If you don’t see the warning signs yet of what is going on currently in the US and what is surely going to happen next if Americans do not rise up in mass and protest the many and diverse encroachments on our basic rights–to free speech, for one, and to clean air, clean water, non-GMO food, clean energy–and basic protections–the right Not to be irradiated by WiFi, chem trails, ELFs, EMFs, as we are, currently, the right to peaceful living, without fear of retaliation by way of targeting, blacklisting, covert assault with electromagnetic weapons, or armed, aggressive Federal action when exercising our rights to free speech or peaceful protest, the right to natural and alternative health care–which is increasingly being attacked, the right to say No to toxic, unsafe vaccines that are being made mandatory and required for public schooling of our children, the right to express ourselves publicly on any issue, whether or not it’s related to the government without being labeled–absolutely ridiculously–as “extremists,” “terrorists,” and “anti-governmentalists”– if we do not speak out today, America, we will have No Free Tomorrows left.

As news and rhetoric heats up on all sides regarding the imminence of a Third World War starting in the Middle East/Syria, I remind myself of Laura Eisenhower‘s words noted in this post: We Don’t Have to Engage in their Battles and Dramas. If we energetically create our own reality, we don’t have to pool our energy into anticipation of another war, but stay situated and calm within our own centers, our own space, our own fields of endeavor. If we’re being primed instead to engage in fear and terror as usual, as it seems all these terror-scenarios seem inclined to evoke, it’s doubly time then to stand back and look at what is going on in the world with clearer, awakened eyes. Reset? Hello? This isn’t a “Reset”.
People have been anxiously milling around asking me to use my crystal ball. What insights I have are strictly the common sense and practical kind that result from looking at past history and interpreting the present chaos in terms of what are the likely motivations of the moving parties?
There are two groups. The group I am aligned with wants to see the prosecution of the banks and lawyers and politicians responsible for this mess. We want the criminals recognized as criminals and we want their crimes treated as crimes, similar to what Iceland has already done.
This seems to be a far more practical and just response than allowing the perpetrators to start World War III, kill off their Priority Creditors, and collect on the life insurance policies they have placed on each one of us, naming their own corporations as the beneficiaries.
Has everyone got the picture now? We are dealing with self-serving criminals.
Back in the 1910’s and 1920’s their Great-Grandfathers engineered the Great Depression. As a result, business in America went off the gold standard, then in 1971, the silver standard. Both. You have to ask yourself—why? What was actually going on?
The Emergency Banking Act (1934) and HJR 192 and other actions set up a fixed “dollar for dollar” exchange rate allowing the perpetrators operating the “Federal Reserve System” to exchange their Promissory Notes known as “Federal Reserve Notes” for our United States Dollars defined as one ounce of fine silver.
They traded their paper promises for our actual silver and gold, and when it was time for them to make good on their Notes, they declared bankruptcy and named us as their sureties— that is, they pretended to “represent” us and said we were responsible for their debts after they siphoned off the entire value of our National Credit, which by definition is equal in value to their National Debt.
As a result of this chicanery, lies, and deceit, all the gold was stolen out of Fort Knox, all our silver was stripped away, too, and landed in the pockets of the banks that colluded to create this situation in the first place: Federal Reserve, World Bank, IBRD, IMF are the principal culprits.
We know this. We have the records. We know what motivated them. We know who profited.
It wasn’t us.
So, folks, we have criminals in charge of private, mostly foreign-owned “governmental services corporations” posing as our government, and there is a pitched battle going on between these criminals and those well-intentioned individuals who have unknowingly been part of this crime syndicate as well as many others around the globe who are determined that there will NOT be a Third World War allowing these scam artists to kill off their Creditors in a repeat of the Great Depression and World War II scenario.
Sign me—– been there, done that, and am not doing it again.
Fascinating conversation between Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot, and Mehran Keshe of the Keshe Foundation (who released his free energy technology last fall), which covers a lot of ground from the history of recent Keshe Foundation ventures in Belgium (where they faced much hostility) to Italy (where they were welcomed) to the Middle East (where they are currently setting up, with much support) to the nature of the technology his foundation is teaching and using to build various applications, classes being taught online, and lessons learned from understanding the universal laws of electromagnetic energy, magnetic fields, and gravity.
This is quite an intricate conversation which takes some focused listening, expertly maneuvered by Kerry Cassidy who connects the findings she makes here with the work of other scientists she has interviewed who are currently working in a similar space yet using different names for the zero point energy/technology under discussion–as for instance “Matrix Energetics” from Dr. Richard Bartlett and Melissa Joy Johnson.(Project Camelot’s interview with them is here.)
The section (about midway) where they talk about the individual plasma “spaceships” Keshe is teaching people to build is especially intriguing, with its discussion of possible imminent Earth changes with increasing pressures on magma and earthquakes related to the solar system’s continuing movement on an outer arm of the galaxy, mergings with a “second sun,” and a timeline that sees such collisions just a few decades ahead. (Please watch and listen with discernment, and please research these subjects on your own too–I have not credibly encountered similar predictions elsewhere myself, and would need to explore this further on my own too.) Kerry Cassidy brings up physicist Paul LaViolette’s work, and his theories of Galactic Superwaves, which you can read more about here. (In exploring Paul LaViolette’s site, I also found this fascinating page about a cosmic superwave predicted by Bulgarian mystic Peter Deunov to impact Earth this century in a colossal awakening/evolution event which will transform and “purify the earth,” create new continents, destroy some existing ones, and establish a new Golden Age.)
