Members of Congress, State Representatives, city council members and local governments have generally failed to investigate reports from constituents of covert experimentation. Media –mainstream media outlets–have failed to report. Are they prevented from addressing these by considerations of “classified research” in the name of “National Security”?

Government-controlled media such as The Washington Post have miscast reporting experimentees as mentally-ill–clearly the Governmental PsyOp of choice, to silence witness of this ongoing secretive, “classified” brain experimentation. Disinformation sites such as Wikipedia and Rational Wiki go to elaborate lengths to portray reporting experimentees as mentally-ill. Are these attempts to protect this research, for consideration of “National Security”?

PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION BIO-ETHICS VIOLATIONS

President Obama’s Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues, tasked with evaluating human subject protections for participants in Federally-funded research programs, has failed, as of the present day (May, 2016), to evince interest, report, or investigate accounts of experimentation presented publicly or via email by hundreds of Americans. A letter sent to commenters by the Executive Director after two of their early meetings, in 2011, stated it would not hear further testimony from people reporting covert assault with electromagnetic weapons, and suggested this was a “law enforcement, regulatory, or legislative” issue, rather than an issue for bioethicists studying human subject research protections to worry about.

Informed Consent in classified human subject research was never made a requirement, and still isn’t. This, despite the revelations of the government’s radiation experiments on unsuspecting patients in the ’40s and ’50s, the Tuskegee syphilis experiments, the Guatemalan radiation experiments, the CIA’s MK ULTRA experiments. Although President Clinton apologized for the abuse of citizens in the horrific radiation experiments during the Cold War, he did not lift then-extant protections for classified research. “When it comes to torture, health professionals, United States health professionals, have done profound harm. This most recent report provides very chilling evidence — and we believe only the tip of the iceberg — that health professionals working for the Central Intelligence Agency, in addition to monitoring torture, in addition to devising these methods, conducted unethical and, we believe, illegal human experimentation. It was under the guise of somehow making this safer, as if it was possible.

But I think, as Natty alluded to, there may well have been other reasons and other motives for this. Basically, to provide a cover of that we had not crossed the threshold of harm, which is part of the definition of torture. But experimentation was done. We collected data, monitoring individuals who were being subjected to waterboarding and mock drowning. They collected data with regards to sleep deprivation.
