This is the eighth in a series of short–or at least, focused–posts setting out in absolute simplicity what exactly the truth is about the US government, as uncovered by many researchers and writers, with reference in particular to the compilation of documents offered at www.Hudok. info by the West Virginia team who recently filed a lawsuit against the State of West Virginia, demanding that the State be returned to a form of constitutional government, and that citizens of the State no longer be considered “enemy combatants.” The first seven posts in this series are linked at the end of this one–please pardon the overlap in information, since each post links to a different source, and these issues are being variously discussed by various sources. Suffice it to say this is a hot issue today, all over the Internet, and it is a vital one to understand; most Americans don’t know anything about this history, and I concur with all those who believe that the more of us writing and talking about it, the better.
Name Fraud, Corporation Fraud, Tax Fraud
Many informed writers and researchers and talk-show heads have written about and podcasted about Name Fraud, about the US government being a corporation, not a legitimate government, about the Pope/the Vatican/the British Crown actually still owning all the once-British colonies, about how we Americans–and others–don’t really need to pay taxes, and so forth, and the rest of us have not known quite what to make of it all–hasn’t the whole of it seemed rather odd and far-fetched? But apparently they were all right, there actually has been a Massive Fraud perpetrated on the American public –– as well as the global public — and the truth is contained in historic documents that apparently none of us have really read.
(I especially don’t get how lawyers who go to law school and supposedly read musty tomes could have missed this.)
Now, several people are taking the next step–from actually uncovering the fraud–to addressing the fraud, as the West Virginia group has done–and there is, it seems,potential here therefore to expose, challenge, and terminate the tyranny once and for all. So we really should All be madly interested in this subject. Exploring These Considerations/Particularly For “Targeted Individuals”
It’s being posited by many ardent analysts of the suppressed American history here that today we can create the means to actually break the chains and change our society in the US and in the world–from a war-centric, highly-surveilled, controlled and authoritarian police state to a peace-centered, open, free, self-evolving, and freely creative one, the America of our dreams, which might have existed once, briefly–and perhaps we all need to find out what exactly to do in order to make this happen.
Understanding what is going on today in the US–a President who constantly issues often-rabid Executive Orders and embarks on and continues wars without Congressional consent, a Congress that doesn’t read or write Bills and seems profoundly inept (corporate-sponsored Senators who don’t respond to citizen appeals as a matter of course), out-of-control Mass Surveillance and Intelligence agencies, militarized police, muzzled media, and DOJ-sanctioned Covert Ops openly targeting individuals with Directed-Energy Electromagnetic/Sonic Neuroweapons all over the US–apparently requires going back in time to 1933, 1917, 1913, 1871, and then way back, to 1776, and shortly after. Let’s start with 1933 and FDR.

In 1933, a National Emergency was declared by FDR, shortly after he took office as President, which has never been repealed. Why did he declare this emergency? Supposedly because “an emergency” was being created after the Depression by people seeking to withdraw the silver, gold, and currency they had deposited in banks, for which they had been issued “claim checks,” thereby depleting (or so the Federal Reserve said) the reserves of the banks, and causing the panicked Federal Reserve to maneuver Roosevelt into stopping this practice, via declaration of a banking emergency, a bank holiday, a national emergency, and an amended Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, giving the President expanded war powers re. seizing citizen, not merely enemy, assets in a national emergency.