The energy that Keshe speaks about reads like the chi/prana/reiki concepts that Eastern cultures have long described and that are today familiar to energy medicine practitioners, as Kerry Cassidy notes in a thoughtful and ruminating essay on her blog, succeeding this conversation, Keshe and Accessing the Zero Point of True Enlightenment, where she discusses both how we can all access this energy and explores why the Illuminati are seeking to suppress our access to it. Excerpt:“Last night it became totally clear to me what Keshe is doing and why there is such a disconnect between what he is doing and talking about and physicists and what they are describing.
In essence they are both talking about the same thing. It’s the same thing that what we call free energy inventors are working on but not being able to describe. It’s a problem with translation or definition of terms when we speak or as I wrote to physicist Richard Alan Miller. A quarrel over semantics. We are all talking about the same thing.

In essence we are talking about forms of light. Turning light into forms that we can use to get from point A to point B. So when we meditate we are accessing this energy. Crunch time is coming to choose either collapse chaos and bloodshed or reboot and renaissance
Events continue to unfold at a blistering pace as the post-war world order continues its collapse while the fight over what to replace it with rages on. The biggest happening was the first meeting between a Pope and a Russian Orthodox Patriarch in 962 years. The weirdest thing about this event can be seen in this photograph of the meeting put out by the Vatican that shows a skull and bones right in the center between the two religious leaders.
P2 Freemason Lodge sources, the people who give orders to the Vatican, say the skull and bones is just a symbol of rebirth. In this case, it means both the Patriarch and the Pope believe the Messiah has returned, the sources say. However, CIA sources say the real reason the Pope was anxious to meet the Patriarch is that the Vatican wants Russian military protection to ensure its survival. Russian sources, meanwhile, say the two men signed a “Secret International Memorandum about the creation of the new planetary religion and the NEW WORLD ORDER,” and that this would come into force May 1st, 2016.
The Vatican may be feeling a sense of urgency to announce something new because the debt based financial system it has been the secret controller of is visibly collapsing. Three separate US sources, one from the Pentagon and two from the CIA, say US Corporate government spokesman Barack Obama last week, facing the collapse of the US banking system, met in California with representatives of the Rothschild Family and with Chinese elders to ask for permission to devalue the US dollar. He was told no, because most US dollars are not owned by Americans and the rest of the world does not want to see their hard earned money lose its value. Obama was also denied access to any new funding for his corporate government.
This refusal set of serious infighting inside the US power structure between a faction that wants to restore the Republic of the United States of America and one that wants to preserve the status quo. As a part of this struggle, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was murdered by means of a heart attack inducing dart, CIA sources say. Official news releases confirm no autopsy was performed and that his body has already been cremated.
Pentagon sources say Scalia was killed because he was opposed to the Paris agreement “global warming” carbon tax and because he supported a return to the Republic and loyalty to the US constitution. Replacing Scalia with a more pliable judge will pack the supreme court with a 5 to 4 majority to support carbon taxes and such things as untrammeled immigration, gun control etc.
The Catholic ethnic Italian Scalia died in Texas, home turf of the Bush clan, just as Pope Francis was in Mexico trying to ensure a cut-off of drug money to the Bush Khazarian Nazi faction. Several sources also claim that Chief Justice John Roberts, also a Catholic, himself narrowly survived a murder attempt last week.
In retaliation to this, CIA sources say Bush/Clinton mob honcho Hillary Clinton has already been secretly indicted and that Bill Clinton “has been given only a few months to live because of a brain disorder.”
There has also been an attack on the Khazarian mafia controlled Department of Homeland Security last week when private details of 10,000 of their employees were hacked and given to Pentagon and agency white hats. This hack came as part of preparations for a civil war that might follow the declaration of bankruptcy of the US corporate government, Pentagon sources say.
As a part of this, Wells Fargo Bank has been training its staff for an “emergency scenario,” where they would close branches and only allow three people to enter at a time under the watch of armed guards, the sources say. FEMA meanwhile is “beta testing bank holidays on February 18-19,” in preparation for a collapse of the banking system, they say.
The Khazarian mafia has been putting out scare stories about empty super market shelves and food shortages in an attempt to blackmail the US population into submission.
However, supporters of restoring the Republic have an alternative plan that involves cancelling debt, returning stolen assets to the people and issuing a new US currency to replace the Khazarian debt slavery instrument mis-labelled as the “US dollar.” In such a scenario, the US would declare itself not obliged to pay the unpayable international debt burden of the bankrupt US corporate government it replaces.
The Khazarian faction in the US, for its part, wants to ban cash and introduce negative interest rates. The belief negative interest rates would stimulate the real economy comes from the false assumption that paper and numbers in computers called “money” are a substitute for reality. In this view, negative rates will force people to spend their money in order to prevent it from vanishing and thus stimulate the economy. In the real world though, people know that if they put their money in the bank it will vanish so, they take it out and keep in in cash, gold, silver or anything else that actually exists in the real world and will thus not vanish through computer trickery.
