In response to my own unfathomable targeting for not only no just or legal cause, but for evil, psychotic reasons by those clearly employed by and acting on behalf of the National Security Agency, I began researching organized stalking and electronic harassment and found that it led to the sinister workings of a shadow government usurping our own by obvious design and long term planning, and covertly harming more people than I could ever have imagined; one which not only blatantly ignores the Constitution, but sees American citizens as “things” that it owns and can do with as it pleases, a government infused with those from private industry who knowingly and singularly serve profit interests above those of our country and certainly our citizens, while laboring furiously to gut every protection we have, simultaneously propping up a gangrenous and dying vestige of our Constitutional Republic, hoping no one will notice until it is too late.
I feel that now is the time to present this letter, with as many signatories as possible, to as many in authority or of influence we can find, who still care about America, and are the philosophical and moral progeny of our Founding Fathers – men and women of conscience and courage who will fight the real enemy within.
NSA Whistleblower, Karen Stewart: Synopsis of the Silent Holocaust Taking Place in the United States
Under former President Bush and now continued under President Obama, what apparently started decades ago as illegal and clandestine programs of experiments on human subjects, such as the CIA’s MK ULTRA, has resulted in the proliferation of Defense Contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Dynamics, and others, making secret agreements with Federal agencies such as DOD, DIA, NSA, DHS, etc., to allow them and related laboratories and universities to expand inhumane experimentation programs such as illegal experiments for Directed Energy Weapons on unwitting and non-consenting American citizens.
The scam goes like this, random people, or people who are dissidents or whistleblowers are purposely mislabeled as “terrorists” and put on an Enemies List, which is then turned over to Defense Contractors to target under perverted interpretations of NDAA and PAA.
This allows them to engage the Military and Law Enforcement in either the active harassment and torture of individuals illegally targeted for fraudulent cause, or it gives the Defense Contractors carte blanche to commit criminal assault upon innocent citizens while demanding (unconstitutionally) that Police stand down and do nothing to help their victims.
Police are even used as liaisons to citizen vigilante groups like Infragard, or other “civic minded” organizations who are lied to about the target (being a terrorist/traitor/criminal) and enticed/paid to stalk and harass them 24/7. Police are even used as liaisons to actual criminal groups used by Feds and contractors for the blatantly criminal activity such as vandalism, pet poisoning, assaults, to actual usage of mobile Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) against innocent civilian targets to harm or kill them. Civilians are paid to serve as proxies to give Feds and contractors “plausible deniability”. Police are paid to look the other way, either with cash bribes or “police toys”.
Many Federal managers, such as retired NSA Deputy Director Bill Black Jr., are even secretly investing in this DEW weaponry that they are helping develop through the torture of American citizens falsely labeled as terrorists to strip them of their Constitutional and Civil Rights.

My Mother Christy was a military spouse for 22 years (a “Key Spouse” after the 2008 remarriage), with parents who both retired from DOD Civil Service and whose Dad worked as an Aircraft Mechanic before working with contract procurement/competition advocacy at the DOD. She herself is an Environmental Scientist that graduated from UC Davis and worked there for a short time, as well as NASA, Raytheon (Hughes STX), the DOD (Hill and McClellan AFB), the IRS, USDA. She was working at the CA Water Resource Control Board and divorcing my 30-year Air Force veteran Father when she started experiencing mobbing in the workplace. The fix was in as the remarriage occurred, but the targeting became more noticeable in 2009, though it was not obvious that it was being so highly orchestrated until after she left on disability August 1st, 2011 (same day I was at my Dad’s retirement ceremony at Scott AFB), on the verge of a heart attack.
She was then subsequently Gangstalked in Davis, CA starting August 11th, 2011 as she was deathly ill and trying to recover, while I was busy attending college at Chico State studying Recording Arts (Audio/Sound/Music Theory) living in and property managing a home my Dad owned. This included men in white vans, trucks, on motorcycle, on foot and eventually by airplane. It also included vandalism, attempted break-ins, poisoning of our dog Max, a man in a dark truck pointing a laser at the house at 3 a.m. from a larger device held with both hands (as he parked in the driveway with his lights on), etc. She was misdiagnosed at UC Davis, and soon blocked from disability, unemployment and social security benefits. At the time she was also fighting Ally, CitiBank and GMAC over her toxic mortgage loan with some assistance from the CA Attorney General’s office, but by mid-2014 the AG’s office dropped the ball, likely due to our informing them of the details of the targeting occurring, thinking they would help us. Around that time the targeting had been ramping up again, after subsiding temporarily in February 2013 (or so we thought) with the finalization of the divorce in my Dad’s favor.
