I hope to make some changes to this website, removing a lot of the personal posts and leaving the journalistic and human rights reportage.
On November 7th, 2025, I was wrongfully arrested in a dramatic and needless arrest by a Quincy Police Department SWAT Team at my home, held at the Quincy District Courthouse, subjected to a court hearing, then jailed at a Boston Jail (South Bay/ Suffolk County Sheriff’s Authority Jail) in a Psych Ward for 12 days, then removed to a Psych State Hospital in Central Massachusetts called the Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital where I have recently learned I have been “committed” for 6 months, to conclude in mid-June, after which I’ll have to address any remaining claims of “violation of a Harassment Prevention Order” brought against me by a neighbor, who made claims of my having filmed him one Sunday morning in September 2024 when I had stepped onto the porch to make a private journalistic report, nothing to do with him–and then claimed violations of this HPO I did not know about when I was outside raking leaves and watering my plants in my front yard, not knowing any of this.
I have previously reported a great deal of neighborhood harassment–and to think that neighbors can involve police and courts and jails and asylums in this fashion has come as a great shock to me. I have written 55 Notices here, one to the Sheriffs and the rest to the Admin and Legal departments at Worcester and not been released. All I can do currently in continue talking to the psychiatrists here to assure them I am not in the slightest bit “mentally ill” or “delusional” but a long-term investigative and human-rights-focused science and technology journalist who has sought to publish information of value to the world, while also assuring the court-appointed Defense attorney I have no intentions of harm or harassment to this neighbor or any other neighbor, that I am a raised-Christian, practicing Christian and Buddhist and Hindu-inclined mother who has the best of intentions toward all in her community and world, and that the neighbors have nothing whatsoever to fear from me.
While I’d sought to report worrisome actions on the ground for my protection and safety the past three years, I am tired of my personal life being so stringently attacked and will no longer be reporting locally but striving to maintain cordial relations with the neighbors and refraining from sending any writing their way. I will also be fine-tuning the look and feel of this website. It will continue to maintain a human rights archive of posts, with its base focus of alerting humanity and pointing to useful resources unchanged. Documentary disclosure as previously published here will remain.
As many know, I received a trove of declassified documents from the US Air Force in March 2024 detailing the radio dosimetric and bio effects research on animals and people they have conducted with General Dynamics for several decades now, and I have much of a scientific and technical nature to report. That reportage has been vastly delayed by the difficult events of the past two years, inclusive of cyberhacking, and I look forward to working on and completing my Overview report which I had been working on at the time of the arrest last November, when I am released from here.
I am also keen on returning to my literary endeavors, relaunching my online journal Delphi Quarterly and completing and publishing my own fiction and poetry manuscripts while working also to return to teaching. My family life has been egregiously assailed as well by “Information Warfare” with impersonators, overlay of email ids and stoppage of phone communications—I am working to reunite my family and want to reassure them I want to stay together as a family, and rebuild our lives together, going forward.
My hope for this website currently will be to offer solid human rights science and technology reportage, reliable document analysis, links to previous podcasts and hope for all going forward that the bio and brain-effecting so- called non-lethal counter-personnel technologies of neurotechnology, nanotechnology, Directed Energy Spectrum technologies and Electrical technologies which the Departments of Defense and Justice have jointly developed and adapted for use in what they have called “Operations other than war” and “Low Intensity Conflict” and “Asymmetric Warfare” —which everyone in the world will want to know about—and which many countries in the world are also using and operating, many inside the USA on international Science and Technology agreements, may indeed be reviewed by all engaged readers worldwide, and by all agencies and governments worldwide, and terminated in their extra-judicial and harmful usage on civilians, veterans, and military alike, here in the USA and worldwide. Human and animal rights and protection organizations will have to work on these projects. Remember, Princess Diana helped ban land mines—surely we can take heart from her example.
I am doing well and keeping my spirits up with reading, writing, art, poetry, and letterwriting in addition to going through the program of groups and activities here. I will issue a press release when this ordeal ends and I am home finally, and will keep this Note up until then. My great thanks to Neelu Chaudhuri for her support and encouragement and advice the week of March 1 as I gained Internet access and reached out to friends and family.
