It’s Official, reports Anna von Riezinger, Fiduciary of The United States of America, the new American Federation Dollar has been launched. Gold-backed, free of the Federal Reserve, the IMF and the central banking system –which sadly has long held the world in a corrupt and coercive grip, practicing crime against all, including and especially those warred-on in many nations across the world, as well as those health-system-targeted inside the USA including with the alien toxicities of vaccines, drugs, additives & fatty fast-food, cancers and brain diseases, COVID lies and mRNA gene-attacking vaccines, those secretly attacked pre-birth via genetically modified embryos and undisclosed human cloning, and those alive and FBI-CIA-DHS-DOD-Victimized, unlawfully targeted, disappeared into criminal and Torture-Practicing Black Ops “Special Access” and “Controlled Access” programs and projects (this is over and above those generational mass humanity targeting operations such as aerosol assaults, 5G and other pulsed RF/ELF transmissions manufacturing “influenzas” and non-pandemics (and faux viruses) to conceal Radiation Sickness)–the American Federation Dollar promises World Change, as the bankruptcy of the municipal corporation “the United States Inc.” in the District of Columbia is settled, assets are liquidated, and “approximately two-thirds” of the Federal Government’s agencies and departments are shut down or merged.
This earth-shaking news has been released by Anna in several recent webinars and articles and Notices, and highlighted by Washington State Assembly Co-ordinator, Teri Kealoha Sahm in the February 10 2025 webinar, where she conveys further information of note.

There is no National Debt, it appears, but a “prepaid credit balance” with government service corporation vendors which ‘is now being recouped and distributed” back to the people.
The Simple Truth: US Inc. No Longer Exists
The simple truth, Anna explains, is that the United States Corporation, US Inc., incorporated in the District of Columbia, the municipal corporation under the previous, primary jurisdiction of the Vatican is bankrupt. A Chapter 7 Involuntary Bankruptcy where assets are liquidated, and where, most amazing of all, an audit is taken of all accounts and finances of departments and agency franchises of said bankrupt Corporation. Corruption, crime, waste, abuse and fraud are not only going to be routed out and exposed, they are going to be jettisoned forever.
What we are seeing enacted on the Hill and the White House these days therefore, she advises, is not a matter of choice for Trump or by Trump. Initiated by the now-departed head of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Francis–after, it appears many seasons of talks and consultations with the American Government on the Land and Soil of The United States of America, and with members of the Military as also members of government-affiliated organizations and Banks–it is “action being taken to sort out the bankruptcy of a “governmental services corporation” ” and uncovering “abject corruption, waste, and criminal activity” via the bankruptcy process.
Example of strangeness ongoing (news currently at MSN re. “President’s Day” next week on February 17)–Perhaps the Post Office will evict the CIA? [Or perhaps the CIA can dissolve itself, having understood it can no longer practice Crime on the bodies and brains of Americans?] One can, it seems, begin to Hope again:

In a webinar last fall, Anna von Riezinger broke the news of the US Inc. bankruptcy and the news about The White House Office Inc. “Joe Biden”-Kamala Harris White House [which this writer had not obtained confirmation of at time of writing and sending her Letter to President Joe Biden, Vice-President Kamala Harris, Speaker Mike Johnson, Senate Intelligence Committee, Senate Judiciary Committee regarding unacceptable crimes of AP DEW/Neurotechnology operations on herself and millions of Americans, thanks primarily to cyberhacking and tortious interference with her journalism by numerous DOD-CIA-affiliated criminals in her immediate vicinity.]
“So the important message for tonight is, Yes, this has become a very interesting situation…The United States Incorporated no longer exists. It was taken out of commission by the Pope who entered it into Chapter 7 Bankruptcy some years ago, and as a result it is not the same thing at all that it was. Joe Biden has been operating as the President of The White House Office Incorporated–so it’s pretty obvious this is not business as usual. Then we have the British Territorial Government, and it has had to step forward into the gap left by the Municipal government and begin doing all of the work that the Municipal Government was doing before the Bankruptcy. Then during Trump’s last year it too was bankrupted. And so it was in Chapter 11 for I believe something like 23 months–anyway, it was in Chapter 11 reorganization and it has been recently clawing its way out of that.
