I hereby declare, with my full intent, in perfect and immaculate possession of all my mental faculties, and in complete autonomy of will, purpose, and action, in public notice to all living men and women, corporate persons, corporations, Governments, and entities everywhere, and in particular in public notice to all agencies, departments, and employees of the (British Territorial and Municipal) US Government–both US INC. and USA INC., including Military/Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Sheriffs, and Intelligence agencies, departments, and contractors, that:

11/12/2022 |11/16/2022: I have never consented, in any capacity or status, either previously as a naturalized US citizen (a past action enjoined upon without full disclosure, who has renounced and expatriated from such, repatriating as a Massachusetts national, recorded, published, and acknowledged as such), or currently as a state national and state citizen on the Land and Soil Jurisdiction–who has returned to the land twice (10, 25 August 2020/Purple Thumb Community: RE562401183US; 20 March 2022/Massachusetts State Assembly) and established my status as a living woman on the Land and Soil of the united States of America–-to become, be, act as, or be considered a “Volunteer” in any forum whatsoever involving any kind of Joinder to any government, agency, or corporation, including as a “volunteer” for biomedical/behavioral management/emerging technologies/community health monitoring/public safety/public health/non lethal weapons testing/remote-access testing, research and trafficking of any kind whatsoever for any agency, health department, University, corporation, or government body including any Department of Health, US INC., USA INC., CIA, NSA, FBI, DHS, DOJ, US Airforce, US Navy, US Army, Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce, or any other private corporation;

If such presumption of consent has been made, by any organization, person, group, or corporation on the basis of any documentation made by anyone using my name or names ascribed to me—such as a Birth Certificate, Social Security Number, Driver’s License, Passport, Tax Forms, Mortgage, Medical Records, Authorization for Medical/Surgical Procedures at doctor or dentist offices, false assertions, false-assertion “diagnoses” made by complicit and corrupt psychiatrists, physicians, surgeons–and all made in complete and constructive fraud when No Full Disclosure was provided, and much has been deceitfully presumed via false, fraudulent, “tacit-consent” or “silent-consent” premise with No Disclosure, I rebut, rescind, revoke, retract, remove, end, terminate, abrogate, halt immediately all such unwitting, unknowing, premise-of-consent, non-consensual, uninformed Presumption of Consent.

Further, if any Presumption of Consent and conversion of my living sovereign self to “Volunteer” status has been deceitfully made by any organization, person, group, or corporation based on Presumption of Two-Way Communications, Presumption of Response, Presumption of Consent Through Electronic/Radar Transmissions to non-consensually implanted Microchips, RFID chips, nanotechnology, transponders or to skin, DNA, nerves, brain, or any other body part via “Target Echo” response of radar, Cellular and Frequency Vibration/Entrainment/Resonance/Radiation responses, backscatter radar, Remote Neural Monitoring target echo response or any other such unwitting, unknowing, uninformed, nonconsensual “premise-of-consent” “presumed acknowledgment and two-way-street of radar/electronic communications” actions, I fully rebut, rescind, revoke, retract, remove, end, terminate, abrogate, halt immediately all such unwitting, unknowing, premise-of-consent, non-consensual, uninformed Presumption of Consent: I am not and never have been in any way shape or form a Volunteer to the execrable actions of harm perpetrated on my body, brain and life, I am not engaging in consenting two-way communications when foreign devices have been non-consensually implanted in my body, and nor am I engaging in voluntary communications when radar transmissions and electromagnetic signals impact and impinge on my skin/nerves/cells/DNA/spine/brain and a natural radar response in echo or a natural cellular resonance/vibration/radiation response is returned: this is not and cannot be read by anyone or thing on this planet as being “Consenting” “Voluntary” “Witting” submission to externally, remote-accessing Assault and Battery (camouflaged as Surveillance, Monitoring or whatever else) by the US Military, US Intelligence, UN, CIA, NSA, NATO, DOJ, DOD, or any private party whatsoever. All electronic and radar transmissions made, being made, and ever made on my body are non-consensual, non-consented-to, not authorized, not permitted, not agreed to, and are being made and have been made in Stealth and Deceit by assaultive and aggressive parties through manipulative means and undisclosed protocols to which I do not agree and which I repudiate and rebut in the strongest possible terms: I require all such external Presumption of Consent and Presumption of Volunteering to be ended immediately, and I require all actions of remote-access of my body to be ended immediately.