A racketeering continuum became more and more apparent from Fall 2011 onward, as we were both experiencing Directed Energy Weapon assaults and symptoms of microwave sickness in our separate homes from at least October 2010, “coincidentally” when she filed for divorce. The stalking and assaults increased in intensity as my Dad continued to manipulate both of us in various ways through the divorce process. My Mom was put on trial on the last hearing date of the divorce in February 2013 at the Yolo County Superior Court, after her lawyer had been manipulating and misrepresenting her, joining forces with my Dad’s attorney until she recused herself for admitted conflict of interest. Months after the divorce was finalized my Mom found out her attorney Sarah Orr was now a main partner in his lawyer, DeKristie Adams’ lawfirm.
Our vocalization of our experiences and related research to the Attorney General Kamala Harris, the Davis Police, Cottages at Mace Ranch HOA, and on social media (specifically Facebook) seemed to influence the increased targeting we noticed ramping up again from May 2014 through April 2015. This time around there were various types of aircraft (bi-planes, helicopters, large military planes and drones) that began doing targeted fly-by’s over our Davis home almost on a daily basis (also as we traveled around town), alongside more of the same Organized Gangstalking and Electronic Harassment/Torture, vandalism, mail tampering/obstruction, attempted break-ins to our home, a successful break-in to our locked Prius with an EM device to steal my Mom’s wallet, an attack against another one of our dogs, etc.
All of this as we continued to resist fraudulent foreclosure efforts by several mortgage sharks clouding up the title to the home without possession of the original documents. By April 2015 we were evicted from our home by the corrupt Yolo County Sheriff’s Department, who had months prior to this forged my signature on a citation I received after my dog was attacked by an off-leash dog from their Animal Control SPCA shelter, as they enforced a fraudulent and unlawful “Unlawful Detainer” filed against us by the lawyer for Andco Farms, the corporation owned by Larry Odbert that “purchased” our home for $6,400. He was able to do this to gain “ownership” of our home after the President of our HOA, Derraugh Dawson Esq. (Yolo County Family Law Attorney) manipulated the voting process to foreclose without establishing quorum, using former HOA board members to do so. Derraugh Dawson happened to be the lawyer who, in 2008 “negligently” prepared the pre-nuptial agreement my Mom couldn’t use, and she also happens to be friends with Sarah Orr and DeKristie Adams. It became apparent to us by early 2015 that she also has a relationship with Mr. Odbert, as we spotted the car that “served” the Unlawful Detainer parked in front of her home. An Internet search revealed that the lady driving the car was Judith Odbert, a supervising assistant “Public Defender” in Sacramento County who also happened to attend Lincoln Law School like Mrs. Dawson. Also revealed was Mr. Odbert’s partner Al Seastrand, who has a history of participating in terrorizing people (women in particular) in effort to steal their homes.
As we were forced onto the streets with our 4 dogs and no income, aside from the financial help we received from my Mom’s parents, Odbert continued to rent the house out as he attempted to convert my Mom’s earned equity as his own. It’s been over a year now and a court date has never been set, yet the Yolo County Superior Court is pushing for me to show up for trial for the infraction that turned into a misdemeanor due to my “Failure to Appear”, after my signature was forged and our mail was obstructed. They now claim that my Mom’s letter to them April 11th 2016 requesting a court date for the bogus Unlawful Detainer case against us is considered “ex-parte communication”. Just last month we discovered that our house was sold through a bank foreclosure, as the equity is once again fraudulently converted to another corporate entity.
There is much more to our story that we won’t include here but please get in contact with us, and follow our page to know more. We are still semi-homeless and luckily still surviving after all of this, but still experiencing some of the same tactics even out of state including Electronic Harassment, instances of stalking/surveillance on the ground and aerially, mail tampering/obstruction, and apparent sabotage to our vehicle meant to cause an accident. We need legal and financial help ASAP.

My targeting with V2k/directed energy weapons was revealed to me in 2010..but there were other strange things from my childhood that didn’t make sense until I was subjected to v2k and was ‘virtually’ interrogated. I believe this to be at least partially, the ongoing CIA Mk-ULTRA mind control program. I have also noticed that black, middle-aged women seem to be disproportionately populated among those complaining about being TIs. The 2010 Bio-Ethics Committee Hearings videos even show the disparities. If you go on YT and type in this topic, you can see that there are a disproportionate number of black people complaining about being Targeted Individuals. This has the US government’s criminal fingerprints all over it. No doubt, they are funding this and probably distributing the daily work to contractors. The world needs to know what kind of amoral, criminal network really runs the US.
