While many suspect that the US Congress and US President are quite intricately involved in and perfectly cognizant of these programs (the President’s Surveillance program maybe?) permitting the use of EMF/scalar/sonic neuroweapons on Americans along with organized stalking COINTELPRO actions and massive character assassination and community-policing in-community, via classified programs of excessive/secret FISA-court-permitted “electronic surveillance,” it is nevertheless significant that hundreds of Americans today are aware enough or affected enough to sign this petition, and vital to note its importance in raising awareness about the pervasiveness of this c/overt abuse on thousands of Americans, and others worldwide. Much gratitude to Linda Bressendorff for caring enough about this vitally important issue of unjust assaults on Americans via “electronic surveillance” cover-ups/loopholes and classified secretive human subject experimentation programs to bring it openly to public attention, and let’s hope ripples and consequences will spread far and wide to effect positive change sooner rather than later.
This is just such a stellar interview by the engaging Vinny Eastwood of The Vinny Eastwood Show of investigative science and technology researcher and reporter Dr. Nick Begich (whose website is EarthPulse Press) that I wanted to make a separate post of it, just to call attention to a couple very important things he focuses on. Of course it’s always enlightening to listen to Nick Begich, and to read his books, which are meticulously researched and footnoted; his books are vital in any researching of HAARP, chem trails, weather modification, mind control technologies, but I am increasingly impressed by researchers and alternative media interviewers today who are unafraid–unlike the NYT, Washington Post, Intercept, Globe, CNN, and other MSM parties–to speak openly, candidly, and freely of the covert military experimentation projects that are currently underway–and have been for decades apparently–all over the world using “technetronic” or EMF/scalar/sonic weapons, as well as HAARP and weather modification technologies which are not merely modifying the weather but assisting in mass mind control (via HAARP and ELFs–a post on this from Dr. Nick Begich and Jeanne Manning here).
Humans in small and large numbers–Targeted Individuals and Mass Populations (which pretty much covers both you and me)–are being experimented on with these new weapons (issues covered here under Human Rights and many posts) because we are looking currently at highly techno-militarized governments seeking to increase their techno-military activities as they develop scarier and scarier weapons–in classified military and intelligence projects, and in secrecy–when technology of this kind, which allows humans to remotely manipulate and control other humans, as Dr. Begich notes, should really be open to public discussion. The military and government intent seems to be to pre-empt and shut down any hint of human protest through individual and mass mind control –and these weapons are being used currently in this way, on activists and others: Targeted Individuals. And unless and until humans rise up, get informed en masse, about these horrific brain and body control technologies, and protest, this will not stop.
Corporate media of course helps keep the masses ignorant about these issues and in a perpetual state of panic over various contrived and enacted events–a state of consciousness which disallows people from exercising calm judgment, reason, and thinking for themselves, notes Dr. Begich. Government today, Dr. Begich stresses, is merely continuing what it’s been doing for decades–as we know now, half a million Americans have been experimented on without consent over the past 4 decades, as per Clinton’s confession (linked here earlier)–and no-one prosecuted or jailed the criminals who engaged in this research. Governments today are supremely focused on Mind Control and information control–and in the US today have exempted themselves from requiring Informed Consent by classifying their research in the name of National Security, and disassociating Informed Consent from Classified Research (in my view, an absolutely shameful, immoral, and corrupt circumstance which will be spotlighted here soon, and which should be vocally challenged and ended). We are seeing today “an increase in secrecy which serves to make Government opaque and the people transparent”–when it should really be the other way, he points out.
We have entered a time period when what’s of prime importance, notes Dr. Begich, is the Domain of the Mind (and mass media will never cover this apparently, they’ve done a good job so far of kowtowing to “authority” and not touching it, except if at all, in derision, using the term “conspiracy theory” to dismiss/deny/avoid having to cover). Mind control weapons which include remote transmission technologies such as Synthetic Telepathy–remotely modulating sound or voices into people’s heads, using microwave radiation--have been developed, and are being tested and used; these can be used to influence politicians and people in government, just as much as the ordinary man or woman on the street, something he has shared with the EU Commission in 1998.
One interesting bit of information I don’t recall learning about earlier is a Navy document he uncovered in 2006, he says, which lists protocols for human subject research. (In looking it up actually I do recall seeing it earlier; it’s similar to lists of exemptions for different government agencies in the CFR, but I will re-evaluate as I continue to collect documentation on this site.)
From the vantage point of 20 years of research in the field, Dr. Begich suggests that it’s vital for everyone to take a stand–to do some research, understand what’s going on, and then find your own way to make a difference. We are facing brain and mind control technologies today that are completely destructive of human will, autonomy, sovereignty, privacy--and it’s up to each of us to make a stand.
If this is a subject new to you, a good place to start that research would be his books and the many videos of his talks and interviews on Youtube. Mass Media is failing us shamefully, and if some of us don’t know yet that Mind Control and Brain Control research and non-consensual human experimentation involving Remote Manipulation technologies is well underway, all over the world, it’s because MSM and the CIA/Military Cyberwarfare Disinfo Brigade, along with government-funded psychiatrists, has done a number on us, trying to get most people to believe that people being abused today by nonconsensual experimentation on their bodies and brains and reporting that abuse are variously paranoid, unstable, deranged, unreliable, schizoid,and so forth, an age-old and unimaginative ploy intended to keep secrets secret and covert projects covert that increasingly more of us are beginning to see beyond.

Update and Correction, September 2016: The letter presented in Dr. Greer’s video and covered below as from the Strategic Studies Institute was apparently wrongfully attributed as such, and is in actuality, as per her own correction, a letter penned by Julianne McKinney, Director of the Electronic Surveillance Project.
I understand Ms. McKinney has now corrected Dr. Greer on the matter of authorship and intent of this letter. In a March 23, 2016 letter to him, notification of which was provided to me, she wrote:
“I had intended this letter as a sardonic slap-in-the-face, drawn in part from my former role as Director of the Electronic Surveillance Project, affiliated with the Association of National Security Alumni.
In that capacity, I had had extensive contact with former satanic cult members and with so-called UFO “abductees,” as well as first-hand experience with the deceptive practices employed by the U.S. Government, especially in the intelligence and UFO-abduction fields. I employed the knowledge gained from those experiences in my letter to Metz and Kievit.” Julianne McKinney, March 23, 2016
While it appears from the correspondence exchanged between both and reported to me that accusations of CIA affiliation and lack of integrity were aired, I personally seek to stay somewhat neutral on this subject and post here only the most relevant information (in my view). I am sure Ms. McKinney or Dr. Greer would be able to publicly post further on this fracas on their own, should they wish, to clear up any doubts on their views or affiliations. If both parties would like to contact me, however, with specific intent to add more to this report, I will be glad to report further.
Dr. Greer’s March 24, 2016 response, as reported by Julianne McKinney, contained the following:

However I am curious how you know – however sardonically you may have presented it- about the para-governmental involvement in hoaxing many UFO and Abduction events. That part of what you wrote is no exaggeration as I have multiple independent military and government sources who have specifically explained to me this ” stagecraft”- and some who have been directly been involved in those ops.
Like you, I am actually very skeptical of much of what is out there attributed to “aliens”. Many cases are attempts to hide advanced human electro-magnetogravitic aircraft that are highly classified.
There is also an enormous amount of psyops disinformation designed to, frankly, scare people and create fear and hatred of ETs- for future propaganda conditioning purposes to be announced.
Again, I apologize for the confusion as all I had has part of your letter (can you send me all of it? ) and it conformed with other evidence and sources who have confirmed to us the hoaxing of many UFO/ Abduction events ( as well as the so-called animal mutilation phenomena) .