Further:

In my previous status as a naturalized citizen of the United States of America, I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to myself, my physical body, or my name being considered as co-optable, collaterizable, or employable as an employee, property, or asset of any corporation, including the corporation of the Federal UNITED STATES, INC., and under the jurisdiction of the Federal UNITED STATES.

I have never consented and do not consent to being considered a Federal US citizen and property of a fraudulent US corporation, to be made subject to its inhumane laws and statutes, such as the NDAA, which seems to permit weapons testing on citizens, nor any of its Executive Orders, nor any of its Military directives, exemptions, and appropriations, which glibly ignore Informed Consent and permit human experimentation, psychological operations of deception, behavior modification, and weapons testing on citizens.

I am not a Federal citizen, not a Federal employee, not a Federal soldier, not a Federal asset, not Federal property in any way, shape, or form.

As well, under the Birth Certificate Fraud executed on all living people of this plane Earth by corrupt agents of the British Empire, Crown Corporation and Vatican, which has fraudulently created corporations and trusts to disappear the living people, newborn, under ALL CAP NAME fraud, I have never consented and do not consent to my living being being seen as, registered as, documented as, filed away as, used and exploited as an asset, owned entity, property, or controllable element affiliated with any corporation, including the Crown Corporation, federal UNITED STATES, INC., Municipal DC UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC. or any subfranchise thereof.

I have claimed American State Citizenship in the peaceful continent of the united States of America on the physical land, in the Continental United States of America, and by way of my naturalization in Virginia, to the Citizenship of Virginia State, and to my current domicile as a Virginian American in Massachusetts State.

3/30/2022: I have currently Corrected my Status as an American State Citizen, with the Massachusetts State Assembly and claim citizenship as a naturalized American State Citizen, specifically, a Massachusetts State Citizen and a living woman, returned to the land, and living on the land of the Continental united States of America, protected by the original, restored, and revived Constitutional Republic of the uSA.

In addition, I have established I am a living woman to the United States Postal Service and to the entire fraudulent Maritime/Admiralty Jurisdiction claimed by the Vatican with a live-life-claim returned to myself by Registered Mail and documented by the Purple-Thumb-Community: as described in this article reporting my Letter of Notification of 8 Feb 2021 demanding the cessation of wrongful military attack on my living body and brain sent to various parties including the corporate State of Massachusetts government Governor/CEO Charles Baker, City of Quincy government corporation Mayor Thomas Koch, Norfolk County Sheriff Patrick McDermott, State of Massachusetts Corporation Secretary of State Francis Galvin, Attorney-General Massachusetts Commonwealth Maura Healey, Special Agent-in-Charge, Boston FBI, Joseph Bonavolonta, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken: Treasonous Betrayal–Local Govts in USA Permit Inhumane 24/7 Rape, Assault, Battery, Burns in Bio-Hacking Crimes by CIA, DIA, NSA, FBI, DHS, Military, Special Ops, UN with EMF Spectrum/Sonic/Scalar/Neuro Weapons Hidden as “Surveillance”: American Journalist Blows Whistle on Atrocities.

In continuation of my having fully established I am a law-abiding living woman being unlawfully and unilaterally attacked by private corporations using military weaponry, I have also reported Maura Healey, Attorney-General, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Corporation’s response stating she could not stem the tide of criminal atrocities being committed in Massachusetts on my living body by the complex of Federal, local, and State entities she herself oversees, being apparently committed to the continuance of extreme crime and human rights violation in Massachusetts: Massachusetts Attorney-General Maura Healey’s Criminal Bureau Asserts Inability to Address Crime in Massachusetts/March 9, 2021.

I am not a UNITED STATES citizen, not a State of Massachusetts/City of Quincy RESIDENT, and am not in any way associated or affiliated with either any form of UNITED STATES INC., STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS INC. or CITY OF QUINCY INC. nor do I any longer carry the IDs, passports, licenses of these private corporations. As I have learned through experience and research, these are profoundly corrupt, criminal, crime-practicing, fraud-practicing privately-racketeering and privately-profiteering entities who have taken to attacking the citizenry for no cause, as detailed above in my letter of notification and article reporting same.