Commentary on The Emergency Banking Act, 1933 (War Powers Act, 1933)
“In the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt declared emergency powers in 1933 that was supposedly to deal with a bank crisis that was in progress when he assumed the Presidency. In fact, the crisis as sold to the President is a figment of the Federal Reserve bankers’ imagination. They had embezzled all of the Gold on deposit in their banks and were running scared when they thought that by claiming that the American people were hoarding gold, precipitating a banking crisis, they would be off the hook. It suited Roosevelt’s plans to seize control of the nation for his socialist agenda by and maintain it by Executive Order, so he accepted the Federal Reserve Board’s request, which amended the 1917 Wars Powers Act, giving the President license over all the citizens of this country, rather than just an enemy. We became the enemy of our country, and remain so to this day. See Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Edition under Bank Holiday P. 146.
Congress returned from its annual recess and rubber-stamped Roosevelt’s Executive Orders and the Federal power grab began. From that day to the present, the United States of America has been under emergency powers and Presidents and the Congress, to maintain and justify the enormous growth in the power of the Federal government, have systematically exploited its people. The States cooperated with the Federal government because they benefited, right down to the County level from a massive increase in their tax revenues and powers.”
Here’s (part of) Section 5b of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 1917, prior to change (by the Emergency Banking Act, 1933) in 1933, which suggests the President has rights over all transactions of all (US) residents from nations with whom the US is at war:
(b)(1) During the time of war, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of instructions, licenses, or otherwise—
(A) investigate, regulate, or prohibit, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit or payments between, by, through, or to any banking institution, and the importing, exporting, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold or silver coin or bullion, currency or securities, and
(B) investigate, regulate, direct and compel, nullify, void, prevent or prohibit, any acquisition holding, withholding, use, transfer, withdrawal, transportation, importation or exportation of, or dealing in, or exercising any right, power, or privilege with respect to, or transactions involving, any property in which any foreign country or a national thereof has any interest,
by any person, or with respect to any property, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States;
Here’s the amended section, in The Emergency Banking Act, 1933, which now suggests the President has this power of seizure of asset/transaction over all persons resident within the United States, which obviously includes citizens:
“During time of war or during any other period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, or otherwise, investigate, regulate, or prohibit, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments by banking institutions as defined by the President and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, by any person within the United States or anyplace subject to the jurisdiction thereof.“
Stamper Commentary again:
“The people of the United States were now subject to the power of the Trading With the Enemy Act of October 6, 1917, as amended. For the purposes of all commercial, monetary and in effect all business transactions. “We the People”, became the same as the enemy, and were treated no differently. There was no longer any distinction.”
Implications of National Emergency and Emergency Banking Act, 1933
The implications of passage of national emergency, and of defining citizens/residents as “enemies” as denoted above are a suspension of the Constitution, and infinite powers offered the President to seize assets of residents anytime. Please see John Hagan’s article on this subject. In 1933, Congressman James M. Beck, speaking from the Congressional Record, states:
“I think of all the damnable heresies that have ever been suggested in connection with the Constitution, the doctrine of emergency is the worst. it means that when Congress declares an emergency, there is no Constitution. This means its death. It is the very doctrine that the German chancellor is invoking today in the dying hours of the parliamentary body of the German republic, namely, that because of an emergency, it should grant to the German chancellor absolute power to pass any law, even though the law contradicts the Constitution of the German republic. Chancellor Hitler is at least frank about it. We pay the Constitution lip service, but the result is the same.”
So, National Emergency=Dictatorship. The mention of Hitler above is obviously quite apt. This Congressman was one of the few who spoke out vehemently back then in 1933 about the proposed passage of the Emergency banking bill, which Congress was not allowed time to read and reflect on.
Other implications are martial law or martial rule, powers centered in the Federal government as opposed to the States, and civil courts now replaced by martial law or military courts. Stamper commentary again:
(E)mergency powers government(s) varies in the degree of the emergency declared. The most extreme form is called Martial Law. The benign, less restrictive form is Martial Rule.
Currently the U.S. is under the less restrictive form called Martial Rule.
Martial law puts all major resources in an emergency powers’ area; transportation, food, minerals, metals, communications, etc., under the direct control of the nations’ armed forces and its Commander-in-Chief, the President. A snow storm of Executive Orders, have been issued already so that in the event the President declares a National Emergency, all resources and citizens come under direct control of (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency and the severe Martial Law form of governance.
In its raw sense, martial law governs via democracy, not a republic. ‘Military law’ uses municipal law. Courts are draped with quasi-civil (republican) forms of law, evidenced by draped military standards in courtrooms, i.e., the gold-fringed flag of the United States, mounted on a pole. Lawful civil authority never flies flags, only banners, which are always hung from the back of the flag with the red and white stripes hanging vertically. Banners are never hung on a pole. Banners on a pole never represent civil authority, only military Authority, on the march.”
Why do we need to excavate and understand this 1933 history today?
Because apparently the situation hasn’t changed. Every President since Roosevelt has had the opportunity to repeal the Emergency, but hasn’t. So do all those implications of emergency still stand? Many analysts consider so, and suggest it is We the People who need to wake up today and understand that we cannot keep giving our support, our assent, and our consent by means of our vote, and our participation in the credit-based economy commandeered by the Federal Reserve, and our silence in the face of the continuing infringement, abrogation, and violation of our rights by an increasingly corrupt Government:we have the power always to withhold our vote, withhold our consent and our participation, and speak out vehemently against the terminations and abrogations of our basic rights, as citizens, as residents, and as human beings.

Especially notable is the acknowledgment and information in the article on the widespread use of psychotronic weapons–directed-energy weapons/non-lethal weapons/radiation neuroweapons–in the US, on individuals wrongfully labeled “domestic terrorists,” a vital concern of this website, as recent explorations into the Department of Justice’s involvement in this widespread covert assault of Americans will attest.
Also of vital note is the information on the part played by the Mossad–Israeli Secret Police–in setting up the DHS as essentially US Stasi or Secret Police engaged in both dividing Americans by pitting them against each other in neighborhoods and communities via fusion centers–again, an issue explored here under Asymmetric Stealth Warfare in the US–and in militarizing and transforming American police into unlikeable and unstable and untrustable aggressors.