In Europe, negative interest rates have failed to stimulate the real economy and instead have precipitated a death spiral of the banking system. Instead of spending more money, people, fearful for the future, are saving more and taking money out of the banking system. There are now lines around the block in London of people seeking to buy gold. Take a look at the chart on this link to see how bank shares are plunging even the gold price rises.
People are also hoarding cash because it is immune to negative interest rates. Even if the Khazarian bankers succeed in banishing cash, as they wish, they cannot banish gold, silver, diamonds and other real things.
This sort of thing has happened before many times. In the book selling district in Kanda, Tokyo, for example, you can buy Japanese World War 2 government bonds, formerly considered rock solid investments, as curios. The same is true in any other antique book district in the world. Paper is just paper when the illusion of money vanishes.
The illusion is rapidly vanishing despite central bank purchases of $12.3 trillion in assets as $8.3 trillion worth of government bonds now trade at negative interest rates, meaning the “money” is evaporating.
The word in the markets is that Deutschebank will soon go under and set off a collapse far greater than the Lehman shock of 2008. Deutschebanks’ share price has fallen by close to 50% in the past month as investors flee, fearing the implosion of its $75 trillion derivatives book backed in the real world by such things as unpayable Greek debt.
If Deutschebank goes, then it is just a matter of time before the Euro becomes a decorative paper ornament. “When Deutschebank goes, this should take down [German Chancellor Angela] Merkel, the Bushes and the big banks, who are all lashed together,” Pentagon sources say.
The British have clearly already had enough of the fascist Euro project. A recent poll of over 100,000 readers of the Express showed 92% support for leaving the eurozone.
Meanwhile, in the Middle East, events are coming to a climax. The pariah state of Israel has suffered from a 65% drop in tourism while its brainwashed, paranoid citizens hide at home from mostly imaginary “terrorists.”
Turkey and Saudi Arabia, two other Khazarian mafia controlled countries, meanwhile, bluffed to the world they were ready to send a nuclear armed army of 350,000 into Syria. Instead, when Turkey started an artillery attack on Syria, Syria went to the United Nations. With no veto wielding country willing to support Turkish aggression, the UN, backed by Russia, the United States and China, could take moves to crush Turkey and Saudi Arabia. That is why Turkey quickly backed off.
The Chinese and Russians, together with the Pentagon, understand that a long term solution to problems in the Middle East will come from economic prosperity. They also know that the Sunni, Shia split, which basically started as an inheritance dispute between cousins, needs to be ended. This will be accomplished through negotiations, not war.
Meanwhile in Asia, the Khazarian mob is taking major hits. Most notable, and something the Khazarian corporate media is desperately trying to sweep under the carpet, is the fact that the pilot from Malaysian Air flight 370 that went missing 2 years ago, showed up in Taiwan recently.
Oops! In Japan meanwhile, the Khazarian slave regime of Shinzo Abe is on its last legs. The move to negative interest rates ordered at Davos to Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda has turned into a disaster. Instead of weakening the yen and strengthening the stock market as intended, it did the exact opposite. Furthermore, just released GDP numbers for the October to December quarter showed the economy to be shrinking at an annualized rate of 1.4%. This means the fraud known as Abenomics has been exposed.
US military based in Japan, as well as Japanese military intelligence, contacted a White Dragon Society representative last week to ask for details on how to carry out a jubilee here.
The governments of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand have also all begun to cooperate with the WDS, several sources say. The Thais are also now working with the Russians to combat drugs and terrorism.
China, meanwhile, is on a global buying spree. Chinese enterprises have increased their overseas M&A volumes almost 10 fold since the beginning of this year compared to the same time period last year.

Terrific, must-listen witness testimony from an independent freelance journalist, Eva Bartlett, post long sojourns in Syria (her first visit was in April 2014), traveling, and speaking to people in various cities and areas devastated by bombing and terrorism. Her intention, she notes, was to listen to what the people in Syria had to say, as opposed to the corporate narrative promulgated by corporate Western media. “As you know the corporate narrative totally ignores the will of the Syrian people, and they take representatives from exile or Saudi-backed representatives as word of the Syrian people.”
“The people in Syria understand that what is happening in Syria is a foreign war (a NATO-alliance war) on Syria designed to topple their government and serve certain agendas, and the agendas of certain neighboring countries such as so-called Israel, and they adamantly support their government, their President, and their Syrian Arab Army.” She goes on to describe the devastation she has witnessed from the terrorism of car-bombings and rocket-launchings in civilian areas in Damascus, Aleppo, and other places, where she says residents are being “punished for not taking the corporate side of this foreign war on Syria.”
“My main intention is to bear witness and to transmit what Syrians tell me, what they want the world outside to know of what is actually happening here.” Later she notes that the Government of Syria is not starving civilian populations in various cities, as reported in mainstream news, it is the terrorists who are doing so, the Government is in fact making food and power supplies available to the people. She is aware that corporate media are spinning a completely different narrative, and reports what she has seen on the ground that contradicts this corporate media narrative. The Government is also not gunning down unarmed protesters, as has been reported in mainstream media, she says; she recommends news analysis by Professor Tim Anderson on this subject, which documents and refutes these reports as lies.