Nor am I an “enemy combatant” “warrior” “petitioner” “adversary” “rebel” “renegade” “activist” “insurgent” “guerrilla” or any other fraudulent designation of the kind the FBI (corporation) uses to demarcate, falsify, and attack anyone it pleases–as it has proved–existing in opposition to these fraudulent, weaponized corporations, I have been a VICTIM of their savage brutality, continue to be assaulted by this recalcitrant armed faction of frauds, and, as an unarmed, pacifist, spiritually-inclined writer, journalist, teacher, and living woman, have been and continue to be defenseless against their sophisticated military weaponry throughout, as described here: Ramola D: Not a Warrior, A WRITER and Journalist.

I am not affiliated either, am hardly likely to ever affiliate with, and in fact will never be affiliated with any group, organization, association engaging in armed aggression, violence, combat, insurgency, rioting et al of the kind the FBI corporation fraudulently attributes to activists, writers, changemakers, influencers, educators of any kind–especially since it is clear from the FBI’s own behavior it is armed-terror which causes crimes, as recorded here: Ramola D | Seeing the Light: From Activist to Illuminator, but primarily because, unlike the weapon-worshipping veterans of the US Military and Police establishment (aka Top Criminals in Action establishment), I hold a distinct aversion to weapons of every kind–including those being fraudulently termed “non-lethal” by this very establishment–and believe in the power of language–the Pen over the Sword, writing and speaking–to address all issues, anytime. I am a living, breathing woman, neither born nor naturalized into servitude of any kind, subject to no law, statute, or presumption of any corporation, but bound rather only by edict of Natural Law to intrinsic freedom of will, speech, action, and creative expression, and to “Do No Harm” to others in society.

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the use of my body, mind, brain, central nervous system, consciousness, and energy, for any kind of experimentation, monitoring, tracking, surveillance, storage, transformation, hacking, harvesting, recording, siphoning, disrupting, destroying, degrading, or any other use, by any body, “person,” or entity, public/private, or Intelligence/Defense/Homeland Security agency, public/private or Intelligence/Defense/Homeland Security contractor, research organization, University, medical institution, or other, for any purpose whatsoever, for any length of time whatsoever.

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the use, by any body, agency, company, or being, for any purpose whatsoever, whether it is experimentation, monitoring, surveillance, storage, transformation, or any other, of any aspect or part of my self and being, body, mind, intellect, energy, including energetic emanations in the form of Electromagnetic Radiation involuntarily radiated from any part of my body, including my brain–such as thought waves, intrinsically my own intellectual property and my own possession, and not “unintentionally radiated intelligence or RINT or SIGINT or MASINT or HUMINT” to be freely culled and used for any kind of military or Intelligence Agency purpose whatsoever;

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the use, by any body, agency, corporation, or being, for any purpose whatsoever, whether it is experimentation, monitoring, surveillance, storage, transformation, or any other, of any aspect or part of my self and being, body, mind, intellect, energy, including plasmas, tissues, cells and DNA, being stolen, picked up, obtained illegitimately by way of covert/privacy intrusion at medical institutions, and used for any kind of military or Intelligence Agency purpose whatsoever, whether to develop genetic weapons or devise genetic programs of Directed-Energy assault or any other;

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the bombardment of my body with directed-energy such as high-powered microwaves, low-powered microwaves, Extremely Low Frequencies, infrasonic and ultrasonic frequencies, millimeter waves, scalar waves, tracking radar, or any other kind of wave or remote-influencing technology, for any externally-decided and obviously totalitarian, imperialistic, presumptuous, patronizing, patriarchical, and controlling experimental, correctional, behavior-modification, surveillance, monitoring, or any other purpose;

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the eugenicist and transhumanist flooding of the atmosphere in my vicinity and over the whole of the Earth with harmful aerosols carrying chemicals, biological toxins such as viruses and molds, vaccines, nanotechnology, smart dust, heavy metals such as barium and aluminium, toxic metals like lithium, radioactive materials, synthetic biology polymers and other harmful matter that is currently being dumped on human populations everywhere on Earth, for any stated purpose whatsoever, whether solar radiation management, population control, or any other purpose;

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the programs of secrecy, lies, deceptions, machinations, and manipulations of opinion being carried out on Earth by Military/Homeland Security and Intelligence agencies possibly on behalf of other, wealthier and corporate or off-world/extraterrestrial/non-human overseers, carried out on media, and on communities, via manufactured news, false flags, false rumors, slander and defamation campaigns, deceptions, detours, mind control techniques, and mass consciousness-transformation techniques, being used to keep people in a state of permanent obliviousness, fear, confusion, and misinformation;

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to the deliberate pollution of food, medicines, and water with harmful substances intended to and causing of infertility, lowering of mental function, destruction of the human system, and destruction of health, such as fluorides in water, harmful additives in food preservatives and coloring agents, GMO produce, and nanotechnology/smart dust in food supplements and pills.

