Representative Jim Guest’s Letter

Representative Jim Guest‘s letter  of October 10, 2007 to members of the Legislature reveals and affirms that Verichips and RFIDs have been and are being tested on Americans non-consensually in a “massive movement” and used for tracking purposes. It also mentions the existence of “electronic weapons torture and covert harassment groups”.