So as things stand, we have one of the Federal subcontractors left of the 3 we started with as of the 1790 agreement which created the Constitution of the United States–we had total three 1787, 1789, 1790, and there’s only one left standing at this point, and that is the British Territorial version–and then there is of course our government formed by the people, which exists as a substitute for our American subcontractor at the Federal level, because the Federation which created the Federal subcontractors and which delegated the powers to them remains the delegator of those powers therefore the recipient of those powers, when the Federal subcontractors fail to perform for whatever reason. So the Federation has stepped into the shoes of the Federal subcontractor which should exist and which has been dormant since the 1860s.
Now this is not what our British Territorial subcontractors had planned. They had planned that they would occupy the American Federal Republic and pretend to restore it and make that the big news item, that they were restoring the Federal Republic, but the problem with that is they are all in British Territorial status. They have all accepted U.S.C.–United States Citizenship, as if they were British Territorial Citizens, like people that are born in Puerto Rico, which is a foreign citizenship with respect to America and Americans–so it stands to reason that people from Puerto Rico cannot enter into the American Federal Subcontractor’s slot and pretend to restore it when they’re not Americans–right? Only Americans can restore American stuff and that’s just common sense. Everybody should understand that it isn’t possible for someone from Puerto Rico which is a British Commonwealth nation to restore an American Federal Republic. So in this situation only the Americans have the ability to restore anything American–and that means us–that means the people who live here have to get off their tuffets and go do it…if it’s going to be done it has to be done by us–which is what we’ve been saying and preaching for many years, so the one thing wrong here is we were not present. So the entire effort was to bring forward that great silent majority of Americans who are disconnected from an active political life and have wondered what was going on and what was going wrong and why things were so completely backwards and upside down and sideways. “So we have a lot of dollars liquid in the system, we have lots of other banks to trade with now, we have approximately 350 million people in the planet engaged and part of our system which is recognized as a desirable option, to not be forced into a single source provider contract with either BRICS or SWIFT-type systems, QFS systems, which is just a replacement for SWIFT….all of these guys, both sides of that are trying to force countries and people into having a sole source provider contract with them so that if you are a part of one you’re not supposed to be part of the other and supposed to undergo (stand under) all these different trading agreements to be able to embargo funds and target individuals and all that kinda crap–well we are not doing any of that; our system is free to walk and we’re not putting up with any use of banking as a means of control and coercion–we are done with that, we are saying Bye!
A lot of countries are looking for that, for a way to trade that is not politicized, that is just pure and simple, a way to conduct trade that is responsible and transparent, that isn’t bogged down with all this crooked accounting, and isn’t bogged down with all this coercive and targeted politicized manipulation against specific people and countries, and isn’t designed to be that kind of system–it’s just designed very simply with carriage accounting, and blockchain, for use of average people–just people, not big corporations, not big corporate things, but just us, Joe Average and Emma Average–so other countries are looking for that, they are looking for an option out so they are not tied into that kind of filthy system again.
Between BRICS and SWIFT it’s been kind of a jumping from the frying pan into the fire situation–and QFS does nothing to calm their nerves, because it just looks like the old SWIFT system on speed. So if nobody wants to have anything to do with QFS they don’t have to, or if nobody wants to have anything to do with BRICS if they don’t have to–and guess what they don’t have to! Or they can have a relationship with SWIFT–QFS–hah! I say QFS, SWIFT/you know–or BRICS, they have another option.
And so You have another option, and you are not subject to the vagaries and manipulations and other things that have so far affected other countries–We’re going to be in it but not of it–and we are just going to have our own banking system that is not any of those kinds of course of things–
So be happy, it’s done!–the treaties are signed, the work has been completed, the people are very happy; everyone who has been working on this so diligently are very very happy. The IT team finished the IT side of it on December 11th, and they took 10 days off so they just came back to work on Friday and they’ve been working steadily throughout the weekend and are putting together all the last tiny bits and pieces so that we will have a new banking system going into the new year– and yes, your accounts will be liquid.
Not gonna say a specific time after that but a reasonable time after that, the state assembly budgets will be liquid, all those state accounts will be liquid–and we will start to move forward as a funded and enabled system–our own system–and that’s gonna make a huge amount of difference.”