I Have Never Consented and Do Not Consent to any of the Dirty Ops and covert Black Ops research, experimentation, precursor, or roll-out programs being carried out on myself, and on certain targeted people, and on whole populations, without Informed Consent. I do not consent to implants that have been forcibly, non-consensually, aggressively, militarily, exploitatively placed in my body, I do not consent to their receptions and transmissions of electromagnetic energy from inside my body, I do not consent to the bidirectional communications initiated externally and involving the transponder elements in these microchip implants. No part of the covert operations of RFID implantation, self-assembling nanotechnology, continuous 24/7/360-degree surveillance, monitoring, remote radio/other communications, and assault with Directed-Energy neuroweapons falsely labelled Non-Lethal Weapons has my consent.

This is a Public Notice to state on the record that I have not in any way given consent to the corrupt and covert US Intelligence agencies, Defense, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Sheriffs, public/private partners, and other entities currently illegitimately bio-hacking (under cover of surveillance) and assaulting me 24/7 with Directed-Energy Weapons including tracking radar to do any of the following, which they have done: to force implants on my body, to radar-track and assault continuously, and to continuously engage in radio-signal-exchange with radio-receiving transponder implants forcibly implanted in my body–presumably using false labels of “terrorist/spy/extremist/radical/anti-governmentist” under the Patriot/Freedom Act, watchlisting without cause, and running insane MKULTRA-style trauma-based 24/7 human subject experimentation and directed-energy radiation weapons testing/training/operation programs on my person, while falsely-alleging to community members I am legitimately “under investigation” (indefinitely? for years and years? for no crime or suspicion of crime?) and running horrific defamation and smear campaigns in my name. None of this is consensual, it is an unpermitted, invasive, violent, malicious, and forced assault; it seeks to retaliate against and suppress free speech, expression, and activism against corporate corruption, cruelty, and criminality, it is also barbaric Assault and Battery with Spectrum Weapons; and it Will be exposed.

This is a Declaration of Non-Consent to all the invasions, intrusions, assaults, and mutilations performed extra-judicially on my body by numerous covered parties inclusive of and sanctioned by the US Government, Military, Intelligence, Law Enforcement agencies and contractors mentioned above, and it is a Notice to all parties involved in these activities to fully cease and desist all such prosecutable and violatory invasions, intrusions, assaults, and mutilations, and to be aware that I fully intend for all these to be fully prosecuted in impending actions in courts of common law, natural law, and international law.  These are crimes against humanity and crimes against my life and being, and must and will be aired, first of all in the court of public opinion and knowledge.

In addition, all those engaging in these crimes of covert assault and battery with spectrum weapons of numerous kinds, even those engaging in tracking actions, monitoring actions, cyberhacking actions, cyberstalking actions, defamation actions, lying actions, fabricating actions, “advertising” street-theater actions, you are hereby put on notice that whatever (incomprehensible) occultist protocols, rules, strategies you may employ, including with the bizarre but now-known act of “advertising” your crimes prior to committing them, you are not in any way gaining my consent for these criminal acts of violence to be committed on my body, brain, home, and family by so “advertising” them in any way to anyone: in no way can my assent, consent, approval, acquiescence, or compliance with and to these crimes of clear-cut Assault and Battery with Spectrum Weapons be presumed, assumed, confabulated, or concluded. If you believe any such consent has been offered or volunteered at any time, consider that all such (imagined) consent is fully revoked.

You are also put on notice that all use of energy (microwave, millimeter wave, 5G, infra-red, ultrasound, infrasound), vibrational, radar, scalar, and other exotic military-grade weapons on my person, sent into the house, and directed continuously at my body–not being stopped by me, by reason of inability to stop such weapon-use, being a defenseless, non-combatant, unarmed and peaceful Citizen with no defense against exotic energy weaponry devised by any military--in no way whatsoever constitutes assent, consent, compliance, or acquiescence with your crimes of clearly unilateral, non-consensual Military Assault and Battery with Spectrum Weapons on a defenseless woman, in itself a horrific Crime Against Humanity and War Crime of epic proportions. Full responsibility for these crimes — and be assured they are crimes — is yours.