All this below is my original post on this video, from Dec 15, 2015.
I waited to post it here because I wanted to view it myself, which has taken some time–it’s long, I could only watch it in snatches–and of course, I watched it primarily with an eye to further understanding how our highly-secretive Intelligence agencies–which are running extremely damaging Covert Ops on the American public today (see this post on “Targeted Individuals”)–are functioning, and why they think they’re inviolate and invincible.
They’re not of course, no-one is, they just don’t seem to know it. Exposure of their deeds and misdeeds, past and present, is today exploding all over the place, and we owe huge debts of gratitude to those like Dr. Steven Greer, who have spent years of their lives researching these heavily classified subjects, who have persisted in their questioning, and who have come forward with extraordinary courage and integrity to present their findings to the public, minus media fanfare, and often in the face of government opposition and intimidation.
There is quite some incredible disclosure in this video (more information on this in the Description section below the video at Youtube), and it’s highly recommended, on all counts. I’ll note below though what I found interesting in relation to the development and use of electromagnetic and scalar and RFID technologies that are implicated in today’s Covert Ops of Brain, Body, and Mind Control experimentation on Americans–and which seem to be part of the globalist push for same via similar Covert Assaults on populations worldwide. (An issue that our media should be covering in detail, but isn’t, because of course they’re either run by the CIA or gagged by the NSA or misled by PsyOps Disinfo from both–more below.)
Extreme Secrecy & the Deep State
Dr. Greer traces in the opening parts of his talk(5:00 minutes on)how the Deep State as we know it today, with its penchant for black ops and unaccountability, started with the UFO issue in the late ’40s, during the time of the development of the atomic bomb, and the Roswell incident, and the extreme secrecy that came to be built around the UFO issue succeeding this time period. This segment is interesting not merely by way of the story behind Roswell–that the spacecraft was actually shot down–but by reason of the technology used: scalar, longitudinal electromagnetic technology, used in a kind of beam weapon, developed way back in the ’40s. (Around 13:00 minutes on.)
Scalar Technologies
In other words, Tesla’s scalar technology or the understanding of scalar waves by the military/Intelligence/industrial complex, which today is thought to be used in Remote Neural Monitoring weapons whose tracking beams appear to defy shielding of all kinds, was developed way back then, and was used in the ’40s. Scalar waves are superluminal (several times faster than light), and this information is classified (!) — it’s still not taught in schools. (Note that scientists do speak about it today though, including, notably, the late Konstantin Meyl.)
Projects Off the Books
Unacknowledged Special Access Projects and their off-the-books aspects, compartmentalized secrecy maneuvers, concealment from elected government, and atmosphere of threat and intimidation is talked about around 50:00 minutes on. Illegal, unconstitutional, criminal, dangerous, is how Dr. Greer describes these–and who can argue with that.
Scientists Forced to Lie/Or Paid to Lie
How scientists at Harvard and elsewhere have been strong-armed to maintain silence over UFOs and ETs, or have been on the payroll of Intelligence agencies such as the CIA to propel falsehoods and lies on this subject for years, including Carl Sagan, of Cosmos fame, is talked aboutaround 1 hr:58 minutes on.
Technology Interfacing with Thought
Also fascinating is the discussion of electronics picking up directed intended thought, or brain-electronic interfaces, incorporated into ET navigation systems, coveredaround the 2:00 hour mark. As many of us know today, the Electronic Brain Link technologies developed by DIA and CIA and DARPA neuroscientists interested in “hiving minds” and controlling the brains and thoughts of individuals (part of Mind Hacking projects referred to by Dr. Robert Duncan in this post) are some of the technologies being covertly tested today on nonconsenting Targeted Individuals, freely supplied to unethical military/Intel experimenters as EMF weapon fodder by an unscrupulous security state (the way it’s currently working, first they target you, then they think you’re free game and can be experimented on)–and by a government that is no longer representative of the people, but rather, of criminally-active transnational corporations desperate to control the people. (We are currently inside the fascist New World Order, even if not everyone knows it yet–the question is, how do we get out of it.)
Extremely Micro RFID Chips and the CIA
Around 2 hrs: 47 mins is mention of Dr. Greer’s conversation with Air Force computer specialist William Pawelec, now an interview available on Youtube ( which warrants its own post another day) on the subject of CIA involvement in the manufacture of RFID chips in the ’70s and ’80s manufactured by Siemens in the billions–miniature, edible chips, some with Neurophone capabilities, permitting radio-control of thought and behavior. Dr. Greer notes that EG &G, a chip implant manufacturer near Area 51, makes chips that have been found implanted in victims of abductions — proving that these abductions were part of the PsyOps Psychological Warfare set up and run by the Deep State, to muddy the waters and deflect attention from report or anticipation of any positive UFO or ET experiences–but also proving that RFID chip implants have been planned for a long time, have been experimented with, developed, and fine-tuned covertly for years–in particular, by the CIA. War_ with great interest. Noting that you encourage discussion
and debate on this subject (and presuming that the average U.S.
citizen is not to be excluded from these discussions and
debates), I would like to comment on this paper.
First, I noticed a rather curious omission in your paper, namely,
the impact of a "revolutionized" military upon the rights of U.S.
citizens as they might be inferred to exist under Article IX of
the United States Constitution. True, you have expressed some
concern about potential "ethics" violations resulting from
unconstrained evolutionary or revolutionary processes; however,
I see no reference anywhere in your paper to the military's
primary responsibility in upholding, protecting and defending
the U.S. Constitution.
Absent any such reference, your use of the term, "ethics,"
becomes relativistic, in my opinion--more suited, perhaps, to
discourses by followers of Nietsche. This is not a criticism,
incidentally. If you are unprepared to discuss an RMA in the
context of its impact on the U.S. Constitution, then I will spare
you the hassle, since what I am about to propose is similarly
bereft of any such considerations.

Instructions:
1. Raise one or two generations of children under the auspices of government-approved satanic cults, such as COL (USA ret.) Michael Aquino’s Temple of Set. Violent sexual, physical and psychological abuse of these children over a period of 15 years will produce generations of dissociative automatons who will comply with instructions in obedient, unquestioning fashion. Their required adherence to cult tenets precludes any consideration of laws governing U.S. society, generally. Cult-programmed “graduates,” among other things, will be expected to participate in contrived UFO abduction scenarios.
2. Create a global UFO cult, which will involve the abduction of citizens so as to foster an illusion that this earth is facing an extraterrestrial invasion. UFO abductees-of-preference will have an expertise in computer technologies, since that expertise will be required in future technocratic R.M.A. scenarios. Use of experimental drugs,holographic projection capabilities, directed-energy technologies, induced auditory input, experimental aircraft, and special effects costuming and stagecraft, among other things, will be used to persuade abductees of the reality of their circumstances. Official denials regarding these events will employ reverse psychology, to ensure that all such denials are taken as official confirmation of an imminent and/or ongoing extraterrestrial invasion. UFO abductees will be persuaded to worship their anticipated extraterrestrial “conquerors” in cult-enforced religious fashion. UFO cult networks will be controlled by U.S. Intelligence to limit infiltration and ensure that dissidents do not disrupt UFO Cult long-term agendas. Dissociative satanic cult graduates will handle all such executions; i.e., when not actively lending logistical and theatrical support to UFO abduction operations.
3. Directed-energy surveillance and weapons technologies of all types will be used for purposes of spreading fear and confusion in the population at large (under deniable circumstances); for eliminating persons deemed “adversarial” to U.S. national security interests; and for spotting, assessing and manipulating potential recruits to R.M.A. causes.
4. Neurocybernetics and other psychotechnologies will be used to sow confusion and hypochondria in the population at large. The symptoms and effects produced by these and other directed-energy technologies will parallel the effects produced by various microbes, viruses and chemical imbalances, thus compelling a large segment of society to seek medical intervention, which in turn, will be a basis for their being used for medical experimentation under “voluntary” circumstances. Psychiatrists and psychologists will play an important rolein these experiments, particularly where denying the efficacy of neurocybernetics/psychotechnologies is concerned. Citizens complaining of “hearing voices” will be used as a basis for (generously) government-funded, schizophrenic-related brain research, since comprehension and control of the human brain is critical.