In answering listeners’ queries, she also notes that human rights groups in the UK are being used as front groups to quite possibly send more arms to the terrorists who are waging war on the Syrian civilian population, and who are obtaining funds from deceived UK residents. She notes the manipulated death of Serena Shims, possibly by Turkish Intelligence; Serena Shims was the young television journalist who was documenting the flow of weapons via Turkey into Syria–other reports since then, she says, have noted this flow of weapons into Syria, also across the large Iraq border. Additionally Western planes have, more than five times, “accidentally” dropped supplies into terrorist faction camps, who range beyond Daesh to many groups, she notes.

An Open Letter To The U.S. Congress Regarding Justice Antonin Scalia
The death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has shaken the country to its core.
Many are still waking up to the grim realities which surround both the circumstances and scene of his death.
The immediate reaction by many Americans across the entire political spectrum is that something is very wrong with this whole situation.
Regardless of political sensibilities, Justice Scalia was recognized by most as a veritable bulwark who protected the U.S. Constitution like no other. He was both a stalwart sentinel and stentorian who defended the spirit and the letter of the Founding Documents of these United States of America.
In fact, he was the only sitting SCOTUS jurist who always sided with the Constitution. That’s not to say he did not make some judicial errors from time to time. However, SCOTUS insiders knew full well that those calculated errors were deliberately made to protect the nation and American society.
You see, Justice Scalia was extremely aware of the threats that President Obama and his Administration posed to the country. He witnessed, like all of us, the irreparable tearing of the social fabric which has occurred on Obama’s watch. As a staunch conservative and traditional man of Italian-American ancestry, he profoundly understood the necessity of the rule of law.
Where are we going with this?
There is no question that the Obama Administration represents the most lawless presidency in U.S. history. On every front, it has sown seeds of social chaos and political pandemonium. Justice Scalia saw this clearly. And he used the high bench to militate against the destruction of the American Republic.
He was not shy about expressing his misgivings with Obama et al. and the way the Administration flouted federal law and trampled on state statutes. He was deeply pained by the encroaching anarchy caused by so many unlawful Executive Orders. He knew that the very existence of the United States was in great jeopardy. And he felt compelled to prevent the nation’s imminent destruction.
Clearly, Justice Antonin Scalia was the single biggest threat to Obama and his legacy. He was the very quintessence of opposition to everything Obama championed. He was also well known to be public enemy #1 the more he took his SCOTUS platform to the people, as he often did. He knew deep down inside that the American people must be educated … must be enlightened … about the ongoing devastation of their country which was once defined by a rule of laws, not of tyrants.
Herein lies the crux of this humble plea from We the People. Justice Scalia’s untimely and mysterious death MUST be investigated by a completely independent, apolitical organization that is trusted by the American people.
Members of Congress, this humble plea WILL be honored to the fullest extent possible. Should this request be ignored or mishandled, it will quickly morph into a movement. This movement is already growing by the day, mind you.
Let us be clear from the outset regarding the absolute necessity of determining the true cause of the death of Justice Scalia. If he was in fact murdered, as many Americans now suspect, this situation will not be allowed to go the way of JFK.
Not only that, but if the Congress fails to fully investigate this exceedingly suspicious death and official response from the U.S. Federal Government, then there will be HELL to pay.
No, we’re not gonna take anymore. In the words of Howard Beale of NETWORK fame: We’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take this anymore.
Hopefully you just got the message, because if you didn’t the following may just happen.

Lastly, may we say that Antonin Scalia was an eminently noble human being. He was a kind soul who lived his life with great passion and joie de vivre. He was deeply loved by his family and many friends. He was also a true friend of the American people. Therefore, if he was killed, whoever was responsible will be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. That’s both a promise and a threat.
As Justice Scalia would say: Capiche?!

There is a plethora of articles and commentary on the Internet which have expressed shock at the manner in which the suspicious death of a Supreme Court Justice was handled by EVERYONE concerned. For your edification, please find below just a few of those posts which capture the profound irresponsibility and stunning neglect of the various government’s actions and inactions thus far.
Judge Anna addresses issues she has had with the National Liberty Alliance--many of us may have wondered why they were not working together. Apparently they had been, at one time. About me and the NLA: I TRIED to work with NLA early on. I also in good faith delivered a wet-ink signed and thumb-printed and sealed copy of our affidavit of probable cause to John Daresh, but nothing was done about our affidavit—which has been published as “You Know Something Is Wrong When….An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” available on Amazon.com.
When I attempted to contact NLA regarding their silence and inaction with regard to the grave accusations of criminality our affidavit raised, they hung up on me. A couple weeks later, Mr. Gary Jolly, contacted me and said something inane like, “we know who you are and we don’t trust you”— as if this was an excuse for failure to address capital crime?
I also rubbed them the wrong way when I revealed that the Common Law Grand Jury is only about one-fourth of the Common Law Court System we are owed, and without the Common Law Judges (properly called Common Law Justices) and Trial Juries and Clerks and other members of the Common Law Courts including the Sheriffs operating the land jurisdiction of this country, the Common Law Grand Juries have no enforcement capability. They can hand down their findings, and the “District Attorney” can ignore them, so that the entire effort goes astray and has no teeth.
