Further to my report dated 17th of September 2018, I attended Court 37 before Mr. Justice Andrew Baker at 3:13p.m to 3.22pm on the 18th of September. I referred the judge to the order given to me by the different Judge’s Clerk, a black male, half an hour earlier, signed by Mr. Justice Garnham dated the 14th of September 2018 with a red seal dated 18th September.
I pointed out that when I attended at 10:55 a.m. on the 17th of September to collect the order, to appeal it prior to the auction, as promised by Judge’s Clerk Steve Jones on Friday the 14th of September, I was escorted out of the building by 5 security guards and told it would not be ready until 4 p.m. on the 18th of September when clearly it was already ready and signed on the 14th of September–and so the intention of the judge on Friday was not to give it to me until after the auction to deny me the appeal.
The order wrongly stated the Bank as a claimant with the County Court Reference Number D00RM168 with me as a defendant rather than a claimant without the High Court Claim Reference HQ18X03276, hence suspiciously repeating the identical Frauds on the bogus Writ Petition.
The judge said it was an administrative error to have the Bank as a claimant rather than defendant with the two auctioneers under the Slip Rule and he was happy to correct it to HQ18X03276 even though Mr Justice Garnham was out of the country so it would match the claim I made on the 14th of September with me as the claimant and the three defendants as Co-Operative Bank Barnard Marcus Auctions and Sequence UK Ltd.
It seems as if Mr. Justice Garnham was planted in Court 37 with the Court Clerk Mr Steve Jones in order to deny me a remedy to stop the sale by auction of my home.
The super efficient black male Clerk undertook to email me the corrected order and I was able to file the appeal to the defective Order as 2018/PI/11817 pending him emailing me the corrected Order.