Strong Cities, a Global Policing Network
Last week (Sep 29), the Department of Justice made an announcement at the UN that sent ripples across the Net, particularly after Kris Anne Hall‘s video drawing attention to it, about a new “Strong Cities Network” comprised of a partnership between police forces in cities and counties in the US and the UN, to create a “Global Police Force” initiative. The rhetoric from Justice mentions the need “to counter violent extremism” several times, although it does not specify who these violent extremists may be.

Excerpt: “The Strong Cities Network will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration,” said Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch. “As we continue to counter a range of domestic and global terror threats, this innovative platform will enable cities to learn from one another, to develop best practices and to build social cohesion and community resilience here at home and around the world.”Read the whole memo at the DOJ’s website here.
This does seem most definitely like a step in establishing the supremacy of the UN’s Agenda 21 on American soil, as Kris Anne Hall spells out. When local police are seen, not as local police, and not even merely as overbearing arms of a Federal mechanism, but as arms of the UN acting locally in our neighborhoods out of globalist agendas of countering “extremism” — such as what, I wonder: expressing opposition to corporate globalist agendas? expressing interest in such passe notions as free speech, freedom, sovereignty? expressing allegiance to local business, local autonomy, and local community? — we are no longer speaking of national sovereignty.
Under what kind of “extremist” circumstances would we need to trade our local friendly neighborhood cop (yes, you can coat that with some irony–we’ve already lost that) for a non-local “global” enforcer of what exactly–global laws? Is this the beginning of setting enforcement mechanisms in place, for instance, to move cities and counties away, maybe, from the various freedoms of backyard vegetable gardens and collecting spring water at a local park to a policed, corporate system of food production and appropriation of water ownership? As many bloggers and analysts have pointed out–just Google “strong cities network”–this is absolutely a marker of a turning-point for America and not only do we need to be aware of it, we need to figure out how to counter it. In just such minuscule ways could a whole country be lost.

America 2050/Mega Regions & Confining Humans to Certain Areas
Then there’s the whole America 2050 Mega Regions initiative, and many analysts tell us this too is being frantically pushed by Agenda 21/2030 urban planners. If you look at the America 2050 website, it barely looks current, but look for videos on Youtube, several dedicated reporters are covering this subject, including Grindall61, UN Smart Greed Agenda, and others. What is happening now is meetings are being held at the city and county levels, meetings where planners and managers are describing mega regions and “smart” cities, which really mean public transportation, stacked housing, and confinement within discrete areas where employment, recreation, and leisure will all be moved both into tiny spaces and technologically-inscribed spaces.

There is no doubt that there is a concerted, managed, top-down rollout of these plans, they are being “presented” quite transparently as attractive options in what is being glibly imagined as an impoverished future, where pollution, carbon emissions from cars, and unbearable commutes will lead naturally to people wanting to live one on top of the other, work on the ground floor, a cafe round the corner, and Google Glass or Oculus–a virtual reality Blinder that will tie you to your technology even tighter than your iPhone or iPad–happy to create an all-around virtual experience for you, from socializing to virtual visits to museums, parks, and even television studios–oh what joy! (Fresh air, you say? What fresh air? You won’t need any! There’ll probably be piped-in air in your cube housing that you will of course be paying for, and why walk about in Nature when Nature can be bound with steel to your forehead? Besides, you can’t get out of the Smart City anyway, those Wildlands are probably being reserved for the new genetically-modified animals of the future!)

I’m all for public transportation in cities and elsewhere myself, but I too can sense and see there is something rabidly wrong in top-down planning that seeks to forcibly oust people from their homes,wherever they may be, whether in the suburbs or the country, transplant them to very built-up cities, and force public transportation, along with stacked housing on them/us. What will happen to the suburbs–and all our houses in the burbs? (No worries, they’ll be property of the State soon enough. Meaning the UN, probably.)

Grassroots Activism Needed!
Rosa Koire mentions in this July 18 Infowars conversation that people across the US in different counties and cities from New Hampshire to Alabama are pushing back and making progress in keeping the Smart City, Smart Growth Mega Regions initiatives out of their locales. But it really does need some legwork, you have to go to those council meetings and listen in and speak out. You could also research further to expose what’s going on and who is involved.
The media clearly isn’t reporting any UN Agenda 21 rollouts, all this is being rolled in rather through the back door. Please keep following reports on Youtube and in alternative media. While it may be hard to figure out what exactly to do, we do have some options, and Rose Koire’s website covers several. If we do nothing, we just may be steamrolled into this dystopian future of mass control and surveillance we surely don’t want, not for us, nor our children.