Therefore I pointed out the need to elect people to fill the other, additional vacated Public Offices we are owed and to re-established the American Common Law Court System that is supposed to be in place and acting in support of the Common Law Grand Juries. Mr. Daresh and Mr. Jolly would hear none of it.
Three years have gone by with the Citizens Common Law Grand Juries being set up and spinning their wheels, accomplishing nothing much for all their work and good will. Meanwhile, those who waved good-bye to NLA and proceeded to set up their counties on the land and elect and fill the vacated Public Offices have made great strides. They are actively setting up and restoring County-level government and educating people all over this country, while NLA continues to accomplish…….what?
As a result of all this, I have grave concerns about NLA’s leadership. Some months ago, I heard that John Daresh is actually a Bar Attorney from New York named John Vidurek. So I asked him, up front, in good faith— just wanting to know the truth of the matter. He refused to answer me, but he did answer Rodger Dowdell in Florida, that yes, this is so. His given name was John Vidurek and yes, he is from New York and yes, he is a Bar Attorney.
To me, a Bar Card is a strong indicator that Mr. Daresh may not be operating in good faith.
A second indicator is that he has adopted a nom de guerre that has nothing whatsoever to do with his real name.
Third, why quote me out of context in a major Writ of Mandamus and not even bother to contact me, yet leave it seeming that I was involved? That doesn’t add up, either.
Fourth, why harbor vaguely stated and semi-threatening “suspicions” such as Gary Jolly expressed toward me? Honest men ask honest questions. They don’t hide behind vague insinuations.
A fifth concern about NLA leadership is the lack of progress by the CLGJ organizations in the states where NLA is in control of the CLGJ’s compared to what is going on in other states where people have struck off and done it without NLA’s “help and direction”. These spin off groups are miles ahead in addressing the real problems we are facing.
A sixth concern in NLA’s failure to admit and educate people regarding the fact that the CLGJ’s are just a part— about one quarter– of the Common Law Court System that we are owed and which we need up and fully functioning to give the CLGJ’s both teeth and administrative support. How can you run a wagon train with one-wheeled carts?
A seventh concern is NLA’s complete lack of response to a signed, sealed, witnessed affidavit of probable cause that has been exhaustively researched and demonstrated. We brought forward damning evidence of immense, systemic, institutionalized fraud— fraud against the Republic, fraud against the probate and bankruptcy courts, fraud against American States and American people—- and NLA puts the blinkers on and pretends it never heard a word?
So we are supposed to ignore capital level crimes, including war crimes, being committed by foreign banks and their storefront organizations run as “governmental services corporations” because……? Why?
If it is NOT the job of the CLGJ’s to investigate crimes against Americans, just exactly what does Mr. Daresh propose that their job is? To stand around issuing pointless documents filled with ignorance and outrage so that his buddies down at the local Bar Association can have a good laugh?
Daresh is a Bar Attorney. He knows better than to send a Writ of Mandamus to an Admiralty Court. He was playing everyone for laughs. He was saying, “Oh, look at this, boys! These people are SO clueless, SO dumb, that they are going to put their time and energy into doing this! Hahahahahah! — And for EXTRA fun, I am going to sign Anna’s name to it and take her work out of context, so everyone can laugh at her, too! Hahahahahahah!”
I believe that many, many of the people in NLA are wonderful, patriotic, well-intentioned, and determined. I believe that the vast majority are trying in good faith to make a badly needed difference and to fill in a very necessary Public Office—- but I also believe that they are being purposefully limited and misguided by leaders who have their own contrary agenda, which is simply to keep the horse in the barn and not let the CLGJ’s function as they could and ought to, and also prevent people from addressing the need to restore the ENTIRE American Common Law Court System which is owed and needed to make the work of the Common Law Grand Juries count.
The way things are run under Daresh, you might as well be riding unicycles. It’s entertaining, but without the other “wheels” of the American Common Law Courts in place—- the Justices, the Clerks, the Recorders, the Bailiffs, the Sheriffs operating on the land jurisdiction, and the Trial Juries—-you are stuck, chasing around in circles without enforcement, wasting your time. Apparently, that kind of window dressing role is what Mr. Daresh wants. Just “be there” appearing to do something and creating an illusion of remedy, while in fact providing no real alternative to the Admiralty Court and Administrative Court System at all.
If the CLGJ’s were operating as they should, as part of the American Common Law Court System, they would hand down orders to a Sheriff operating on the jurisdiction of the land of this country, and the Sheriff would bring the orders to a Common Law Justice who would issue the warrants for arrest and to Public Prosecutors who would prepare the discovery subpoenas and complaints, and this would all wind up in front of a Jury of Twelve Honest Peers who would review the facts and hand down a decision for the Justice to read in open court on the record and execute. That is how it is supposed to work.
As it is, the CLGJ’s are misguided to function as laughingstocks for the Bar Members and spend their days making pleas to District Attorneys who ignore the CLGJ’s just like they ignore everyone else, and writing Writs in Law addressed to Admiralty Courts that can’t even hear a Land Writ.
Sigh. So, there is my assessment of the current status of the CLGJ’s and their role under the limitations imposed by John Daresh and NLA—- and right where they are is where they are likely to stay, in my opinion, until or unless people wake up a second time and realize that they are spinning their wheels at a moment in history when they ought to be making desperately needed progress.