Perhaps we can start by agreeing there is no such thing as Consensual Surveillance, for if there were, we would all be ticking boxes on Census-like forms offered to us by benevolent government entities keen to surveill us with our consent, saying Yes! You can surveill me, adding, defensively, as many of the unthinking among us do, After all, I have nothing to hide.
The FBI States It Engages in Consensual Monitoring
Still, the FBI is on record now as stating that it engages in Consensual Monitoring, in the case of the aerial surveillance of Baltimore in May during the protests succeeding Freddy Gray’s death in police custody, as documents obtained by ACLU reveal. This October 30, 2015 ACLU report has the story, and the FBI Evidence and Memo Logs referencing “Consensual Monitoring” in pdf form can be found linked at the end of that article. These evidence logs, which are redacted in places, seem to be logging in Aerial Surveillance Videos, but in a few cases, log in “Other Electronic Surveillance” which is still item-described as “Aerial Surveillance,” and in one case, additionally, as “Consensual Monitoring–Non-Telephonic.”
What is Consensual Monitoring?
What can Consensual Monitoring possibly be? Is the FBI defining a form of monitoring and surveillance it engages in as Consensual, in hopes of “keeping it legal”? One clue they offer is that it’s “Other Electronic.” It’s not Aerial Video. It’s not Aerial Photography. Can it be Aerial Cyber Surveillance? (Why would they need to do that from the air, when it would be far more effective from the ground?) It’s Non-Telephonic. So it’s not Stingray, Dirtbox, cell-phone-tower-mimicking scooping-up of cellphone voice and text data. It’s Electronic, and it’s Consensual–so they say–and it’s not Video, Audio, Telephonic, Cyber-related.
From the ACLU article:
“FBI evidence logs reveal that at least half of the flights conducted video surveillance, and that the FBI retained copies of those videos in its files. Other flights conducted some type of “electronic surveillance,” but specific descriptions are redacted. This suggests that those flights were perhaps using more sensitive or powerful recording gear than just video cameras, though what kind we don’t know.
What we do know is that one of the aircraft, a Cessna propeller plane registered to an FBI front company, NG Research, had specialized surveillance camera equipment on board. FAA documentation shows that the FBI installed a Paravion Technology infrared camera mount and a FLIR Talon multi-sensor camera system on the exterior of the plane. The FLIR system includes a “thermal imager,” an optical camera, and a “laser illuminator” for recording at night. We did not receive documentation about the second plane observed circling over Baltimore, so we don’t know if it was carrying different gear.”
Regular FBI Surveillance Flights Over Cities and Rural Areas
A June 2015 article by the Associated Press revealed the fact of regular surveillance flights over cities by FBI planes,although again the natureof the surveillancewas not clarified:
“Scores of low-flying planes circling American cities are part of a civilian air force operated by the FBI and obscured behind fictitious companies, The Associated Press has learned.
The AP traced at least 50 aircraft back to the FBI, and identified more than 100 flights in 11 states over a 30-day period since late April, orbiting both major cities and rural areas. At least 115 planes, including 90 Cessna aircraft, were mentioned in a federal budget document from 2009.
For decades, the planes have provided support to FBI surveillance operations on the ground.But now the aircraft are equipped with high-tech cameras, and in rare circumstances, technology capable of tracking thousands of cellphones,raising questions about how these surveillance flights affect Americans’ privacy.
“It’s important that federal law enforcement personnel have the tools they need to find and catch criminals,” said Charles Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. “But whenever an operation may also monitor the activities of Americans who are not the intended target, we must make darn sure that safeguards are in place to protect the civil liberties of innocent Americans.“
The FBI says the planes are not equipped or used for bulk collection activities or mass surveillance. The surveillance equipment is used for ongoing investigations, the FBI says, generally without a judge’s approval.”

“One of the planes, photographed in flight last week (May/June 2015) by the AP in northern Virginia, bristled with unusual antennas under its fuselage and a camera on its left side.”
The AP video report that accompanies a Blaze article on this same AP report identifies the spherical white protrusion with cable on the fuselage as a ball camera to provide sweeping panoramic views, but the other equipment is not identified.
“Evolving technology can record higher-quality video from long distances, even at night, and can capture certain identifying information from cellphones using a device known as a “cell-site simulator” — or Stingray, to use one of the product’s brand names. These can trick pinpointed cellphones into revealing identification numbers of subscribers, including those not suspected of a crime.
Officials say cellphone surveillance is rare, although the AP found in recent weeks FBI flights orbiting large, enclosed buildings for extended periods where aerial photography would be less effective than electronic signals collection. Those included above Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.”
Currently Available Aerial Surveillance Technologies
On the subject of technology currently being used in Aerial Surveillance by Law Enforcement, and by Military PISR operations (Persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance), see this slide show presentation from the company Persistent Surveillance Systems, linked in pdf and posted Jan 2014 at PublicIntelligence.net, which includes suggested policy statements on Persistent Surveillance for Law Enforcement, among other things.
Essentially, what they say is that Wide Area Persistent Surveillance camera systems that are carried on planes offer panoramic views of large areas such as whole towns and cities, several miles (up to 25 miles in reports) in diameter, and the way they are used is to generate real-time video by having the planes circle interminably over defined areas, for about six hours at a time, combining the data obtained thereby with that from networked ground cameras, traffic cameras, gas station cameras, etc., to create a detailed picture in real-time of what anyone is doing, outside, on foot or in cars/vehicles. Persistent Surveillance Systems on Military Electronic Warfare Planes
Merely as reference, consider too the kind of wide-spectrum surveillance and data collection in process currently with Military Persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance programs, which use continuously-generated data from planes, ground stations, and satellites, as illustrated in this Raytheon UK overview image, from a Dec 2014 AIN Online article(Raytheon UK Develops New ISR Solutions). Note especially SATCOM–how satellites are being used to network data from the ground, from aircraft, from mobile forces, and from “tactical” ground stations.
Electronic Warfare aircraft, whose collection of ELINT, COMINT, SIGINT–Electronic Intelligence, Communications Intelligence, Signals Intelligence–is achieved through sophisticated radar systems, electronic jamming systems, and radio antennas, use various networked tools to engage in Persistent Aerial Surveillance.
The image below of an Electronic Warfare plane is from GlobalSecurity.org; while this aircraft looks obviously military and loaded with “pods” and antennae, Military news reports (and Defence company news and press releases) over the past couple years have pursued the creation of increasingly “intuitive” portable and streamlined EW collections/jamming packages that can be mounted more easily on smaller craft, including drones, as well be used in ground vehicles, fixed installations, and in backpacks for “foot soldiers” to carry. So, looking again at the FBI surveillance plane imaged above, one might just wonder if it’s possible this high-tech FBI surveillance aircraft is merely a smaller, streamlined version of the plane below, carrying compact Electronic Warfare collection/jamming systems for Persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance.
Electronic Warfare Includes “Signals Intelligence” Collection
Not to be forgotten is the fact that Electronic Warfare, which has been covered previously in this post here, includes electronic surveillance and remote electronic signals collection–by which is meant a variety of electronic signals, as this Army Concept Capability on Electronic Warfare for the Future Modular Force 2015-2024 document details, including remotely-culled information from computers and electronic communications. Electronic Attack, one of the three Army-Doctrine aspects of Electronic Warfare, seeks to use electromagnetic energy to attack personnel, as well as equipment, and Electronic Warfare Support seeks out sources of intentionally and unintentionally radiated electromagnetic energy for threat recognition and targeting, as this overview image from the Army Concept Capability document illustrates.
“Consensual monitoring is the interception by an electronic device of any wire, oral, or electronic communication where one of the parties to the communication has given prior consent to the monitoring or recording. A warrant is not required to conduct consensual monitoring, and the party providing consent may be a government agent. See 18 U.S.C. § 2511, (2) (c) – (e) (2002).
The Attorney General Guidelines governing consensual monitoring cover only non-telephonic consensual monitoring.319The types of monitorings addressed by these Guidelines include the use of body recorders and transmitting devices. To supplement the Guidelines, the FBI imposes detailed administrative and management controls on the use of both non-telephonic and telephonic consensual monitoring. MIOG II § 10-10.”
Further, the report goes on to specify that DOJ permission to monitor is required only in the case of “sensitive individuals” such as members of Congress, Governors, and other public officials, and duration of monitoring be permitted in those cases for only up to 90 days at a time. For all other parties–such as you and me–no permission is required other than a sign off from a Special Agent at the local FBI office, and duration of monitoring may be marked by said Special Agent as “for the duration of the investigation,” may be conducted by anyone, including possibly Government agents, and doesn’t need a warrant or DOJ approval.
Records are required to be maintained in all cases of consensual monitoring; the record to FOIA-request is:Form FD-759, captioned “Notification of SAC/ASAC Authority Granted for Use of Telephonic and/or Nontelephonic Consensual Monitoring Equipment in Criminal Matters Only.”
Is Consensual Monitoring Accomplished via 1), Recordings Unilaterally Consented-to by Hundreds of Thousands of Recipients of National Security Letters, & 2), Covertly Implanted RFID transponders?
Consensual Monitoring One: The consensual monitoring being spoken of here is via recorders, such as apps on cell phones, or videorecorders/audiorecorders on cell phones, which belong to people who are “co-operating in an investigation” by the FBI, and who are being gagged from speaking about this to the individual under investigation by way of National Security Letters, hundreds of thousands of which, possibly now more than a million, have been handed out every year (See the Electronic Frontier Foundation‘s Module on NSLs);
and Consensual Monitoring Two; The “body recorders and transmitting devices” spoken of are biomems, RFID chips, MicroElectroMechanical devices, neurostimulators, and the like, covertly implanted in individuals, which do indeed function as “body recorders” and radio transmitter/receivers. Of course, this is scarcely Consensual communications, even if it is a two-way radio communication, since the implants themselves are non-consensual, but is an attempt being made here to pass off RFID transmissions as “Consensual Monitoring”?
The CIA’s Concealed Monitoring
This brings us to the CIA, and a June ACLU article by Staff Attorney Ashley Gorski, New Docs Raise Questions About CIA Spying Here At Home which revealed the recent FOIA-requested (by ACLU & Yale Law School’s Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic) release of several documents–eg., the CIA’s own internal regulations on spying in both foreign and domestic areas, titled AR 2-2, a CIA/FBI Memo of Understanding regarding foreign and domestic intelligence collection, and others, related to the CIA’s collection programs under Executive Order 12333.
It must be noted, these documents are continuously redacted, with blanks in place of particular Intelligence collection information marked “National Security Act.”
These documented regulations apparently govern the domestic activities of the CIA, in its human subject research programs, its domestic intelligence collection programs, its foreign intelligence collected-domestically programs, its domestic monitoring programs, and its co-ordination with the FBI in domestic electronic surveillance and monitoring.
This ACLU article, and all the documents it points to, in particular the document AR 2-2, which clearly notes that the CIA engages in human subject research and experimentation programs–an issue of profound concern at this site, deserve close reading and analysis, and will be examined further here, in a succeeding post (when redactions will be filled in, speculatively).
What’s of particular note here to this analysis, from this ACLU article/finding is:The CIA works closely with the FBI on domestic intelligence collection and can ask the FBI to collect intelligence anytime on anyone it likes.Any recording consented to by one party is not considered electronic surveillance, it is possibly considered Concealed Monitoring, a term that Army Intelligence and the CIA are familiar with—(this seems to be the same kind of surveillance the FBI discusses as Consensual Monitoring, where one party unilaterally consents to a recording involving two parties or more).The CIA gives itself permission to install “monitoring devices” whenever no warrant is required for law enforcement–a loophole created by other loopholes–but does not specify what these devices are. (RFID Implants/Bio-MEMs maybe?)
The ACLU article notes:
“In addition, Annex B explains that the CIA may “use a monitoring device within the United States under circumstances in which a warrant would not be required for law enforcement purposes if the CIA General Counsel concurs.”
But what qualifies as a “monitoring device”? And how exactly does monitoring differ from “electronic surveillance,” which the CIA is prohibited from doing domestically? We don’t know. In the newly released documents, the definition of “monitoring” (as distinct from “electronic surveillance”) is redacted.”