It seems like we’ve been fighting the TPP forever! But here we go again.
Sum of Us offers hope: “Every one of the 12 TPP countries still has to ratify the deal before it goes into force, which means there’s still a great chance for us to stop it. “

Well enough’s enough. The time for whitepapers and presentations is past. The USTR has failed us, so now it’s time for the public to rise up and take their message about the TPP’s threats to user rights to Congress, which has the ultimate authority to approve or reject the deal for the United States. To be effective we’ll need to deliver that message in terms that are clear, and in-your-face—literally. So, that’s what we’re planning: to display signs and banners about how the TPP threatens digital rights and freedoms around the world, during demonstrations that are to be held in Washington, DC from November 14 to 18, 2015, while trade ministers are attending an APEC meeting in the Philippines.”
They are running a campaign to find effective slogans for banners via tweets:

In case you’d forgotten, the TPP is the secret deal negotiated in secret, finalized in secret, viewed by Congress in secret, fast-tracked in June despite all our protests and petitions–and leaked in part by Wikileaks, but with most of the text still being secret. People don’t know exactly what’s in it, and many governments don’t either, apparently–it’s the multinational corporations who are fighting to have their way over cheap labor, monopolies on expensive drugs, patents on everything, suing governments over access to their own natural resources, even at the very local level, so people will no longer have control over their own food, water, or medicines, privatizing water, gagging protesters and forbidding protests, censoring journalists, activists, and whistleblowers, censoring the Internet, and other unbelievable licenses and violations and rollbacks of rights, who were sitting at the negotiating table.
This means elections, people, Constitutions, governments won’t matter–multinational corporations and their own self-reflecting private trade “tribunals” will. Just before the end of 2011, Pennsylvania — as a state — removed itself from the RuSA organization. After they did this, they put together a Declaration of Notice to the World stating that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had returned itself and its people back under its de jur Constitution of the 1700s and declared the People of Pennsylvania Free! — no longer recognizing unlawful corporate government within their state.
They did this legally and properly. They did not ask for permission, they simply went ahead and did it. And they received their receipt of acknowledgement back from the Office of Private International Law at the Hague.
Shortly after that, an informed contact — who had been in touch with the various groups who had come forward in the beginning, concerning funding for RuSA and Rap, before changes were made and they withdrew their support — was contacted by the Pentagon and given a simple message; and that message was this:
“It has come to our attention what Pennsylvania has done. How long would it take you to put together a simple majority of states to duplicate what Pennsylvania has done, for at such a time there could be monetary and military support?”
They asked for a copy of the original documentation that Pennsylvania had submitted to the Office of Private International Law at the Hague, so they could see who had been involved.
Our contact had no problem with that, and neither did Pennsylvania. So they forwarded on the documentation that Pennsylvania had submitted. The answer was “Yes! we’ll just see how fast we can get that done!” So she sent out emails to everyone across the country that they knew, and had worked with all this time, that they knew to be capable, honorable, and honest Patriots, who would roll up their sleeves and actually get the job done, once they were told what had to be done.
And by the following day, at least one contact in 20-22 states had stepped up and volunteered to be a lead person in their state, to get it done!
The goal was for at least a simple majority — meaning 26 or more states to duplicate exactly what Pennsylvania had done.
It was later decided by those involved, to add more strength to the action by making the Declaration of Notice to the World, collectively as a united effort, so that the world will know we are not just free people in the various free states, but a Free People, united as we were meant to be.
We need no permission, recognition or opinion from foreign bodies or corporations to be what we are — Americans who claim our rightful heritage that was given to us by our founders in 1776.
This action should be seen as a Declaration; not just a notification — this is primary.
This action is interim; and we can’t emphasize that enough. A small group of elite people, have screwed things up — and in order to make sure that this doesn’t happen again, all of the temporary aspects of this will be in writing.
After a period of about 120 days, free elections will be held. Paper ballots only; machines can be played with; paper ballots are a lot more difficult.
We’ve been told that old money people from before the Revolutionary War have been in contact with our military, and that some 80-90% of the military agree with the ideology found in our founding documents. Everything we do is based on the principles in our 1787 Constitution and the Bill of Rights — including the original 13th Amendment that prohibits any foreign association, title of nobility, etc. — and the Oath of Service that everybody must take to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
The U.S. Military has indicated to the financial people that they are willing to back us and that we have their recognition and support. This gives the Military — probably for the first time — power to be used as a backup to federal Marshals who will take into custody all of the crooks and “fun-and-games people” on Wall Street, and so forth. There is going to be a tremendous house-cleaning.
The reorganizational portions of the government itself should be concluded in about 120 days. This 120 day period will begin with a formal announcement from the press-room of the White House. This will give every reporter a clean shot at broadcasting the transition. So these measures — in terms of what the military wants — they want to be the good guys. They’re tired of being the bad guys. They would much rather be invited into a foreign country as a friend and an assistant.
You need some help? What do you need? Manpower? Bull-dozers? Food? We can come in and help you out.
Yes! we’re the United States Military! but we’re the new one. We’re the good guys. BINGO!
We think this new approach will work quite well.
We are not putting together any interim government. We are not trying to overthrow anything. We are trying to revert back to law and order, and create the smallest amount of chaos in the most peaceful fashion that we can.
Our military cannot do this on their own for the simple reason that under the current structure Obama is considered to be the President — we all know that he is not — he is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of a Corporation called THE UNITED STATES.
The majority of the American people do not understand this. So as long as the American people recognize a criminal corporation in Washington D.C. as having jurisdiction over them — and they do not stand up and say otherwise — our military’s hands are somewhat tied. They have been taking orders from a fake Commander in Chief.
As far as the financial people are concerned, they will never bring forth the money that’s been intended for this country these many years, until Washington is cleaned out, because if they did it would disappear down the black hole of theft almost immediately.
If the military are to once again take their orders from we the people, we have to be ready with a list of what we require it to do.
As pointed out above, this is temporary, and what gives the people the power and the authority and the standing to do this is simply that a majority of states filed the same paperwork that Pennsylvania filed, putting the world on Notice that they have gone back under their de jur Constitution. They have reclaimed the Articles of Confederation which have never been rescinded.
The Declaration of Independence and the Articles of Confederation and the Bill of Rights are the basis of our freedom.
These arrests will mean the removal of the final obstacles that will allow for the implementation of the new abundance systems that are ready to free humanity from the current economy and its falsely imposed conditions of poverty and debt.
There are many men and women dedicated to this cause who have been working diligently in secret for years to bring us to this moment, who are eager to present to humanity the New System that will redistribute abundance to all, and release humanity from the mundane life it has known in the past.
Freedom is being returned to the people.
The release of withheld technologies and other suppressed elements will follow to assist this transition.
The news of these mass arrests will come sudden and come hard, and many who are unprepared with an understanding as to why, may feel shocked and confused to see so many people taken into custody.
Those people, however, have served to perpetuate our enslavement, and all have actively taken part in serious crimes against the people of the world.
Certain big media groups have agreed to cover these events and assist in the disclosure timeline.
These arrests will be televised and fully shared with you, for it is owed to the people of the world that they witness the very moments and actions taken that will mean their’s and our release from the control of these people who have for so long worked to exploit and control humanity.
This manipulation will end and all humanity will enter into a new way of life. True freedom is to be soon returned to you.

