Posted below, my letter this week to Thomas Koch and Kevin Mulvey, who star in the 2018 debacle involving the nefarious and lying Richard DeCristafaro Jr, Dave McCarthy, Susan Shea Conner and their execrable attempt that spring to write me off as Mentally Ill post my exposure of Quincy’s corruption and lack of Public Safety in permitting the use of Electromagnetic Weapons in the city of Quincy, where I live, and where I am being treated to unlawful EMF/NeuroTech and Fusion Center Targeting Crimes Against Humanity on a daily basis–now being fully exposed.
I’ve had enough of the BS, and it is time the corrupt politicians in this city and their cronies and minions running the most incredible racketeering operations involving “non-lethal” weapons, juicy Government contracts, and Satanic fusion houses and “research” and “crime prevention” schemes are fully exposed. Note, through this means they succeed in corrupting the good people of Quincy by telling them lies about the targets they choose, including, in this case, Yours Truly, and thereby getting them to engage in criminal acts of assault and battery with wifi weapons on the target’s person as well as Community Discrimination and Ostracizing, disguised cleverly (they think) as Community Policing and Community Monitoring. Please note, that when I wrote to the City of Quincy for information in June 2018 on the obnoxious efforts by Susan Shea Conner, Dave McCarthy, and Richard DeCristafaro Jr to character-assassinate me, slander me, defame me, and destroy my reputation in my neighborhood, my family, and with my daughter’s school teachers with their fabricated-out-of-thin-air charge of “Neglect” which they reported to the dubious Department of Children and Families in Massachusetts, along with a massive concoction of Outright Lies (recorded in my Letter to the Chair of the School Board (letter in PDF linked on that page) who just happens to be the Mayor of Quincy as well, a post this man occupies forever apparently, while having NO educational credentials whatsoever to be Chair of a School Board), it was Mr. Mulvey, attorney for the City of Quincy, who answered my FOIA request–with a noncommittal “No responsive documents” response.
Curious, that Mr. Mulvey then stepped into the shoes of School Superintendent, pulling 250K a year, reward no doubt for his close protection of the kingpin criminals in the City of Quincy who have permitted General Dynamics, Halliburton, and numerous other unholy weapons contractors to wield their stealth energy weapons in Quincy, while Fed agencies like the CIA, NSA, FBI, DHS, USAF, USMC, US Navy, DARPA and Universities such as MIT and others get free reign to engage in multiple nefarious projects on the streets and thoroughfares of Quincy.

Once more this afternoon I am writing to you, as a mother of a school child and as an investigative sci/tech journalist, to report loud noise harassment with speeding cars, SUVs, Trucks, UPS, and utility vans along with Long Range Acoustic Radar and drones in this Wollaston neighborhood on Pine Street in Quincy, Massachusetts.
My daughter is enrolled in North Quincy High School which has inexplicably moved all its schooling online, and is cooped up in her room, tied to her computer, 8 hours a day, on Zoom conference calls, under a camera, which is 8-hour surveillance permitted to all the networks able to break into school online networks. Thanks to the ineptitude of Massachusetts Health Services and the Governor who refuses to be educated about the extreme dangers of flu shots, this school and your public school system is demanding the flu vaccine for all children, even while sitting at home and stuck online. The flu vaccine lowers immunity to all respiratory disorders, opens the door to the expression of retroviruses from previous vaccines, and puts children in grave danger of contracting diseases from any random stimulus in the environment. SO we now have the situation of children stuck in front of a computer 8 hours a day, irradiated nonstop with wifi with its attendant train of dangers to health, filled up with toxins from animal and fetal tissue, metals, nanoparticulates, moulds in vaccines, and trying to concentrate while vehicles zoom up and down the street, loud LRAD hits sound on the radiator from neighborhood criminals, sirens blaze, drones and planes drone overhead, and powersaws whine: This is neither Public Health nor is it Public Safety nor is it Environment Conducive for Schooling.
There is MUCH deception in Quincy today, and in the whole of Boston, in the whole of the state of Massachusetts, the whole of the United States of America, and indeed the whole of planet Earth. “Surveillance” and “Crime Prevention” and “Countering Violent Extremism” have been used as covers in this city, this county, and this state for the rampant roll-out of pernicious and intrusive Non Lethal Weapons Tests, Directed Energy Weapons demonstrations, much undisclosed classified research and experimentation, social engineering, and “community policing” which has resulted in neighbors being pitted against neighbors, and multiple groups of people permitted to use wifi weapons and LRAD weapons and all sorts of other harmful weapons, including neurotechnology, on neighbors—who have been selected for test subject use by unlawful agencies engaging in crimes against humanity.

Why do I bring this up? Because this activity is ongoing on my street, in this neighborhood, right now, and has been, for years; I have been investigating these crimes for seven years. I am aware at this point who the criminals are who have permitted these activities in Quincy, and in my neighborhood, and I will be both publishing and exposing these groups shortly. I am aware that it is this criminal activity—hidden as “legitimate surveillance,” “legitimate counter-terrorism,” “legitimate counterintelligence,” which is causing this extreme noise harassment and neighborhood harassment on my street. Mayor Koch: None of this is legitimate.
You may recall in fact that I wrote to you, Mayor Koch, a Letter to the School Board, in 2018, which you disdained to respond to, as you disdained to respond to my previous letter to you last month (attached below), on this very subject of Publicly-Unsafe EMF weapons being operated in Quincy, which is attached below. Here is my Letter to the School Board from 2018, just for the Boston Globe, who is being copied here, and for the public record, once more:

