As per the State Department’s April 5, 2024 report on the Outcomes of the 55th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, the USA confirmed its opposition to violations and abuses of human rights, discrimination, racism, disinformation, torture, genocide, and transnational repression while renewing the mandates of the Special Rapporteur on Torture and various Commissions of Inquiry/Human Rights in the Ukraine, Iran, South Sudan–outcomes usable by all in reminding the US of its obligations to all Americans on these subjects, in particular, Torture, Freedom of Speech, Rights to Health and a Sustainable Environment, and Freedom from both Domestic and Transnational Repression:

Note especially Article 4, No. 1 and No 2 of the Pharmaceutical GMPs Sectoral Annex (screenshot below) prominently featured in this document: Some vaguely referenced “in-process materials”, “marketed biological products for human use”, and “active pharmaceutical ingredients” are subject to the mutual accord regulations here, but some other “human blood, human plasma, human tissues and organs, and veterinary immunologicals” are excluded from these mutual accords: What on earth does this mean? Essentially: Things are being kept vague here, but the US and the UK are employing different practices in their use of certain human and animal parts, and agreeing to keep these (unknown and) separate. Perhaps meaning some of this is being done under classified cover. This is borne out by recent findings from the recently declassified US military documents (released on FOIA to this writer) which reveal that human tissues of different kinds were used in DEBR (directed energy bio-behavioral/bio-effects research) radiation experiments to determine “bio-effects,” and bovine serum, no doubt part of the “veterinary immunologicals” also employed in this way, being listed as well as part of a DEBR List of Hazardous Materials the (very large Defense) contractor was required to be able to handle–perhaps as vaccine ingredient for bovines, or, speculatively, as base for extraction of bovine mRNA. 13) Posting here, February 15, 2025, evidence of a Joint European project issuing forth from the Norwegian Directorate of Health, titled, ominously, and visibly “JA TERROR” for Joint Action Terror, an apparent linking of Health, Security, and “Civil Protection” to combat bio-chem-nuclear threats: was their intent to develop and execute these threats, given that Name? And has this been fully closed down or is it still operative? Presented as a project closed in 2023, this project like much of the WHO’s, WEF’s and others’ actions, sought to remove health and medical freedom as it focused on the large, co-opted concepts of “Health Preparedness” and “Biosecurity”.