We are in a time of great change. America’s Currency was captured in 1913. America’s Government was captured in 1933. This explains why petitioning our government for grievances has been of no meaningful avail.
The Corporations that masquerade as our lawful government today, have almost destroyed America! Top people in our government — including our military — know this. They have been waiting for the “right time” to help take America back to our lawful government.
In the very near future, we can expect a major constructive change in our banking and currency system. We can expect to see contingents of Federal Marshals acting in the major seats of power — backed up by our Military.
These Military people are NOT any part of a military coup. They are backing up the Civilian re-establishment of our lost, lawful, government. We can expect to see minor interruptions in our normal way of life. This Transition has been designed to minimize interruptions in vital services in our economy — to minimize hardship.
This Transition will be accompanied by announcements in mainstream media. What we do not want is for people to become alarmed.
Our so-called “president” has been informed that he is no longer the Commander in Chief of our Military!
This is part of a worldwide operation whereby the non-aligned nations — those nations that are not part of the G20 — will re-establish solid currencies.
There will be additional announcements to come — designed to slowly awaken the masses; to reduce panic.
Civil authority has been restored to the people of the United States.
The Military who exist now only through Civil authority, will be ready to assist the People whom they are sworn to protect in the effort to restore this nation to the Constitutional Republic it was created to be.
International Law has been unlawfully in effect in America since 1933. And rescinding this law, has been on the table since the 1950s. We the People have regained Civilian Authority, in order to use the Military Services to support the ongoing effort to bring us back to true government “of, for and by the people”.
Do not misread what is going on — they are NOT coming for the People. The Cabal’s time is up!