NLA could be instrumental in restoring the entire American Common Law Court System, in reviving and restoring the land-based government we are owed—- but that isn’t where the NLA leadership has gone and that doesn’t appear to be where they are going.
Letter of Support to Sheriff Glenn Palmer from Judge Anna von Reitz. Judge Anna notes that Sheriff Glenn Palmer has been “under a lot of pressure from the criminals operating the Federal Corporation and its “Oregon” franchise to stand down from his support of the actual Public Law of this country.” Her suggestion is for people to write in with letters of support (full note succeeding letter, below).

Sheriff Palmer and Sheriff Clarke in Oregon have both realized that the “Federal Government” corporation and its for-hire agencies have usurped unlawful jurisdiction, but they may still not realize exactly how or why, so I wrote the following Letter of Support to Sheriff Palmer to make it absolutely clear:

Dear Sheriff Palmer,
I want to thank and congratulate you on your strong stand in behalf of The Constitution and for honoring the guarantees that both the States of America and the living people are owed.
Although you are currently employed by a “governmental services corporation” that forces you to spend your time and effort on corporate law enforcement activities—- enforcement of “Public Policies” and “code” and “statutory law” and “regulations” instead of enforcing the Organic and Public Law we are all owed—- Sheriff Richard Mack brought this very issue all the way to the US Supreme Court in Mack and Prinz v. USA and it was determined that you have every right to exercise your office in defense of The Constitution.
If anyone tries to intimidate you or tell you that you can’t enforce the Organic Law of this country, you just waive that under their noses.
That said, it must be clearly stated that as things now stand, you are not occupying any Public Office. This isn’t your fault and I am not criticizing you. This circumstance resulted from the units of State and County governments choosing to “incorporate” as franchises of the USA, Inc. back in the 1950’s and 60’s.
When you take a company operating on the land and under the Law of the Land and incorporate it, the resulting corporation then has to operate in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the international Law of the Sea.
The Constitution is the “Supreme Law of the Land” so far as the Federal Government is concerned, but without an unincorporated County or State organization to access that jurisdiction, you are stuck operating as you now are—- a mere employee of a governmental services corporation, placed between your stated and moral duty to enforce The Constitution and the Organic Law of this country and the demands of those operating the private corporation management for you to do nothing but enforce their edicts and regulations instead.
Mack and Prinz v. USA guarantees your right to enforce The Constitution, but a man cannot ultimately serve two masters.
The move is on to elect men like you to the true Public Office of Sheriff on the Land in restored Counties operating as unincorporated body politics owed absolute control of the land jurisdiction of this country once again. As a peace officer— as opposed to a “law enforcement” officer— you will be able to occupy the vacated Public Office of Sheriff on the Land and hold the highest peace keeping office in America. You will be able to deputize as many men as you need to deputize to guarantee The Constitution and enforce it and the rest of our Public Law. You will be able to commandeer whatever equipment you need.
The De Facto Rule of the Corporations as opposed to the Rule of Law and their usurpation upon our jurisdiction is swiftly coming to a well-deserved and ignominious end, as these organizations are being recognized internationally as the self-interested crime syndicates they have become. The banks that have been running these “governmental services corporations” as storefronts and misrepresenting them as if these organizations were in fact our lawful government have been caught red-handed in mammoth fraud, unlawful conversion of assets, and enslavement.
From the “Governor” on down, people have knowingly or unknowingly been impersonating lawful Public Officials and appearing to act in our lawful Public Offices, while in fact occupying private corporate offices instead. Many of them have taken secretive advantage of the resulting lack of accountability to plunder our country and our people. Those who have abused our trust and used these similarly named private offices as a means to abuse the power of Public Offices for private gain and purposes of plunder are guilty of terrible crimes. They will be prosecuted accordingly.
Please try to inform your fellow-Sheriffs of the facts so that no more of them fall into the trap of obeying unlawful and immoral orders. The Nuremburg Tribunal has been reopened to serve those who, like Sheriff Ward, continue to follow orders that are: (1) not issued by anyone holding valid Public Office; (2) violate the Organic and Public Law of this country; (3) result in harming innocent people and their public and private property interests.

Update from Judge Anna — February 10, 2016
Well, Let’s See….. What has Judge Anna been up to the last few days?
Besides lecturing, teaching, writing institutional framework documents, analyzing new forms of currency and barter platforms, reforming the Federal Postal District Courts, preparing the international criminal complaints against the FBI in the wrongful death of LaVoy Finicum, negotiating with leaders of the Bar Associations for stand-downs and cooperation with prosecution of those responsible for the false claims that have been made against American assets, collection of American assets that have been purloined, placement of international liens, collection of international liens, setting up informational resources for peacekeeping and law enforcement officers, setting up more informational resources for local organizers to restore their local county and state governments owed to the land jurisdiction of this country, exposure of commercial mercenary armies operating on our soil under color of law disguised as trademarked government agencies–FBI, BLM, and so on, that have been acquired by buy-outs and mergers of older governmental services organizations, assisting in the release of Americans detained in federal prisons, demanding correction of political status and the establishment of orderly protocols and agreed upon procedures to accomplish this without further delay or obfuscation, the end of “14th Amendment” citizenship presumptions, repudiation of the the so-called “National Debt” and so much, much more….. not much.
