bit to restore democracy? It’s absolutely the time to figure that out. Your Individual consciousness counts.
