“To boil down the background: In 2014, long-time respected CDC researcher, William Thompson, made a statement asserting that he and several esteemed colleagues had lied about a key study they authored 10 years earlier.
The study actually revealed a connection between the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine and the onset of autism in young black boys—but that part of the study was censored.
In fact, Thompson said, he and his colleagues sat in a room at the CDC, brought in a garbage can, and threw out those pages of research. That’s right.
But Thompson kept copies of the pages. Congressman Bill Posey and a few other people have those pages.
Thompson says, through his lawyer, that he will not speak to reporters. He’ll work with Congress, if an investigation is mounted. But there is no indication Congressional hearings will ever be laid on.
Because this story is too big.

Gardasil: The Decision We Will Always Regret
By all accounts, our daughter was normal before receiving the HPV vaccine. Katie performed very well in school. She was conscientious, hard-working and took pride in getting good grades. She loved dancing having taken dance classes since she was 3 years old. Katie always danced and twirled throughout our home and anywhere else she happened to be. When Katie was 10, she joined cheerleading and became involved in competition cheerleading. She was very active, taking four hours of dance class every week plus spending many more hours practicing with her competition cheer team. Katie was healthy and vibrant.
We were very diligent with our children’s health. We never missed an annual check-up and we also followed the pediatrician’s recommended vaccine schedule including annual flu shots. Our pediatrician recommended the Gardasil vaccine. The Gardasil vaccine was heavily advertised on TV. We read the vaccine Disclosure. It said that the vaccine should not be given to those with HIV. Katie did not have HIV so we signed the Consent.
On September 2, 2010 at the age of 11, Katie received the first Gardasil vaccine. Katie’s first day of middle school was September 7, 2010. Initially, we believed that her fatigue and headaches were being caused by having to get up much earlier in the morning for middle school. However, she never adjusted to the new schedule and soon her symptoms began exploding. Katie would often tell us “I don’t know what’s wrong, I just don’t feel good.” She began sleeping a lot – over 12 hours a day and even more on the weekends, which would allow her gather enough energy to go to school a few days before she crashed again. She missed days at school, dance lessons and cheer practices. Soon her illness was visible on the outside too. Katie didn’t look good – constant dark circles under her eyes, her skin color was ashen and she appeared listless.
To us, it seemed that her symptoms must be related to the Gardasil vaccine. Katie’s earliest symptoms began after receiving this vaccine. We searched the internet but only found vague information – nothing that matched our daughter’s symptoms. We asked Katie’s pediatrician and other specialists if the Gardasil vaccine could be related to her symptoms but our inquiries were quickly dismissed as not having any correlation to her illness. Katie’s earliest symptoms were a constant headache or migraine that did not respond to pain relievers, stabbing 24/7 bilateral ear pain, fatigue not relieved by sleep, abdominal pain, nausea and joint pain. We called and visited her pediatrician repeatedly. We began taking Katie to specialists including Neurologists, ENT’s, GI, and an OBGYN and made several visits to the Emergency Room. Katie also received many blood tests, CAT scans and an MRI. Nothing any of the doctors did relieved Katie’s symptoms. As a matter of fact, the drugs prescribed to alleviate her symptoms only made her feel worse. Our pediatrician and other doctors involved with Katie’s care began suggesting that her illness was psychosomatic and recommended that we take her to a psychologist. We soon found that we were on our own, dealing with a medical issue we did not understand but trying desperately to help our daughter.
When searching the internet with Katie’s symptoms, Lyme disease would always come up as the search result. In addition to asking all of Katie’s doctors if the Gardasil vaccine was the cause of Katie’s illness, we also began asking if Lyme disease could be the culprit. In October 2010, Katie was first tested for Lyme disease. The results were negative as were two later rounds of testing. We read on the internet that ELISA and Western Blot tests for Lyme disease are unreliable and that many people who actually had Lyme disease tested negative. Since this information is all over the internet, we thought it was common knowledge to doctors as well. Instead, we were emphatically told by doctor after doctor that this was not true, that the testing for Lyme disease is highly reliable and that there was no way Katie had Lyme disease. In April 2011, Katie could no longer go to school or participate in dance or cheerleading – the pain and fatigue was all consuming. Nothing any of the doctors did provided any relief yet every doctor refused to consider Lyme disease or that the Gardasil vaccine was related to her illness.
Katie’s list of symptoms included the following: 24/7 headaches and migraines, 24/7 stabbing ear pain, hyperacusis, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, all over joint pain, constant sore throat, visual disturbances, light sensitivity, cognitive issues such as memory and severe comprehension problems, random numbness and tingling, weird “bug crawling” skin sensations, generalized weakness throughout her body (it was difficult for Katie to just sit in the shower to bathe), dizziness, fainting and heart palpitations. She slept long hours and stayed in her bedroom shielding herself from the noise of everyday living.
In May, we requested testing through a lab specializing in tick-borne disease testing. Katie’s pediatrician reluctantly signed the lab Requisition Form. This time the test results showed that Katie was highly positive for Bartonella Henselae, a tick-borne disease also known as a co-infection to Lyme disease. She was also highly positive for Mycoplasma Pneumonia and the testing showed that her immune system was struggling. Katie’s Western Blot for Lyme disease was negative.