I must plead with everyone again, please, please, please DO NOT send me your individual cases. I can’t possibly reply and when I do pile through my huge pile of daily mail, it is heart-breaking for me to hear your pleas and know that for the most part, I can’t answer because (1) my jurisdiction is limited by geography and (2) there simply is not time. I am only one old lady and I HAVE TO keep my attention focused on the Big Picture of ending these evils once and for all for everyone, not just a few. Those who have gone through the court process of just minor cases know how time and energy consuming these are and also know that there are millions of Americans in the same boat.
My time has to be to spent resolving the fundamental issues so that criminals are brought to justice, misadministration of our government ends, the predatory banks are shut down and the vast majority of these vicious fraudulent court cases simply disappear as if they never were, so that unincorporated counties and states begin functioning and protecting the people again, so that we have peacekeepers instead of law enforcement officers, so that we have actual money instead of hot air, so that families can be families again and so much more.
There is a lot to be done. I am counting on all of you to grab an oar, educate yourselves, educate your friends, families, and neighbors, local politicians, sheriffs, police, military service members, clergy, teachers–everyone you meet. You are the heirs of the Republic. It is now yours. You have inherited it the same way you might inherit a house. It’s yours to clean up, care for, remodel, and repair.
The heavy lifting in our Republic is done by us, the free, sovereign, and independent people in whom the entire government of the land jurisdiction of the United States is vested. In our system, the people rule. The power is delegated from the people to the counties to the states to the federal government and at each level the amount of power is reduced.
In our system, the Republic System, all county governments function as assemblies of living people, all state governments are also assemblies of living people, all our offices are Public Offices, with Oaths, with Bonds. We honor and enforce the Organic Law of our nation— The Articles of Confederation, The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution for the united States of America, the Land Act of 1785 and the Northwest Ordinance, the United States Statutes-at-Large.
We are literally self-governing and we owe it to ourselves and our children to expatriate from any presumption of Federal United States Citizenship and provide ourselves with the government we are heir to and which we are owed without question or condition.
Our system is the exact opposite of the Top Down Federal Government model that has the President and the Congress dictating everything to “Federal States” which are franchises of the Federal Corporation –whichever one is providing services at any given time— and “Federal Counties” which are in turn franchises of the Federal States.
The fundamental news that everyone has to understand is that when you incorporate ANYTHING you remove it from the jurisdiction of the land and move it into the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea. You also move it out from under the Law of the Land (including The Constitution) and place it under the Law of the Sea, instead.
When the “federal government” incorporated after the Civil War it ceased to operate as a sovereign government and adopted the nature of a common commercial corporation. See the Clearfield Doctrine. The Public Offices were converted to private corporate offices. Same thing with the Federal franchises calling themselves “State of______” and “County of _________”.
The men you have elected in good faith to act as your Sheriffs and keep the peace and ensure your property and your rights? For years now, ever since the States and Counties incorporated in order to share in “Federal Revenue Sharing”— that is, kickbacks from federal corporate racketeering— the “Sheriff” has been “re-tasked” to enforce corporate policies and codes, statutes, and regulations instead.
Doesn’t that just warm your cockels, when you consider that on average these guys and their pensions and benefits are costing over $500,000 per year and they aren’t doing the job you thought you were electing them to do?
You’ve been paying in good faith for a Sheriff to protect you, and instead, getting a Code Enforcer bent on protecting the bottom line of a foreign for-profit corporation instead?
A lot of people have asked me where the hammer has to hit first and hardest. For my money, it comes down on the local counties that have incorporated and abused the public trust in this manner and upon the “Sheriffs” who have failed to enforce the Organic and Public Law while continuing to call themselves a Sheriff.
It’s high time that we all stood up and told these “counties” and these “Sheriffs” what we think of them and their private, for-profit governmental services corporations acting under conditions of semantic deceit and fraud and failing to do their duty owed to the people who have loyally paid their salaries all these years.
There are 3100 Counties in this country and they are all supposed to be Counties on the Land, not the Sea. There are 3100 County Sheriffs and only about 500 of them belong to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
Do you think it’s about time we made that number 3100 out of 3100 and got rid of the dead beats and corporate scum like “Sheriff” Ward who not only has failed to obey the actual Public Law, but whose incompetence has cost the life of an innocent American?
How about Governor Brown? Another corporate shill who took an Oath to the “Constitution” without mentioning which “Constitution” that was?
It’s time for people to restore their real government all across this great land. We have to either liquidate these “states” and “counties” as the criminal syndicates they have become, or hold additional forthright elections to fill the vacant public offices owed to the land jurisdiction counties and states on the land.
If the Federal corporation wants to pay for all these fancy offices for corporate shills to “serve” their Federal United States Citizens, well, by all means, it’s a free country. Let them. But don’t give them a penny toward their expenses for such an enterprise. After all, that’s not part of your contract with them. And feel free to kick them out of the buildings and premises that your labor paid for and bring suit against them for abusing names of States and Public Offices that belong to you for purposes of fraud.
