Last night, July 31, 2026, on a phone call via WhatsApp on my cell phone to my father in Chennai, India at 11:53 pm, my voice was overlaid with a loud, electronic voice with a distinctly demeaning and degraded accent, one hardly recognizable, and not recognizable certainly as my voice. I heard this electronic voice-echo a few times, shocked at how it overlaid precisely my speech, then pointed out to my father my voice was being voice-morphed in what was clearly a covert Intelligence operation, possibly from right next door–where several Intelligence operatives cower, as I have previously reported, and as they have proved to me on numerous occasions, going so far as to spray skunk-spray smells and formaldehyde smells over the fence at me as I sat outside on my back deck and as they sped out and into their cars. (The crimes of this group of operatives who have made false reports about me and caused absolute chaos in my life and family will be reported further.) I repeated this information verbally: It looks like this phone-call is being intruded on in an Intelligence operation, and curiously the voice-morphing stopped, and my father and I were able to have a longer conversation. I had been intending to get off the phone if this accent-overlay continued.
It strikes me this is a way that Intelligence agencies with sick intent can and probably affect people’s online video and audio presence by attacking voice, reason for me to get back to my broadcast reports as soon as I can.
Looking it up today, I found that there is Real Time Voice Changing AI software out there, which promises to change voices in real time and overlay any accent of your choice.
Doing that to someone’s voice in a phone call or a broadcast or podcast or recording however without their consent, in an Interference and Hacking operation, is criminal. Doing it to a broadcast journalist and author and teacher who uses her signature voice professionally–and whose distinctive voice needs to be recognized, for obvious reasons–is malicious and criminal, because it denotes intent to attack public image in addition to its invasion of privacy.
Voice-Changing AI Software, Neural Network Changing, and Inner Voice and Outer Voice and Accent Changing
Intelligence Agency BCI-Tech Brain-Invasion Crimes Professing “Normative Intelligence Activities”
This use of voice-changing software to change voices in real-time coincides with another Intelligence venture, that of attacking neural networks, inner voice, and thinking, part of a “neural network training and closed-looping” project which it appears covert Intelligence operatives are working on, using BCI-CBI technologies, parametric speaking, and other sound and neurotechnologies, with intent to repeat in real-time one’s inner-voice voicings, that is, thoughts voiced to oneself, using a plethora of degraded and degrading accents, “training” themselves to get acclimated to their target’s thought patterns, phrasing, methods of speaking, then overlaying these with closed-loop ending of open-ended thinking with specific catch phrases, words, streams of speaking, and pre-empting further thought with these preplanned phrases, words, streams: all intricate methodologies to downgrade human thinking and human brains, force degrading accents onto one’s inner speech with intent to force said accents onto external speech, that is, verbalization, and thereby degrade one’s voice and accent in the world, especially one’s usage of English, lowering one’s cachet, presenting of self, and public image–a Human Degrading Project apparently being experimented with on numerous intelligent people with superior speaking skills and pleasing accents, as reported to this writer for quite some time now.
That the Intelligence agencies are engaging in such nefarious venture is known to whistleblowers such as MI6 Ralph Hassall--these are unhinged people with sinister and dark intent to destroy the Human Brain, Human Ability, Human Power and especially target exceptional, outstanding, talented, artistic, creative, and intellectual people, particularly brown-skinned, to bring them down in every way–maintaining extant Anglo-European prejudices, biases, and racial hatreds among a colonial, imperial, misled coterie who wish to maintain intellectual hegemony and deny voice, platform, and recognition to all whom they consider competitive and in danger of ousting them. Knowing they cannot prevail openly, they use covert means to attack and degrade brains and ability; “covert brain access” today is being studied openly and published on openly. This is part of what (this writer concludes, from the evidence) the CIA, DIA, DARPA, NIJ and others are doing, professing “normative Intelligence activities” and “normative Criminal Justice activities” as they gift themselves waivers of Informed Consent and prey on the populace, parking right next door to people they target, and working assiduously night and day to run covert attacks with EMF, audio, neuro, nano technologies on them while doing everything they can in overt provocation and harassment to bring police-EMS presence into the mix and have them dismissed as Mentally Ill–as discussed recently at Physicians, Psychiatrists, Judges, Attorneys, Police Are Aiding and Abetting AP-DEW Crimes Against Humanity with Mental Health Fraud.

DARPA, Imagined Speech, and Brain Decoding

DARPA is weaponizing thinking here, with attacks on Inner Speech, Covert Speech, Silent Speech.
What is being reported here (above) is a few steps beyond this Imagined Speech report, with the use of multiple attacks on human brains to simultaneously degrade and downgrade accents and inner voice thinking abilities while swarming targets with discursive, continuous, pre-emptive, multiple, diverse voicings of inner speech for maximum irritation, aggravation, and psychological trauma. Not just “Brain Decoding” using EEGs as described here and elsewhere–mind reading with a new name–or “Synthetic Telepathy” but all that and more as Intelligence investigators tread further and further into unmarked Brain-Invasion territory.
So is it the CIA doing this or CIA-DARPA? The intent is Degradation of the Human Brain and Degradation of the Human Voice. Singers, actors, speakers, podcasters, broadcasters could be targeted thus, removing them from the public arena. False hierarchies of talent could be maintained. Racial supremacy could be enforced. Which is already being done overtly, in every industry and has been done, for decades. Now they think they can do this covertly as well, knocking people out as they stand up.
Clearly, Brain Experimentation needs to be further investigated and reported on.