Excerpt: Wednesday, December 16, 2015, may become a day of ‘infamy’ in the annals of mandatory vaccinations.
On that day, His Honor, Judge Manuel J. Mendez, J.S.C., handed down the decision overturning a Mayor Bloomberg-era regulation requiring all children 6 months through 59 months of age must obtain a flu vaccine in order to attend pre-schools, day care centers and Head Start Programs regulated by the City of New York.
Interestingly, the Judge in his order wrote on page 6, “The Court of Appeals further stated that §558(b) of the New York City Charter ‘contains no suggestion that the Board of Health has the authority to create laws’.”

Dec 21, 2015 — The video attached is a call to Celebrate, but much more is it a call to Awaken the Parents in NYC yet unaware that their children no longer must be vaccinated with the flu shot or mist to attend daycare through kindergarten (6 months thru 59 months). Previously they had to have been vaccinated by December 31st and this will not be the victory it is supposed to be if they are not aware of this. I have been in the streets for several days and have educated about 1,000 parents. Not even one of them had heard this news. It has been published in and aired on the mainstream media even, but has not reached the parents I have encountered.
This leaves us. Will you get this message out on social media and if you live in NYC, will you inform parents, neighbors and strangers? We only have 10 days left (previously mandated to be received by 12/31) and we will save lives if this message reaches enough people. Time is of the essence!

One can only hope that this case will definitively expose the covert vaccine agenda and force the termination of these programs which are pushing dangerous vaccines on people, especially children, all over the world. Re-blogging, with thanks.
Dr. Rima Laibow, in a recent podcast with investigative journalists Spiro and Erin Elizabeth of HealthNutNews (video below) reports that for all 120 countries who are signatory to the Geneva conventions, including the USA, people can lawfully assert their Informed-Consent right to a vaccine exemption, and in this way stay protected from any kind of action to enforce mandatory vaccinations in these countries–for yourself or your children–even if your Government has made vaccines mandatory, such as in California or Australia.
This right, which is not being advertised by the vaccine industry, or by the Government, must be actually, distinctively, and definitively claimed by each person, in order for it to be acknowledged or go into effect.
In other words, if you do not claim your Informed-Consent right to a vaccine exemption, you can be forcibly vaccinated against your will, better judgment, or despite any misgivings. You actually have to take the responsibility yourself to speak up, state your dissent, and claim your internationally-protected exemption to vaccination. You have to know your rights, and you have to claim your rights. No health worker will do this for you, especially not one waiting with a syringe to vaccinate you or your child.