Security and Intelligence analysts need to start connecting the dots here and planning strategies to force this information out into the open in order to seek accountability and exposure. All Americans deserve to know that our Intelligence agencies–in particular the FBI and CIA–are 1) actively collecting particular electronic signals information the nature of which is being kept redacted and classified–but which thousands of Americans experiencing covert-assault and covert-access with radar and Remote Neural Monitoring technologies, as well as researchers studying Mind-Hacking patents and technologies can identify as Human Bio-Resonance EMFs and Brain EMFs; 2) getting away with close monitoring and surveillance of Americans, domestically, and secretively, using National Security Letters as leverage to obtain one-party consent that is then labelled “consensual monitoring”; 3) self-permitting and installing covert non-consensual implants of radio transmitting/receiving devices in the bodies of Americans so as to engage in Remote Monitoring which is then rolled into “concealed monitoring.”

Fraudulent Investigations Are Being Opened, Publicized, and Run Indefinitely

“Covert” Tracking/Assaulting Pick-Up Pulls Into Neighbor’s Driveway

The Military is Currently Conducting Non Lethal Weapons and Directed Energy Weapons Testing on Humans, in the name of Bio-Behavioral Research

When the Military and Air Force are currently publishing their Directed-Energy contract RFPs, when CIA and NSA insiders (eg. see John St. Clair Akwei’s NSA lawsuit) are revealing the existence of highly sophisticated neurotechnologies, when patents exist–and are freely available online--for all reported effects experienced by victims of this unlawful human subject experimentation, ask yourself how many classified, CIA/DIA/DARPA/NSA Black Ops projects might exist, whose contracts are not published in the public domain, whose experiments are well-hidden under “classified research,” and whose experimentees and “subjects” therefore are not informed–merely assaulted–since, in the Land of the “Free,” Informed Consent isnot requiredin Classified Research projects.
Yes, that’s right: Informed Consent is Not Required for Covert Assault. The military/intelligence/industrial community has been working overtime ever since 9/11, and possibly before as well, to create loopholes for itself, and our checks and balances system (such as they are)–Congress oversight committees?–has utterly imploded on itself, as corporations with corporate mass-control intent run the country.
Today, the CIA can continue to classify all its research and not tell you you’re going to be covertly assaulted and experimented on, with radiation weapons, because the CFR–the Code of Federal Regulations–has been watered down to being utterly meaningless, and permits all sorts of Federal agencies to engage in human subject research without informed consent. We are back to Tuskegee, to Ewen Cameron’s MKULTRA, to the Guatamala experiments, to the Gulf War exploitation of soldiers–radiation experimentation, minus Consent.
Involvement of the Department of Justice in the Execution of these Directed-Energy Non-Lethal Weapons Testing projects
Information on the Department of Justice’s possible involvement and interest in Non-Lethal weapons comes from a few sources.
One, a 1994 Department of Defense directive, referenced in Earth Rising, The Revolution (Earthpulse Press, 2000), where authors Dr. Nick Begich and James Roderick write:
“The Merging of the Justice Department with Military Technology
On July 21, 1994, Dr. Christopher Lamb, Director of Policy Planning, issued a draft Department of Defense directive which would establish a policy for non-lethal weapons. The policy was intended to take effect January 1, 1995, and formally connected the military’s non-lethal research to civilian law enforcement agencies.
The government’s plan to use pulsed electromagnetic and radio frequency systems as a nonlethal technology for domestic Justice Department userings the alarm for some observers. Nevertheless, the plan for integrating these systems is moving forward. Coupling these uses with expanded military missions is even more disturbing. This combined mission raises additional constitutional questions for Americans regarding the power of the federal government.4
In interviews with members of the Defense Department the development of this policy was confirmed.5 In those February, 1995, discussions, it was discovered that these policies were internal to agencies and were not subject to any public review process.
In its draft form, the policy gives highest priority to development of those technologies most likely to get dual use, i.e. law enforcement and military applications.According to this document, non-lethal weapons are to be used on the government’s domestic “adversaries”.The definition of “adversary” has been significantly enlarged in the policy:
“The term ‘adversary’ is used above in its broadest sense, including those who are not declared enemies but who are engaged in activities we wish to stop.This policy does not preclude legally authorized domestic use of the nonlethal weapons by United States military forces in support of law enforcement.”6

"Memorandum of Understanding. The clear benefits of
this partnership led to the execution of an MOU
between DOJ and DOD on April 20, 1994. Highlighting
the importance attached to this MOU was its
execution by the Attorney General and the Deputy
Secretary of Defense and the presence of the Vice
President, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the
Director of the Office of National Drug Control
Policy at the signing ceremony. This MOU set in
motion the development and enactment of the
technology program described in Part II of this
report.
The MOU calls for the establishment of an
extendable 5-year program in which a JPSG, jointly
staffed by DOD and DOJ representatives, manages
daily operations and a high-level interagency
Senior Review Group sets policy. Members of the
JPSG have been drawn from DARPA, NIJ, the FBI, the
Bureau of Prisons, and the U.S. Army. The JPSG
works at any point along the research, development,
and acquisition (RDA) spectrum so that it can
support demonstrations of existing technology as
well as development of totally new and unique
technologies.
On October 1, 1994, the JPSG was established at
DARPA in Arlington, Virginia. The Chairman, from
DARPA, and Deputy Chairman, from NIJ, co-manage the
program. Congress appropriated $37.5 million in
Fiscal Year 1995 to support the MOU. Of this, $26
million was made available for JPSG-sponsored
projects."
This understanding between the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense, discussed above, was recently the subject of a FOIA request made May 29, 2015, by this writer, which can be seen here on Muckrock. The Information Policy office at the DOJ returned a no-responsive-documents response and cited three FOIA exemptions permitted under law enforcement and national security reasons while stating they had no responsive documents–meaning, it’s not that they necessarily had no documents, they’re pointing out that they are simply not required to reveal having any, since those exemptions permit them to conceal certain documents.
In other words (in the view of this writer), they’re claiming these exemptions:
1) to prevent having to acknowledge such a leading understanding/directive exists at all,
2) to prevent having to reveal such a leading memo,
3) to prevent having to confess to the secret use of covert non-lethal weapons on American streets, on American citizens,
4) to prevent having to reveal they’re permitting Local Law Enforcement to engage in a lot more than publicly-understood Law Enforcement,with publicly-disclosed weapons–because Local Law Enforcement now includes the military, who are being permitted to covertly assault citizens (labelled as “domestic adversaries”) with non-lethal weapons in support of Local Law Enforcement,
5) to prevent having to make public any of the massive behind-the-scenes thrust by Intel agencies and the military to covertly use already-developed New-Age neuroweaponry targeting human brains and nervous systems and hiding under the label of “non-lethal weapons.”
For those who have heard absolutely nothing uptill this moment about Non-Lethal Weapons, Neuroweapons, or Electromagnetic Weapons possibly in use at the local level — by local Law Enforcement — on Americans, this information will be absolutely shocking; please re-read the excerpted section above from Earth Rising to understand that we are being publicly told that the Department of Defense long ago, in 1994, struck a deal with the Department of Justice to permit the military to use non-lethal weapons on American civilians, inside America, in support of law enforcement.
(Recently, I made another set of FOIA requests, for an inventory of non-lethal weapons in their arsenal and current use, to the Department of Justice (not acknowledged yet, in October, although the request was made in May; this particular request also referenced military use), to both the local Quincy, MA police (no responsive documents), and to Massachusetts State Police (rejected). This latter request was rejected twice, the second time on appeal, on grounds of “public safety.” You may view the text of the request (which spells out the kind of non-lethal neuroweapons suspected to be in use on Massachusetts streets), and the response, here.)
Two, the obvious participation–if c/overt–of local law enforcement in these weapons-testing and operating activities. What part do the local police play? Again, we must turn to those experiencing the assaults for answers. And here they are.
One, local police turn a blind eye while non-lethal weapons are deployed on the streets, while Military/Intel operatives zoom in and out of neighborhoods, at high speed, or hole up in houses and apartments in the vicinity of the being-assaulted individual, while operatives use honking patterns to advertise their frustration to air-based vehicles, while helicopters and small aircraft zoom into neighborhoods in response to those honks, while Electronic Warfare, tracking and surveillance and Signals Intelligence-stealing aircraft hang and circle for hours in neighborhoods.
Two, many individuals being assaulted report indifference by police when reported to, or immediate dismissal of non-lethal weapon assault experiences as “delusional” and “a psychiatric issue.” Individuals have also reported being told by police officers that “we’ve been told not to interfere, it’s a Federal program.”
Three, local police take part in the COINTELPRO organized stalking, overt surveillance, and noise harassment of those being assaulted by, among other harassments reported, following them, parking directly in front of them, setting up “street theatre” operations in their vicinity, and using sirens and lights and racing about constantly in their presence.
Local Law Enforcement and the Department of Justice have obvious interactions and relationships with each other.
Can it be concluded then, from the existence of this joint-development-and-use directive as well as local police actions and policies played out everyday, all across the US, that the US Department of Justice is certainly very much involved in this extremely dirty Covert Ops of assaulting innocent citizens with directed-energy weapons?