You may recall, Mr. Mulvey, that you responded to my FOIA request to the City of Quincy in 2018 for documents related to the unlawful and malicious “report to DCF” of myself as “guilty of neglect” – a fabricated charge – of my brilliant, well-rounded, top-of-the-class, athletic, creative, emotionally content and happy daughter, when she was in seventh grade at Central Middle School.– with a noncommittal and clearly misdirecting and deceiving “no responsive documents” answer.
It is the habit of unlawful government bodies, I have discovered, to name all those reporting government crimes, even working journalists, as mentally ill. This attempt was made on me, as described in coverage at my site, and in my Letter to the School Board of June 10, 2018.
It was egregious then, and it is no more shocking now, that I could be the target of such extreme harassment—for all the same reasons spelled out in that letter.
With the entire city of Quincy engaged in obsessive noise harassment in my neighborhood—along with energy weapons use—on my person–my daughter, enrolled in the tenth grade in North Quincy High School is also being subjected to supreme and outrageous noise harassment.
I have every intention of continuing to publicize this matter. I am once again asking you, as a concerned mother to the local Mayor & School Super, to step forward and STOP all this DAILY and NIGHTLY noise harassment of pounding vehicles on my street while my daughter—a star student, brilliant in every way—is struggling to stay focused on her work on her computer, at home. (While filled up with toxins from a flu shot and a whole lot of other vaccines which need to be STOPPED as requirement for school-going children!)
The City of Quincy is engaging in Crimes Against Humanity by permitting the use of Remote-Access Human Control weapons on those domiciled here in Massachusetts, including myself, who are most definitely NOT the property of the corporations of local, state, or national governments to attack or experiment on. Every “official” is merely incriminating himself and herself further by acceding to these profound violations of human rights.
As a writer, I will not stop speaking about, writing about, and exposing these crimes—and searching for every lawful remedy possible to address these crimes publicly and openly.
I copy this letter to Brian McGrory, Editor, The Boston Globe; Bina Ventaraman, Assistant Editor, Boston Globe; Gregory Mathis, Regional Editor in Chief, The Patriot Ledger. I will forward this letter later to a few other state corporation officials, other media, as well as publish it online and send links to The Justice Department, DARPA, President Trump, NIH, and the Department of Defense. My purpose is to create a public record and force public disclosure of these crimes so that these pernicious and inhumane programs can be terminated. As you know, media like the Boston Globe do not cover these very large and in-your-face government crimes; it is media like myself who do. Still, I copy them here, to inform them, and for the public record.
Kindly let me know you are addressing this matter as requested. No child should be subjected to such abject noise (and other) harassment.
Also kindly note: I am maintaining a tone in this letter of continued civility and grace, although none associated with the currently-and-long-criminal City of Quincy government nor State government for that matter deserve it.

As a parent of a 15-year-old enrolled in North Quincy High School, I am appalled at what is going on right now in my neighborhood—and what has indeed been going on for the last 2 months, as per my observation, since early July, 2020.
This neighborhood has become a hellhole of noise harassment, in ways that cannot be explained away as normal residential neighborhood traffic. Cars, SUVs, pick-up trucks, Fed Ex trucks, UPS trucks, USPS mail vans, utility vans, Amazon vans, trash and recycling trucks literally POUND up and down these streets at all hours of the day and night, zooming up and down these once-quiet streets with incredible rattling, acceleratory sounds. Leaf-blowers—multiple ones—are being used in a rotatory way by neighbors on this block, used at extremely high decibel volume, right outside our windows—first from Joe Murphy opposite 156 Pine Street and then from the neighbor round the corner at 220 Elmwood Street. I have posted previously (very recently) other instances of such outrageous leaf-blowing harassment sound in the rain on Twitter. Loud vaccuum cleaners and lawn-mowers are used again in a rotation by various neighbors. The new neighbors next door at 148 Pine Street roll in with pick-up-trucks and power-saws and ladders and nonstop expletives at high volume and start climbing roofs and hammering away at things while power-whining at volumes to wake the dead, all early in the morning.
Right now the landscape artists with the ridiculous leaf-blowers are having a hey day with Noise Discombobulation.
Further, helicopters, drones, small planes, and commercial planes frequently whine, screech, growl, clatter, and drone overhead in this neighborhood.
How exactly is a high school child to concentrate on her work online in the middle of this mayhem?
Since you, Mr. Koch, are the named Mayor of Quincy, I am calling on you to engage in some positive action. Please do not respond saying such neighborhood action is beyond your ability to influence it. As you may very well know, I as a journalist have been investigating and reporting on Commonwealth Fusion Center crimes and Boston Fusion Center crimes for quite some time now. There is No Way this deliberate, rotating noise harassment is not deliberate and overseen by the incredible criminals engaging in human trafficking and targeting activities over yon at DHS/Fusion Center Headquarters. Such activities must be very well-known to you.
I am asking you as a mother of a child in the Quincy Public Schools to do your utmost to stop this neighborhood being targeted with such obvious and delinquent noise harassment. Who suffers? The children suffer. The elderly suffer. The children, the babies, the toddlers, the high school teenagers are all suffering in this neighborhood, with their ears, brains, bodies being daily assaulted—and nightly too, I may add—by this irresponsible and reckless assault on their systems. This is Not a nice atmosphere to be living in, let alone studying in.
I see this as a massive crime against humanity in this neighborhood and will be writing and recording it in detail, going forward.
However you as Mayor have the ability to make a difference. Kindly take action immediately to stop this neighborhood from being harassed in this outrageous fashion. Mr. Mulvey as Superintendent with a lawyer-history of defending the City may also know that his efforts to make this neighborhood quiet and peaceful again will indeed work–you both are fully connected to Massachusetts Government, it is clear–and will be much appreciated.
I look forward to a positive response, and speedy resolution of this outrageous situation.