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
No doubt Agenda 21/Agenda 2030 is aiming to set up Global Mandatory Vaccines shortly, and the TPP will help with that–a move that people the world over should be working overtime to stop–but right now, the Geneva accords absolutely permit every single human being in these countries to legally refuse any mandated vaccine.
Why should you refuse vaccines? For a plethora of reasons, according to many scientists and investigators, including the variously dangerous and dubious ingredients in them, their inefficacy–despite mainstream media hype to the contrary,vaccine ingredients such as thimerosal and mercury, vaccine injuries which you cannot sue companies over, vaccine consequences such as allergies, autism, the disease you are attempting to vaccinate against, or death, vaccine intentions such as infertility (open push currently) or transhumanism (nano-chips are now being introduced in vaccines, according to Dr. Rima), and so on. As awareness grows worldwide about the dangers of vaccines, the dubious content of vaccines, and the true history of vaccines–which links to pharmaceutical corporation history–non-vaccinating parents in the US are now being asked to sign a Refusal to Vaccinate form.
This article specifically points out that physicians (to avoid being sued) who are now asking non-vaccinating parents to sign this CDC/American Academy of Pediatrics Legal Dept. Refusal to Vaccinate form, and parents themselves, seeking to protect their child, who sign without thought, may not realize the implications: that this is a legal document, which could be used against you in a custody battle with Child Protective Services or with the other parent, which essentially presupposes that vaccines are all-good and very necessary, and anyone signing it is essentially saying they are, with foreknowledge, exposing their children and everyone else to possible harm, and are okay with their child being isolated and medically evaluated and tested by any healthcare worker for any of the diseases he/she is not vaccinated against.
A proposed alternative to this document is the Vaccination Notice, linked below, at end of this article, which is re-printed in full below.
The Refusal to Vaccinate document was created by the CDC or the American Academy of Pediatrics ‘legal department’ as a response to the growing number of toxic vaccines recommended by them and the growing number of parents who are becoming educated on this issue. According to CDC recommendations, our children should now receive 37 doses of vaccines between 0-16 years. [See Vaccine Schedule]
This document, now being used to overcome vaccine awareness, is the most diabolical strategy possible! It is unlikely that physicians have any idea what they are asking their patients to sign . . . or to sign away. It is essentially a signed confession. So please read and understand why no one should sign it and why it is really something other than what it appears to be.
TWELVE REASONS YOU CANNOT SIGN REFUSAL TO VACCINATE
Here are 12 reasons why no parent can sign this document unless they are interested in being statutorily charged with neglect or intentionally causing harm. Repeating more boldly: this document, if signed, could be used to have your child(ren) removed from your custody! It was created to stand up in court, which is why they require the parent’s signature to be “witnessed”?

Again the parent is misled to think the truth about vaccine risks is on the CDC web site.The doctor has the vaccine package inserts right in his/her office. Why is it not offered and explained to the parent? The physicians themselves may or may not have read them. However, physicians are certainly aware that if the parents read the ‘official risks’ put out by the drug corporations, they would refuse the vaccines. Full disclosure is almost NEVER a part of the process.

“I understand the following: The risks and benefits of the recommended vaccine(s).” This of course would be agreeing to a false statement. You cannot understand the risks without reading and understanding the package inserts, therefore how can you answer in the affirmative? And what about all of the vaccine facts that aren’t even listed in the package inserts that have been ‘covered up’ for many years?

Parents are falsely told that without vaccines their children could suffer dire illnesses but are not told the dire illnesses/injuries the vaccines themselves could cause . . . including death.

This refers to the “herd immunity myth” of 1933, which has been proven unscientific over and over and over again. Simply put: if other children have been vaccinated – and the vaccines work – they won’t contract a disease from your child.