Implications of the US Department of Justice’s Participation in Secret Programs of Assault on American Citizens with Directed-Energy Weapons
One blatant implication of the DOJ’s involvement is the death of Due Process. If indeed the DOJ–via instructions to, employment of, and protection of local Law Enforcement in assisting with or helping run these covert Military/Intel weapons-testing programs on citizens- is secretly permitting these outright assaults on citizens with Directed-Energy weapons, under cover of some specious facade of “Deterrence”/”Pre-crime” or CIA-MKULTRA-style “Behavior Modification,” the implication really is that the individual being assaulted has been secretly convicted without Due Process to the (absolutely insane, and clearly inhumane) sentence of continuous tracking and surveillance, 24/7 monitoring, and 24/7 assault with neuroweapons–via Continuous Clandestine Tagging, Tracking, and Locating using RFID implants and directed-energy neuroweapons, and Concealed Electronic Monitoring with same–all reserved for the most hardened criminals, now on the menu as Covert Assault for any and all troublesome activists and ethicists in the US, secretly and wrongfully tagged “Domestic Adversaries.”
In secret, the Department of Justice is acting as Judge, Jury, and Executioner all at once–the obvious implication of lack of due process.
In secret, the Department of Justice is rolling out Deterrent Policing and Pre-Crime Initiatives at your local police station–without public disclosure, comment, or consent.
In secret, the Department of Justice is conferring on Local Law Enforcement, and on their support-system, the Military–and by extension, all in the community who are roped in via community-policing initiatives administered by Local Law Enforcement–immense, unchecked powers of secretive surveillance and “concealed electronic monitoring” — a pass for Concealed Electronic Assault, for that is what it is: the use of remote radiation neuroweaponry on people; for when people use little Intel-agency-provided apps on their cellphones, iPads, or laptops to help “track” and “monitor” individuals, they are not merely “tracking,” they’re doing a lot more, they’re clicking the switches to unleash harmful and damaging neuroweapon radiation pulses–via weaponry carried on networked satellites, ground-based units, and air-based units–on individuals.
In secret, the Department of Justice is permitting Local Law Enforcement to carry out, condone, or facilitate Armed Assault and Battery on Unarmed individuals–what else shall we call damaging physical assault with microwave pulse weapons and others which comprise the arsenal of Covert Directed-Energy Non-Lethal Weapons? Is it not Assault and Battery?
In other words–without public and media declaration, exposure, and acknowledgement–the Department of Justice, supported by the Department of Defense, is engaging in an Asymmetric, Covert War against peaceful American residents, civilians and veterans both.
This is profound corruption, profound crime, and, essentially, treason–for it betrays the citizenry, it betrays the Constitution, it betrays the high ideals and promises of representative Government. American citizens are not being protected by the Department of Justice and the Military, they are being attacked, on home ground, in America–without notice of a charge, conviction, or detention. But incarcerated indefinitely in an invisible concentration camp–on the battlefield of America, and subject 24/7 to radiation neuroweaponry assault.
What Can Anyone Do To Publicize, Challenge, Expose, and Ensure the Termination of This Covert Assault?
First, Understand This Situation
Please wake up and recognize this blight in our society is the sign of a move toward an even greater totalitarianism-–if we don’t put a stop to it right now. Recognize the extreme threat here: the actions of a Secret Police in our midst, targeting and assaulting certain individuals, while city and county and state police turn a blind eye really suggests that a message is being sent to the rest of society:We are working to fully control your lives–look at what we can do to some of you already.
Each of us needs to understand that these neuroweapons pose a tremendous threat to All of us. The nature of these radiation weapons being used–and the selective mode of their application–means that some citizens being assaulted are fully aware of the assaults on their persons–and being dismissed in droves as delusional by a complicit professional class, a phenomenon discussed here, and here–-and many other citizens being assaulted are completely unaware, attributing their sudden slide into chronic or terminal or recurring illnesses and diseases to genetic roots, or advancing age, or some other factored-in “plausibly deniable” rationalization. These are electromagnetic radiation weapons, sonic or acoustic weapons, their nature is covert (remember, radiation in pulses or waves or streams cannot be seen; ultrasonics and infrasonics cannot be heard), they are being used covertly, and they induce illness, disease, and death. Used covertly on a helpless and unsuspecting population, they are weapons of control, whose use is increasing, as more and more people make reports every year of being assaulted––every one of us should be seriously concerned, because any one of us could be currently being hit and not know it, or could currently be on the hit-list, to be hit next.
Doing Nothing to resist, counter, and stop this extreme abuse of American privacy, bodily sovereignty, and social and community peace is tantamount to caving in to the dystopian future it represents.Ask yourself a very hard question: do your actions today (of quiescence, consent, and compliance) support the status quo of intimidation and threat and controlled-future being preserved and imposed on you by a criminally corrupt State, or do your actions (of questioning, researching, and speaking out) reflect allegiance to a different future that you can envision, one where peace and sanity and friendship and neighborliness and respecting of rights and privacy become once more the hallmarks of our society, one where we are not enslaved, engulfed, and overpowered by the will, technology, and callous control mechanisms of a pathologically narrow-minded and elitist sector of the populace?
Second, Take Action
Create Awareness: If you’re a writer or journalist or broadcaster, please research and write about this, or do a podcast. This is a vast subject, which desperately needs many many minds and hands working on it. Research and focus on one small aspect at a time, and write about it–set up a blog or website or regular podcast–a radio show on Blog Talk Radio or a Skype interview or Google Hangout–interview people who are experiencing being assaulted, interview whistleblowers, interview experts–send emails to friends and family, write articles for sites online, create e-books, flyers, social media posts.
Speak Out:Make your opinion known. Write letters to the editor of local and national papers, write op-ed columns, write letters to your elected representatives. Write to the Attorney General, your state government, your local government. Write to local media, ask them to cover this issue. Speak out in city council meetings. Now that you know what is going on around you, all around you, right in your own neighborhood, possibly, what do you think? Do you think this is lawful, legal, permissible in our midst? Is it okay to hit people with covert radiation weapons in your view of society? Let them all know what you think. Publish your opinion widely. Our words count, our words matter, and if you do not speak out today, it’s your children who are All going to be enslaved tomorrow.
Ask for Information: Please ask government agencies for information. You can put in FOIA –Freedom of Information Act–requests online at Muckrock and some other sites for a small fee. Research successful request formats, ask for specific documents or records, and make these publicly available. Blog about the FOIA-requesting experience. Send links of FOIA requests to journalists.
Become a Whistleblower: If you currently work in an Intel agency or the DoD but have a conscience, and can see what is happening around you, if you know or have participated in the kind of covert neuroweapon assault detailed here, on innocent American citizens or others, ask yourself: are you protecting your country or are you protecting an inhumane Covert Ops program? Ramola D: Tell us a little about your experience of this 21st-century covert assault program with electronic directed-energy neuroweapons–when did it start, how, what exactly do you experience?
Tyrone Dew:My experiences began several years ago as a child sometime between 3 and 5 years old. I’d hear the voice of a female or male asking me questions i.e. Can you hear me? Where do you think my voice is coming from? Do you feel that? I answered the questions and being a child, I really didn’t think anything of what I experienced because it wasn’t every day and the person speaking to me knew so much about what was going on around me. After being asked, where do you think my voice is coming from? I looked to the sky and the person speaking to me said, “yep, I’m using satellites; I bet you don’t even know what those are.”
Ramola D: That is tragic, that this experimentation was forced on you during such a young age. When did you figure out that this was not your own mind speaking, but an external projection invading your brain?
Tyrone Dew:I knew it wasn’t my own mind speaking to me because it wasn’t my voice that I was hearing and I was being asked by the person speaking to me to describe the effects of what I felt the person speaking to me was doing to me.
Ramola D: So it sounds like you were being subjected to “synthetic telepathy” or Voice-to-Skull transmissions from very young. What else were you experiencing then, in your childhood and adolescence?
Tyrone Dew: Periodically throughout my life I’d be tortured with painful vibrations and feelings of my brain being electrocuted as the person speaking to me says, “if you want me to make the pain stop you gotta……” I’d be told to do things unbeneficial to me being the person I was trying to be. During high school I was tortured to the point of not being allowed to graduate and take advantage of my football scholarship to the University of Kentucky.
I moved to California, became successful in the internet advertising industry and my torment continued. I’d begin feeling the painful vibrations as the person speaking to me told me if you want the pain to stop, where to go, forcing me to spend until being broke. I’d be tortured into going to strip clubs, night clubs and forced to spend anywhere from a few thousand to $35,000 a weekend. The person speaking to me said, “How do you like we’re making the white man get rich while we’re breaking your black ass?” My ex-business partner and fiancé are Caucasian. The person speaking to me tried blaming my torture on the fact I was in an interracial relationship. I didn’t believe it because my torturing began before I was in an interracial relationship.
Ramola D: So a certain lifestyle and behavior was being forced on you, by means of this torture.
Today many are talking about these issues, and about the whole phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals”. What is your own understanding about what is going on? Have you received any kind of acknowledgement or interest from anyone “official” you may have complained to?
Tyrone Dew: My understanding comes from my experiences of being a victim of this Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism. Military is using energy to attack parts of the human anatomy causing victims to become completely submissive to torture that eventually can lead to having the natural frequencies for brain communication to the rest of the body be artificially controlled by someone using wireless technology i.e. satellites, phased array, and radio towers without being microchip implanted. Many TIs have misconceptions about who’s committing the atrocity and how it’s being committed. They’re blaming their neighbors, co-workers, former lovers etc. They don’t have an understanding of how advanced the Directed Energy Weaponry system is.
Never has an elected official responded to any of my complaints.
Ramola D:But you have tried contacting elected officials, and others?
Tyrone Dew: Yes, never has an elected official responded to any of my complaints. I was even doing a hunger strike peaceful demonstration beginning August 11, 2015 in front of the White House, and August 16, 2015, Secret Service showed me a fabricated tweet on a piece of paper and had me sent to a mental facility until August 24, 2015. Instead of being irate, I used the opportunity of being falsely institutionalized to educate the psychiatric community about the effects of Directed Energy Weaponry. The entire incident showed me everything that’s completely wrong with American psychiatric institutes and gave me more reasons for Raising Awareness about the TRUTH of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism.
Ramola D: That is such a profound and positive response to an unjust situation. I’m so sorry to hear of it. It demonstrates absolute hubris on the part of these Secret Services who must know about the reality of covert directed-energy weapons use on the public.
You have a special interest in focusing attention on the tragic arc of Aaron Alexis and Myron May’s lives–what is it in particular about these young men’s experiences you wish to highlight?
Tyrone Dew: Before Aaron Alexis and Myron May’s tragic demise that led to other innocent victims’ untimely death and injuries, Aaron Alexis and Myron May were intelligent young men who complained for several months of an unprecedented crime being committed against them that ruined their lives in all aspects i.e. family, career, companions etc.