You don’t have to worry about electing or not electing “Sheriff David Ward” –the Burns County Sheriff who refused to do his lawful job and cost LaVoy Finicum his life– just go ahead and elect your own Sheriff on the Land, Burns County, Oregon. Maybe his name will be “Sheriff Andy Coleman”. Who knows? But as long as Sheriff Andy knows his job and knows how to Deputize as many men as he needs to get the job done, “Sheriff Ward” and his ilk will be out of business soon enough and the real America we know and love can return once the Organic and Public Law is being enforced.
Once that happens, dear hearts, the Other Shoe drops—- and those fake “FBI” agents that have been terrorizing everyone, operating as commercial mercenaries under color of law on our soil? Threatening our people? Murdering our people? Trying to steal our land based on fraudulent claims made by foreign banks? They are going to be facing international war crimes tribunals and most likely, they are all going to be hung with piano wire. That’s a fact. I wouldn’t be one of those despicable men standing around joking about how they shot an unarmed and innocent American for all the tea in China.
We will ride these corporations out of town on a tide of commercial obligation liens that would make the Aga Khan blush. We will bring criminal complaints in our Common Law Courts and our Common Law Juries will learn how to investigate crimes and bring presentments once again to Sheriffs who don’t need a DA to tell them what to do. We will tear apart the Bar Associations and leave their members unable to hold any kind of court. Their shame will be set before the entire planet for all to see, right along with the banks and the politicians responsible for this mess.
We will clean house, America, and we will do a good job of it, right down to gunk in the corners. So get reading, get ready, get talking, and bring your mop and sponge. Turn off the Boob Tube. Forget their foreign elections. That’s not your government.

The Need to Dismantle the Machine

I ran across this quote tonight and thought of you:
Isabel Patterson in her book, The God of the Machine: “…What good does it do to have a saint of every conceivable virtue operating a guillotine? Personally, the man may be above reproach. He may have the highest of morals and ethics. He may be imbued with a passion for doing good. But the mechanism he is hired to operate cuts off heads. He may dislike to cut off heads. He may weep with true sorrow whenever a head falls into the basket. But he was hired to pull the rope that lets the knife drop. And when it comes down, off comes the head. That is the way the tool works.”
My discussion with Archbishop George was much to this point. If we allow criminals— acting as bankers and lawyers—-to undermine a people’s lawful government and thereby convert its purpose to evil ends, it doesn’t matter how the people vote or who occupies a political office. The result of running a guillotine is always the same.
The result of worshiping graven images and idols of gold is always the same, too. When the same criminally commandeered Machine forces us to value pieces of paper and metal above love, health, or justice— then insanity and death are the only outcomes, both for governments and men.
The theft of labor from people without their consent via the sale of CUSIP Bonds is enslavement and peonage, both of which were outlawed in 1926. So, why are we still mired down struggling over this?
The creation of incorporated “personas” to entrap and enslave living people together with the practice of personage and barratry that goes with it is the rankest kind of substitution fraud known to man.
Again, why are we mired down in this, when it has been outlawed for two hundred years?
Press-ganging has also been outlawed since the Napoleonic Era, so how is it that Americans and Canadians and so many others have been kidnapped off the jurisdiction of the land and plundered by members of the Bar Associations acting in gross criminality?
Again, Francis, why are we mired down in this, and inland piracy, too, when all of this has been outlawed worldwide for hundreds of years?
War was outlawed in 1928 by the Kellogg-Briand Pact, but we are still fighting wars all over the world as “police actions”–which is just another euphemism for the same old crime.
Innocent people are being killed in Oregon by commercial mercenaries acting under color of law on our soil, impersonating employees of our lawful government operating under an an old familiar brand name — “FBI”– so as to make people think that they have authority they don’t have and motives they don’t have, either.
There is nothing so difficult to understand about any of this.
It is all crime, top to bottom, front to back, obvious, observable, undeniable CRIME and it has been properly reported to the authorities without appropriate resulting prosecution of the criminals, because the criminals have been allowed to run the Justice system.
There is nothing so difficult about the solution, either.
Hear us when we say that we repudiate the odious debt that the IMF doing business as the UNITED STATES piled up “in our names”.
Hear us when we say that the FEDERAL RESERVE is nothing but a glorified crime syndicate that worked gross fraud against the American people in 1933 and is trying to work the same basic fraud again.
Hear us when we say that we do NOT accept the offer of the FEDERAL RESERVE doing business as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to act as Successor to Contract to The Constitution for the united States of America or any pretended successor “constitution”.
Hear us when we say that we are not obligated to pay for any services received under conditions of monopoly inducement, and that we don’t recognize any contract with THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Hear us when we say that the “Global Debt Facility” is just a Drop Box for guilty banks to try to off-load purloined assets that belong to the Priority Creditors of governmental services corporations these same banks bankrupted back in the 30’s. These banks— the World Bank and IBRD and Federal Reserve– came in as Secondary Creditors and bare-faced claimed that the Priority Creditors had “abandoned” their property and were “unknown”.
We know who the Priority Creditors are and so do you.
We are right here where we always were, and always easy enough to find when the perpetrators of all these crimes wanted to send us a misrepresented bill for their services or send their private debt collectors— also operating under color of law—to harass us and bring false claims against our private and public property assets.