Entities are listed as “strongly recommending” the vaccine schedule. Again however, parents are NOT given full disclosure as to exactly who/what the entities are and what their motivations might be. Listed on the Refusal to Vaccinate document are the following entities and a brief description of their motivation:
The ‘physician’ – is rewarded for administering vaccines by higher reimbursements for his fees. His vaccine “rates” are checked to determine whether or not he/she is entitled to more money. Physicians, public health workers, and drug companies have all been given immunity from any possible lawsuits that may arise as a result of vaccine-caused injury or illness. In other words, if a vaccine harms your child or causes autism you cannot sue any of them. They all have a liability exemption.
The American Academy of Pediatrics which is a corporation headquartered in the STATE OF ILLINOIS – that receives lots of money from drug corporations for advertising in their journal, etc. This organization relies heavily on what they falsely believe to be a “government” health advocacy agency known as the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) which is a corporation headquartered in the STATE OF GEORGIA. The CDC IS NOT PART OF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT. Repeat: the CDC IS NOT PART OF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT! It is a private for-profit corporation listed on Dun and Bradstreet that is chartered under the umbrella of the private for-profit UNITED STATES corporation with extremely close ties to the pharmaceutical companies and a sordid history of corruption. Bottom line: all of the above “entities” make more money if they vaccinate our children and even more if our children get sick from the vaccines . . . including the pediatricians themselves.

This is the broadest and most nefarious part of this document.
“Nevertheless, I have decided at this time to decline . . . I know that failure to follow the recommendations about vaccination may endanger the health or life of my child and others . . . I therefore agree to tell all health care professionals in all settings what vaccines my child has not received because he or she may need to be isolated or may require immediate medical evaluation and tests that might not be necessary if my child had been vaccinated.”
This is not only deceptive and untruthful [see numbers 2-8] it is asking you to confess that you know you are harming your child (and others) and don’t care. It is asking you to agree to inform any/all people who represent themselves as healthcare “professionals” (not defined) of your child’s vaccination record. You are also consenting to allow undefined healthcare professionals to remove your son or daughter from your care and place him or her in isolation for unproven or unknown exposure to a myriad of undefined communicable diseases – with or without testing.

This is an admission that you understand this contractual document – and its significance – ‘in its entirety’. This means that you accept the false information sited as factual, chose NOT to do what you now know to be good for your child and others (are negligent), obligate yourself to embarrass and confuse your child by tracking and reporting on the vaccines you protected your child from, and give permission for your child to be tested or removed from your care and put in isolation for any ‘supposed’ exposure to any ‘undefined’ communicable disease by anyone calling themselves a healthcare worker. [Ohio Revised Code 3701.13]
In short, the form wants you to attest to the following . . . in writing and in the presence of a witness:
You understand you are signing a contract with performance requirements
You accept false information as factual and don’t care
You don’t care if your child or others are harmed by your decision
You agree to volunteer to all pretend healthcare workers your child’s vaccine record
You agree to allow others to test and/or isolate your child for unproven exposure to a disease

Here is the kicker. As you are asked to sign, initial and date this document in front of a witness, should a custody dispute ever arise (either between parents or with Child Protective Services) this document could be used against the mother or father that signed it.
In defense of physicians, they have been told – via the instructions accompanying the Refusal to Vaccinate document – that parents could sue them should their sons or daughters come down with any of the diseases vaccines are supposed to prevent. Their fear of being sued is why physicians are so insistent that parents sign the Refusal to Vaccinate document. An excellent alternative, for both physician and parent, is the Vaccination Notice. This notice corrects misconceptions about vaccines, the herd immunity myth, and the CDC. It also brings the liability (or lack thereof) to the physicians attention. See The Vaccination Notice.