Authorities who are unaware of the unprecedented atrocity of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism disregarded their valid complaints. Then they were put in the care of unaware mental health professionals who prescribed medication used for genetic disorders that is useless for people who experience technological abuse.

I personally feel that not knowing all aspects of what can cause effects of mental illness is malpractice, since Directed Energy Weaponry is documented for causing the effects of artificial auditory hearing, changing of emotions, visual perception, thinking etc. Shouldn’t someone who is articulating being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism be given a fair mental evaluation by being placed into a facility that is completely protected from Directed Energy Weaponry attacks, and if they aren’t exhibiting signs of a mental disorder, then a criminal report should be filed.
Ramola D: You have interviewed Dr. Robert Duncan–how did you come to do this interview, and what do you take away from it?
Tyrone Dew: I was literally in another part of my life where my relationship with a beautiful companion was ruined because I was suffering from Directed Energy attacks and dealing with repercussions of other situations I was forced into from Directed Energy Weaponry attacks that I won’t mention. The Myron May tragedy was a few months old and I really felt compelled to Raise Awareness about his motives, being that he was another young Black male who complained of being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry attacks before committing a mass shooting. I don’t condone the violence but god damn, I understand the frustration of being a victim having your life ruined in all aspects, no one believes you and everywhere you turn for help it’s to no avail. Everyone is suggesting medication for what you know is technological abuse.
I’d met Dr. Robert Duncan in Las Vegas, NV during the 2014 Mind Control Super Soldier Summit that I was invited to as a guest speaker. I flew where he was and since I was broke he got me a room the first night I was in town. We proceeded to doing the interview and the next day I checked out of the hotel and while waiting for funds so I can get a ticket, I stayed in the airport and watched the interview. I noticed it was missing visual aids of Aaron Alexis and Myron May. I called Duncan and asked for another interview. He said, “Ty what are you still doing here?” I told him I was waiting for funds so I can get a ticket and noticed visual aids of Aaron Alexis and Myron May were missing and they’re a huge part of why I’m here for the interview, so can you give me another interview. Duncan said, “I’m busy for the next few days and Ty you don’t have any money where are you going to stay. I’m not getting you another room.” I laughed and said, I didn’t ask you for a room the first time nor am I asking you for a room this time and since it’ll be a few days before I get funds, I’ll be homeless and wait until you’re available.
It was cold in February so I slept in the airport, walked a few miles to the public library so I could have a place to stay during the day and got a 7 day free trial gym membership so I could shower. After getting the second interview with a poster board that has HELP at the top and pictures of Aaron Alexis and Myron May, I got a bus ticket.
The interview gave me much needed fuel for the importance of becoming an Activist Raising Awareness about Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism so I planned an event for Florida State University April 16, 2015, Raising Awareness about Myron May’s motive. After getting a quote for event space I spoke to the Florida State University activities director and explained the event. I got a phone call from Florida State University Police Department telling me if I show up on campus I’d be arrested. Instead of being deterred I rented space at Florida Agriculture and Mechanics University and proceeded to having the event. I presented several facts explaining what Myron May complained about before committing the November 20, 2014 shooting. I even Skyped in Dr. Robert Duncan who explained the reality of the atrocity.
Ramola D: It’s tremendous that you’re so motivated and committed to raising awareness, I applaud your efforts. Are you in touch with others experiencing this kind of covert assault, or those fighting to promote public awareness of it?
Tyrone Dew: I am in contact with a few other TIs who understand the importance of peacefully demonstrating Raising Awareness about the facts of Aaron Alexis and Myron May’s motives, of an unprecedented atrocity being committed against American citizens by the Military and CIA using Directed Energy Weaponry.
Ramola D: Americans and others worldwide–in fact today thousands globally report being assaulted with this 21st-century remote radiation technology that mainstream America doesn’t even know exists. Dr. Duncan has written books about mind-cloning and mind-control. Yet, because our corporate controlled media in the US does not report the truth of our reality today, none of this is covered in mainstream media. Do you think this is connected to an extreme of surveillance and greater mind control that is being planned for all of humanity?
Tyrone Dew: Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism is a global atrocity for the purpose of complete control. The mainstream media will cover the truth if it wasn’t for so many TIs calling the newsroom with misconceptions. I personally experienced the difficulty of getting news coverage in D.C. I contacted FOX News and after several correspondences the guy at the News desk gave me the telephone number of a female in the D.C. area who called his news station complaining of being a victim.
I asked her, how do you know the FOX News contact? She said I’ve called him several times telling him about what they are doing to me. She began explaining to me what she told him her experiences are. I believe she’s a victim because what she explains she feels as she’s attacked, but when she began saying with conviction it’s my neighbor doing this to me, he follows me in his car while he sits in the backseat, and no one is in the driver seat, and kids pointing their cellphone’ at me making me feel like I’m being electrocuted, I realized why the media isn’t taking this crime seriously.
I tried explaining to her it isn’t her neighbor or kids pointing cellphones, it’s the Military and CIA using satellites, phased arrays, and radio towers. The technology is capable of causing auditory and visual deception. A former CIA engineer and British Royal Navy Microwave expert are admitting facts about the way the atrocity is being committed. She became argumentative as if nothing I say will convince her that she has misconceptions about the atrocity.
Ramola D: Yes, that’s unfortunate–and it’s interesting that FOX News shrugged off the story in this fashion. But if this is a CIA and DoD program–as it certainly seems to be, from CIA/Military insider information such as Dr. Robert Duncan’s, Dr. Barrie Trower’s, and others–it also seems like they’ve been able to clamp down on corporate media from the inside. What do you think?
Tyrone Dew: Even though those groups are capable of clamping down on corporate media from the inside, people are generally good people and will help expose such an atrocity if facts are presented correctly. If it wasn’t for the media, Edward Snowden’s information would’ve got swept under the rug and the public would’ve never known about the illegal mass surveillance perpetuated by the NSA.
Ramola D: You are championing the cause currently of Miriam Carey, a young mother who took the unusual step of driving with her child to the White House from her home in Pennsylvania, and was killed by Secret Service in DC—tell us more about this story from your analysis. What is your understanding?

Tyrone Dew: October 3, 2013, Miriam Carey was murdered and several news reports stated she was hearing Obama’s voice and thought she was under electronic surveillance. Even though she didn’t say she was a victim of Directed Energy attacks like Aaron Alexis, I knew instinctively from what the news reported: she was explaining being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism.
I wrote in my book about an experience I had in 2001 being deceived hearing a friend’s voice, and then the person speaking to me taught me about how they’re using a combination of voice cloning and micro wave auditory hearing that leads victims to believe that the voice they’re hearing is the culprit. Hence so many victims blaming their neighbors for the crime and Miriam Carey hearing Obama’s voice.
Ramola D: It’s really interesting that the person abusing your privacy and sovereignty was giving you that technical information–as if through that means, and you talking about it, they were publishing that information to the rest of us, to the world. What could be the motivation behind that, I wonder.
Tyrone Dew: I hate theorizing but my answer has to be a theory because I honestly don’t know for sure why so much truth about the technical aspects of the atrocity was told to me throughout my life. So here’s my theory; I believe someone aware of the atrocity being committed knows it’s wrong and citizens don’t stand a chance of having freedom if Directed Energy Weaponry is used on a mass scale, so certain information was told to me and whoever told me knew the only way I would ever tell the truth of what I know is if my life was completely ruined. If I was allowed to live my life the way I pursued the information being taught to me would’ve gone silently with me into the grave.
Ramola D: You’re planning a demo in front of the White House on Oct 3, what is your hope there, and are others joining you? How did the last demo go by the way, at the Navy Yard? What is your general aim?
Tyrone Dew: I’m really trying my best to get TIs to understand this is your life and you’ll never get these days again. Even if you’re religious, the savior you believe in can only fight this evil through you not for you. No cause has ever got change without peacefully demonstrating for days, months, sometimes years. I’ve got responses from several other TIs saying they’re encouraged and will join the peaceful demonstration.
The Targeted Individual Awareness Navy Yard Memorial was a success in the sense that a few TIs participated with me. I got a bouquet of flowers and a 24 x 36 sign that read “In memory of September 16, 2013 Victims”. I would’ve liked more participation from TIs but many are scared because they believe they’re showing support or condoning the violence instead of Raising Awareness about the motive of why the tragedy occurred. Coincidently the motive for the mass shooting is the same reason they’re suffering as victims.
My aim is Raising Awareness to the mass public about the facts of an unprecedented atrocity in hopes of getting a Congressional hearing in the near future like the Church Committee, and TIs being able to get the compassionate understanding from their family, loved ones and friends about the hell they’re enduring while being alive.
Ramola D: Tremendous! I am sure your commitment is immensely appreciated by all TIs, worldwide. You have written a book as well, tell us about it, where can readers get a copy?
Tyrone Dew: After years of experiences being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism and my life being ruined in many aspects including being homeless from being forced to spend over $1M that I earned before I was 30 years old, I began selling marijuana as my last resource and in October of 2012, I was set up going through Texas. If you do an internet search of my name you’ll see an article about DPS Trooper seizes $330,000 in drugs. After making bail and feeling hopeless, I began typing my experiences of being a victim of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism as my last words. I had about 80 pages and realized no one will ever know what my last words were about so I decided to turn it into a book and self-published my last words August 13, 2013.
After self-publishing my book, 4 tragedies occurred that could be pertaining to Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism. The September 16, 2013 Aaron Alexis, Black male (34) Washington Navy Yard shooting, October 3, 2013 Miriam Carey, Black female (33) White House Secret Service Shooting, November 20, 2014 Myron May Black male (31) Florida State Shooting, and Stephen Bradley White male (34) in Poinciana, FL who kicked in his neighbor’s door armed with a .44 and .45 caliber handgun looking for the black Mind Control box. Because of my experiences and after these tragedies, I vowed to Raise Awareness about the truth of Directed Energy Weaponry Terrorism.
Once again, in the case of these deaths, the spectre of suicide and murder-suicide has been raised, which many close to these medical professionals contest.
The New York Times in reporting briefly on Dr. Gaynor’s death quotes an investigator from the local sheriff’s office ruling the death suicide, which his friends and colleagues find questionable, as this article suggests. Apparently Dr. Gaynor had recently missed a conference, letting his colleagues know via Facebook he had the intestinal flu. Prior to that, he had just survived a car accident. According to the HealthNutNews article, no suicide note has been found.
In the case of the deaths of other holistic cancer doctors reported earlier, Dr.Bradstreet’s investigation is still open, currently, and Dr.Gonzalez’s, which had been ruled a sudden heart attack, has been cleared of this supposition by an autopsy report. Both these doctors had been treating cancer and, in Dr. Bradstreet’s case, also autism patients successfully. Their stories were discussed earlier here.
Thriving Nursing Community Online
Brian Short’s website AllNurses.com shows it to be a lively website with discussion forums, information on schools and news, and open and candid commentary on medical and nursing issues, such as contained in this article, with many thousands of views per article published, and millions of unique visitors per month. Could the thriving of a nursing community online pose some kind of threat to someone? Discussion on the comment-boards of the HealthNutNews article reporting the Short family deaths suggests all sorts of reasons and possibilities, including deadly anti-depressants which cause hallucinations and violence as side-effects, as possibly being a factor behind the tragically violent deaths of the entire family.
Mass Shooters, Manchurian Candidates, MK ULTRA and Covert Electronic Assaults
In this regard–looking at the terrible homicide (ruled a murder-suicide) of the entire and young and growing Short family–it would be remiss not to also point to the possibility of covert assaults with radiation neuroweaponry, a 21st-century crime of MKULTRA-extended mind control experimentation, which many analysts say is responsible for the homicides and violence caused by set-up “Manchurian candidates” such as Aaron Alexis, Myron May, and various other mass shooters–possibilities covered online by Renee Pittman in this article and by James Lico in this one.
Whatever some people like to tell themselves (in fear and denial) about the phenomenon of “Targeted Individuals” today as being an issue of mass mental illness suddenly cropping up online-–a favorite mainstream media (MSM) trope (as in MSM being propped up and owned by the network of Big Pharma, Big Psychiatry, and the CIA–who sure would like to pass off these witness and testimonial accounts as mentally-ill and delusory prattle, so they can continue to openly engage in these crimes against humanity)–the truth is, these covert radiation weapons are here today, they are being used covertly on people, and they are used in a way (24/7 assaults, along with COINTELPRO, and PsyOps) intended to provoke harmful action on the part of the one being attacked.
Most “Targeted Individuals” hit with these weapons know better than to engage in harmful action, but some apparently succumb. The provocation many experience is reportedly certainly intense. For more on this subject, just Google “covert harassment” or “electronic harassment” or visit ICAACT or StopEg.com or any other of the new human rights groups striving to expose and ensure the termination of this distinctly 21st-century crime. It is absolutely time for this issue to become mainstream knowledge. People worldwide need to wake up to the absolute reality of covert radiation neuroweaponry and covert ops by US Intel (CIA/DIA/DHS/NSA) and other government bodies which are simply persecuting and torturing thousands worldwide, all in the name of testing and developing electronic weaponry in preparation for 21st-century-Neurowarfare, and in the name of testing and developing definitive Mind Control over every single human brain in existence, via misplaced, grandiose, and megalomanic schemes of cybernetics, hiving-minds, quantum super-computing, transhumanism, and Artificial Intelligence. Sadly, the last bastion of our privacy has been fully breached: the human brain and the human nervous system have been hacked, and are being exploited--and humanity needs to wake up and stop the carnage now, before it is too late; we absolutely need to inform ourselves as to what on earth is going on, and how we can stop it.
Dr. Gaynor and The Gene Therapy Plan
Returning to the question of Dr. Gaynor: Dr. Gaynor’s website is informative and wide-ranging in its focus on health and nutrition issues. It is interesting to note that Dr. Gaynor emphasized healthy preventive nutrition to help support the body at the level of DNA, as this excerpt from an article on Tulsi, the ancient Ayurvedic herb, suggests:
“Because free radical damage (oxidative stress) and chronic inflammation are almost always involved in weakened health, this kind of damage is particularly troublesome because it damages the DNA. The entire purpose of my new book, The Gene Therapy Plan, is to explain, present evidence for, and offer solutions that enhance our very DNA, and for new mothers, that means that remedies now can prevent genetic misfires in the future.”
If Dr. Gaynor’s death was not a suicide, as the sheriff’s office reports, could it be that his interest and research in enhancing healthy DNA expression with healthful nutrition and preventive natural herbs suddenly made him a “Person of Interest”?
Please Keep Asking Questions and Pushing for Answers
More than ever, we need scientists today, and doctors, and real, thinking journalists stepping forward without fear and exploring these issues for themselves, and speaking out and taking action. It is also important to recognize that our so-called “authorities,” our government bodies, our old systems of checks and balances via proper oversight, are not taking action. We are living in a world gone mad, mainly because a sociopathic minority is literally running amok among us and 1) experimenting with deadly weapons and drugs and toxins on us and 2) apparently killing at will–we certainly see this globally in the endless wars and invasions, but it is also evident in stories like these of holistic, successful medical professionals being targeted, as well as in police violence and false flag scenarios we are frequently subject to.
Silence becomes a way–of not merely acquiescence and consent–of allowance.By remaining silent, we permit the atrocity to continue. Please research these subjects for yourself, climb past all that CIA-disinfo “conspiracy theory” stuff online, and search out the truth, and speak out, in whatever forum you personally can. It is absolutely not the time to remain in silence, as our Intel agencies with their arsenal of fear-tactics are striving to drive us into.
We are pivoting on a cusp of humanity–the future we step into next week, and the future we leave for our kids depends on what acts of expression and courage we engage in today.
The transcript of a recent talk (Sep 17/2015) given by Deputy Director David Cohen at Cornell University and preserved verbatim on the CIA website, titled “The CIA of the Future,” makes for rather spectacular if not laugh-out-loud reading.
Particularly in light of the recently-released 500-page Summary of the CIA’s post-911 Torture Report, and the CIA’s continuing involvement in non-consensual and clandestine MKULTRA-extended human experimentation on Americans, in America, covered here under Human Rights, and widely discussed online, including in this excellent post at The Vigilant Citizen, Origin and Techniques of Monarch Mind Control, which details the absolutely grisly and unimaginably sadistic methodologies of torture and trauma-based mind control and psychological “alter” formation used by the CIA in its clandestine ’50s-’70s experiments on children, as well as other “unwitting human subjects, including CIA employees, military personnel, doctors, other government agents, prostitutes, mentally ill patients, and members of the general public,” Mr. Cohen’s remarks ring rather hollow.
Predictably, the talk contained a lot of bemoaning of violence and stress abroad, as if the CIA had had absolutely nothing to do with the creation of any of this violence, directly or indirectly, covertly or overtly, clandestinely or publicly, in particular with the creation of ISIS, which even the New York Times ended up covering.
“First, the ideas, institutions, and states that have formed the foundation of the post-Cold War system, and have delivered at least a modicum of governance, service, and security to often multi-ethnic populations, are under stress. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the brutal extremism of the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), which seeks to erase the borders—and, tragically, the ancient communities—of Syria and Iraq.”
Yes, tragically, the ancient communities of Syria and Iraq, which the US military –assisted by the CIA–has been trying to wipe off the map.
He goes on directly though to hint that other countries, elsewhere, are engaging in such horrors as “media manipulation, ubiquitous surveillance, criminalization of dissent, and controlled elections.”
“At the same time, democratic governance is under siege. For the ninth consecutive year, Freedom House in 2014 reported more declines than gains in the quality of democracy worldwide. Worsening ethno-sectarian and socioeconomic strains are contributing to the trend. So, too, does the rise of a more sophisticated form of authoritarianism that forgoes brute force and heavy-handed propaganda in favor of technology-enabled media manipulation, ubiquitous surveillance, criminalization of dissent, and controlled elections.“
Descent into outright mendacity appears soon enough, as once more–the CIA as a whole seems to want to keep stressing this, even in their noncommittal and perfectly blase responses to FOIA requests (including mine/at Muckrock), perhaps in the hope that repetition might succeed where deception fails:
“Let me emphasize up front that CIA collects only foreign intelligence—that is, information relating to foreign governments, foreign organizations, foreign persons, or international terrorists.
“And contrary to what you may have seen on “Homeland,” CIA does not undertake foreign intelligence collection in the United States to acquire information concerning the domestic activities of US citizens. Our efforts are focused overseas, on identifying threats and opportunities linked to foreign individuals, governments and organizations outside our borders.”
Sure. And MKULTRA never happened. Nor does the current targeting of individuals, domestically and abroad, with mind-control, directed-energy, SIGINT-collection methodologies, and brain-entrainment methodologies in the realm of “behavior modification,” which we can see is based entirely on MKULTRA, although possibly concealed under a different name, have anything to do with the CIA, no doubt.
Just in reference to that foreign/not-domestic claim, here’s a Thought for the Day from a CIA mind-control programmer, quoted in ex-CIA scientist Dr. Robert Duncan’s rather revealing book on the “mind-hacking” (and quite domestic) activities of the CIA, on one aspect of the ubiquitous mind-control CIA program, a creation of “sleeper cells and sleeper agents”:
“Sleeper cells and sleeper agents are activated for different purposes. Let’s say hypothetically John Lennon sounds like communist propaganda, we will send out a psycho-sleeper to kill him. Hypothetically speaking, if Ronald Reagan is becoming senile, he is a security risk for national secrets, we will activate a sleeper. If a Defense contractor becomes an alcoholic or sex addict, he/she may be a security risk, so we silently assassinate them with seemingly natural causes. If the Kennedys don’t fit in line with our country’s objectives—you get the point.” CIA programming braggart.