This is a brief 2010 video, which means it is not new, and the explosive and chilling information in it was provided to Dr. Rima before 2004, and comprised her call to action from that date. The UN, the Vatican, the Military: According to Kevin Galalae as expressed in this conversation, the UN is the brain, the Vatican the “secular authority” permitting these “crimes of necessity,” and the military-industrial complex the strong-arm or muscle providing the physical means of delivery. There is no shadow global government, he says, although he recognizes the presence of the CFR, the Bilderbergers, the Trilateralists, it’s our own governments, all around the world, who are genociding us.
I have to say I felt physically ill listening to some of this podcasted/video’dinformation, and then exploring it later in print. Clearly I’m coming to it a bit late for Kevin Galalae and his extraordinary activism have been around for a while, as this journal-article at Sleuth Journal covering a long hunger strike he held at the Vatican last year attests. I am still exploring this subject but thought I would post some video and article links here for others to explore. Kevin Galalae is a committed activist who spells out that people all over the world need to wake up and understand what is going on, speak out vociferously against it, and hold the perpetrators accountable–or just give up and let them continue to engage in mass genocide while poisoning the Earth’s waters, soil, air, and food for our children, which surely is not an option for anyone with an interest in the future of humanity–or the present, for that matter.

The damage done to the genetic and intellectual endowment of humanity is cumulative and more devastating from generation to generation and is the underlying cause for the so-called illnesses of affluence – heart problems, cancer, diabetes, obesity, allergies, developmental and neurological disorders – all of which have become endemic and together affect six out of ten people in the developed world and an increasingly high proportion of people in the developing world, where the program of covert depopulation began later, Kevin Galalae continues when describing a grim layout plan for human population control.”

Now Kevin Galalae has distinct views about alternatives to this covert depopulation agenda, and what he suggests is that everyone wake up to the recognition that we on Planet Earth today in 2015 do actually have to worry about resource limitations and population growth, moving instead to an “overt” approach where people voluntarily practice contraception and voluntarily limit population growth. He also sounds off on the need for people to acquire a global consciousness, and move into a non-consumerist mode of limiting consumption and a “Naturacratic” mode of global governance where we put Nature at the center. I’m all for nurturing and venerating Nature, but I’m a little worried by talk of Nature-worship which seems to posit Nature as a most fractious and demanding deity, and essentially a top-down commander, much in the style of current top-down controllers. This characterizing, is, for instance, expressed in the Nature infomercial voiced by Julia Roberts (part of the Hollywood mind-control video linked in this post).
There are, obviously other views about population growth currently, and one of them critiques the Western panic-mode approach and idealogy about population control (even if it’s not the genocidal method detailed above), such as expressed in this essay by Haneul N’aavi posted on Criticl.me: An Open and Honest Letter to Kevin Galalae, which calls into question the Anglo-American and Malthusian notions of resource scarcity and social Darwinism.
A recent October 13, 2015 Facebook post by Kevin Galalae offers some hope: “The depopulationists are retreating with respect to chemical methods of sterilization and morbidity but are replacing them with biological toxins delivered through forced immunizations and an increased regime of vaccinations. I am preparing a letter that will single out the members of the board of the GAVI alliance, which is the new organizational structure behind which the eugenicists have regrouped and through which they intend to continue to commit genocide.”

The Right to Informed Consent is The Way Out of Mandatory Vaccinations
Dr. Rima recently made a post (Oct 1) on her blog advising all people in all countries that are signatory to the Geneva Convention to affirmatively assert the right to informed consent, and make use of vaccine exemptions by obtaining and carrying a card to assert the need for Informed Consent (her foundation offers a card of this kind, more information under Action Items below)–her concern especially is that one is prepared, and aware of one’s legal rights to withhold consent and claim exemptions well in advance, prior, for instance to being stopped at borders or before boarding planes by syringe-wielding enforcers of new vaccine laws possibly in the very near future (note, compulsory vaccinations are not here yet in the USA, but they are being planned)–please visit her blog for the full article.

One, please read and sign the Vaccine Petition to the FDA asking for issuance of a regulation to implement Informed Consent in the case of all medical interventions. This petition represents a huge effort, and is different from the usual public-support kind of petition we’re all used to signing, it is a formal petition under the Administrative Procedures Act, more information here.