But there’s more. Mr. Cohen spends a few paragraphs working up fervor in the CIA’s devotion to diversity in the workplace, throwing in little anecdotes to demonstrate its usefulness in action, adding:
“On countless occasions, our cooperation with foreign liaison has quietly achieved significant results. Working together, we have disrupted terrorist plots, broken vicious insurgencies, intercepted transfers of dangerous weapons and technology, and brought international criminals to justice, among many other accomplishments. And as CIA assists many of these services in building their human-intelligence collection capability while insisting that, in the process, they respect fundamental human rights, we can count even more on their partnership in helping us expand our own collection efforts around the globe.”
Yes, that’s more than rich. Please note, the CIA insists they respect fundamental human rights. Really? Small quote from a Huffington Post article on the CIA Torture Report, just as a reminder, to Mr. Cohen, who appears to have forgotten what the CIA was doing in their “enhanced interrogation” program:
“The study reveals several gruesome instances of torture by mid-level CIA officers who participated in the program, including threats of sexual violence using a broomstick and the use of “rectal hydration” in instances of harsh interrogations that lasted for days or weeks on end. And, contrary to the agency’s prior insistence that only three detainees were subject to waterboarding, the Senate report suggests it was likely used on more detainees.”
Also drop in here, for a revealing look at the CIA’s No-Touch Torture program, covered by Dr. Duncan, who used to work for the Department of Defense, CIA, and Justice, and helped develop the technologies now unfortunately in use by them.
It’s a sad reflection on America today that a government agency–with a horrific history of torture, among other atrocities--which purports to be a foreign-intelligence collection and espionage agency yet practices deadly “behavior-modification” torture technologies in secret on citizens (including this writer/hence those FOIA requests)and detainees while engaging in blatant deception propaganda in public is permitted to continue spreading propaganda and continue functioning at all, when it really should be exposed for what it is, and completely disbanded.

What can Consensual Monitoring possibly be? Is the FBI defining a form of monitoring and surveillance it engages in as Consensual, in hopes of “keeping it legal”? One clue they offer is that it’s “Other Electronic.” It’s not Aerial Video. It’s not Aerial Photography. Can it be Aerial Cyber Surveillance? (Why would they need to do that from the air, when it would be far more effective from the ground?) It’s Non-Telephonic. So it’s not Stingray, Dirtbox, cell-phone-tower-mimicking scooping-up of cellphone voice and text data. It’s Electronic, and it’s Consensual–so they say–and it’s not Video, Audio, Telephonic, Cyber-related.
